Enchanting Panoramic View on the Forest of Sadali ~ 24 December 2017 | Travel in Sardinia
-------------------------------------------
I Hate Sunday - Duration: 8:05.
Now I have to drop by the mart.
I need some fruits.
But the mart is closed.
That's why I hate Sund...
I'm not used to talking in that kinda place.
My home is around there.
And I'm wearing sleeping socks.
The furthest place I've ever traveled wearing sleeping socks is this gate.
And I'm breaking the record.
This is the building I go to take time-lapse.
I was stuck in my room 'cuz it's Sunday,
and I feel better now.
So spacious.
There're numerous one-room buildings,
and rooftop houses on the tops.
My rooftop should be around there.
Somewhere there.
Looking at what kinda time-lapse I can take,
Mickey Seo is searching.
It's because first of all I need an intro of this video,
and with time-lapse,
you can make good transitions
as long as giving visual satisfactions to viewers.
I love time-lapse.
Fine-dust emergency text??
Buses are free tomorrow?
Do you know what nerd is?
It's an English word meaning a nerd.
My school friends are all nerds.
Nerds.
They studied economics.
They use economic terms in daily conversations.
And I am the nerd king.
The biggest nerd.
I was kinda like that.
Everyone stays in library during the exam, right?
But I was in library even when it wasn't the exam.
Being stuck in there.
I think I was looking for something for myself there.
People say I think too much and I also saw that on the comment.
I actually do think a lot.
I was spending a lot of time in the library,
but the real problem was,
I wasn't in the library during the exam.
Always weirdly doing the opposite.
Back then, the distinction between the weekday and weekend was clear.
Doing something hard during the weekday and taking a rest on the weekend.
Like giving a gift to myself.
But everything broke down after starting Youtube.
I'm not really conscious of the day.
As I said earlier,
during the weekday I'm doing a part-time job near Gwanghwamoon for 4 hours a day.
So it's true that I'm working during the weekday,
but I don't really wait for the weekends like company workers.
I'm always unconscious, so one of my coworkers always let me know...
it's Friday and that's really common.
I don't always realize it's Friday.
What am I doing?
Doing some subtitle.
Doing some for Art's video.
Art can't speak Korean.
But then this guy is dating this girl.
Sola and Art are a couple.
And Sola is a Korean and Art is an American.
so Sola is responsible for the subtitle for him.
But she is in a camp right now.
so right now, I'm...
Yeah
"because there're so many things that you can actually do"
My listening is improving.
You heard that? "In Seoul"
You owe me a lunch, Sola.
Now I kinda wanna show my space to all of you
I think that might have to happen
At first, I thought it's kinda a privacy so I tried not to do it
But come to think of it, there's no privacy here.
My mother, father, brother... none of them lives here.
It's not that my girlfriend comes here.
She goes nowhere actually.
'cuz I don't h...
But the problem,
I can't really show the floor to you.
'cuz it's too messed up
so I think I'm too shamed to show this to...
I consider this the preparation for the weekday.
The weekend!
It's sort of my theory.
The more your place is messed up,
the better you concentrate,
and the better you become complete.
This is for summer. Why is this still here?
Feel so good.
I gave the trash to h im.
Couldn't shoot that.
It was good.
Now I can show you the floor.
It was a productive Sunday in a different way.
To celebrate this, I wanna show around my space.
It's more like a studio rather than home.
I don't really use this kitchen.
Used this only for Ramen,
the gas stove, too,
but I don't even eat Ramen anymore.
These are healthy nutrition goods that mothers would commonly send to their sons.
Nothing really entertaining.
This is the boxes to contain my seasons clothes.
My army uniform.
Also, my suit.
I do have my suit, too.
It'll be cool to write something here.
Any idea?
And this is where my past memories are.
Whenever I'm talking about my own thoughts,
you could always see these trophy and books.
I got this trophy during my internship as a present.
The CEO traveled America and bought this for me.
"Best Employee"
He was very kind.
and that was how I was kicked out.
These two were my favorite subjects back then.
This is just for interior.
Don't you think it looks cool?
The design
The present from my subscriber,
another interior box,
this is my precious fist camera Canon box,
and this is my working space.
I write scripts, and do editing here,
I do various things.
It was great thanks to you!
It was a little unorganized vlog.
Thank you if you were still watching it!
And have a nice week!

【MUKBANG】 8 Kinds OF White & Dark Curry!! Cheese, Coddled egg ,Stamina..Etc [5218kcal][Click CC] - Duration: 4:58.
Hello it is Kinoshita Yuka ( English subtitles by ~Aphexx~ )
So today tadaa! Yoshinoya just came out with They're brand new white Curry's
And so I just had to buy some I've got four of the white curry and four of the black curry
1 white beef Curry, 1 white curry top with runny egg 1 cheese topping and a regular white Curry
Regular black Curry,1 cheese topping 1 "energy" black Curry, 1 veggie black Curry
I've had their black curry before but... This will be my first time trying their white Curry
As far as how they look goes..... There have been comments made about them the net already..
They look slightly more understated Compared to the black Curry's
And a very much look like a white stew itadakimasu
I'll start off with a normal beef black Curry
With a somewhat thick curry roux
While it's not Pitch Black It's darker than a regular Curry
It's full of flavor with a lot of depth With a lot of the fruity flavors integrated into the sauce
It's also spicy and very yummy I tend to like yoshinoya's curries
Next I'll try these brand new white Curry's
Very reminiscent of a white stew And it's got black pepper mixed Into it
the "soup" has a lot of thickness to it and it looks like this
It's very mild compared to the black Curry And it's not spicy at all
That's a very mellow flavor
It's like a slightly spicy version of a white stew
Next up is a Cheesy black Curry
these black Curry's are just a bit on the spicy side
With the added Cheese It Mellows out the spiciness Making it much easier to eat -Yum
Next Step Beefy white Curry
When you think of Yoshinoya You got to have some meat
Yep beef is still yummy
Beef and Curry go nicely together And beef bowls are yummy too
It makes me want to have that along with this
The onion in this is very yummy as well
next up: black veggie curry
its topped with such colorful veggies
the squash is so sweet broccoli, yam, lotus root, burdock, baby corn, pepper
all sorts of things are in here
next: runny egg white curry
the color of the yolk is so pretty
its enhanced by the yumminess from the egg yolk
Next we've got 'energy' Black Curry
The combo of eggs and meat sound good Almost like a sukiyaki
The meat is nicely cooked in here But the garlic in here really adds a nice flavor to it
And it tastes great in this Curry
Lastly the cheezy white curry The color really suits it, it reminds me of a gratin
When eaten with this rice It reminds me more of a Doria
Because it's just the cheese that is warmed up It's more like a raw Doria
Last mouthful itadakimasu
gochisosamadeshita Yoshinoya's white and black Curry's were yummy
I think I might like the black Curry's A bit more
But since they're on the spicy side And if you're not into spicy food then I recommend the white Curry
Yoshinoya's Beef is always top notch... their beef toppings are so good
These are all so yummy once you all please give them a try And as always thank you for watching this video if you want
Need to do something or eat something please tell me In the comment section below if you like this video please

2018 Acura RDX: New Car Review - Duration: 2:30.
There's a large number of new extravagance minimized SUVs available, yet just a modest
bunch have the sturdy notoriety and advantageous nature of the 2018 Acura RDX.
While not as new as the Mercedes-Benz CLC Coupe, Infiniti QX30 or Jaguar F-Pace, Acura's
RDX for 2018 has the particular preferred standpoint of being a known and demonstrated
item, having held a similar body, motor and alternative rundown throughout the previous
couple of years.
Luckily, it's a look that has stood the trial of time, as has the RDX's astounding dependability
and resale record.
The RDX is controlled exclusively by a 3.5-liter V6, which we find amusing, since a significant
number of its nearest rivals have now moved to littler 4-chamber turbocharged motors like
what came in the RDX when it initially appeared.
The RDX addAitionally offers the alternative of all-wheel drive, in addition to an accessible
propelled driver security framework named AcuraWatch.
Be that as it may, with styling like the mainstream MDX hybrid, a not insignificant rundown of
standard and accessible gear and a reestablished sense of duty regarding its center group of
onlookers, the 2018 Acura RDX shouldn't be disregarded.
What's New for 2018?
By and by, the Acura RDX continues with no significant changes.
What We Like
Rich lodge; smooth influence; calm at roadway speeds; marginally lively edge
What We Don't
Missing some key highlights, for example, an all encompassing sunroof and warmed back
seats; no high-mileage half breed or diesel alternative
What amount?
$36,775-$45,500

Vegan Diet Can't Meet Nutritional Needs? Dr T Colin Campbell - Duration: 4:05.
Have you heard the claim that a plant based diet cannot meet all our nutritional requirements?
Well many people who are on a 100% plant based diet tend to be bombarded with the message
that you can't get all your nutrients on this diet.
Where do you get your protein, iron, calcium, vitamin b12, vitamin d if you don't eat
animal products?
Now while I agree there's not a one size fits all when it comes to diet as we all have
different enzyme systems, genetics etc, for example some people may need more protein
than others whilst some may need more fat but we should always come back to what types
of foods the human species is designed to eat and for that I highly recommended watching
this video- entitled 'Are Humans Designed to Eat Meat?' by Dr Milton Mills.
On page 230 of the china study written by Dr T Colin Campbell he pretty much addresses
this issue directly stating "there are virtually no nutrients in animal based foods that are
not better provided by plants.
Dr Campbell has created a fantastic chart where he took 500 calories of a variety of
plant foods which were spinach, tomatoes lima beans, peas and potatoes and he compared that
equal mixture to an equal mixture of 500 calories worth of beef, milk, chicken and pork and
put these in a nutrient processor calculator and have a look at what it came out with.
What's fascinating is you get almost identical amounts of protein.
Twice the amount of iron plus it's in a form which is a much safer as it's not oxidative
like the heme iron found in animal products.
Also the plant mixture had twice the amount of calcium.
You can also see that plant foods have dramatically more antioxidants fiber and minerals than
animal foods, in fact animal foods are almost completely devoid of several of these nutrients.
He also points out that there are 4 nutrients that animal based foods have that plants do
not and they are vitamin D, vitamin B12, vitamin A and cholesterol.
He states 'our bodies can make all the cholesterol we require.
Vitamin A can be readily made by our bodies from Beta Carotene and Vitamin D can be made
by our bodies by simply exposing our skin to about 15 minutes of sunshine ever couple
of days".
Now of course plant foods do not produce vitamin B12 but neither do animals as vitamin B12
is made my micro organisms in the soil I went into this is more depth in the video 'If
Humans Are Designed To Be Vegan Why Do They Have To Take Vitamin B12?'
Links in description.
There are some wonderful resources on the internet created by plant based physicians
that help you check you're meeting all your nutritional requirements.
I love this chart created by the plant based dietitian Julianna Hever which is a notable
nutrient source chart.
To get a copy of the original the link is in the description. This is also a handy chart
devised by the dietitian Brenda Davis.
And this is Dr Michael Greger's daily dozen recommendation which can be found in his amazing
book How Not To Die but is also available on an iphone and android app.
And then finally there is Cronometer which is an outstanding free nutrition tracker.
Mic the vegan has made an excellent video about it, linked below

TRUE - Day 14 - LISTEN | Yoga With Adriene - Duration: 26:24.
- Hey, everyone, and welcome to True,
your 30 Day Yoga Journey.
Today is day 14,
and we're gonna slow it down and listen.
Let's get started.
(uplifting music)
Okay, my darling friends,
let's begin today seated,
and I highly recommend, for today's practice,
sitting on a towel or a blanket.
So if you have to pause the video and grab that,
go ahead and do it,
and if you're like, "No, I'm good, girl."
that's fine as well.
But it's nice to have a little lift today
because we're going to be...
Yeah, we're gonna be still.
We're gonna be listening
to what's going on inside through certain stretches,
but kind of zooming out.
The idea is that if we have this relationship
to listening to our guts, to our intuition,
to the body, of course, and to the heart,
then we're doing everything that we could possibly do
just by listening.
A lot of times we don't even have that relationship,
and then we get into a place where we're like,
"I don't know what to do!"
and it's a little bit difficult to start from zero.
So to summarize that, I think
time on the mat is time well spent
because it's time that you get to practice listening,
which might seem kind of obvious to some people,
but maybe not
if you're here for the, you know,
which we've been working the last couple days,
we're gonna take a break.
Let's give the shoulders and the arms a little bit of a rest
and then we'll hit it back strong tomorrow
for our day 15.
So let's begin seated nice and tall.
Hopefully, by now, you've sat up on something.
And allow your hands to just rest
wherever they naturally feel right today
based on your body and the temperature.
And then you're gonna tuck the chin just slightly.
Lengthen through the back of the neck.
Sit up nice and tall so that
the energy that runs up and down the spine,
and this isn't like just yoga stuff,
this is cross-cultural
understanding now, even now in science too,
studying the energy that runs
throughout the body and how it has these center points
that run up and down the spine,
where nerves meet, however you want to look at it.
So when we invite each other
to sit up tall here in the practice, we're really
creating an opening, invitation for the energy to flow
with more ease.
And when the energy is able to flow with more ease
and not get stuck, think of it as plumbing,
then all systems are able to unite and listen to each other.
When things are closed off or blocked,
it becomes very hard to understand what the body is saying,
what your guts are telling you.
So begin to notice your breath
and just slow everything down,
especially if you're like squeezing in this practice today
because you don't want to miss it.
We're gonna slow down,
and that can be really challenging for many, me included.
Because without the practice of slowing down,
we also are not able to even pay attention to what
the body or the heart
or your guts are trying to tell you.
We just kind of do what we're told, take the prescription.
I don't mean medicine, I just mean the prescribed yoga
or, you know, whatever it is,
and go.
So let's slow it down today.
This will be a nice little rest day for your body as well.
Continuing to gently deepen your breath.
And then start to get a little more mindful
through the neck and the shoulders.
So maybe you relax the shoulders down
and actively lift your chest up.
Maybe you take this opportunity to
find soft, easy movement through the head and the neck
as we've been doing.
And definitely, as you slow down
and just arrive here in the moment,
notice where your mind is going,
where your thoughts are going.
And then you acknowledge whatever's going on,
and let's start to amp up the sound of the breath
to anchor the mind and give ourselves, really, something
that we can return to in this mindfulness practice.
So take a deep breath in through your nose.
And really listen as you elongate the breath out.
Maybe tapping into a little ujjayi breath here, continue.
Notice if you feel a change
already in your body or your mind
just by breathing more fully and slowly.
Great, then try to keep up with this ocean sound,
this victorious breath, this ujjayi breath
as you bring your feet together.
And it should feel really good
if you're on a towel or a blanket
to kind of rock the pelvis forward,
and you feel this kind of like yummy stretch
in the groin, in the inner thighs, and in the hips.
And then, instead of clasping the toes today,
we're gonna grab the ankles.
Loop the shoulders
and now find that steady breathing again here.
Cobbler's pose.
And notice how this ujjayi breath, or this long,
audible, controlled breath
can shift your mood
and the way you sit and support yourself.
So maybe you sit up a little bit taller,
maybe you relax the shoulders down, continue to do that.
Maybe you lift up from the pelvic floor.
Maybe you forgive something that you made a mistake on.
People make mistakes.
Or maybe you forgive someone else.
You know me, guys, just keeping all the options open.
Maybe you take a cue from our softened practice
and find a nice, easy sway side to side.
Awesome, take a deep breath in, continue.
And use your exhale to release.
Knees are gonna come together.
And my knees come together.
If your knees don't come together, that's fine.
They can come here, you can stay hip-width apart.
Love your body, be kind with your thoughts,
and take a deep breath in.
You're gonna come here, just kind of hug the knees in.
What we're wanting to do is
challenge ourselves to lift up
a little bit from the base of the spine,
and then one of my favorite, favorite poses.
Inhale in, exhale.
Soft rounding of your sweet spine forward.
So you might just be here.
And then notice what this shape feels like.
Or maybe you come all the way in.
Close your eyes, and again,
return to the sound of the breath.
Feel the breath as it stretches your upper back body,
your middle back body, and your lower back body.
Notice where you might be gripping or holding.
And if you're like, "Oh man, I have so much energy.
"I'm bummed, day 14 turned out to be like a chill one."
dude,
you have to trust me that this is valuable time,
that you are going to get strong and trim and toned
and have all this energy
to succeed and do all the things you want to do
if you take this time to also find this rasa,
to find this flavor and to listen
a little more closely and have
that conversation already going.
And if you're like, "Adrienne, you crazy."
then, man, enjoy this amazing stretch for your back
as you breathe, your neck, your shoulders.
Great for your posture.
Great.
Let's inhale in together.
Here we go, inhale.
And exhale to carve a line with the nose,
and slowly sit back up.
Fabulous.
Now, we're gonna go for janusirsasana next.
So keep your towel,
or blanket,
and you're gonna send the legs out wide
in front of you.
Benji, I want to share the stage with you today,
you can stay.
Sit up nice and tall.
And we're gonna start by bringing the left heel in.
And you can measure it about fist-width apart
from your inner thigh if that's helpful,
if you like to be precise,
otherwise, you can just hug it in.
And then even if you're pretty flexible,
it's nice to have the lift of the
towel or blanket.
Then you're gonna use your dog
to really press up against your...
Just kidding, but you're gonna flex the sole of your foot,
so send your toes up towards the sky, right foot.
And then inhale, send the fingertips behind the ears.
So you're trying to get the shoulders and arms
and waist in the same line here.
So this is a great practice for things like
handstand and stuff like that.
So we're not lifting here,
but we're coming at it from here.
Inhale, reach up high.
Navel draws in and up from our center practice.
And then here we go, we're gonna go all the way over towards
the right leg, right shin, right toes.
Now, you might just be here
chillin' like a villain.
Slowing down the breath, listening, listening, listening.
Maybe you cradle the calf.
Maybe, in time, you're able to come to interlace
around the sole of the foot.
Sorry.
So I'm gonna stop talking
and I'd like for you to close your eyes
and just really listen to the sound of your breath,
nice and steady.
See if you can create that ocean sound.
And don't you pause this video, and don't you quit.
You're doing so great.
Do you know how incredible?
Do you know how many yoga teachers
don't show up on their yoga mat every day
for 30 days at home, don't have a home yoga practice?
Trust that what you're doing is valuable.
I genuinely believe it with all my heart and soul,
that's why I do this every year.
And thank you for sharing your time and practice with me
and for listening to me,
and I listen to you as well,
and that's why we're here again.
Your right knee can be bent
as generously as you need it here.
We're gonna take
about five more cycles of breath here
so you can really listen,
and just listen to whatever thoughts are coming up,
listen to the sound of your breath,
listen to things that are going on in the other room.
Just listen.
And slowly begin to release.
And we'll bring the right heel in.
Soles of the feet kiss together.
Cobbler's pose.
Close your eyes and notice
if you feel a difference from the right side of your body
and the left side of your body.
And then you can keep the right heel in this time
and send the left leg out long.
Find your measurement, get situated.
And then find places to anchor down here,
so kind of these heavy muscles of the legs, they draw down.
We lift up from the pelvic floor.
We can use our center practice to find that drawing in.
And then here we go, send the fingertips behind the ears
to rise up, reach up.
Take a couple breaths here to notice.
Okay, okay, my shoulders are really going through a process.
Inhale.
Exhale, turn your center over towards your left leg
and check it out on this side.
Breathe deep.
And we will begin
to listen again to the sound of the breath,
to any thoughts that are coming up.
Just pay attention.
And for me, it really helps,
just the softening of the gaze,
or go ahead and close your eyes.
Notice when you feel uncomfortable,
how you want to maybe come out of the pose or
jerk into a certain reaction and see if,
mindfully, you can lean in
and perhaps allow some thing to unravel or unfold that
maybe wouldn't have had the chance if you had
run away.
Five more cycles of breath, you got it.
Lean in.
Then slowly begin to unravel.
Awesome work.
And you'll bring that left foot up once again,
cobbler's pose.
Clasp the ankles, sit up nice and tall,
and notice how you feel.
Lean back, lift your heart.
And if your lower back is feeling fussy at all,
think about drawing your tailbone in just a hair here.
Sweet.
Now, from here,

5 Key Differences between being an empath and being a LightWorker - Duration: 3:50.
5 Key Differences between being an empath and being a LightWorker
Empaths and lightworkers are sometimes confused.
That is fine since they actually refer to people who have sensitive feeling.
However, there are actually some differences that separate between empaths and lightworker.
In a simple definition, empaths are people who can absorb and truly feel the emotions
of others.
While they do enjoy healing or helping others, this traits does not make them a lightworker.
Although, it's to be expected that there are some people who can be both just that not
all are both.
On the other hand, a lightworker is someone who is working to save the planet.
Someone who was sent here for that purpose.
Lightworkers are extra sensitive and often can be quite receptive to any energies they
come in contact with.
Let's see the whole list to understand more between empaths and lightworkers.
#1 - Needs to change the world
Lightworkers actually want to save the world from fear, disease, and other negativity.
Their main purpose in this life is to ensure people to have lesser conflict from time to
time.
Meanwhile, empaths typically only stop on the point that they can feel the world needs
change, but they have no ability to do so.
#2 - Better healing arts
Lightworkers are basically dedicating their life to heal the world.
They somehow love to study about fixing the world they are living in.
they are also eager to experiment by helping other people to be free from their problems.
Meanwhile, empaths usually only concern on how they can feel someone else.
They may provide suggestion, yet they need to be approached first before they are willing
to say something.
#3 - Love being around with people
Lightworkers have trained their mind to be around with a lot of people.
Compared to empaths, they can survive longer in the crowd without being exhausted.
It is also another reason why only lightworkers who are willing to act to save the world.
#4 - Called for healing
Empaths usually use their skills just to read someone's mind.
They rarely feel obligated to fix problems that people have.
However, lightworkers are quite different.
They feel called when someone – especially those who close to them – feel bad either
physically or mentally.
They try to figure out ways to cure them.
#5 - Who's to heal
Empaths are usually cannot control themselves when they start to care about others.
They only want to provide suggestions, solutions, and cure to other people.
They start doing that without knowing that their body actually the one that needs fixes.
Lightworkers, however, are different.
They know that they cannot help the world if they haven't helped themselves.
All in all, that's the key differences between being an empath and being a lightworker.
See?
They are not the same thing, but they are still quite similar, and in some cases they
can be one person.
The empath will become overwhelmed in crowds, and can tell when someone is being dishonest
whereas the lightworker likes to be out and about for the most part and is not quite intuitive.
Regardless of which of these two you are, you are wonderful.
If you are an empath or a lightworker you need to work to control your gift.
There is nothing worse than an uneducated individual with a skill like this.

Gerard Piqué Talks World Cup with Luis Suárez | Piqué+ - Duration: 19:55.
You have a good career huh? On the National Team.
I'm gonna get serious. Pretend I'm a journalist. Come on.
Well "Gordo..."
Thank you very much for being here with us.
- You're welcome.
- We will be talking about the World Cups.
And about your career on the National Team.
Which I have researched a little bit.
Obviously I knew a lot about your career at Ajax and Liverpool.
But on the National Team, not so much.
And one of the surprises I came across is that you made your debut with the National Team right before we met.
When you played against me.
Against Spain, in the Under-20 World Cup in Canada in 2007.
It was in February against Colombia. Tell me about the experience, because you ended up getting sent off.
I had no idea this happened.
- Yes.
Well, it was my first year at Groningen.
And well, I couldn't go to the South American Under-20 with Uruguay.
And well... since I was scoring goals and so on at Groningen, they called me up for--
For that exhibition game with the full National Team, and that's when I made my debut.
And well, before the game they had told me that the only jersey that was left was the number 10.
And they told me that...
Well [Sebastián] Loco Abreu, who--
Who was a footballing father for me at the time, said not to take it because it would bring bad luck.
And at the end of the game he was right, because I made my debut and ...
- Red card.
But you drew a penalty kick.
Yes, yes, well truth is, for my first game with the national team--
-You won
-We won 3–1 in Cúcuta.
Against Colombia — and the truth is, it was a very good, beautiful experience to make my debut.
Then the Under-20 World Cup comes around, where we met in the first game, 2–2.
You score a golazo.
And well, you take a 2-0 lead, we end up tying...
And from there on you go on to join the full national team.
- Yes, well...
I wasn't sure if the coach was going to take me with the full National Team to Copa America.
Or if I had to go to the Under-20 World Cup.
Well, they decided to send me to the Under-20 World Cup, where I knew I would play, and well...
We got to play the first game against you [Spain]
I remember we were winning until the end of the game when you tied it.
Then in September, I think, the 2007 qualifiers started.
And from then on I started to --
To play with the full national team, which surprised me because in the first game of the qualifiers I was a starter.
- After the qualifiers of the 2010 World Cup comes around.
It's your first World Cup, I imagine those are amazing memories, no?
You had a perfect World Cup, spectacular.
Yes. I think that Uruguay in terms of overall level —
Always in the World Cup there's one team that surprises.
And, well, in that one I think it was us.
It was between us and Ghana, and in the quarterfinals we ended up winning against them on penalty kicks.
I assume later you will ask me about the handball, hahaha!
As for the experience, it was spectacular for Uruguay to get to the quarterfinals.
We got to the semis in--
With the whole team in good form, and Diego Forlán, in that World Cup, he killed it. It was spectacular.
I think he was our guiding light.
And I think, for what Uruguay was, and how Uruguay got there, we had a huge World Cup.
In the group stage, you played against France, I believe you tie 0-0. Then South Africa who you beat 3–0.
You score the first goal against Mexico.
You win 1–0.
And go through as leaders [first in the group], I think?
Yes, we went through as leaders.
Against South Korea you score two goals, and you win 2–1.
And in the quarterfinals that thing with Ghana happens.
Later though, in the semifinals … I also watched the Holland game.
It was a game...
- I think that --
- You put forward very offensive-minded football — a lot of goals all the time.
- Yes, I think that...
... it's not for nothing. It's easy to talk now, but if…
...if we would have played the semifinal against Holland...
...with [central defender Diego] Lugano, who in that moment was spectacular...
[Jorge Ciro] Fucile, who was named, I believe, the best left wingback of the World Cup...
And me, I had been suspended...
If the three of us would have played, it would have been different. We played with many starters which was...
Holland had a little bit of luck.
But still, despite the circumstances we played, the score was 3–2.
It was a very fair result.
But otherwise, I think we would have had one or more opportunities to reach the final.
And then I don't know if we would have won it or not.
- Tell me how you felt after that handball [against Ghana in the quarters]
Because afterward I saw you in the locker room tunnel, when you saw them missing the penalty kick and ...
There's an image of you celebrating when the ball hits the bar.
So you go to penalty kicks, and you end up qualifying.
But, that play is spectacular — first you save it without touching it with your hand...
And afterward you do put your hand on it.
It must have been a very odd sensation for you--
Because you ended up being sent off and not being able to play in the semifinals, but you did save the team.
- Yes, the truth is that, it was a bit of everything.
Of being depressed.
Being sad for being sent off.
Because we were going to lose, but if they didn't score that goal then we weren't going to lose.
And, well...
Thirty seconds later when he takes the penalty kick, the satisfaction of …
...well, I took a risk in a situation of which I have been blamed for anti fair play.
However, the Ghana player missing the penalty is not my fault.
-Not at all.
I didn't kick anyone or anything like that.
That's why I think that I celebrated like that, for having taken a risk for something that was worth it.
And I remember that I celebrated it more than a goal. A teammate on the bench passed out on that play, hahaha.
- Seriously?! I didn't know that. Who was it?
- Castillo. Juan Castillo.
- He passed out! Hahaha.
- He passed out in the celebration of the penalty kick, he says he passed out.
And well, I left screaming.
And went to the locker room to watch the penalty kicks.
And, the truth is, it was painful watching the penalty kicks in the locker room.
I'll tell you more, when El Loco Abreu hits the penalty kick I was with one of the--
-He does a Panenka.
-Yes, yes, yes. He chips it, El Loco...
And... we were with one of the kit men.
We are watching what El Loco is doing...
And we say "good, good, good" —
And we see everyone taking off running. We hadn't realized that we had won!
And then we went running onto the field, and it was incredible.
It was a moment that, to me, is one of the best moments I experienced with the national team.
- Then the 2011 Copa America comes about.
And there I think — you even have it tattooed [both laughing].
It's the only title, I always joke that you've tattooed.
But...
- You'd do your whole body, you told me, if you tattooed all your titles.
- But it's true you have a perfect tournament in Argentina.
You're named the best player of the tournament as well.
You score both goals against Peru in the semifinals.
In the final you also score against...
...against …
-Paraguay.
- Against Paraguay, that's right.
You won 3–0.
I think, winning a title with Uruguay, for an Uruguayan, must be the ultimate thing, no?
Yes, and well...it was a plus that...
That Uruguay had won the 1987 Copa America also in Argentina.
And I think that beating Argentina in the quarterfinals was a huge boost for us.
A hard hit for Argentina playing at home.
But I think that, in overall level of play, it was a Copa we deserved for the way that we did it.
We didn't have any bad moments, and sincerely...
...when we won the semifinal against Peru, I said--
We told ourselves that we were in a good place.
Paraguay got to the final playing 120 minutes in quarters and semis and winning by penalty kicks.
So they were physically tired and all that, which was a plus for us...
-With El Tata [manager Tata Martino].
- Yes, with El Tata.
And well the Copa America, the stadium was full of Uruguayans.
And it was an unforgettable tournament, and for me being awarded best player was obviously a plus.
I almost got the top scorer too, I think [Peru's Paolo] Guerrero beat me by a goal.
-Exactly.
-Who in the third-place game scored like three goals.
- Oh really? I didn't know.
- Yes, I was paying attention — hahaha!
Truth is, it was an amazing tournament, and...
And for a Uruguayan, it's something spectacular and it's valued tremendously.
- The 2014 World Cup comes about, and that season you are the best player in the Premier League.
I believe top scorer, too, in the qualifiers, with 11 goals.
See? I prepared well.
-I beat Leo by one. By one.
-Oh yeah! hahaha! I'm gonna tell him.
Then right before the World Cup you had a minor knee injury, in the meniscus I believe.
You get an arthroscopy done.
You barely make it back.
You miss the first game against Costa Rica...
And the team actually ends up losing.
And next you're up against England and Italy, who are the strong teams.
You play against England, and you score both goals.
Tell me a little bit about how you felt, because you were coming from the injury.
It was the English
And whether you want it or not, well...
Because of how they treated you there I'm sure you wanted to beat them.
How was all that?
- The truth is that--
It was a complicated moment because of the injury because...
...it happened to occur in the last game, Liverpool–Newcastle. In which...
...we had been close to fighting for the Premier.
It was the last game. City had already won the championship, and we were...
It was a play against a defender and I feel a hit, that's it. Afterward I was on vacation for a week.
I remember I was here in Barcelona
And nothing, I went back to Uruguay to train, and I was feeling good. And on the second day of training.
I make a move, and I feel something in my knee and...
... there the doctor told me there was already an injury from a previous hit.
And well, I think, I don't remember if there was…
It was on the 20th, so there was less than a month to the first game.
And truth is I had that doubt of whether to get surgery, let it go and miss the World Cup.
However, in that moment, obviously my...
...my optimism, the support from my family….
I also had faith in the Uruguay trainer, Walter Ferreira.
He told me, "Don't worry, you will make it." And, well...
There was also doubt about whether El Maestro [manager Óscar Tabárez], if I got the surgery...
If he was going to bring me to the World Cup knowing that...
There would be a period, the first two or three games that I wouldn't...
They took me thinking that at the most I would play the third game.
And if we went through. Knowing that it was difficult, and well...
...truth is, I worked a lot during that period to make it to the World Cup.
In the first game, I was on the bench but, hard-headed as I am, I remember I went to warm up on my own, hahaha.
Because I wanted to get into the game no matter what.
And El Maestro, at no point did he consider the option of letting me in, but there I was warming up.
-He didn't have you in mind.
-And truth is, I ended up pissed off for not having played.
We were losing in the debut and well.
In the days leading up to the England game, I really killed myself to be able to make it to the game.
Especially against the English, since I had gone through a tough time.
I remember the day after the injury, when the stuff about the possible surgery came out.
The English headlines said things like: "Hope the recovery goes slow."
And so on, for me not to make the game.
And well, playing against them and scoring two goals, truth is, it was...
...for me, it was the most emotional moment I've lived in my career as a national team player
Regardless of the titles and the previous World Cups — for everything...
For what my recovery meant, and of the trainer who was with me.
- You celebrated the second goal with him, no?
Yes. No, the first one.
The first one, also because — a lot of people don't know this
He was coming out of recovering from a lymph cancer.
And after some time he passed away.
Six months after the World Cup, he passed away.
And, well, he went with a so-and-so doctor's note.
Because I told him I wanted to go to the World Cup, but [only] if he went with me.
It was a really beautiful story that I had with him, and, well...
That's why the first thing I did was to remember him in that moment in which he was present...
And truth is, until this day, it's a moment that I remember a lot.
- Then the Italy game comes about.
Where you win...
...but, well, there's the incident with the biting of [Giorgio] Chiellini.
From the moment it happens--
During the game, until the end of the game...
...are you already thinking about what's going to happen to you...
-Yes.
- …because you know ... from previous occasions.
Or is it once the game ends, you think, "Oof, I think I've messed up?"
- After that — after I did it — I realized immediately.
We score our goal a few minutes after, I think it's about 10 minutes after when [Diego] Godín scores.
And I don't celebrate it as much as I usually would — the way everyone else celebrated it...
Because I was already thinking about the aftermath.
We qualify, and I think we went to thank the Uruguayan fans. Everyone is screaming, celebrating.
Because obviously we had won against the two Europeans, qualifying and all.
I enter the locker room and the first thing I do was to speak with my wife, who was there with the kids and all.
And she asks me, asked me what had I done. And obviously...
...I always...initially I didn't want to accept reality — negating, crying, and all and...
And, well, after it all...
Some feelings in the locker room were of happiness, but also...
Everyone checking their phones and all for what was to come.
And, well, the truth is, it was a very...
Very painful moment for me...
For the team.
And obviously, what happened, it affects you. It hurts you and all that.
- When did you start talks with Barcelona about coming here? That summer, before the World Cup?
No, it was right then — there at the World Cup. It was during the World Cup period.
And during any moment, did it cross your mind that because of it …
-Yes, yes.
- … the Barcelona deal could fall through?
Yes, yes. Because.
It was everything — in addition to thinking about the World Cup
And being able to fulfill my dream to come here to Barça...
...everything had gone overboard for me.
And I think that...
...in the few days after that.
Before they kicked me out of the World Cup — that's when I spoke with Zubi [Andoni Zubizarreta]
And the president, and they told me to be calm because Barça still wanted me and …
And I have no problem saying it, I cried because...
...they were accepting me.
And me going through what I did in that moment.
And with the shit I had caused...
It was complicated to trust in me.
Truth is, Barça has been so good to me, and I will always be very grateful for that.
- The truth is, I know very few teammates...
...who are as noble and good people as you are.
But I am telling you now, and I am serious — you know the relationship we have.
But sometimes...
When we react on the playing field, people don't know our hearts are pumping a thousand times per minute.
It's just that these are things that happen, and I think your behavior at Barça from the moment you arrived...
...not only in the locker room —
Which I have told you, I think you are one of the nicest people I have met in a locker room.
But also on the playing field, it's admirable.
So, Gordo, you should know it's an honor to have you as a teammate.
-It's the first time you give me goosebumps.
You always have to try to be the same person, no?
Knowing where I was coming, to Barça, as we always said.
You said it — that with Ney and Leo being here, it was complicated for me to come here.
Be well liked, be at that level and...
...and trying to do it as good as possible, as much inside as outside the locker room.
- I will throw out a statistic that I was analyzing. You always like it when I throw out statistics!
But since you made your debut in the World Cup...
Every time you've been on the playing field, Uruguay never lost.
And the three times you didn't play...
Uruguay has lost.
Which is in the semifinal of the 2010 World Cup.
Against Costa Rica before that.
And eventually the time against Colombia when Uruguay was eliminated when all this happens.
So, don't get injured, don't get suspended.
And perhaps you will win the 2018 World Cup!
What are your thoughts on it? How do you view the 2018 World Cup?
Truth is, there are many strong teams today.
And it's very complicated.
It will be very even, and...
There will always be one surprise team.
Of which you have to be careful with everything, no?
- Do you see a favorite?
Any team that's more of a favorite than the others, or do you see a group of teams, of which anyone can win?
Favorite … Uruguay! Hahaha!
- Damn, you like to add some pressure, eh? Hahaha!
- Nah, I think there are many.
Obviously, the European teams: Germany, for being the last champion.
Spain is playing at an amazing level.
France I like a lot — the players they have...
Although today the majority are young, maybe the next World Cup, but France is France.
And then obviously Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay.
- What surprised me a lot, since you made your debut with the National Team, you already have, I believe...
...95 caps and 49 goals.
You've always had the same coach and you talk about him as El Maestro.
So explain to me a little bit about that, because...
It's complicated to see a coach that many years on the same bench.
Truth is, great credit to what he's done, because...
In today's day and age he is an example, a reference (point) in Uruguay.
What he says is sacred — Maestro Tabárez —
For what he has done for Uruguay, because he's changed tons of things.
The players today respect him a lot.
And everything he says is respectable for the new players who come and who learn and all.
And I think he has earned the maximum possible respect in Uruguay.
And that's why no one gets overly animated even when Uruguay has gone through complicated moments.
He's not even criticized, hasn't been blamed for poor results, instead...
...people always look for a formula for change but for El Maestro to continue.
I think that... that's admirable for what he has earned with the trajectory he has...
And I think for me he has sincerely been...
To me he is the best coach I have had for what he means to me as a player.
As a human being, for how he has made me mature, how he has made me change...
He has done some things for me, like what happened in the 2014 World Cup.
He was something with FIFA regarding coaches, and he renounced it for the way FIFA had treated me.
So imagine how grateful I am to him.
And well, today he is one of the people I will always be thankful to.
- And in conclusion, you are of the same generation —
Obviously we are of the '87 — but also [Edinson] Cavani is of the '87.
I assume you've coincided with him from the youth levels until now in the national team.
What kind of relationship do you have with him?
Do you think it's the only, the last opportunity you have to be able to win a World Cup?
I know these are 'major words' but in the next one you will already be 35 years old I think.
- Obviously we are of the same generation.
We have been there since 2007 from when we made our debut.
With the under 20s, playing together. And later...
... he appeared in a couple of more games than me with the full national team, and we always coincided.
We both happen to be from Salto, the same city in Uruguay.
And well, obviously, Uruguay is very enthusiastic with...
...how we both perform in a European and global level.
We are a reference for Uruguay.
And I think that gives people encouragement to be enthusiastic, to have some hope.
And well, what we'll try to do with Edi is --
To do it the best way possible to try to have that percentage to get far with Uruguay.
- And a question to wrap up: Do we win anything with Barça this year or what?
- Yes, for sure!
- Yeah?
-Yeah.
- Leo told me the same thing, so now I am super excited. Hahaha!
Well, thank you so much Gordo, I really mean it, thank you.

Liverpool target Arsenal Alexis Sanchez reveals transfer decision within 48-hours ● News Now ● #LFC - Duration: 2:01.
ARSENAL look set to lose Alexis Sanchez to one of their big rivals within the next 48
hours.
Arsene Wenger revealed after the Gunners' 2-1 defeat at Bournemouth that Sanchez's
impending exit is now imminent.
He was left out of the squad for today's game.
Manchester United are now frontrunners to land him ahead of Manchester City.
Jose Mourinho is looking to blow City out of the water with a greater financial package
for club and player.
But Starsport understands Liverpool are also in the race.
The Sunday Mirror writes that the Reds are ready to pay the £35m it would take to bring
Sanchez to Anfield, and to smash their wage structure in order to land the Chile star.
Wenger did not disclose where he expects the Chilean to go but a transfer is now close.
"It could happen today, tomorrow or not at all," Wenger said.
"I didn't want to travel with him and then he goes somewhere.
"It will be decided in the next 48 hours.
"It was difficult for him because he was on standby a little bit."
Bordeaux winger Malcom is poised to replace Sanchez at the Emirates this month.
On the possibility of the 20-year-old Brazilian coming in, Wenger added: "There's nothing
concrete there.
"It's better that I don't come out on any specific name."
Malcom's representatives have been in London over the weekend.
Meanwhile, Sanchez's family have arrived in the capital to support him ahead of his switch.

Brush pen Quotes, Brush letter with me! - Duration: 8:49.
hello everyone I'm Smitha Katti, I blog at smilingcolors.com but many of you know
me as theshinynest on Instagram a lot of you been asking me for tips about
basic lettering so in today's video I'll talk about how to space words about
lettering a quote so brush lettering basically is all about having thin and
thick strokes your down strokes are thicker than the up strokes and I have
these free printables and I also have another video talking about that but you
can check out over here but today we're going to be lettering a quote and this
quote is actually something that I lettered two years ago and the beginning
of my lettering journey I was not able to figure out any of the brush strokes
but I liked these words so I wrote them down so let's try duplicating this today
and I'm not gonna do in a sketch book I have some good quality paper here this
is by HP and I will link to this paper because I highly recommend you start
with this when it comes to brush pans I almost always use my tombow dual brush
pens this is the colorway that I would suggest you start with simply because it
has a rainbow of colors and it's it suits almost everybody's needs let's
take out some colors so the colors have used in this are pink darker pink and
the purple I think it's this purple so the first thing you want to do is make
sure that your marker has a nice sharp tip and the way you can keep your marker
tip sharp and pointy is by using good quality paper so I'm just repeating the
same things I feel these days paper good quality paper good quality pen equals
fun brush lettering so let's start the words here I'm gonna start with the word
setting and I like it to be in the center so you're just gonna start with
the S
tea tea I don't like to add the line across the t's yet I'm gonna add a
flourish she won at the end again for the G I'm kind of I kind of want to see
how the G goes like how much space I have in the second line so I'm actually
gonna stop at this point for the first word I'm going to start the second word
so setting gold is the so let's do the goals here I'm going to take my G closer
to the s because that looks prettier you don't want to have large white spaces
you want your letters to be as close to each other as possible so when it comes
to L now I I don't really like the upper a lowercase L I'm gonna write a capital
L and mix and match my fonts it just makes it look more quirky and special it
goes
is so I can see already that I can't kind of put the G so I'm gonna put the G
higher here before I move forward and and give it a flourish there perfect so
it's not necessary that yield that to the whole code from beginning to end at
once you can always stop and go back between levels that's what I'm trying to
show here setting goals is the first step so let's do it so now when it comes
to F I can either shut it outside the G or inside the G so I would say my first
needs this much space so I'm definitely not gonna be able to fit it in this hole
mine if I'm gonna put that so I'll probably shut the F here
again let's put a capital T in between just for fun
step X is one of my favorite letters to write just because my name starts with
an S I'm sure but it is is the first step see here I forgot to put the brush
in
turning so when I said turning I want to start the tea in between you can see
there's a little bit of space so that's a good point to start the next door
again and not opening the line across the TX okay so I have the G now I will
not get sure how I want the G to go I'm gonna leave space for the Jeep I'm gonna
tell I'm gonna continue with the T so here if you see I have a heart and I
have all this space here so what i'm gonna do here instead this time is I'm
gonna do a flutter she flung CG so that I'm occupying a bit of its face that
looks good
okay invisible Easter now I really don't have space for invisible I kind of ate
up all the space so let's go to the next one I can't
really let her on top all that well so I had to pause and talk give me a second
okay so I have three more words and I have very little space left so I have
almost levered myself into a corner so what we're gonna do is I need to do into
the visible so we're gonna put into the and put visible over here it's gonna be
quite compact but we're gonna do it
so I put the dot right there a topical it's fitting in there so now the visible
so I'm going to start here so you can see then I'm a little scared right now
if I'm gonna fit this word or not and my upstrokes reflect that so I'm
gonna take a minute to calm down okay we can do this okay we fit the whole thing
in there let's take the purple and write the limbs
okay so let's add some hearts the minute
Christmas is over everybody starts talking about Valentine's Day and you
see hearts everywhere so yes I have hearts on my mind and that is about it
setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the physical
I pretty much love how this is turned out you can see how practicing brush
lettering changes like this is how I was 2 years ago this is how I am right now
and once you improve your lettering you'll start thinking about how's my
next letter gonna fit where is my next word going to sit okay guys thank you
for watching my tutorial I hope you enjoyed it and learned something from it
in our next video we'll take our techniques and move a little bit forward
we'll learn about how you can blend colors by lettering thank you so much
for subscribing to my channel or support me in to luck to me and let me know in
the comments below if there's any other lettering video you'd like to watch from
me and so till I see you again happy lettering

If I had all the answers
This world would be a better place
But a dark night surround us
I hope we might find the way
(Fairytale)
Maybe I can find the answers
(Fairytale)
Maybe all my dreams come true
We could at least pretend it
True love involve us all
We could be a child again
The Earth would be a fairground
(Fairytale)
Maybe I can find the answers
(Fairytale)
Maybe all my dreams come true
(Fairytale)
Maybe I have the key
(Fairytale)
Maybe We should find the way back home
Maybe I would have read your mind
And you wanted the same
Forgetting things that hurt us
We rather believe, in fairytale
Maybe I can find the answers
