Gut Tells Me This is Probably Bigger"

Additional text messages sent and received by disgraced FBI agent Peter Strzok have been

handed over to Congress, reports the Associated Press.

In yet another twist to the Peter Strzok saga, the FBI failed to hand over a block of the

agent's text messages because they have gone missing.

AP reports:

But the department also said in a letter to lawmakers that its record of messages sent

to and from the agent, Peter Strzok, was incomplete because the FBI, for technical reasons, had

been unable to preserve and retrieve about five months' worth of communications.

New text messages highlighted in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray by Sen. Ron

Johnson, the Republican chairman of the Senate's Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs

Committee, are from the spring and summer of 2016 and involve discussion of the investigation

into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server.

They reference Attorney General Loretta Lynch's decision to accept the FBI's conclusion

in that case and a draft statement that former FBI Director James Comey had prepared in anticipation

of closing out the Clinton investigation without criminal charges.

Following reports of the FBI's mystery "glitch," Rep. Jordan Jordan (R-OH) renewed his call

for a second special counsel to investigate the former Mueller team member.

"First the IRS destroyed emails pivotal to our investigation of their political targeting.

Now the FBI "failed to preserve" texts between Peter Strzok & Lisa Page following

the '16 election.

The time for a second special counsel is now," tweeted the Ohio lawmaker.

In a statement to the Daily Caller's Chuck Ross, the Ohio lawmaker hinted the missing

Strzok-Page text messages might be the next major scandal to rock the FBI.

The Daily Caller reports:

The revelation that the FBI "failed to preserve" five months worth of anti-Trump agents'

text messages is evoking memories of Lois Lerner, the IRS official whose emails mysteriously

disappeared during congressional investigations into her targeting of conservative non-profit

groups.

"The [Lois] Lerner thing was huge," Ohio Rep. Jim Jordan told The Daily Caller.

"My gut tells me this is probably bigger."

In September of last year, the Department of Justice has announced it would not charge

former IRS official Lois Lerner in the highly controversial IRS scandal, which saw numerous

Conservative groups allegedly targeted by the Department.

Recently, former IRS senior executive Lois G. Lerner asked that her testimony in an upcoming

class-action case to remain sealed.

The former Obama official is accused of targeting hundreds of groups due to their conservative

beliefs.

As we know that Star & Delta Connection only possible in 3 phase system, so in our domestic

system it is not possible, because generally all house hold electrical equipment are designed

with single phase supply.

In a three phase circuit, there are two types of connections.

One is known as Star Connection, and the other one is Delta Connection.

In this video I will go to show you Difference Between Star Connection and Delta Connection.

In STAR connection, the starting or finishing ends of three coils are connected together

to form the neutral point.

In DELTA connection, the opposite ends of three coils are connected together.

Star connection is used where we require Neutral terminal to obtain Phase voltage.

Delta connection is used where we not require neutral terminal to obtain phase voltage.

In Star connection, the line current is equal to the Phase current, (IL = IPH) .

In Delta Connection the line current is equal to root three times of the Phase Current .

In Star connection, line voltage is equal to root three times of the Phase Voltage.

In Delta Connection line voltage is equal to the Phase voltage .

In Star Connection, each winding receives 230 volts.

In Delta Connection, each winding receives 415 volts.

Both 3 phase 4 wire and 3 phase 3 wire system can be derived in the star connection,

In Delta Connection only 3 phase 4 wire system can be derived.

The Speed of the star connected motors is slow as they receive one root third of the

voltage.

The Speed of the delta connected motors is high because each phase gets the total of

the line voltage.

The amount of Insulation required in Star Connection is low.

In Delta Connection high insulation level is required.

Star Connection system is general and typical to be used in Power Transmission line.

Delta Connection is general and typical to be used In Power Distribution line and industries.

[Music] Today we're doing something a little bit different than usual,

it's a 2x faster time-lapse, which is a lot slower than what the usual speed is.

Very close to about the actual speed that I actually draw.

It was done in the moment and this is a recording from my phone, on my iphone 6s,

using medibang paint pro so it's a bit unrendered

cuz it was just something made in the moment

for something silly. It was me thinking

"okay what if 1970s Candy Candy was more Horror inspired"

because i was thinking about actual candy and my thoughts went into another direction

and I remembered my mom's favorite anime,

which was Candy Candy, because in Latin America,

Candy Candy was one of those cute shows that got Spanish dubbed in places like Dominican Republic

and a lot of people recognize it and it was very popular

so even though it's not supposed to be horror,

it's just a cute shoujo show that lasted a long time of airing over here.

Just wanted to do something that wasn't expected of the character Candy Candy

making her creepy was something that was against her character

when she's just supposed to be a bubbly adventurous girl

in a historical time period in the 1800s.

So, I was thinking "what makes characters look creepy?".

The teeth when they're bared and have a lot of detail compared to the rest of the style of a simple art,

that can be creepy.

though it wasn't very rendered because it was done in very little time,

this is actually a 16 minute drawing thing

that the reason i was doing it so fast was because i wanted to post it fast

but I ended up taking a while to post because i wanted to put it alongside the recording

but it was a lot more difficult than i thought it would be

and I used something that I don't usually use

which is the default recording for the IPhone 6s that comes with iOS 11

where it records the screen in HD and I had to transfer it into google drive and then download it

and stuff and my rendering program couldn't handle it

because I'm using a computer that's over 5 years old and it was a low-end.

Usually, when I render videos it's stuff that it can handle which is done with like hypercam

or something on the laptop itself, so this is a bit experimental really.

A lot of effort was put into making something that was just supposed to be something simple

that it was just a 16 minute sketch and,

you know how techonology is with making things difficult.

Okay so, back onto a more interesting topic.

A good way to make things only a little bit unsettling but not really into the horror aspect

is using things that can go into the uncanny valley like before, I said that realistic teeth

in a simplistic style becomes creepy and things like that. And how baring teeth,

a smile that bares teeth is something that shows aggression.

Well, yeah, that's a part of the creepy look.

But also, when you have really wide eyed expressions

instead of with the rest of the expression wide eyed...

eyes don't express friendliness at all. So, that ended up being a part of it.

Wide-eyed expressions can usually be used for stuff that in movie posters and whatever else

is like "oh this character is crazy" or whatever.

Also somehow it ended that the eyes were a little bit more of rendering looked more unsettling somehow with the coloring.

I was just trying to make some colorings that were unusual a little bit,

like you don't usually see in natural lighting, eyes with the redness as a shadow

cuz that's not very "healthy" as a sign in color. I'm not sure, but it does go well with the vibe I was going with.

and the sickly greens with the hair, I think it also contributes well with the style.

Though, the overall color was changed a little bit later on with the gradient I used that was green

and that ended up changing it to be a bit more mystery vibe maybe?

Like more in the night than the actual colorings that I did in the beginning.

Yeah, I like how that ended up.

for something that I didn't originally spend a long time doing,

I got very attached to this art. Really. I could come back to a similar concept like this.

maybe try another way of making something like "creepy cute" or something.

OR I could do some other beloved series in an unexpected way that I have an attachment to.

Though not like those videos and article art things that you get kind of sick of that's "ultra-realistic cartoon thing"

or whatever that's kind of overdone I think.

But, Overall, I think, doing something like this when I'm not used to doing creepy things

and instead I'm used to doing "pretty" things was an OK experience.

Yeah and I'm limiting myself to a simplified thing and I'm trying to go as fast as possible for my original intent.

This was enjoyable, yeah. I'd do it again.

Earlier this week, Teen Mom OG star Catelynn Lowell bravely took to Twitter to reveal that

she is entering rehab again for the third time as she continues to battle her mental

health issues.

But even though her husband Tyler Baltierra has remained by her side throughout all of

the struggles that the couples have faced together in the past, it's hard to stay strong

and he opened up and hinted that he's struggling to cope with all of the stress.

"I just don't know if I can do this anymore," the 26-year-old wrote on Twitter.

Even though it's unclear what Tyler is talking about, many fans think that he's alluding

to Cate's mental health issues and they interpreted his tweet to mean that he's having trouble

in his marriage.

"I can totally understand, and Cate is so lucky to have u.

But...'through sickness and in health...'

She needs [you] now more than ever," one fan wrote, and another fan left a message of encouragement.

"You can do it, Ty!

You are strong, she is strong and you will both get through this," the user wrote.

"I know how hard it is to have someone you love so much going through something like

this...but you love her [and] love prevails.

Things will be normal again soon, hang in there!"

Other fans pointed out that Cate's third rehab stint isn't the only thing that Tyler could

be alluding to.

"Hmmm, maybe he's talking about his dad or maybe the [adoptive] parents of his [first]

born.

Maybe he's talking about the show.

Maybe it has nothing to do with his wife," the fan speculated.

Either way, we hope that Tyler can stay strong while Catelynn continues to seek help — especially

because he has been open about supporting his wife through thick and thin.

year, he took to Instagram to gush over her strength.

Tyler Baltierra Posts Cryptic Tweet Days After His Wife Catelynn Returns to Rehab

So heartbreaking.

Earlier this week, Teen Mom OG star Catelynn Lowell bravely took to Twitter to reveal that

she is entering rehab again for the third time as she continues to battle her mental

health issues.

But even though her husband Tyler Baltierra has remained by her side throughout all of

the struggles that the couples have faced together in the past, it's hard to stay strong

and he opened up and hinted that he's struggling to cope with all of the stress.

"I just don't know if I can do this anymore," the 26-year-old wrote on Twitter.

Even though it's unclear what Tyler is talking about, many fans think that he's alluding

to Cate's mental health issues and they interpreted his tweet to mean that he's having trouble

in his marriage.

"I can totally understand, and Cate is so lucky to have u.

But...'through sickness and in health...'

She needs [you] now more than ever," one fan wrote, and another fan left a message of encouragement.

"You can do it, Ty!

You are strong, she is strong and you will both get through this," the user wrote.

"I know how hard it is to have someone you love so much going through something like

this...but you love her [and] love prevails.

Things will be normal again soon, hang in there!"

Other fans pointed out that Cate's third rehab stint isn't the only thing that Tyler could

be alluding to.

"Hmmm, maybe he's talking about his dad or maybe the [adoptive] parents of his [first]

born.

Maybe he's talking about the show.

Maybe it has nothing to do with his wife," the fan speculated.

Either way, we hope that Tyler can stay strong while Catelynn continues to seek help — especially

because he has been open about supporting his wife through thick and thin.

Shortly after she revealed that she would be entering rehab for the second time last

year, he took to Instagram to gush over her strength.

[Music] Today we're doing something a little bit different than usual,

it's a 2x faster time-lapse, which is a lot slower than what the usual speed is.

Very close to about the actual speed that I actually draw.

It was done in the moment and this is a recording from my phone, on my iphone 6s,

using medibang paint pro so it's a bit unrendered

cuz it was just something made in the moment

for something silly. It was me thinking

"okay what if 1970s Candy Candy was more Horror inspired"

because i was thinking about actual candy and my thoughts went into another direction

and I remembered my mom's favorite anime,

which was Candy Candy, because in Latin America,

Candy Candy was one of those cute shows that got Spanish dubbed in places like Dominican Republic

and a lot of people recognize it and it was very popular

so even though it's not supposed to be horror,

it's just a cute shoujo show that lasted a long time of airing over here.

Just wanted to do something that wasn't expected of the character Candy Candy

making her creepy was something that was against her character

when she's just supposed to be a bubbly adventurous girl

in a historical time period in the 1800s.

So, I was thinking "what makes characters look creepy?".

The teeth when they're bared and have a lot of detail compared to the rest of the style of a simple art,

that can be creepy.

though it wasn't very rendered because it was done in very little time,

this is actually a 16 minute drawing thing

that the reason i was doing it so fast was because i wanted to post it fast

but I ended up taking a while to post because i wanted to put it alongside the recording

but it was a lot more difficult than i thought it would be

and I used something that I don't usually use

which is the default recording for the IPhone 6s that comes with iOS 11

where it records the screen in HD and I had to transfer it into google drive and then download it

and stuff and my rendering program couldn't handle it

because I'm using a computer that's over 5 years old and it was a low-end.

Usually, when I render videos it's stuff that it can handle which is done with like hypercam

or something on the laptop itself, so this is a bit experimental really.

A lot of effort was put into making something that was just supposed to be something simple

that it was just a 16 minute sketch and,

you know how techonology is with making things difficult.

Okay so, back onto a more interesting topic.

A good way to make things only a little bit unsettling but not really into the horror aspect

is using things that can go into the uncanny valley like before, I said that realistic teeth

in a simplistic style becomes creepy and things like that. And how baring teeth,

a smile that bares teeth is something that shows aggression.

Well, yeah, that's a part of the creepy look.

But also, when you have really wide eyed expressions

instead of with the rest of the expression wide eyed...

eyes don't express friendliness at all. So, that ended up being a part of it.

Wide-eyed expressions can usually be used for stuff that in movie posters and whatever else

is like "oh this character is crazy" or whatever.

Also somehow it ended that the eyes were a little bit more of rendering looked more unsettling somehow with the coloring.

I was just trying to make some colorings that were unusual a little bit,

like you don't usually see in natural lighting, eyes with the redness as a shadow

cuz that's not very "healthy" as a sign in color. I'm not sure, but it does go well with the vibe I was going with.

and the sickly greens with the hair, I think it also contributes well with the style.

Though, the overall color was changed a little bit later on with the gradient I used that was green

and that ended up changing it to be a bit more mystery vibe maybe?

Like more in the night than the actual colorings that I did in the beginning.

Yeah, I like how that ended up.

for something that I didn't originally spend a long time doing,

I got very attached to this art. Really. I could come back to a similar concept like this.

maybe try another way of making something like "creepy cute" or something.

OR I could do some other beloved series in an unexpected way that I have an attachment to.

Though not like those videos and article art things that you get kind of sick of that's "ultra-realistic cartoon thing"

or whatever that's kind of overdone I think.

But, Overall, I think, doing something like this when I'm not used to doing creepy things

and instead I'm used to doing "pretty" things was an OK experience.

Yeah and I'm limiting myself to a simplified thing and I'm trying to go as fast as possible for my original intent.

This was enjoyable, yeah. I'd do it again.

sweet selfie of the couple and a majority of fans expressed their opinion about Chris,

and the majority of them seem to be really happy that Amy is happy nearly two years after

her divorce from her ex-husband Matt Roloff was finalized.

Date night.

Thai food and seeing a local play in downtown Hillsboro.

Love it!" the 53-year-old wrote in her Instagram caption, and both she and Chris flashed big

smiles for the camera.

Fans flooded the comments section and pointed out how happy Amy looks in her new relationship,

and one fan, in particular, admitted that even though it was hard to see her move on

from Matt, they realize that Amy really found love again with Chris.

"Amy, I always wanted you to get back together with Matt, but now that I see you with Chris,

you look incredibly HAPPY.

That is what is important!!!" the fan commented.

But other fans still refuse to accept the fact that Amy and Matt just aren't meant to

be together.

Amy isn't the only one who has moved on from their 27-year marriage — Matt is also dating!

The 56-year-old has been with former Roloff Farms manager Caryn Chandler for nearly a

How to Make a Catfish Lure - Duration: 4:42.

so today I'm going to show you how to make a catfish lure these lures come in

many different styles and you can customize them to make noise or vibrate

using beads blades or special made rattles there are several manufacturers

that make catfish lures and usually they will run between five to seven dollars

for a pack of two so for step one to making a catfish lure you're gonna need

a circle hook I recommend using a three to a five on circle hook for channel

catfish and if you're going for big blue cats or flat heads using a seven to a

night on nine the next step you're gonna need some twenty to forty pound mono

line anything less than twenty and your lures probably not gonna hold up very

well especially if it bangs across rocks and and brush and things like that and

anything greater than forty pound mono is really it's kind of stiff to

manipulate and just difficult not to say that you can't make one with greater

than forty pound mono it's just it's a lot more difficult not we're gonna need

a tie it's gonna be a what we call a knotless knot so if you never tied a

knot let's not before that's okay it's very simple you just run your line

through the front of the eyelet hold the line to the back of the spine of the

hook and then wrap it five to eight times three four five six I'm doing six

okay anything less than five is really too too few anything greater than eight

it's just a little excessive next thing you want to do is take the

end of your your line and run it through the back of the eyelet and just pull it

down snug

your finished result should look like this next thing you want to do is cut

the tagging off so you don't have an excessive amount of tagging hanging off

the edge of your hook and in the third step we're going to start by placing a

bead on our line

followed by our float

followed by our second bead

if you want you can add blades more beads or even rattles at this point it's

it's compiling up to you in the final step we are going to attach a swivel to

the end except we're going to give it enough room to so that the floats and

the beads can slide up and down and make some noise and the terminal not we're

going to use is is a nod of your choice so I'm personally going to tie this with

a polymer or not just feel it simple okay but you can use an uni or or a

prove clincher or whatever you want to use once you tired the terminal out of

your choice snip the tag in off and your bait is complete and that's it it's

Hello everyone, I am Dr. McMann.

I've noticed some confusion from folks about signing, specifically in regards to finger

spelling but signing in general.

I've noticed a lot of people going more for motherese, which is more exaggerated signing

in effort to make it more teachable and often they strain themselves trying to sign.

Rule of thumb, if it hurts, don't do it.

Signing should be comfortable and more casual.

Most people try signing so proper that it causes not only strain but sometimes pain

for them as well, and that's a great way to say you're going to be up for surgery.

Carpel Tunnel can happen if you're signing uncomfortably a lot.

So let's go over so basic helpful tips to help ease you into ASL.

I prefer PSE or Pigeon Signed English as it's more natural for me, but I digress that point.

A lot of people themselves in this position while trying to sign, it's uncomfortable and

will tire you out.

Instead, hold yourself more in this position and let it more naturally and comfortably

flow.

You'll take notice that a lot of the deaf elderly that sign will sign and finger spell

lower close towards their belly button as this is more comfortable for them to alleviate

communicating with arthritic pain, and that's fine too.

I'm not going to be doing a whole series on learning sign language, there's loads of free

online resources you can use to learn.

I just wanted to give you some of these helpful tips for those who are looking or trying to

learn signing.

Awards season is in full swing — and the Screen Actors Guild Awards continue to bring

out the biggest names in Hollywood.

In what is being dubbed the year of the woman, the nominees pulled out all the stops on the

SAG red carpet, from first-ever host Kristen Bell to Millie Bobby Brown.

The color (fashion-wise) was back on the red carpet — after the much-needed blackout

at the Golden Globes — but the message was still the same at the awards show.

"I think it's just in response to... conversations changing about the industry," Kristen told

ABC of being the first host of the show.

"Maybe having a female host it is a little bit of a response to or the tip of the hat

to that."

However, expect Kristen to maintain her quirky personality on the big night.

"I'm going to be as awkward and as weird as possible, and hopefully that will make

someone smile," she added.

"We're going to have a lot of fun."

All eyes are on the stars of Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri who lead the nominees

with four nominations, while Lady Bird comes in a close second with three nominations.

On the TV side, Big Little Lies and Stranger Things both scored four nods.

However, unlike most awards shows, the SAGs are focused on the ensemble or the "collaborative

art" of films — rather than the individual actor.

And fans can expect a fast-moving experience, with only 13 awards being handed out over

the two-hour show, including the SAG Lifetime Achievement Award, which will be awarded to

Morgan Freeman — who last won a SAG award for his role in Million Dollar Baby.

This year, viewers will also see a "women's power table" at the show, with attendees like

Kate Hudson, Reese Witherspoon, and Lupita Nyong'o sitting front and center.
