So today! tadaa I bought 7 packs of 8 takoyaki from Gindako totalling 56

and what I bought today are.... (she'll tell you again later)

you guys...... I had the toughest time choosing between these

chewy cheese mentaiko (fish egg) and these cheezy mentaiko (fish egg) they both look the same

but once I eat them I'll know which are better and which exact ones they are

these are my first takoyaki of 2018

I'm so excited.. takoyaki are so delish aren't they

and to top it off they're the famous Gindaco itadakimasu

lets kick things off with these 3rd gen onion n' mayo

they leveled up their onion n' mayo game

it must mean that somewhere out there are a first and second generation

its got onion and these bits of tempura batter on it... don't they look yummy

This combination of flavors Is a definite winner

the yummy tempura bits and that oniony flavor Strike such a perfect balance

The surface of these is so Nice and crispy

With a very soft and gooey interior And big plump pieces of octopus

Next. Are the limited release chewy cheese mentai (fish egg)

You just can't tell the difference between the two of these

this one is prolly the one with the chewy bits of mochi on it

I was right That combination of mochi and mentaiko is perfect

and y'all know you can't go wrong with cheese

These deep fried ones Tastes great with this flavoring

mochi + cheese

So what they did was take the regular cheese mentai and then covered it in mochi sauce

so its not like its packed with mochi in it but rather a nicely balanced flavor of cheese and mochi

The added shredded bits of seaweed taste great

These are the regular flavored ones with sauce

Such simple flavors Allowing the takoyaki flavors to shine through

next are teritama (egg)

that mellow sweetness from the egg goes so nicely with the rich teriyaki sauce

this will go great on almost anything

would probably taste great slapped into a sandwich

next up is onion n' octopus

it comes with a tempura dipping sauce that has grated radish in it

dip it

so nice and refreshing

rich flavored or refreshing or cheezy or mochi flaovrs... takoyaki go nicely with an infinite amount of flavors

its so yummy taking these piping hot takoyaki and dipping it into this cold sauce

last up are my faves from their regular menu... cheezy mentaiko

that rich cheese takoyaki taste so awesome with the mentako flavoring

these first gindako of 2018 were so yummy

the limited edition 3rd onion mayo....

and the mochi cheese mentaiko were so yummy its absurd they don't have it on

their main menu

its so sad to think that these flavors will go away soon

especially taking into the fact that there are no other things on their menu that resemble

the onion and mentaiko takoyaki I don't want them to disappear

all the takoyaki on their regular menu were very yummy as well

gindaco are always so nice and crispy and the soft gooey interiors with

such nice big plump bits of octopus the'yre so darn yummy

So lets start with today's video

lets start with the making of this t-shirt

First of all i'm taking A4 size sheet and fold it

now i'm drawing a half heart shape on this paper

now i'm cutting this shape with the scissor

by folding the safforn cloth i'm putting this shape on saffron cloth and draw the shape on cloth

Now i'm cutting the cloth

You can see the beautiful saffron heart shape

Now i'm drawing again 1 inch small size of heart shape on that same paper

cut this with scissor

Take a white cloth and fold it

put the cutting heart shape on this cloth

draw the same shape on this white cloth

draw the small size heart for the green cloth

You can see our three colours of heart is ready

I'm using same colour of Pom Poms for this heart

Apply some fabric glue on white heart

and paste it on the center of the orange heart

just like this paste the green heart on white heart

Now we paste pom poms

on the green cloth we are pasting green pom poms

on the white cloth paste white pom poms

press it by hands and leave it for 5 minutes

if u want u can use orange or green tshirt for this DIY

and valentines day is coming if u want you can use your favourite choice of pom poms and make a heart shape DIY T-shirt

and now paste orange pom poms on saffron cloth

[4K] Forza Horizon XBOX ONE X vs XBOX ONE Review ( Frame Rate, Resolution, Textures ) - Duration: 3:14.

This is VertexGaming, and today we will find out if the original Forza Horizon looks better

on the Xbox one x compared to the Xbox one.

Forza Horizon was a generational leap of it's time when it came to open world arcade racing

games.

Now, almost two console generations later, how does it's Xbox one x emulation stack

up against the original Xbox one?

Let's start with the frame rate.

The original title was locked to 30 frames per second.

From what we see in the footage, it is the case right now as well.

Remember, that according to Microsoft they are not modifying the game code for their

backwards compatible titles, they simply tailor the emulation to run the game as it was originally

intended.

How about the resolution?

The original idea of the backwards compatibility is for the titles to hit the maximum render

resolution they were intended for.

From this footage, we could tell that Forza Horizon isn't running at 4K; in fact, there

doesn't seem to be any difference in resolution between the two versions.

What about the textures?

Xbox backwards compatibility was given the capability to overwrite all bilinear and all

trilinear fetches to be anisotropic.

Then all anisotropic filtering was dialed all the way to the max.

As you can see here, there is indeed a small difference in the amount of detail to textures

when viewed under sharpe angles.

So, in conclusion, we can say that Forza Horizon on the Xbox one x is just as fun to play as

it was on each one the previous gen consoles.

With very minor improvements to color depth and the addition of anisotropic filtering,

it is clear that the Xbox one x version of Forza Horizon is the best version available

yet, by a very thin margin.

This concludes my quick analysis of the original Forza Horizon game on the xbox one x.

So today! tadaa I bought 7 packs of 8 takoyaki from Gindako totalling 56

and what I bought today are.... (she'll tell you again later)

you guys...... I had the toughest time choosing between these

chewy cheese mentaiko (fish egg) and these cheezy mentaiko (fish egg) they both look the same

but once I eat them I'll know which are better and which exact ones they are

these are my first takoyaki of 2018

I'm so excited.. takoyaki are so delish aren't they

and to top it off they're the famous Gindaco itadakimasu

lets kick things off with these 3rd gen onion n' mayo

they leveled up their onion n' mayo game

it must mean that somewhere out there are a first and second generation

its got onion and these bits of tempura batter on it... don't they look yummy

This combination of flavors Is a definite winner

the yummy tempura bits and that oniony flavor Strike such a perfect balance

The surface of these is so Nice and crispy

With a very soft and gooey interior And big plump pieces of octopus

Next. Are the limited release chewy cheese mentai (fish egg)

You just can't tell the difference between the two of these

this one is prolly the one with the chewy bits of mochi on it

I was right That combination of mochi and mentaiko is perfect

and y'all know you can't go wrong with cheese

These deep fried ones Tastes great with this flavoring

mochi + cheese

So what they did was take the regular cheese mentai and then covered it in mochi sauce

so its not like its packed with mochi in it but rather a nicely balanced flavor of cheese and mochi

The added shredded bits of seaweed taste great

These are the regular flavored ones with sauce

Such simple flavors Allowing the takoyaki flavors to shine through

next are teritama (egg)

that mellow sweetness from the egg goes so nicely with the rich teriyaki sauce

this will go great on almost anything

would probably taste great slapped into a sandwich

next up is onion n' octopus

it comes with a tempura dipping sauce that has grated radish in it

dip it

so nice and refreshing

rich flavored or refreshing or cheezy or mochi flaovrs... takoyaki go nicely with an infinite amount of flavors

its so yummy taking these piping hot takoyaki and dipping it into this cold sauce

last up are my faves from their regular menu... cheezy mentaiko

that rich cheese takoyaki taste so awesome with the mentako flavoring

last one itadakimasu

these first gindako of 2018 were so yummy

the limited edition 3rd onion mayo....

and the mochi cheese mentaiko were so yummy its absurd they don't have it on

their main menu

its so sad to think that these flavors will go away soon

especially taking into the fact that there are no other things on their menu that resemble

the onion and mentaiko takoyaki I don't want them to disappear

all the takoyaki on their regular menu were very yummy as well

gindaco are always so nice and crispy and the soft gooey interiors with

such nice big plump bits of octopus the'yre so darn yummy

can start thinning out and that's because our hormones are changing and we

can be kind of stressed and everything's sort of different so hair loss can

happen because of stress it can happen because of when we have babies and it

can also be times when you're not eating properly and your body's not getting the

nutrition it needs so I found out about hair loss the hard way because when I

had my third son or after I had my third son my hair does fell out like in clumps

I pull my hair and every day I was getting these big clumps of hair and I

was just mortified and it just happened every single day so I started reading

about what to do about it and the first thing I did way back then was I changed

my shampoos to sulfate free and quite soon after I did this the hair loss was

less so there has to be something in that for sure and today I use I've

always used sulfate free since I've had kids shampoo and I believe that there's

a lot of magic in that I used behave which is perfect from

kind of here which is course kind of wiry sick here and there's lots of

different brands that you can try and the sulfates that go into your shampoos

actually foam them up and you get this beautiful foamy clean feeling when

you're washing your hair which is beautiful but it contributes to hair

fall out so I don't know try that if your hair's not perfect at the moment

because it did make a huge difference for me but the products that I take

internally I've haven't been taking for that long and the hair growth the

thickness has been like something that I've really noticed because you know

when you start using things and you think oh I don't really know if it's

working well this you do this is a definite yep it's working and I'm going

to keep doing it and lots of studies have proven that what we're putting into

our body actually shows up on everything on the outside so the first thing I use

is biotin and biotin is b7 vitamin b7 and the body needs b7 to help work on

the proteins to convert so that you've got your hair can grow and when we're

depleted in our B vitamins due to stress and due to poor nutrition that's one of

the things is why our hair falls out so we've kind of got to build it up again

build our proteins inside our body so that everything can work properly and

it's kind of really aging to be depleted in biotin or your B vitamins because

it's aging and it affects the skin and the hair and your nails and you just

feel like you're not at your optimal so biotin works it really does I use I'm

just trying this one this is 5,000 MCG so it's kind of strong

and I've only decided using this one the one that I normally use I'll show you a

picture of which has been great I've been using that for about eight months

or maybe longer than that but still it works so this everyday and secondly I

use collagen every single day twice a day for my hair and my skin and I use

perfect hydrolyzed collagen and the reason I use this one is because when I

found out about the benefits of collagen for hair and skin and how it helps build

the proteins inside your body to back to optimal because when we age our collagen

kind of goes to sleep it's finished it doesn't want to do anything else so it

needs to be woken up and and replenished so that it can regrow and keep

stimulating inside of our body to help all the things that show aging which is

hair nails skin all of those things and perfect hydrolyzed collagen the company

it's it's pure it's a pure source of of collagen and there's no fillers so when

fillers are in products like this I'm really hesitant to use them because

you're just putting more toxins into your body and we don't want that so try

collagen every day it's great for everything it'll help your skin and it

definitely helps sort of bring fullness back into your hair and as I said it

doesn't really take that long and yep it's it definitely works okay the third

thing I use is vitamin b3 and this particular it's called nice and I get

this from a compound pharmacy that's why the label is kind of generic but the

reason I get it compounded is because I like to get an eco tonic flush

and this is a hundred milligrams so if you want the flush which is great you've

got to get a hundred milligrams but it could be kind of strong if you're

already taking medication for blood thinning or something like that so use

with caution if you're on medication ask your doctor but I found this by

accident because I was reading a natural health book and it was it came up as a

solution for digestion and what happens when you have a nikkie tonic flush your

body every part of your body goes bright red and what happens is inside your body

all of your nerves stand up to attention over there all activated and it

oxygenates your blood and when you have a flush you'll you'll see yeah okay this

is what's happening everything's kind of alive and awake and it freaks you out

when you first have one because you don't it's hot and it's full-on but the

benefits are amazing so I started this for digestion and then more and more

research I found that it is kind of a miracle tonic because vitamin b3

actually can really really help with depression and anxiety and hair growth

sheets and everything and after about a month of sleeping on the pillowcases all

of the hair at the because I wear my hair in a ponytail so all of the hair at

the back got kind of ripped and I had all these flyaways at the back and I

realized this must be because because the linen is kind of harsh

it's it's it's I don't know textured and it was

must have been rubbing against my hair so that wrecked the back of my hair

where my ponytail was anyway I bought the silk pillowcase and yes it is so

much better for your hair and if you blow dry your hair and sleep on a silk

pillowcase your hair's smoother but in the next morning for sure 100% it works

if silk pillowcases work for your skin and your face and you have less wrinkles

please let me know anyway oh and then one other quick thing that I found for

length is I used to get my hair trimmed like this much every six weeks and then

I stopped doing it every six weeks and got my hair trimmed every second cut so

every 12 weeks and that made my hair grow much quicker because it wasn't

being cut every time and I didn't get split ends because I'm using all this

beautiful nutrition inside my body and proteins and collagen and everything so

it worked so if you cut your hair less and just get a nice cut on this on the

second visit that will help grow it longer okay

What Are The Best Sources For Finding Motivated Seller Leads? - Duration: 6:38.

Hey, it's Joe.

Welcome back.

This question is from Andrew.

It says, "This is Andrew from Baltimore.

My question is I've been through your mentor program and have some success with the For

Rent Method, but I'm looking to start doing some of your other zero down methods.

One thing that still confuses me is what type of sellers or people would we approach to

make these zero down offers?

Would it be FSBO's, absentee owners, foreclosures, and any of these?

What is the best source to find these leads and make immediate zero down offers whether

it be through Zillow or craigslist or any of these other sources?"

My main lead source is through craigslist.

We just scrap craigslist and we send a text to all those people and say, "Would you

consider selling your home rent to buy rather than selling it outright?"

And when we do that we get responses.

And some of them will say, "Yeah, I would consider that."

Some of them, most of them, most of the responses we get are "No."

Eighty percent of them are "No, I'm not interested in that."

But that twenty, ten to twenty percent that we get that say "yes" or "maybe" or

"I don't quite understand" or "How does that work?" or, "Yes, I'd do it

if you get me $20,000 down," you know, those are the people that we talk to.

And having those leads like that that are already prequalified on some level, then we

can get on the phone and we can walk them through their options and selling their property.

Those people are, everybody that's on craigslist selling for sale by owner doesn't really

know what they're doing.

Eighty-five to ninety-five percent of for sale by owners don't succeed.

So just the fact that they're on craigslist trying to sell for sale by owner proves to

us that they don't really have a clue on how to get this property sold.

They do have other options and that's what we have to help them understand.

They have the option of listing it with a realtor.

That might be a better option for them.

They have the option of, if we do it as a lease option.

Or maybe we want to take it as a subject to, or a land contract or an assignable cash deal.

They have the option of giving it back to the bank and going through a short sale and

foreclosure.

They have the option of selling it to us for cash for dramatically under market value.

They have those options and we can tell them all their options and we can tell them all

their options and then they can decide, based on the options that we're giving them.

And, by the way, the options that we give them are probably the same options that they

would get from anybody who is knowledgeable except for a realtor who's going to tell

them the only thing that they can do is sell it through a realtor.

But that's not the only way.

There are better options for them and there's ways for them to make more money if they do

it through us.

We're not only going to make them more money, but we're also going be – we're not

only going to be able to help the people that need our help, they can sell it without a

realtor, but we can also help the people who want to make more money and that's the beauty

of a process like this.

So that lead source is, I believe, the best source.

It's also a good source for using the other zero down structures because not everybody

is going to want to do a lease option.

But they might do a subject to or they might do a multi mortgage or a land contract or

contract for deed or an assignable cash deal.

They might do any of those types of structures with us and if that's the case, then we

can, we can engineer those deals one by one as we're talking to those people and we

find out what their needs are.

We're acting as a diagnostician.

We're asking them questions about their situation, about their property, about their

mortgage, about their payment, and once we have all the information we need, and by the

way, those questions are all in the Automarketer.

There's a list of questions that you can fill out a form, and then you'll have all

that information in front of you and you can make an offer based on having the right information.

You know, if you got a doctor, and you say, "Doctor, my stomach hurts, can you help

me?" and he's not going to say, "Well, here, take this."

He's going to say, "Well, what about this, and what about this?"

And he's going to ask you questions and he's going to find out what that problem

is.

And once he figures out what the problem is, then he's going to make a recommendation.

Then he's going to, you know, give you the prescription that you need in order to solve

the problem.

An that's exactly how we're working.

We're going to find out what the problem is, we're going to listen to them.

We're going to take that information and we're going to analyze the deal and then

we're going to make an offer based on what we can do and then also tell them the other

options that they have so if they want to go a different direction they can do that

as well.

This builds enormous trust with people.

It's also I think, the right thing to do.

Now, you're not going to get every deal this way, but a lot of times I've found

that people would prefer to work with you than do it the other way.

And, the thing that we're offering will actually make them more money in most cases

than any other option that they have.

So these are good options to be able to offer people as they're going through it.

Now, the other types of lead sources that I go after are absentee owners, absentee owners

can be wonderful for these types of under market value properties and expired properties,

if you go after expireds you know, a lot of those people can do lease options or, you

know, a lot of reasons that they don't sell is because they didn't drop their price

enough.

But you can get them full price for their property without them paying any realtor fees

by doing, simply doing a lease option.

So expireds are a good source of leads.

Just be careful, especially if you're an agent, you know, in contacting expired listings.

Make sure that you're not contacting people that have relisted with another agent.

You don't want to step on the toes of another agent.

They'll just cause you pain and cause you trouble and you don't, it's just the wrong

thing to do, anyway.

So stay away from stepping on the toes of realtors.

There's also other lead sources.

We scrape craigslist but Zillow is out there and you can go through Zillow and get for

sale by owners, Trulia is out there.

Those are good sources as well.

So you could go through and manually do cold calls.

You know, I like doing the Automarketer because it sends out and gets back responses and we

get a lot more "yes" responses so we call those directly, instead of calling somebody

cold – they don't know what you're calling about.

Most of them are going to say, "No."

So you have to do a lot more dialing.

But it's free.

You know, get on the phone, you can open up craigslist and you start going down that list

and dialing them, say, "Would you consider selling your home rent to buy rather than

selling it outright?"

And you're going to find people.

So, this deal, and that's the way we used to do it before the Automarketer.

The Automarketer made it a lot easier because it does all that for us and then we only have

to deal with the low hanging fruit, the people that are serious and ready to go.

Anyway.

1- So the meeting between the delegations from the two Koreas and Olympic officials

in Switzerland wrapped up over the weekend.

Tell us more about what came

out

of that meeting.

2- Now, a seven-person delegation from North Korea,

led by the head of the regime's Moranbong Band, Hyon Song-wol, was scheduled to cross

the border into South Korea on Saturday,... but the plan was abruptly cancelled the evening

before.

But then Hyon and the delegation ended up crossing the border on Sunday.

3- The South Korean government has demanded a reason

for the rescheduling of the visit from North Korea but there hasn't been any clear response

to this from the North.

What can we make of this?

4- So Seoul will be dispatching an advance inspection team to North Korea on Tuesday...

for two nights and three days.

What will the inspection team be doing there?

5- What significance does the joint cultural event in the Mount Kumgang region hold in

regards to inter-Korea relations?

6- There are also questions over whether the Gyeongui line.... and the overland route on

the East Sea coast or the Donghae line will re-open?

7- What about the military talks that the two Koreas agreed to hold during their first

inter-Korea meeting on January 9th?

What's the latest on that?

8- Eyes are also on what path the two Koreas will take *after the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.

For now, South Korea and the U.S. have postponed their joint military

drills until April... but there's a chance of further provocations from the North if

Seoul and Washington resume their drills.

9- According to government sources...

North Korea plans to host a series of military events for the 70th anniversary of the foundation

of the Korean People's Army in Pyongyang.... just one day before the opening of the Pyeongchang

Olympics.

What could be the reason behind this?

10- Critics say that although talks on the Olympics with North Korea have been going

smoothly... we can't let our guard down considering that North Korea has threatened to withdraw

from the Olympics and has strongly criticized President Moon Jae-in for his latest remarks

on unwavering sanctions on North Korea's nuclear development.

What are some existing concerns over the North participating in the Pyeongchang Winter Games?

11- There's still

some controversy and even opposition from within South

Korea

over North Korea

taking part in the Olympics.
