Players well-rested

The Gunners, over the years, have always had a large representation in international tournaments.

However, this year, a very small contingent of players from the club participated in the

recently concluded World Cup.

While players from other big clubs are dealing with fatigue and injuries coming off the World

Cup, Emery has no such issue to worry about.

Given that the new boss has had more time with his squad this summer, Arsenal are in

a good position to make a strong start to the season.

Midfield Resolve

Lack of resolve in the midfield department has been a lingering problem for Arsenal which

has often put the back-line under enormous pressure.

Emery was quick to address this problem with the signing of Lucas Torreira.

His primary job was to provide cover for the back-line and link-play between the defense

and the players further up the pitch.

Torreira, with his aggressive style of play, would fit perfectly into the current Arsenal

side and that's before we even get into his technical and passing skills.

In addition to Torreira, Emery has signed another young defensive midfielder, Matteo

Guendouzi as his back-up man who has already made a strong case for selection in the first

XI, having impressed in the pre-season.

New acquisitions at the back

Arsenal's defensive frailties under Arsene Wenger are well documented.

While they boasted of world-class defenders like Shkodran Mustafi and Laurent Koscielny

at the back, as a unit they have always failed to keep regular clean sheets and the later's

proneness to injuries has only complicated matters time and again.

But things are expected to be better this time around with the arrivals of centre-half

Sokratis and right-back Stephen Lichtsteiner into the fold.

Both are hugely experienced and can bring that calmness at the back which was missing

all these years.

While Sokratis will lead the centre of the defense, Lihtsteiner can deputize Hector Bellerin

on the right side and with Bernd Leno on goal, Arsenal look ready for the Premier League.

today i'm going to show you how to grow pothos on coconut husk

first

we need a dried coconut husk

and

now

just cleaning the excess coir fiber

here already prepared coconut husks

now

i'm making a small hole using a hand drill to hang this husk planter

next

i'm going to plant the money plant (pothos) cutting in the peat moss

preparing the peat moss

soaking the peat moss for 20 minutes

then

set up place for planting sprouted cuttings on this husk

then

remove the moss and lightly squeeze out the water

next

add the peat moss with money plant cuttings

tie up the plant with husk and peat moss using thread

next

i'm going to plant the money plant with coco coir fiber

first i just add some coir in the bottom of the husk

then placing the cuttings

then cover the rooting node of the cutting with remaining coir fiber and tie up with thread

now

planting pothos on the another husk using pea moss

now i'm going to hang this planter

so i just use a thread to hang this planter

insert the thread through the hanging hole and make a small tight knot

water to this planter once in 3 days

use a sprayer to water

keep it in low light shady area or indoor

How 52-hour working week system changed S. Koreans' lives since July 1st - Duration: 2:19.

It's been one month since the South Korean government started enforcing a law limiting

the work week to 52 hours.

It used to be 68.

It doesn't apply to all companies yet -- only those, public and private, with 300 or more

employees.

There are a lot of opinions about what effect, if any that it's had both on businesses and

their employees.

Our Ko Roon-hee takes a closer look.

Here at a large cable manufacturing company in Anyang, south of Seoul, employees get ready

to leave work every day at 5:20 p.m.

In big companies, some employees like Lee Seoung-o are making the most of the 52-hour

working week.

"Now that I have more time, I looked for new activities I can do after work.

Recently, I became interested in table tennis."

The biggest change for people who work at big firms is a better work-life balance.

This has also helped leisure businesses... which are benefiting from an increase of customers.

"I've seen more office workers coming in after work since July.

I think it's because they can leave work earlier.

I've seen four to five new people coming in to play per week."

Although the new system might have helped big companies and their workers... its quite

a different story for smaller firms.

"Many think companies with fewer than 300 people are not affected by the reduced working

hours, but small and medium sized businesses say they face their own hardships."

"Many large companies use small businesses as subcontractors.

So SMEs are directly affected.

For instance, some small businesses experienced a decrease in workload due to fewer orders

in July.

I think this is because many big companies are reluctant to jump into new industries

after the reduced working hours."

Meanwhile, for small businesses preparing to implement the new work system in the coming

years... a professor of sociology says the government's role is crucial.

"For small and medium sized businesses, it is difficult to keep track of when their employees

show up or leave work.

The government should provide consulting or funding in regards to this system."

3 Reasons Why You Should Focus on Your STRENGTHS - Duration: 3:25.

Hi, I'm Aida. And this channel is for creative entrepreneurs who want to grow

personally and grow their business. Today I'll be talking about the three reasons

why you should focus on your strengths. And make sure that you tune in to the

end, because I will be sharing with you how I was able to identify my strengths.

Number one is refine your skills. Since we do not have an abundance of time and

energy, whatever time we take trying to improve our weaknesses it's time that we

take away from working on our strengths. And when we work on our strengths we

actually have the ability to reach a level of excellence. I really love what

Robert Greene says in his book Mastery.

Number two is

enjoy the process. I think that when you started your business, it is because you saw

an opportunity to make a living using your art. And art is not necessarily only

about the end result. It's also about the process. And the process of also running

a business should be enjoyable. There's no reason why you should agonize day in

and day out with tasks that you're not really good at. And by focusing on things

that you're naturally good at, you can actually enjoy what you started - this

business and the art that you create. I feel like this quote by Tim Ferriss says

it all.

Number three is reduce stress and

grow. So as business owners when we're doing all the things - tasks that we

are good at. Things we're not so good at - we end up feeling overwhelmed and

stressed out. And that is not good for our well-being and it's not good, because

we just don't even have time to look at the big picture and grow our business. So

what I could really suggest is really thinking about delegating

or outsourcing. Check our Marie Forleo has to say about delegation.

So a little over a year ago I took the Gallup

Strengths Finder Test. And it's not one of those funny little quizzes that you

take online. It takes 40 minutes to do and cost $15, but trust me it is worth

the time and investing that money. I was able to identify the five top strengths.

And really I've been using these strengths in projects that I do and how

I approach my work. So I cannot recommend it enough. And I just want to tell you

that either you can do something like that or you can talk to your family and

friends to find out what your strengths are. I really hope that this video was

When You're Unmotivated — Therapeutic Photography - Duration: 2:16.

Do you ever feel like things are overwhelming?

Things are too much?

It's just insurmountable?

Here's an approach that I take whenever I feel like just pulling the covers over my

head and not doing the day.

This is the image that I posted on Instagram today, the shot that I took when I was in

Los Angeles a couple weeks ago, and the perspective I had made these buildings seem so ominous

and overwhelming like they

were about to take me over!

Well, I posted this on my Therapeutic Photography account, and I talked about what I do when

I feel like I'm overwhelmed, like I don't want to do anything.

First, I acknowledge what I'm feeling.

I name the emotion.

I give myself permission to feel that emotion.

And then immediately, I take an action based on my principles.

Some people call these "values."

They're the things that are important to you in your life.

So for instance, if one of your values is fitness, you could do some yoga, you could

workout, you could go to the gym.

Any number of those things that have to do with fitness is you taking action on your

values.

Another example is, if neatness and order is something that's important to you, then

you could take 15 minutes and clean up your desk.

Organize it.

Make it look nicer.

I call this my GLAD APPROACH.

Now realize, my goal here is not to change how I feel.

It's to take an action that, after I'm done with it, I'll be glad that I did it.

Sometimes this changes how I feel.

That's a bonus!

That's not the goal.

The goal is to accomplish something, do something that's in line with your values.

So when you just want to pull the covers over your head, when even the smallest task just seems

insurmountable to you, try my GLAD APPROACH.

Not all management quota seats are allotted through State govt medical counselling.

There are seats which are handed over to the college for allotment.

If your rank is more than 6277 you still have chance to study medicne, if you directly approach

the nearby private college at the earliest for admission.

The total fees would be between to 15 Lakhs/annum to Rs 20 Lakhs/annum.

If you cannot afford to pay high tuition fees, you can study abroad with less than Rs 4Lakhs

per year tuition fees.

Two Koreas reach mutual understanding in making DMZ into peace zone; joint recovery - Duration: 2:46.

Generals from South and North Korea met Tuesday to look at ways to reduce tensions on the

border.

This was something the leaders agreed to do at the inter-Korean summit back in April.

Both sides say the talks went well.

And they reached some agreements in principle... to draw down some forces at the joint security

area.

Park Ji-won reports.

The two Koreas reached a mutual understanding on the principle of disarming the Joint Security

Area in the DMZ,... the joint recovery of war remains in the DMZ,... and the withdrawal

of troops at some guard posts as a pilot program.

South Korea's defense ministry explained the mutual understanding is sort of a broad sense

of agreements in principle,... and the two sides will work on specific and detailed implementations

in later talks.

Tuesday's general-level inter-Korean military talks, started 10 a.m.,.... and ended at around

six thirty p.m Korea time at the border village of Panmunjom.

The two sides didn't adopt a joint communique,... yet both sides said that the talks had gone

well.

"I think our talks were done in an earnest and sincere manner, as the items on the agenda

are all very important, and can become substantial measures for easing inter-Korean military

tensions and building trust.

I think the two Koreas' militaries can play a significant role in establishing perpetual

peace on the Korean peninsula, if the two sides continue to study and work on implementing

the agenda items."

"We fully understood the South's views, and I think our views have been fully delivered

to the South.

In that regard, the talks were very productive and brought joy to people in both Koreas.

I think, if we continue to have this attitude and stance of caring and helping each other,

many problems will be solved.

All items we discussed have historical significance in inter-Korean relations."

During the talks, the South Korean delegation also invited the North to this year's Seoul

Defense Dialogue,... scheduled to take place from September 12th to September 14th in Seoul.

This is the second time this year the delegations meet for talks on Tuesday, with the first

meeting taking place in mid-June.

At that time, the two sides agreed to restore military communication channels on the western

and eastern sides of the Peninsula,... with the western military communication channel

being completely restored earlier this month.

"For now, the two sides say they do not have any specific plans for another round of military

talks in the near future.

But then simultaneously these exact people will do nothing to help these starving kids in Africa

You can't reference something to try and make an argument and then have nothing to back it up. So

something or somebody worse we know but again just like the first one it's

People or to shut people up when they actually try to talk about what they're going through and that's wrong

The next thing to evaluate is if you think you're being good-natured by saying this

Why do you think people who achieve things people who are successful can't be mentally ill

Why do you think that people can cope with their mental illnesses some people's mental illnesses revolve around?

success and achieving things to an obsessive level if you knew me just

Think of the possibility of there being a chance that my mental health was not 100% and it's okay to admit that I know

That that is 99% of how the people who interact with me think and I swear to god

This is not like a moment to flex

but getting invited to

Political banquets getting invited to academic events getting to full tuition

Scholarships and achieving an almost perfect 4.0 for my associates degree does not make me any less

Mentally ill even though I have accomplished those things. I am mentally ill

I'm getting way too much into my personal life. I'm sorry, but stop telling people that their mental illness

Equates with how successful they are stopped telling people. Oh you've achieved this. Oh you've stayed in school

Oh, you got this award. You can't be mentally ill that's not true

You don't know what other people struggle with stop

After I just got heated over the last one this one goes hand-in-hand with that one basically no one's life is perfect

Perfection as much as my mentally ill asked when disagree is not attainable

We are humans and we have flaws even if it seems perfect to you

You don't know what happens in everyone's life

24/7 you have absolutely no idea what goes on behind closed doors

I think this one is just incredibly ignorant for several reasons again

We're kind of going with the whole mentality with this one of oh

It's not that bad suck it up or you're purposefully letting it get this bad

I know the best even though I'm not going through this excetera, etc, etc

You're assuming we have full control of our mental illnesses that just tomorrow I can wake up and be like hey

Let's stop having psychosis because it's not fun. Let's just stop doing that

Let's just not do it ever again

Do you see how ridiculous that sounds and if you don't I don't I don't know what to tell you

There does come a dangerous point where some people do let their mental illnesses take over their lives

I'm not saying that that doesn't exist. However, even in this case simply just saying you just can't let it control you

What good is that gonna do them? No one's just gonna be like, oh well Barbara Thanks. I needed that now

I'm fine without offering any kind of actual

Comfort or help this is counterproductive and gross

The blank here is usually water yoga exercise, etc. Don't get me wrong

These are good things drinking water and exercising honest to God makes me feel better

However, that's not how it goes for everyone

And also this comment is usually delivered with a very skewed mentality of how mental illness is managed again

Don't get me wrong

there are definitely people whose mental health improves after doing yoga or drinking a lot of water or

Exercising more including myself and while all of these things are great in practice

many times these things need to be combined with something else such as CBT or

medications suggesting that somebody simply drink water or try yoga and their mental illness will disappear is

Oversimplifying their situation and also many of us have tried

Yoga or exercise or water before believe it or not?

This is mostly in regards to trauma stuff or mental illnesses that deal with trauma PTSD EDID, etc, etc

I just how can you be so ignorant and

Uncaring about people that have gone through something. So traumatic whether it be rape assault

vehicular accidents violence in general

That you honestly think it's appropriate to tell someone to get over it

It doesn't matter how long ago that trauma happens

It doesn't matter if you don't believe it should be classified as trauma. You did it go through it

You are not the one that slips into periods of having to relive those moments you have

No, right in any way shape or form to police someone's feelings over something that impacted them

How 52-hour working week system changed S. Koreans' lives since July 1st - Duration: 2:19.

It's been one month since the South Korean government started enforcing a law limiting

the work week to 52 hours.

It used to be 68.

It doesn't apply to all companies yet -- only those, public and private, with 300 or more

employees.

There are a lot of opinions about what effect, if any that it's had both on businesses and

their employees.

Our Ko Roon-hee takes a closer look.

Here at a large cable manufacturing company in Anyang, south of Seoul, employees get ready

to leave work every day at 5:20 p.m.

In big companies, some employees like Lee Seoung-o are making the most of the 52-hour

working week.

"Now that I have more time, I looked for new activities I can do after work.

Recently, I became interested in table tennis."

The biggest change for people who work at big firms is a better work-life balance.

This has also helped leisure businesses... which are benefiting from an increase of customers.

"I've seen more office workers coming in after work since July.

I think it's because they can leave work earlier.

I've seen four to five new people coming in to play per week."

Although the new system might have helped big companies and their workers... its quite

a different story for smaller firms.

"Many think companies with fewer than 300 people are not affected by the reduced working

hours, but small and medium sized businesses say they face their own hardships."

"Many large companies use small businesses as subcontractors.

So SMEs are directly affected.

For instance, some small businesses experienced a decrease in workload due to fewer orders

in July.

use that tonight but tonight I started off the shape with paresseux pre shave

cream oh yeah let's get that menthol on here it is hot I don't know about what

you are but here it's hot and I'm using paresseux green and this is going to be

a totally / acyl drain shave of the day oh yeah and this is basically eucalyptus

and menthol which I like both of so that's cool I haven't had that puck

blooming or the ball blooming we're going to put that on as a pre shape as

well because that's just wanting to do here yeah yeah that's just going to add

to the migration on that beard which is going to be good

oh yeah look at that nice yeah I get that a little nicer worked in looking

good now put those hands dry it off yeah we will

using my 22 millimeter magnet razor synthetic not with the Connecticut

quarter in the bottom oh yeah we made this now it hadn't been so key because

it's a synthetic brush and they don't need to so so I'm just thinking that wet

it was like that when I bought it and that is full hollow yep so we're gonna

use that tonight but tonight I started off the shape with paresseux pre shave

cream oh yeah let's get that menthol on here it is hot I don't know about what

you are but here it's hot and I'm using paresseux green and this is going to be

a totally / acyl drain shave of the day oh yeah and this is basically eucalyptus

and menthol which I like both of so that's cool I haven't had that puck

blooming or the ball blooming we're going to put that on as a pre shape as

well because that's just wanting to do here yeah yeah that's just going to add

to the migration on that beard which is going to be good

oh yeah look at that nice yeah I get that a little nicer worked in looking

good now put those hands dry it off yeah we will

using my 22 millimeter magnet razor synthetic not with the Connecticut

quarter in the bottom oh yeah we made this now it hadn't been so key because

it's a synthetic brush and they don't need to so so I'm just thinking that wet

get most of the water out of that yeah let's just load it up oh yeah yeah

hopefully you are having a good week yeah hopefully work is treating you well

and the world is good yeah and yo you're healthy yep that's the only so important

you have to be healthy if you're not healthy you know that's really gonna be

a tough one so hopefully you are healthy and being able to get some good chains

Five things the Lions need to do to achieve mission impossible in Christchurch.

  Saturday's Super Rugby final between the Crusaders and the Lions will be the latter's third attempt at cross-continental glory.

Having spat the dummy at home against the same opposition‚ they will have to do it the hard way against a side that doesn't lose play-off games at home.

Here are five things they need to look out for and do in Christchurch.

1) Don't concede early The Lions have got out of jail in three of their last four play-off games but as they learnt the hard way last year‚ the Crusaders aren't the type who let an early lead slip.

They have the substance and the resilience to hold and extend a lead.

The Lions overturned a 14-0 deficit but that was against the Waratahs.

Last year they reeled in the Sharks and the Hurricanes but those were home games.

Christchurch is at sea level and the Lions have the added disadvantage of heavy legs because of travelling.

This Crusaders team is an awesome one that hasn't lost a home game in two years.

The last thing you want is to play catch-up in a Cup Final where narrow margins are applicable 2) Play to the whistle Rightly so‚ the New Zealand sides are judged to get the rub of the green when it comes to 50/50 refereeing decisions.

The last thing a team can afford is to get on the wrong side of the match official.

There's also the significant matter of Angus Gardner being a very good match official‚ but there's something in the New Zealand water that often see match officials making some strange calls.

Gardner can take a leaf from Jaco Peyper's brave but ultimately faultless performance in last year's final‚ but the onus is on the Lions to keep themselves in the ref's good books.

That's the first part in moving the Crusader mountain.

3) Keep Bryn Hall quiet Bryn Hall may not be tops of the New Zealand scrumhalf pops but the quality of his passing leaves watchers in no doubt in regards to his importance to the home team's cause.

There's none of the two-step passing that's currently afflicting South African rugby and his bullet passes from the base of the ruck and set-pieces allow the Crusaders to attack the ball flatter than any other team and still get over the advantage line with ease.

The Lions need to cut the supply from the head and this could disrupt the currently smooth Richie Mo'unga‚ who's had more time than any other pivot in the tournament to perform his trickery.

However‚ to get to Hall‚ the Lions need to dominate the Crusaders in the collisions and no team has done that with a great deal of success this season 4) Constant competing at lineouts The Crusaders have a lineout doctor in Luke Romano who may not always be able to start matches‚ but knows how to pick lineouts apart.

Then there are the seasoned and skilled practitioners in Sam Whitelock‚ Kieran Read and Scott Barrett which makes one realise that the Crusaders line-out is a formidable one‚ if not the best in the competition.

The Lions are efficient in this department but one of the cornerstones of the Crusaders' win in Johannesburg last year was the successful disruption of the Lions lineout.

Malcolm Marx is back in full force but his throwing in crucial matches has left a lot to be desired.

It is a worry the Lions need to shrug very quickly because a faulty lineout has been at the heart of their losses in the two recent finals.

5) The Weather The Lions have the personnel to deal with wet weather but their halfbacks haven't always covered themselves in glory when dealing with wet conditions.

If it rains‚ it would be the perfect opportunity for Elton Jantjies to redeem himself after the disappointment of failing in wet conditions when the Springboks lost to England in Cape Town.

This is probably the last chance the Lions have of winning the tournament and champion teams always find a way to win‚ regardless of the conditions.

The Lions will have to demonstrate this championship ability even though they've got the weight of history to contend with.

The kidneys produce the urine that is stored in the bladder.

Bladder cancer develops from cancerous cells in the lining of the bladder.

These cancer cells then start to grow, forming tumors.

If left untreated, bladder cancer can spread to the kidneys, lungs, bones, and brain.

Bladder cancer is the fourth-most-common cancer among American men.

Women get bladder cancer too, but it's less common.

Bladder cancer symptoms can provide a warning that it's time to see a doctor.

Blood in the Urine.

One of the most common symptoms of bladder cancer is blood in the urine.

This is due to inflammation in the lining of the bladder.

Patients might ignore this symptom for some time because they hop it will go away.

Women with bloody urine often believe it's just menstrual blood.

Bladder cancer patients can shed large blood clots from their bladder which cause the urine

to turn bright red or orange.

A simple urine test detects the presence of blood in the urine.

Pain while peeing is a common symptom of bladder cancer.

Painful urination is called dysuria.

Cancer tumors irritate the nerves in the bladder lining, causing pain.

If left untreated, dysuria gets worse with time.

This pain comes from their prostate, penis, and pelvic area.

Pain during urination is not normal.

People with dysuria should seek medical attention.

Frequent Urination.

Feeling the urge to release urine frequently is a symptom of bladder cancer.

menopause.

Bladder cancer tumors can grow inside the bladder which signals the brain that the bladder

is full.

Cancer cells can also irritate the bladder walls.

Some bladder cancer patients experience urine retention because they can't fully empty

Frequent Urinary Tract Infections.

Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are common, especially in women.

Urinary tract infections that keep coming back are a common symptom of bladder cancer.

As cancer cells grow inside the bladder, infections can happen more often.

Patients who have frequent UTIs have bladder cancer screening done.

Flank Pain.

Pain in the lower back and sides can also be a symptom of bladder cancer.

David Johnson shouldn't need to remind people how great he was in 2016.

One-season wonder.

That's the phrase that David Johnson will fight in 2018.

Fantasy Football owners have short memories.

When one player dominates a season, they usually end up as the top pick the following year.

After having an historic season in 2016, Johnson was the easy choice as the top running back entering last season.

His season lasted just three quarters, as Johnson suffered a fractured wrist against the Lions, effectively ending the season before it even began.

Johnson is back in Cardinals camp for the start of the 2018 season, and is once again preparing to be the main offensive weapon.

But fantasy owners haven't seen Johnson play in over a year, and his season-long absence has knocked him down a few draft spots.

After Todd Gurley carried fantasy teams to a championship, and Le'Veon Bell proved to be a workhorse entering the final year of his contract, Johnson is something of a forgotten man at the top of drafts.

Let's take a look at Johnson's outlook for this season, and see if we can stack him up against the other top backs in the league.

Draft David Johnson First Overall.

In the first game of the 2017 season, the Cardinals visited the Detroit Lions.

After a four-yard pass to Larry Fitzgerald to start the season, David Johnson touched the ball five straight times.

On the next drive, the Cardinals went three and out on three straight Johnson touches.

I could do the entire game, but the focus of the 2017 Cardinals was clear: give the ball to David Johnson.

Bruce Arians is no longer the head coach in Arizona, but he'd be wise to stick to a similar strategy.

The Cardinals don't have a roster of talented backs.

They have David Johnson, and they plan to feed him as much as possible.

And the way the Cardinals are constructed, that might be their best option.

The same can't be said about other elite backs in the league, most of whom are on loaded offenses.

For the sake of this post, we're comparing DJ to other potential choices at number one overall: Todd Gurley, Le'Veon Bell, and Zeke Elliot.

You might have other options at first pick, but you'd be wrong.

Of those top picks, only Zeke and the Cowboys will be more individual than the Cardinals this year.

And although Zeke is a workhorse, the running ability of Dak Prescott limits Zeke's ability to catch passes when the protection breaks down.

Dak will run where Goff, Roethlisberger and Sam Bradford will dump off to their backs.

Anyway, back to the Cardinals.

Without DJ last year, their offense was not very good.

They finished the season 25th in scoring, averaging only 18.4 points per game.

Three quarterbacks started games, including Blaine Gabbert.

Somehow the team finished 6-2 in one-score games, a product of great coaching and a decent defense.

If you told me the Cardinals finished with eight wins last year I'd call you a liar.

Losing Arians hurts, but offensive coordinator Mike McCoy knows what he's doing.

He was Denver's OC for the Tebow and Peyton Manning eras, so he knows how to adjust an offense to cater to a team's strengths.

He's been more of a passing-oriented coach in the past (why wouldn't you if you have Peyton Manning), but he did have one injury-riddled season in San Diego where Danny Woodhead saw over 100 targets.

Sam Bradford is expected to start the season under center, and if he can stay healthy, he's a good fit for the Cardinals.

Bradford is as accurate as it gets in the short to intermediate passing game, ensuring more work underneath for Johnson.

Lastly, Johnson is not an injury-prone back.

And unlike most athletes recovering from season-ending injuries, Johnson's injury was to his upper body.

His speed and strength, normally a question when recovering from an ACL injury, are unchanged entering his comeback season.

Don't Draft David Johnson First Overall.

There are a few reasons we can knock Johnson off the top spot of your draft board.

The first is that despite the monster 2016 season, Johnson's success comes with a small sample size.

It's probably the smallest sample size of any top-tier running back in history entering their third season.

That's because DJ didn't catch on until late in his rookie season, and didn't get the attention of the NFL until a 200-plus yard performance against the Eagles in Week 14.

Johnson did post 2,000 total yards in 2016, but didn't post over 100 yards rushing in any game over the final six weeks of the season.

Johnson left the final game with an injury, but the Cardinals did lose three of those five games.

Given Johnson's slow finish and lackluster 2017 debut, there's a possibility that teams have figured out how to stop DJ and we just haven't seen it yet.

Then there's Josh Rosen.

The Cardinals used the ninth overall pick in the draft to take their quarterback of the future, and he's expected to start the season behind Bradford.

But Bradford is as brittle as they come at the position, and it's unknown how Rosen will transition to the NFL game.

If he starts, the Cardinals could lean on Johnson more, but it could also cause defenses to be a little more aggressive in containing him against an inexperienced QB.

Bottom Line: Johnson is young, rested, and playing for a new contract.

His team needs and expects him to produce, and he's the premier weapon in his offense.

If the Cardinals are winning, they grind the game with Johnson.

If the Cardinals are losing, they can climb back by dumping it down to Johnson against soft coverage.

If he stays healthy, he's a lock for 400 touches.

A brain tumor may sound like a scary, even devastating possibility.

Basically a growth of abnormal cells in your brain, a brain tumor can be benign – that

is, without cancer cells or malignant – with cancer cells.

Understanding brain tumor symptoms early can mean a better shot at a positive outcome.

But to understand brain tumor symptoms, you need to know the location of the tumor too.

A tumor forms when cells divide abnormally and rapidly.

As the neurons in your brain cannot divide, you never get a nerve cell tumor.

But the cells in the meninges (the outer covering of the brain), the glial cells surrounding

the neurons, and the cells in the pituitary and pineal glands do.

Another way you could get brain tumors is when tumors in other parts of the body start

spreading and travel to the brain.

Your skull has limited space as it cannot expand.

And any tumor, big or small, will increase the pressure inside the cranium (skull) and

on the brain.

Symptoms caused by brain tumors are either due to this pressure, medically known as intracranial

pressure or ICP, or their location.

Since different parts of the brain control different body parts and their functions,

the symptoms of brain tumor also differ widely depending on the location.

Common brain tumor symptoms are:

Seizures: Mostly Partial.

Believe it or not, seizures are the commonest symptom of brain tumor, with about 60% patients

experiencing them.

They occur mostly when the tumors are located in the central part of the brain and have

A brain tumor, especially in the frontal and the temporal lobes,may affect your memory

of objects, people, places, or events in your life.

The inability to recall any such information that you knew before you had the brain tumor

is known as retrograde amnesia.

You might also not be able to remember anything that happened since the brain tumor developed.

This inability to process new information is known as anterograde amnesia.Sadly, memory

loss may be an effect of the treatment as well.

Fatigue: Despite Extra Sleep.

You may experience extreme weariness of the body.

It could be because of the seizures, headache, or nausea or because your body is using up

most of its energy in fighting the tumor.

Also, as the tumor makes simple everyday tasks a challenge, the extra amount of concentration

and effort you need to put in everything may tire you out.

This sense of fatigue is often not cured by sleep or rest, even though as the tumor grows,

you might be sleeping more than usual or falling asleep during the day.

The tiredness is often accompanied by apathy, irritability, depression, or negative feelings

about yourself and others.

Clumsiness: Loss Of Balance And Coordination.

If you are finding it difficult to maintain your balance while walking or having difficulty

coordinating your hands and legs, it might be a symptom of brain tumor.

lobe, all of which are responsible in different ways for the coordination of movements.

A brain stem tumor that affects hearing can also contribute to loss of balance.

It may also lead to the enlargement of your hands and feet, obesity, and changes in your

Who Gets Brain Tumors?

Most brain tumors develop in people over the age of 50.

If you have a family history of brain tumors or your brain has been exposed to radiation,

say, during radiotherapy, you might be at higher risk.

Genetic conditions like neurofibromatosis, Turcot syndrome, tuberous sclerosis, von Hippel-Lindau

syndrome, Li-Fraumeni cancer syndrome, and Gorlin syndrome are associated with brain

tumors that tend to develop in early adulthood or childhood.

Malignant brain tumors usually seem to develop when cancer from some other part of the body

spreads to the brain.

And, sometimes, benign brain tumors can also turn malignant.

Treatment Options.

Do keep in mind that many of the symptoms mentioned here can also be caused by various

other conditions and sometimes even due to deficiencies.

So, there's no reason to panic.

However, it's always a good idea to get a checkup if you have persistent symptoms

that could indicate a brain tumor.

Your doctor might do a neurological exam and tests like a CT scan, an MRI, or a biopsy.

Treatment for brain tumors can include chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery, targeted therapy

(where substances that target cancer cells and leave normal cells unharmed are used for

treatment), or a combination of these.
