Kaki Katsu Don♪ ～Fried oyster rice bowl～

I would appreciate it if you could add subtitles for my video!

Make bonito broth.

Boil 1000 ml of water.

Put 20 g of bonito flakes.

Leave it for 5 minutes.

Drain and bonito broth is done.

Make Don Tsuyu.

45 ml of sake

45 ml of mirin.

Burn off the alcohol.

180 ml of bonito broth.

1 tsp of sugar.

45 ml of soy sauce.

Once it's boiling, Don Tsuyu is done.

Prepare oyster.

Oyster from Miyagi Prefecture.

1 tbsp of coarse sea salt.

1.5 tbsp of potato starch.

Mix lightly for 10 seconds.

Put 50 ml of water and mix gently for 30 seconds.

Make about 3 % salt water.

Rinse it.

Drain and dry well with paper towels.

Beat an egg.

Coat oyster with some flour.

Cover it in beaten egg and Panko.

Cut 1/4 of white leek thinly.

Cut 1/4 of onion thinly.

Beat an egg lightly.

Make Kaki Fry.(fried oyster)

Deep fry at 180℃（356F）.

Leave it in oil without turning over for 30 seconds..

After 30 seconds, move the Kaki Fry slightly to prevent from burning.

Deep fry it for about 2 minutes.

Scoop out any panko left in the oil after each katsu is fried.

Deep-fry as well.

Let sit for 3 minutes to cook through with the residual heat.

Freshly kaki fry is of course for me to taste.

Delicious.

Next, enjoy with Tonkatsu sauce.

Very hot but tasty.

Cooking.

Some onion.

Some white leek.

Put 80 ～100 ml of Don Tsuyu.

Turn on the burner.

Pour beaten egg after boiling.

Put Kaki Fry.

Put a lid and cook for 15 seconds.

Put on freshly cooked rice!

Garnish with Mitsuba leaves.

It's ready to eat♪

may be better off without that while

Western nations still have the power to

maintain our world order

it's unclear whether we have the will

all of us must accept our share of blame

for this turn of events we grow

complacent we made mistakes at times we

try to do too much and others failed to

do enough we lost touch with many of our

people we've been too slow to recognize

and respond to their hardships we need

the base up to these realities but this

does not mean losing hope and retreating

that we must not do i know i know there

is profound concern across Europe in the

world that America is laying down the

mantle of global leadership I can only

speak for myself but I do not believe

that that is the message you will hear

from all of the American leaders who

cared enough to travel here to Munich

this weekend

that's what not not the message you

heard today from Secretary of Defense

Jim mattis that's not the message you

will hear from vice president Mike Pence

that's not the message you will hear

from Secretary of Homeland Security John

Kelly and that is certainly not the

message you'll hear tomorrow from our

bipartisan congressional delegation make

no mistake my friends these are

dangerous times but you should not count

America out and mission

and we should not count each other out

we must be proven but we cannot bring

our hands and wallow in self doubt we

must appreciate the limits of our power

but we cannot allow ourselves to

question the rightness and goodness of

the West must understand and learn from

our mistakes but we cannot be paralyzed

by fear we cannot give up on our shelves

and on each other that is the definition

of decadence and that's how world

order's really do decline and fail that

is exactly what our adversaries one this

is their goal they have no meaningful

allies so they seek to show to send

among us and divide us from each other

they know that their power and influence

inferior to ours so they seek to subvert

us and wrote our resolve to resist and

terrorize us in the facility they know

they have little to offer the world

beyond selfishness and fear so they seek

to undermine our confidence in ourselves

and our belief in our who values we must

take our own side in this fight

we must be vigilant we must persevere

and through all and all we must never

custom emblems was actually live

momentarily that is it was life and you

Oh, no! The Gobi Jerboa!

This is the Gobi Jerboa

It is a species of Jerboa that is nocturnal

and most commonly found in the Gobi Desert

Otherwise, they live in deserts and steppes

In China and Mongolia

However

they can live in other sandy environments as well

such as the Great Lakes Depression in Mongolia

Now, most Jerboas are herbivores

but some are omnivores as well

Some prefer insects when they find it on the ground

and they mostly get their water from their food sources

for there is not a lot of water

They might even go their whole life without drinking free water

Some predators of the Jerboa are

Foxes

Owls

Cats

And Jackals

Gobi Jerboas that live in cold deserts will hibernate in the winter

The Jerboas that live in hot deserts will go into a state of torpor

Torpor is basically inactivity in an animal

due to reduced body temperatures

The Gobi Jerboa's most important niche is to reproduce

and this happens mostly during May

and August

It also has very good dim-lit vision

since it is nocturnal

and it can run up to 15 miles per hour when being chased by a predator

It can hear very well, and has a good sense of smell

And who can forget about those long hind legs?

The legs can be up to more than 4 times the length of the arms

These legs allow them to jump several feet

both vertically and horizontally

In all, the niches of the Gobi Jerboa are to

reproduce, to find food, and to hide and flee from predators

There's a problem here

I need to see if these Gobi Jerboas are generalists or specialists

Each expert will only reveal one piece of information

since they don't want to other expert to steal their research

Gobi Jerboas are omnivores

They don't prefer insects, but they will eat them when found
