Add 4-5 tbsp of Salt in Cooker and place stand and perforated plate, cover it & preheat for about 15 min.

Pre-Heat for 15 minutes.

in a clean bowl, add 3 tbsp Butter, 3/4th cup Powder sugar, 4 tbsp Cooking OIL. and whisk .

whisk till it is smooth , creamy and lump free. the utensils should be completely DRY.

Add in 200 grams of Condensed Milk. and whisk for 2 minutes till thick and fluffy

whisk till thick and fluffy.

For buttermilk, we need 1 cup ROOM temp Milk , 1 1/2 tsp of vinegar, 1 tsp of vanilla extract. mix it well.

DRY mixture- 1 and half cup Refined flour, half tsp Baking Soda, 1 and half tsp baking powder

Sieve on top of our condensed milk mixture, so that everything mixes well.

we will start mixing everything.. slowly gradually add buttermilk and whisk.

whisk till you get smooth and luscious batter.

grab a spatula to fold the mixture so that air forms in the batter.

for flavouring i will add TUTI FRuity and chocolate chips

and fold the batter nicely

take a butter paper and cut as per size of your cake tin.and stick inside the tin using some batter

add the cake batter into the tin, fill it half way because cake will rise while baking.

tap the tin to release air bubbles, and add toppings.

place inside the preheated pressure cooker, using tongs.. for 30 minutes

open after 30 minutes. check using a toothpick , if its not done keep for more 5-10 min.

the toothpick has come out clean. so its DONE.. Demould once its cooled down.

I made another cake since my batter was left. used chocolate syrup to give swirl pattern

once the cake is cooled down , release edges with knife and take out from tin.

Remove the butter paper,

Cut it in slices or pieces. and its very spongy and soft as u can see.

Arduino E-Paper Display Review ( Waveshare 1.54") - Duration: 7:06.

Dear friends welcome to another video!

In this video, we are going to take a first look at this small e-paper display I just

received.

There is a lot to cover so let's get started!

Hello, guys, I am Nick and welcome to educ8s.tv a channel that is all about DIY electronics

projects.

In this channel, I share everything about the projects I build to help you develop similar

projects or inspire you to start making things because it is easy, fun and creative.

In this video, we are going use this small e-paper display with Arduino for the first

time and talk about its advantages and disadvantages.

This display is small, it is 1.54inch, and it is relatively inexpensive.

It costs around 15$.

I will post a link to it in the description below.

I can hear you ask, is it really inexpensive?

It costs 15$ and it is so small!

You are right, it is very expensive for a tiny display like this, but you have to take

in consideration that it is an e-paper display, and e-paper displays are expensive.

For example this 4.3-inch e-paper display I reviewed a few years ago costs around $50!

For the first time, we now have access to smaller and cheaper e-paper displays.

So, we can now build low-cost projects which will use e-paper displays!

I am really excited about this.

But why use an e-paper display in a project?

E-Paper or Electronic paper are displays that unlike traditional LCD or OLED displays does

not emit light but reflect light.

It is like the ink on the paper.

This characteristic makes e-paper displays very comfortable to read, and they have excellent

readability under direct sunlight.

Another great thing about e-paper displays is that they can hold static text and images

for months without electricity!

Yes, that's correct, the display can show text and images even when it is off!

That makes e-paper displays ideal for low powered projects!

Unfortunately there are some disadvantages as well.

The price of e-paper display is still very high.

Another significant disadvantage is that e-paper displays take a lot of time to update, as

much as 2-3 seconds.

So, they are only helpful for static text and images and not animations.

Let's now see how to use this small e-paper display with Arduino.

The display offers a resolution of 200x200 pixels which is great and it uses the SPI

interface.

It is a 3.3V display so Vcc must be connected to the 3.3V output of the Arduino Uno.

The other pins of the display are 5V tolerant.

The next pin is GND and it goes to GND.

The third pin is named DIN and it goes to Digital Pin 11.

The fourth pin is CLK and it goes to Digital Pin 13.

The fifth pin (CS) goes to digital pin 10, the 6th pin to digital pin 9, the 7th pin

to digital pin 8 and the last pin to digital pin 7.

That's it, we are now ready to load a sketch to the Arduino and watch the display in action.

At first I am going to use the example the company that produces this display offers.

As you can see, this demo sketch uses 65% of the RAM memory of the Arduino Uno.

The demo sketch displays some graphics and text, but in my opinion, the most important

thing that it demonstrates is that it can update part of the display, without updating

the whole display.

This is very useful, because updating the whole display takes about 2 seconds and requires

a lot of current.

In contrast, updating part of the display is fast and it does not require a lot of current.

The biggest problem I face with this library is that it only supports a few fonts with

very small size.

This is the biggest font size we can use.

So if we need to use a bigger font size we are out of luck since I haven't found any

way to design my own fonts yet.

There is another library available though, which uses the popular Adafruit GFX library

which offers many great features like custom fonts.

I developed a simple sketch using this library which displays a small poem of Cavafy, my

favorite Greek poet.

You can find a link to the code of this example in a link in the description below.

As you can see, even a small project like this one which only displays a few lines of

text consumes 94% of the memory of the Arduino Uno.

This library needs a lot of memory, so for bigger projects, we need to use another board

with more memory like the ESP8266, the ESP32 or the STM32 board.

Another disadvantage of this library is that the partial screen update does not work very

well, yet.

It seems like the hardware is great, but it needs some time for the software for it to

mature.

Let's now measure the power consumption of the display.

When the display is updating it needs a lot of current, but I was not able to measure

exactly how much with this Multimeter.

I think it peaks around 7-8 mAs for a few seconds but this might be wrong.

When the display is not updating it draws around 0.02mAs.

This is so impressive!

This is the display with the lowest power consumption I have ever seen.

For comparison, the Nokia 5110 LCD display, my favorite low power display, uses around

0.4mA of current to operate.

Of course, the Nokia 5110 does not need 2 seconds to update, and it does not require

a lot of current to update.

But, if we want a display that is going to be updated once every few minutes, this e-paper

display is the best low-power solution we have right now!

As a final thought, I think this display is great!

The impressive low power consumption it offers will enable us to build impressive battery

powered projects.

Imagine projects that can run on batteries for years!

How cool is that?

There were no displays like these in the past in the market.

The big e-paper display that was available so far had an ARM processor in the back to

drive it, so it needed around 4mAs of current when it was not updating.

It was not battery friendly.

Now, that we have a really low power e-paper display we can build some amazing projects.

I am going to try to use it with the more advanced ESP32 board soon, and I will post

another video, so stay tuned!

Abracadabra and I remove my makeup

I have eyebrow and eye makeup, but the face is clean

I rub my face with Benton tonic and apply the serum

I usually apply makeup using my blend it sponge, so today I will do it on the half of my face

the #13 color is bright and fits even very light skin

I apply cushion with a dedicated sponge on the other half of the face

I'm not sure if it will be visible, but the sponge does not apply the product perfectly

the most problematic is in the nose area

when I try to apply more product, it disappears in batches from the face

in the end there is not much difference on the face, but I prefer to apply this cushion with my sponge Blend it

The second product is a lip tint in candy shape

I remove the cushion from the lips and apply the tint

the color is red and intense

the formula is creamy and very pleasant during application

lipstick looks very good even on very dry lips, like mine

Personally, I'm not a fan of red lips

because this color usually emphasizes the yellow color of the teeth and is too intense for my fair skin

in this case I didn't know which color to choose, because I didn't see the swatches

and I was looking in the dark, looking at the name

so I finally chose a random color #02 called strawberry

Honestly, I think that this color is not so bad, even for me :D

because it is not a very warm color

So I think that sometimes I will use this product because I like it very much, that it does not dry my lips

I have to look for the brand's offer and find a pink color :)

because I think it's really an interesting cosmetic, worth the price

this product is a tint so it stays on your lips for a long time

Now I will clean my lips and show you how it will look

I wash the lipstick with a cotton swab and micellar water

I think that this color looks really cool now

when wiping, I did not wipe the lipstick evenly, but when tint wipe himself, it looks really good all the time

thanks to the fact that it is a tint, the pigment stays on the lips and thanks to that it stays on for a very long time

I really like this lip product, although the color is not 100% good for me

About the second product, I think it's not a product for me

it is a delicate and highly moisturizing product as usually all BB creams

however, for my skin it is too moisturizing and I noticed that after a short time I start to shine

this problem is most apparent in the T zone

on the cheeks and chin is ok, but in T zone is not, because my skin is mixed type normal-oily

So I think that it is a product for people with a dry skin

but not necessarily for mixed and oily skin

I must also mention that the Case of this product is purchased separately and the cushion refill separately

if we finish the product, we can replace only the cushion, not the case

and I suppose that other cushion refills from the same company can also match this case

So I am glad that I haven't to throw away the pretty packaging

this version does not exactly suit me, but maybe it will be possible to match a different one, better for my skin

criteria for success

is the relationship you have

with one another.

If you get to recognition

by someone who is important

for you and you get recognition from

that person that's the best

definition of success.

But in a neoliberal system you're never going to get

recognition because I'm competing

with you.

Yes true.

And that's why this form of success

is so ephemeral it disappears

at the same moment that you have it

because it's never enough it has always to be

more than that.

So the bonus,

the trophy, the award,

the Oscar

or whatever it is it's a perpetual

loop. Are we starting to see that

this is a caricature now that this

system has become a caricature of itself?

More and more people are suffering the

consequences of it.

And I'm hoping that more

and more people will see the connection between

what they are experiencing

and the system as such

but there are still a lot of work necessary

for to like this kind of interview

to bring awareness to more people

because a number of them are not

aware of it or still thinking that they are

the failures.

And that has to do all

with the fact that

implicit in this system

is the introduction of shame.

In the Freudian times we were ashamed of our

body and of our sexuality.

Nowadays we are not successful.

So we feel ashamed about that.

So we're internalizing failures

not talking about it,

looking at other people who.

It's our failure.

So we personalize it,

which is quite an egotistical thing to do.

Then we look at other people who we percieve

as successful.

And that does what to us?

Well it keeps us silent.

And the fact that we are keeping

silent about it is probably

the strongest hindrance against

the awareness that it doesn't

affect the system.

The strange thing is that this

form of shame

and this implicit feeling

of failure is

even present on the highest levels.

Even someone who is obviously

very successful has the same problem.

As a psychotherapist,

I see people from the top level

and I see people from the gutter

do that very consciously because they want to

remain in touch with both of them.

What do you see? What are the universal aspects?

That's the strange thing is moral

is the same.

Even someone who is

really successful

and always considered to be successful

is deeply afraid

Actor Chris Evans believes his Marvel co-star Robert Downey Jr is "irreplaceable" as Iron Man and says no one else could play the iconic Iron Man better than him.

Downey Jr plays Tony Stark, the man with iconic suit of armour, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe that partially began with 2008 film Iron Man.

Evans portrays the role of Steve Rogers aka Captain America in the MCU.

Both the actors will reprise their respective roles in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4, which is rumoured to be their last film in the franchise.

Speaking with Comicbook.com, Evans said, "It's low-hanging fruit to say (Robert) Downey.

He's such a wonderful guy and is so talented, so experience, and so supportive.

He's always been in my corner and I've always felt supported by him.".

"No matter what it feels like for me, I try to imagine what it feels like for him, because he really did start this.

He really is so irreplaceable.

She Said Wedding Vows To Love Of Her Life, Just 18 Hours Later She Died From Breast Cancer

A couple remained together even before taking their vows.

When some relationships would've ended, David Mosher, 35, and Heather Lindsay, 31,

stayed true to the particular pledge of loving each other through sickness and health.

The Connecticut couple got to actually speak those vows just hours before Heather passed

away.

She lost her 1-year battle with breast cancer: "It was more like a funeral than a wedding,

to be honest.

It was the hardest hour of my life," David told InsideEdition.com.

David and Heather dated for two years when he finally decided it was time to pop the

question.

The big day was December 23rd, two days before Christmas, 2016.

Heather had a doctor's appointment that day.

There, she received the unthinkable news that she had an aggressive form of breast cancer.

Tragically, the disease had already spread to her lymph nodes.

This didn't stop David from proposing.

"I left the plans as they were.

I proposed to her.

"We had the toughest year of our life.

She struggled with her cancer through the traditional chemotherapy."

The two hoped and believed Heather's cancer was under control.

But last September, doctors broke the horrible news that it had spread to her brain and lungs.

"We realized [marriage] it was something that needed to happen because she probably

wasn't going to make it.

"They set their wedding date for December 30th, 2017.

As the special day drew closer, doctors at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford said Heather

probably wouldn't make it to see her wedding day.

So, the couple changed the date to December 22nd instead.

Dressed in her wedding gown, Heather was wheeled to the hospital's chapel in her hospital

bed where she and David exchanged their vows.

18 short hours later, Heather died.

Her funeral was held on the day she was to originally marry the love of her life.

"We had a great love," David said.

"Don't take your love for granted because it could be taken away."

Sage advice from a grief-stricken, heartbroken man.

Sometimes, we find that one person we're meant to love completely.

We might lose them all too soon.

While we had them in our lives, they changed us; they brought us joy, made us laugh and

showed us how to love.

FREERIDE VS FREESTYLE INLINE SKATES - Duration: 7:01.

hey guys it's me Tiago the french inline skater and today I was supposed to go to

the skate park but it's been raining for a few days and the floor is totally wet so I

have to switch to plan B! Today's video will be the difference between

FREERIDE skates and FREESTYLE skates.

the weather was extremely bad outside.. anyway let's continue the video

let's compare FREERIDE skates to FREESTYLE skates! what is the difference

between these two types of inline skates? before telling the difference let me

tell you what they have in common let's do this

among all the different types of inline skates, freeride and freestyle skates are

the categories that are the most similar. and let me you explain why.

if we compare them to Fitness skates they both come with a shorter wheelbase what

I mean by that, is when they come with shorter frames with wheels that are

extremely close to each other in order to improve maneuverability. they both

have been built with much tougher materials resulting on a better power

transfer and robustness because these are the types of skates you'll use to

do stunts and tricks with ,so you'll need more resistant skates!

they can also be tuned in almost every way and they are very customizable as well

you can remove and replace many parts of this skates with different colors for

example. now where is the real difference between these two types of inline

skates? is it just that freestyle skates are slimmer and have carbon fiber?

freeride skates usually come with a tough plastic hardshell boot with a removable

liner. this method has its advantages and its downfalls! I mean you

have the advantage of being able to replace the liners if they're worn out or if you

want to use a different model or brand. but it's an extra moving part of your

skates and it will reduce your precision a little bi. don't worry it's nothing

dramatic ! if you've never used a freestyle skate before chances are

you've never noticed that because in general the liners fit very well with the

boots! it's just that when you try to execute some precise tricks, you'll feel

a little difference between these two types of inline skates and the hardshell

boot makes your skate very resistant! you can fall and not be worried about your

skates! they have been built like a tank! we

have some exceptions like we've rollerblade metroblade GM for example!

non removable liner and carbon fiber base. on the other hand most

freestyle skates come if a semi soft boot with a non-removable liner!

we have some exceptions like seba high - not the high light nor the high light carbon,

but the regular high. this one has a removable liner the boots are made with

finer materials and carbon fiber is more present in this category . the boots are

also very close to your foot as well they are narrower but don't crush your

feet. now why do we use carbon fiber and non removable liners? I like to say that

freestyle skates are freeride skates on steroids!

they have been made for precision. they use carbon fiber and narrow boots with

built in liners in order to be the most precise possible. the carbon fiber makes

them extremely responsive to every movement of your body! it's so stiff that

everything will do will be directly transferred to the wheels. this is also

used for speed skates where the athletes want the best power transfer possible

this type of construction makes them lighter as well. now for the frames both

of these skates come with a very stiff frame that is very robust and deliver and

exelent power transfer and they are removable! you can replace them with other

models and brands! freeride skates usually come with 243mm

frames and 80 millimeters wheels. for freestyle skates size does

matter you will get different frame length depending on your skate size. for

example my skate size is 38 ( EUR ) and i used 231mm frames

with 76 millimeters wheels so i'll be able to have an adequate maneuverability

based on my size. many freestyle skaters also like to rocker their skates! they

usually use the Full Rocker. It's when you use a smaller wheel on the front and

back of your frames. with most frames you have to do it manually but some frames

already come with a full rocker effect. they are called pre-rockered frames

alright freeride skates and freestyle skates are very capable types of inline skates

even if they have been made with some disciplines in mind you can do almost

everything you want with these skates! don't be blocked by the names of the

categories, all right? most freeride skates are usually cheaper than freestyle skates

and they are very capable so I really recommend freeride skates to all the inline

skaters! and if you're hesitating on choosing your first pair of skates, I

recommend you to choose this category! I made a video where I suggest my

Arduino E-Paper Display Review ( Waveshare 1.54") - Duration: 7:06.

Dear friends welcome to another video!

In this video, we are going to take a first look at this small e-paper display I just

received.

There is a lot to cover so let's get started!

Hello, guys, I am Nick and welcome to educ8s.tv a channel that is all about DIY electronics

projects.

In this channel, I share everything about the projects I build to help you develop similar

projects or inspire you to start making things because it is easy, fun and creative.

In this video, we are going use this small e-paper display with Arduino for the first

time and talk about its advantages and disadvantages.

This display is small, it is 1.54inch, and it is relatively inexpensive.

It costs around 15$.

I will post a link to it in the description below.

I can hear you ask, is it really inexpensive?

It costs 15$ and it is so small!

You are right, it is very expensive for a tiny display like this, but you have to take

in consideration that it is an e-paper display, and e-paper displays are expensive.

For example this 4.3-inch e-paper display I reviewed a few years ago costs around $50!

For the first time, we now have access to smaller and cheaper e-paper displays.

So, we can now build low-cost projects which will use e-paper displays!

I am really excited about this.

But why use an e-paper display in a project?

E-Paper or Electronic paper are displays that unlike traditional LCD or OLED displays does

not emit light but reflect light.

It is like the ink on the paper.

This characteristic makes e-paper displays very comfortable to read, and they have excellent

readability under direct sunlight.

Another great thing about e-paper displays is that they can hold static text and images

for months without electricity!

Yes, that's correct, the display can show text and images even when it is off!

That makes e-paper displays ideal for low powered projects!

Unfortunately there are some disadvantages as well.

The price of e-paper display is still very high.

Another significant disadvantage is that e-paper displays take a lot of time to update, as

much as 2-3 seconds.

So, they are only helpful for static text and images and not animations.

Let's now see how to use this small e-paper display with Arduino.

The display offers a resolution of 200x200 pixels which is great and it uses the SPI

interface.

It is a 3.3V display so Vcc must be connected to the 3.3V output of the Arduino Uno.

The other pins of the display are 5V tolerant.

The next pin is GND and it goes to GND.

The third pin is named DIN and it goes to Digital Pin 11.

The fourth pin is CLK and it goes to Digital Pin 13.

The fifth pin (CS) goes to digital pin 10, the 6th pin to digital pin 9, the 7th pin

to digital pin 8 and the last pin to digital pin 7.

That's it, we are now ready to load a sketch to the Arduino and watch the display in action.

At first I am going to use the example the company that produces this display offers.

As you can see, this demo sketch uses 65% of the RAM memory of the Arduino Uno.

The demo sketch displays some graphics and text, but in my opinion, the most important

thing that it demonstrates is that it can update part of the display, without updating

the whole display.

This is very useful, because updating the whole display takes about 2 seconds and requires

a lot of current.

In contrast, updating part of the display is fast and it does not require a lot of current.

The biggest problem I face with this library is that it only supports a few fonts with

very small size.

This is the biggest font size we can use.

So if we need to use a bigger font size we are out of luck since I haven't found any

way to design my own fonts yet.

There is another library available though, which uses the popular Adafruit GFX library

which offers many great features like custom fonts.

I developed a simple sketch using this library which displays a small poem of Cavafy, my

favorite Greek poet.

You can find a link to the code of this example in a link in the description below.

As you can see, even a small project like this one which only displays a few lines of

text consumes 94% of the memory of the Arduino Uno.

This library needs a lot of memory, so for bigger projects, we need to use another board

with more memory like the ESP8266, the ESP32 or the STM32 board.

Another disadvantage of this library is that the partial screen update does not work very

well, yet.

It seems like the hardware is great, but it needs some time for the software for it to

mature.

Let's now measure the power consumption of the display.

When the display is updating it needs a lot of current, but I was not able to measure

exactly how much with this Multimeter.

I think it peaks around 7-8 mAs for a few seconds but this might be wrong.

When the display is not updating it draws around 0.02mAs.

This is so impressive!

This is the display with the lowest power consumption I have ever seen.

For comparison, the Nokia 5110 LCD display, my favorite low power display, uses around

0.4mA of current to operate.

Of course, the Nokia 5110 does not need 2 seconds to update, and it does not require

a lot of current to update.

But, if we want a display that is going to be updated once every few minutes, this e-paper

display is the best low-power solution we have right now!

As a final thought, I think this display is great!

The impressive low power consumption it offers will enable us to build impressive battery

powered projects.

Imagine projects that can run on batteries for years!

How cool is that?

There were no displays like these in the past in the market.

The big e-paper display that was available so far had an ARM processor in the back to

drive it, so it needed around 4mAs of current when it was not updating.

It was not battery friendly.

Now, that we have a really low power e-paper display we can build some amazing projects.

I am going to try to use it with the more advanced ESP32 board soon, and I will post

another video, so stay tuned!

Please, show me the Path to God. ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਇਹ ਜਿੰਦੜੀ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਣ ਕਰ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੀ। ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਦਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਵਿਖਾਲ ਦੇ। ਹਉ ਆਇਆ ਦੂਰਹੁ ਚਲਿ ਕੈ ਮੈ ਤਕੀ ਤਉ ਸਰਣਾਇ ਜੀਉ ॥ I have come so far, seeking the Protection of Your Sanctuary. ਮੈਂ ਦੁਰੇਡਿਉਂ ਟੁਰ ਕੇ ਆਈ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਪਨਾਹ ਤਕਾਈ ਹੈ। ਮੈ ਆਸਾ ਰਖੀ ਚਿਤਿ ਮਹਿ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਭੋ ਦੁਖੁ ਗਵਾਇ ਜੀਉ ॥ Within my mind, I place my hopes in You; please, take my pain and suffering away! ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਅੰਦਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਮੈਦ ਬੰਨ੍ਹੀ ਹੈ! ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਮੂਹ ਦੁਖੜਾ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ। ਇਤੁ ਮਾਰਗਿ ਚਲੇ ਭਾਈਅੜੇ ਗੁਰੁ ਕਹੈ ਸੁ ਕਾਰ ਕਮਾਇ ਜੀਉ ॥ So walk on this Path, O sister soul-brides; do that work which the Guru tells you to do. ਹੇ ਭੈਣੇ! ਤੂੰ ਜੋ ਇਸ ਰਾਹੇ ਟੁਰਦੀ ਹੈਂ ਤੂੰ ਉਹ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਦੇ ਹਨ। ਤਿਆਗੇਂ ਮਨ ਕੀ ਮਤੜੀ ਵਿਸਾਰੇਂ ਦੂਜਾ ਭਾਉ ਜੀਉ ॥ Abandon the intellectual pursuits of the mind, and forget the love of duality. ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਿੱਤ ਦੀ ਅਕਲ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰਸ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਾਂਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਦੇ। ਇਉ ਪਾਵਹਿ ਹਰਿ ਦਰਸਾਵੜਾ ਨਹ ਲਗੈ ਤਤੀ ਵਾਉ ਜੀਉ ॥ In this way, you shall obtain the Blessed Vision of the Lord's Darshan; the hot winds shall not even touch you. ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਦਾ ਦੀਦਾਰ ਪਾ ਲਵੇਂਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਗਰਮ ਹਵਾ ਤੱਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗੇਗੀ। ਹਉ ਆਪਹੁ ਬੋਲਿ ਨ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਮੈ ਕਹਿਆ ਸਭੁ ਹੁਕਮਾਉ ਜੀਉ ॥ By myself, I do not even know how to speak; I speak all that the Lord commands. ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਬੋਲਣਾ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ। ਮੈਂ ਸਮੂਹ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਉਚਾਰਨ ਹਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦਾ ਫੁਰਮਾਨ ਹੈ। ਹਰਿ ਭਗਤਿ ਖਜਾਨਾ ਬਖਸਿਆ ਗੁਰਿ ਨਾਨਕਿ ਕੀਆ ਪਸਾਉ ਜੀਉ ॥ I am blessed with the treasure of the Lord's devotional worship; Guru Nanak has been kind and compassionate to me. ਗੁਰੂ ਨਾਨਕ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਉਤੇ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਧਾਰੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਮਮਈ ਸੇਵਾ ਦਾ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਪਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈ ਬਹੁੜਿ ਨ ਤ੍ਰਿਸਨਾ ਭੁਖੜੀ ਹਉ ਰਜਾ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤਿ ਅਘਾਇ ਜੀਉ ॥ I shall never again feel hunger or thirst; I am satisfied, satiated and fulfilled. ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਕੇ ਤ੍ਰੇਹ ਅਤੇ ਭੁੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗੇਗੀ। ਮੈਂ ਧ੍ਰਾਪ, ਭਰਪੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹਾਂ। ਜੋ ਗੁਰ ਦੀਸੈ ਸਿਖੜਾ ਤਿਸੁ ਨਿਵਿ ਨਿਵਿ ਲਾਗਉ ਪਾਇ ਜੀਉ ॥੩॥ When I see a Sikh of the Guru, I humbly bow and fall at his feet. ||3|| ਜੇਕਰ ਮੈਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਲਵਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਨੀਵੀਂ ਝੁਕ ਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੈਰੀ ਪਵਾਂਗੀ।
