So today! I will be making a soy milk tofu hot pot

It is still freezing cold around these parts And I found this nice recipe for a hot pot

so that's what I'll be using to make my meal today

~ this is also a recipe that helps us girls retain our good looks ~

~ this is good news ~

a soy milk Hot Pot that is good for both your health and beauty...

~ I have no choice but to make this ~ It also warms it right as well

alrighty lets get cookin'

these are the ingredients

Add soy milk to a pot

shiradashi broth

Simmer on medium

chop up our 'mizuna' greens into EZ to eat pieces

Cut the tofu as well

Cut it into any desired shape you like

Then add our tofu

then shiromaitake shrooms

Then add the liquid from a grated and squeezed Ginger root

Then we add our mizuna greens

we're packing in our veggies today

Then cook on low till they're finished

tadaa its done

lets open it up

Love that gingery aroma

You can see how packed full of veggies it is And since it's made with soy milk its gonna be good for you

We use 3 tofu And two liters of soy milk itadakimasu

waaa~ gotta love that soy milk

And plenty of these greens

maitake shrooms

And the tofu that was submerged Underneath It All

The soup looks so yummy

the shiradashi broth gives it a nice mellow flavor And the tofu is melted into the soy milk

Everything tastes so mild and yummy

This soup is gonna be so good for the body

K, these are pieces of tofu its steaming hot

hot

Let's cut them up

The tofu simmered in soy milk It's so hot and steamy and wriggly jiggly

greens

It still retains a good amount of crunch

shrooms taste so good They make hot pots taste that much better

And I love how that mushroom goodness gushes out of the shrooms when you bite into them

The soup is totes delish

The yumminess from the veggies and shrooms come out into the soup

and since the soy milk is so tasty It tastes great despite not having any meat

So hot and steamy

Hot pots do warm you up so much don't they I'm breaking a sweat without the heater on

I'm so shook right now Can't believe how tasty it is without using any meat

Until now I've only had hot pots That contains meat

Tofu, soy milk, mushrooms and mizuna greens With only these ingredients I can't believe it tastes this good

The soup is so sweet and mellow So delish

I'm hot AF right now

Maybe I should open a window?

I feel so right RN bit if I open a window it gets so loud

Eating something toasty hot In the cold is the 'bestest' thing ever

The pot is finally empty

The longer you leave these sit The better it tastes

Computer screens, tablet screens, cell phone screens, TV screens,

how do you clean computer screens?

We're going to talk about that today.

Hi, there. I'm Angela Brown and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get to ask a house cleaning question

and I get to help you find an answer.

All righty. On to today's session, which is about computer screens.

And if you live in today's society,

you probably have some sort of computer screen or tablet screen or smartphone screen or any

of this resistive technology that is touchscreen where you touch your fingers on the screen

and mechanical things happen.

Now, it's really interesting because a lot of the screens that are touchscreen, there

are actually 18 different types of sensors that do touch screen technology but there

are two that are really popular and basically, what it is, there's a piece of glass that

has electrical conductors and then there's a piece of plastic over the top of it.

When you touch the plastic, it goes through to the glass and that completes the circuit.

All right, so how do you clean these screens?

Because they get lots and lots of germs from lots of use.

The scary thing about the smartphone, it probably is the germiest thing that you have.

We eat food and then we touch our phones.

And then we jump on the subway and we hold onto

the handrails and then we touch our phones.

And then we put our phones up to our ears

to talk and we transfer those germs to our face.

If we touch our fingers and we touch the door knobs and handles in public places.

Then we touch our phones and then we rub or eyes.

Or we blow our nose or something like that,

we're transferring all these germs to our bodies.

That's really super gross.

My suggestion is that you clean your cellphone multiple times a day.

Just clean it multiple times a day and with a damp rag, wipe off all the germs and get

off all the fingerprints and make it nice and clean and sanitize it as frequently as

possible because you are transferring germs from your smartphone.

Now, that is a little bit more resilient than some of these non-glare technologies, so if

you have a computer and it has a computer screen that does not have a glass display,

you're talking about the kind of filament that's maybe a softer fabric filament, you

do not want to use chemicals on that because of the electrical conductors built-in behind

our screens.

We don't want to use any chemicals at any time on our screens.

Let's get that right out of the way right up front.

Do not use chemicals.

If you spray chemicals on an electronic device, those chemicals can seep in.

It can also leave spots and it can also fade the screen so that now, you have fading, which

is going to ruin your user experience.

How do you clean them? it's really simple.

Most products come with a little something that looks like this.

It's a little microfiber cloth that you can put in your pocket.

You can put it in your apron.

If you're not a professional house cleaner and you're just average Joe off the street,

which this customer comes from a just a regular consumer, okay so carry these with you.

If you have some kind of computer bag or you travel with your smartphone or whatever, there

are little things like this that fit in the back case like right behind your screen, the

cover that you use.

This fits right in the back of your screen and you can carry it with you.

There are some that have a little sticky thing on it and this side is the thing that you

clean with.

It just sticks right onto the back of your smartphone so several times a day, you can

just unvelcro that.

You can turn it around and clean the screen.

What I recommend is that you have one of these even for professional cleaning and you just

wrap two fingers like this and then you can go in small circles and you can wipe away

the fingerprints.

My suggestion is a dry, dry microfiber cloth.

If, for example, you have small children that have been using your smartphone or your tablet

or something like that and let's say, for example, they're eating a peanut butter and

jelly sandwich and they get some sticky fingerprints on there that are not going to wipe away,

you don't want to get that on your little rag but what you can do is you can wet this rag.

It's okay if you wet it. Nothing bad happens.

You can wet this rag and squeeze it out so that it's just damp and then you can wipe

away the stickiness and the fingerprints so that when you put that up your face or whatever,

you're not getting sticky stuff on your fingers

and that you're not transferring that to other places.

If it's sticky, you can use a damp microfiber cloth and

these just wash in the regular washing machine.

I don't recommend that you dry them but if you just put them out when they're done after

they come out of the washing machine, they will dry within a couple of minutes and you

can reuse them again.

You can pick these up, I'll put links in the show notes to them, you can pick up several

of these and just keep them in different places in your house.

You may have one near your television.

You may have one on the desk near your computer.

You may carry one in your pocket if you're a professional house cleaner.

I carry one in my apron all the time and so I have one with me.

If I come across the screen that has smudges and it's dirty, I just stop and wipe it off.

It's great for tablets.

It's great for smartphones.

It's great for computer screens, TV screens, a plain microfiber cloth.

In a really severe situation where there are fingerprints that are smudged that you can't

get off, a damp microfiber cloth but no chemicals whatsoever.

Please do not use chemicals on your computer electronics because your computer electronics

are so scientific but if you spray something on there, you're on your own.

All right, that's my two cents for today and until we meet again,

leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

The opening ceremony of the PyeongChang Winter Olympics is less than 36 hours away.

The host city and the sub-host city of Gangneung are bustling with athletes from around the

world,... ready to give their best possible performances on the ice or snow.

Even though the opening cermeony is still a day-and-a-half away, a number of sporting

disciplines have already started their qualification rounds.

Ji-won, so most of us were expecting the sporting action to start this weekend, but we got a

headstart?

Hi Devin, the first actual competition at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics started

this morning,... with four round robin preliminary rounds of the mixed doubles curling.

Over the next four days, eight countries will compete to qualify for the medal round.

South Korea grabbed its first win this morning against Finland,... along with the U.S., Norway,

and Switzerland.

But mixed doubles in curling is new at the Olympics this year, so we're still unsure

who's likely to be standing on the medal podium in the coming days.

The next rounds will take place at 8 in the evening, with Team Korea taking on China.

There's also ski jumping starting tonight -- qualification for the men's individual

normal hill will be held at the Alpensia Ski Jumping Centre in PyeongChang.

Sounds like some exciting stuff lined up for the day.

Well, here in Seoul, we've been seeing freezing temperatures, and I'm guessing it's worse

for you guys in the mountains.

But despite the cold, can you feel a buzz around town?

Devin, it was freezing cold earlier this week,... but starting yesterday the temperature has

improved a lot.... thankfully.

It now ranges somewhere in the low negatives here in Gangneung.

And despite today being a weekday,... a lot of people came to watch the games and cheer

for their teams.

I was able to talk to some of the spectators, let's have a look.

I don't know much about curling, but it was really intense and the atmosphere was really

great so I had a lot of fun."

The excitement is expected to build throughout the day, as there will be various performances

and events held later,... or even as we speak,... including the Olympic torch relay.

The torch will visit different parts of Gangneung and the city's major tourist attractions today,

like Gyeongpo Beach, before it finally heads to Pyeongchang and the Olympic Plaza for Friday's

opening ceremony.

N. Korea holds military parade on eve of Winter Olympics in S. Korea - Duration: 0:54.

North Korea decided to go through with the military parade this morning at 10 A.M.

North Korea, time -- that's 10:30 here -- at Kim Il-sung Square in Pyongyang.

It's not clear how big the parade was, how many troops were involved or which weapons

the regime brought out since it wasn't broadcast by North Korea.

But in recent days there were reports that almost 50-thousand people, plus tanks, artillery

and jets... were practicing for the ceremony, which would include an air show.

There was speculation that the parade would be massive because this year is also the 70th

anniversary of the regime's founding.

Then again, North Korea knows it's being watched closely right now and there's a different

atmosphere because of the Olympics.

The occasion for the parade was to be the anniverary of North Korea founding its military,

which it moved from April 25th to February 8th.
