in British and American English.

Let's take a look at the British pronunciation first for this word:

So how does this compare to the American pronunciation?

In American English, we usually pronounce this word like this:

The "ir" sound sounds like this: "ur" "ur".

So, if this is your tongue, this is the tip of your tongue, you put it up: "ur"

Easily Create Lucid Dreams By Doing These Things.

Lucid dreaming is beyond bizarre to most of us.

You are asleep and dreaming yet you know you are dreaming, and many lucid dreamers can

affect actions and outcomes in dreams just like they do during waking moments.

Only in dreams, you can do much more fantastical things � bend steel, fly, stop bullets,

and finally talk to that girl at the coffee shop that always makes you so nervous.

We already know that lucid dreamers have some of the highest brain wave frequencies on the

planet, but what if you could induce a lucid dreaming state � known for helping to drastically

change your waking life � simply by applying the right electrical current at the right

frequency to the brain?

What if you could also train your brain to have more lucid dreams?

Scientists are starting to realize that the rabbit hole between our conscious and unconscious

worlds is more deeply connected than previously assumed.

Several studies suggest you can even apply tools to create an environment which is ripe

for lucid dreaming.

For example, one study, published in the Journal of Neuroscience, found that the brains of

people with high and low dream lucidity were different.

Subjects with high lucidity had greater gray matter volume in the frontopolar cortex, compared

to those with low lucidity.

This brain region also showed higher activity during thought monitoring [awareness while

in a waking state] in both high- and low-lucidity subjects, with stronger increases in the high-lucidity

group.

The scientists concluded that lucid dreaming and metacognition share some underlying mechanisms,

meaning that those who are more conscious in their waking state, are better able to

lucid dream.

An Oxford study suggests that some people are just �made� for lucid dreaming:

�The neurophysiological correlates of dreaming remain unclear.

According to the �arousal-retrieval� model, dream encoding depends on intrasleep wakefulness.

Consistent with this model, subjects with high and low dream recall frequency (DRF)

report differences in intrasleep awakenings.

This suggests a possible neurophysiological trait difference between the 2 groups.�

But that doesn�t mean you can�t make your brain more like those people who dream lucidly

with ease.

Recent research found that zapping an electrical current at the right frequency and just in

the right place of the brain can induce lucid dreaming about 70% of the time.

A study led by Ursula Voss at the J.W.

Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany, stimulated sleepers� brains using a weak current set

to a particular frequency, in a technique called transcranial alternating current stimulation

(tACS).

Christian Jarrett from Wired explains the study:

��it turns out that, aside from a small sample, this new dream research is well conducted.

Voss and her team tested 27 healthy volunteers (15 women, 12 men, none of whom usually have

lucid dreams) on four successive nights.

Each night, the participants were zapped with electricity in a different frequency range

or � and it�s important they included this condition � with no electricity at

all (known as a �sham� treatment).

The stimulation was delivered after between two and three minutes of uninterrupted REM

sleep.

Shortly afterwards the participants were woken and they answered questions about the dream

they�d just had.� Stimulation specifically delivered in the

low gamma range, at 40Hz, and to a lesser extent at 25Hz, was associated with a greater

experience of lucid dreaming, as compared to stimulation at other higher and lower frequencies

or to sham treatment.

Though you can�t give yourself mild electric shocks at home, you can listen to 40 Hz music

that helps to create the neural environment for lucid dreams.

You can also do the following things to help create lucid dreams when you sleep:

Wake yourself up during deep REM sleep, then go back to sleep.

Write an �A� for awake on your palm before you go to sleep.

Look down at your hand and say, �Am I awake?� If you can see the �A� that means you

are awake.

If you don�t see the �A� when you are dreaming, and you ask yourself that question,

you will know you are dreaming and can attempt to alter your dreams with your mental awareness.

Turn off all cell phones, computers, televisions, or �screens� at least an hour before bed,

and meditate instead.

During your meditation invite lucid dreaming.

Tell yourself, �I welcome lucid dreams.� Try waking up but keep your eyes closed.

Observe what happens in your �waking� dream state.

As soon as you are fully awake, write down what you observed.

This trains your mind to be aware in the twilight state between waking and sleeping.

Once you can create lucid dreams at will you can also:

Pre-program specific dream content and themes Change bad habits be dissolving them in a

dream state first, then translating that to a waking state

Visualize your way to a specific lucid dream from a waking state

Recognize dream signs and symbols that trigger lucidity

Induce lucid dreams via �out-of-body� experiences

Herbs that help to induce vivid and lucid dreams:

Lucid dreaming is really just a transferred state of expanded, quantum consciousness.

Shamans have used lucid dreaming as a way to heal themselves and others for centuries.

As we all learn to be more aware in our waking states, this too

will translate to our dream-time.

relegated to the fringes of American politics.

Conspiracy theorists are on the national stage

like never before.

which argues that the attacks of September 11 were an inside job.

Hooky Massacre was a hoax.

The official story of Sandy Hook has more holes in it

than Swiss cheese.

His network, InfoWars, bills itself as the sole truth-

teller in a sea of liberal lies.

And their audience is huge.

On YouTube, their videos have been viewed over

a billion times. To give you some perspective,

that's about four times the view count of NBC

and Fox's YouTube channels.

Trump was able to rally the Republican base partially

by tapping into the huge followings of media

like InfoWars. In December of 2015, Trump went on

Jones' show, paying him a compliment.

President Trump will echo it a few days later.

the emerging conspiratorial media.

website with verticals like Big Hollywood, Big

Journalism and Big Government. They get about 18

million visitors a month, which is 9% of the general

news market. Bannon, who calls himself an economic

nationalist, played a key role in Trump's executive

order banning immigration from seven countries,

provoking the trending #StopPresidentBannon.

Here he is in 2014 skyping into a Catholic conference

in Rome. We are in an outright war against jihadist

Islam, Islamic fascism.

Here he is on Breitbart's radio station. To be brutally

frank, I mean Christianity is dying in Europe, and

Islam's on the rise.

In the era of Trump, Breitbart has essentially become

mainstream media. The proof is beginning to show

itself in tangible ways. Breitbart reporter Julia Hahn,

and national security editor Sebastian Gorka

are joining the Trump White House.

And of course, Bannon is one of Trump's most

trusted advisors. As Breitbart, InfoWars and others

become delegitimized, it will become harder

for Americans to reach a consensus on facts and truth.

The story that Alex Jones, Steve Bannon and President

Wednesday provided more turmoil for President Donald Trump�s administration.

Andrew Puzder, whom the president had nominated to be his secretary of labor, withdrew his

nomination Wednesday, one day before his scheduled appearance before a Senate committee.

�After careful consideration and discussions with my family, I am withdrawing my nomination

for Secretary of Labor,� Puzder said in a statement Wednesday.

�I am honored to have been considered by President Donald Trump to lead the Department

of Labor and put America�s workers and businesses back on a path to sustainable prosperity.

I want [to] thank President Trump for his nomination.

�While I won�t be serving in the administration, I fully support the President and his highly

qualified team.�

CNN reported a senior GOP source told the network that Puzder was losing support among

Senate Republicans.

The source claimed there were at least four Republicans who were not going to support

Puzder�s nomination, and possibly as many as 12.

Puzder, who is the CEO of CKE Restaurants � parent company of fast-food chains Carl�s

Jr. and Hardee�s � had been under scrutiny in recent weeks, in large part because of

claims of physical abuse his ex-wife made during divorce proceedings in 1986.

Court documents said Lisa Fierstein, Puzder�s ex-wife, claimed Puzder physically abused

her by �striking her violently about the face, chest, back, shoulders and neck, without

provocation or cause.�

She also made an appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show in March 1990 in which she claimed Puzder

vowed revenge against her for making allegations of spousal abuse public.

�You will pay for this,� Fierstein said on the show where she appeared in a wig and

sunglasses and used the name �Ann� to protect her identity.

Fierstein eventually recanted her allegations in 1991.

She also told Fox News, �I regret my decision to appear on the [Oprah] show � I was hesitant

but encouraged by friends and became caught up in the notion of a free trip to Chicago

and being a champion of women and women�s issues.�

In addition to the controversy over Fierstein�s allegations, women�s groups were critical

of TV ads for Carl�s Jr. and Hardee�s that frequently used scantily clad women to

promote the restaurants� newest sandwich offerings.

Meanwhile, supporters of a higher minimum wage were upset with Puzder�s hard-line

stance on keeping wages low for his workers.

News that Puzder�s family had hired an undocumented immigrant to be its housekeeper also cast

a negative light on his nomination.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., said he was happy with Puzder�s decision.

In recent weeks, there had been questions surrounding Puzder�s commitment to taking

over the Department of Labor.

His confirmation hearing had been postponed four times because he had not turned in the

required paperwork.

Then they will become full of conceits and arrogance, deluding themselves as a great person.

In fact, they are being trained by Heaven as false prophet, false missionary, false guru (master).
