Youtube daily report w Jan 15 2018

I believe desire and will to win is everything I don't know why I'm like I

am but my butt's always burning there's always something say art dadgummit

you're supposed to go far art dadgummit you're supposed to be somebody you're

supposed to make a difference with you lie what does the $500,000 your person

do the $50,000 your person doesn't do you looking outside and study those two

individuals everything seems to be the same they both are the same sex they

both are the same age have the same training the same positions the same

contract the same fringe benefits they both are successful they work hard

they're good family people make tough commitments but what's the difference

what does the $500,000 your person do the $50,000 your person doesn't do he

pays the price and a little bit more he works Harding a little bit more he's

loyal to the company a little bit more he believes in a little bit more he

makes Maine a little bit more he saves money a little bit more if you want to

win in these United States you got to be tough and you can't quit the last thing

I'll talk to you about today in building this winning edge is folks if you want

to win in business you've got to be a leader leadership is everything you show

me anything in these United States that win I'll show you a leader at work you

show me a successful church Boy Scout troop club football team business I'll

show you something a run by leader sissy I thought at one time in my life you had

to be smart to win I used to have these smart people that dress so pretty and

talk so pretty and use these big words they just intimidated me I said aren't

you can't ever be that good why don't you just throw in the towel and going

back coach football for living and I found two things out about smart people

I think it's almost impossible for a smart person to win in Fitness in

America today because I find smart people spend their whole lifetime

figuring things out they always trying to figure

ease your way in a quicker way and another thing I found out about smart

people's they just don't get around to doing nothing they see somebody like art

Williams everybody said well he can't do it and some I like they can't do it but

he does it see folks I want you to know almost everybody in America almost does

enough to win they almost get there they almost over the hump they almost have it

going they almost in everything they do almost

is a way of life to almost everybody in America but the winners do it what do

they do they do whatever it takes to get the job done they do it and do it and do

it and do it and do it until the job gets done and then they talk about how

great it is to be somebody they're proud of we need leaders in America who can do

it if you want to become somebody do it if you want to go in business for

yourself do it if you want to become financially independent do it I hear too

much talk in these United States everybody can talk a good game we need

people in America who can do it I go all over this country with Al weaves and I

have people say aren't you you count on me

wonderful just do it alright give your tea this is my light last stop I'm gonna

win now super duper just do it alright if I could just have one good month and

get the ball going I know I could make it big super just do it alright if I

could just pay off this debt I could really go great just do it if I could

just say on the house do it but house they selling do it anyway

I'm not making any money what can I do you just do it let's do what art you do

it and do it and do it I can't you have a win this contest

SuperDuper just do it now watch my smoke grades just do it hard I wanna make it

so bad I'm tasting what I do you just do it all right I'm a vice president now

can I quit doing it no I don't know if I keep on keeping on I'm really hurt what

I do you just do it let's do what art you do it and do it and do it all right

all my life I want to be somebody important well what do it then all right

I'm gonna save money so I don't have to go through this again

great just do it I feel like I've had enough training what'd I do you just do

it all right the minute you don't give me no help

what I do you just do it all right you don't understand I was mr. everything in

my former country you don't mean I I have to start off down at the bottom and

do it do you yep you really got to do it hard what's

the primary difference between winners and losers the winner the winners do it

they do it and do it and do it and do it until the job gets done and then they

talk about how great it is to finally achieve something you need and I'm glad

they are that they didn't quit like everybody else and how wonderful it is

to finally be somebody they're proud of and make a difference for their life

I'm saying this is the time more than ever that you want to begin to inoculate

yourself with positive words coming to conventions showing up on meetings being

on the calls to make yourself unstoppable to get out of your mind the

polluting negative thoughts that's causing most people to go through life

being stuck because they are volunteer victims somebody said that many people

died aged 25 and don't get buried until they're 65 because they got so much

garbage in their minds you are here because you've got a clear vision of

what you want and where you're going give yourselves a round of applause come

on bring energy level up yes yes you want more you want more you're different

you're different than everybody else don't worry if they don't get it don't

try and convince people to do this business a person convinced against

their will is of the same opinion still you are not like everybody else you can

walk outside and find pigeons but if you're looking for Eagles it's gonna

take you a minute you are different it's lonely at the top how many of you know

it's lonely at the top raise your hands it's lonely at the top but you eat

better that's what I'm talking about you're different

one great entrepreneur said I choose not to be a common man it's my right to be

uncommon if I can I seek opportunity not security I do not wish to be a kept

citizen humbled and dull by having the state look after me I want to take the

calculated risk to dream and to bill to fail and to succeed I refuse to live

from hand to mouth I prefer the challenges of life to the guaranteed

existence the thrill of fulfillment to the still calm of utopia I will never

cower before a master nor been to any threat it's my heritage to stand erect

proud and unafraid the face the world boldly and say this I have done you

showed up because you're building business that you can stand and say I

did this I did this this is my dream give yourselves a round of applause yes

yes I do a lot of training for many corporations and I conduct sales

seminars and I've heard all kind of guys doing techniques and training people

techniques of how to close sales and how to work within and begin to control the

the sale and how to ask for the clothes let me share something with you

you can learn all the techniques in the world if you don't believe in yourself

it won't happen for you I learned all of it

so that's what I do a training called focus on the seller you've got to focus

on you and as you convince you as you sell yourself every day every day every

day you will begin to see a difference in the things that you're doing selling

yourself on your ability to perform a job to achieve a certain objective

telling yourself every day here I go again

and I've got what it takes this is my day and nothing out here is going to

stop me habits good habits will give you results

to stick bad habits will destroy everything I have some bad habits that's

right all my habits are not great so if you've got some bad habits don't feel

bad so does your next-door neighbor so does your mentor your coach so does your

mother and father if they're alive so does everyone and the trick of life is

to replace a bad habit with a good habit I used to hang around bars all the time

and one day I went in I picked up a glass and I looked around and I thought

they're all bums in here and then it dawned on me I'm always here I learned

something I put the glass down they said I'm never coming back here again and I'm

never gonna drink this and I never did it was a long time ago but you know what

I did I went from spending all my money in the bar to a racetrack and I started

to bet it all on horses so I went from making somebody with a bar

get wealthy and then I started to feed the horses and one day I woke up and I

learned something if you don't cut justly and deliberately replace a bad

habit with a good habit you will automatically create another bad habit

now what is a habit a habit is an idea that has been planted in the garden of

your subconscious mind and then repetitively fed for a sufficient period

of time that you act on it without giving any thought to it I'll give you

an example I want you to right now mentally imagine you're pulling on your

underwear in the morning what what do you put in first I put my right foot in

if I tried to put my left foot in my underwear first I'd stagger and I'd fall

over let me say what's this got to do with it it's got everything to do with

it why do I put my right foot you may put your left certainly a lot of people

do well when I was just a little gapper didn't have a clue of how to put

underwear on my mother or my grandmother or my father or somebody came along and

they had the underwear ad put your foot in here you're rather fuck what did they

do they had the underwear prepared as if they were gonna put it on and so pretty

soon I was doing it like they were doing it they through repetition planted the

idea in my hand in my mind well now think of this

you don't just form habits of how to get dressed you form habits to do everything

that you do and some of them are not that productive any idea that you keep

dwelling on and impressing upon your subconscious mind becomes fixed in the

subconscious mind a habit is nothing but an idea that's fixed in the subconscious

mind that you act on without giving any conscious thought many years ago I went

in to train the Prudential Insurance Company of America their agents I ended

up training all of their agents and I only got them to do two things this is

in the early 70s I got them to form the habit of being in front of a prospect

before 9:00 a.m. and ask everybody they talked to to purchase one hundred

thousand dollars worth of insurance I said you don't have to sell them just

give them the opportunity to say no you know the sales in that company went

up by hundreds of millions of dollars i de rewire a retired vp tell me he

thought it was a billion just changing two habits what habit you want to change

i'm forever checking out habits I've got I'm in the

habit right now of changing my diet and you know something I've been doing it

for going on three weeks it's getting easier but it's still not that easy I'd

still like to reach over and eat some of that when nobody's looking

doesn't work doesn't work I'm looking what habit are you gonna form and you

shouldn't drive for more than two it once don't become too big and too heavy

and you won't form any make up your mind you're gonna do it every day every day

every day until you don't have to think about it and then go automatically do it

I guarantee you this idea will change your life think about it all day because

that is definitely an idea that will give you results that will stick it's

hard changing your life it was hard when just over three years ago

in the Penobscot building in Detroit Michigan where I was operating my

business and I fell on some hard times and I was sleeping in my office

it was hard coming into the lobby and the security said scuse me mr. Brown can

we see you for a moment and I said yes and I walked up to the counter and he

gave me an envelope and he said would you mind reading it here and I opened

the envelope and the envelope was from management that says this is an office

tower it's not a hotel please do not sleep in your office and I said excuse

me sir I said I just worked long hours and creating my business I'm an

entrepreneur and right now things are bad for me but they're not going to be

this way always and I just asked for the opportunity to continue to operate like

I'm doing I'm not trying to make this my home and it was hard coming through the

lobby and sometimes they would laugh there's a guy talking

becoming successful and look at him he's bathing in the bathroom upstairs on the

21st floor he sleeps on the floor him and two other dreamers up there look at

him it was hard ladies and gentlemen coming

to speak to people and I was facing financial difficulties in my own life I

was behind on my bills and my dreams and I'm saying to them you can live your

dream it was hard ladies and gentlemen it was very difficult to pick myself up

each day believing that I can do it there were times that I doubted myself

and said God why why is this happening to me I'm just trying to take care of my

children and my mother I'm not trying to steal a rock from anybody how did this

have to happen to me it was very hard and here's what I want to say to you for

those of you that have experienced some hardships don't give up on your dream no

one could have convinced me by holding on by continuing to push forward by

continuing to run toward my dream that one day I would have my own talk show

it's a long shot ladies and gentlemen from Liberty City an abandoned building

on the floor never knowing my mother or father it's a

long shot being here with you today in this dome

in Atlanta it's a long shot no college training labeled educable

mentally retarded but I kept running toward my dream

goes down

goats down

don't stop running to watch your dream I go into the emergency room and I was

like Donald Smith and they're like I'm sorry he passed and they took me into

the room there's my father laying on a gurney just dead

it still has a tube sticking out of him and they're trying to intubate him or

something like that but just motionless quiet

no breathing whatsoever and it was weird new does it mean to say the least you

always know eventually your parents gonna go but I wasn't ready I wasn't

ready for that moment and then I walked out and I went outside not a cigarette I

still cigarette smoker in those days and I was just thinking about being half an

orphan or halfway to being an orphan or something like that my brother comes out

and I was like I can't believe it right he goes yeah it's pretty tough and I

said how was it because my brother was there he was staying with my my parents

and Donald without missing a beat my brother goes dad died screaming and I

was like what and he goes dad died screaming I said what do you mean it's

like well he woke up and he was kicking the sheets off and screaming about being

on fire and he was so hot and so hot and get him water screaming - screaming got

louder and louder and it reached a fever pitch and he died and I don't know how

else to say it but dad died screaming and that hit me like a Mack truck and I

remember thinking oh my god in this world where even a good man like my old

man is gonna die screaming there's no point in not trying to achieve

everything dream that I have this is my eventual end one day

that's it and and I really felt like man that's like I can't this is my future

we're all probably gonna go out screaming so the best thing to do prior

to that is to try to pack that life with as much wonderfulness fun productivity

surround yourself with people that are gonna help you do that you know cuz in

this world there's not a lot of support a lot of negativity there's a lot of

cynicism even as I sit here and tell that story about my father dying I

guarantee you there's a cynical head in this house maybe more sitting there

going who cares move on tell a joke the world is full of

I mean you tell people something they'll tell you why throw a rock and you'll hit

somebody with Y like hey man I want to make a movie why why do you think you

could do that why why nobody else is doing it why are you doing it

there's so much and why you go out and you find why not you surround yourself

with why not people are just like why not we're like hey man I'm gonna try

something like why not let's give it a shot people who try to help you do your

dreams make your dreams come true and you do the same for them we're all in

this together and it costs nothing to encourage a artist that's why I get up

here for almost 20 years now after the movie man I mean a lot of filmmakers get

up after the movie and spend more time than the movie itself talking but I've

been trying to impart one simple lesson for nearly 20 years anybody can do this

you know what I'm saying like I wasn't born into a business or the film

business or born with a mic in my hands I have no discernible talent whatsoever

man I have no connections to the business we're from New Jersey and stuff

I got lucky somebody picked up the movie and boom I was off and running and part

of that manifest when you're in brought into the indie film community part of

your your your job part of your honor part of your privilege is to make sure

that keeps going to encourage other people you know to tell people it's

worth the shot just like Wayne Gretzky said like you miss a hundred percent of

the shots you never take it's always worth the shot now if you're talking

about leg if what your shot is usually like I've always wanted to kill 12

children Kevin don't take that shot at all I'm not talking about that you know

I'm talking about art see you know writing a blog and making some music

making a movie making a cupcake store a knitting store putting together of a

YouTube clip just anything that's just not all we must do this because it's

part of my job or this will get money some you just do just to see if it can

get be done live a why not life man because we're all gonna die for

screaming so make sure when you die screaming you're totally fulfilled you

like I took all the shots I did it I did I went after everything I wanted to or

at least tried take the shot the shot is always worth taking whether it's a dopey

thing like podcasting or writing a book or writing a blog think about the

encouragement you yeah when you encourage an artist think

about the potential that comes out of it you tell a dude good job man that person

maybe one day writes that blog that you mean out to the entire world because it

says exactly what you always wanted to say but couldn't yourself or they write

that song that you play over and over after a loved one dies because it means

the world to you they they make that movie that is the one you cling to when

everything is going wrong in life all you pop that in and things aren't bad

for two hours all that comes from encouraging an artist nothing good comes

from discouraging an artist so for 20 years I keep coming up here and going go

out and do it why the fuck aren't you doing this it's so fun you should do it

take your shot I took my shot and it's nothing but pussy and donut's you know

just so I'm here to tell you man give it a shot go out and try it's necessary

that you'll be flexible that you are always thinking of how can I improve

this better this is a customer driven economy it's necessary for you to always

explore various ways in which you can improve the quality of service that

you're providing for the people in your organization I remember something a

major company had talked about the extra value service they were providing for

their customers and the lady who had the news conference summarized it this way

she said it's not our intention to satisfy our customers or to please our

customers our intention is to amaze them it's necessary if you're going to

compete today that you look for ways to amaze your customers by being one of

those individuals that keep your commitments that keep your word that's

relentless it's necessary as you work with the people that you bring into all

your organization that they see that you're a good example of a person to

work with because you model integrity and determination and ambition and truth

and honesty and the way in which you conduct business that little yellow dot

on the screen represent your level of awareness this represents your level of

awareness this is what you're aware of now everything you've got in your life

everything your relationships your money everything is an expression of your own

level of awareness see people at her in 50,000 a year are

not earning 50 because they want 50 people are earning 50 because they're

not aware of how to earn 150 people that are suffering from headaches they're not

suffering headaches because they want to suffer from headaches they're suffering

from headaches because they're not aware of how to eliminate the headache it's

their head they made it ache they can make it stop so you see it's awareness

where after now think of this if that little dot represents our awareness and

it's responsible for everything we've got in life just think of how your life

could change if we magnify it just a little bit I mean everything would start

to change our relationships would change we would be healthier we would live in

healthier bodies we would know more people we'd earn more money we'd be able

to do more interesting things and if we just increased it a little bit more

everything starts to shift well I've been living this way now for 40 years it

absolutely fascinating I celebrated my 70th birthday last week I got more

energy than most people 20 I have absolutely no intentions of slowing down

people said say you should slow down that's a bunch of crap

we should speed up we've got more power yet do you know the the most erudite

scientists alive can't even guess at what you and I are capable of doing no

one knows what we're capable of all the powers on the present that's within you

within me slow down we're just starting to warm up what we want to do is calm

down you can go out warp speed and stay very healthy if you stay relaxed and

that's really the secret you know just imagine we expand our awareness a little

more do you know what this program is doing for you today it's expanding your

awareness that's what the program is all about every time you come every time you

come to one of these programs your awareness is widened your world starts

to change you think oh yeah that's pretty interesting and it just

keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger our awareness keeps changing do

you know that no one knows how much money you're capable of earning there's

no one can even guess at what you're capable of earning

we want to become aware we're like we are because we're not aware of how to do

it better we know how to do it better every person in this room intellectually

knows how to do a better job they're doing everyone in the room knows how to

earn more than they're earning but they're not doing it you see having the

knowledge is not the deal having the knowledge I mean I remember when I was a

kid schoolteachers say to me Bob why'd you

do that I say I don't know what do you mean you don't know you know better I

know why'd you do it I don't know I was in the Navy every commanding officer

Proctor why did you do that I don't know sir what do you mean you don't know you

know better I know why'd you do it I don't know you see I didn't know why I

was doing things do you know that we do things that we don't want to do it gives

us results we don't want to get yet we do them anyway you know what addiction

is it's never getting enough of what you don't want getting a lot of people are

addicted to results that they don't want why do we keep doing it to see I think

when we start to see that that's when we start to become aware of how to take

control over our life and that's really what we want to do so do you see

awareness is the big deal we want to become aware of the obvious

opportunities that are available to us we are surrounded by opportunity there

everywhere you go there is an abundance there's no shortage of opportunity we

can win and we can win in a big way now when we lack awareness we miss the

opportunity I used to always say that you know the trick is to be in the right

place at the right time I've been in the right place at the right time many types

of my life but I blew it you know why I wasn't aware that I was

in the right place and the right I had to look back at it

think of it there's something else it's being aware that you're in the right

place at the right times not good enough you've got to be aware that you're in

the right place at the right time

MEXICAN RESTAURANT AND JAPANESE PEOPLE AT THE CINEMA - Duration: 4:07.

Hey guys, what's up? Right from Yokohama. I'm here at a building called "Sky Building"

And I'm gonna have dinner at Mexican food in Japan

It's variety! We eat everything here

I'll show you what I'm gonna eat and maybe later I'll go to Starbucks. See ya!

So guys, what happened at the cinema here in Japa

I arrived at the cinema very excited, you know... Star Wars, 4D movie

Then I came into the cinema, everyone was totally quiet out there

Well... there is something wrong

Then the movie started, the seats were shaking and I was super excited

You know... Star Wars, all of that news things

The seats were shaking foward, backwards, some water and wind blowing over my face

Then I looked around me, and I was the only one excited about it

I look again all around me

Japanese people don't show any reaction during the movie

The entire movie like it

They don't movie, don't talk, don't react... anything

Then the end of the movie started

Nostalgic, Luke Skywalker came out and everything else

The apex of the movie

Once again I looked around and all the Japanese were steady

They don't move, they were seat at the same way the whole movie

Then the movied finished, you know.. 2 hours and half later, I was very tired

The seat was shaking, hitting me on my back

Then I thought "I wanna leave"

I was already taking off my glasses, stading up

I looked next to me and no Japanese has moved

All the lights turned off yet

And showing some names, credits... whatever

"AMIGOS"

You know... I wanted to go home

The movie has already ended, only credits. I know it's not Marvel's movie. So I wanted go home

I realized no one was leaving

Da*n

Showing the name of every one, productor, director, the guy of the make ups

Designer, every one... every one

No lights has turned on, no Japanese has stood up

Finally it ended and showed Disney whatever... Lucas Film whatever...

The screen was switched off... finally we are gonna leave

The people was still freezed,

Only after turning on the lights, they started leaving the room

Then I asked my friend: "Don't they leave during the credits?"

"No, here in Japan we stay until the very end, it's our habit"

"Holy sh*t, man"

There is no scene, we don't need to stay. Let's go home, fellas

I wanted to go to toilet, to eat

Japanese cutlure, right? KANPAI!!!

I'm nailing my Japanese, buds!

Guys, I have just left the restaurant. I would go to the Starbucks

But as always... it was full! It's normal here in Japan. Always crowded

And now I'm at the station coming home. It's very cold. It's 4°C

Really cold, so I'm coming home

I hope you liked this video, it was short, but I hope you've enjoyed it

How do you make Japanese dumplings? - Duration: 4:29.

look at this perfect assemblage

so here we made our last dumpling

with this dough, that cost about 100yen

we made 50 of them!

he is obstinate in becoming the next MasterChef winner

Seba is not leaving the kitchen and today he cooks another thing

today he is doing some chinese dumplings

and above of that he is going to tell us something about this dish and about china, since he lived there for a bit

and that's the reason because china is so polluted^^

if he was cooking, I can't imagine the mess

Hello guys and welcome to another cooking video! today we are preparing the chinese dumplings

now we're going to show you how to do them, with the participation of my friend's mother

there is some ginger and garlic

then we have the meat, the nira and the hakusai

don't forget to put on some gloves, while doing them

it's important!

mix everything

it should become homogeneous

so, that you can put it easily in the dumpling

this one is called "the dumpling skin"

you use this

or you can do it also,

when I was in china I prepared it

but today I don't have time, because in a few hours I have the flight to Italy

here we have our skin

it's easy to prepare

if you can't find the nira,

you can also put some cabbage

with this you can do 50 dumplings

this stuffing is enough for 50 dumplings

it's also better to divide it

so that you have enough

look how perfect she divides it!

this is the first dumpling

you need to put some water on the side, so that it stick better and then you form it

now it's my turn in doing some chinese dumplings

will I be able? let's see

first you take a layer

then you take some stuffing

it's a bit too much, she said

let's put some water on one side

then we close

here we have my perfect dumpling!

you need to close it good, otherwise they will open immediatly when you boil them

here we have 27

and she is carrying on

I personally decided not to do any dumplings anymore

because I'm not so good in it,

but I'm good at eating them!

and I said that if I ever participate at MasterChef,

I will find people that work for me

so, they can do some perfect dumplings

the smell is really good!

here we have our last dumpling!

it was enough for all these dumplings!

you need to know that you spend not so much money in doing them!

so, the niwa cost 100yen

hakusai 30yen,

the dumpling skin cost 100yen

and the meat that cost 200yen

so, with like 300yen you can eat 3-4 times

THIS SPEECH WILL CHANGE YOU! - LIFE CHANGING MOTIVATIONAL SPEECH - Duration: 26:54.

Don't Pay Yourself First - Duration: 3:28.

- Got this question on Facebook the other day.

It's about when to start paying yourself

and how much you should invest in your company

versus in your own salary.

My answer to that is, don't pay yourself first.

When we were starting x27, both me and Robert

had full-time jobs in other places.

Robert was working for his own agency

and I was working for another agency in New York City.

I kept a full-time job for about a month,

then decided to go off on my own

and then joined Inspirebeats a month after that

and kept that full-time job at Inspirebeats for

a little under one year before x27 was at a place

where it would reliably be able to pay both of us.

I even took it as far as going into credit card debt

for Experiment 27.

I funded the first three or four months of operations

at a loss just using the extra salary from the agency

and credit cards to supplement the entire business.

But after Inspirebeats kinda fell apart,

me and Robert decided to double down on Experiment 27

and the way that we were paying ourselves when

it was just us two was, I call it the pirate strategy.

We would just take the money, the loot,

and we would just split it in half, 50/50,

which is fine when you're just starting out,

when you're making like two or three grand a month.

Let's split it, let's each make an extra thousand bucks,

that's great, but when things started clicking,

right around that time that I found out that strategy

for selling reviews, which I'll link down

to that video below, the exact strategy we used,

but when we started doing that,

we ended up making something like $30,000 in 30 days.

It was something crazy, like more cash than I'd seen

and if we had just split that in half,

$15,000 each, sure that would've been a lot

but me and Robert both saw the opportunity.

Why take this one time payment when we could reinvest it,

hire a team, build out a process and actually

turn it into a business.

It's much better to skip out on making $15,000 one time

and try instead to build a system that'll make

$15,000 a month.

So, me and Robert decided that to start,

we were gonna take $3,000 a month salaries.

That meant that the $30,000 we already had,

if we kept doing what we were currently doing

would support us for months.

We still take relatively tiny salaries

even though our company's grown

and we tie our salaries to revenue.

So here's my advice to you if you're gonna do something

similar to us.

Assuming you have two founders, I wouldn't pay yourself

a salary at all until you have $30,000 in

monthly recurring revenue.

At that point, you should only take about $3,000 a month.

That's what me and Robert did.

Then, what we did after that is tie our salaries

to our revenue, up until it gets crazy.

Based on milestones.

I usually go every 15,000 in MRR.

So, at 45,000 in MRR, we were both making 4500 a month.

At 60,000 MRR, 6,000 a month, et cetera,

going up until it gets to something crazy

and that's up to you to determine what your

salary cap is gonna be.

I would stick with as low a salary as you can afford

as long as you possibly can.

If you run an agency, let me know down in the comments,

how do you pay yourself and how did you find out

what the best compensation model was.

If you found this video valuable, we're trying to hit

100,000 subs this year.

So, if you could share this with one or two friends

you think would get value as well,

that would be hugely helpful and if you need

marketing support for your digital agency,

check out Experiment27.com, thanks.

90 Percent Of US Workers Will Get a Bigger Paycheck Next Month T - Duration: 3:38.

90 Percent Of US Workers Will Get a Bigger Paycheck Next Month Thanks to The Trump Tax

Cuts

The U.S. Treasury estimates that 90 percent of U.S. workers will get more take-home pay

as soon as next month based on changes made by the new tax law.

New guidance and withholding tables for employers were released by the U.S. Treasury and IRS

on Thursday, according to CNN.

Thanks to these tables and the new tax law, more people will receive a higher paycheck.

Employers have until Feb. 15 to incorporate the changes into their payroll.

The new tables are designed to help approximate the change in workers tax liability in

a way that delivers benefits as soon as possible to as many people as possible with

as little disruption as possilble a senior Treasury official said.

CNN advises taxpayers to assess whether the tables are withholding enough money so they

dont have a big bill when they file taxes next year.

Individuals could be affected by new tax brackets, lower income taxes, a near-doubling of the

standard deduction and the removal of personal exemptions and deductions.

The IRS will not be issuing new Form W-4s this year, but hope to have new ones by 2019.

Weve constructed the tables so that most people should be accurately withheld

if they leave their W-4 in place, a senior IRS official said, according to CNN.

New W-4s are needed because personal exemptions, which are a central element of the current

withholding system, have been removed.

Its necessary to build a new approach to withholding, which will take some time,

the senior IRS official added.

He advised taxpayers to review the number of allowances they currently take on their

W4 on the IRS new withholding calculator that will be released in February.

The calculator was made to determine whether a taxpayer is eligible for different tax breaks.

We would encourage every taxpayer to run their information through the calculator.

Then they can decide what they want to do, the senior IRS official said.

Republican proponents of the new tax structure have long argued that its popularity will

come in part from taxpayers noticing less money coming out of their paychecks each month.

As CNBC reported, House Speaker Paul Ryan criticized pundits telling mistruths, disguising

the facts of this thing in an effort to unfairly malign the tax plans impact.

But when we get this done, when people see their withholding improving, when they

see the jobs occurring, when they see a simpler tax code, thats whats going to produce

the results, he said.

And results are going to be what makes this popular.

Korean government won't ban cryptocurrency exchanges for now - Duration: 2:33.

Recent government response to the cryptocurrency frenzy came as a bit of a shock.

Now it's confirmed drastic moves like banning exchanges will only be decided after deep

discussions on the matter.

As they work to take preventive steps to curb speculation.... some experts weighed in with

their takes in terms of necessary changes.

Lee Ji-won shares with us the various views on the matter.

The Korean government's announcement Monday wasn't the blow many crypto traders had feared

-- a ban on virtual currency exchanges -- rather, officials said there hasn't been a decision

yet.

(Korean) "Any plan to shut down the exchanges,... which

is one possible way to curb speculation as suggested by the justice minister last month,...

will be decided after thorough discussions and coordination in the government."

The government also said that it'll continue to push forward with a plan to require investors'

real names in cryptocurrency trading, and that price manipulation and other crimes will

be punished severely.

But the government also showed a change in tone, saying it will invest in research and

development of blockchain technology, the computer code that makes cryptocurrency unique.

This follows a number of announcements by the government in the past month amid cryptocurrency's

exponential rise.

Korea is now the third-largest bitcoin trading market in the world after Japan and the U.S..

And experts say there are reasons for the government's concerns.

(Korean- ) "Koreans are investing in the virtual currency

for the wrong reasons.

They don't see it as a new form of currency that could make up for the shortcomings of

the ones we have now,... but as a way to earn huge sums of money in a short amount of time.

And with the current security level of the exchanges and the development of blockchain

system,... it's a very risky investment to make."

Despite the huge potential blockchain technology could have in the future, the expert said

it's still in the development stages,... and that the relatively weak security of the crypto

exchanges compared to banks make them more prone to cyberattacks.

(Korean- ) "The government is doing a good job in warning

the public of a possible fall in the market.

And having seen a lot of potential in the technology, the government should step up

investments in blockchain technology and nurture companies to overcome the current shortcomings."

The expert added it's also vital for the public to see virtual currency not as a speculative

tool but as a potential currency for the future.

The Messed Up Part Of Back To The Future No One Talks About - Duration: 2:40.

You'd be hard-pressed to find many movies more universally beloved than 1985's Back

to the Future.

Marty McFly's journey back to 1955 and his adventures alongside Doc Brown were full of

great comedy, featured a surprisingly compelling look at the mechanics of time travel, and

led to a full-on franchise with three movies, a short-lived animated series, a handful of

comic books, and even provided the inspiration for Adult Swim's multiversally popular Rick

and Morty.

In short, audiences loved it, so it's kind of understandable that nobody ever really

talks about the most messed up part of the movie.

No, not the romance between Marty and his mom — everyone talks about that.

We're talking about the inexplicable twist to the future that we see once Marty heads

back home to good old 1985.

For the most part, the all-new timeline is like a dream come true for the McFly family.

Sure, the local mall is missing one of its signature pine trees, but the McFlys are rich,

and Marty's dad is no longer the anxious loser that he was before.

In fact, he's a successful sci-fi writer who apparently mashed up two of the most successful

franchises in history when his son unwittingly inspired him to create…

"My name is Darth Vader ... I am an extraterrestrial from the planet Vulcan."

But there's one thing about the McFly family that defies all explanation: Biff Tannen is

still hanging around as an employee of the family.

Biff, as you might recall, is basically the antichrist.

He's pure evil, and responsible for virtually everything bad that happens throughout the

film, including bullying George, trying to run down Marty with his car, and even attempting

to assault Lorraine.

And that's just in one movie.

If you include the Bad Timeline of the sequel, where he straight up murders George and forces

Lorraine into an abusive marriage, he's actually even worse.

And yet, when we see the "improved" timeline that Marty creates at the end of Back to the

Future — a timeline in which Biff still attempted that assault on Lorraine at the

dance — Biff's not in jail or run out of Hill Valley.

He's right there at Marty's house, still groveling at George McFly's feet thirty

years after being floored by a single punch.

It makes sense that the improved version of George would want to humiliate Biff in revenge

for tormenting him all through high school, but the guy's rich.

He could afford literally anyone else to do the job of waxing Marty's car, and not keep

the man who attacked his wife around for laughs.

As a movie, Back to the Future is still basically perfect, but it's definitely strange to

hear George cheerfully talking about Biff at the end.

"That Biff, what a character.

Always trying to get away with something!"

No kidding, George.

Adam & Bree's Story | How Couples Sleep - Duration: 4:06.

- I mean, a typical night now

we have

for dogs, us, the baby, and a cat.

- Yes, Bailey, our dog, snores really loud.

(snoring)

(mellow music)

- [Adam] I'm Adam.

- I'm Brie.

- I'm Eva.

And we're her parents,

and each others' spouses.

- [Interviewer] Do you guys remember the first night

you slept in the same bed?

- Ahh-- - There was a snow storm--

- (laughs) - I was thinking about safety.

- (laughs)

- He didn't need to be on the roads.

- The snow came down like crazy

so I ended up staying the night and--

- Stayed three nights.

- (laughs) Three nights, actually.

Honestly,

either the snow had to clear or I had to poop at her house,

those were the choices and so finally the snow cleared.

- [Interviewer] What time do you guys normally go to bed?

- I normally go to bed between

like, ten and midnight, and then...

He usually doesn't get home till one or two.

- [Interviewer] Why?

- I work late.

(snoring)

hi, guys.

Jesus Christ.

It's just me.

Already?

It's like one o'clock.

(tv noises in background)

- [Interviewer] So, a lot of people are gonna have questions

about the dog situation.

Explain that to me, how did that all start?

- Well I had a dog to begin with,

but we are both interested in rescue (baby cooing) so,

we've adopted three others since then.

- [Adam] We've tried to have them sleep on the floor.

- [Brie] Yeah, they're not into it.

- There are nights I come home and I look at the bed

and I'm like I guess I'm sleeping on the couch tonight--

- (laughs) - I'll wake up on like,

the corner of the bed, like with no room,

and I'm like, I paid for this goddamned bed.

(laughter) Like, I have no room at all.

(tv noises in background) (snoring)

- [Interviewer] On average, how much sleep

do you guys think you get?

- I sleep like six to seven hours,

and I'm good.

She sleeps ten to twelve and she's not good.

- [Interviewer] Is that true?

- I can sleep ten to twelve, I dunno if I really

necessarily do anymore with her.

I'm more, like, super aware

of what she's doing at all times, so,

I think part of me never gets to super deep level of sleep

because I'm always like partly thinking about her,

and I'm sure that's probably the case for most moms.

- [Interviewer] Is that exhausting?

- It kinda feels like it.

I mean, I'm tired a lot. (laughs)

(cooing, coughing baby)

- [Interviewer] How important is your bedroom to you?

How important is your bed?

- I think, like, your bed and your bedroom

is the place that you

relax and unwind at the end of the day.

It's like your comfort place.

- [Adam] Nothing feels better than when you're exhausted

and you lay into your own bed.

- [Brie] Yeah.

- And it's comfortable, and

your pillow's there and your wife's there and--

- Your four dogs and your cat and your baby,

you know? (laughter)

- Yeah, it's the best.

My favorite thing is waking up next to her.

Like whenever I get up in the morning and she's not in bed,

which is rare,

I miss seeing her first thing,

like, it's just a good start to my day.

It's definitely necessary to have a bedroom that's

a relaxing, like, serene environment

because that's, that's what it's for.

- Yeah.

(baby crying) What is it?

- She wasn't even made in a bed,

so she doesn't like this conversation.

- (laughs)

- She was made outside of a bar.

(baby crying)

- Now she's really upset.

- She didn't like that story.

(laughter)

(baby crying) It's okay.

Shhh.

'The Egg' Summary – WARNING! This Story Will BLOW YOUR MIND To a Whole New Level! - Duration: 2:14.

'The Egg' Summary – WARNING!

This Story Will BLOW YOUR MIND To a Whole New Level!

Have you ever heard a story entitled "the Egg"?

This story absolutely will blow your mind especially those who have different belief

about this life.

In the story, you will only be introduced with two characters.

You and me.

There will be a lengthy conversation that talks about how this world is actually made.

The story begins with the death of you.

You were walking on the street calmly but eventually the fate decided the otherwise.

There was a truck, and it skidded.

Somehow, you happened to be in emergency room where the doctors tried to resurrect you but

to no avail.

Yes, you died because of car accident, and you are brought to the different world where

you meet the "I".

You and I talk about this universe and its complexity.

However, what you are concerning most is all about your family.

Your family matters most to you even though your relationship is crumbling.

I tell you that your wife actually feels guilty that she is now happy to be free from you.

However, you still feel okay since you cannot do anything anyway.

After this conversation, you now question whether you are going to heaven or hell.

The answer is blowing your mind.

You will be reincarnated, and you will be a female person who is going to live in 540AD.

This is when everything becomes complicated since reincarnation makes you move backward

in time.

I explain that such possibility happens because time concept only exists on the world where

currently we are living in.

in afterlife, I explain that a person is a result of a reincarnation.

That means, every one of you is actually a result of a single of you.

That also means, if you hurt you, you actually hurt yourself, in other version of you that

have been reincarnated.

High dust levels, nationwide rain tomorrow _ 011518 - Duration: 1:49.

Now we turn to our Michelle Park at the weather center for the latest updates.

Michelle, the capital is still seeing high levels of fine dust,... is it going to clear

up tonight?

Daniel, the air quality still looks poor in the capital,... and with smog constantly flowing

in through the night, it's expected to bring the dust levels even higher and spread it

further across the peninsula.

Rain is expected to wet the country tomorrow,... in fact quite a bit of it -- up to 40 millimeters

are expected on the southern coast, washing away the dust down there.

But it won't be enough for the central region.

So hang on to your masks along with your umbrellas.

Seoul is expected to begin the morning at minus 1 degree Celsius, while Daegu starts

at minus 1 and Busan at 7 degrees.

It won't be as warm as today,... with Seoul rising up only to 3 degrees while Gwangju

and Busan make it up to 9 and 12 degrees.

The rest of the week will remain comfortable and free of rain.

But on Friday, it'll get colder again.

I'll leave you with the weather conditions around the world.
