a little upset because they're like they want to take the toys out of the package

Returning to Lisbon we decided to go to Pego do Altar dam

It's a very cool place to ride your bike

How to do Dumbbell Upright Rows?

Always lead with the elbows up.

Only pull the weight up until your elbows are in line with your shoulders, not higher.

This will place far less stress on the shoulder joints while still hitting your side delts

with maximum tension.

Hold at the top for a split second.

Pull up and back to make sure side and rear delts are hit, not front delts.

Don't allow your back to arch as you pull the dumbbells up.

Go down under control and all the way.

Sets of 15 reps work best.

Pull the dumbbells slightly out to the sides as you go up.

This makes it more of a delts and less of a biceps exercise.

really have pajamas, so this is what we kind of wear to bed

whatever is comfortable right! all right we're here we've been here for

got to find a good spot to build a fort this is gonna be so hard they're so loud already it's

like, how are we gonna not be noticed the whole day? so hopefully employees

only work like four-hour shifts and so they can start forgetting about us just

employees came and they kind of fixed the section because you know we made it

into a fort so they totally changed it so that's like a burn because if we make

it into a fort again they're gonna totally know

so we got to find a different spot

that's rubble, yeah we're just hanging out of here at Toys R Us

all day!

starting to feel a little awkward oh my gosh

looking all the struggle you kind of feel like I don't know like we're gonna

get in trouble starting to have a gut instinct

You cant go through all the food! It's one chip!

we're gonna make sure this lasts all night oh my god

when everybody's wondering why we kind of just camped out in the middle of the store!

I think some of those people back there thought there was like a line or something for yeah some people

I think they thought that we were like in line for like something special so

they kind of just started lining up next to us

they must have felt weird when we just walked away okay it is 5:02

yeah you remember watching that, i remember watching that! Oh yeah?

i think that guys saw me!

im starting to regreat this

im going to have to lay on that side when we go to sleep

that's like 10:30 at night and the kids are still up they're usually asleep a

couple hours ago but I mean there's so much going on they just all they want to

do is ride bikes we're just cool because we don't have much space to ride bikes

in our house so of course they're gonna do it here in the wide open store but

they're doing a good job I'm telling they have to put every

single thing back that we play with because nobody can know that we're here

in the morning otherwise they're gonna be like somebody was here last night

right right guys we have to put everything back yes yeah they don't put

everything away there's still stuff all over the place

oh my god oh my god yeah the kids have been pretty good though I mean they get

a little upset because they're like they want to take the toys out of the package

but it's like guys we can't you know we have to buy everything that they open up

right so I say we start I say we start looking for a place for our fort let's

build the fort come on guys let's find a place that we're gonna sleep tonight I

think this is good right here

can't sleep I can't sleep I can't get contraband I'm gonna go grab like see

beds and stuff we make like a little area but I'm afraid if I get too

comfortable and I'll sleep in and then we'll get caught

Top 10 Surprising Facts About Firestorm - Duration: 5:39.

Hey guys!

Welcome back to Top 10 Nerd, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey.

With Legends of Tomorrow out, Firestorm is becoming way more mainstream than ever before.

The thing is, Firestorm isn't super well known, and IS super confusing.

Plus, the cherry on top is that his name's Ronald, which is my name, so I just had to

do a list on him.

Now get ready, it's time for the Top 10 Surprising Facts about Firestorm!

Number 10: Powers.

Since he's not the best-known hero, I'll start by telling you about Firestorm's powers.

Because they're really cool.

He can fly of course, and create and shoot fire and nuclear blasts.

He can absorb nuclear energy, as well as other types, and use it to further power his attacks.

He later learns that he can even manipulate matter on an atomic level, able to turn pretty

much anything into other things.

Which is just brutally overpowered.

Oh hey Superman, nice costume.

Really shows off the pecs.

Good stuff, dude NOW IT'S KRYPTONITE NERD HA HA HA HAAA!

But he wouldn't do that.

He's not that kinda guy.

Number 9: Origin.

Since he's not the best-known hero, I'll give a brief overview of Firestorm's origin.

At least, his original origin.

High schooler Ronnie Raymond and physicist Martin Stein were caught in an accident that

gave them the ability to fuse together to become a nuclear powered superhero.

Ronnie had control of the body, while Martin was seen in his head, giving advice and conversing

with Ronnie's consciousness.

In this video, unless otherwise stated, I'll be talking about the Ronnie Raymond and Martin

Stein version from the comics.

For the sake of QQ "simplicity".

Even though it's not simple at all…

Number 8: Stein doesn't remember many of his own adventures.

Even though Martin Stein can be seen giving advice to Ronnie in his head, when the two

separate again, he has no memory of what happened.

These large gaps in his memory eventually caused Stein to think he was losing his mind,

becoming an alcoholic.

Luckily, Ronnie was eventually able to convince him that he wasn't insane, but rather was

fusing together with a teenage boy and being a superhero.

Yeah, that's much less crazy.

Number 7: There have been way too many different Firestorms.

Firestorm has historically been a combination of people, which in itself can be confusing,

but it gets worse.

First, he was the Raymond/Stein fusion controlled by Ronnie.

Then, he was a combination of Ronnie, Martin, and Mikhail Arkadin, but was controlled by

Martin Stein.

Then Firestorm was a Fire Elemental, made up of Ronnie, Mikhail, and Svarozhich, a Soviet

clone of the previous Firestorm, with Martin Stein as a side character.

And then Martin Stein became the true Firestorm.

And that's just the beginning.

So yeah, it's super confusing.

Number 6: Jefferson Jackson.

This list wouldn't be complete without going over the newest addition to the confusing

mess that is Firestorm.

Also, Flash spoilers ahead!

You ready?

You sure?

It's a pretty big spoiler…

Ronnie Dies.

Yeah.

BUT without him, Martin Stein began to die, so they needed a replacement.

And this replacement came in the form of Jefferson Jackson, or "Jax".

This brought a new dynamic to the duo, since Stein became even more protective of his new

buddy, hoping to prevent him from meeting the same fate as Ronnie.

So if you watch Legends of Tomorrow… this is your Firestorm.

Number 5: The Fury of Firestorm.

The new 52 Firestorm took a bit of a different route, with two different guys able to turn

into their own Firestorms, each with a portion of the heroes powers.

If they need a boost, Ronnie and Jason can combine to create Fury.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of this take on it.

I think a huge part of Firestorms uniqueness is the two minds sharing one body, and separating

them just makes it worse.

I don't hate it, I just don't love it.

Number 4: Firestorms across the world.

Fairly recently, we were introduced to a multitude of other Firestorms from different countries.

And some of them look pretty boss.

There's Firehawk, from France, Helix from the US, Hurricane from the UK, Rakshashi from

India, plus some with codenames unknown from China, and Qurac, the fictional Middle Eastern

Country.

And I'm sure they have confusing backstories too.

Number 3: Killer Frost is his arch enemy.

Fans of the Archerverse may be surprised to hear that the pair isn't quite as lovey

dovey in the comics.

Killer Frost is actually the main villain of Firestorm, with the two duking it out time

and time again.

Whaddaya know, the fire guy is up against the ice chick.

That's never happened before ever.

Number 2: He was a Black Lantern.

Yep, after being killed by The Shadow Thief, Ronnie was later brought back in a much eviler

form.

During Blackest Night, Ronnie Raymond was called to join the Black Lantern Corps.

And he did some bad things.

He attacked the Justice League, tried to merge with the Flash, then went after the Firestorm

of the time.

And that's when things got sad.

And really, really weird.

Number 1: Firestorm's girlfriend, Firestorm, was once killed by Firestorm.

No, I didn't just have a stroke.

While Ronnie was a Black Lantern, he attacked the Firestorm of the time, Jason.

Thing is, Jason was merged with his girlfriend at the time.

After beating the more rookie hero, evil Ronnie absorbed Jason, then tortured and killed his

girlfriend, turning her into a pillar of salt.

This is one of those examples of there being far too many Firestorms.

Promises Kept Compilation - Duration: 12:37.

It's estimated that

roughly 80% of New Year's resolutions

fail within

one month.

And that by the end of

the calendar year,

only 8%

of New Year's resolutions

will have been kept.

Which means that if you

haven't yet broken

whatever promise you made

to yourself at the

beginning of this new year,

you probably will.

This week, we're going to be talking about

promises.

Promises that we make.

Promises that we keep.

And

promises that we believe

as we go through life.

And today, I'd like to start by

sharing an illustration about

all the promises made about

Jesus in the Old Testament.

In the Old Testament,

there were

over 300 promises made

about the messiah who was to come.

Promises about where he would live,

and what he would do,

and what kind of person

he would be like.

And keeping

all of those promises

would be very difficult

for anyone.

I want you to imagine

a pile of quarters,

about two feet deep,

covering the entire state of Texas.

And imagine that you take

one of those quarters in that pile.

You take it out and you put an X on it.

And then you toss the quarter

back into the pile,

right in the middle.

And then you mess the whole thing up,

and you stir the whole thing up

so you have no idea where it is.

The odds that one person

could keep every one

of those 300 promises

in the Old Testament

are roughly the same

as you putting your hand into that pile,

pulling one quarter

and that one quarter being the one

that has the X on it,

and doing that on

the first try.

But that's what Jesus did

in keeping

all those 300 promises.

And God didn't have to make

all those promises.

He could have made just one

and sent Jesus

and that would have been enough.

But the reason God wanted to make

all of those promises

is because he wanted to put

his reputation on the line.

And the reason he wanted to

put his reputation on the line

is because he wanted you to know

that you have a God who is reliable

as you go through life.

That's what it means in the book

of 2 Corinthians,

chapter 1, when it says this,

In other words, if God makes a promise,

no matter how unbelievable

it may seem at the time,

you can count on it.

Carl Lewis is one of the best sprinters

in the history of the world.

He won his first 100-meter dash

Olympic gold medal in 1984

at the summer Olympics.

Three years later, in 1987,

his father died.

And at his father's funeral,

he took the 100-meter dash gold medal

that he had won in 1984.

He put it in his father's casket

because he wanted

to bury it with his father.

Carl's mom didn't know if that

was such a great idea

because she knew how much

the medal meant to him.

But Carl looked at his mom and said,

"Mom, I promise

I'll win another."

And so the 1988 summer Olympics

took on special significance for Carl.

Not only was his title of

the world's fastest man on the line,

but so was the promise that

he had made

to his mom.

And he trained harder than

he ever had for that race.

He ran the fastest time he had ever run.

But he still finished second.

He lost to a sprinter from Canada

named Ben Johnson.

But three days later,

Ben Johnson tested positive for steroids

and the gold medal was taken

from Ben Johnson and given

to Carl Lewis who then kept the promise

that he had made to his mom -

but not before

being reminded that

no matter how great the promises are

that we make,

no matter how hard we work

to keep them,

challenges and sometimes

significant challenges

try to stop them from happening.

And sometimes they succeed.

It's why marriages fail.

It's why your heart

is sometimes full of guilt.

It's why relationships end up broken.

Not because we go up against

guys like Ben Johnson,

but because everyday

we go up against

Satan

and his subtle temptations.

And sometimes they win.

Each one of us is proof

that it's hard to keep a promise.

But it was hard for Jesus, too.

It was hard to hang on a cross.

It was hard to have his back

ripped open with a whip.

It was hard to keep his promise

to love you

and forgive you.

But he did.

And if he kept that promise,

though it was so hard,

you can be confident that

he will also keep this one:

the next time you find yourself

competing against a temptation,

from 1 Corinthians, chapter 10,

How do you deal with guilt

over promises that you break?

A little over a year ago,

a woman named Fria

was driving in her car

when she went speeding

when she went speeding through a red light at

through a red light at

40 miles an hour and

hit a man who was riding on his bike.

The man's name was David

and the collision tore through

his spine and

left him without

any ability to move his legs.

For Fria, that was the first day

in over a year in which she had not

taken her bipolar meds,

which she had promised to

take every day.

And as a result,

she said just before she

went through that intersection,

she heard what sounded

like a million manic voices

all screaming at the same time

in her head.

And as she was listening to that,

suddenly

David's face was on her windshield.

She stopped her car,

ran out of the car and was

screaming, "I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"

over and over again and again.

A couple of months later,

A couple of months later,

Fria's heart stopped for a few minutes

because of a heroin overdose.

She started taking heroin

after the accident

because it helped her forget.

It helped her pretend

that

what had happened wasn't reality.

But of course she knew.

She couldn't just pretend.

She couldn't just erase her past.

That was a hard place

that Fria thought she would never be

able to escape from.

And maybe you know that feeling.

She eventually had a day in court.

And on the first day in court,

after the judge sat down,

a man in the back of the room

that Fria had never before seen,

walked up to the front

and asked the judge

if he could say something.

The judge allowed him to.

And then he pointed at Fria

and said,

"This woman significantly injured my son.

And my son couldn't be here today

but he wanted her and

the judge and the prosecution to know

that he

holds no ill will against the woman

who hurt him."

And then he walked over to Fria,

gave her a hug

and said, "My son couldn't be here today

but he wanted you to know that

he already forgave you

on the day of the accident."

The judge was so moved

by what he had said,

that eventually the charges

against Fria were dismissed.

And why were they dismissed?

Not because she was

able to erase her past.

Because the person she hurt

forgave it.

And that, my friends,

is the secret to dealing with your guilt

over your broken promises.

It is remembering that in Christ Jesus,

God has done the same thing for you.

In the book of Zechariah,

we see a man named Joshua

standing in front of God,

waiting to be judged.

And Joshua

is wearing filthy rags.

The filthy rags represent

the filthy mistakes of his past.

And standing there,

he couldn't remove them.

He couldn't get rid of them

though he wanted to.

But God could do something with them.

It says,

God removed

Joshua's filthy rags for him

and replaced them

with clean garments

that didn't have a single stain on it.

It's a picture

of what he did for you,

when he took your sins away from you,

covered Jesus with them

and then punished him on a cross

as if he were the one

guilty of everything.

At the cross,

God removed your sins.

He took them away.

And then covered your weak,

vulnerable, naked

sinful shame

with Christ Jesus' own perfection

and promised that he would

always look at you that way.

And if God looks at you that way,

you can, too.

The mistakes that we make are real.

But we don't define ourselves by them.

By the grace of God,

we get to define ourselves

entirely by

how Jesus lived

and what Jesus did

on that cross.

The Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers

are a professional football team.

And they're just about

finished with a massive

building project

in which they're developing

about 30 acres of land

right outside their stadium

to make a large entertainment district

for their fans.

It's taken a lot of money,

a lot of manpower

and a lot of heavy-duty machinery

to get it done.

But after about two years,

they're nearly there.

I bring that up

because I want to compare it

to a different 30-acre building project

in the bible.

In the book of Nehemiah,

Nehemiah and his men

made a promise that they were going to

rebuild the wall outside

the city of Jerusalem.

And that was about 30 acres.

Now they didn't have as much money

as the Green Bay Packers

or as many men.

They certainly didn't have the

heavy-duty machinery that they had.

And

they kind of had to work with

almost like one hand tied

behind their back.

I mean, some of the men literally

did work with one hand

while holding a sword in the other hand.

as they had to fight off

the enemies who were coming

to attack them.

But eventually they did finish their project.

Not in two years.

But in 52 days.

52 days.

And how did that happen?

Because when the project began,

Nehemiah prayed.

He said, "Dear Lord,

strengthen my hands."

And you might know that the only reason

a man will pray for strength

is if he recognizes

that he is weak.

And Nehemiah did.

He recognized that he needed help.

Just like we recognize we do

with the number of promises

that we break as,

as we go through life.

But he recognized that he needed help

so he prayed for strength

from someone who had

both hands tied down on a cross

and still overcame the same enemies

of sin and death and Satan

of sin and death and Satan

that

we go up against every day.

God, who used a cross

and some nails and an empty grave

to prove that his promises to

love his church

and care for his people,

they will never fail,

and his purposes

will always prevail.

And sometimes amazingly.

Nehemiah and his men

accomplished their goal in 52 days.

They trusted God

and they did something nobody

would have seen coming.

What might we see in your life

if you do the same thing?

What might your future look like in

in your work,

in your family,

in your marriage,

in your ministry?

Only God knows.

But he wants you to know

a promise that you can

live with

everyday in your present,

a promise that Nehemiah

no doubt was familiar with,

from Isaiah 41,

for God says,

God will do those things

while you simply get to anticipate

more strength

to keep your promises.

When Martin was 12 years old,

he became sick with

cryptococcal meningitis

and slipped into a coma.

He couldn't move,

he couldn't speak,

he couldn't do anything.

Doctors said that he wasn't

likely to make it very long.

But after 12 years,

12 years of being in a coma,

he woke up.

He got his life back again.

He eventually got married and

he became a motivational speaker.

And he's doing pretty well.

But after he woke up,

he told his family and his friends

that while he was in the coma,

at least for the last eight years of it,

he could hear them.

And he could feel everything,

which was pretty significant.

Most days,

he spent in the care of

a nursing care facility.

a nursing care facility.

And most days

they would just wheel his wheelchair

right in front of the television

and he'd be forced to listen to

Barney the purple dinosaur.

Which was a lot better

than

what he experienced under the care

of some of the workers

who were there.

Workers who would frequently

pull him by the hair

to yank him around in his wheelchair.

Or workers who would

take out their frustrations on him,

yelling at him or

kicking him because

they thought that

he didn't notice and

it wouldn't matter.

He could, he could feel

and he could hear everything.

But he was in a coma.

He couldn't just choose

to walk away from them.

But God could choose to

walk away from us.

He could.

He didn't have to send Jesus

into a world that is so blind

to who God is that it didn't

even recognize

their creator when he was standing

there in the flesh,

right in front of them.

A world that,

that God knew was,

was eventually going to rip off

that flesh

and pound nails in it

and crucify him.

God had a choice.

And he chose

to send Jesus.

And Jesus chose

to go through all of that pain.

Because he wanted you to know

that no matter

how reliable you have

or have not proven to be

with the promises of your love to him,

that you can always count on the

promise of his love

for you.

Jeremiah, chapter 31 says this.

It says,

He has.

And he promises

that he always will.

Is the WarHammer Titan TOO Overpowered? Mystery Solved! Attack on Titan Chapter 101 Discussion - Duration: 10:38.

!he Warhammer Titan! Is a final Titan just to overpowered? So what's up guys

Foxen here. Today and let's go ahead and get into a deep discussion around the

Warhammer Titan. I'm gonna be getting into everything including my theories on

it. So let's get into it. The Warhammer Titan just officially debuted in chapter

101 of attack on Titan and so far looking at it it seems like the only

unique thing about it really is a head piece. There has been some discussion

about whether the mask is some type of armor I kind of doubt it.

Although I do think it could offer some very limited protection maybe from Titan

flies. And just looking at the mask itself that seems to be a pin point

about whether you're a fan of it or not. I've seen some people say that it looks

either too bland while others say that it looks creepy. Personally I think I'm

somewhere in between. I mean if you look at it without the color it does look a

little weird but I have seen some colored versions of it. In those you can

see the red underneath now that is something that looks like something out

of a horror movie but what do you think? Creepy or not? Now let's take a step back

let's look at the mask and the whole body. When I first saw this thing it

reminded me of two things from Bleach. One of those was the rank I think 11

Espada and the other was Aizen in that

cocoon-like form. I just pictured this thing being mostly white all around. I

think that's why the actual body structure looks very similar to that of

Eren's Attack Titan, although perhaps not as buff and really I have

seen a lot of people complain about this. Most of the complaints being around this

thing looking way too human. Of course it is hard to tell or just get a good

feeling about this without any color. It does seem like the Warhammer Titan might

have this thin layer of armor combined with the mask piece just think similar to

the armored Titan. Although definitely not as strong and

then the other thing you should notice about this is a mask combined with the

body plus the stance you see in the current chapter. I did forget to mention

it the first time around but when I saw it it did give me this feeling of it

being some type of executioner and that feeling just got doubled down when it

said the words do you have any final words? I'm pretty sure Isayama was

thinking back to one of those medieval type of executioners. I don't know did

anyone else get the executioner feel? Next up let's talk about the power of

the warhammer Titan. Going back to the original

question is this thing way too overpowered? So far seems like this thing

should be called The Alchemist Titan because forget about hammers this thing

could really just make anything. So far we've seen three things. You saw that

super drill at the beginning of the fight. It was that giant drill that

pierced and sent Eren flying. Just keep in mind this was all while it was getting

its ass beat and perhaps it wasn't fully transformed yet. Then you got the super

long hammer. This is what everyone was waiting to see and by the way thanks a

lot if you told me this thing looks like the Warhammer Titan playing polo. I

totally can't unsee that now. And then following the spikes on the ground. I do

question how useful these things are. I saw some people trying to argue that

these spikes were the reason that Eren lost hmm I'm not sure about that. So

overall the power seems to just be able to make stuff at will. I would imagine

there has to be some type of limitation but I'll get back to this. Originally I

thought all of this stuff was coming from the body of the Warhammer Titan.

Some people were thinking oh this stuff has to be coming from the skin but when

I was seeing this it didn't really look like that to me. Instead I thought

crystal I mean once again it is hard to tell because a manga is in black and

white but it could be similar to Eren and Annie's Titan. The Warhammer Titan

could just have a better grasp at summoning this stuff. The real power here

is bending the crystal into useful weapons or structures and not to mention

just doing it very quickly. I mean just think back to when Eren did it back in

the uprising arc in a cave. It seems like that just a more controlled version. As

an alternative think about this. Another option could be that this stuff is made

from the ground or even wood. What do you think about that? This Warhammer could be

an environmentally friendly Titan! Also it is worth noting just how strong is

this stuff from the Warhammer Titan? Think back to the giant spike that

penetrated Eren. Eren's Titan is supposed to be strong but still it didn't seem

like it was that hard to break it. I would imagine that the hammers and

spikes in the ground have a similar durability. And then we have the second

thing that makes this thing overpowered. That super quick regeneration. At the

very beginning it had like half its head destroyed.

Keep in mind that this was Eren beating the crap out of it. After his hands got

super hard in that other scene where the spikes were penetrating Eren. The

Warhammer arm is just gone it almost looks like a burn victim.

That's how bad it was beat up. Still there is a question about whether this

was an ability of it or perhaps it was just due to it being mid-transformation.

I mean that's possible we haven't really seen a Titan attacked mid

transformation yet. Oh yeah incomplete side note Eren

sucker punching that thing really reminded me of him punching Annie's

Titan in season 1 right into that church. Alright so those two key things

are why this thing seems very overpowered but how about some

weaknesses or potential weaknesses? Let me go ahead and start with the obvious

one. The one controlling the Warhammer Titan right now is Willy's sister. This

means there is a questionable amount of limited combat experience she does have.

I could really only imagine there's some type of training that each Warhammer

holder has to go through so it's not like she's totally without experience.

However it's not like she's fighting in the frontlines in constant combat just

compare her to someone like Reiner or Zeke

or even Eren at this point. Let me also take a moment to mention the other side

theory I had. The Tybur family has been around a long time.

Arguably they know the most about Titans and everything else revolving around

Titans so I give you this question to. think about. How much does a previous

Warhammer Titan come into play for combat experience? You know about how

there's some level of memories being shared. The Tybur family should know how

to access this to the fullest. Just imagine if the Warhammer Titan holder

was able to tap into the battle experience of all the previous holders.

Now that would be overpowered but who knows? What do you think? It is something

interesting to think about. Anyway as for an actual weakness let me bring up this

popular theory. Right now that the Warhammer Titan cannot move in battle.

The popular idea right now is that the Warhammer Titans power comes from it

being planted into the ground in other words it can create a bunch of stuff

from the earth but the trade-off is not being able to move at all.

I think this would help to explain that super long hammer. I was also thinking

that the spikes on the ground could actually be the roots of the Warhammer

Titan. So I was thinking about this and then looking back at the manga this

could be true but I got my doubts. Looking back at the battle scene and I

totally admit that it's not super clear to see what's going on but you can see

the Warhammer Titan has been moving around throughout the

battle. You could go ahead and look for yourself to make it easier just use the

giant spike in the ground for reference. However I do think that the Warhammer

Titan has to be touching the ground for this to work and that's really just

because I think there has to be some type of limitation otherwise that would

be way too overpowered. There is also a possibility that to compensate for the

ability the warhammer Titan itself is not too fast and the actual body it has

could be very fragile. Having a weak body would help explain that super quick

regeneration. Anyway for a moment let's assume that the Warhammer Titan does

need to be planted on the ground. Also I don't think it's crazy that it survived

that explosion to the neck. On top of that jaws and Pieck are coming any second.

With that in mind how do you beat this thing?

Assuming Eren could get his Titan back up again he could use the attack

Titan strength to throw this into the air. I mean he was able to lift that Boulder

in the past before so this shouldn't be hard at all and then while this midair

the scouts could nuke it while it's flying. An alternative could be to

release their god of destruction. You already saw how the colossal Titan

send Eren flying with a kick so just imagine Armin super kicking it or

picking it up. The issue here would be how slow the colossal Titan is. That's

why a third possible option could just be Armin body slamming the damn thing.

And almost forgot the final option there is always Levi coming out and then

turning this thing into complete barbecue but I think Levi might be

waiting for the beast Titan round two but anyway let's go ahead and take a

step back. The Warhammer Titan is a long-awaited final Titan shifter the 9th

one. I'll ask you do you think this is really the final one? You were told a

long time ago that there were nine total but do you think they'll go the Naruto

route? In other words could there be a super-powerful 10th one. Perhaps when all

powers combine into one that's what you get but that's just really throwing

something fun out there. What I really want to get to is this, about how the

Warhammer Titan could be the missing link to a mystery. You know about how the

walls were supposedly created by millions and millions of colossal Titans.

Do you really think this was done using only the power of the founding Titan? The

recent chapter revealed about how the king and Tybur family once worked

together. When I first saw the alchemist abilities of the Warhammer

I had this idea. What if the Warhammer Titan also helped to build

the walls? You got the founding Titan using his power to control the Colossal

Titans. The colossal Titans then harden. The problem is now that you're left with

this massively uneven wall. This is where the Warhammer Titan could come in. The

Warhammer Titan could have helped build the almost perfect top layer of the walls.

This way realistically the walls could have been built in a short short

time. Otherwise the king would have had to use every Eldian to focus on layering

the walls for decades and decades. I know it's not completely the same but let's

look back at the Great Wall of China. As a comparison the total perimeter of wall

Maria is about 3,000 kilometers. The last piece of the great wall was about

six thousand kilometers. That took about two hundred years to build if you take

half of that you got 100 years and sure in attack on Titan you don't actually

have to build the walls just layer them. In this case that also involves two

other walls Wall rose and wall Sina. I don't think I would have taken a hundred

years but it still would have taken several several decades to do so. So far

in canon there's been really almost no evidence of people actively working on

the walls. They just kind of appeared one day so this highly supports idea that

the warhammer Titan played a huge role in building the Eldian cage on

Paradise Island but hey that's just an attack on Titan theory! Anyway more

Heating the Yurt in the Winter - Duration: 7:54.

- Hey, there.

I'm Cahlen Lee, the Modern Day Wizard

and on this episode of The Wizard Life,

I'm gonna be showing you how I keep the yurt warm

in the middle of winter.

So those of you who have seen some of the older episodes

know that last winter I lived in a Mongolian ger

and I had a wood stove in there

and so that's how I kept warm.

This year, I didn't have a wood stove

so I needed to get creative and so I just looked around

and started using things that I had.

So I had this full body vibration plate.

Basic, kind of an expensive device.

It's a little silly to be using it in this way,

but I didn't have enough electricity from solar

to be running this thing

so I used it for something else.

If you were gonna do something like this,

really all you need is something

that you can put on the ground,

which the stove can sit on, which can stand

getting warm without damaging.

Then I had this outdoor propane stove

which I was using to cook and I just brought it in here

and placed it on top, hooking it up to this 20 pound

propane tank, and I basically just turn it on, and

when I put these on top of it,

and this is called a fire brick.

I put this on top, a bunch of them on top,

and the flame heats these up to be really hot

and they hold the heat for a long time

and it starts to radiate pretty intensely.

So this is pretty much the key

and these aren't that expensive either.

So, let me just show you what it looks like

when I've got those placed on there

and I'll show how I get the stove going.

So, this is the arrangement that I like to use.

You've got these kind of vertical walls

all around the burner, which traps the heat

and if you block the top

and then I leave this little part open right here

so that heat is coming out, but just in this one spot,

so it kind of concentrates here.

And then, let's see, I put this

stove fan on here, right behind the hole

so that it blows that hot air into the room

as it's coming up.

Next step is to light it and to do that

I use this fancy flashlight that I have.

So, it's just a flashlight, but it's also

a lighter and it uses electricity to light.

So you can see,

makes a little arc of electricity there

and that'll light propane and it'll also light paper,

if it's really flammable and that type of thing.

This thing recharges from USB,

so anything that gives USB power, I have a light,

and I have a lighter.

So, here we go.

Just turn on the gas 'til I hear it.

I can hear it and now I'm gonna get the lighter in there.

And I have the stove going.

So now I'm just gonna let this go

and it takes a while to actually heat up these bricks,

I'd say 20 to 30 minutes.

And once it's going,

this fan is going to turn on

because it has something called a,

I think it's called Peltier chip or something like that.

Basically, it takes heat and turns it into electricity

and that spins this fan, so,

I don't need to plug this fan into anything,

there's no battery on it, it just runs

because there's heat.

So it's about 30 minutes later and the fan is

going full speed and it's about

25 degrees hotter in here.

On the camera, it looks like the fans actually spinning

slower than it really is.

It's actually going way faster than that.

So I'm just gonna wait a little bit longer

and see just how hot I can get it in here.

So, you can see the middle number

is the temperature outside and it's just

a little bit below freezing, so below 32 degrees Fahrenheit

and the number above it is the temperature inside

and that's 40 degrees higher and it's quite comfortable.

So, 70 degrees inside while it's below freezing outside.

That's pretty awesome and I can be

in here without any clothes on and be totally comfortable.

So, I think a large reason why that's possible

is because of the aluminum foil insulation wrap

that I have around the inside of the yurt,

because it's basically reflecting the infrared energy

inside the space and not allowing it to escape.

So, a couple of things that you should know

if you're going to be using propane

is that when it combusts, it creates

CO2 and it creates water.

So, the CO2 is totally fine, you can breathe CO2.

In fact, when you breathe out, you're breathing out CO2.

But if the oxygen levels in your space get low enough,

it doesn't have enough oxygen to make CO2,

so it makes CO1, which is carbon monoxide.

Now, that's poisonous and if you breathe enough of that,

you're actually going to die, so make sure you have

places where air is able to keep coming into your space

and make sure you also have something like a

carbon monoxide detector, which will go off

like a fire alarm if the carbon monoxide gets too high.

Another thing to worry about is the water

which is being given off during combustion

because it'll put humidity into the air

and at certain points, I actually had water

basically dripping down the walls, so,

all I had to do to fix that problem was to tilt

the dome of the yurt's roof just a little bit

and no more humidity.

So, one of the nicest things about using this propane,

well, first, it's super convenient.

I don't have to chop firewood,

I don't have to haul it around.

I just turn the knob and light it and wait.

And it's also way cheaper.

Firewood, if you're gonna buy it, can be pretty expensive

and propane, I just run down to the grocery store and

buy a filled tank for about 20 bucks.

And, I actually found it's quite a bit cheaper

if I just take an empty tank to a place

which will refill the tank for me

and I think that's closer to 15.

So a single tank, during the fall,

lasts me about two weeks and during the winter,

when it's freezing, will last me about one week,

so worst case scenario, one tank a week,

15 dollars each is about 60 bucks a month

to heat this space to 70 degrees.

So, pretty awesome.

All the places I've ever lived before,

the heating bill was way more than that.

Government corruption and former President Barack Obama seem to go together like peanut

butter and chocolate, and what's worse is that the abuse goes beyond the president himself

and includes many individuals he chose for his administration.

Take Lois Lerner for example.

She was a high ranking IRS official who took it upon herself to target conservative groups

looking for tax exempt status simply as a means of trying to shut them up in their opposition

to the reelection of President Obama.

Then there's the VA scandal, the debacle with calling ISIS junior varsity, and on the

list goes.

Oh and let's not forget his numerous extravagant vacations and golf outings.

But the buck doesn't stop there.

Apparently another administration official from Obama's time in office is also guilty

of abusing their authority, unlawfully billing more than $4,000 for taxi rides from his home

to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office headquarters.

Fox News is reporting:

Vikrum Aiyer, who served as chief of staff of the agency, a part of the U.S. Department

of Commerce, forced taxpayers to foot a bill for at least 130 unauthorized taxi rides – the

majority of which occurred during a four-month period in 2016, according to a report released

Tuesday by investigators, the Washington Post reported.

Aiyer previously served as President Obama's senior policy adviser at the National Economic

Council.

He allegedly impersonated other current and former high-ranking agency officials, using

their names on taxi receipts to avoid being caught in the unauthorized scheme.

But the ruse was soon discovered after officials started raising questions.

They confronted the Patent and Trademark Office's then-communications director – one of the

names Aiyer used to bill the rides – who told investigators that he did not use the

taxis as he regularly drove to work.

"The evidence … establishes that Political Appointee knowingly used the Agency's Cab

Company account for impermissible purposes on a routine basis and that he took steps

to conceal his unauthorized use of this account by providing false names and false location

information," Commerce Department Investigator General Peggy Gustafson wrote in the report,

according to the Post.

Aiyer's use of government money to pay for his commute violated federal policy prohibiting

such practices.

Aiyer also used the cab and billed taxpayers for social excursions on weekends, but wrote

up the expenses as something entirely different so as not to be discovered.

They say you can tell a lot about a person by the company you keep, and given the kind

of characters Obama surrounded himself with, I'd say we learned a lot about his integrity,

or lack thereof, during his time in office.

Aiyer is just another example of the corrupt individuals appointed by the former president

who took advantage of his position and abused his power, oppressing the citizens of our

nation by misusing tax funds the average working man would've used to pay his own bills.

This sort of waste is precisely why we're so far in debt as a nation, and why cutting

politicians and government salaries are a good place to start when attempting to balance

the budget.

This is dr.Fox from the Fox's Power Basement.

How to do Dumbbell Upright Rows?

Always lead with the elbows up.

Only pull the weight up until your elbows are in line with your shoulders, not higher.

This will place far less stress on the shoulder joints while still hitting your side delts

with maximum tension.

Hold at the top for a split second.

Pull up and back to make sure side and rear delts are hit, not front delts.

Don't allow your back to arch as you pull the dumbbells up.

Go down under control and all the way.

Sets of 15 reps work best.

Pull the dumbbells slightly out to the sides as you go up.

This makes it more of a delts and less of a biceps exercise.
