hello and welcome to enjoying and dieting on the same plate. Let's meet
today to cook a sweet recipe and this time I present you
a recipe of healthy waffles ... these Waffles are very low in calories for a
waffle compared to commercial waffles, it's very rich in protein
so that's very important for the development of your body and in addition of
that there is no sugar so it avoids all the bad shit they put
in industrial foods ... you will see that these waffles are very
quick to do and in addition of that, it's about 415 calories for all the dough
but with the whole dough you can do
about 4 to 5 waffles ... it depends the waffle maker that you have
and it's high in protein as I've shown you and low in fat
now i'm going to need a blender or a bowl and a hand mixer
it works too ... 2 eggs, white cheese or yogurt, oatmeal
or oats flour and a little bit of milk and sweetener but
I'll show you later because it's optional

so to find out what are the proportions
you just have to click on the link and you will be on my website with
an explanatory sheet of everything you can do to make the recipe easily
so here you have seen that I have first put the liquid ingredients
milk and white cheese and now I'm going to put the eggs ... here I put a
egg white and a whole egg this is to make a recipe that has
a little more fat but it's not compulsory
you can make it with three egg whites what will avoid putting too much fat and
it will bring more texture ... you have to choose... then you also put the
oatmeal and you can add a little sweetener. Here is liquid
but you can very well also take powdered sweetener both work
if it's powdered you put about a teaspoon
here once you mix you see it's pretty liquid so you'll wait
and let it sit for 10 minutes and remix so that the oatmeal
absorb water....well now you take your waffle iron/maker
and you put a little coconut / olive oil so that

you let heat when the waffle iron is closed ... once it's hot
so about a minute you can put the dough but not
all at once you just have to cover the grooves so you see here I put
just in the middle and it's going to disperse to his ease
then you do the same thing on the other side and if it does not disperse well
you shake a little the waffle iron or you take a spatula and you spread
So do not put too much otherwise it may overflow and so here you see
that it's almost enough and you shut then you will wait between
a minute and a 1min30 before opening for the first time
put your waffle iron to the maximum of its heat like that you're sure it will cook well
if there is no degree it is already at the maximum
OK, once you've done that you take a fork, you look a little bit
how it is ... here I see that it's a little too soft and it still too white then
what are you doing is that you close and you'll let it
cook for another minute ... during this time you prepare
toppings or you wait ... OK a once a minute has passed you go back and
you see it's a bit golden and a bit more compact then you remove them
you put them on the side and you take care of the rest of the dough
once everything is done you dress with what you like so here I
made 4 waffles but I still have 2 in cooking so that means I did
6 waffles with this dough ... very interesting !!
so you see the texture it is really not bad. When you bite in it frankly you see
that the middle is not dry at all then you see that you do not have to hesitate anymore
do these waffles there are as good as less healthy waffles
and for that price you can make yourself a good stack of low calorie waffels and excellent
here I showed you two ideas of recipes either you do it with chocolate and

try to intimidate Oaklands most vulnerable residents.
She continued by saying that the city of Oakland hs been very clear that their values are to
protect all of their residents regardless of where we come from, and they are exercising
their legal right to be a Sanctuary City and to protect their residents.
She finished off the interview by saying that Sanctuary Cities are the ones that are correct
in this matter and that for the federal government to come in and enforce Federal Law is illegal.

Schaff is willing to go to jail to protect these criminals she calls their "Most Vulnerable
Residents."
Yet she doesn't give a damn about the crime-infested streets of Oakland, which is one of the most

THE US has officially advised any of its citizens thinking of flying to North Korea to write
their will and plan their funeral first.
The State Department, which represents the US in international affairs and foreign policy,
has issued the advice amid escalating tensions with Kim Jong-un's regime.
A US passport will no longer get you into North Korea, but a special validation is possible
in rare cases.
The department's first recommendation to travellers reads: "Draft a will and designate
appropriate insurance beneficiaries and/or power of attorney".
The second adds: "Discuss a plan with loved ones regarding care/custody of children, pets,
property, belongings, non-liquid assets (collections, artwork, etc.), funeral wishes, etc.)
A State Department comment on its website reads: "The US government is unable to provide
emergency services to US citizens in North Korea as it does not have diplomatic or consular
reactions with North Korea."
The advisory adds that the US has no diplomatic or consular presence in North Korea.
Swedish officials have also been bared from visiting detained US citizens in the past,
the State Department has said.
Journalists and those with "compelling humanitarian considerations" like the Red Cross can apply
for special validation to visit North Korea.
The US also advises travellers to ten other countries to plan a will before visiting.
They are Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Somalia,
South Sudan, Syria and Yemen.
President Donald Trump announced that the US had designate North Korea as a state sponsor
of terrorism in November last year.
It added the nation to a list that includes Iran, Sudan and Syria.
US college student Otto Warmbier was imprisoned in North Korea for more than a year and died
days after he returned to the US in a coma.
Trump said: "North Korea has repeatedly supported acts of international terrorism
including assassinations on foreign soil.
"This designation will impose further sanctions and penalties on North Korea and related persons."
The State Department's warning comes just weeks after Kim, while calling for improved
relations with South Korea, threatened to strike the US with nuclear warheads.
He said: "The entire area of the US mainland is within our nuclear strike range.

hey everybody Valerie here I wanted to show you a few things that I purchased
in a variety of places they're mostly Valentine's so if you're looking for
Valentine's definitely stay tuned for the entire video because I have a
nice variety of Valentine's items so I wanted to go ahead and share what I was
able to find so the first one that you're looking at is these xxx foam and
first stickers and I found these in Joanne's
I wanted to show you this one if you guys are looking for something like this
because they're so cute they're basically like pink red
I'm sorry pink hearts with kind of like the fuzzy you know material and they do
have the adhesive back because they are you know they are a sticker and let me
show you a little bit closer up look how pretty these are guys they're just like
the fuzzy fur and ooh and they actually have a lot of fallout but that's okay
they're still super cute a little sticky back and it's just basically the fabric
that has the adhesive backing so I thought this would be really cute you
know for maybe your daughter's planner or even on your stomach your kids school
book or even for a project that you want something a little bit different you
know something kind of a little heart for Valentine's Day maybe making your
own Valentine's Day card I thought these would be really cute for that and since
they're fabric I think they would probably stick on pretty much anything
maybe you know about even on a backpack so yeah I thought they were really cute
really different I haven't seen anything with like the fur and then you get
different sizes and then you also get the foam stickers in a variety of
different shapes and this is actually kind of cool look at this you can use
them together or you can pull it apart and then you have an open heart and then
a smaller heart inside and again they all have the adhesive backing and then
you get this print as well one of these you so yeah this is what I found at
Joanns just this one item I just saw the fur and kid messed up next I want to
target to just do some grocery shopping and I came across these large tide tags
and you guys know I love marbles so I had to get them so there's marble and
there's craft as well and it looks like you get the cord to go along with it
and then I also found these holographic stickers you get 160 came out and look
how pretty these are of course the holographic ones are my favorite and I
love how shiny and pretty these are and this was a pretty good deal I think
these were only two dollars I think so really pretty and that was target and
next I went to Hobby Lobby and I just found these items there and I couldn't
pass these up guys look how cute these are very kawaii
with a little eyes and a little smiley face and you get a popsicle a
chocolate-covered strawberry a cupcake a doughnut and an ice cream cone and look
how cute and adorable these are so basically that's what you
got and I think they were having neither forty or fifty percent off Valentine so
yeah I went ahead and picked up these and I I found a red mini heart doily and
I found these felt heart stickers and I love the combination of the three pink
the soft pink the brighter pink looks kind of like the neon pink and then the
red and then you do get some please and the openings up so you guys can see them
look how pretty these are and then you do have like that you know to make them
dimensional you have the little filmy back and then look at these pretty
colors these other pretty colors that you got very cute so I got those as well
so I am stocked up for heart stickers for a while and then I also got these
in hearts and you can embellish these guys you can paint them you can put
sports some sort of sparkle on it glossy accent you could do a lot with these so
that's why I love getting you know anything in wood then went to Walmart
and while not really impressed me I've never bought um Valentine's Day items
ever except this year so you know I had seen a couple of videos with Valentine's
Day items and I was really impressed so I took a trip over to Walmart and I
found a lot of really cute things for you know for crafts and for you know
pretty much anything you want for your planner so I found these um 20 foam
stickers for 98 cents and I thought that was kind of sweet and if you can you can
see that there's different thicknesses to them like this one's really thick and
then you have like I guess the regular thickness and they say follow your heart
with love with love and yeah and just kind of like a heart print so I thought
that was kind of sweet for it for 98 cents and then of course I love the
glittery hearts and these were for 97 cents great pricing better than dollar
trees so and then these are confetti they're not stickers which is fine if I
wanted to make these stickers you know are they sticking to bread my glue stick
and do that but I love the colors and these the foil colors you get the purple
you get the pink and then you get the softer pink so that that was really
really pretty um a few stickers by Homer hallmark and guys look at this one this
one's my favorite you get 24 pieces and these are basically Donuts and
Valentine's Day cookies how cute are these I love these and these are like
the puffy kind so gorgeous I can pass that up and then look how beautiful
these heart ones are and these were a little pricier so I sort of hesitated
but I just love them this one was three dollars this one was also three dollars
and then this beautiful one too is $2.00 so that's what I got from
Hallmark from Walmart and I found some beautiful stickers stickers I'm also in
the Valentine's Day section in Walmart and look how pretty these heart ones are
I love the sizes of these especially the little tiny ones because they're gonna
be great for my planner and then I got these cookies these are guys I love this
one it's a sweetheart look at the little bee look at this the one the green with
a little two hearts I love this one and these are probably my favorite though
out of the last three that I just showed you of course because of the food based
stickers looks like this is kind of like a Hershey's kiss again with the
Valentine's Day cookies and these are the clear kind clear kind stickers are
my favorite because you don't have to what they don't have that you know the
white edge that you have to worry about these are great for the planner for
pretty much anything with the clear um edge and these look at these guys I love
these this is um 98 cents as well you get a hundred and let me see no I'm
sorry you get a hundred stickers and look how beautiful these are
look at the big waffle with the coffee and this the little square of butter and
look how cute these are more of the I guess the foil ones look at the bacon
but donut I get that list the mores um slice the pizza I love the little
strawberry one I just think this is so adorable and you know what guys I'm
gonna open this up but I don't know what's actually in here if anything
let's see oh no interesting so you basically this is my sticker album so
okay so basically you can these stickers are for you to do some sort of
sticker decoration on this album and I guess you can write whatever sentiment
you want and maybe even get this to someone so that's actually kind of
interesting good idea right so that's what that is and then I
picked up these four notepads and sticker says 98 cents again I was drawn
to the fact that there's a piece of Pekin and egg again the foodie and then
look at all these beautiful and these are actually little stickers and let me
see what the pad is like inside no probably it's just like playing oh and
you get two of them oh and here are the stickers okay oh okay and there's just
one inside so um you know no lines or anything so that's pretty cool and like
that and the stickers are adorable again love the s'mores the coffee the
strawberries that doughnuts love everything about this and then just
more stickers the same stickers this is so cool so I get four of these stickers
four strips and then I get 4 of the pads so these are gonna be great for you know
friend mail and they say don't go baking my heart you're extra you're extra nice
lovey very very cool for 98 cents got all of
that and then I also got this list pad for 97 cents and love the conversation
hearts here underneath and this looks to be like a big ball jar with stripes you
know with lines to write down your to-do list or your grocery list or whatever
how adorable and it is magnetized in the back and let's see guys I've got these
treat sacks these are you get six print prints and
you get 18 pieces which is pretty awesome for 98
and let's open these up as well because I want to see what they like look how
cute these are says I like you a whole lot eh
and it's just a really cute little bag I mean I would use this for friend mail
too you know when I send out pocket letters or whatever it may be I would
put like little goodies in here and then send them out so let's see that's one
print look at this one the more I know you this is more I like
you love this one don't go bacon my heart you're extra
nice very nice hint donut you know I like you a whole bunch very cute aren't
these adorable guys muffin compares compares to you hey cute you're so very
sweet oh love these I wish I would have found a second wanted to be honest and I
might go back if there's any left I might get a second one because these are
gorgeous love them and then they did get a few more treats at I got the plastic
ones with the red heart I got the holographic ones with the love state
with a heart and this is love inside and these were a little bit more these were
a dollar eighty eight and these were also a dollar eighty eight and you get
12 bags in each one I believe this one actually doesn't say I will actually get
twenty in this one and the holographic ones you get twelve and the more treats
X guys and with these you only get five packs but these are much bigger you can
see the comparison these are much bigger so I think that's probably why you don't
get as many but these are the prints I'm not going to open these up but these are
the prints that you get and it looks like just two different heart prints a
pizza one it says you have a pizza my heart and another really pretty heart
print and then this one is says snappy huh snappy Valentine's Day
oh geez adorable and guys look at those oh my gosh this is probably one of my
favorites of this little haul but I'm showing you okay first of all look at
the little tag which is the bacon and bonus they gave me too
so I'll probably take one of these off the bag and use it for something else
and this was 98 cents very comparable to Dollar Tree I love it and it says your
bacon me crazy how cute is that and then the bacon is a little bit shiny
so how cute again guys I wish out it got a second long cuz if I use this I'm
gonna be sorry that it's gonna be gone but yeah I'm gonna go see if I can find
another one because this is way too cute and guys the last two items I got were
16 embellished Valentine's Day cards and look at these prints as well again with
the food theme which I absolutely love they did have more you know prints but I
only picked up the these two because these two were my favorite and again we
do get eggs and bacon which are too cute and I'm not going to use these for
Valentine's Day I'm just gonna use these for my crafts basically and then it just
says in the back don't go baking my heart you're extra nice and then the
donut look how cute this is guys it's a donut and then it has a donut hole and
the donut hole has some sparkle so this is too cute and just right up my alley
of you know anything food based I just love these and then the other one is
really super cute too everything in this haul in my opinion is very cute this one
guys it's a s'more and just I mean look at that marshmallow with that little
smiley face and the heart behind it and I just think it looks so yummy like good
enough to eat and then in the back it says the more I know you this more I
like you adorable and then look at the pizza
no sparkle to the pizza but it does have the the pepperonis there's a little
heart pepperoni here there's olives those peppers they are foiled and then
it says you have a piece of my heart very cute so guys that is my haul kind
of like my random haul from a few different places I hope that you guys

All the toys are still in their original boxes.
But some of my toys are
displayed in these showcases.
Those are plastic models from Marusan.
There are many versions in this series.
Re-issues and other limited editions.
(I still don't have the original one from 1958-1959)
These boxes were in the container.
They haven't been touched.
There are many toys.
This is called
"The Supreme Ruler of the Century's End".
This is rare.
It's covered in golden glitter.
This figure is based on the
last scene from "Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla".
He was covered by
golden powder when defeating Mechagodzilla.
This pendant figure is strange.
"Tsuburaya Pro" is inscribed
on the bottom of the foot.
This is supposedly a Godzilla.
But I'm not exactly sure
if this is official or not.

is a Hanayashiki limited Godzilla.
I think only 1,000 of these figures exist in the world.
So I went all the way to
Hanayashiki when I was a kid.

They are my favorites.
I've had them since I was a child.
I've been careful to keep them from losing their value ever since then.

I thought this was 7,000 yen.
but it was actually 70,000 yen.

I like it.

This coloring attracted me.
There are some remakes.
But I like everything about the original one.

#7 First Train In Europe Rome To Venice (Italy) (TheIndianBachelor) - Duration: 8:55.
I stayed four nights in rome
today I am leaving for venice
venice is an another city of italy
so I have to catch a train
From Roma Termini
Going towards prima porta station
Prima porta then i will take a train towards Flaminio then to roma termini in metro
My hotel was 30 minutes far away from the main city(rome)
Prima porta was a nearest train station
There was a shuttle service from the hotel to prima porta
Unlike city is crowded but this place is quite , calm and a good place to live in
The name of the hotel was Camping Happy Village
I had boarded the train going towards flaminio station
That's how it look from inside
At that corner station name's are given
Reached Flaminio station now i have to take metro from flaminio to roma termini
Roma termini is a very big station
If you have a prebooked train ticket you can go from the undergrond passage from metro to train station
Right now i have shown my tickets and they allowed me to go from here
Goind towards my platform
One more important thing is roma termini have free wifi all over the station
You can use any sim card of any country to avail the free wifi services at roma termini station
Its 9:45 am here
My train timing is 10:30 am

You can get everything here there is even a shopping mall inside the premises
This is coach 3 My seat number is 33
Lets check it's washroom
wow it is quite clean
All over european trains are very clean
And specially thier washroom
Its very spacious and clean
It's a 6 hour journey
As you have seen that was my seat
I liked this seat as leg space is good enough here
These are automatic doors
You can't go from one coach to another
it's been 2.5hrs now and still there is 3 hrs journey left
Till now the journey is very comfortable
More than 60 percent train is empty you can sit anywhere you want
All over the train journey in italy is very comfortable
Like you can travel one city to another similarly you can travel from one country to another via train
It's very painful for ears when it passes through the tunnel
Finally i have reached Venice My journey started at 10:30 am and it ends at 04:30 pm it took 6 hour to complete
Right now I am very excited to explore Venice
Lets go towards the hotel
I have to take a tram from Venezia Mestre to Marghera

believe it or not the pharmaceutical industry has a few skeletons in their
closet I know you're surprised right as one of America's largest industries it
should come as no surprise that the pharmaceutical companies can sometimes
do some shady things in the name of making more money here are 10 things you
didn't know about the pharmaceutical industry stay tuned to number one to
find out how marketing tactics they use subliminally convince you to use their
medications
number ten unregulated industry taking a pill using a cream or drinking an elixir
has been commonplace for centuries but the pharmaceuticals as an industry
really only came around about 200 years ago in 1818 a chemist named Robert
shoemaker started developing pills and elixirs to help people with common
medical issues such as headaches and body pains his products caught on
quickly and soon led to many more people developing cures for what el djem the
only problem all of this activity went unchecked
until the government developed the Federal Drug Administration or FDA in
1902 so for about 80 years anyone who thought their blend of whiskey and rat
poison or whatever the cure for chest pains was could sell the stuff and get
away with it no questions asked not even to determine if it was at least
good whiskey you were using if the FDA regulations don't seem to have enough
today just imagine living in the pre FDA days number 9 not so clinical trials
while many companies published the results of their clinical trials some
decide not to I wonder why an example of this came a few years back when Glasgow
SmithKline was forced to publish the results of their clinical trials after
their drug Paxil an SSRI for depression and anxiety was found to actually raise
the likelihood of suicide in teens and young adults a pill for depression of
all things after a lengthy court battle GSK was forced to release the
information that they knew the pill wasn't nearly as fective as they had led
the public to believe this may sound like a victory for the people but sadly
it's just one lawsuit covering one situation as far as we know many other
companies even GSK themselves could have other unreleased clinical trials that we
know nothing about and chances are we never will number 8 different name same
pill sometimes product naming can be tough especially if you're a company
that's full of scientists with little interest in fancy naming
kids just call it cash grabbin let's move on already take Prozac for example
developed as a pill for depression the name sounds very professional and
scientific unfortunately the company noticed a significant lack of female
customers so they created Seraphim a pink coated version of the exact same
pill now it's not impossible for customers to discover this clever trick
but sadly this is a commonplace practice in the pharmaceutical industry prozac
sounds scientific and manly while Seraphim sounds like the perfect pill
for women and somehow this is okay so the next time you see two medication ads
that seem to be for the exact same type of pill well they very well may be
number seven political lobbying we've officially reached the financial section
of our list now and naturally we'll start with lobbying lobbying in the most
basic sense is when companies send representatives to go hang out in the
Capitol in Washington DC until the lawmakers why they should pass
or repeal certain laws usually the reasoning includes large bags of cash
personally delivered to the hands of the lawmakers while many industries perform
lobbying the pharmaceutical industry takes it to the extreme big pharma
companies spend about two hundred and thirty two million dollars in 2012 in
political lobbying alone that's a far more than any other industry in the
nation with this money they can get exclusive meetings with top lawmakers
and make suggestions on how to vote on upcoming laws or even pitch a few ideas
of their own and at two hundred and thirty two million dollars per year
maybe this is why pills cost so much which brings me to number six no limits
ever wondered why your prescriptions cost so much more money now than it did
a few years ago maybe the chemicals in it are more expensive or maybe
processing costs of risen nope sometimes they just want more cash while the FDA
regulates many areas of the pharmaceutical industry it does
non-touch pricing at all this also explains why if you ever talk to a
friend who uses the Zacks a mezes you you'll quickly
discover that one of you is paying way more than the other pricing issues can
sometimes be the difference of double or triple the cost for seemingly no good
reason at all but sometimes the discrepancy is absurd take daraprim for
example when this infection finding medication came to market it was clearly
valuable and when it was purchased by turing pharmaceuticals they took
advantage and bumped the price up just by a bid five thousand percent yes
that's right you heard me five thousand percent why would a
company need an extra five thousand percent payout on every prescription you
ask maybe it just has something to do with all of that lobbying number five
profit margin as it turns out pharmaceutical companies make a ton of
cash who knew right while most industries make enough money
to keep the lights on pharmaceutical companies had profit
margins of 19 percent in 2013 even tech companies don't make that kind of return
on investment the surprising part of this profit margin is the fact that Big
Pharma spends a ton of money too in an industry that costs so much to research
produce promote and lobby their medications still somehow they have a
profit margin of 19 percent how can that be
I guess the ability to manipulate lawmakers helps number for sales reps
galore the last of our financial section a big part of the money-making machine
that is Big Pharma is the sales reps sales representatives are sent to
doctors offices around the nation to sell doctors on the idea of choosing
their company's medications the next time they need to prescribe to their
patients this can seem like harmless salesmanship but when the sales reps
offer all kinds of incentives like paying for a free lunch or offering a
plethora of free samples doctors are more likely to write that prescription
worst of all the sales reps are also well-trained to push pills when they
aren't even really needed if a heart disease medication has also been proven
to help with headaches reps are known to use that as another selling point in an
ideal situation the doctor would prescribe the reps
medication for every patient number three misleading study results when any
company performs a study they collect a lot of data I mean a ton for clinical
trials usually hundreds if not thousands of people are provided to pill and
closely studied to see how the pills affect them naturally some of the data
comes out of the study will be less than desirable let's say what's a company to
do when the most common outcome of using a heart pill is migraines when promoting
a medication that has some bad clinical trial result companies go out of their
way to talk up the details of those who had good results they tell you all about
the hundreds of patients who felt much better after taking the pill but we'll
skip over the hundreds of instances where new health issues appeared in
addition the medication may further agitate the condition it was supposed to
help obviously you don't want to bring that up to the shareholders or potential
customers number two biased recommendations every customer
feels better when they buy a product that has been endorsed by an impartial
organization the only problem with pharmaceuticals is that some of these
impartial groups have been paid very nicely by the medication companies now
these organizations can't outright take a bribe but when a big pharmaceutical
company unloads truckloads of money at your doorstep
maybe you review their pill and find it to be a little bit better than everyone
else's on the market the organization gets their cash and the pharmaceutical
company gets a fancy logo to put on their label everybody wins right well
unfortunately not us number one ridiculous ads hopefully no
one really believes that once they take their expensive heart pill they'll
suddenly be able to take up hiking and kayaking right but subconsciously things
are different market research has shown that when you see ads with happy people
living happy lives you are more likely to associate happiness with that product
obviously this is great news for the pharmaceutical companies and they take
advantage of it constantly in addition our minds are much more visual than they
are audible that's why you see people cured of their pain
and enjoying life while you here the list of terrible side effects that are
associated with taking the pill while your mind is distracted by the pleasing
visuals you only slightly grasp the weight of all those pesky side-effects
that and it would be thoroughly disgusting to see all those side effects
