first let me show you how to make this
fat burning yellow healing smoothie and
then i mentioned how this healing
smoothie will also
help in your overall health along with
losing weight and why i am using certain
ingredients and how it will help to remove

turmeric tea recipe so that you will get
to know the benefits of turmeric and how
turmeric will help in losing weight
please note that i live in kerala the
land of spices and all the ingredients
i'm using are locally acquired and off
good quality so try to get good quality
turmeric powder. So, without much adieu
let's get started. Into my blender I'm
adding in 1 cup of fresh homemade
coconut milk to know how to make fresh
coconut milk at home please check my
previous video on coconut milk the links
will be updated in the description box
now add in 3/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4
teaspoon black pepper powder now
adding black pepper powder is highly
recommended as it will help the turmeric
to absorb faster into the body so do not
skip it. Add in half teaspoon freshly
ground cinnamon powder and to know what
type of cinnamon you should be using in
this recipe please check my cinnamon tea
recipe the links will be updated in the
description box below. Now add in 1
teaspoon chia seeds. Chia seeds are one of the
most nutritious food and they are loaded
with fiber protein and omega-3 fatty
acids. Add in 1 tablespoon flaxseeds, flax seeds
are the richest source of
plant-based omega-3 fatty acids and the
healthy fats and fibre will help you to
feel fuller for a longer time and thus
it helps in weight loss. Now add in half
teaspoon dry ginger powder which is also
known as chukku podi in malayalam you
can also use 1/4 of a fresh ginger
root instead of dry ginger powder now
add in one whole alphonso mango you can
use any variety of mangoes right now
mangoes are in season here in Kerala so
i am using mango in this recipe you can
use any seasonal fruits like banana or
pineapples or any fruit of your choice
at the place you live in. And lastly one
secret ingredient which takes this
healing turmeric smoothie to the next
level, 1 tablespoon cold-pressed coconut
oil to know why i recommend cold-pressed
coconut oil

box. Now, blend this on high speed until
everything is nicely mixed and combined
please note that the flax seeds will be
perfectly ground along with the rest of
the ingredients so there is no need to
grind the flaxseed separately. Now, pour

look very pretty so I'm garnishing it
with two to three slices of mango and
one teaspoon raw cacao nibs the raw
cacao nibs will give an extra crunch and

I'm Rebecca from engVid.
In this lesson you're going to learn a pronunciation secret that will help you to say English words
more easily and correctly, especially long, difficult ones.
Okay?
Now, this is actually a professional technique that's used by actors, and singers, and linguists,
and lots of people who have learned many different languages and want to or need to pronounce
words correctly and authentically.
Okay?
Now, the reason why pronunciation is difficult for everyone when you're learning a new language
is because when we grow up speaking our native language, we get used to...
Our ears get used to hearing certain sounds, and our mouths get used to making certain sounds.
And when we learn a new language, like English, then you have to train both your ear and your
mouth to work a little bit differently.
Okay?
Now, the other part is because English is not phonetic, it's not completely phonetic.
A large part of it is.
Some people say about 80 to 85% is phonetic, but a lot of it is not phonetic.
What does that mean?
That means when we see a word, the way we say it is not the way it looks.
Right?
So, there's also that factor to take into account.
But this technique can help you with both of these difficulties.
Okay?
So, first let's look at what we normally do when you're learning how to pronounce a word.
Okay?
So normally what we do is we do something called frontchaining, and I'm going to explain
to you exactly what that is, but what I'm going to teach you in this lesson, the secret
is something called backchaining, and that's what we will practice.
Now, let's take our first example and do what people normally do, even teachers, even ESL teachers.
All right?
When they're teaching classrooms, they don't normally spend that much time on pronunciation
because they don't have time.
There's so much to teach and the class is so big, there's so many students it's difficult
to spend time on pronunciation.
So naturally, people have a harder time learning that and mastering that.
And if you think about it, when a child is born and when a child is growing up, it doesn't
learn to read first, it just learns by listening.
So this is an opportunity to listen afresh, like new in a different way to words so that
you can reproduce the correct sound, the correct pronunciation.
Okay?
So let's take our first example, and our first example is the word "pronunciation".
Okay?
Because by the way, a lot of people do not say this word correctly.
Now, let's do it in the standard way, frontchaining, and see what happens.
So in frontchaining, we start pronouncing or saying the word from the front and going forward.
So if I did that, if I was teaching you how to say this word by using frontchaining,
I would say to you: "You need to say it like this: pro-nun-ci-a-tion."

I've divided up here just to make it a little bit easier for you to see and hear the syllables.

Your brain shuts down.
You don't learn as effectively.
You don't learn as well as when you're happy and relaxed.
So the advantage of learning in...
Through the other system, the other technique called backchaining is that you feel much
more relaxed because when we did it from the front we had to learn one, two, three, four,
five different sounds.
But look what happens when we use backchaining.
So, backchaining is a technique that teaches you how to pronounce words starting from the end.
So let's do that now and see what happens.
So let's just take this last syllable, and we can say: "tion".
So all you have to learn right now is the word "tion".
Not word, part of the word.
Next: "ation".
You can repeat it after me.
"ation, ciation, ciation, nunciation, nunciation".
And last: "pronunciation, pronunciation".
So what happened?
When we started to say this word, and especially if it's a word that's really strange, you've
never heard it, all you had to learn was one sound, not five.
So it's not scary, it's manageable.
It's something you can do, it's something you feel relaxed about.
We're breaking down this word into small, manageable chunks.
All right?
And whenever something's small and manageable, we feel much more relaxed.
So your brain is also going to cooperate with you much more.
Okay.
So that's what I did.
I basically backchained this word, "pronunciation" for you.
Now, with the next example I'm going to go one step further.
Because as I mentioned, English is not always phonetic, so what if we backchained, plus
we wrote it in a way that actually is what you supposed to say?
So let's do that.
So here's this word: "information".
Okay?
"In-for-ma-tion", four syllables.
If we frontchained it, that's what you do.
But let's backchain it, and this time I've written it phonetically the way it actually
should be said, not the way it's spelled.
Don't worry about how it's spelled.
We're not teaching spelling here.
We're teaching pronunciation.
So, how does "tion" actually sound?
Because it's a "t-i-o-n", right?
It sounds something like this: "sh'n".
"tion".
Okay?
So just say: "sh'n, sh'n".
Next: "may-sh'n, may-sh'n".
Good.
Next: "fer-may-shen, fer-may-shen".
Don't worry about the spelling changes.
"fer-may-shen".
Next: "in-fer-may-shen, in-fer-may-shen".
Okay?
Now, what happened?
Yes, there were spelling changes.

Hi and welcome to Outsite TV. Today we'll have a look at the Amok Segl Hammock.
As you can see the hammock has a small pack size. It can even be compressed more.
It makes it perfect for the backpack and together with the DD UL Tarp, this could be the choice for hiking.
I've been hiking a lot with hammocks but most of the have a big pack size. You'll also need the UQ and tarp.
So I've tried to get a setup that was smaller and compared to the DD Frontline, this is much smaller.
But now I finally found a setup that, with hammock, tarp and sleeping pad, has the same pack size as the Frontline itself.
This spring the Amok Segl will arrive in stores and it will be exciting to follow the hammock.
It's small, as I said and it only weighs 435 grams (15.3 oz) and that's more than half of the DD Frontline.
The price is in the high end, so is the hammock worth it?
The Segl is Robic nylon. It's 50% stronger than regular nylon.
It's more breathable so it a good choice for a hammock. However more expensive.
The Segl is without bug net but comes with one of the best suspensions in the world. Let me show you.
For those of you who know the Amok Draumr this is the same suspension.
It's nice and easy to have everything under control in the pack.
Take the suspension out and put it around the tree.
And then, just walk to the next tree.
Please note that the pack is attached to the hammock. Great. Then you have a pocket for the beer.
Same system in this end. Open and put around the tree.
That's it. Now let me show you how easy it is to adjust.
It nees to be higher in this end. So the suspension is quite clever. I pull and the hammock adjust.
If I need to lower the hammock I pull the other way and bingo. Obviously it's strong and won't slip.
So it's really really easy to adjust the suspension on Segl.
The Robic shouldn't stretch much... It doesn't.
I received the hammock last summer and together with the Klymit Hammock V I could test to see if it worked.
So I ran out to test it right away but got disappointed when I saw the size of the hammock.
I thought that a tall guy like me should miss yet another hammock from Amok duo to the small size.
But I have slept in the hammock for some weekend so...
...what's it like to sleep in the Segl? Well there are different opinions.
So I brought my Minions to tell you how it feels.
I'll start by saying that I was very surprised that a tall guy like me could fit the hammock with the Klymit Hammock V sleeping pad.
We recommend the Segl to persons up to 180 cm. (5.9 feet) without the pad inside.
So, let's hear it.
I liked it. I had a good night sleep, but I also smaller that you're.
I had no problems but I'm also 180 cm. so I fit perfectly.
I'm not as excited as the two of you. It's a nice hammock that does what it's supposed to.
It has some nice details like the suspension, but it not that comfortable to sleep in.
Should I lay down? Note that it's hard to get azym in the hammock.
And now you can see the spare material that bothered me when I slept in the hammock.
It needs some tie-out for instance. It has a built in pillow though.
We should mention that this hammock is for breaks and power naps.
Compared to the price, it's maybe too much for the hammock.
But it's the suspension and the Robic nylon that raises the price.
So is it a feinschmecker hammock?
You could say that, yes.
So gathered end hammock. What the score? I'll give it 6-7 out of 10.
I'm on 3.

That's 5 in total then.
Maybe you've already guessed it, but it's also fast to take down.
Take off the carabiner and roll it away.
The attached pack is here and then I just walk back again.
And it's the same on this side.
So if it rains you can pitch your hammock without it getting wet by touching the ground.
