DIY Lip Balm {Easy}! 5 Mini Candy, Liquid Starbucks, Bubblegum & Ice Cream Lip Gloss DIYs! - Duration: 13:59.

hello and welcome back to my channel

today I'm going to show you how to make

5 DIY lip balms

video please give it a thumbs up the

first DIY will be a chocolate ice cream

cone so to start print out the ice cream

cone template cut it out leaving a

little white space on his side

once it's cut out at cut a slight angle on the

bottom of the white tab

fold the white tab over and glue together open it up to

shape an ice cream cone

find something sturdy that you can place the ice cream

cone in you will need a lip balm

container like this now fill the cone

with hot glue you want to add just

enough so when you set the lip container in

the top of the lip balm

container is flush with a cone the lip

balm container should secure itself to

the hot glue

once the lip balm container is secure

in the hot glue set aside and let it

cool down to make the chocolate ice

cream for the top I'm going to use some

brown model magic clay remove the lid

from the lip balm container and start

shaping the clay to look like a scoop of

ice cream

I used it a toothbrush to give it some texture

place the lid back on the lip

balm container and make sure that the

clay and the ice cream cone line up and

everything looks ok let the clay dry overnight

now to make the lip balm i'm

going to start by using some shea butter

in a microwave safe container i'm going

to add one tablespoon of shea butter

along with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

I put that in the microwave on 10 second

increments until it was fully melted

next I'm going to add some cocoa powder

to the mixture and mix that all together

pour the lip balm mixture into the

lip balm container and set that in the

refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes

here is mine once it was out of the

refrigerator and that is how to make a

chocolate ice cream cone lip balm

the next DIY lip balm will be a mini Häagen-Dazs ice cream cup

for this one you will

need one of these k cups for a coffee

maker begin by removing the top and then

and emptying out any coffee and or filter

that is inside

now just thoroughly wash and clean out

the k-cup to secure the lip balm container

in the k-cup i'm going to use the model

magic clay what he did was they just

took a little piece and i pushed it inside

the k cup and then i set the lip balm

container on top of that and set that

aside and let it dry overnight

print out the two images cut them out

and for the circle one laminate it with

clear packaging tape to protect it for

the next part I'm going to use the top

part of a cheerios box if you don't have

a cheerios box you can just use a plain

white piece of cardstock and paint it i'm

just going to cut out a small strip from

the top of the box here is the piece

that I cut out from the box - I'm going to run

it over a marker so it starts to curl

wrap the strip around the circle image to

get the correct measurement and then

glue the ends together

glue the circle image on top of the strip

secure the other label to the k cup

once the lip balm container is secure to

the clay and won't come loose remove

the lid and glue the lid from the ice

cream to the top of the lip balm container

here's what you should have at this point

to make the lip balm for this one

I'm going to use one tablespoon of these

beeswax and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

place those two ingredients in a

microwave-safe container and microwave

on 10 second increments until it's fully

melted for this one I'm going to use a

couple squares of a hershey bar once

the mixture was melted i just added a

couple of chocolate squares and mixed

those in

pour the mixture into the lip balm

container set that in the refrigerator for

about 10-15 minutes

The third DIY lip balm will be a mini rolos

candy lip balm - for this one I'm going

to use these contact lens cases

start by separating the contact lens cases

sand down any rough edges

using a toilet roll cut the toilet roll in half

place the contact lens case in one side

wrap the toilet paper roll around it so

it fits tight mark off the excess and

cut it down to size

glue the seams together

mark off at two and a half inches and

then cut that out

here is what you should have and the

cases should fit in both sides

glue the top of the contact lens cases into each

side of the toilet roll

cut out the label and secure it to the toilet roll

to paint the bottom of the contact lens

cases i'm going to use some metallic

pure gold acrylic paint - here are mine after

they were painted and dried now to make

the lip balm for this one and to make it

more like a rolo's i'm going to use

some chocolate chips and some caramel

extract for the base lip balm recipe

for this one in a microwave-safe

container and going to add one

tablespoon of beeswax and 1 tablespoon

of coconut oil place that in the microwave on

10 second increments until it is fully melted

next I'm going to add in some chocolate

chips and stir that together and until

there are melted

next I added in the caramel extract and mixed that together

pour the lip balm

mixture into the contact lens cases

set those in the refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes

once the lip balm mixture

has set then you can add those to the

ends of the Rolo's and there you have

your DIY lip balm that looks like a Rolo's candy

the fourth DIY lip balm will be one

that looks like a bubblegum machine for

this one you will need a lip balm

container like this

cut a toilet roll in half

place the lip balm container in it so it

fits tight mark off and cut off any

excess and glue the seams together

mark off at two inches and cut it out

glue the top of the lip balm container to the

toilet roll

once the lip balm container is secure then just paint it.

Here is mine after it

was painted and dried

next you'll need one of these capsules

from a vending machine

glue the capsule to the toilet roll

next on a piece of foam I cut out a

shape that looks like a handle and I

also cut off the back of a thumb tack

so it wasn't sharp glue thumbtack to the

middle of the foam piece i'm going to use

some sterling silver paint to paint the

foam piece and the thumbtacks

once the paint has dried glue it to the toilet roll

to make the lip balm I'm going to use one

tablespoon of shea butter and 1

tablespoon of coconut oil melt that

the microwave on 10 second increments until it is fully melted

to tint this one I'm going to use a piece of lipstick

i'm going to add some bubblegum

flavoring to this one

pour the mixture in the lip balm container and set it in the refrigerator

once the lip balm is ready then you can

place it onto the bubblegum machine bottom

add some real bubblegum to the top

and that is how you make this easy

DIY lip balm bubblegum machine

the last DIY lip balm will be a highly

requested liquid starbucks lip balm

for this one you will need one of these

portion cups along with a lip on

container that fits inside this is the

brand of lip balm container that i'm using

fill the portion cut up about

halfway with soap

i'm going to use pink acrylic paint to make this look like a

cotton candy frap I know in some

places the cotton candy crap isn't pink

anymore but that's just the color and

choosing make mine

hot glue around the top of the lip balm

container you want to apply a generous

portion of hot glue once that's done

then place that inside of the cup

to make the whip cream i'm going to use

some white model magic clay

roll a piece of the clay into a snake shape

place the bottom of the lip balm container

back on and wrap the clay around to look

like whipped cream once that's done

remove the bottom of the container so

the clay and the cup don't dry and stick together

to make the lip balm for this one

I'm going to use one tablespoon of shea

butter and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

melt that in a microwave-safe container

on 10 second increments until it is

fully melted to give this one some tint

I'm going to use some pink eyeshadow and

then to give this a cotton candy smell

i'm going to use some cotton candy extract

pour the mixture into the lip balm

container with the whipped cream make

sure before doing this that the clay

has had about 24 hours to dry

I used one of the portion cups to set the lip

balm in and I put that in the

refrigerator

once the lip balm is ready place the two

back together

I then went online and printed out a

small starbucks logo and glue that to

the cup

and i also made one with silicone

instead of clay - I hope you guys enjoyed

RECETA GALLETAS DE AZUCAR | SUGAR COOKIES RECIPE - Duration: 2:46.

For today's video we will need:

unsalted butter, slightly softened to room temperature

1 egg at room temperature1

granulated sugar

all-purpose flour

baking powder

vanilla extract

almond extract and salt

In the part of the description I will write the exact amounts

In this case I only made half of the recipe. So all the ingredients are divided by half.

Usually with the original recipe you will get 24 to 30 cookies

Depending on the size you make them

This time I made 15 cookies

beat the butter until creamed and smooth about 1 minute

Add the sugar and beat until light and fluffy

Add the egg, vanilla, and almond extract and beat until fully combine

Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt and beat until just barely combined

Add the rest of the flour and continue mixing until just combined.

If the dough still seems too soft, you can add 1 Tablespoon more flour until it is a better consistency for rolling.

Wrap the dough in a transparent film and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

After the 2 hours, roll the dough until you have a 5mm thickness

Cut the dough with the cookie cutters and place the cookies on a baking sheet

You can use a spatula to help you take the cookies from the base.

Re-roll the remaining dough and continue cutting until all is used.

You cand do the shape and size you want

Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 8 to 11 minutes.

And here we have our sugar cookies !!

DECORA GALLETAS PARA SAN VALENTIN CON ROYAL ICING | VALENTINES DAY SUGAR COOKIES - Duration: 3:41.

Hello, welcome to my new video.

In today's video I will teach how to decorate sugar cookies

And also how to prepare the royal icing which is what I use to decorate my cookies

If you do not know how to make sugar cookies

go and check my video where I show you the recipe.

For today's video we will need...

3 cups of icing sugar, 1 egg white and ½ teaspoon cream of tartar

Mix the ingredients with the mixer until they are well integrated

In the description, you cand find the recipe and some TIPS that might help you

Once ready, you can divide it into containers

and with food coloring you can create different colors

I have the color white, pink and red.

Place the icing on a piping bag. If you do not have one of these you can use a ziploc bag.

Make a cut in the corner of the bag to decorate our cookies.

What I do is to start I start by outlining to then I fill the cookie.

I also use this scriber needle but you can use a toothpick instead

I use this needle to spread the icing over the cookie evenly

Another thing I do is that when I finish decorating the cookie

... I tap the cookie on the table so in that way the icing spreads evenly

This is the moment when you have to get creative and make the decorations that you want

A thing to consider is that this icing takes a while to dry.

So if you want to make decorations over the first layer, I recommend that you wait a few hours

I make my cookies one day and continue decorating them the next day.

This way the icing is completely dry and you can work perfectly with the cookies

because i was recording the songs, writing them, and now all is ready !

Tell us about you, of your history...how you start in this musical career

and in which moment you decided to leave the country

Well, i decided to leave, when i was promoting my 1st single titled ''Día gris'' from my first record

it was in 2000 something..

I don't remember that well in which year it was

-Around 2008 (*spanish accent*)

Yes, i know my accent has changed, i know , i know!

So, when i did leave i dont remember how old i was

and i went with the intention to continue my career there, because the pop music was a little bit...

and i think that also still a little bit.... -The pop is moving away-

So, pop is what i really like to do, and i said i wanna go

to still doing what i like and want

and singing what i want

and that's how i got there

and then i met lot of people

then i had some lovers around there..

and finally i stayed in Europe living and making music there

how the people is receving your music in Europe?

It has been a hard process

because you are a latino and you are starting to make music in Europe

and european people has another mentality

different that we have in here, right?

and of course i have a lot of latin roots in my music

so at the beginning it was quite hard

but well, you go to the right track and then you meet people

and then you interact...and all that , you know?

and the end you start to do very interesting things there

and for example now i'm about to work with a music publishing agency

so, for me it is a very huge door

to let me expand my music

in europe

and actually i've been working more than all, in Germany

more than nothing i've been doing things there

more than Spain,actually

in Spain my music video ''Eres tú'' was on all tv musical channels of the country

it was all over Spain

is that, is a colombian that is representing us high in many places in Europe

i wanna talk a little bit about the song

because we are going to start to show the video

to talk about the video, the production

is very interesting when colombians makes productions out of the country and they bring them back here

we grow culturally and musically and all

Yes, this song ''Forget This'' the last song that i released

which is my 1st single of my new record ''REAL''

it's a song that for me its sounds so european

but for europeans it sounds so latin

and this song really...for example in Germany liked very much in such cities like Osnabrück, Hamburg, Berlin too, Frankfurt

and thanks to this song i've been in so many places

i've been in Philippines singing, i never imagined to sing in such countries in Asia

and maybe i'm not an artist famous like Shakira or Juanes

But i think if you do the things and you like them, and you put love and passion, you can really do a lot

because it was oritented to the english market first at all

in that moment i was working with a label company from Germany

and that's why i did the song in english

and i wrote it in english, since the zero moment, i knew the song was going to be in english

Well, the true is that it was so organic

it was so beautiful because the director which made the video

was also the same one who did my most popular video ''Eres tú''

and he is a very important video director in Spain

actually now he is producing videos for spanish bands that are so popular and big

of indie pop music

Spain listen a lot of indie pop music

for me it was a pleasure since the minute 0:00

that i made with him i knew he was the right person to make the music video

and finally when we did it, everything was fluid and organic

I have a friend who has a pub

and he allowed me to do it there

what i wanted to do it was to represent Prometheus

I'm representing Prometheus in the video

so, the general idea i had it was that i was making of prometheus and then with me was a satyr...a satyr was with me

what i wanted to say is that i wanted to rescue with my music to myself

through my music illuminate myself

that's why i focussed that way on the video

then the two grils fighting that they are also friends of mine, represents the past and the present

the black and white representation

-It's like the conflict that we live often in a relationship

maybe it's over?, maybe not? but, i wanna hear you sing a little bit at least, i don't know...

it's a song that you can dedicate

it happened to all of us

in any moment we wanted to leave out that person

Well, ''REAL'' are real lyrics, lyrics that i lived all this year, it was a really hard process and also painfull in my life

breaking with people...then you stop talking with others....

also one record label told me, i wans't at the same level of their songwriters...

so many things, you know?

i was accumulating all that, and that's how REAL borns

i wanted to make a very different record

but there are also, dancing songs included

because if i named ''REAL'' is because i was focussed to go to the ''mainstream''... i wanted the people to see me, i wanted to be there, and i wanted to be on tv and radio...

all that...

now i'm more orientated to play at live,show the songs that i have to the people that can see me,and share it with them....the lyrics more than anything, so it's a very sensitive album

is, so sensitive, dark, it has influences indie, pop...there are so many mix

and i don't forget or put aside the ''Jeyson Sherlock'' part

that when the people see me,they expect to see Jeyson dancing always in a stage

i didn't wanted to leave out that part

that's why i did 3 dancing songs in this album

but the rest more than anything talks about, the experiences, broken relationships...all that, you know?

What happened my people? how are you?

Days ago I was in the Caracas Metro thinking about the names of the stations

and it is curious that despite having a large number of users

very few know the story behind each station. That's why I bring you today ..

Curiosities of the Caracas Metro # Stations

The Caracas Metro was inaugurated on January 2, 1983 by President Luis Herrera Campins

Is the transportation system that serves approximately

2 million Venezuelans daily in Caracas and part of its Metropolitan area.

Propatria Station

During the first half of the 20th century, to the west of Caracas a large number of tanneries and factories were installed,

which made the area a common space for workers.

The National Government, to give housing to all those workers who came from rural areas found

the sidewalks of houses with the name of Propatria

building the first working district of the country.

From this group of people the Union of Propagation Workers was born.

From there comes the name of the station Propatria, built in the grounds where the Urdaneta Barracks was.

Black Cat Station.

This station owes its name to the emblem of a tavern decorated with a Black Cat

that became point of reference for those who traveled through the area and needed a common location.

For this reason the area was called Black Cat. The colors of the season are quite dark to remember that place with the black cat.

Water Health Station.

The name Water Health is for the Quebrada de Agua Salada that was deformed to Water Health

they are clean underground waters that pass through the zones of Manicomio and Lídice to about 28 meters of depth.

Yellow Caño Station

In the 19th century, in the area where Caño Amarillo is located, the Caracas-La Guaira railroad and tram terminal was located.

The passengers arrived thirsty from the trip and for this reason placed a pipe (a conduit or small tube)

in the vicinity of the Guaire River (if, at that time, it was a clean river)

so that travelers could drink water. Since the liquid was yellowish by the sediments of the river,

the area was baptized in this way, which later also gave name to the station.

Big Savanna Station

In the current courtyards and workshops of Line 1, years ago, was the Urdaneta Barracks

which was demolished on April 18, 1978

According to legend, some military personnel were killed in the barracks facilities

And when you're in the system yourself, often you don't realise you're part of a system.

And Rebecca somehow managed to zoom out of the chef's life and say – Hey, hold on, there's more!

We've been trying a few things out.

The vegetables, like the animals, are rare and unusual.

And when Rebecca takes over the farm one day, she wants to switch from organic farming to permaculture.

Permaculture is about when you have a farm in a given place, the whole cycle takes place in that location.

Erm? Yeah, exactly!

And what I'm trying to build up now is really about bringing back this appreciation.

She's already used the word appreciation a few times.

And if you appreciate your guests, the food should be ready by the time they arrive.

And that's what the chef misses out on.

As the carrots are delivered to the kitchen pre-prepared, they don't know how much effort was involved.

This is Laura Schälchli.

Laura loves good food.

And she has a passion for the stories of the people who

make this food, day in, day out.

And this is why we're travelling all over Switzerland with her,

to meet some of the most fascinating

personalities

In this case, from Pepe Regazzi.

In the last few years, the trainer of the Swiss national snowboard team

has spent every second travelling through his native Ticino,

because he is fascinated by his home canton.

With all its history, its beautiful landscape,

its unbelievable, good people

who try quietly

to pass on the old traditions.

I think all of us go through this at some point.

You know, where do I come from really? And what's already there?

He's already written two books on the subject:

'Ticino ti Cucino' and 'Famiglia Nostrana'

I had an idea with Juliette Crétien, a photographer,

who did these books together with me.

We thought, why not make a compilation

of all the highlights, all the good things about Ticino.

And this is why Laura is meeting Pepe. To get to know his Ticino.

Because Pepe knows what's what when it comes to food, traditions and his trusty Ape.

Walter is one of the few professional fishermen still at work on Lake Maggiore.

I think there's three or four.

And the special thing about him is that he's devoted his whole life to fishing,

being outdoors in nature, alone on the lake.

I've met a good few fishermen all over the world

and you need real character to be a fisherman.

What is it that you like so much? The fish or the fisherman? I didn't quite catch it. The fish! Oh, I thought you meant the fisherman.

Davide, or Dado, Buvolli spent five years working in the historic Grotto America,

and has now taken it over from his brother.

From the middle of the 19th century to the end of World War I, 30,000 soldiers from Ticino went to California.

And the Grotto America was the place where people met before they left.

Welcome back, my name is Sascha.

Recently, Webstars 2017 was published.

A collectible picture game.

As far as I read you can collect at least 200 pictures of YouTubers.

In one package there are five pictures.

Now, we want to ask how many package must be bought in average

to collect all 200 pictures.

To get a solution, we assume that the pictures are uniformly distributed and we

ignore the glittering pictures.

Let's look at an example with a small number of collectible pictures.

Let's say five pictures.

In this example, we say furthermore that we get only one picture at a time.

To make it more vivid, we model this problem as a Markov chain.

The states of this chain are the number of pictures we already have.

Now, we can say how high the possibility is to go to the next higher state.

That is just the number of missing pictures divided by the total number of collectible

pictures.

In this example, the possibilities are five fifths, four fifths and so on

up to one fifth.

Now, we need the time how long we are in one state.

That means how many pictures must we buy to get a new one?

In our special case, the time is one divided by the possibility

to get a new picture.

So we get the times of five fifths, five fourths, five thirds, five half

and five.

We just need to add these times and factor the five out.

When we write it a bit more mathematically, the final steps are much easier.

We said in this example, there are only five pictures.

We can generalize this case and say there are n pictures.

So all fives become n.

In the case of Webstars, we can buy five pictures in one package.

That means we need only a fifth as many purchases.

So we can divide our sum by the number of pictures being in one

package.

Now, we have a very compact and form for a number of needed packages.
