Jo Jung Suk Gives His Honest Opinion About Hyeri's Bad Acting

Jo Jung Suk revealed that he doesn't understand why netizens hated on Hyeri for her acting.

He thought she acted well in their recent drama, Two Cops.

"I don't understand [the controversy].

I think Hyeri acts well.".

Although she was showered with compliments about her acting on Reply 1988, her performance for Two Cops had received a wide range of criticism from its viewers.

Hyeri at the press conference for "Two Cops".

As a response, she had uploaded a handwritten apology to her fans.

She vowed to reflect on her past to become a better actor.

"With an apologetic heart, I will never stop working hard and reflecting on myself.

I will work diligently, step by step to improve and show a better side of myself.".

However, Jo Jung Suk completely disagreed with the haters in the first place.

Hyeri and Jo Jung Suk acting for "Two Cops".

He didn't think the problem of the controversy was her acting.

He was actually very proud of her performance.

"Her acting could have not fit well with our project in some ways but I still think her acting is good.

I think we both continued to act while believing that we're becoming better actors.".

He was inspired by Hyeri's handwritten letter and reiterated the fact that he truly enjoyed working next to her.

"We just cheered each other on during filming, but the fact that she uploaded the letter was brave of her.

It's a difficult thing to do, but it felt like she was moving on from it and learning for the future.

I respect her as a colleague, and I'm proud of her as a junior.".

Two Cops finished airing just recently, and Jo Jung Suk looks forward to Hyeri and his improvements as actors.

Read his full interview response about Hyeri below:.

No one has a better understanding of the co-actor than the actor himself.

I received a lot of good vibes from [Hyeri].

She's a good actor with good acting abilities.

I didn't give her advice [since the controversy].

[Music]

I've imagined God's tender gaze.

What makes Him tender? The sight of all these who full of humble love

kneel, sit down, open the Bible, start their PCs to listen to the gospel book.

It's the sight of all those saying, 'Talk to me, I want to hear Your words.' which makes God tender

Today Jesus, looking at those around Him, says:, 'These are my brothers, this is my mother, these are my sisters.'

But the evangelist emphasized the Jesus's gaze when He was watching, I assume, tenderly with

a loving, tender gaze of the One enjoying our openness to the Word.

Woman Asks Homeless Man What He Wants For Christmas, Leaves Him Sobbing When She Hands

Him Paper

What do you think of when you see a homeless person sitting by the side of the road?

Do you wonder how they got there?

If they have a family?

What they were like as children?

Do you think of them at all?

Alan Duffany, 52, has been homeless most of his adult life.

He has family in Tennessee, but he has been living on the streets of Sacramento for years.

That's where he met Jody Revak.

Jody would see Alan as she drove around town and would often stop to give him some change.

With the holidays coming up, though, Jody thought she'd see if she could give Alan

a little more than pocket change.

Alan was panhandling on the side of the road one December day when Jody pulled up, rolled

down her window, and asked him a question that would change his life:

"Alan, if there was something I could get you for Christmas, what would that be?"

she asked.

Jody was probably expecting him to ask for a new coat or a hot meal, but he decided to

tell her his greatest Christmas wish.

He told her if he could have just one thing, it would be to see his sister in Tennessee.

Jody's response left Alan in tears.

"I'm going to make that happen for you," she said.

Jody enlisted the help of her friend, Stephanie Rice, and together they worked to make Alan's

wish a reality.

They told him to meet them at the Greyhound bus station where they handed him a ticket

to Sneedville, Tennessee, where his sister, Rose Cooper, lives.

Before he left, they also gifted him with new clothes for the trip.

As he waited for his bus, the smile on Alan's face told Jody she had made the right decision

when she decided to help him.

"There was just something about him that I just connected with," she said.

Rose says Jody and Stephanie are "angels" for helping Alan out, but the two women insist

they were just doing what they thought was right.

"I don't think anybody should be alone at Christmas," Jody said.

"And if I could make one wish, I'm grateful that I could."

Hibernate Envers : How to Implement a Conditional Audit Log - Duration: 6:51.

Hi,

I'm Thorben Janssen from thoughts-on-java.org.

Today I want to show you

how to implement a conditional audit

with Hibernate Envers.

Envers automatically integrates with Hibernate ORM

and provides a powerful and easy to use solution to write an audit log

As I described in previous videos,

you just need to add Envers to your classpath

and annotate your entities with Audited.

It will then document all insert,

update and delete operations

and you can even perform complex queries on your audited data

and customize the revision information.

Sounds quick and easy, right?

Well,

it is, as long as you audit all changes performed on an entity.

But implementing a conditional audit requires more work.

By default, Hibernate Envers registers a set of event listeners

which are triggered by Hibernate ORM.

You need to replace these listeners to customize Envers' audit capabilities.

Hibernate Envers' provides a set of listeners

which are triggered by the event types you can see here on the slide.

Let's say, I'm auditing book entities

and I want to ignore all updates of books

which are not published.

These are all Book entities which's publishingDate attribute is null.

I need to replace the existing listeners

for events of EventType.PRE_UPDATE

and EventType.POST_UPDATE.

That's a lot easier than you might expect.

Let's take a look at the Book entity first.

As you can see here, I annotated this entity with Audited

so that Hibernate Envers audits all changes.

That's all you need to do if you want to write a standard audit

which documents all changes.

But we only want to audit published entities

and that requires a few custom event listeners.

Hibernate Envers provides the

EnversPreUpdateEventListenerImpl.

It already implements all the required logic

to write the audit information for update operations.

The only thing you need to do is to extend this class

and ignore all update operations

which you don't want to document in the audit log.

I do that in the

MyEnversPreUpdateEventListenerImpl class.

It extends

Envers' EnversPreUpdateEventListenerImpl

and overrides the onPreUpdate method.

Within that method,

I check if the event was triggered for a Book entity

and if the publishingDate is null.

If that's the case,

I ignore the event

and in all other cases,

I just call the method on the superclass.

And you can replace the listener of the

EventType.POST_UPDATE event

in the same way

The only difference is that you now need to extend the

EnversPostUpdateEventListenerImpl class.

I did that here.

OK, you have custom listener implementation

which ignore all changes to Book entities

which don't have a publishing date.

You now just have to tell Hibernate Envers

to use your listeners

instead of the default ones.

You can do that by providing your implementation of

Hibernate's Integrator interface.

The easiest way to do that is to copy

and adapt the EnversIntegrator class.

Hibernate Envers uses this class by default.

All event listeners are registered in the integrate

method.

In this example, I just want to replace the listeners

for the EventType.PRE_UPDATE and

EventType.POST_UPDATE events.

So, I register my implementations

instead of Envers' default ones.

You can implement this part

as it is required by your application.

You can replace all of Envers' listeners,

don't register listeners for some events

or register listeners

for other Hibernate EventTypes.

The last thing you need to do to use your custom event listeners

is to register your Integrator implementation.

You can do that by adding the

fully qualified name of your class in the

META INF/services/org.hibernate.integrator.spi.Integrator file.

OK, that's all. Let's give it a try.

This test case persists a new Book entity

without a publishingDate in the 1st transaction,

updates the title in the 2nd transaction

and sets the publishingDate in the 3rd transaction.

I only replaced the listeners for the

EventType.PRE_UPDATE

and EventType.POST_UPDATEevents.

Hibernate Envers, therefore,

audits the INSERT operation of the 1st transaction.

But you can see that in the 2nd transaction

the custom event listener implementations

ignored the update event.

And when the 3rd transaction sets the publishingDate,

the custom listeners

delegate the event handling

to Envers' listener implementation

and adds a record to the audit log.

OK, that's it for today.

Social Anxiety : 5 tried and tested ways of overcoming - Duration: 8:51.

SOCIAL ANXIETY | 5 TRIED AND TESTED WAYS OF OVERCOMING EXPERIENCING SOCIAL ANXIETY IS

LIKE LIVING IN WAR ZONE YOU DON'T KNOW WHICH WAY THE BULLET WILL COME FROM. YOU ARE ON

EDGE ALL THE TIME.

I believe my social anxiety was cause by my childhood experience of abuse, war, living

in a refugee camp and life in exile. When I was plunged into the depressing depths of

social anxiety, or social phobia, I struggled to rationalised some simple fact, I was lost,

I was alone, I was hurt and I was bitter. Even seeing a security van can set me off

in that cycle of worry and depression.

The good thing is all that is behind me now. I am going to share with you in this video

5 Tried and tested ways of overcoming social anxiety.

Let get to it.

WHAT IS SOCIAL ANXIETY DISORDER?

Here is my definition of social anxiety disorder is like everything and everybody just against

you.The little things that people do like the way they look at you, their tone of voice

when they speak to you, some of their gesture can push you into a state of insecurity, self-hating

ideas that cause you fall back into that inner void.

Contrary to common beliefs, people with social anxiety still want to make friends, be included

in groups, and be involved and engaged in social interactions. It is fear or let anxiety

that holds us back. I knew that my anxiety is irrational, is not based on fact, and does

not make rational sense.  Nevertheless, thoughts and feelings of anxiety persist and are chronic.

I know all these because I have been there too. But today, I am here to help you, give

you a helping hand, and show you that it is actually possible to work through this problem with

complete success.

I want to give quick shoutout to a channel which I always go to find new ideas even the

background behind me it come through watching one of her video. Please check her out she

need support I leave the link in the description below. Say hello to the CreativeQueenX

HOW TO OVERCOMING SOCIAL ANXIETY These methods worked for me but I have no

way of giving you 100% guarantee that it will for you as it did for me because we are

all different and react differently. But please take what I share here with care.

This is not those inexpensive throw-away feel-good motivational messages here – this is hard-earned,

blood-and-sweat, tried and tested ways which I offer to you openly:1. WORK ON EVOLVING

WITHIN.When I experienced social anxiety I focused a lot on establishing my look: I dress

well so that I can be more attracting to others, I have learned about different manner and

body language. But then I realised all of these change are on the external and still

not making me feel at ease. The real changes I need it was in my inner world. So I start

by changing my inner world first, by changing my inner thoughts, perceptions and beliefs.

That was the beginning of my real recovery. So set yourself in the path self-awareness,

Self-exploration, Self-discovery, Self-understanding, Self-love. I have a video How to turn low

self-esteem to self love. The link is in the description watch it after that you will find

it useful to learn how to love yourself 2. UNDERSTAND, ACCEPT AND LOVE YOUR IMPERFECTION.There

is not two people like you out there. I was watching video by R Cuda. He said I am just

paraphrase it here. There are good people as well there are bad people. We all have

strength and weaknesses. SO basically there is not perfect person we all have flaws.

Checking out whatever you dislike about yourself likewise whatever you love about yourself

(no matter how little). Maybe you like your sense of humour, creative skills, compassion

or other quality or skill? I use a self-love journal, in which I write my stuffs in there

and rewarding myself every time I am successful in something, and also add to self love journal.

I also try to be reflective, also recite daily positive affirmations, and by praying or meditating

whatever is your belief. You can check Life Success with Greta channel you will find tone

of positive affirmation to help you.

3. YOU ARE JUST AS WORTHY AND VALUABLE AS EVERYONE ELSE.One of our biggest problem is

self worth. we feel we are not worthy enough to be able to mix with others. I had to recognise

that I am simply as deserving and important as anyone walking right now in this planet

no matter who they are, how pretty they are, how popular they are, or how rich they are.

We are all equal. I am simply as worthy and important as the Queen of England, I am simply

as deserving and important as Denzel Washington. In this video The Two Most Powerful Words

In The Universe - I am by Power Within I quote NOBODY CAN SAY I AM FOR YOU. That is really

profound. To truly comprehend the power of I am it is empowering.

4. EXPOSE YOURSELF TO SITUATIONS THAT MAKE YOU UNCOMFORTABLE.When I just moved in the

UK I knew that if I have to make life here I had to face my worries and go into crowded

space I started going to place like Oxford Circus if You have been to London and gone

shopping in Oxford Circus you will understand what that place is for somebody who suffer

from social anxiety. Slowly exposing myself to uncomfortable situations or people is vital.

And also Every time I do that I was rewarded with a sense of pride.

Don't be the barrier for your happiness by blocking your chance of personal development.

Go out and face the world with confident. Like the saying goes fake it till you make

it.

5. HOW PEOPLE TREAT YOU IS A REFLECTION OF THEM NOT YOU.

If somebody is judgemental or unkind to you, that shouldn't define you it is rather them,

basically that show how they feel about themselves and they want to project that onto you. Say

no no. The truth is that, people that hate themselves treat others with hatred, people

that are full of insecurity always judge others harshly. Learning to see beyond a person's

behaviour into their hidden pain can help you immensely in this regard.

That is what it is. I hope you find it useful. So now I am asking you to support me to spread

the word. Share this video with your network. You can share it on your WhatsApp or facebook

group, Twitter, Embed it in your blog or website. Give me thumbs up is free. And give me your

opinion too by using the comment box below.

And I say to you God bless you. Thank you for watching.

Can salt and oil remove white marks from wood? - Duration: 2:15.

I'm currently still attempting to investigate some of these hacks for

removing white rings off tables so this one is the salt and and oil method so

I'll give it a try see how we go.

So the method involves just mixing up this

mixture here of chunky salt.. I'm chasing (the bowl) around the table ..and olive oil.

"They" said and then they said to just pop it on the white ring and let it

sit for five minutes and come back and wipe it off and then move it over on to

another part of the white ring so I'll keep doing this and and we'll

investigate this method. Okay it doesn't really seem to have worked on that white

ring I moved it around I can still see the white mark I'm just going to try it

on some of these other marks on the table see whether it helps because it

certainly did a good job on the video that the woman demonstrated. Now I did

actually try the mayonnaise on the wood method. I made a You Tube video about that

on my Active Domestics Cleaning channel. That was disgusting! Don't do it it!

It stinks the house out. So let's see if this gets any better. Okay let's see if

we've had any success here. Just going to move this over to the edges because

there's a few other marks over here. No. It doesn't seem to have worked

and of course the oils temporarily making the wood look a little bit better

in places but it certainly doesn't seem to be drawing out any white marks on this

table so I don't know what's going on there. Another failed method.

There's my white rings. There's my marks. Nothing has changed.

Bummer! Okay thanks for watching.

Please subscribe.

[English subtitles] Making MINIATURE CAKES using EASY BAKE OVEN - Duration: 7:06.

Hi guys, it's Mini!

Today I have this!

It's a cooking toy

With which you can actually bake cookies like a real oven!

I will be having fun with it today!

It's my first time using it, so I will have to test around

But let's get started!

Tada!

The main unit and a spatula

And this metal plate-ish thingy!

What's it called? *A tray*

And...

A baking mix

It's a lot lighter than I thought

This supposedly is capable of making legit stuff

But since it's my first time

I'll be cooking with the baking mix that came with it

So let's see

*Reading the manual*

It's a cake mix

Place the cake on here....

Set the tray right over here...

And push in with the spatula

Do I see it?

No I can't

After that

Yes, I got it!

I see I see!

So that's how it's done!

OK!

I first need to turn it on and preheat for 20 minutes

Very simple, it only has an on/off switch

Flip it and it turns on

Now I wait 20 minutes

While we wait for it to heat up

Let's make the cake!

I'm going to wash the tray

Alright, the tray is clean

I also prepared everything I need!

Let's start mixing!

Use some cooking spray or butter

So the food doesn't stick

Spread it thinly

Put that aside for now

Now I'm going to pour out the mix into a bowl

Add a teaspoon of water

One teaspoon...

Is that all I really need?

That was very little... *In fact it wasn't enough*

Let's start mixing!

Using chopsticks, so Japanese

Was that really enough water?

*Nope*

Oops, I made a mistake

That was a really basic mistake

I used the wrong spoon

Let's add more water

I'm surprised at myself for such an easy mistake

It's starting to look like cake dough!

I'm going to knead the dough with my hands

But before that

It says I should add some cake flour

Just add a tiny bit on my hands

And start rolling

Separate them into halves

They're like balls of chocolate

Now break these into sixths

One sixth...

First one...

Flattening them with my fingers

I made them!

Let's put them through!

This goes...

Push it all the way to the line

And wait 12 minutes!

It smells so good! *12 minutes later*

Very good smell!

It smells like brownies!

Now that the 12 minutes are over, next...

I only pushed in half way last time

Now I'm going to push all the way to here

Let's push it through

The oven has two layers

This end of the layer is for cooling the cake

I'm going to let it cool for 5 minutes

I think it's close to 5 minutes now

Taking it out

Ooooh...

Not too hot...

No, it's a little hot...

They're done!

Let's move them onto a plate

Will they come off?

They do!

It said "cake" on the mix

These are cookies... lol

Here they are! So now...

I'm going to make the second half!

First make two halves...

*Same steps as before*

Tada!

Once again, these will go into the oven!

Let's wait another 12 minutes!

Now I'm moving them to the cooling area

And wait for 5 minutes!

They've been baked!

This one feels more like a cake

It's softer than the first batch

I'm done baking!

Now I'm going to make the frosting!

My brother and I used to use this bowl a long time ago

Adding some water

Not going to make the same mistake!

A ziploc bag

Cut the end off

I'm going to decorate the first one normally

Take this...

And sprinkle it on

It's cute!

The color is very cute

It's finished!

Here's my first one!

I'm going to continue decorating

They're all done!

Can you try it? *To my mom*

Mom: Cocoa-flavored cookies!

The manual said these are cakes...

Cookie?

They are cakes that are effectively cookies lol

Thank you for watching!

This can bake different foods

I'm thinking about making pizza next!

I'll see you in my next video!

Bye-bye!

Waitress Thinks Grungy Man Is Being A Creep. When She Looks At Bill Later Almost Passes Out - Duration: 3:41.

Waitress Thinks Grungy Man Is Being A Creep.

When She Looks At Bill Later Almost Passes Out

There is much made of the value of first impressions and snap judgments.

Many people believe that your first impression is always the right one.

While I have found that to be true in some situations, over the years I have learned

that often my first impression of someone is not the accurate one.

I make a judgment based on a quick first meeting, but later they do or say something that makes

me realize my first impression was totally off base.

That's exactly what happened to Trisha Murphy the other day.

This season has not been an easy one for Trisha.

She works as a waitress at Denny's and at a nursing home.

In addition to that, she is going to school, all while trying to raise her four kids on

her own!

It seemed like everything was going wrong and she was struggling just to keep her head

above water.

As she went into work about a week before Christmas, she felt so overwhelmed that she

didn't know if she'd be able to make it through her shift.

"I was so stressed I could barely function," she said.

"Most of my Christmas shopping wasn't done, my car got towed to Bangor (with a $735

bill on its head), and there's only a week until Christmas.

"I went into work, racking my brain as to how I was going to pull this off.

I can pick up a couple extra shifts and do some odd jobs.

That would mean I'd have to pay extra for a sitter, though.

I couldn't even concentrate at work."

Despite her own struggles, she put a smile on her face and tried to act like it was any

other day.

But then came another blow – the restaurant was practically empty.

"I thought for sure, I was screwed!" she said.

Then three men came in and sat down at one of her tables.

They all looked kind-of grungy.

Trisha knew she probably wouldn't be getting much of a tip from them, but she smiled and

went over to take their order.

As she stood by their table, the older of the three men began to ask her about her Christmas

plans.

She told them she really only "did Christmas" for her kids – otherwise, she didn't get

into it that much.

The man joked that he'd come be Santa for her kids.

Thinking he was hitting on her, Trisha led him to believe she was married and tried to

carry on a pleasant – but "safely distant" – conversation.

At the end of their meal, Trisha brought the check over.

Typically, customers take the check up to the hostess to pay, but the man insisted Trisha

cash them out personally.

"I thought it a little odd, but obliged anyway," she said.

She noticed that when the man put his card into the machine, he had a huge grin spread

across his face.

Trisha was a little confused but didn't think too much of it until she saw what was

printed on the receipt.

"The receipt printed, and I almost collapsed!" she said.

The man had left her a $500 tip!

"I looked up at this grungy looking man, my face as white as snow, and tears in my

eyes," Trisha recalled.

"He just smiled again and said, 'Merry Christmas dear', and almost danced out of

the restaurant."

Trisha doesn't know the name of this generous man, but she does know that his kindness changed

everything for her.

And she has a theory of who he might actually be…

"I hope he realizes that he literally saved Christmas for my children and me!" she said.

"Good people do still exist.

"Yesterday was the day I met Santa!"

Were you touched by what this kind man did for Trisha?

So share this!

Kat Von D Lock-It Concealer Crème in White Out: Review and Demo - Duration: 10:52.

hey everybody welcome back to my channel so today's high-end makeup review is on

the Kat Von D locket concealer cream in wideout so if you'd

like to see my review of it a little bit of a demo of how I use it then please

keep on watching make sure you subscribe to my channel hit that notification bell

I upload a video every single day of the week and I don't want you to miss any so

let's gonna get started so I did get this Kat Von D locket concealer cream

and white out for free from Influenster I won one this is like a little prize

for completing some other Kat Von D cosmetics tasks and stuff anyway this is

a very very white full coverage concealer this is 6.25 grams or 0.2 to

balances it has a beautiful doe foot applicator almost sounds like a little

well that helps gets a lot of product I love the packaging it's very very pretty

it's got the silver KBD on it and then the black drips which just

looks beautiful with the white but so there's a couple different ways that I

do use this one of my favorite ways to use this white concealer is actually as

an eyeshadow base you know I have foundation on but I did not put it over

my eyelids at all and I got quite a bit of like vain showing through it's not

very even in color so one of the ways I do love to use this is as eyeshadow base

it will make any color pop and it just really really helps to brighten things

you don't need very much product I'm just going to swatch a little bit for

you so it is very very very pigmented okay it's crazy pigmented okay so all

you have to do is just put a few taps on the lid

I want you to read up or anything

then I just have my Ecotools concealer sponge I'm just going to blend this out

you don't need much product and it just is gorgeous as an eyeshadow base it

blends very very easily I'll do it all the way up to my brow bone

I do like to use concealer as an eyeshadow base I do have a few eyes

shadow can see our eyeshadow primers I'm sorry I do about a few eye shadow

primers but I just prefer concealer so

you can also use this to cut your crease if you are doing like cut crease and it

is so high coverage I mean as you can see it's just totally like blanked it

out it's just so full coverage that really will cover pretty much anything

guys I'm sorry if you can hear my cat in the background she's being a brat every

time I start filming

I also like to make sure I get it stuck into that inner area by my nose that

just really helps to brighten it

we lend it out I definitely recommend setting this with a powder it is a

little thick and so we did swatch that on the back of my hand and guys it is

still very creamy so you definitely do want to set it if you aren't using it as

a shadow primer

since beautifully doesn't crease on my eyelids which is beautiful very lovely

there's nothing more frustrating than trying to get a really good base down

and then graces it sucks okay and then just for a little bit of a demo I'm just

going to grab those guess Physicians Formula butter bronzer okay and I'm just

going to put a little bit into my crease just show you that it just blends out

beautifully once you set it it's not gonna be sticky anymore and it doesn't

grab but it just really helps to make colors pop it evened out the entire

eyelid but it's once it's blended out I mean it's still very brightening but you

don't have to worry about it looking to start on someone my skin tone I mean

obviously if you've got a darker skin tone you know it's going to look very

Stark and very very light but or if your my

skin tone may be a tiny bit darker

yeah it just blends beautifully it makes those colors pop

it's just a really really great eyeshadow base I do love it okay so

another way that I love to use this Kat Von D locket cream concealer concealer

cream is I like to use it as kind of a concealer mixer so Sean was super

awesome and he bought me an LA girl Pro conceal HD high definition concealer and

this is in the shade light ivory guys see how dark that is it is so dark okay

I'm just gonna plop some on just so I can show ya so it is dark dark dark

so what I like to do with it is if I do have a concealer that is slightly too

dark you can just use this and you just need a couple little dots you don't want

to go too crazy and this will help to lighten and brighten that concealer and

so far I have not found any concealer that it does not mix well with it mixes

beautifully it blends out gorgeous and I've not found it to not play well with

others but so guys what I usually do is cuz I'm

kind of worried about the tip getting dirty is I'll actually off some on first

and then I'll go over with the darker concealer that way I'm not transferring

dark concealer into the light tube

if you're also very very light I do think that this Kat Von D concealer and

whiteout would be gorgeous as like all-over face highlighter you know like

down the center of the face if you do do that

I personally don't remember guys I'm 32 and so we can look a little harsh on me

but if you do do like the cream highlighting you know the nose and

everything then I think it would be beautiful can we just try it just just

because let's do it okay I'm just gonna put you dodge you don't need much guys

this stuff is so pigmented really

but it just runs out so beautiful beautifully even though it is a thick

concealer even though it is very very pigmented as long as you know that when

you're going in it is easy to control if you go in with too much it's going to

crease it's never going to set and it's just going to look cakey and clumpy so

you definitely want to make sure that you are using as little as you need

but I love everything about it I love the dispenser I love how it blends out

it's just beautiful just a gorgeous gorgeous concealer I'm just gonna hurry

up and set my face under eyes especially

it will crease on you you do not set it

it's very brightening it's it's just a great concealer I've seen people use it

on their lips that's a little too hardcore for me personally but I mean it

just gives a beautiful look to the skin so if you do have my skin tone a little

lighter maybe just like a shade darker I definitely think you can use this

concealer pretty much for everyday use if you do have darker skin tone I do

think that this would still make a beautiful like white eyeshadow base to

make it colors pop so this was my review and demo of the Kat Von D locket

concealer cream in white out it's a great product I'll get a little bit

closer but you guys it's not creasing it's just beautiful it's beautiful and

like I said it's so so pigmented it is kind of setting down now but it does

take a while to dry down so that's why I do recommend powdering it and setting it

but it's great I absolutely love it so I hope you enjoyed this review and demo of

the Kat Von D lock-it concealer cream and whiteout it's gorgeous

love the packaging I think you get a lot of product it's just absolutely

beautiful but you guys thank you so much for watching I hope you enjoyed if you

did that please go ahead and give this video a thumbs up make sure you share

this video no Kat Von D is very very popular I haven't heard very much more

about her locket concealers so I love to get the word out on the white out

especially and make sure you follow me on my other social media my Twitter and

Facebook and Instagram is all at bunch of glam babe

and I will see you guys to wear up another video have a great one guys

you

Thomas Gelmi - Vorbild sein (Setting an Example) - Duration: 2:08.

The leaders whom I support in their development are often

asking me: "How can I motivate my staff even more?"

A legitimate question. But for me, the question focuses

too heavily on colleagues, because in posing this question, leaders

are often thinking about additional things they could do or could

say to have an even greater effect on their staff, and thereby facilitate motivation.

Your own behavior as a leader is one of the most important

determining factors and, when it comes down to it, one of the biggest

levers for influencing the behavior of your staff and your team.

A wise man once said: "Leading by example is not the

best way to lead, it is the only way." Your staff

gear their conduct toward your conduct. You are under almost constant observation,

and your behavior speaks louder and has a stronger effect than what

you are saying. That is why it is helpful if what you say

and what you do are consistent. So, for this reason, consider

the following: In your own life, truly exemplify what you want to see

in your team and in your staff. When doing this, it can help to

solicit input and obtain feedback, especially in order to

impactfully reduce the number of blind spots in your own behavior. Be the

change that you want to see in your colleagues. You can

find out more about this in my new book "Durchstarten" (German).

There you will find tips and suggestions on the topics of personal and interpersonal

competence in leadership, teamwork, and customer interaction, plus the essence of

my more than 20 years of work as a coach and sparring partner for

leaders and of my work with flight crews and passengers from

all over the world. Now you, too, can increase your personal effectiveness and really

take off. [Music]

"Mapa infromacyjna Miasta Warszawa" z 1899 r. - Duration: 2:59.

In the varsaviana series

we present beautiful, colorful and large (dimensions: 72 x 101 cm)

"Information plan of the City of Warsaw"

by the Felix Stoppelle

from 1899.

Post-uprising Warsaw, about which we talk a lot about the incident

the 155th anniversary of the outbreak of the January Uprising,

functioned in two plans (metaphorically speaking):

on one of them there were post-uprising repressions and Russification processes,

combined with deliberate restriction by Carat of the role of Warsaw

and actions to preserve the culture-forming role of the former

the capital of independent Poland.

In the background - despite numerous

restrictions - Warsaw was developing urban and civilizational,

it grew in industry, grew numerically and changed

slowly into a big city.

It grew into a workers power Warsaw

- numerous industrial plants were built - within 40 years after the uprising

the number of workers has increased from approx. 6000 to over 40,000.

The affluent peasants, landed families moved to Warsaw,

and among the newcomers, the Jewish population prevailed.

Only in the years 1890-1894, 23 came to 1,000 citizens of Warsaw

of Jewish origin,

and only 8 Christian ones.

It is in the post-uprising era that the percentage of the Jewish population

increased from 32.7% of the total population to 35.4 at the end of the 19th century.

Feliks Szober, Polish actor and theater creator,

he described with irony

these processes in a song very popular at that time

"Journey around Warsaw" from 1876:

"A pleasant fight in the ear flows,

Miles in pocket geld, Vocal, waltz, voiced in the Valley,

Here, playing with you, Warsaw Fliege, Bilse is collecting geld,

Bilse, Fliege, bravo, bravo! Bravo, Sonnenfeld! "

"Have fun, O Warsaw, Play, every kind of graph,

Ah yes, left and right,

Have fun forever, Oh have fun, have fun! "

"Today Warsaw is constantly growing,

There is movement and noise in it,

Through the streets of this city

A huge crowd is flowing.

Here with gold, chic, fame

You can cover foolishness

- Hey, Warsaw, hey, Warsaw! Sweet life in you. "

Thomas Gelmi - Blinde Flecken reduzieren (Reducing Blind Spots) - Duration: 2:19.

You are no doubt familiar with the blind spot

in the side mirror of your vehicle -

the area in which you don't see

what is happening. It is similar

to our behavior.

We all have our blind spots. Ways of

behaving that we are not aware of,

but which others notice and which in the worst

cases even demotivate others.

Many of the leaders whom I work with

and whom I advise in their development

are successful, and they are

successful because they

behave in the way that

they do.

But many are also successful in spite

of behaving the way they

do. And, in many cases, more effective

leadership or an increase in the level of

efficiency would be reached solely by

cutting back on behavior

patterns that are demotivating

for colleagues. Reducing the number

of blind spots. Self-reflection

can, of course, be very helpful

for personal development,

and many of my clients

are very reflective. We

only get to a certain point in doing

this, though. And that is: precisely to

the point where our blind spots are. In order

to diminish the number of these, we need

external perspective and feedback from

our environment. Therefore, I would

like to encourage you to obtain input,

obtain feedback from your most

important stakeholders, colleagues on the

same level of the hierarchy, but

above all from your staff, too, in order to

bring your self-image into the closest

possible alignment with

other peoples' perceptions of you.

You can find out more about this in my new book

"Durchstarten" (German).

There you will find tips and suggestions

on the topics of personal and interpersonal

competence in leadership, teamwork, and

customer interaction, plus the essence of

my more than 20 years of work as a coach

and sparring partner for

leaders and of my work with

flight crews and passengers from

all over the world. Now you, too, can increase your

personal effectiveness

and really

AQUAPONICS CLEANER FISH [Catfish] - Duration: 8:37.

Hello sustainable growers, this is Jonathan from Melbourne Aquaponics, today I want to

talk about a very interesting fish to have in Aquaponics.

Lot of people are talking about it from a cleaning point of view because it's supposed

to be a good cleaner this is the catfish.

Before starting the video, Don't forget that you can subscribe to the

channel and you can get a free guide to build your own aquaponics setup from the description

on the below of the video.

Catfish are very interesting fish because they live on the bottom of the tank most of

the time but they are always looking for some food.

As soon as you put some food into your aquaponics setup they are going to look everywhere and

they have got some very interesting organs that are sensory organs two very long "Moustache"

and they are always feeling what is in the tank so as soon as you put food in the tank

he can feel it and they are going to look around trying to find it.

And obviously this fish is mostly designed to feed on the bottom of the tank so if you

got other fish and you keep a few catfish in your tank, if you overfeed the fish after

a while, you know, when the food is on the bottom most of the fish are losing interest

while the catfish, because it is designed to eat the food from the bottom of the tank

they are going to still eat this food.

So obviously once the fish is full, it's full right?

But it is going to continue to eat while the other fish are going to stop.

The other fish even if they are not completely full, if the fish food has been seating on

the bottom for a while, they are going to stop and they are going to wait for new food

to come while the catfish may continue to eat this food.

So that is very interesting because it's going to avoid to waste some fish food.

I know that a lot of aquaponics keepers are going to think that it is not wasted because

it still into the aquaponics setup so obviously even if the fish are not eating it, at one

point it is going to break down and it is going to finish into the water pump and therefore

it is going to go into the vegetables side and that is correct.

The Nitrogen is not lost but the thing is... this fish food could have been used by the

fish first while if no fish eat it, it goes directly to the vegetables so you don't grow

any fish protein.

So it's much better if part of this fish food is used to grow actual fish because the fish

food is quite expensive in aquaponics so if you have one, two or more catfish into your

aquaponics setup, you are going to improve what we call the conversion ratio of the quantity

of fish food by quantity of fish produced.

So I think it's a very good fish to have into your aquaponics setup.

So that's the first thing.

It's not really cleaning the tank by itself but it is eating the "dead" food a bit more

than the other fish.

The other thing is that it's a very social fish so as I was just saying you can have

just one or two into your tank and they are going to mix really well with the other fish,

they are going to... they are very friendly, very social excepted if you have a very very

big catfish because they can grow to very big sizes depending on the species.

You know there are hundreds of catfish species on earth, most of them are quite social but

if you put the big ones (in Europe we call them "Silure"), they can reach almost 3m so

if you put one of those in your aquaponics with a gold fish, the goldfish is going to

disappear straight away.

Some of them can even eat chicken, we heard about some dogs attacked.

So a huge catfish, a huge silure is not to put in an aquaponics setup with other fish

but if you respect the sizes, if you have small catfish or fish of the similar size,

you can definitely mix them with other species.

So that is a very interesting thing.

The third thing is the behaviour of this fish, the behaviour is usually very "unusual", different

from the other fish, a bit less active.

It still active but in a very different way.

So if you are interested by the aquatic life, if you have a look at the fish in your setup,

I think it is good to have those kind of things into the aquaponics setup that are going to

add a bit of biodiversity into the fish tank and you know it is always good to see those

different behaviour.

It is the same thing as having some crayfish or yabbies into your aquaponics setup, you

know it is not that you are going to produce a lot of them, it's not that you are going

to eat a feast from them but it is going to add a bit of life into the setup and a bit

of biodiversity.

So that is some little things that I recommend to have into your aquaponics setup because

it add a bit of life in the setup and everyone can come around and see the different species

of fish.

"Have you seen this one?

Have you seen that one?"

It's same as having an Aquarium at home.

You like to have different species, you don't want to have only one species of fish, depending

on what you like but most of people like to see a bit of everything so it creates more

animation into the tank.

finally I would like to add the fact that if we say that it is a "bottom feeder", don't

forget that catfish when they are hungry they come at the surface as soon as you put the

food into the water so if you got some big catfish, it's going to eat a lot before all

the other fish.

if it's bigger than the other fish around, it is going to eat everything and obviously

once the fish is full, it is just going to go into a pipe or wherever, it is just going

to seat on the bottom and then if you put too much fish food, the fish food is going

to stay on the bottom of the tank and is going to stay there, the catfish is going to be

fill and it is going to take a while for the catfish to digest until he can start to be

attracted by the food again.

Another interesting fact about catfish is that they got some spines into the fines.

So they got 3 spines around their body and therefore they don't have many predators.

The predators are not able to eat them because of those kind of picks.

So I am going to try to show you those kind of picks on the fish, they are very sharp

and if you got some catfish at home, if you manipulate them please be very careful because

it can very easily damage your skin and make a hole and it is very painful so when you

touch the fish, always put your hands into the water first, then if the fish has got

some scales, the scales are not going to stick to your hands.

Here catfish catfish doesn't have any scale, they got a very smooth skin but for any other

fish, always put your hands into the water.

Catfish can stay a while out of the water.

And here I can feel his picks.

You see the fins, these fins here and the dorsal one as well.

So the 3 fins that are just around the head.

They look soft but actually inside there is this pick and it's very very hard.

So if you are a predator and you touch it, it's going to penetrate inside your hands

/ inside your skin.

I hope you enjoyed the video, give me a like if you enjoyed it, you can share it with your

friends and don't forget that if you haven't started aquaponics yet, you can get a free

guide from the description of the video, to begin your aquaponics setup straight away.

Thank you so much for watching the video, I really hope you enjoyed it.

Don't forget to get your free gift from this screen, you can also leave me a comment below

the video, subscribe to the channel and see my last video.

I really hope to see you soon and I wish you a fantastic success with aquaponics.

Have a good crop!

[English subtitles] Making MINIATURE CAKES using EASY BAKE OVEN - Duration: 7:06.

Hi guys, it's Mini!

Today I have this!

It's a cooking toy

With which you can actually bake cookies like a real oven!

I will be having fun with it today!

It's my first time using it, so I will have to test around

But let's get started!

Tada!

The main unit and a spatula

And this metal plate-ish thingy!

What's it called? *A tray*

And...

A baking mix

It's a lot lighter than I thought

This supposedly is capable of making legit stuff

But since it's my first time

I'll be cooking with the baking mix that came with it

So let's see

*Reading the manual*

It's a cake mix

Place the cake on here....

Set the tray right over here...

And push in with the spatula

Do I see it?

No I can't

After that

Yes, I got it!

I see I see!

So that's how it's done!

OK!

I first need to turn it on and preheat for 20 minutes

Very simple, it only has an on/off switch

Flip it and it turns on

Now I wait 20 minutes

While we wait for it to heat up

Let's make the cake!

I'm going to wash the tray

Alright, the tray is clean

I also prepared everything I need!

Let's start mixing!

Use some cooking spray or butter

So the food doesn't stick

Spread it thinly

Put that aside for now

Now I'm going to pour out the mix into a bowl

Add a teaspoon of water

One teaspoon...

Is that all I really need?

That was very little... *In fact it wasn't enough*

Let's start mixing!

Using chopsticks, so Japanese

Was that really enough water?

*Nope*

Oops, I made a mistake

That was a really basic mistake

I used the wrong spoon

Let's add more water

I'm surprised at myself for such an easy mistake

It's starting to look like cake dough!

I'm going to knead the dough with my hands

But before that

It says I should add some cake flour

Just add a tiny bit on my hands

And start rolling

Separate them into halves

They're like balls of chocolate

Now break these into sixths

One sixth...

First one...

Flattening them with my fingers

I made them!

Let's put them through!

This goes...

Push it all the way to the line

And wait 12 minutes!

It smells so good! *12 minutes later*

Very good smell!

It smells like brownies!

Now that the 12 minutes are over, next...

I only pushed in half way last time

Now I'm going to push all the way to here

Let's push it through

The oven has two layers

This end of the layer is for cooling the cake

I'm going to let it cool for 5 minutes

I think it's close to 5 minutes now

Taking it out

Ooooh...

Not too hot...

No, it's a little hot...

They're done!

Let's move them onto a plate

Will they come off?

They do!

It said "cake" on the mix

These are cookies... lol

Here they are! So now...

I'm going to make the second half!

First make two halves...

*Same steps as before*

Tada!

Once again, these will go into the oven!

Let's wait another 12 minutes!

Now I'm moving them to the cooling area

And wait for 5 minutes!

They've been baked!

This one feels more like a cake

It's softer than the first batch

I'm done baking!

Now I'm going to make the frosting!

My brother and I used to use this bowl a long time ago

Adding some water

Not going to make the same mistake!

A ziploc bag

Cut the end off

I'm going to decorate the first one normally

Take this...

And sprinkle it on

It's cute!

The color is very cute

It's finished!

Here's my first one!

I'm going to continue decorating

They're all done!

Can you try it? *To my mom*

Mom: Cocoa-flavored cookies!

The manual said these are cakes...

Cookie?

They are cakes that are effectively cookies lol

Thank you for watching!

This can bake different foods

I'm thinking about making pizza next!

I'll see you in my next video!

Bye-bye!
