Youtube daily report Apr 5 2017

Hello my beautiful people how are you today?

Today I bring you a natural remedy to cleanse the blood

It's for ladies and gentlemen and you will need

honey

ground cinnamon

Beet water, you can boil the beet

aloe

Brandy or white cane

Recycled glass bottle

Now with all the materials the first thing you do is

Grab the aloe and remove the thorns from the corners

The way I show it in the video

Then remove the top green as shown

With the spoon you are going to remove the glass of aloe

The glass stays this way

And stored in the blender

Now grab the bottle of small brandy and empty half in the blender

Liquefy very well with aloe and it stays that way

So that it does not leave aloe residue

Add the beet water

Add a spoonful of ground cinnamon

You add three tablespoons of honey

You hit it very well

And keep it in the fridge

Hello friends, good morning, welcome one more day with Hera Heaven

I'm getting out of bed at the moment

The first thing I will do is take the natural remedy to cleanse the blood

And it also cleans our ovaries

Is a recipe that is useful for gentlemen also because it cleans the blood

And I'll take it after I left it all night in the fridge

Find a glass for tequila or shot

Find the preparation and move it

You will take it every morning on an empty stomach until the bottle runs out

It is important to keep the blood clean and free of toxins because these toxins do not allow the organs to function properly

And our body expresses the symptoms with allergies, respiratory problems, infections and more

For that reason it is important to do the natural treatments

On the other hand I invite you to like it if you liked the video and to subscribe to the sexy red button below

Ok I tell you that it feels sweet, you feel the cinnamon, the liquor

Anyway I do not think you get drunk because it's a small glass

Has no bad taste, is thick by the water of the beet

It has a nice flavor and after you take it you can have your breakfast

So friends I hope you have enjoyed the recipe

If you came up here, say "clean blood"

The Suchiate River is the natural border between Mexico and Guatemala. Hundreds of irregular migrants cross it daily.

This situation forces them to seek invisibility, and thus giving up on protection to safeguard their basic rights.

During the process of community work, tools are provided so that, through art and a culture of peace,

volunteers from the migrant house, both children and the community in general create their own stories of identity and collective memory.

This project seeks to bring the spotlight on people who for various reasons undertake this journey in search of a new home.

"Mexico-Guatemala border" Ciudad Hidalgo-Tecún Umán

I think that when people leave their home, they say and believe that they are headed for the United States.

But we never think about what we might encounter on the way. We don't know if we will arrive at our destination or somewhere in between.

So they should think more carefully. Well, the family is the most precious gift God gives us.

And as many say, even with just a bit of tortilla and beans, being together we have always been happy.

We believe that a shelter is a place that provides accommodation, a place one goes to, where one eats, sleeps and then moves on.

When we talk about a house, we know that in a home there is a family,

and in this home there are relationships and mutual respect.

A migrant house should provide comprehensive preparation and training,

People should feel that it is much more than the sum of those who arrive there, be they strangers or neighbors.

it should make them feel part of one big family.

Even if we don't know each other, we start to chat and more people join in, and we get along together like we were from the same neighborhood, as though we are one family,

we're looking for a way to help our families economically, and in many other ways.

Well there have been times when the authorities have beaten us and threatened us but we can't say anything, and we always end up losing, just for being Central Americans.

It's about freedom, like a bird who knows no borders. This is the idea everyone who comes here shares.

"This seems fine to me, but in Guatemala, Quetzales are the most prominent".

It was a proposal which was reshaped taking their original idea into consideration.

Because the jaguar is also emblematic of the south and of the whole continent, as its found in the far south of Argentina and Chile and in Mexico all the way up to the United States.

On Earth the jaguar has the most freedom, and in the skies it's the Quetzal that represents the birds.

You can see they are writing the sentence, as it is in the migrant house and on the mural that will be here

and the sentence will be: "If in the heavens there are no borders, let nothing hold us back on earth"

"If in the heavens there are no borders" is the mural that´s on the other side

And "let nothing hold us back on earth" is this one

The purpose of this type of mural is to make them feel that it belongs to them, so they're invited to write captions as part of the process.

It's not just a work of art but something you feel is yours.

So I drew a little cage, a cage with a bird and a phrase where it's written:

"The Quetzal cannot stand being caged, because he was born free and the migrant tolerates it even less, because it was God who gave him his freedom"

Because in the mind there are no borders"

They protect the Quetzal because it's a bird and it's free. Why don't they protect the migrant, who is human being?

The idea is to add to each of the Quetzal's feathers migrant's thoughts, desires, advice or yearnings...Advise for those who are coming,

since some of them already have experience of going and returning, and the dangers they face.

The children come to leave comments from a young age, wishing others luck on the journey,

May God bless you. Another child wrote: "May God guide you and look after you"

They are touching words, because they are words you won't hear from everyone

I say if you gave each migrant a brush and asked to write about their life, they'd cover all the walls, and would never finish telling the story of their life

The words that they are writing here maybe I uttered them, but someone else comes and takes them back.

An important memory to recall at some point, when I had lost hope, that mural gave me strength and hope to keep going.

And we hope this mural won't be the last that we see, and to be honest I'm hoping to see the other mural in San Luis Potosí, as well.

There are so many things to write, but I think it´s important to maintain the idea from the start.

No matter how high the walls are or the fences, migrants will be like the Quetzal, they'll fly across the borders, life is a necessity.

The desire to live is much stronger than the violence they might encounter.

One would like an immediate solution to all the mistreatment that migrants face,

but one would like something more, that migration could truly end and not by force nor by law

but because migrants could feel good in their home country, have the means to live, the means to work with the support necessary, social security, jobs, education and health.

I believe now it is not the migrant who needs our help but the Governments

they need to open their minds and awaken their historic memory and tear down the boundaries they have within,

and their interest in governing purely for themselves instead of for the people.

For the very first series on this channel,

I think it's fitting to talk about maybe the most misunderstood aspect of Chinese culture,

by both the West and modern Chinese people.

That is the traditional beliefs and religions.

So, I name this series TCB,

Transitional Chinese Beliefs.

As for the first video, I'd like to talk about the Chinese creation myth.

I think it will set the tone for this series and this channel quite well.

Now, every ancient civilization has its creation myth.

Because at some point we all have to answer the question of origins:

Where did human come from? How did the universe come to be?

To answer these questions with Chinese creation myth:

The world is created when Pangu, a giant, woke up from his slumber in an egg.

He stood up and broke the egg shell in two pieces,

the top part became heaven, and the bottom part became earth.

And humans were created by Nüwa, a goddess, using clay.

I know there are a lot more details in those stories.

I know there are a lot more stories in the whole mythology,

but that's enough for this discussion.

Now, you can do all kinds of analysis on those stories:

how the universe started with conciseness, etc.

But I think that's missing the point.

To be frank, those stories are rather bland comparing to their counterparts from other ancient civilizations.

However, one thing is very special about Chinese creation myths,

which is the fact that they themselves were created around the 1st to 3rd century AD,

mostly around the time of Eastern Han Dynasty.

Stereo-typically, when we think about creating creation myths,

we'd picture some tribesmen sitting around a bonfire,

and trying to make sense of everything around them for the first time.

But no, not at all in this case.

The earliest record of Pangu, the giant, is in the 《Three Five Record》 during the Three Kingdoms period,

which took place in the 3rd century AD.

Nüwa, the goddess, appeared earlier, first written in 《Lunheng》

which published in the first century.

And they were not just some superstations of the illiterate mass.

They were venerated in many writings and on many archaeological finds from the time.

On the other hand, those deities were never mentioned in texts in previous ages,

never mentioned by any of the Hundred Schools of Thought during the golden age of Chinese philosophy.

Now, this is very peculiar.

Even the 1st century China was by no mean a civilization in its infancy.

To put into perspective, this was long after the construction of the original Great Wall,

long after the total victory over the Huns.

It was the beginning of the Silk Road.

So one must ask: Why?

Why would China, the most advanced civilization at the time, suddenly start to write creation myths?

Before answering that, There is a more important question:

If Chinese creation myths were created this late,

how did ancient Chinese people before that time answer the questions regarding the origins of universe and man?

It's simple. Their answer was:

I don't know.

This is a quote from Confucius, translated to:

if I could hear the truth of the universe this morning, I wouldn't mind die by nightfall.

This statement is very significant.

On the first glance, it expressed a great desire to learn.

However, one is only at a place to learn when one is ignorant on the subject,

but also wise and brave enough to admit this ignorance.

This quote is Confucius, the Saint, humbly admitting his limitation in knowledge.

With all of this, I think we are ready to piece it all together.

Why did ancient Chinese people of the Eastern Han suddenly start to create creation myths?

It's not because of pure ignorance.

We've been through the Hundred Schools of Thought. We knew better.

It's not because of the need to cope with hardships.

China at the time is thousand-years old already.

We've seen wars, tyrannies, and strife of all kinds. And we made it though.

No. What happened was a triumphant people basked in vainglory and vanity,

no longer satisfied with admitting their limitations.

We made up those bizarre tales to say: "We knew how it came to be all along!"

The tragedy is the loss of morality,

is how we traded the virtues of humility, honesty, and sincerity for some bland, unoriginal stories.

Ewangeliarz OP - 5 kwietnia 2017 - (J 8, 31-42) - Duration: 1:45.

My thoughts can lead me to being caught up like in the strongest web.

If I let my thoughts revolve around me, I really become tangled like a fly in a spider's web.

What is wonderful about Jesus' word is that one single word of His can cut through the most tangled web.

His word creates freedom.

Leading me into truth, His word cuts all the bonds of illusion.

Even when I'm densely wrapped in my own thoughts,

thoughts of accusation, thoughts of fear, thoughts of hopelessness,

thoughts in which I multiply dark scenarios,

this whole web can be cut through by the word of Jesus,

and I go out to be free.

"If you hold to my word, if you hold to my teaching, you will truly be free".

massive book haul (in English with Spanish subs) - Duration: 10:46.

Penguin Little Black Classic

Samuel Pepys, "The great fire of London".

"Sad, lonely and final"

Después compré este: "Only dull people are

brilliant at breakfast" de Oscar Wild.

vocabulario y... no sé. Tuve necesidad de

leer más libros en castellano.

Como pueden ver todos estos

están en castellano excepto este.

Como he estado leyendo mayormente en Inglés

me asusté un poco. No estaba...

Había empezado a leerlo

edición - probablemente no puedan ver nada-

tesoros, ¿no? Me encanta.

Tengo

para leer y filmar porque cuando

los termine probablemente querré

contarles sobre ellos y

recomendarles los que me gustaron.

Gracias por mirar

nos vemos en un próximo video. ¡Chau!

know not necessarily get amongst other

people would get out into the outside

world of nature and don't have a little

bit of adventure that's the first place

you're going to be able to start and

conquer the darkness of what's going on

for you at a deeper level because so

many people will get caught up in across

the bottom of what's going on their

world and the anxiety riddles them or

roll the playing or what they're doing

or how they're feeling about the

environment around them and the first

thing you gotta do is Blake break that

pattern you've got to break that pattern

in your own mind in your own perceptions

around who you are as a creative

identity and expression of yourself and

that's why when I was going through a

lot of the darkness within myself like

just got out into nature and actually

went on a little adventure all by myself

and just allowed myself to find that kid

within and just go and do stuff because

it's into doing stuff that I just forgot

about all the darkness that is actually

going on a deeper level between the

family corrosion the relationship

breakdown which is having me in a drink

excessive alcohol and not wanting to

play at a bigger spectrum of of the game

you know and if you're going to start to

move beyond those fundamentals for

yourself and get into a greater version

of your own quality of life it's going

to come from your ability to get out and

just have a new adventure whatever that

looks like change your pattern switch up

you know what's going on for you at a

mental level and actually

gone find something that you want to do

go and do that whether it's in business

where that is sportswear that's in your

creative expression whatever that is

because a lot of Australians are

starting to lean towards a more

destructive way of finding that

self-expression like drinking taking

drugs going to parties who are doing all

this destructive expression of our true

self is not really conducive to any

long-term sustainability of any quality

life and we all know that deep down at

deeper levels so that's where for me

actually getting out into like a place

like this beautiful park down in my

house actually allows me to break that

darkness break that code in my mind

allows me to realize the importance of

cooking healthy and eating healthy and

maintaining some quality or level of

fitness in my life because at any given

moment when the venture shows up or I

have a possibility for a new adventure I

can go out and I can get amongst that

feel one hundred percent when I'm doing

that when I'm having new relationships

new conversations and people are meeting

new people out about but being in that

breaking pattern mindset and actually

consistently evolving how I'm thinking

and feeling within my body allows me to

constantly be able to evolve in my

ability to express myself in

conversation with new people and new

acquaintances and evolves my identity

and evolve the depths of what I'm trying

to communicate and my knowledge of the

world around me because I very much view

the world of the Garden of Eden I mean

have a look at this like how is this not

the garden weed killer it's so good like

you get out here you can't not smile and

have a good time you know absolutely

gorgeous alright we've just had a bit of

rain here and pretty and you know it's

magical you know you if you're in the

dark place because isn't the very very

many levels of depression of course

bearing many degrees and context of

mental health however a fundamental

level a biological roots mechanical

level if you 14 good food good water

into your system for even a short pier

retirement and

getting or spend time in an environment

such as this one it's hard not to lift

your vibration lift your energy lift

your mood lift your negative ions which

are at a higher count when you're in a

happier mentality and you know we've got

to get out breathe if we've got to live

more vibrant we've got to take

responsibility for our emotional state

and allow ourself to get beyond that

place you know not it's like you have so

much unresolved in your life and they're

so low energy and not being able to be

in a vibrant place it's not a good thing

well I kid it's not a bad thing but it's

not a good thing and it's like you know

when you're in that place you don't it

really understand or know what you'll do

to get out of there and you don't really

have a need to get out of there it's

just the kind of in this in this spot

you know that's also the importance of

taking control of your emotional state

catches for me like a lot of that comes

from the unresolved my life and there's

layers and layers of issues and

unresolved and loss of personal power to

find my own self-expression over a long

period of time that had me really not

continue to look after my body and clear

my mind and and get clear communication

and enjoy the outside surroundings that

had me get into that spot first place

and so therefore a tool that jet lag of

time to actually come out of that place

because it was probably I reckon about

the equal amount of time and use that

and layers of unresolved that got me

into that darkness it ain't taking to

come out and to really enjoy the beauty

of this kind of environment you know and

that's where we've got to be more

empathetic to the people in our life

that are dealing with depression the

people in our workplaces in our

community that are in a dark spot

because there is layers of unresolved

and emotional unresolved as they don't

understand they don't know and they

don't foresee how to deal with and you

know you can't tell somebody who's

dealing with depression or who's in an

angry place or in the dark places stop

being depressed we've just got a lead by

example and show them you know for me

that is the resolution to mental health

impression is to just show people the

way out of there you know because we're

all we're all working more than 40 hours

now we're all hustling and grinding

towards this ever greater contribution

of being successful whatever fucked up

with drugs and lice gaining momentum

when we let it it's speeding up and yet

for me even why I step back google it

slows down it's while the lead by

example it's wrong to show people the

other side of how to deal with his staff

and be guiding light for them no like

probably the biggest issue I had when

it's filling with depression and mental

health is that you know my family will

try to force me out of the dark place I

trying to smoke me out telling me what I

should do now I should be doing it and

yet they weren't even living by the

examples of self because that's what

created in the first place and I

couldn't explain it now ask me so I

couldn't explain what the hell I could

see what new at a

metaphysical sub emotional levels

intuitive level that I knew what was

going on I just couldn't actually

express it because that was part of the

sources darkness you know be part of the

resolution to mental health is is is

that metaphysical level of ourselves

which has that balance of emotional

state in order to create more abundant

survivors into our connections now life

so that we can keep growing and wanting

to contribute to one another if we live

our life telling one another it's like

this but living like that then at a

metaphysical level we're creating you

know fragments of illusion and bullshit

which are readily apparent and non

readily disguise which just limits price

and contribution to one another you know

like you know for me the resolution of

mental hell is effective communication

that branch is often fragments out in so

many different directions it's not funny

but at a fundamental level prospective

communication basically like leaving the

example that we're that we're leading

being the example that we're lady that

that's effective communication because

we're effectively communicating our body

language in that tonality you now

example over time not just the word that

we speak you know and allowing so many

people who are dealing with what they're

dealing with to to find their power by

our example you know and so how we stop

feeling depressed is we work as a

community we realize that our example is

what brings your quality of life to the

people that are most important to us and

putting ourselves in the utmost of

importance because to be able to be a

part of a community that has importance

of the greater contribution of everyone

is to resolve a lot of these issues the

drug addiction issues the family

dynamics issue the youth revolt issues

the mental health issues

and a lot more than that nothing if we

start we start having a lot more

appreciation and gratitude for all the

garden eating around us I think we'll

all find the way on how to beat

depression no because will start to

educate each other by the fundamentals

of knowledge of health diet exercise and

fitness and you know start to actually

evolved over community and build greater

level of connectivity into our you know

a family dynamics anyway I hope you

enjoyed this video on how to debate

depression I'll see you on the next one

Rebuilding Trust - Ash Kirwan - Duration: 17:48.

good afternoon beautiful people ashkirwan.com.au

bringing you another video on

how to rebuild trust which is as i can

assume and imagine that you would

probably be aware that it's a big thing

in today's well gotta go turns news on

to see that people's trust is being

misled and broken and destroyed at a

multitude of levels or didn't you start

this leads are sort of carry on and

cater that's going on in the greater

world around and none of us are except

for that because intellectual property

the internet bullying political agenda

corporate strategy the excessive

workload workplace burnout mental health

issues family dysfunction marriage

divorce breakups messy breakups and

youth issues in a multitude of different

spectrum and arenas are starting to

arrive in our community quite vividly

and this is kind of where I think it's

really important for us now to start to

as a species I'm going to go that far

and say that but as a species we need to

start to learn how to rebuild trust in

their self and for me I'm going to go

out and say it starts with a big dose of

humility in rebuilding trust with others

because it means but like for me to

bring for me rebuild trust with you is

to ultimately have the humility to admit

when I'm wrong and not to speak dramas

and negativity about other people around

me unless I'm willing to actually speak

that to that person because for me

that's a really big dose of scenery it's

something i've found is true in my world

if I exist within the paradise of

different social groups and family

groups and yet not partaking

conversations and put forward content in

the form of my self expression in

regards in relation to another person or

a call company or a brand whatever in a

way other than what I'm willing to

actually communicate

effectively with that person and say

directly to that person or the company

at I brand then ultimately I'm partaking

in a level of psychological abuse

teachers are willing to say things

behind papa dels in fact i'm not

actually willing to say to them and so

therefore when I have people that are

willing to come to me and tell me what

my problems are tell me what what

lations are wanting to hear that I'm

wanting to understand it because it

shows me part to myself that I've been

out for see for myself by me being out

to have the ability of defeat and got to

see where these people are coming from I

don't have to agree with their right

most of time I died but it means I get

to a chance to explain why I see a queue

or are otherwise i am and be the ways I

be and do the things I do quite

repeatedly and it actually builds lot

stronger bond those relationships you

know it can't tell you how many dark and

clearly widening filled death-defying

conversations I've had with my mother

and father last 38 years actually i'll

go that far i'm saying but it's been

quite talking and rewarding in the same

essence because like rebuilding those

those relationships with mum and dad's

being it's the huge man local but is

nothing short of tormenting learning to

love people that put you in a mental

institution for tires who raised you on

the fundamentals of a family value

system and a religion based upon open

communication effective communication in

order to give back to one vision one

goal and while and belief because it was

totally obliterated in the segregation

of the deterioration of their own

marriage relation because they lived

completely oppositely to two values a

abbreviated lee and obsessively

compulsively held each other in regard

to that completely create a profile

profane obliteration of the family

values that they believed to teach me my

brother actually is probably the best

way to put it however let's not

interdiction it to say that they bad

people that's not to say that my dad

should be punished severely i'm destined

to the

after the dust of how for everything

they've done to me know what I mean by

that is giving me a chance to actually

understand the composition the context

and the content of two people spies for

totally did not partake in the

understanding and the open communication

in worse and through issues to create

resolve in order to have an effective

communicative relationship that could

grow to a greater level of abundance and

rebuild trust quite substantially based

upon the faults and the insecurities

that showed up persistently within their

relationship that's a bit of a mouthful

however moving right along this very

area of standing in here the kitchen

this is one of the beautiful places I

like to build trust and people in my

life because I helped really healthy

live healthy healthy wife now the mind

healthy body healthy spirit put it out

of you like however what you put into

your father you what you feed it nourish

your body with in the form of food

thought actions activities peer group

career etc hobbies is going to permeate

all areas of your life including the

relationship so for me this area here in

the kitchen is a beautiful place to

build trust because if you're happy if

your relationships are conducive to

effective communication people are going

to want to help each other cook dinner

they're going to want to socialize in

the kitchen they're going to enjoy a

morning coffee and stirring each other

up your ass and have it a wrestle in the

kitchen while they're doing the dishes

you know generally having farming area

people aren't having fun and hearing and

I mean find other areas there like you

can this is where you get your energy to

go out and for all that other great

stuff but you do it out the world

because if you're an entrepreneur and

endure some great stuff in the world you

have done some great stuff in here how

long do you think that's going to last

how long do you think you're going to be

able to stay that level energy we are in

Superman you may be able to perform some

serious tasks with some serious skill

levels but if you don't get this far

correct those skill sets are sustainable

for any level of excellence for any

extended period of time at that is a

given scientific fact without me

bring up any statistics we all know that

do we not and we are not going to have

any trouble here argue with me I like to

put the comments in the box below and

let's be fit out which is a mild heckler

I love that shit because you've all got

stories going on your world and that's

why I'm doing these solve the problems

of the stories people got going on in

the world to build an ever greater level

of trust through my humility of many

defeat so if you've got Corey grief or

be on anything you for see or hear me

say go to town on number one Ashley's a

comment box down there and let's get

this conversation started because that

is the whole point of these videos is to

teach you how to understand how mental

health is a direct outcome from your

family dynamics that the value systems

that was acquainted to you and talk to

you in your use growing up through your

perceptions of your environment around

you name of your school your peers your

friends your family and the geographical

locations and demographics for you grew

up within and lenders from those things

that we will find the keys to unlock the

perception to our greater potential for

the future in every single one of us

regardless of whether we come from a

higher socio-economic group or a low

socio-economic group because I've gone

from being in the middle class socially

socio-economical watching my mother and

father smash one another to obliteration

physically and psychologically to

squeeze and weasel their way into the

upper middle class only to act like

complete wankers and then have two

discrete each other through the law

courts and drag me my brother through

the gutter rats of arrows my colony Don

and why the hell they were being such

idiots i need to be scum rolled back

into the low socio-economic group to sit

and chill with some of the coolest

people I've known and then climb and

scrap my way out of it to see some of

our upper class social economic group

absolutely living in the mystical

disarray of the darkness of their own

soul and inner torment so there is no

victim either

there is no right or wrong or the only

level of money is going to raise your

level of happiness or self-worth or

depression or cluster bomb and mental

fuck of what's happened in the past

moving forward to create whatever life a

lifestyle that you want to create the

only way we can do that is to rebuild

trust and the relationships go around us

and put first things first and build a

team of people who we care about and

care to be around because they believe

what we believe and perceive what we

perceive and what it has fun to the same

level and degree that we want to it I

could have kept that right of going but

I'm not here to be a poet and I'm not

here to be complete entertainer on the

clown and a goose and I like to be that

I can also be equally grumpy and go to

absolute fucking squander your mother

fuckers because look at crankier than my

granddad in the Ames I sure half a car

my VW export about 10 when he blew that

was quite light tapping i can tell you i

was about the six best all the kids and

grandkids will climb down the piggery

and you know it's something that was not

hanging around after the six month

because things are about to get busy

Australia's has an interesting parts of

happy attractive background had an

interesting culture development and but

since the wars ever since the community

development become more of the nicest

exercise in our Australian odd about

attended see a culture of putting you

make down and go around being the rugged

Ozzie turns into the tall poppy syndrome

of actually being obnoxious and arrogant

those house and let come online a tallit

kweli turn you use on you'll see how far

we've come you know with a clock crack

epidemic there's a lot of research done

in two drug abuse alcohol abuse gambling

abuse and these are them to a certain

extent domestic violence that a lot of

our issues and emotional armory stuff

it's showing up that are having up num

our pain industry

delays a addiction are all coming from

our lack whole connectability and

ability to connect towards one another

emotionally and resolve our issues and

live an ever greater prosperous happy

fulfilled life and one thing I'll come

to understand myself is being on the

hamster wheel and running faster and

becoming more of a worker holy to make

more money to prove your point you can

afford fancy thing it's not really

building trust and resolving mental

health issues or making any of us feel

any better about ourselves hence why

love the beach so much what do you love

to even when you've got a few spare

motors in your life that give you the

space to really glow and bring this up

to life what is that you know then I'd

be noticed that time sleeping are fully

self-express yourself in there they're

most clearest away to be understood in

the way that you intend to be understood

as being when you better at your health

in your life with your skin's been

climbing with your body's been

flourishing we lost systems of work to

understand their body clocks working

you're bouncing in bed in the morning

you know your routine your patents r all

flowing smoothly so is that where you've

had the consistent flow in life and

clear when you just bento be scattered

argue with everybody not anything

correctly not giving a shit never drinks

a war a lot I don't think I need to wait

for an answer for that time however look

around you if you'd like to build more

trust for yourself and the people in

your life I challenge you to start in

the kitchen think about the

conversations and the relationships you

have in the kitchen who do you have any

kitchen who do you convert in the

kitchen how do you converse with them in

the kitchen what you can to converse

over when the different emotions of

those conversations are going home and

having your sad or angry and the

arguments what top of food in court in

those moments showing up challenge

yourself to look at this stuff how do

you rebuild trust how are you going to

rebuild trust if you've got broken

trusty relationship maybe somebody's

cheated on you or maybe something's

happened is there to fight there's been

any level of domestic violence

psychological pieces been months of not

being understood or maybe your partner's

been telling stories you'd wanted to

speak suppose to other people other

people right privacy like parties and

all this sort of shit going on what is

your broken trust issues and how are you

going to rebuild to what format and what

rules and what conditions are you going

to put in place in order to rebuild that

trust because those my friend Ozar your

boundary by knowing about it you would

know where your trust issues lie and you

will know when people step over their

mark and is your best interest to learn

to communicate effectively and demand to

be understood in those signs these not

being understood and learn to move away

from those relationships is there to

file the toxic side of those more into

the emotional and resolve to resolve

those issues as they show up to rebuild

the trust one of the quickest ways you

can do this with attention because if

you're in the kitchen with the people

that you love that you're supposed to

have trust and build trust consistently

with and get a name ever deeper

relationship connection with over time

because that's what sharing your life

ultimately is made of marriage over time

to get to know someone ever deeper level

and embrace the true depth of their

identity based upon the development over

time you truly love someone you will

want to see them through the hydrogen

lines except then for their good and bad

faults want to see their race and

emigrated level of potential of

themselves so therefore in the kitchen

is a perfect chance for you to have

those conversations that are hard to

have that are hard to resolve that are

emotionally sticky that really need to

happen if you look into your life you go

at least be able to remember why it took

far too long happen when applying it you

like was over worrying around now if you

take it on your into your mind later

that you can start to open up these

correlations in the kitchen over time

and actually move into the more and more

and see where people's emotional arms

obviously whether emotional maturity bit

different people different atrix have

different levels of maturity and

capability in accepting different

emotional conversations which is

something we've done actually understand

emotions my parents are in their 50s 60s

part of the baby boomer here in

Australia which means that they don't

really have much all of emotional cash

the stoppage that don't even know how

many emotions there are in the human

condition how many much do you not how

many can you explain do you realize

there is more than a couple more than a

couple hundred emotions within the human

availability there is actually around

7000 human emotions that you can

experience and how many of them can you

name or know of that you go through one

particular day because I know my parents

in their relationship never stopped two

more times down one other emotions not

one another's emotions or their

emotional response of different subjects

of why they are emotionally responding

to something so they just put twice

along the border don't go there don't go

there which meant they end up being

through the most immature people I've

ever known and still know which I'm

accepting and loving that for which is

then physically and emotionally beating

each other up persona is kept them

confined to the immaturity of their own

inability to step into emotional

conversations to resolve them to evolve

them to grow as individuals that may

cost themself psychologically and damage

themselves in the latter apply their

lives which is around the ears or maybe

some fashion the shit out of each other

through there but they are as developer

natural overture has the facilitation on

lateral thinking thinking laterally

connecting emotionally and effectively

communicating with people so they've got

psychological damage to those parts of

their brain which affects them in their

a building to be mature in their fifties

and sixties when they should be in the

highlight and twilight years of their

life so what i can do is shit as it'll

internal tier for those people but they

created themselves so what are you

creating for yourself is and how are you

going about building and resilient

building resilient trust levels within

the relation see you care about so much

because sometimes people now live for

assholes sometimes your articles for a

reason and if we actually love them for

those reasons not something awful like a

look at the hardware and dad maybe you

will too maybe you won't I'm hoping you

take the easy way take the easy way man

take the easy way

COMO LIMPIAR LA SANGRE NATURALMENTE? / RECETA FACIL - Duration: 5:10.
