Good afternoon and welcome to Cosplay Factory
My name is JackLeBlanck
And today I am here to teach you how to make our own eva foam feathers
This way when we are finished we can do things like these
And now, without further delay, let's go through the list of materials and let's get started!
For this tutorial we will need
Eva foam and precision cutter
Pasteboard and a pen
Let's get started!
The first thing we have to do is choose the pen design that we like the most and then pass it to a template
Look for inspiration on the internet or make your own design
Once we have drawn and trimmed our design, we will pass it to a piece of eva foam
If you prefer you can cut with the help of scissors
The size of the feathers will be approximately 9x5cm
Now with the help of cutter, we will make the feather branch
We will leave the center, leaving about 2.5mm of separation and we will make horizontal cuts every two millimeters
From top to bottom or top to bottom, as you like, on both sides
Once done this you will have your feather finished
Remember, make the model you like and if you can not find one, invent it!

In recent weeks a �new patriotism� has swept the country of Mexico, or at least,
that�s what the discredited �mainstream media� would have you believe.
Agence France Press ran a story a few days ago that is long on claims and short on facts.
For instance, the story claimed that Mexicans:
� Are angry about President Donald Trump�s insistence that their country pay for the
border wall;
� Are set in mass numbers to boycott American products and brands (the story mentioned three:
Starbucks, McDonald�s, and Coca-Cola);
� Are using pro-Mexico hashtags all over social media.
The story appears to be the latest attempt by the media to make Mexico appear as though
it is being victimized by the Trump administration and has to �fight back.� But the reality
is just the opposite, as usual.

As reported by SHTFPlan.com, if anyone should be worried, it�s Americans, making it even
more necessary than ever to have that border wall Trump has set in motion.
Much of Mexico is ungovernable, and that is due in large part to the heavy presence and
influence of the country�s large and dangerous drug cartels.
Many of them wield more firepower than many Mexican army units and they have more cash
at their disposal than entire states.
One former Mexican foreign affairs secretary, Jorge Casta�eda Gutman, has all but threatened
they would be unleashed on the American public if Trump doesn�t back down from his pledges.
In an interview with CNN�s Fareed Zakaria, an accused serial plagiarist, Gutman hinted
that his country�s so-called drug enforcement assistance to the U.S. might not only be pulled,
but the cartels might actually be turned on our country.
�Mexico has a lot of negotiating chips in this matter, Fareed, but it also has measures
we could take in other areas,� he said, as quoted by STHFPlan.com.
�For example, the drugs that come through Mexico from South America, or the drugs that
are produced here in Mexico all go to the United States.
This is not our problem.
We have been cooperating with the United States for many years on these issues because they�ve
asked us to and because we have a friendly, trustful relationship.
If that relationship disappears, the reasons for cooperation also disappear.�
Did Gutman just threaten to export Mexico�s drug violence to the United States, as it
has been exporting its poverty and criminals for decades?
Some would certainly view it as a threat, and they�d be right.
There�s little question that the Mexican government has long been infested with officials
and mid-level careerists who are owned and operated by the cartels.
Graft and corruption is rampant in Mexico.
The Los Angeles Times reported in 2008 that then-Mexican President Felipe Calderon said
his government was making a bit of progress in battling the cartels but �that graft
remained a threat to the nation�s efforts against crime.�
The paper noted further:
Mexico has long been rife with corruption, which ranges from the small bribes that motorists
pay traffic officers to the suitcases of cash that drug traffickers have delivered to law
enforcement authorities.
Ordinary Mexicans routinely pay bribes to get telephone service, loans, and even parking
spaces.
Little changed in the ensuing years, except maybe that cartel violence only got worse.
As Breitbart reported in December 2015, that year was �filled with drug violence, controversy,
and crime.� In fact, rather than see decreases, �the country has begun to see escalating
violence in places previously untouched.� (RELATED: Keep up with all of the threats

Drug cartels regularly gun down scores of rivals, kill local officials who refuse to
be bribed, behead victims, and fill mass graves.
And now, at least one former Mexican official wants to see the same thing happen in American
cities.
It�s not hard to understand why Mexican officials are petrified that the Trump administration
is going to make good on its promises to build a wall (on Mexico�s peso), and crack down
on border security: Once those two things happen, it will be much more difficult for
the country to export it�s social ills.
But given Gutman�s not-so-veiled warning, it�s just further justification for Trump
to keep his campaign promise to keep Americans safe.

De populaire Schyns geeft in Sudinfo toe dat haar gedrag niet goed te praten is.
"Het is geen passend gedrag. Ik heb er spijt van en ik bied mijn oprechte excuses aan. Ik verdien een sanctie, net zoals elke andere burger in deze situatie."
Als Schyns voor de rechtbank moet komen, zal het parlement van de Franse gemeenschap (Parlement de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles) wel eerst haar onschendbaarheid moeten opheffen. Zo ver is het voorlopig nog niet gekomen.

FRESNO, Calif. — A California bank robber who used a hostage as a human shield in a deadly shootout with police following the heist and a wild car chase was sentenced Tuesday to life in prison during an emotional hearing.
Jaime Ramos, 22, pleaded guilty last year in a deal with prosecutors to avoid a possible death sentence at trial. The 2014 robbery and chase through Stockton, 80 miles inland from San Francisco, ended in the deaths of two other suspects and Misty Holt-Singh, a 41-year-old wife, mother of two and bank customer who was taken hostage.
Ramos didn't speak in court, but Holt-Singh's mother, Karen Farmer, stood to say a few words, according to Sacramento news station KCRA-TV.

"My daughter was taken from me," she said, breaking down in tears. "My life will never be the same without my Misty."
Two other women who were taken hostage but survived did not to attend the sentencing, finding it too difficult emotionally, San Joaquin County Deputy District Attorney Robert Himelblau said. The plea deal avoids a stressful trial where they would have to relive the horror by testifying, he said.
"It makes sure that Ramos never sees the light of day again," the prosecutor said.
In court, Holt-Singh's husband, Paul Singh, revisited his last conversation with his wife that day and later learning she had been killed. He talked about the loss his daughter feels each day.
"They deprived my daughter of her mother," Singh said. "She has no one to tell her how to do her hair, put on her makeup or get ready for her first dance."
In the midday heist, the three armed men stormed into a Bank of the West branch, then fled with their three hostages in an SUV owned by one of the bank employees.
The two surviving women were injured when they were thrown from the moving vehicle or jumped out during a chase lasting nearly an hour. In the shootout, officers fired roughly 600 bullets into the vehicle — 10 striking Holt-Singh as Ramos held her as a human shield, police have said.

Separate from the criminal case, Holt-Singh's family and the two surviving hostages have sued the Stockton Police Department and 32 officers involved in the shooting. City spokeswoman Connie Cochran said the three lawsuits are still pending.
The police department commissioned a review, finding that the shots the officers fired at the end of the pursuit were excessive and unnecessary.
Ramos pleaded guilty to murder, carjacking and attempted murder of a police officer late last year. His defense attorney, Jonathan Fattarsi, did not respond to requests for comment by The Associated Press.
A second man, Pablo Ruvalcaba, also pleaded guilty to Holt-Singh's killing, accepting a prison sentence of 25 years to life. The 23-year-old was accused of driving the three robbers to the bank.

Is History Repeating Itself? - Duration: 6:49.
They say history repeats itself -- I'm a big believer in this theory, which is why I try
to spend more time on this show talking about big ideas and political philosophies rather
than day to day political rumblings.
Most of our political debates and media coverage has devolved into catchy sound bites and zingers,
usually staged around some sort of publicity stunt instead of true substantive debate.
Even protesting these days seems to be more about screaming and hashtagging than making
a coherent argument.
Just think back to the election itself -- did the candidates and media spend more time on
the issues, or on the circus?
I think the answer is pretty obvious.
Understanding political philosophies helps to guide us through the endless noise that
comes out of our political machine.
This is why I've tried to talk about issues like gay marriage in a context which shows
you can be liberal and for gay marriage because you want gay people to be treated equally
under the law, or you can be libertarian and for gay marriage because you don't want the
government involved in a contract between two consenting adults.
If you understand the philosophic underpinnings of liberalism and libertarianism in this case,
it can bring you to the same conclusion.
Without understanding political philosophy, your thoughts on any day to day issue will
be guided more by your feelings than by facts.
We see plenty of facts over feelings in our public discourse these days, and it's partly
why we are so divided as a nation.
By the way, that isn't to say feelings don't matter at all, because we're humans and they
do, but the way we are governed has to be based on what is empirically true, not just
what makes us feel good.
Beyond just knowing political philosophies, knowing history is an incredibly important
part of having a well rounded understanding of how the world works.
Think of how many people you talk to who claim to know everything about what tax system is
right or what foreign policy is best.
Next time ask them something specific, like "tell me the reasons a flat tax is wrong"
or "remind me the history of the middle east during the ottoman empire."
Everyone on television seems to have the need to pretend they know everything about everything.
These are the people you have to watch out for the most.
If history does repeat itself, I'm not exactly sure what it's repeating right now, and no,
I don't think we're repeating Nazi Germany even thought it's a very trendy phrase to
say that these days.
We truly are at a unique crossroads in American politics, which I can't directly compare to
any other time.
It's not just America having two diametrically opposed political parties between the Left
and the Right.
With Donald Trump in the White House, we now have a presidential wild card who has turned
political alignments on their head.
For example, Democrats are now suddenly arguing for states rights because they don't like
all the federal power Trump has with his series of executive orders.
This political chaos is also pushing massive amounts of people sick of the extremes on
both sides into some sort of amorphous middle.
There doesn't seem to be a political leader for this New Center, nor anyone mainstream
talking about it, but mark my words it's here.
The key to this New Center's success will be who sees it first and turns it into a political
movement.
Whether that means a new party, or a reforming of one of the two major parties, or something
else altogether, that remains to be seen.
On top of this new political alignment, we also have access to information like never
before.
As I often talk about, we walk around with the world in our pockets --- right now, you
can connect with someone across the globe just as easily as with someone across the
street.
The genius and power of the internet's ability to change our physical world can't be over
stated.
This connectivity has started revolutions in the middle east and shined light on the
inner workings of our government via Wikileaks.
But at the same time, so much of the information is not just noise alone, but noise intended
to deflect, confuse, and upset you, made by people who want to profit off you or outright
control you.
Of course if our mainstream media had done their job for the past 8 years, which is to
be the guardian of truth in our society, then maybe the importance of the internet wouldn't
be so vital to our functioning democracy in 2017.
Unfortunately cable and network news dropped the ball at almost every corner and here we
are.
They cozied to power instead of keeping it in check, they colluded with the people they
were supposed to keep watch over, and they partied with the very politicians they were
supposed to be reporting on.
Now, suddenly the mainstream media is trying to get its mojo back by being hard on Trump,
but I would argue it's basically too late to do that.
Actually it's kinda sad watching them flail around knowing that less and less people are
paying attention to them.
Even right now there's talk they they are going to cancel the White House correspondents
dinner because so many in the media dislike trump.
Think how insane that is... when they like the President they can party and drink with
him...
now they don't, so the jig is up.
Maybe we needed them to guard the guy they liked as much as the guy they don't like.
At the same time we more and more cater the News to ourselves, we don't listen to pundits
we like, we impugn the motives of anyone we disagree with and we block friends and family
who dare have a different opinion.
All of this is exactly why we need to know history and philosophy more now than ever.
We need to understand where we came from so we can know where we're going.
We need to know why the founding fathers wrote the constitution the way they did.
We need to understand why they yearned for freedom and liberty in a way that seems archaic
to us now, but is possibly the most important lesson we could learn in 2017.
With all this in mind, I can't think of a better guest for this week as we continue
our partnership with the fine folks over at Learn Liberty.

Hi guys I'm Pasus and today I'm speaking english because starting from now I will always speak
english in my videos.
I decided to make videos in english for one main reason: the reason is that my english
is really terrible and I know that this seems to have no sense but I will explain you immediately.
As I said before my english is not so good and so I want to improve it.
I thought a lot on how to improve my english and I realized that making videos in english
it's a very good idea because I have to think in english, speak in english and so english
english english in my mind.
And if you want to know if it is simple or not i want to say you NO because speaking
in front of a camera is always difficult and if you add to it that you are not speaking
in the language you speak all days it's like: Why I decided to make this?
But in order to help us google invented google translate.
I have said nothing until now in this video so let's start speaking seriously.
Best way to improve my english would be obviously to go to London or another place in the UK
and speak it a lot but it's not cheap and you have to have a lot of time beacuse you
cannot fly from Italy to UK day by day.
ok you can but it's not cheap and if you are not rich you cannot do this, I'm not rich
so...
And I realized that making videos in english could be a very very good idea because I have
to speak it.
And I know that I'm making a lot of grammar errors but if you don't speak it you can't
improve it, so you have to think in english and speak, don't worrying about grammar, because
if you think to much to grammar you will lose the content you want to transmit.

There are two very important things that
you should take some time and do before
you pick up any communication strategy,
whether it be earned, owned or paid.
The first is figure out what you want to say. What
are the three to five things that you
want to say over and over again
to cement those messages into the
minds of your targets. And then the
second thing is figure out who those
targets are. You know, you think you know
who they are, but spend some time on the
front end really figuring out who your
audiences are — who those personas are.
Give them attributes, really spend some
time to figure out who they are, what
kind of information they like to get and
where they want to get it. So that way when
you start communicating, you're
communicating the right information to
the right audiences at the right time.

There are 2 squads of GGIs, very easy to find on the map.
The main Soviet base has 3 Tech Artillery Bunkers around itself. They are quite annoying BUT there is a very weak AA defense nearby :)
Tanya is very useful at 2nd part of the mission, just dont lose her as I did, lol.
