Youtube daily report w Feb 18 2017

Hello.

Are you SPORT SCIENCE.

Topic of this issue us in the comments below

Video offered Igor, for which a special thank you to him.

They topic was proposed blood thinners on the course,

However, the viscosity adjustment Blood will be useful to anyone

person regardless from his sport

or receive any It was drugs.

First of all, everyone it should be understood that

with an increase in viscosity blood in humans significantly

increased occurrence of risks cardiovascular diseases,

thrombus formation, leading to strokes.

Disrupted tissue respiration and tissue oxygen saturation

and nutrients.

The main features at which you can imagine

such a violation at They are fatigue,

sleepiness and violation memory.

In our blood viscosity greatly influenced by

food.

Elevated cholesterol significantly reduces its

fluidity.

Promote blood thinners vegetable products

origin such as watermelon, cucumbers and the like

them.

Consuming sufficient water man

also contributes to the regulation blood viscosity, allowing

body function in normal mode.

Moreover, utmost attention pay for quality and

the purity of water consumed.

Lack produced enzymes, organisms so

also reduces blood flow, saturating

its oxidized products the collapse of the protein and lipid

molecules.

Another factor causing increased blood viscosity

It is parasites in organism.

The doctors of antiquity used bleeding, and very

often resorted to leeches.

This allowed us to reduce the risk blood clots and reduce the

arterial pressure.

By the way people who are Blood donors can feel

similar positive effects on themselves.

Video of the combined studies Sport and blood donation

you can find in our website link will be in the description

video.

Our blood is such characteristic of her

acidity.

It is rated on a scale pH.

In the normal state of the body regulates the acid-alkaline level

environment, but it is fragile the balance is easily disturbed

in the case where the viscosity blood exceeds allowable

limits.

Some researchers offered neutralize

acid using conventional baking soda.

They experiments We proved that displaces soda

pH to the alkaline side, reducing thus excessive acidity.

However, scientists do reservation - Such a procedure can be

conduct only If the pH of your blood

It shifted to the acid side.

The process of formation of blood clots It runs mostly

at night time.

At high risk of thrombosis to the rescue

Aspirin, which is in contact directly into the bloodstream begins

platelet interaction - Cells responsible

for thrombosis.

At high risk of thrombosis advised to take

aspirin at doses overnight from 75 to 150 mg.

As we have said in one from stories about aspirin

it has side effects as irritation of the mucous

stomach membranes.

Reduce blood viscosity freshly squeezed juices help.

One cup a day will quite enough.

Positive effects are due to the effects of

vitamins and minerals, contained therein.

In this regard, preference should be given citrus

- Grapefruit, orange and lemon.

For tomato lovers Juice is good news - it

also has a positive effect on viscosity

blood.

Very useful is the addition of garlic in your diet.

Excessive intake of carbohydrates and a surplus of concentrated sugar

blood, but on the other hand salt It makes it more fluid.

Blood thinners as well great help to individuals

load.

Can also be used heparin or its analogs,

or warfarin.

However, taking these drugs It must take place exclusively

under the supervision of the attending physician.

How to improve your English with MUSIC and MOVIES! - Duration: 12:56.

To be, or not to be - that is the...

Hi. James from engVid.

Just practicing my Shakespeare.

Well, not really.

I just wanted to show you acting.

Acting, being an actor can be a good way to learn English.

And today I want to show you two fun ways to practice English doing things you already

love to do.

Okay?

So, let's go to the board.

Mr. E is saying: "I sound like Madonna!"

That's not here yet, but that'll be the second one, but today or right now this part of the

lesson is about movies, acting.

What we want you to do or what I want you to do is go find a movie you love in English.

I'm sure there's...

If you're watching me, I'm sure you've watched some English television program or movie.

I mean, I'm speaking a lot of English so I know you're used to it.

What I...

What I want you to do is pretend you are an actor in a movie, and we're going to take

a few steps to get there.

So the first thing is: Pick a movie that you love watching, because some of you watch it

again and again. Star Wars, yeah, yeah?

Or Harry Potter, if that's still out there, or Bond, James Bond.

Right? Any of those movies.

Okay, so you pick your movie.

The second thing I want you to do is go through the movie and watch the scenes you love the

best when the actor says something like:

"Punk, do you feel lucky, punk? Well, do ya?"

And then pick a couple of those scenes.

All right?

The third thing I want you to do is go to this part, and it's i-m...

It's www.imsdb.com.

It's where you get scripts.

Now, right now you're probably going: "What's a script?"

Well, in music the words in the music are called lyrics. Okay?

So when you're looking at the words in a song they're called the lyrics.

But when you're looking at the words in a movie, it's from a script.

And one actor has his part in a script, another actor has her part in a script.

And these are the lines they say.

This particular website has amazing amount...

An amazing amount of movies with scripts, so you can go and find any of the latest ones,

like of Jason Bourne, or I'm trying to think of something that came out.

I don't know when you're going to see this, so just say Harry Potter, maybe Ironman. Okay?

Go check it out, you'll see the scripts, you can go and look at it.

The reason why I asked you up here is to pick out scenes is you can go to the scene on the

script where it may say: "Car chase scene", "Gun scene", "Kissing scene", and you can

look at it, and all of the words the actors say are there.

Because I know sometimes you don't know what the actor is actually saying.

Sometimes we have what's called relaxed speech.

In relaxed speech, they might say: "What do you want?" and it comes out: "Whatda ya want?"

And you're like: "What?" It's English.

Now, we have a video on relaxed speech, you can go and check it out, and it will explain:

"Whatda ya want?" and other ones. Okay?

So, the lines that will be there, you might notice a big difference between what the actor

says and what is actually written for what you should explain or you should understand.

Okay?

This is good, it's going to help you with your ears as well.

There's a thing you can pick up from listening.

Okay? So we want to look at the scripts and then listen.

Now, watch the movie at your favourite part.

So now you've got the script in your hand, you're going to watch that part. Read.

Here's the funny thing, a lot of times people read when they're watching a movie, like they

read the subtitles-you know the little words?-and they think:

"My listening is good because I understand."

No, you're reading, but it does help because it helps you put a picture, a word picture

to the words you're hearing.

And we're much better with pictures.

Think of it this way: Have you ever walked up to someone and said: "I remember your name,

but I don't remember your face."

No, you don't do that.

We always remember faces and we forget names.

Those kind of words and sounds are hard to remember, but the picture we always keep.

Seeing a word picture or a word "dog" and then seeing a dog is easier to remember dog

and the picture of the dog together.

So now you get to look at the words, and see them, and see the person saying it.

It's easier for you to remember, or another word is recall.

Okay? So watch that a couple of times.

Watch how they say it, watch their mouths and read the words.

Try to get it at the same speed so as you're reading, they're talking.

Cool?

Now, here's the fun part.

I want you to repeat the script with the movie.

So if we were doing this now, if I were saying: "How are you, brown cow?"

You would be reading: "How are you, brown cow?" and you try and copy me.

So if I went: "How are you, brown cow?"

you'd have to say: "How are you, brown cow?

How are you, brown cow?

How are you, brown cow?"

And so you can match me.

The funny thing about trying to copy someone is that you stop thinking in your language,

and as you're trying to copy your accent will drop off, especially when you're trying to

match their speed.

And you'll notice that your accent is gone and you sound more like an American, or an

Englishman, or I don't know, a person from Vietnam.

Be careful which language you pick.

I might say: Pick American/British actors first.

You don't want to sound like a Russian.

Okay?

Russian is very good, I like them a lot, they're good people, but if you're trying to learn

English accent like American, it's not good way to start.

Okay?

So after you get good at the English and Americans, then pick your French accent.

Yes, you can be a lover.

Or an Italian accent.

But first, English and American.

Okay? So try and match the speed and the way that the other speaker

or the actor is speaking. Okay?

Now, copy the actor as much as possible, maybe even a gesture, because sometimes using your hands...

Like when some people, they talk like this, they start acting like...

And the accent comes out because they know it's a different culture.

I know it's crazy, but just try it.

It's fun. What's the worst that can happen?

You watch your favourite movie.

Now, there are a couple of things I want to talk about very quickly on this.

Number one, share the fun.

You can have a friend get another part of the movie and you can talk to each other.

-"Hey, Johnny, what's going on?"

-"Yeah, Beany, I haven't seen you in a while."

-"Johnny, I told you, don't call me B-..."

See? And you can have fun together.

Laugh, watch a movie, have some fun, work on your English, getting rid of that accent.

Okay? Cool?

And the second thing is: Look for language or I say sound patterns.

"Whatda ya" is "What do you?"

How we have some words that have certain patterns that are repeated again and again.

By watching the movie again and again, that part, you'll start learning these sound patterns

and you'll notice you don't have to say each word.

How do I know you're not a native English speaker?

You say to me: "What are you doing, teacher?"

instead of: "Whatda ya doing, teacher?"

See?

A sound pattern.

And you can take that: "Whatda ya" for many things.

Cool?

All right. I promised you one fun way, and I'm sure you're enjoying watching your movie.

You're looking forward to the second one?

Let's do it.

[Snaps]

All right, so we did movies and you were an actor, and I want to add on something a little

different now.

I want to sing.

Life is a mystery, you probably don't know what I'm doing.

It's my horrible Madonna rendition.

Madonna, don't be angry.

Okay, I just drop that.

Anyway, the second way to get really good at sounding like a native spinger...

Spinger?

Spinger.

Speaker is to sing.

Why?

With the acting, a lot of movies are based on everyday events.

I don't care if it's Star Wars or somewhere else, they still talk about eating, going

to the washroom, and problems and relationships.

So a lot of the normal vocabulary and verbiage we use, they use in the movies.

They have to.

If they started talking about exponential quantum...

And that's all, people would stop watching, they wouldn't understand it.

So that's a reason...

A good reason to go to movies.

It gives you a lot of useful everyday phrases that you can take and use.

Singing is different.

I want to do this for a different reason.

It's the difficulty with language.

Saying: "I love you" is easy, but: "I love you" is hard.

It makes you really, really take time to exaggerate the sound and learn the sound.

Because when I say: "learn", I have to shape my mouth.

I'm more conscious of what I'm doing or I know what I'm doing, and because of that I

can repeat it.

Ah, yeah. See?

When you go: "Ohhhh", then you can make a perfect "oh" any time.

Say: "Uh", and you have no idea what you just did.

So, let's go to the board.

Sing for your supper.

We like to say over here: "Sing for your supper" is if you want to eat, you got to do something,

you got to work.

And this one's going to be a bit more work.

Still going to be fun, though.

The first thing I want you to do is think about all...

Think about all of those songs, English songs you sing.

And I love it because I have a lot of students, and I find it amazing how someone who can

talk like this all the time suddenly when they get a song they sound like this:

"I'm singing in the rain".

You're like: "Where are you from, man?

You don't sound like..."

They drop their accent because they copy the singer.

And because it's difficult to sing what the singer is doing, they actually learn something

new, they change what they've been taking in.

They become much more flexible with language.

So get one of your favourite songs.

Right? Pick one or two you want to work with, because yes, as much as it's fun, it's going to be work.

Okay?

Now, you can go to www.YouTube.com.

There's a good chance you're watching this on YouTube right now if you're not watching

on engVid, so you can watch it on engVid-hi-and if not, you're going to have to get off and

go to YouTube.

And you can still see me, we can continue from there.

Okay?

Cool.

But go to www.YouTube.com.

I recommend it because I know a lot of them...

They have a lot of songs with lyrics.

Lyrics, they are the words in songs.

When I said scripts are the words in movies, well, the lyrics are the words in songs, all

those words you're singing.

So they have a lot of videos that will have the lyrics, so you can watch a video and see

the words come up.

Okay? Number three: Listen first.

Huh?

In the movie I said listen and read.

When it comes to music you have to listen because they really change the sounds of the

words and you kind of have to know what they are.

I'll give you a good example.

Have you ever heard or been to a bar, or what have you, and you hear your favourite song

and it's like: "Jump! Jump!

Everybody, jump!

[Makes noise] Jump!

Jump!"

You know that: "[Makes noise]" because you don't know the words.

It's in your own language and you have no idea what the guy said, so you're like: "Jump!

Jump! Yeah, [makes noise], yeah, yeah.

Jump! Jump!"

Hey, in English, I don't care what language, it's the same.

Okay? So you have to listen first to get the language.

Remember we talked about sound patterns?

You got to get that sound pattern so when you can see it on the paper you can say:

"Oh, jump up and do-" that's what they're saying.

Okay?

So listen first.

Okay? And as I said, singing is more difficult than talking.

Okay? And next I want you to read the lyrics, just like what we did with the movie.

Okay? So almost what we did with the movie before we're going to do after.

Listen to him, copy, or her, and then try to sing with them.

Okay?

And then karaoke time.

I don't think you know this, but YouTube has a karaoke version of songs.

That's right.

You can put the song up, just the music, and sing to it.

So we can do karaoke time, you can practice, practice, practice, then put the music on,

and then try to sing it yourself.

And if you don't like the way you sound or your friends are like:

"Please stop, please. Oh, for the love of God, stop",

go back and practice from one to three again.

Okay?

It's a lot of fun, especially, once again, you can do this with friends.

All of you get together, karaoke time.

You get to practice your English.

You might find some new language or vocabulary you've never seen before, and you can work

with that. Cool?

So, I've given you two ways, singing for your supper and being an actor.

Right? Don't sound like that, you sound like a ponce.

Don't ask me what "ponce" means.

It's just not cool.

You can use both of those ways to have fun while you're watching...

You're on YouTube or you're watching television, you can have some fun and practice at the

same time.

Cool? All right.

So, anyway, I would like to say thank you.

As always, I appreciate the fact you're here, listening, and that I can contribute something

to make your life a bit better.

And I'm going to say: Look, if you liked it, please subscribe.

And somewhere along here, they move it all the time, is the subscribe button.

And finally, if this was a benefit to you...

Or do you remember I said you can do this with a friend?

You know you're going to get your friend to practice with you, get them to watch the video.

You learn something, pass it on.

Anyway, thanks again, and thanks you from me and E.

[Laughs]

Have a good one.

Chow.

WARNING: Don't Use Public Phone Chargers - Duration: 3:37.

IF YOU CHARGE YOUR PHONE IN PUBLIC PLACES, THERE IS A

POSSIBILITY THAT HACKERS HAVE DRAINED YOUR DATA OR HACKED

INTO YOUR PHONE.

THIS WAS AN INTERESTING PIECE WRITTEN BY CNNMONEY, AND THEY

FOUND THAT THROUGH A SECURITY FIRM, MORE AND MORE PEOPLE

ARE USING THESE PORTS TO HACK INTO PEOPLE'S PHONES.

THESE PUBLIC CHARGING STATIONS, I'M SURE YOU'VE ñ I'M SURE

YOU'VE SEEN THEM BEFORE, EVERY NOW AND THEN WHEN YOU ARE

WAITING FOR YOUR FLIGHT AT A TERMINAL, THEY HAVE THOSE

CHARGING STATIONS, WHILE THEY ARE PROBABLY GETTING HACKED.

THE COURT YOU USE A CHARTER PHONE IS ALSO USED TO SEND DATA

FROM YOUR PHONE TO OTHER DEVICES.

IF A PORT IS COMPROMISED, THERE IS NO LIMIT TO WHAT

INFORMATION A HACKER COULD TAKE.

JUST BY PLUGGING YOUR PHONE INTO A COMPROMISED POWER STRIP OR

CHARGER, YOUR DEVICE IS NOW INFECTED AND THAT

COMPROMISES ALL YOUR DATA.

SPOOKY, I DON'T LIKE THAT.

THAT'S WHAT'S HAPPENING.

YEAH, I'VE DONE THAT 1000 TIMES.

MY DATA IS GONE.

IT DOESN'T NECESSARILY MEAN YOUR DATA IS GONE, BUT IT CAN

MEAN ALL SORTS OF THINGS.

1ST OF ALL, THEY COULD HAVE YOUR PERSONAL DATA, WHICH IS BAD.

OR THEY COULD DO RANSOMWHERE.

THEY HAVE ACTUALLY DONE THAT WITH SOME COLLEGES.

THIS IS KNOWN AS JUICE JACKING, BY THE WAY.

LET'S ADMIT THAT PUBLIC PORT IS A FUNNY SOUNDING NAME, AND JUICE

JACKING BEATS IT.

YOU KNOW WHAT I THINK WE SHOULD DO TO BEAT THIS PROBLEM?

ON THE TYT STORE, WE SHOULD SELL THOSE LITTLE BATTERIES.

SO YOU CAN CHARGE IT AT HOME.

I'M SURE THEY MESS UP MY OVERALL BATTERY HEALTH, BUT THEY

REALLY HELP A LOT WHEN YOU'RE IN A PINCH.

DO YOU NOT FALL INTO THE SAME MISTAKE?

YOU FORGET TO CHARGE THEM LIKE YOU FORGET TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE?

I HAVE LIKE SIX OF THEM, AND THEY ALL HAVE A DIFFERENT

SAMURAI ON THEM, SO I KNOW WHICH ONE I'VE USED.

THAT ONE, THE GIRL SAMURAI IS CHARGED.

YOU HAVE SIX OF THEM?

YEAH, I WENT TRAVELING AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHEN I WOULD BE

ABLE TO PLUG-IN.

WHO KNEW THAT BRETT WAS THE CAREFUL ONE?

NOBODY IS GOING TO JUICE JACK ME!

NOT ON MY WATCH!

JUST CRYING IN THE SHOWER.

THAT IS NOT AT SHOPTYT.COM, BUT THIS SHIRT IS AND YOU

SHOULD REALLY GO CHECK THAT OUT.

SO BACK TO THE STORY, NOW I'M SUPER PANICKED, I'M NOT GOING TO

DO IT ANYMORE, I'M GOING TO BE LIKE BRETT AND GET LIKE 12 OF

THOSE JUICERS, OR WHATEVER.

AND I DIDN'T KNOW THAT, AND IF YOU STOP AND THINK ABOUT IT

MAKES SENSE.

HOW TO USE THE PEPE-BIZON - Duration: 4:00.

Are you tired of running out of ammo?

Are you always on the move?

Do you like getting sick anti-eco spray downs?

Then fear not!

The Pepe Bizon is for you!

First lets learn some background history of the weapon:

The Pepe-Bizon was developed after the normie SMG's were found to be too Alpha in this

game with their bullshittery-High damage output.

So like every Alpha gun, there needs to be a Beta gun to balance it.

*reeee* *nice guys finish last*

*susan, he had a hat.

You seeing this?*

Pepe was always bullied in school, so the weak damage of the gun reflects how weak and

pathetic he is.

The pepe bizon is just a pathetic bitch boy that can't do any damage.

Now let's learn some statistics of the weapon: The pepe-bizon is available on both CT and

T side for $1400 It holds 64 rounds of 6mm airsoft bbs with

a rate of fire of of a negev The recoil is non existent.

The damage is fucking adorable.

It does 11 damage to the chest.

Fucking 11 damage.

10 bullets to fucking kill somebody.

A glock literally has twice as much damage as the Bizon.

The most similar weapon to this would probably be the Nerf super soaker.

Fun Fact: Did you know The Skin on the Bizon is the face you make when you see how much

damage you did to someone after you die.

Now let's move on to some gameplay tactics of the weapon:

The Pepe-bizon's recoil is non existent, and the damage is already garbage, so there's

not reason to not spray across the map to try and hit someone.

Sure it has damage drop off, but what's 2 more bullets at a range when it already

takes 10 to kill someone at point blank?

At close range, it's better to try to go for headshots since there's hardly and recoil

on the gun.

So it's actually not that bad at close range if you go for headsh...oh who the fuck am

I kidding just use the UMP.

Alrighty, let's look at the counter-strike wikia for some quality tips:

"The Bizon is an excellent choice after winning a pistol round or when the enemy team

is playing eco; they will likely not buy armor" Are you joking me?

Did you forget these memes exist?

"Use this SMG to give suppressing fire against an enemy team"

What the fuck are you smoking, this isn't Battlefield.

These stupid meme guides are more accurate than this site.

"Counter-Tactics" Ignore all of this, just run up and stab them.

You have a faster time to kill.

Alrighty, let's look at some advantages of the pepe-bizon: Uhhhh, it's more expensive

than this, but worse in every possible way.

But it has more ammo, so there you go!

So, when should you buy this weapon?

Well if you win the pistol round the other team is probably going to force buy armour

and Tec 9's so good luck stopping that with a Bizon.

If the T's get a plant in, they're going to probably full save so they can buy AK's

on round 3.

So that is the only time you can buy this gun.

Is it better than the M'P9?

Eh, probably.

It has the extra ammo which is better especially if they 5-stack a site.

So are you ever going to but this thing?

Well, let's see.

This is a third of the cost and 10x more effective.

So no.

Now let's see some global elite gameplay of the weapon:

So, that's all there is to using the Pepe-Bizon.

Tune in next time as I show you how to use the Water Gun, and remember: *get off my board*

Fast And Furious: Iraqi Drift - Duration: 7:59.

NEW REPORTS INDICATE THAT IRAQIS ARE DRIFTING...

THEIR CARS.

CURRENTLY THERE ARE YOUNG PEOPLE LIVING IN PLACES LIKE MOSUL

WHO WANT TO MAKE A POINT THAT THEIR WAR-TORN COUNTRY

ISN'T ALL ABOUT WAR.

IN FACT, THERE'S A GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS WHO LOVE DRIFTING

THEIR FANCY, SOUPED-UP CARS, AND TO GET TOGETHER AND TEACH KIDS

HOW TO DRIVE CARS; THEY RAISE MONEY TO HELP KIDS LEARN

HOW TO DRIVE CARDS.

MOSUL WAS SEIZED BY ISIS IN 2014, BUT THE GOVERNMENT HAS

BEEN TRYING TO RECLAIM THE CITY SINCE LAST FALL.

VIDEO BUFFERING ñ

NOW, ONE PERSON WHO IS PART OF

THIS ORGANIZATION, HE'S A

DRIFTING EVENT ORGANIZER, SAYS, " WE'RE TRYING TO TAKE THIS

TALENT, AT LEAST, AND GRAB ATTENTION AND TELL THE PEOPLE

THAT THERE'S A LOT HAPPENING IN OUR COUNTRY; MORE THAN JUST

SHOOTING AT WARS."

THAT WAS A QUOTE THAT WAS GIVEN TO BUZZ FEED, AND THEN

PROMPTLY AFTER THAT ISIS STARTED DRONING THE AREA THAT THEY

WERE DRIFTING THEIR CARS IN...

WHICH SUCKS.

AYE...

BUT I LIKE THAT THEY WERE TRYING TO BRING SOME POSITIVITY TO

THE AREA, AND THEY HAVE SOME YOUTUBE VIDEOS UP.

THEY ARE REALLY WELL PRODUCED, SO HERE'S A LITTLE BIT OF

ONE OF THEM.

ALL RIGHT, SO - BY THE WAY, MUSIC FROM THAT PART OF THE

WORLD IS BETTER THAN MUSIC FROM ANYWHERE ELSE.

YOU'RE SO PRO MIX A LYDIAN SCALE.

I WAS LIKE, THERE'S A CHANCE THAT SHE MIGHT JUST PLAY A

CLIP FROM TOKYO DRIFT.

AT THAT POINT I WAS WAITING FOR VIN DIESEL TO JUST BE LIKE,

YEAH...

FIRST OF ALL, THE LINKS TO THE WHOLE VIDEO WILL BE IN THE

DESCRIPTION BOX WHEN WE PUT THIS VIDEO UP.

2ND OF ALL, I AM SO UNCOOL.

I WAS LIKE, I KNOW THAT DRIFTING IS SOMETHING THAT PEOPLE DO WITH

THEIR CARS, BUT I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT IT WAS.

DON'T TRY IT.

HE CAN'T EVEN PURCHASE PART ñ

PARKED HIS CAR PROPERLY, CAN YOU IMAGINE HIM DRIFTING?

THE OVER UNDER ON CARS THAT I WOULD HIT IS LIKE 7 1/2.

NOW, ONTO THE SUBSTANCE OF THIS VIDEO, IT'S TOTALLY MISSION

ACCOMPLISHED BECAUSE IT MADE ME FEEL SO MUCH BETTER ABOUT HER

IRAQ.

LIKE, THERE ARE FOLKS THERE THAT ARE STILL LIVING

THEIR

LIVES.

LIKE, WHY HAVEN'T YOU GOTTEN OUT OF DODGE OR MOSUL?

I WOULD THINK I WOULD TRY TO GET OUT OF MOSUL AS SOON AS I COULD

IF I HAD THAT MONEY, BUT I'M GLAD THAT THEY STAYED, AND

THESE ARE THE FOLKS THAT ARE GONNA REBUILD THE CITY ONCE

WE GET RID OF THE SCOURGE OF ISIS.

AND IT'S WEIRD TO THINK OF PEOPLE THAT MODERN ñ AND I GET

IT, BECAUSE ACTUALLY IRAQIS TO BE VERY SECULAR, AND WAS FAR

MORE ALONG THE PATH OF MODERNITY BEFORE WE INVADED IRAQ, AND

HIM HAD THE FUNDAMENTALISM AND ALL THE WARS, AND ISIS, AND ETC.

IT'S GOOD TO SEE IT WITH YOUR OWN EYES, BUT IT'S WEIRD HERE IN

AMERICA TO SEE GUYS LIKE THAT THAT ARE SO MODERN, IN THE MIX

OF ISIS OPERATED TERRITORY.

IT'S WEIRD BECAUSE ALL WE'VE SHOWN IS THE DESPAIR AND THE

DEVASTATION, AND THAT PLACE AND THE HATE FILLED IDEOLOGY THAT

THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST TRYING TO KILL EACH OTHER, NONSTOP.

AND THAT LEADS TO THE MISCONCEPTION THAT IT'S A

RELIGION LEADING TO ALL OF THIS, AND IT IS NOT ñ

THAT THERE IS NOT JUST PEOPLE THERE THAT ARE TRYING TO

LIVE THEIR EVERYDAY LIVES.

I DON'T KNOW YOU'RE SAYING THAT THESE PEOPLE HAVE THE MONEY

THERE, MAYBE THEY SHOULD MOVE OUT, BUT YOU'VE GOT TO THINK

ABOUT, IF YOUR HOMETOWN WAS GOING THROUGH THIS DISRUPTION ñ

THIS DESTRUCTION, I KNOW YOU DON'T WANT TO JEOPARDIZE

YOUR LIFE AND YOU WANT TO BE SAFE, BUT THIS IS THEIR AREA.

THE ONLY WAY TO REALLY DRIVE OUT ALL THIS HATE AND EVIL IS BY

SHOWCASING THAT IT'S NOT AN OVERALL RELIGION THAT'S CAUSING

THIS, AND THAT THERE'S REAL PEOPLE THERE THAT ARE AFFECTED.

YOU TAKE IT CASE-BY-CASE.

FOR EXAMPLE, THERE'S REASON WHY DONALD TRUMP DOES NOT COMMENT ON

THE QU…BEC SHOOTING, BECAUSE IT WAS NOT COMMITTED BY A MUSLIM,

AND THAT IDEOLOGY PASSES OVER FROM THAT ñ FROM WHAT EVERYONE

ASSUMES WHEN THAT HAPPENS.

SO THE MORE THAT YOU PROMOTE THINGS LIKE THIS, THAT THERE'S

REAL PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT ARE JUST TRIED TO GO ABOUT

THEIR EVERYDAY LIFE ñ

I'M NOT SAYING YOU'RE GOING TO GET THROUGH TO THESE NAœVE

INDIVIDUALS THAT ASSUME IT'S ONLY MUSLIMS THAT CAUSE TERROR,

BUT EVERY LITTLE BIT CAN PLAY A PART IN CHANGING PERCEPTION.

THE ONLY DEPICTION WE SEE OF MUSLIMS IN THE MEDIA IS OF, YOU

KNOW, PEOPLE WHO ARE FUNDAMENTALISTS, OR PEOPLE

WHO MIGHT BE DEEMED VIOLENT.

OR EVEN IF THEY'RE NOT DEEMED VIOLENT, MUSLIMS AND AMERICANS

CAN'T RELATE TO IN ANY WAY.

SLACK ñ SO I THINK THAT LISA THAT US VERSUS THEM

MENTALITY THAT A LOT OF US HAVE; THEY ARE DIFFERENT THAN US.

NO, THEY ARE JUST LIKE US.

THERE WAS A GREAT ARTICLE IN THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER ABOUT LA LA

LAND.

YOU KNOW THERE WAS ONE PERSON LOOKING AROUND AT THESE PEOPLE

WITH THEIR HUMMERS, BUT LIKE, WHERE WAS THAT HUMMER WHEN

WE WERE FIGHTING ISIS?

I'M SURE SOMEONE WAS LIKE, COOL CAR BUT WHERE WERE YOU?

I'M SURE HIS ANSWER WAS, I WAS IN THE ARMY.

BUT TO BRETT'S POINT, WHEN ISIS ATTACKED, THEY TOOK MOSUL FAIRLY

EASILY, BECAUSE THE IRAQI ARMY DID NOT CARE SO MUCH THAT THEY

NOT ONLY THREW DOWN THEIR WEAPONS, BUT THEY THREW

DOWN THEIR UNIFORMS.

THEY LEFT THEIR UNIFORMS BEHIND AND RAN, BUT THE REAL REASON

BEHIND THAT IS NOT BECAUSE THE GUYS IN THE HUMMERS ARE HIDING.

THAT WAS A JOKE, TO BE FAIR.

IT'S BECAUSE WE SPLIT UP THE RACK ALL WRONG.

IN FACT, WE PUT THEM TOGETHER ALL WRONG, AND SO WHEN YOU HAD

--

VIDEO BUFFERING ñ

TO THE FRANCIS POINT ABOUT MUSLIMS, ONE GUY IN THERE WAS

TALKING ABOUT THE EDE, WHICH IS ONE OF THE MUSLIM HOLIDAYS.

SO YOU LOOK AT THOSE THINGS AND THINK, THEY MUST NOT BE

MUSLIM BECAUSE THEY LOOK MODERN.

NO, THEY ARE MUSLIM AND THEY ARE ABOUT TO CELEBRATE A MUSLIM

HOLIDAY, BUT RIGHT BEFORE THEY WANT TO DRIFT THEIR HUMMERS.

HUMMER SOUNDS FUNNY TO ME EVERY TIME.

NORMALLY, MO' MONEY, MO' PROBLEMS, BUT IN THIS CASE, MO'

MONEY MO' MOSUL.

Chow.

Control of the viscosity of blood to save his life - Duration: 4:30.

Hello.

Are you SPORT SCIENCE.

Topic of this issue us in the comments below

Video offered Igor, for which a special thank you to him.

They topic was proposed blood thinners on the course,

However, the viscosity adjustment Blood will be useful to anyone

person regardless from his sport

or receive any It was drugs.

First of all, everyone it should be understood that

with an increase in viscosity blood in humans significantly

increased occurrence of risks cardiovascular diseases,

thrombus formation, leading to strokes.

Disrupted tissue respiration and tissue oxygen saturation

and nutrients.

The main features at which you can imagine

such a violation at They are fatigue,

sleepiness and violation memory.

In our blood viscosity greatly influenced by

food.

Elevated cholesterol significantly reduces its

fluidity.

Promote blood thinners vegetable products

origin such as watermelon, cucumbers and the like

them.

Consuming sufficient water man

also contributes to the regulation blood viscosity, allowing

body function in normal mode.

Moreover, utmost attention pay for quality and

the purity of water consumed.

Lack produced enzymes, organisms so

also reduces blood flow, saturating

its oxidized products the collapse of the protein and lipid

molecules.

Another factor causing increased blood viscosity

It is parasites in organism.

The doctors of antiquity used bleeding, and very

often resorted to leeches.

This allowed us to reduce the risk blood clots and reduce the

arterial pressure.

By the way people who are Blood donors can feel

similar positive effects on themselves.

Video of the combined studies Sport and blood donation

you can find in our website link will be in the description

video.

Our blood is such characteristic of her

acidity.

It is rated on a scale pH.

In the normal state of the body regulates the acid-alkaline level

environment, but it is fragile the balance is easily disturbed

in the case where the viscosity blood exceeds allowable

limits.

Some researchers offered neutralize

acid using conventional baking soda.

They experiments We proved that displaces soda

pH to the alkaline side, reducing thus excessive acidity.

However, scientists do reservation - Such a procedure can be

conduct only If the pH of your blood

It shifted to the acid side.

The process of formation of blood clots It runs mostly

at night time.

At high risk of thrombosis to the rescue

Aspirin, which is in contact directly into the bloodstream begins

platelet interaction - Cells responsible

for thrombosis.

At high risk of thrombosis advised to take

aspirin at doses overnight from 75 to 150 mg.

As we have said in one from stories about aspirin

it has side effects as irritation of the mucous

stomach membranes.

Reduce blood viscosity freshly squeezed juices help.

One cup a day will quite enough.

Positive effects are due to the effects of

vitamins and minerals, contained therein.

In this regard, preference should be given citrus

- Grapefruit, orange and lemon.

For tomato lovers Juice is good news - it

also has a positive effect on viscosity

blood.

Very useful is the addition of garlic in your diet.

Excessive intake of carbohydrates and a surplus of concentrated sugar

blood, but on the other hand salt It makes it more fluid.

Blood thinners as well great help to individuals

load.

Pac2Go Apple Lightning Adapter Care and Usage - Duration: 4:59.

Hi I'm Roger and today I want to talk to

you about the care of the use of the

apple lightning adapters that come with

the Pac2Go Mobile Power Charger

Jeanie from Carlsbad notified us about an

apple lightning adapter that had broken

off in her son's phone. That got me to

thinking how much effort does it really

take to break our apple lightning

adapter that comes with the Pac2Go

Mobile Power Charger and

how much effort does it take to break an

Apple Lightning Cable, that little piece

on the end, in an iphone? Now the first

thing that we're going to do in this

particular test is we're going to start

bending just the very end of the

of the apple lightning

adapter. You can see we're using one

finger and embracing it with the other.

Using as much pressure as we possibly

can we're still

not getting that tip of the apple

lightning adapter to really move that

much. Even if we try a little bit further up.

Let's now put in the phone and we'll

start to move it up and down a little

bit. There and you can see that we're

actually getting quite a bit a little

leverage. Because of that extra

extension that is put on the top of the

microUSB cable. You can see when it comes

out it's moved a little bit but it's still

pretty sturdy and pretty firm in

there. Although we're beginning to loosen

it up a little bit with this effort.

So now we're going

to try it a little bit of

tests put in our pants, in the front

pocket. Put it with the connector down on the

bottom side do a little stand up and sit

down to see if we can actually

get it to loosen up a

little bit more. You can

see we've got a little bit of movement

in it now. A little bit more,

it's a little bit looser.

It's still stiff enough and it's still

not breaking even with our hands

moving it up and down. We'll try a

little bit more

but still can't seem to completely snap

it off. Like we might be able to

see if we were doing that inside phone.

Let's go ahead and put this inside the

phone now and when we put in the phone

right away you can see we can snap it

right off.

Well actually not snap it off but pull

it off and then we can begin to pull it

off a little bit more. Now if this were to

break off in the phone that little piece

would still be in there and you would be

able to extract it and

pull it out with some tweezers or a

needle nose pliers. Now

the next test that we want to do here is

with an apple cable that was supplied

with the phone when it came. You can

see we're having a little bit of a

difficulty here making it bend. It's a

little bit sturdier on the inside than

the apple lightning adapter that

comes with the unit, but we're going to

try this now within the phone and see if

we can get it to snap off. In the

phone it is actually much easier to snap

off in that environment. You can see we

can actually pull it out. We can actually

pull both this one that came from apple

and the other one out with a pair of

tweezers. The key point in both of these

is you can get them out, but it doesn't

matter if you're using our Apple adapter

or if you're using a Apple cord.

Both of them are going to break off in

about exactly the same place. Based on

this testing we have the following

recommendations. If you're not using the

mobile power charger disconnect the

cable. We find out to be the safest way

of making sure that cable stays in a

good condition.

Secondly when you are using it don't put

it in a bendable environment like your

pants pocket, either the front or the back

pocket. That will tend to create a

situation where the leverage that exists

on that particular adapter will cause it

to break down a little more quickly.

Thirdly if you really do have a need for

heavy-duty environment, you're out of the

you're out out about all the time and

you find that you need to have

something where you can charge it where

you can't put in a non-bendable

environment, buy a heavy-duty cable.

You can find many of those

on amazon.

Finally, if for any reason you find that

adapter is starting to break down. You

can wiggle it like you saw within this

video, call us 719 822 2001 or email us

at support @ packing.com

NEW 2017 DRUGSTORE MAKEUP TRY ON GRWM⎢Jolien Nathalie - Duration: 17:00.

hi everyone thank you so much for coming

welcome back to my channel I'm so happy that

you're here today I'm going to do a

simple drugstore get ready with me

featuring some new products so I showed you

girls a whole bunch of new products in my

recent haul and review videos and i

thought i would use a couple today

now if you follow me on snapchat you

know that i recently went to the doctor

and I am on some very heavy medicine

right now, not medicine that makes me

delusional or anything but I can feel the

side effects really heavily and I don't

feel great so that's why I'm doing

a simple the drugstore get ready with me

and to keep it interesting for you I'm

using some new products so I have the

Maybelline 24K Nudes, I have the Prime & Fine

makeup transformer drops from Catrice

I have the Catrice Nude Essential

collection eyeshadow palette and then I

picked up a new foundation this is

the KIKO universal fit hydrating

foundation and the reason why I thought

this would be interesting to use in this video

because it's super affordable it only

retail for €5.95 and if this turns out to

look great

we will have a new low budget foundation

in the family and I think it would make

a great addition

so yeah sorry for that weird intro and

sorry if it's a long intro

anyway I know I can to make very long

videos and i'm going to try to make this

as short as possible (FAIL) alright I'm going

to try my best I really hope you girls

enjoy the video if you're not

subscribed to my channel yet hit that

little red subscribe button below and

let's get started

I'm sorry if I scared you by starting

this video without makeup on I know I

usually start my videos with makeup

on but I'm as i said i'm not feeling

the best today you know i might seem

like a pretty cheerful i'm a person that

always seems fine even when they're not

it's kind of like it's not a good trait

to have i think or maybe it is it makes

me really funny anyway i'm going to

start with the foundation i have this

in the shade warm beige number 15 and this

is the lightest shade but I'm afraid

this is still a little bit too dark for

me because there's no sunshine

here or just a little but not enough

so i'm going to add the Catrice Prime

& Fine makeup transformer drops and

i'm just going to mix this on my hand

and then apply this with my Real

Techniques miracle complexion sponge

that I already dampened so I already

applied the foundation on my hand and

then I just mix this shit like this

not really sure how much I'm supposed to

use I'm just eyeballing everything as

usual and now i'm mixing it on my hand

and I'm just gonna dot this on my face

like a pro

there's a mirror here so if I'm looking

away that's why I usually try to do it

much as possible in the view finder but

my view finder is very tiny so yeah I

might look to the side

quite often .. I love applying my

foundation with a sponge

I think it gives a gorgeous effect i do

feel like my skin is a little drier than

usual and I have some texture here

which is very odd because i've been

using like some kind of an exfoliating

brush for my skincare routine i'm gonna

use one of these

this is from the PS pro makeup line from

Primark and i actually use these quite

often they are the Oval brushes from

Primark and these are amazing to like

absorb excess product and just get rid

of the foundation that settles into fine

lines which is why I'm concentrating on

my forehead and then i absorb the excess

product that i have on my cheeks and

then I love to blend out everything down

my neck using this brush this is the

biggest brush that retails for €5.50 and

it's really good i use it a lot i know i

don't show it very often in my

videos but it's not that i do makeup

tutorials or makeup looks very often and

this one is also great to kind of like

blend the foundation at the hairline

I think we're good with the blending so

i'm going to move on to concealer and

powder my all-time favorite concealer is

still the Miss Sporty Perfect Stay

10-hour concealer in the shade Light, Miss

Sporty from the Netherlands just started

following me on Instagram, really exciting i

always get excited when brands follow me

on instagram it ehm ..

I don't know it just shows that i'm

actually doing a good job and sometimes

I don't always feel like I'm doing a

good job so it's nice and then of course

i'm going to use my H&M Immaculate Compact

Powder in the shade Alabaster and I've hit

pan and I'm dreading to pick up another

one because this is €10, it's €10!

just in case you're wondering

about this concealer, this concealer is a

very natural fresh makeup look

kind of concealer and it's just really

nice if you like simple makeup not too

full coverage but also you know just

that it makes you look like you're put

together, that's the way i like it and i also

like to blend this out with a sponge

I also applied the excess of this concealer

on my eyelids and then I don't really

use an eye primer, I have oily eyelids but

most of the time when i use a concealer

and then powder my eyelid i'm good to go

i don't have to apply an eye primer if I

don't want to this powder is so good

it's really really fine and it doesn't

ever make me look cakey which is just

awesome onto my brows i use

the Catrice Slimmatic ultra-precise

Waterproof brow pencil to fill them in and

shape them now I'm going to do the

finishing touches with this Essence Make Me

Brow Eyebrow Gel Mascara in the shade

03 soft browny brows i'm just going

to comb through my eyebrow hairs so this

pencil and the hairs will stay in place

all day long

this is the best eyebrow gel mascara

ever

it's so cheap I hope Essence never

discontinues this, if they discontinue this

I'll start a petition, they discontinued

the Essence Pure Nude Highlighter I'm so upset

about it so upset by the way everyone is

asking me about the haul and review of

the 2017 Essence makeup products i just

ordered them yesterday and my order will

arrive on Wednesday so it's Friday today

you're seeing this on saturday and my

order will arrive on wednesday so

hopefully i'll have that video for you

girls next week that would be awesome

right moving on a lot of you ask me about

this eyeshadow palette and to do a

tutorial so that's what I'm going to do

right now I'm just going to dip my

finger in the gold shade and apply that

all over my eyelids and this is so

intense it's crazy

look this is how i do my eyeshadow when

I film my youtube videos there's

usually not a lot of brushes involved

because I like everything to be easy and

getting ready for a youtube video

sometimes can take a long time

especially because this setup is not

always here I have to manually set it up

so when I do eyeshadow like this it's

just really easy

also just to do your makeup on a

day-to-day basis i reviewed this palette

on my blog, the review went live

yesterday so if you're curious about the

24k nudes palette from Maybelline you

can go there but i love this gold color

like this is just in insane it looks so

pretty all right now I'm going to take a

really really tiny crease brush from Zoeva

this is the 224 Luxe Defined

Crease brush and I'm going to take this

chocolate brown and just sweep that in

in the crease .. sorry these

eyeshadows have a lot of fallout when you

use brushes on them which is why i

encourage you to use your fingertips but

yeah let's apply this in the crease for some

definition i forgot to apply a base

color

oh well alrightyoh i'm going to take the

Essential NudeCollection eyeshadow

palette from Catrice and i'm going to

take on this really dark

eyeshadow right here on the top that is

called 'sculpt' and this one is really

really intense if you hear the tap tap

it's because I constantly tap-off product it's

really important that each tap off the

excess i'm just going to apply that to

the outer corner of my eyes i will be

posting a review about this palace but

just in case you don't give a f*ck about

reading reviews on my blog I don't think

this palette is a must-have I don't

think it's very different from what they

usually have so I mean you can buy it's

a nice palace

it's a nice fun palette to do neutral

eyeshadow looks but it's nothing special

or impressive or a new all right now

what I always do

that is very important when you have small

eyes is to line your lash lines so I'm

going to take this very dark 'sculpt'

color again and basically do the same as

most people do with liquid eyeliner but

with a powder and this is going to make

a huge difference in your eyeshadow look

I know it seems like something very

small, it is, but it really makes a big

difference and then if you want you can

always take your finger and kind of like

blend it out .. I never dare to blend out my

bottom lash line with a brush because

then I kind of tend to look a little bit

like a panda and then I over blend and

I don't know so I just prefer to do that with my

fingertips! See, can you see the difference and it looks

weird right now but once I'm wearing

mascara it's going to be a whole other

story

lining your lash lines is going to make

your eyelashes look longer too! Always

clean up your eyeshadow with a q-tip

this is what I always do, this is my

go-to move! Just do like this so it lines

up with your eyebrow

this is the trick then your eye is not going to

look droopy or anything it's going to

look like you actually know what you're

doing! Let's see do i wanna .. ? Yes i want to

add another eyeshadow so i'm going to

take the ZOEVA fluffy brush

again and I'm going to take this color

right here and I'm just going to sweep

this very lightly in and above my crease

oh yes! Nice! Alright to pull this eyeshadow

look together i'm going to apply

some mascara and today i am using the

maybelline the falsies push-up angel

mascara and I'm gonna do this off camera

because i think i always look very ugly

when I do my mascara i make the weirdest

faces i'm pretty sure i've already made

some really weird faces throughout this

video

all but still I'm very conscious about

my mascara face but i'm going to show

you the wand in a sec and the eyelash

curler that I'm using is a Parashop

eyelash curler and i highly recommend it

so this is the brush this mascara has

also been reviewed on my blog

okay so while I was gone apart from

doing my mascara i also moisturized my

lips with one of the Essence Sheer &

Shine lipsticks

they are excellent lip moisturizers

because i'm going to apply a lip liner

but before we jump into the lips i'm

also going to do my face makeup or the

rest of my face makeup and the first

product is the Essence Matt Touch Blush

in the shade 30 Rose Me Up I really

like their new matte touch blushes and

I'm just gonna apply this with a simple

blush brush from Bare Escentuals and i'm

just going to sweep this really lightly

on my cheeks

wow the pigment .. i'm also going to apply

this on the tip of my nose on my

forehead and a little bit down my chin

this is a very very dark blush so

sometimes it looks nice when you find it

on different places of the face it

doesn't really look like blush in my

t-zone so, I don't know, I just like it

that way I know it seems maybe a little

strange

oh god we need to blend this out and

this is how I blend out my blush if

looks a little I don't know

a little much you probably don't see

anything on camera because this is much

for me but maybe not a lot for you

alright and now as a highlighter I'm just

going to grab the Catrice Deluxe Glow

Highlighter palette and I'm going to use

the middle shade and a fan brush from

Real Techniques and I'm just going to sweep

this like that and then i'm going to

sweep it on my t-zone and a little bit

further on my forehead because it looks

very dry

on the bridge of my nose my Cupid's bow

my chin .. (blows on makeup) .. I keep on blowing into products i

know i shouldn't be doing that sorry

and then of course on my cheekbones, perfect!

Now we're going to move on to the new

lip liner that I'm going to use this is

The Catrice Lip Foundation in the shade

030 Addicted To Café Au Lait i still

haven't gotten a chance to buy all the

other ones but this lip liner is amazing

i'm just gonna line my lips and

fill them in to prep them for lipstick or

maybe just wear this because this is

really pretty .. look how gorgeous!

This is lovely

yes i think i'm just going to leave it

to this lip pencill you guys I do this

very often by the way, just wearing lip

liner that is a kind of look that I very

often do especially for my youtube

videos because i think it looks nice

so yeah this was my simple drugstore

makeup get ready with me

look I guess I really hope you girls

enjoyed i'm sorry if you felt like it was

a little all over the place but I really

tried and yeah as I said I'm not feeling

so great and I just really wanted to

upload this video for you girls because

i only upload once a week

thank you so much for watching and I'll

Chilli Paneer recipe in Hindi with English subtitles (Chilli cottage cheese Indo-chinese style) - Duration: 6:01.

Hello every one, I am Avni and welcome back to my channel

Today, I will show you how to make "Chilli paneer".

This paneer recipe looks so good and yummy and even tastes amazing too

It will make you hungry every time you see it

Chilli paneer even can be served as starters or even you can eat it with Chapatti or Roti or even you can eat it with rice too

I have tried it several times and it comes out really yummy every time

Let's go ahead and check out the recipe

If you like my video, Please don't forget to like, share and subscribe my channel to receive notification for every upload I do. Thank you so much!!!

Before I start, Please find the recipe details in the description box below

To make Chilli paneer, I have taken ½ cup of all-purpose flour

1/3 cup corn flour

add salt per your taste

½ tablespoon black pepper

½ tablespoon red chili powder

1 ½ tablespoon soya sauce

Mix it well

Add ½ bowl water and make it a paste

cut cottage cheese into medium size cubes (or any shape you want), Roll and dip cubical pieces of cottage cheese in the paste

Heat sufficient oil in a wok, deep fry on medium heat until the edges start to turn golden brown

Transfer the cottage cheese cubes to the plate with paper towel to soak up the excess oil.

Now we will prepare the gravy for chili paneer.

Heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan

Add fresh chopped pieces of ginger & garlic and sauté for a few 1-2 minutes

Add 1-2 chopped green chilies

Cut onion, capsicum (seedless) & tomato (seedless) into medium sized pieces - triangular / square shape and mix it well

Add 3 tablespoon tomato sauce.

Add 2 tablespoon red chilli sauce

Add 1 tablespoon vinegar

Add 1 ½ tablespoon soy sauce

Mix it well

add salt as per your taste (Keep in mind, we already added salt before too).

Add a hint of black pepper and red chilli as per your taste

Add a mixture of - (1 tablespoon corn flour + 2-3 tablespoon water).

Keep stirring continuously...

Reduce the heat and add pieces of cottage cheese, Mix it well and cook for few more minutes

Add 4-5 tablespoon water at the end while mixing so that the mixture didn't stick to the bottom of the wok

Cook it for a while!! – That's it!!!

Smells really good!!

Hope you like my video and find it useful. Please don't forget to like, share and subscribe my channel. Thank you so much!
