This neighborhood really reminds me a lot of Roma Norte

And Condesa

Kind of a calmer version of the two

And one thing that's been really appealing to me

About Guadalajara so far

Is the energy

It's just a lot more chill than Mexico City

Nothing against the capital of course

But I'm really really liking the vibe here

On the weekend this avenue

Is absolutely packed with young people

Going out to party

It says this street has a lot of the old Colonial type buildings

Some of which have been converted

I've actually never walked down

This street so we're going to do it together

We just passed the United States Consulate

And I have to say

I love my country

But it is the ugliest building on this beautiful block

Which is sad

But now I know where to go if I lose my passport

This right here is a great example of converting an old house

Into a restaurant and bar

This place is gorgeous

Right behind me here is a classical example

Of the modernization of Guadalajara

We have a food market here

We've got food trucks right there

It's like hipster heaven

which of course then would increase the price it just makes sense that would be

pretty interesting if they did do that that'd be cool let's just wait to see

Sea of Secrets - My Idea for Guild Wars 2 Expansion - Duration: 21:06.

Hi everyone. My name is Sammpo and I'm here today to share my design for the next Guild Wars 2 expansion pack.

The expansion pack is called Sea of Secrets

and it is all about water in Guild Wars 2

Water has always been something that is not very exciting in the game

So the idea of this expansion pack is to make it more exciting

So there are new ways to explore water and I'm going to tell about those features in just a minute

In this expansion pack, Sea of Secrets, we journey to the coasts of Cantha

On the right side of the screen you can see the maps that would be available at the launch of the expansion pack

Cantha, if you didn't know, it is a known location from the original game Guild Wars: Factions

In Guild Wars 2, it consists of 6 pve maps

In Heart of Thorns, one of the biggest complaints was the amount of maps when we only got 4 maps

and it was explained with having different biomes, etc.

In Path of Fire we got 5 maps and it was explained that the maps are huge

In Sea of Secrets we get 6 maps and well, you would say that maybe that's too much for the development team

but those maps are mostly water so I think it's something realistic to handle from the development side

They're large maps and they are very close to water, or in water

As I said, this expansion pack is all about water experience

It's seas, underwater caves and more, but also of course the city of Cantha is an exciting location to visit too

There are couple of maps that really go into those types of areas as well

There's a new map mechanic, which is Changing Sea Level, so the sea level goes up and down during the map meta event

So that opens up different ways to explore the map when some of the areas that were previously covered in water are no longer in water

So you can visit those places on ground

or you can later on some of those areas in underwater environment, so there's a lot more replay value in these maps because of the map mechanic

The next one is quite a minor thing, but there are Leather and Cloth gathering nodes in open world

For example, in Home instance currently we can get those leather and cloth gathering nodes, those things are available in the open world in Sea of Secrets

around the city of Cantha mostly

Now you might be wondering, "what about Jade Sea and Echovald Forest? Those are exciting locations in Guild Wars 1!"

Unfortunately this expansion is all about water so those areas are maybe not the right locations to visit, especially when Jade Sea is necessarily not water in the same way

maybe those areas are better for Living World releases that would come right after the release of the expansion pack

Then about the Mastery system

Of course with a new expansion pack there would be new masteries

and this expansion is all about water so it makes a lot of sense that the mastery system covers a lot of water related features

So what's the main selling point, as you would say maybe, for the expansion pack?

It's the "Boat System"

You can get different types of boats or ships that you can use to travel and battle on water

There are 3 types of boats, there's the Traveler's boat

Which is used, as the name says, for traveling

It has increased speed, you can use it for gathering, you can transport your friends and stuff like that

And then there's the Battle Boat, which is all about combat, you can use your class abilities and with the mastery system you can different types of siege to build on your Battle Boat

Then we have the Submarine which is used for underwater exploration in areas that are filled with very dangerous underwater animals

so you might want to use some kind of vehicle to protect you in those adventures so the Submarine is for that

With the mastery system you can also build some combat mechanisms for the Submarine

Then the Mastery system also has one track for Fishing

Fishing is a new skill to gather but it's a lot more than just gathering and I'm going to explain more about that in just a minute

So one track for Fishing, but also one track for advanced Underwater Combat

Underwater combat is something that has always been a very complicated system

Maybe it sounded exciting at launch, or before launch, when we read about it, it being very complex and so on

But in reality people did not like it for it being so complex, so I'm going to talk about the new underwater combat system in just a minute

Then we go to the World vs. World, what's happening to the WvW?

There's a new Borderlands map being added to the game which is Sea

I'm not sure if you can really call it "borderlands" as it's mostly sea

It's mostly water with capture locations on small islands

Supply camps, keeps, towers, those are on islands

but mostly the traveling happens with large ships

It's all about large scale naval combat

And these large Battle Ships can be controlled up to 10 people at the same time

With all of them having different roles such as: Adjusting speed, adjusting rotation of the ship

You can also use cannons and other siege, and all kinds of stuff on that ship

So if you really want to be successful in these naval battles, you really need to have good co-operation in your squad

You need to split from the standard 50-man squad to smaller squads to take these epic naval battles and win them

You might also be wondering, "why would you choose to use ships if you can just swim in the water?"

The waters are swarming with dangerous monsters, like Legendary Sharks and that kind of stuff

And they are really going to kill those players that try to just swim

So you want to use those different types of boats

You can also use your Mastery abilities that you can also unlock in WvW Ranks & Abilities with your world experience points

So you can have those smaller boats as well if you want to use them instead of those large battle ships

Then about the mastery: Fishing

So as I said, Fishing is a lot more than just gathering in Guild Wars 2

You can... well, you can catch fish, but you can also catch other items for different kinds of collections that unlock you different Rods and Baits

These Rods and Baits allow you to catch different types of items and fish so you really want to utilize

It's not just about going to one place and fish in there

There are different fishing pools, that can be gathered for different types of fish, it's very interactive experience

It's not about standing still and spamming one key, it's very dynamic in that way

There are also automated weekly fishing tournaments that reward you with Fishing Poles and such if you don't want to buy those off the Gem Store

Then we have the Underwater Combat revamp

As I said, in the beginning of the game, people did not really like underwater combat

because it had new weapons and made your character feel completely different than what you were used to

and because you spent less time underwater than you spent on ground, so it felt very awkward having to learn this completely new class whenever going underwater

What I thought how to make it better was

What if there's only 5 skills underwater?

So kind of like in downstate, so the UI would be similar to downstate where, of course it doesn't say "Fight to Survive!", it says in some kind of blue UI it says "Underwater"

And then you have like 5 skills, and those 5 skills are easy to understand kind of like if you're in downstate you have the basic attack, CC, maybe heal, and that kind of stuff

And there are no more underwater weapons and I'm going to explain what's going to happen to those in just a minute

And the underwater combat expands further with the Mastery system

So when you are at max level, you can make it more exciting but it's not about being complex in the very beginning

It's very simple to start but with the Mastery system you can expand and make it more exciting

And the expansion is all about underwater and water experience, so it's really important that the underwater system is great when this expansion comes out

Then about the weapons, I said, there's no more underwater weapons, so new weapon type: Spears (on land)!

Spears were used by Paragons in original Guild Wars: Nightfall expansion

so it makes a lot of sense that, when there's no longer spears underwater, these spears would be on land and introduced as a new weapon type for the game

They can be used in melee or ranged, depends on the profession, and they're used by 3 classes: one heavy, one medium and one light armor profession through the elite specializations

And then, let's go to the elite specializations!

So first of all, we have the Paragon, which is a Warrior elite specialization

Now you might be wondering, "why give Paragon to Warrior and not the Guardian?!"

Well, it's mostly because with elite specializations, they usually introduce, or have always introduced to this point, a new weapon for the class

and Warrior is a profession with a lot of weapons and it doesn't really have a lot of weapons you can still add to that class

So when introducing a new weapon, it makes a lot of sense to introduce that weapon to warrior

Especially when it's a spear that can realistically be used by Warrior

So it made a lot of sense to give Paragon to Warrior instead of Guardian

especially because I have another idea for Guardian that I'm going to talk about very soon

So Warrior gets Paragon

I think it gives a new way to play Warrior

First of all, what is Paragon?

It's known from Guild Wars: Nightfall, it's one of the professions there

In Sea of Secrets, Paragon is about "Friendly Control" and Support, so what does "Friendly Control" mean?

Friendly Control is about controlling your allies in a way that you give them huge bonuses if they follow your orders

As slot skills, the Paragon gets Consecrations that are AoEs that grant significant bonuses to allies

but they deactivate if a foe stands in that area

So for example, if you are fighting a raid boss, you can't just throw the AoE under the stack where everyone's standing because the boss is also there

and then deactivating the effect

So it's really about giving orders to your allies like "Okay, look: this is the area where you are supposed to stand, go stand there, you are the ranged people, you are there"

And, you know, different consecrations could act differently

So maybe only one consecration acts this way that it deactivates

There could be other ways like, you could summon some kind of different consecration that give you different buffs in different situations

But this is just one example of how this could work

They use the Spear as a ranged weapon, just like in Nightfall

Then we have the Monk, which is the Guardian elite specialization

It's a profession in Guild Wars (1), it's a melee healer

Well, although we already have Druid which is kind of like a melee healer as it uses close range healing but this is very close range

It's about touching your friends (lul)

which sounds maybe kind of weird

But it's about the slot skills which are Physical, spells like Healing Touch that you really need you to touch your allies to heal them

And they get Focus in main hand which is a new thing in Guild Wars 2 but I thought that it would be the most logical to give to the Monk

Because the Guardian already has Scepter, Staff, Focus in off hand, so it just felt right to give Focus

it could also be Dagger, but I just decided that it is Focus in main hand to give something little extra special thing there

Then we have the Ritualist, which is the Revenant elite specialization

Ritualist is a profession in Guild Wars: Factions, and this is about area control, you summon different types of spirits just like in original Guild Wars

And you get the weapon Scepter

So you can really become that Ritualist as your Revenant

I have not decided what legendary hero they would channel so maybe you guys have some suggestions on what this Ritualist specialization would channel

And suggest those in comments

Then we have the Thug, which is the Thief elite specialization

This is really the tough thief guy

Usually Thief in Guild Wars 2 is the very squishy, high DPS character, but this is really about tanking

Not necessarily about tanking in raids but being a very tanky character

So it has a lot of stuns and that of course reduces the damage you take because when your opponent is in CC, they can't deal that much damage to you

They get Mace in main hand and off hand

And they don't have Stealth, and the biggest cost of being a Thug is that you don't have access to Stealth

All the abilities that would give you Stealth, instead give you this buff called Hardiness

It's not a boon, it's an effect that cannot be removed and it's a significant damage reduction

We are talking something like 50% damage reduction, something really huge that makes you feel like you are that front line, more like a Warrior character when you're playing Thug

Those numbers, 50%, if it feels like it's too little or too much, that of course can be changed but I'm not going into balance and that kind of stuff

But you get the idea: It's not about being Stealthy, it's about being that tough guy in the front line

Then we get the Viper, which is a Ranger elite specialization

It's about offensive support

For Ranger it has been a problem that it's difficult to, maybe not to give support, but in group fights for example in WvW, how to get tags for loot bags and that kind of stuff

So you have slot skills that are Venoms and they are automatically shared with your party

So if you use those Venoms, you're going to get that sweet loot tag and get some loot in WvW if you're playing a Ranger

And they are the second profession to get the Spear weapon

They use it in melee and ranged, both

As a profession mechanic, they have a transform into Krait

That's something very special, I haven't decided if they would use a pet or not, this could be something that replaces F1 skill or maybe F5

depending on how the system works, I'm not going into too much detail but it's about transforming into a Krait, this snake creature that is very venomous and it's about giving a lot of poison

but also giving those offensive support buffs to your allies

And then, we have the Sk8erboi, which is Engineer elite specialization

Okay the name isn't very serious

You can suggest a better name if you want in the comments

It's an Engineer specialization that uses Shield in main hand

Engineer has always been this really fun class to play, it's about ridiculous stuff, making real joy out of crazy options

So it's a Shield in main hand but you can also use the Shield as a hoverboard and surf on water

just like in Wildstar you have the hoverboard, the Engineer can use the shield as a hoverboard

So if you chose Engineer in the first place to get all those fun gadgets and stuff, this is the continuation for that choice

We are still missing Mesmer, Necromancer and Elementalist

and one of those classes is supposed to have Spear

If you have any suggestions what those classes could be about...

I was thinking that maybe Elementalist would be some kind of Shaman that gives some Banner-like Totems

And maybe Necromancer has the spear and some kind of Stealth action going on

Wolff Can't Stand the Heat, Throws a Fit When CNN Asks a Question About Book - Duration: 2:52.

During a stunning interview this weekend, author "Fire and Fury" author Michael

Wolff accused a CNN host, of all people, of "doing the work of the White House to discredit"

his already highly spurious book about President Donald Trump.

Why?

Because host Michael Smerconish had dared to question Wolff about what possible lies

he told to earn the Trump administration's trust, according to the Washington Examiner.

As reported earlier this month by USA Today, the Trump administration last year granted

Wolff "fly-on-the-wall" access to the White House for reasons not yet fully understood.

Wolff subsequently took the information he allegedly gleaned from observing the Trump

administration and stuffed it into a recently released book, "Fire and Fury: Inside the

Trump White House," that wound up being full of lies and inaccuracies.

Dovetailing back to the interview between Wolff and Smerconish, it began to turn sour

as the "Smerconish" host asked Wolff to describe exactly what he told White House

officials to gain inside access to the White House.

"I certainly said what was ever necessary to get the story," Wolff said.

"And I'm missing — so what are you implying here?"

Smerconish was implying that Wolff had lied.

To get across this point, the host then glanced down at his desk and purported to describe

how Wolff's request for access to the White House may have sounded:

"What I'm really after is not so much a policy or position interview with the president,

but an opportunity to humanize him.

Honestly, I don't think there is anybody out there who is doing this or it seems who

cares about doing this, but I think you know that I like him.

And I believe I can show him a way that can actually change perceptions of him…"

And that's when Wolff lost his cool, delivering a rant claiming "someone in the White House

is obviously giving you e-mails that I sent" and accusing Smerconish of "doing the work

of the White House to discredit this book."

The fact that Wolff accused someone in the White House of providing Smerconish with copies

of his emails is quite telling.

The hack author basically admitted live on air that what Smerconish had said is what

Wolff actually wrote in his disingenuous email to White House officials.

In other words, Wolff admitted that he had lied, i.e., that he had cunningly made it

seem as if his book would affect Trump in a good way by highlighting the positive aspects

of his administration.

Instead, Wolff wound up doing the exact opposite.

The guy's a liar, plain and simple.

So much so that he accused a CNN host, of all people, of colluding with the Trump White

House.

Now, if that isn't the lie of the year, I don't know what is.

I Thought It Was Funny Seeing This Dog At Church Until I Read Why #emystery - Duration: 2:06.

It's not a typical sight to see a cute dog attending mass each and every day but Tommy

is far from your typical dog.

In the small town of San Donaci near Brindisi,

Italy a 7 year-old German Shepherd named Tommy goes to mass nearly every day and sits patiently

by the altar for the whole service.

The church goers all know Tommy and seeing him attend the services is a normal sight

to them.

The reason this dog attends church absolutely broke my heart.

This loving and loyal dog has quite a story.

Loyal Tommy, a seven-year-old German Shepherd,

belonged to Maria MargheritaLochi,

and had been her faithful companion after she adopted him when she found him abandoned

in some fields close to her home.

She rescued him when he was a puppy and they formed a bond that only exists with true love,

Miss Lochi passed away a few months ago and Tommy has been patiently waiting for his beloved

owner to return.

The church was the last place he saw her as he was there attending her funeral services.

Now the dog attends church every single day.

He shows up right when the morning mass bell rings and waits until the services are completed

to leave.

Tommy has since been adopted by the entire village and is fed and taken care of very

well.

They know that that's exactly how Miss Lochi would have wanted it.

He's a friend of the community and one of the most loyal dogs I've ever heard about.

This truly breaks my heart and I hope Tommy can find peace andlove that will eventually

mend his broken heart.

This is truly an example of why dogs are man's best friend.

going to show you how you can make $100 per day online with PayPal all right

make some of their online money and to do that the best way to really make a

bunch of money online is to find a problem and offer a solution and there's

one problem that every business has every business wants more traffic and a

lot of business business is done on how to get free traffic or they don't know

that there's like ways they can do it and it's looking them right in the face

so we're going to show I'm going to show you one of those methods today we can go

out and get businesses more traffic and they will pay you money to do so okay

this is a very very easy method guys um but you would have to put in a little

bit of work to get the money but once the money is there and it's done

a-rollin it's pretty much going to be automatic once you have everything set

up okay so what you need to do guys is use make sure you go and download a

Chrome application called Facebook pixel Halper you're going to have to download

this and this is all going to be using to dive into our method so make sure you

first page these sites need to be getting traffic and the

thing about this method is you can you can really upscale this to hundreds of

thousands of dollars a month this is kind of like the entry level that I'm

showing you and then you can scale it up and I'll tell you about that in a second

so click on these websites guys it's probably best to click on more places

and the snack pack here and just view I need to do a right click on that I think

so I open up all of these dentists and you can you like the restaurants or

maybe we'll look at some restaurants in a second and we'll go back this is what

you want to do guys you want to install that Facebook pixel helper and then you

want to go and click on it up here you want to see if they've got a pixel now

if they have a pixel is a good chance that they're already doing Facebook ads

if they don't have a pixel on their store there's a good chance they're not

running Facebook ads and what we can do is we can contact these guys and offer

them our services and say hey we can do some Facebook ads for you now the thing

is you might be saying what Facebook ads might be a little bit hard well if we go

and put a pixel on their site for us and these sites are getting traffic we're

gonna be doing retargeting so that's like the gateway it's basically the

gateway the Gateway to all of this stuff we do the retargeting it's cheap we

we're already hitting people that have already interested in their brand

they've already seen their website so we're going to get them results pretty

quickly and that's what these guys want to see results if you can get them

results they're gonna start paying you more money the more clients you get them

and we'll talk about money in a second I'll show you how to build out some

stuff and we'll jump into some more stuff in a second but um so someone like

this our Lumino dentist is quite a big brand over here so we wouldn't bother

with them men yori were dental center no pixel another one no pixel right let's

try restaurants probably spot that wrong yeah so restaurants as well are very

good because restaurants you can offer deals okay if one loves a deal and if

there's someone that's already been to the site and they see the deal they're

like okay it may you might wanna do a family deal or something like that

now dental clinics you can offer free consultations that's really where

well as well as well but this is literally so look at the numbers of a

second and I'll show you kind of the money you can make the best thing about

this guys you don't need many clients to make over $100 per day okay so I'm just

going to open up a few oh what's going on here I've messed up okay here we go

open the website open the website open the website they don't have a website do

they have a website they have a website okay

so these guys you've kind of got to look at them as well and be like I think

these guys be willing to pay so you kind of want to go for bigger restaurants

this is just a small corner store restaurant probably not really someone

we would want to really look into doing their promotions for them this is a

foreign country these guys have a pixel so they're probably already doing ads

already or have someone doing ads for them already these guys don't have a

pixel either so that's what you do guys the pixel it's going to determine

whether they are doing Facebook advertising or not so now what you want

to do is go and clicked a list of businesses from the top page probably in

the top five results because we know that they're already getting tons of

traffic okay didn't you want to contact them with your pitch to say hey you know

we can do some Facebook advertising for you to learn Facebook ads and things

like that obviously you need to have some sort of experience with social

media marketing and don't just be like a spammer and say hey we can we can get

you more traffic go in there and write a good long email and contact these

businesses and offer your services to them say hey we noticed you don't have a

Facebook pixel on your site we can get you more traffic by doing Facebook

advertising for you at a cheaper cost now what kind of numbers are you looking

at um we're gonna we're gonna go into numbers right now like this is basically

the method find the companies like I literally just down four or five sites

on the top team we didn't even go into any other niche and most of these sites

don't have a pixel on this on this site so that pretty much tells me that

guaranteed that they are not doing any type of Facebook advertising

they are leaving so much money on the table because imagine how many people go

into these sites every single day and then leaving and never seen their brand

again they are throwing money away because they could be doing Facebook ad

retargeting and bringing those customers back to their business small businesses

like this every single customer matters if they can get a free consultation by

spending five bucks on a Facebook ad and their free consultation turns into four

hundred dollars with the fillings and then maybe they come back for a recheck

six months later and they get another 200 bucks where the fillings and some

hygienic cleaning for a hundred bucks it's very very long time our long-term

customer value if you can get there for them they're gonna keep hanging lots of

money so guys most people are willing to pay between five hundred to two thousand

dollars even up to ten thousand depending on the company people will pay

a lot of money if you can get the results consistently all you would need

is six clients to pay five hundred dollars per month to get one hundred and

seven dollars per day all you would need is three clients paying you a thousand

dollars per month to get you one hundred and seven dollars a day all you would

need is two clients to pay you $2,000 a month to get you one hundred and

forty-seven dollars per day now restaurants aren't going to go and pay

you two grand a month maybe a massive restaurant but they'll be more like the

500 dollar category but then again a lot of local social marketing agencies

charge a thousand two thousand dollars a month even more so that the how much you

charge is going to depend on how much I have any results you can get these guys

so I would start off small just charge a little bit okay at the start now what do

you do you run a Facebook ad you click the lead and then you send them to the

offer okay which will be a consultation a coupon a discount something that's

something that you can give away to them to get them to come into the business to

for one deal family deals or something like that and then they go on the email

list and then you can do follow-ups as well the good thing about the email list

guys is you can charge an upsell or another rate to manage and run the email

list for them so that's the next step in this cycle running their email list then

the next step after that is building up look-alike audiences building up bigger

retargeting lists or even doing coal traffic and

starting to charge them more for the more results you get to come in you

could literally start off with like charging these companies 500 bucks per

month or even less and then once you get them heaps of results they'll start to

pay you more money because they want more customers and more results okay so

I'm going to show you quickly how you can build one of these it's actually

very very easy to collect the lead okay you just basically need a app that I use

is called thrive dashboard I'm gonna click on that on my website our website

is very cheap for you guys to pick up you should can go off like 30 bucks a

year right you use Bluehost or something I'll leave some links below and I'm

gonna go to I'm sorry so over I've installed my arm thrive thrive architect

I'm gonna go to pages add new this is like literally a couple of seconds guys

and you could build out a you know a template to collect emails and then

you're gonna have to need an email responder I'm just going to put test

page Oh tis age YouTube let me click publish then I'm gonna

click Edit with thrive architect okay so I'm just going to pick a template right

now pretty easy nothing hard took a template and this

program is called thrive an architect doesn't need to be an expensive program

we go down here I'm going to choose a landing page template and I'm going to

just pick a simple opt-in look at this here we go right here this is pretty

pretty straightforward pretty easy pretty clean now I would recommend going

to look at other people's social media marketing ads to see what they're doing

but you could do something like this is pretty pretty straightforward stuff guys

I'm just showing you quickly in this video so you can see I can literally

just change this template do whatever I want I'm not in the door right now the

changes template connect this to my autoresponder which is the email

marketing software so something like contact flow is very good I leave a link

for that to contact flow I get response and things like that

MailChimp and you collect you connect this to those software's and then you

click you build up the email list and then you go out and you do follow

and then you can charge a premium to manage the email list for your clients

okay now I'm going to click Save and I've literally got a preview page and I

now have a page where I can send traffic to via retargeting guys retargeting is

so cheap that's the thing if this let's say the dental clinics getting 200 views

a day maybe a hundred views a day you go retarget those people you are gonna get

you're gonna get these guys clients you will get these guys clients because

they've already seen the brand you're gonna get the leads for cheap like on

the pennies most probably especially if it's local and then you know I think we

did a dental thing for someone once when I was doing agency stuff we're getting

leads for like 20 cents all right and then they go and get the free

consultation then six months later those customers might be worth a thousand two

thousand dollars to your client all right so guys that's it nice and easy

that's how you can literally go out right now now this isn't a

get-rich-quick scheme I just want to get that straight okay you will have to put

in the effort you have to email these people it will take time you might

amount wente people and not get a client you might email a hundred people and get

one client but that's what it takes they don't know you're you even exist

these people probably don't even know that they can make money from facebook

ads they probably don't even know that any of this type of stuff exists but you

can go out there guys like and I'm an Auckland or clothes not a massive City

compared to a lot of other cities and we just found these sites here that don't

have a pixel on their site if the site doesn't have a Facebook pixel guys it

means they're most likely not running Facebook ads and they should be these

guys will be getting traffic to their site and you can go out and custom

tailor some ads to suit their business we have tradesmen doctors law lawyers

would be a good one guys lots of money and lawyers dental clinics so dental

clinics doctors and lawyers are like probably at the top those are the top

dogs fishing charters those guys are always looking for clients especially

around Christmastime when it went ahead functions and things like that so

fishing charters is another good one those guys are willing to pay big bucks

and I know that fishing channels make very good money builders you know all

sorts of things guys you can literally go out there and this is like the

gateway into social agency marketing which is a very very big trend right now

and that's it guys okay here you go and they pay you into your PayPal like

that's all you just give them your PayPal address and they will pay you

into your PayPal usually so guys that's how you can make over a hundred dollars

per day with online and you don't the beauty about this guys is you don't need

a lot of clients you're not doing drop shipping stores you're not doing

affiliate marketing you don't need a lot of traffic you simply go and email your

these potential clients and even if you send 100 emails and you get one client

that's going to pay you two grand a month or two clients that that pay you

two grand a month that's 140 bucks per day and this is at the lower end guys

like the sky's the limit what why not go and get 12 clients at $500 and make one

hundred and fourteen dollars sorry two hundred and fourteen dollars per day

once the ads set up and you have an ad running and thus getting results and

you've optimized it there's that's just money coming in and guys the the client

pays for the edge this is the money that you get okay they are paying you of

premium fee to run Facebook edge for them or you could even teach them how to

This is Nuno Draws - Duration: 5:03.

I've always made drawings... I paint ever since I was a kid. But from the beginning it was never to show.

I've always loved the sea and motorcycles, so when I was a kid I used to sketch

motorcycle parts and waves with charcoal pencils.

Posca was in Praia de Ribeira d'Ilhas in the Grom Search event

and back then I used to ride my motorcycle a lot and I wanted to paint my helmets

but without messing the whole house.

I started painting this small card board, just to try it out and at the end a Spanish woman

approached me and said she wanted to buy the board. I told her that it wasn't for sale,

but she insisted and ended up buying the board.

Meanwhile, there was a Portuguese artist painting who had been invited by Posca

and the guy from Posca Portugal came to me and asked me if I wanted to paint a bit while I was there.

By the end of the day, I was painting boards to people that were just passing by.

This was on a Saturday and I was invited to paint the next day. When I arrived there was a cue of people

with boards to paint and it was from that moment on that this started moving forward.

Nowadays, I work both with motorcycle and surf and they complete each other and it's very positive.

I'm a drummer.

Just like everything in life, this a process. There was a period of my life when I wasn't

so focused on drawing, I was more connected to music. I had several bands playing all over the country.

And this was something that full-filled me a lot. It didn't give much money, in Portugal it never gives.

But in a personal level, it was something I really enjoyed and people liked it.

Just like a tattoo artist, where you bring your idea and he tattoos your skin with his personal touch.

I do the same with the surfboards, helmets, motorcycles, skates. That's exactly what I do:

Usually I don't say I paint, I say I tattoo objects.

Even if people think it's not much, what I've accomplished so far is a lot to me.

I never thought I could accomplish so much and having people from abroad ask me for my drawings...

I never imagined.

This is not my main job. I work with IT and secretariat. And I have to go to "war" everyday

so that I can help sustain my family, because if I lived only of Nuno Draws

all of this would have ended by now.

It's a constant fight, but I always wear a smile on my face, because besides doing what I love

I have those I love by my side.

who carried a lighter

the school got on fire

and because of trying to put out the fire

it grew and burned the whole school".

That doesn't happen.

I wouldn't be able to live with the shame

and I would enter a cycle of sadness

that would end up in me becoming a hobo.

You won't become a hobo!

And if something embarrasing happens

don't worry

everybody goes through that

and besides,

with time people forget about it.

Look, a hobo!

If it's your first day of school

an advice I'll give you:

Never

crash with a student who carries a lighter,

you'll set the school on fire

and if it gets on fire

don't try to put it out

it will only grow more,

that'll haunt you the rest of your lives

and you'll become sad

and will become hobos like me.

See?!

In the neighborhood where we're staying

Colonia Americana

It's hip

There's so much going on

And it is a beautiful sunday afternoon

So let's go for a walk

Colonia Americana so far?

I'm in love with it

I love the fact that you can walk around

For example here

There are tons of bars

Restaurants

And coffee shops

And the vibe is so cool

I love it

We are starting the tour at the bottom of Chapultepec

And this place right here

We went there last night

Every single drink is 1 dollar

We are going to be making a video about them eventually

This is pretty much what this area is about

For anybody who has been to Mexico City before

This neighborhood really reminds me a lot of Roma Norte

And Condesa

Kind of a calmer version of the two

And one thing that's been really appealing to me

About Guadalajara so far

Is the energy

It's just a lot more chill than Mexico City

Nothing against the capital of course

But I'm really really liking the vibe here

On the weekend this avenue

Is absolutely packed with young people

Going out to party

This is the place to be

In Guadalajara

All we're passing right now

It says this street has a lot of the old Colonial type buildings

Some of which have been converted

I've actually never walked down

This street so we're going to do it together

We just passed the United States Consulate

And I have to say

I love my country

But it is the ugliest building on this beautiful block

Which is sad

But now I know where to go if I lose my passport

This right here is a great example of converting an old house

Into a restaurant and bar

This place is gorgeous

Right behind me here is a classical example

Of the modernization of Guadalajara

We have a food market here

We have another food market here

We've got food trucks right there

It's like hipster heaven
