12 different ways to use Vaseline

Vaseline is a liquid paraffin, oilseed, colorless and odorless when cold and when heated

remember the smell of oil. A long time ago vaseline was already used

for healing wounds, cuts and burns. However petrolatum can be used for other

5 DIY Phone Case Designs! How To Make Liquid, Stress Ball, Hello Kitty, Galaxy-Easy Phone Cover DIYs - Duration: 11:46.

hello and welcome back to my channel

today I'm going to show you how to make

5 DIY phone cases - unique and easy

the first DIY phone case will be Hello Kitty

this one is super easy to start just

print out a hello kitty image just

search online for one you like then cut it out

place a piece of tape on the back of

the image this is just regular tape so it shouldn't

leave a sticky residue - then place the image on the phone

use a clear phone case over the phone

next I'm going to use some pink acrylic

paint and an eraser from a pencil - dab

the eraser into the paint and start

placing dots on to the phone case i went

over the dots a few times with the paint

and that is how to make this super easy

DIY phone case that has hello kitty on it

the 2nd DIY phone case will be a stress ball phone case

for this one I'm going to use

the squishy sports inspired balls

that i found at the dollar store

choose your favorite sports ball in the pack

take the ball and cut it in half

since I chose the soccer ball so i went online and i

printed out an image of a soccer field

once i had that printed out then I just

cut it down to size so it would fit into

a clear phone case

place the image in the clear phone case

trace around the camera hole and then cut it out

use a strong glue and glue

the soccer ball to the phone case i

placed mine in the middle of the field

and here is an example of the basketball

one - I just printed out a basketball court

and followed the same steps as I did for

the soccer ball few these balls are super

squishy and provide great stress relief

and that is how to make these easy and

unique DIY stress ball phone cases

the 3rd DIY phone case will be a galaxy and unicorn phone case

to begin you'll need a

phone case then you will want to start

by painting the entire phone case white

the next thing that you will need is you

will need some pink purple and blue acrylic paint

once the white paint has

dried you will want to start dabbling purple

paint onto the case with a sponge i'm

using a makeup sponge or you can also

use q-tips

when the case is covered in purple

I took a q-tip and started making areas

of blue and blending them in with a sponge

next I dabbed areas with the pink paint and

blend it all together with the sponge

next using a paintbrush and some white

paint

I flicked the brush to make paint

splattered onto the phone case

while the paint was drying i went online and

printed out the unicorn emoji I cut it

out leaving a little weight flap on the side

to protect the image i used clear packaging tape

using some strong glue I

glued the unicorn onto the phone case

and that is how you make this galaxy and

unicorn DIY phone case

the 4th DIYphone case will be almost like a mini marquee sign

the first thing that I did was I

made the saying that I wanted and I printed

that out next thing that you will want

to do is cut out each letter

next I'm going to do is I'm going to recycle

part of a cheerios box i just cut out a

piece from the front trace out each

letter onto the piece of cardboard

cutout each letter

once all the letters are cut out then

you will just want to paint them whatever

color you would like

next I'm going to use some of these gems

you can find them with adhesive backs and

without i'm going to use the one without

as the adhesive ones will fall off over time

using some strong glue apply the

gems to the letters

now i'm going to use a clear phone case

and I'm going to arrange the letters

onto the case

again i'm going to use from strong glue

to glue the letters in place

and that is how you make this marquee

sign inspired DIY phone case

the 5th DIY phone case is going to be a liquid nail polish case

to see a different version of the

liquid nail polish phone case i will

leave hellomaphie's link down below

to get started i went online and printed

out an OPI nail polish bottle and cut it out

using a sheet protector I placed the

image in so that the top was hanging out

fold a piece of parchment paper over and

place the image in the sheet protector

in between i used a flat iron to go over

the parchment paper to seal the sheet protector together

cut around the image leaving a border

here's what you should have once its cut

out and you remove the image

add some water to make sure that there are no leaks

in a cup i'm going to add a

little bit of water and some pink

acrylic paint and mix those two together

pour the mixture into the nail polish bottle

clean around the top so it is not wet

place a piece of parchment paper

that is folded over the top and flat

iron to seal

using the image from before I cut off the top

trace the top onto a piece of black foam and then cut that out

on a piece of sticker paper i

printed out the OPI label i will leave a

link down below to the sticker paper that I used

glue the foam piece to the

nail polish bottle

i'm going to use a clear phone case and

glue the nail polish bottle to that

and that is how you make this DIY liquid nail polish phone case

Why I Would Never Buy A Nikon 24 mm f/1.4G Lens - Duration: 10:21.

Hi I'm Erkan Ozgur Yilmaz,

Today, we'll be reviewing the Nikon 24 f/1.4G lens.

Hi again,

Today,

we'll be reviewing 24mm f/1.4 lens as I've said last week.

The Nikon 24mm f/1.4G is the widest lens

in Nikon's f/1.4 aperture "G" series lenses.

As you know, other than Nikon has 35, 50, 58, 85

and the recently announced 105 mm lenses.

These are generally created for professionals,

as you see from this yellow ring,

The yellow ring in Nikon, has a similar meaning

like the red ring in Canon L series lenses.

Because it is a lens designed for professional use,

its material and build quality and its optical quality are quite good.

As in the previous lens reviews,

we'll be first talking about the material and build quality

and then finally we'll be talking about the optical quality of the lens.

Also, we'll be comparing it with the three lenses that I have that has the 24 mm focal length.

One of them is the 24-70 f/2.8G, the first version.

Then the 14-24 f/2.8G, the second of the holly trinity lenses.

And, we'll be comparing it with an old lens; Nikon 24 f/2.8D.

Let's start with the ergonomics and material quality.

If we start from top to down,

It's lens hood has a petal shape.

It is thicker than a normal lens hood.

In this professional series the hood material thickness increases a little bit.

It is a little bit different than the thin hood material that you'll find on the cheaper Nikon lenses.

This lens has a standard 77 mm filter thread.

The front element,

even it is a dome shaped one,

doesn't prevent you to put filters on this lens.

If we go down,

the focusing ring,

it is relatively smooth,

of course this lens that I'm holding is a used one

and makes noise, but nonetheless it has a smooth focusing ring.

And, interestingly, contrary to the other professional Nikon lenses that I own,

the focus ring has a very long rotation range.

It allows around 120 degree of rotation.

And this allows you to precisely do manual focus.

As it is a standard in "G" type lenses,

the focusing ring doesn't have stops.

The lens has auto focusing.

Despite this, I indeed liked the large rotation range of the focusing ring.

If we keep going down,

You see a focus scale window,

These numbers shows where you're focusing at a particular moment.

But, these are not a certain but approximate numbers.

And, again there is this big "N" letter

that you can find on Nikon's professional lenses,

it means "Nano Coating".

And "Nano Coating" generally tells us that this lens has a good ghosting and flare performance.

If we look at the side of the lens,

there is a switch

that allows us to switch

between manual and auto focus modes.

This auto focus option here is a "manual priority auto focus" option.

So, you can manually override the focus distance while automatically focusing.

As we keep going down,

right beside the rear element of the lens,

you'll see this rubber gasket

which protects the lens against weather conditions.

Again, this is a very common gasket in these pro series lenses.

And the rear element doesn't have anything fancy to show.

Well,

The material and build quality is

on par with my 24-70 or 14-24.

The price of the lens is 2000 USD.

It is a very expensive lens.

And because its high price, of course,

you start to question if it is really necessary to pay that much

by comparing its features to the alternatives.

When mounted on to the camera, I think, it is really big for a 24mm lens.

And it is heavy,

it weighs around 600 gr.

And especially, when you compare it

to another 24 mm lens,

you can see the size difference.

Of course, this is a f/2.8 aperture lens

and this is a f/1.4 one.

Of course, there is a difference in their optical performance.

But how much, we'll see...

Of course, before deciding about this lens

you need to consider

how much do you need f/1.4 aperture.

Now, f/1.4 aperture means that it is gathering 2-stops more light compared to f/2.8.

That is, for example,

a photo that you should expose for 10 seconds with this lens,

can be taken in 2.5 seconds with this lens.

And this immediately brings nightscape photography in to mind.

You immediately think that you can use this 24 mm f/1.4 lens in nightscape photography.

But, you need to look at the "Coma Performance" for this.

And the "Coma Performance" of the lens is very bad.

Especially at the corners, point light sources like stars turn in to a plus sign.

Thus, I think it is not very suitable for nightscape photography.

And when I searched for the best lens for nightscape photography

in 24 mm focal length range, I've learned that the Samyang 24 mm f/1.4 is the best.

Especially in "Coma Performance".

I keep repeating in every video I make, I very much like Samyang brand lenses.

In this focal length range, the Samyang lens is very very good compared to Nikon in "Coma Performance".

I hope, in future, I'll also own a Samyang 24 f/1.4 lens and test it.

Because it has Nano coating, its ghosting performance is good.

It has a flare pattern that effects the photo very little.

The lens does "Focus Breating".

But it doesn't have a problem like the 24-70 has

which changes its focal length hugely.

But its focal length changes.

It is a little bit better than the 14-24 at 24 mm.

Even tough it is an older lens,

the 24 f/2.8D has a little bit better performance

than 24 f/1.4.

Because it is a f/1.4 lens, it has a lot of "Vignetting" at f/1.4.

It clears a lot in f/2.8.

At f/2.8 it is better than 24-70 at f/2.8,

in fact, it is better than 14-24 f/2.8 at 24 mm.

I can say that it has a very good vignette performance at f/2.8,

At f/1.4, as I've said, it has a lot of "vignette".

As you know, there are two types of "Chromatic Aberration" problem,

the first is the change of color towards the corners,

the second is the change of color

towards the front or back of the point that you have focused.

In these two types of Chromatic Aberration problems, this lens is horrible.

It is really bad.

Especially at f/1.4 it makes axial chromatic aberration like crazy.

It is very good in "Distortion".

But,

For example, at 24 mm the 14-24 has also very good "Distortion",

at 14 mm it is horrible.

The 24-70 f/2.8 at 24 mm, its widest that is, is horrible.

I remember that I've not measured this lens.

But, I'll explain in a minute, because its size and its prices, you'll see that it is a very good lens.

Well, let's talk about "sharpneessss".

But, I didn't look at [singing] my "sharpness" notes.

Let's talk about the sharpness,

Of course, you do not pay 2000 USD for nothing.

This lens is sharper than these other lenses, starting with f/1.4 and at all apertures,

and both at the edges and at the center.

In the middle, of course the other lenses are also very good,

but at the corners the 24 mm f/1.4 is very sharp.

But at f/5.6 and above,

this little and cheap lens is also as sharp as 24 f/1.4.

There is nothing more to say about sharpness.

Let's talk about how much do you need this lens,

and what are the alternatives other than these lenses.

The 24 f/1.4 has alternatives like,

Sigma 24 f/1.4,

or Samyang 24 f/1.4

or

Nikon 24 f/1.8G

Also among the old "D" series lenses,

it has alternatives like 24 f/2.8 and 28 f/2.8.

I don't own this lens.

I absolutely wouldn't buy this.

I would not pay 2000 USD and buy this 24 f/1.4,

But instead I would buy the Nikon 24 f/1.8G

or if I'm in nightscape photography I would buy the Samyang 24 f/1.4.

Other than these,

it has cheaper alternatives.

As a lens with 2000 USD price tag, the features that it supplies is not be enough to buy this lens.

Well, today, we've done the review of Nikon 24 mm f/1.4G lens which I tried to complete as soon as possible.

As I've explained, it is not a lens that I would choose.

It has a very good optical quality, it is a very high quality lens,

but it is a very expansive lens,

it has a price tag of 2000 USD.

and when you look at the alternatives, you don't want to buy this lens.

Especially, when its size is that big,

and you can carry a lens like this, of course let's be fair this is a f/2.8 lens.

Other than that it is an expensive and nice lens.

Thanks to this simple process, this tea made from bananas and cinnamon will come in handy

for getting deep sleep. It's best if you drink it one hour before going to bed.

5 DIY Phone Case Designs! How To Make Liquid, Stress Ball, Hello Kitty, Galaxy-Easy Phone Cover DIYs - Duration: 11:46.

hello and welcome back to my channel

today I'm going to show you how to make

5 DIY phone cases - unique and easy

if you're new to my channel and you'd like

the first DIY phone case will be Hello Kitty

this one is super easy to start just

print out a hello kitty image just

search online for one you like then cut it out

place a piece of tape on the back of

the image this is just regular tape so it shouldn't

leave a sticky residue - then place the image on the phone

use a clear phone case over the phone

next I'm going to use some pink acrylic

paint and an eraser from a pencil - dab

the eraser into the paint and start

placing dots on to the phone case i went

over the dots a few times with the paint

and that is how to make this super easy

DIY phone case that has hello kitty on it

the 2nd DIY phone case will be a stress ball phone case

for this one I'm going to use

the squishy sports inspired balls

that i found at the dollar store

choose your favorite sports ball in the pack

take the ball and cut it in half

since I chose the soccer ball so i went online and i

printed out an image of a soccer field

once i had that printed out then I just

cut it down to size so it would fit into

a clear phone case

place the image in the clear phone case

trace around the camera hole and then cut it out

use a strong glue and glue

the soccer ball to the phone case i

placed mine in the middle of the field

and here is an example of the basketball

one - I just printed out a basketball court

and followed the same steps as I did for

the soccer ball few these balls are super

squishy and provide great stress relief

and that is how to make these easy and

unique DIY stress ball phone cases

the 3rd DIY phone case will be a galaxy and unicorn phone case

to begin you'll need a

phone case then you will want to start

by painting the entire phone case white

the next thing that you will need is you

will need some pink purple and blue acrylic paint

once the white paint has

dried you will want to start dabbling purple

paint onto the case with a sponge i'm

using a makeup sponge or you can also

use q-tips

when the case is covered in purple

I took a q-tip and started making areas

of blue and blending them in with a sponge

next I dabbed areas with the pink paint and

blend it all together with the sponge

next using a paintbrush and some white

paint

I flicked the brush to make paint

splattered onto the phone case

while the paint was drying i went online and

printed out the unicorn emoji I cut it

out leaving a little weight flap on the side

to protect the image i used clear packaging tape

using some strong glue I

glued the unicorn onto the phone case

and that is how you make this galaxy and

unicorn DIY phone case

the 4th DIYphone case will be almost like a mini marquee sign

the first thing that I did was I

made the saying that I wanted and I printed

that out next thing that you will want

to do is cut out each letter

next I'm going to do is I'm going to recycle

part of a cheerios box i just cut out a

piece from the front trace out each

letter onto the piece of cardboard

cutout each letter

once all the letters are cut out then

you will just want to paint them whatever

color you would like

next I'm going to use some of these gems

you can find them with adhesive backs and

without i'm going to use the one without

as the adhesive ones will fall off over time

using some strong glue apply the

gems to the letters

now i'm going to use a clear phone case

and I'm going to arrange the letters

onto the case

again i'm going to use from strong glue

to glue the letters in place

and that is how you make this marquee

sign inspired DIY phone case

the 5th DIY phone case is going to be a liquid nail polish case

to see a different version of the

liquid nail polish phone case i will

leave hellomaphie's link down below

to get started i went online and printed

out an OPI nail polish bottle and cut it out

using a sheet protector I placed the

image in so that the top was hanging out

fold a piece of parchment paper over and

place the image in the sheet protector

in between i used a flat iron to go over

the parchment paper to seal the sheet protector together

cut around the image leaving a border

here's what you should have once its cut

out and you remove the image

add some water to make sure that there are no leaks

in a cup i'm going to add a

little bit of water and some pink

acrylic paint and mix those two together

pour the mixture into the nail polish bottle

clean around the top so it is not wet

place a piece of parchment paper

that is folded over the top and flat

iron to seal

using the image from before I cut off the top

trace the top onto a piece of black foam and then cut that out

on a piece of sticker paper i

printed out the OPI label i will leave a

link down below to the sticker paper that I used

glue the foam piece to the

nail polish bottle

i'm going to use a clear phone case and

glue the nail polish bottle to that

and that is how you make this DIY liquid nail polish phone case

will fall in the drainage basin of the Oroville Dam, which will raise water levels faster

that the damaged spillway can out flow over topping the emergency spillway by 13 feet.

getting paid so much more for the work than was needed that he could turn a good profit

and pay the kickback.

That is how it all runs I�d bet, in all governments everywhere. THAT IS HOW YOU END

UP WITH A $700 TOILET SEAT.

There is so much crap getting spewed about Oroville and the coming rains that I cannot

sort it out.

Watch and wait. If you live in the flood zone, get whatever is most important in the car

ready to go. Watch the water levels. If they come to within 3 feet of the top of the emergency

spillway and are rising rapidly, I would say that is your signal to bug out and be ahead

of the wave.

When he campaigned for office, President Donald Trump said he wanted to go to Washington to

�drain the swamp.�

During his Thursday press conference, he added to that the fact that he is cleaning up the

�mess� former President Barack Obama left behind.

Trump opened by telling Americans he has made �tremendous progress� in just under four

weeks in office, but reminded them he faced a �dishonest� media and the wreckage America

became under Obama.

�To be honest, I inherited a mess. It�s a mess. At home and abroad, a mess,� the

president said.

�Jobs are pouring out of the country; you see what�s going on with all of the companies

leaving our country, going to Mexico and other places, low pay, low wages, mass instability

overseas, no matter where you look. The Middle East is a disaster. North Korea � we�ll

take care of it folks; we�re going to take care of it all. I just want to let you know,

I inherited a mess.�

Trump noted that although he slapped some sanctions on Iran, he�s not done dealing

with the nation that received billions through an agreement Obama sought.

�And we have imposed new sanctions on the nation of Iran, whose totally taken advantage

of our previous administration, and they�re the world�s top sponsor of terrorism, and

we�re not going to stop until that problem is properly solved. And it�s not properly

solved now, it�s one of the worst agreements I�ve ever seen drawn by anybody,� he added.

Trump noted that unlike others, he is keeping his word.

� � we have begun the monumental task of returning the government back to the people

on a scale not seen in many, many years. In each of these actions, I�m keeping my promises

to the American people,� he said, noting that some have been surprised he kept his

promise about strong borders. �One promise after another after years of politicians lying

to you to get elected. They lied to the American people in order to get elected. Some of the

things I�m doing probably aren�t popular but they�re necessary for security and for

other reasons.�

�This administration is running like a fine-tuned machine, despite the fact that I can�t get

my cabinet approved,� he said, citing �the delays and obstruction of Senate Democrats�

and calling his nominees �a wonderful group of people that�s working very hard, that�s

being very much misrepresented about � .�

�So, if the Democrats who have � all you have to do is look at where they are right

now. The only thing they can do is delay because they screwed things up royally, believe me,�

Trump added.

Trump said the frenetic pace of his administration will not be slowed.

�This last month has represented an unprecedented degree of action on behalf of the great citizens

of our country. Again, I say it. There has never been a presidency that�s done so much

in such a short period of time. And we have not even started the big work yet. That starts

early next week,� he said.

today, I want to show you a little trick

that I came up with

because we all now that we should eat more veggies

and we should eat veggies every day

yeah, in the best case we should do that every day

because it is healthy, because of all the nutrients

and because it keeps you full

the problem that I have and probably many others, too

first, I don't like cutting veggies

and second, I don't have time for this

and in most cases both together

I don't have time... and thus, I really don't want to

I always try to include veggies in my main meals

but when I don't have time I simply use the frozen veggies

However, it would be good to have some veggies as in-between snack

If it actually happens that I feel like cutting some veggies for myself

then I always have to eat them right away/during the same day

otherwise they dry out

I don't know how you feel about it

but I don't want to stand in the kitchen every morning and prepare a bowl of fresh cut veggies (also don't have time for this)

that's why...

I bought myself one of these here lately

this a vacuum sealer

and what do I do with this one?

once a week, mostly during the weekend

I take the time, get some veggies

cut it in pieces

and use this vacuum sealer

we have some tomatoes here, cucumber, paprika...

and I was extra lazy...

the ready-to-eat small sized carrots were on sale;)

all the veggies go in these platic bags for sealing

I got this vacuum sealer at the discounter, might have been 20€

you can also get the luxury versions of these for 120-150€ if you want...

and before some complains now that all these plastic bags are bad for the environment...

you can always reuse these bags

If you cut them open in a straight line

you can simply refill them and reseal them

until the bags are broken...

this is how it looks like...

first the air has been sucked out

and then it was sealed

which means if I cut it open hear, I can refill it

and make a new sealing line here below

this is how it looks like then

and thes package I take with me (to work)

Sure, it is always nice if you have the opportunity to make everything fresh etc.

and that you can eat it right away

but before I don't eat any veggies at all, I do it like this!

I am probably not the only person who suffers from chronic lack of time

and that is the reason why I come up with things like this

like this vacuum sealer

to make my life 'especially'...

I start talking English to you again :D ...

Especially, ti make my life easier during the week

to save time

but to still be able to eat according to my plan and goals
