slacking so much i have uploaded for

like what I think it's three days or

four days now I don't know it's crazy i

honestly did not mean to not output for

this many days also guys are not going

to say why didn't you know upload i'm

not going to make any excuses or buts

about it I'm gonna be honest i didn't

upload i did have reasons but God is

going to sound like I'm making up

excuses so i'm gonna say i didn't upload

today I wanted to make a video basically

replying to tea myself to earlier team i

made a video talking about call of duty

going back in time obviously i can

guarantee you guys at the next call of

duty will go back in time and boots on

the ground if you want to talk about

this in one of his videos and he was

making the theory for himself and you

guys know I like making up there is

breaking up ideas you know putting up to

realize and see how they work pretty

much like Call of Duty ideas and Tim I

said that one of the ideas he had was

called it going back to the Civil War

era now you somehow cool this could be

for call of duty since you're going back

in time and you know how they can have a

gift like good guns or something like

that

actually I think you talking about the

operator how bad the guns could be

anything about this time period cannot

be that back Furcal duty but personally

I disagree with this in my opinion I

think that College you will go back in

time but not all the way back to the

ward Civil War ages are way too far back

i thought i was going to happen is that

we'll go back to at least maybe world

war two because it would think about it

this is tomorrow said in his video the

civil war-era only have like you know

the girls that you need to put the

powder and put the stick and you know

things like all 10 minutes to reload or

something like that which is a long time

and they only have like rifles and

pistols so you know going back to the

Civil where my opinion is a bad idea

they should go way back four and two

months i think they even go back further

and kinda doubt there will be going back

to the Stone Age issue like that that

kind of that they'll be going back to

the Civil War era because it doesn't

make sense how would you give variety to

the game you know by just you know some

right but sometimes I guess they can

make up ideas for what they do stuff

like that all something about that part

but how are they going to implement them

to be my guess is what

be that hard but think about this course

is to Holliday Adams course 3 i'd like a

war to it would be just a much easier

and more simple time period to put in

for quality because you got a bunch of

type of guns you can use we have a RS

you have some machine gun you have

grease gun got a bunch of different

grenades but she's different explosive

is just all around it's a good time for

like a war game because there's a lot of

variety in terms of weapons and stuff

like that and also kills three skill

streaks or scorestreaks whatever they do

to it in the name of the game in a World

to error that could be really really

good for scorestreaks me about just like

calling your score sir can you control

like an airplane shooting down all

people imagine that being scorching that

would be awesome like you know being in

the tankers like that for a kill

cigarettes course 3i don't again here

just my feelings but I personally think

it would be better if they did go back

to World War two made for me because it

doesn't make sense for him to go back to

civil war era where guys again this is

my opinion I want to make a quick video

Cedric Benson, charged with DWI, told cop he couldn't recite ABC's because of football - Duration: 1:37.

Former NFL running back Cedric Benson was charged with driving while intoxicated on Saturday, and he had quite an excuse when the cop who pulled him over tried to make him do a field sobriety test.

Benson said "he couldn't do that because he played 8 years in the NFL," according to the Austin American-Statesman.

The police report also states that a "glassy"-eyed Benson, whose speech was "mumbled," claimed football was the reason he couldn't count to a number higher than three.

The former Bengals, Bears and Packers running back was pulled over in his BMW by an Austin, Texas police officer for driving 42 mph in a 30-mph zone.

After stopping his car in a 7-Eleven parking lot, an "uncooperative" Benson ignored the officer's orders to remain inside hsi BMW and instead tried to walk into the convienece store.

The one-time University of Texas standout was booked into Travis County Jail and his bail was set at $5,000.

He is no longer in police custody.

Benson has a long history of alcohol-related troubles in Austin.

He was cut by Chicago in 2008 after getting arrested twice in one month, both times in Austin — once for drunken driving and once for driving a boat while intoxicated.

Two years later he spent 20 days in jail for assaulting a bartender at an establishment in Austin and in 2014 he was booked for public intoxication after fighting with a woman in a cab in the city.

Mayor de Blasio lashed out Tuesday at Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials after their agents scooped up a 19-year-old Salvadoran immigrant in Queens.

The inter-agency clash over Estivan Velasquez comes at a time of escalating tension between de Blasio and the feds, as President Trump seeks to strengthen immigration laws and beef up enforcement.

ICE officials issued a detainer order to the city Department of Correction in May, telling them to place a federal hold on Velasquez. But the city released Velasquez from Rikers Island on Thursday after he served nearly five months for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

Later that day, ICE agents busted Velasquez, whom they described as a gang member and a potential threat to public safety. Velasquez was in the midst of being deported late Tuesday.

De Blasio cried foul.

"The detainee was released after he pled guilty and served his time for an offense that does not qualify as a violent or serious felony under the city's local laws," said Rosemary Boeglin, a mayoral spokeswoman.

"And his gang affiliation was not supported by evidence that meets even minimal constitutional standards. When ICE presents evidence to our city that an individual in our custody has been convicted of a violent or serious offense — one that threatens the public's safety — we will fully cooperate," Boeglin added. "Short of that, this administration and our Police Department do not believe we make our city safer by needlessly tearing apart families and communities."

ICE officials said Velasquez admitted to agents he was a member of the MS-13 gang. He was one of at least 41 people the agency detained around the city in the last month.

Velasquez was locked up at Rikers for nearly five months for disorderly conduct. After his release, he was nabbed by ICE agents.

Velasquez entered the U.S. illegally, ICE officials said. And in November 2015, a judge ordered he be deported.

His criminal history in the U.S.

includes reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and disorderly conduct, ICE officials said.

ICE did not provide details about Velasquez's disorderly conduct arrest or whether the other cases resulted in convictions.

"It's the politics of fear," said Camille Mackler, director of legal initiatives for the New York Immigration Coalition, said. "They're actually inflicting more harm than doing any kind of good."

But ICE countered Velasquez should have never been "released back into the community."

Last year, ICE sent the NYPD 72 detainer requests. The NYPD ignored 70 of them because only two met the department's criteria, a police source said.

"Honoring a detainer request is not about politics, it is about keeping New York citizens safe," said Thomas Decker, ICE's top deportation official in New York.

For most crimes, city jail bosses refuse to hand over people who have been arrested when requested by the feds for deportation proceedings. But there are 170 serious crimes that trigger the city's cooperation.

Last year, ICE sent the NYPD 72 detainer requests. The NYPD ignored 70 of them because only two met the department's criteria, a police source told the Daily News. Figures regarding the Department of Correction's response to such requests were not immediately available.

In November 2014, de Blasio vowed to "end cooperation with federal 'detainer requests' for all residents," except those convicted of serious crimes.

So Quad Deuce Nil is a lifestyle brand that I started with my little brother Sean.

Quad means four.

Deuce is two and nil means zero.

At the base of these t-shirts I love this purple this is so great.

It says QDN you wear this at the bottom of the t-shirt and you can flip it up and

it reads 4:20.

So many people create t-shirts now that it's just the silk screen.

Cedric Benson, charged with DWI, told cop he couldn't recite ABC's because of football - Duration: 1:37.

Former NFL running back Cedric Benson was charged with driving while intoxicated on Saturday, and he had quite an excuse when the cop who pulled him over tried to make him do a field sobriety test.

Benson said "he couldn't do that because he played 8 years in the NFL," according to the Austin American-Statesman.

The police report also states that a "glassy"-eyed Benson, whose speech was "mumbled," claimed football was the reason he couldn't count to a number higher than three.

The former Bengals, Bears and Packers running back was pulled over in his BMW by an Austin, Texas police officer for driving 42 mph in a 30-mph zone.

After stopping his car in a 7-Eleven parking lot, an "uncooperative" Benson ignored the officer's orders to remain inside hsi BMW and instead tried to walk into the convienece store.

The one-time University of Texas standout was booked into Travis County Jail and his bail was set at $5,000.

He is no longer in police custody.

Benson has a long history of alcohol-related troubles in Austin.

He was cut by Chicago in 2008 after getting arrested twice in one month, both times in Austin — once for drunken driving and once for driving a boat while intoxicated.

Two years later he spent 20 days in jail for assaulting a bartender at an establishment in Austin and in 2014 he was booked for public intoxication after fighting with a woman in a cab in the city.

Former Army soldier accused of supporting fake ISIS attack in Kansas City - Duration: 1:48.

An Army vet has been accused of helping in a fake Presidents' Day terrorist attack against buses and train stations in Kansas City.

Robert Lorenzo Hester was charged with attempting to supply material support to a sting Islamic State attack he wanted to be "10 times more" than the Boston Marathon bombing, federal prosecutors announced Tuesday.

The 26-year-old, who converted to Islam and also went by names including Mohammed Junaid Al Amrecki, was contacted by undercover FBI agents after posting radical views on social media, according to a complaint filed Sunday.

Among his alleged posts last year was one saying that ISIS was "created by U.S. And Israeli government," though he was accused of later turning towards the terrorist group.

Hester, who served less than a year in the Army before being discharged in 2013, eventually went from social media messages with the fake ISIS supporters to encrypted chat messages and in-person meetings with one.

The Missouri native's meetings at the end of last year with the fake "brother" who tried to test his commitment to the cause, gave him money and also threatened his family if he shared any information.

After months of the agents talking with him, the suspect allegedly acquired bomb-making materials such as duct tape, wire and roofing nails at the beginning of this month.

Hester told one agent who showed him a supply of rifles that he approved of the idea that the items would make explosives that would kill people, according to the FBI allegations.

He was arrested after being driven to a storage facility by a fake terrorist.

The former soldier has two small children and is expecting a third, according to the Kansas City Star.

His wife would not comment when reached by the newspaper Tuesday.

"The Hills" alum Jason Wahler and his wife Ashley are expecting their first child, they announced Tuesday.

"Love + marriage = baby," Ashley captioned an Instagram photo of a onesie and sonogram photos.

Jason reposted the same photo, captioning it "so blessed."

The couple, who were married in October 2013, are expecting their baby in August.

With his big news, Wahler becomes the third "Hills" alum to announce a baby.

New York City's broken windows policing helps Trump deport immigrants, pol says - Duration: 3:54.

The city should stop making arrests for minor offenses like fare beating to avoid setting more people up for deportation, a city lawmaker and legal aid groups said Tuesday.

Under President Trump's new hardline immigration policies, an undocumented immigrant becomes a priority for deportation if charged with any criminal offense. And people who get arrested have their fingerprints sent to the feds.

Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents have even been waiting outside Manhattan misdemeanor arraignment courts in recent days to nab people after their court appearances, according to New York County Defender Services.

Councilman Rory Lancman said Mayor de Blasio has the power to tell cops to avoid arrests, and instead give out civil summonses, for many quality of life offenses.

"The reality is Bill de Blasio's broken windows policing is the fuel for Donald Trump's deportation machine," said Lancman (D-Queens).

ICE agents have been seen outside Manhattan courts to bust people after their court appearances.

He singled out fare evasion, where offenders may be given a civil summons for breaking MTA regulations that is handled through the Transit Adjudication Bureau, but may also be arrested for a misdemeanor. Last year about 30,000 alleged fare beaters were arrested, compared to 70,000 who got the civil summons.

The pol called it hypocritical for de Blasio to rail against Trump without making the change.

"You'll have to ask the mayor why he is unwilling to use the authority that he has as mayor to make real the words that he's saying on CNN, MSNBC, and at rallies with the Statue of Liberty in the backdrop," he said.

Stan German, executive director of New York County Defender Services, said his attorneys saw ICE agents waiting at court for individuals being processed on misdemeanor charges on Saturday and again Tuesday morning. They took one person into custody and at least one other client walked out of court without appearing out of fear they would be arrested and deported, he said.

A Queens councilman says Mayor de Blasio can fight Trump's immigration policies by changing the city's broken windows policing.

"What can I tell our clients? Is it safe for them to come to court to deal with a misdemeanor charge that they may be innocent of and won't result in any conviction?" he said.

"Or am I to tell them if you come here, ICE could be waiting in the audience and they're going to lock you up as soon as you leave?"

The City Council passed a package of legislation last year that would substitute civil penalties for criminal enforcement for public drinking and urination, littering, breaking parks rules, and unreasonable noise in most cases. But the bills left the NYPD with discretion on when to use which punishment, and guidelines due in June have not yet been issued.

The legislation did not cover fare beating because it is a state offense.

"Mayor de Blasio has already led a dramatic shift away from low-level arrests to offenses that can be more effectively dealt with through summonses," said his spokesman Austin Finan.

"Only repeat offenders and those with outstanding warrants are subject to arrest for fare evasion. The remedy to a broken immigration policy is not to undermine an effective policing strategy that has helped make New York City the safest big city in the nation."

Turnstile jumpers only get arrested if they have three unpaid transit summonses, are seen committing another crime in addition to fare beating, or have an open arrest warrant, he said, adding that most quality of life enforcement is in response to 311 and 911 complaints.

On the other side, some said even moving entirely to civil summonses would not go far enough. Tina Luongo, attorney-in-charge of the criminal practice at the Legal Aid Society, said someone caught urinating on the street or jumping a turnstile should not be stopped by cops at all.

"There are ways in which you can work with community models that actually don't require police at all to get involved in that level of quality of life control," she said.

And a handful of members of the Coalition to End Broken Windows crashed the press conference to read a statement bashing Lancman's push. "Pivoting to civil summonses, which will still be administered by police officers, will normalize the punishment of poor people for quality of life offenses as an acceptable solution," they said.

Knicks' Derrick Rose says he'll be 'prepared' if he's traded to Timberwolves - Duration: 3:13.

After his All-Star appearance this past weekend in New Orleans, Carmelo Anthony was excused from Knicks practice Tuesday night when the team returned from the break.

But the trade discussions didn't stop.

This time, it was Derrick Rose's turn to address the rumor mill. ESPN reported late Monday that multiple teams have reached out to the Knicks about a possible Rose deal, including the Tom Thibodeau-led Minnesota Timberwolves. Thibodeau coached Rose in Chicago for six seasons.

Rose said he hadn't heard "anything" about the Timberwolves rumor until he returned to the Knicks' Westchester facility on Tuesday. The NBA trade deadline is Thursday at 3 p.m.

"You never know what's going to happen. You've got to be a professional about it," Rose said. "Whatever it is, I'll be prepared."

Rose's primary appeal is his expiring contract. The Knicks acquired Rose from the Bulls this past offseason with one year and just over $21 million remaining on his deal. Any team that trades for him before the deadline would earn that big chunk of money in cap space this summer.

The Timberwolves' interest in Rose, though, could stretch beyond his contract.

Rose enjoyed some of his most successful years under Thibodeau, before a slew of knee injuries derailed his career. A reunion could be beneficial for both sides, as the Wolves are just 3.5 games out of the eighth spot in the West, and management has made it clear they're looking to make the postseason with their young core of Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins.

"We're all of the same mind, to get in, get the experience," Minnesota owner Glen Taylor told the AP last week. "Just the winning of games to try to get there is worth it. Our guys can't see anything positive about losing games.

They must win games, and then if we can win enough to get into the playoffs, that in and of itself would be a major step for our young players."

The Timberwolves are actively shopping Ricky Rubio, ESPN reports, and the Spanish point guard could be part of a return package for Rose. Rubio is making $13.4 million this season, so Minnesota would need to add another piece to offset the salaries.

However, Jeff Hornacek stated again Tuesday that he doesn't foresee the Knicks making a trade before the deadline.

"Most of the time, there's all kind of talk and only one or two things ever happen," he said. "So we're expecting these guys to be here."

Rose — who infamously went AWOL for a game earlier this season — reiterated his love for New York and the Knicks on Tuesday night. But he knows the NBA is a cold, hard business.

"It doesn't matter if you're on the trading block," Rose said. "I love it (here). But it's not up to me.

It's up to the front office.

I don't have a problem with the coaching staff.

I don't have a problem with my teammates."

Rose is putting up quality numbers offensively this year, averaging 17.7 points on 46.2 percent shooting to go along with 4.5 assists and 3.9 rebounds. He remains an elite penetrator. But he's been a liability on defense at times, and his inability to shoot from long range makes the Knicks' offense less versatile.

"I'm just going with the flow, man," Rose said. "You've just got to go with it; not even think about it. The only thing I can control is the way that I'm playing, my performance and just trying to keep guys together.

\f0\fs26 \cf0 Hi everyone and welcome to my very first video! Today I'm going to show

you how to blow dry your hair, mainly talking about hair extensions and I actually have

the tape in variety as you can see here. So they are about 18 and 22 inches long so they

actually do take a little bit to dry sometimes. But I have something very exciting to show

you! This is what I found it's the aria infrared blow dryer and I got this from my

hairdresser who just couldn't believe how amazing it worked and we tried it on my extensions

and actually probably took about 10 15 minutes off my drying time so that was sort of amazing.

This is the box it comes in this one is the Envy. Today I let my hair air dry while I

was putting on a pound of make up for you guys just because we all do that right? Letting

your hair air-dry the great way just to keep less heat on it to create less damage and

of course as always putting on a heat protector spray. Today I'm going to actually test out

this one I just got from the local Sally's. Strength 'n Silk it's actually has coconut

oil, so of course because i have hair extensions I'm not going to put it close to the tape

because it will make it, actually I use coconut oil to take out my extension so we don't want

to get there but we'll use it on the end are about halfway through really. So I'll go

ahead and get this going. Smells nice! Damage is always a huge thing because of course I'm

lightening my hair and you know that it breaks so it's worth it to extra careful and I want

to be kind to my extensions because I do use them again, you know I do use multiple times.

So yeah once that's all through just get out your trusty paddle brush and make sure

you get all your tangles out. I did actually put in a leave-in conditioner before which

is always kinda nice. So we'll just work that through, alright so let's go through and do

a rough dry and get about eighty percent and dry before we go ahead with the round brush.

So um you'll see actually I'll show you its actually kinda cool when I turn it

on that it glows red. Oh, this little button is your ion light so it helps with

keeping the friz down and everything so that's kinda great too, so there's a very nice

light show going on. So mainly with hair extensions you just want to make sure that you're staying

away from you're putting a lot of heat where they are attached to your head so what are

their bonds or tape and or what else? the beads probably are not as bad, but you want

to make sure that you just not heating that up because it's like if it's sticky or

a bond it's going to kind of just disrupt that end and make it so it slides so easy

and you don't want that. Of course, just sort of keep the

heat just away from that you can always of course put it on cool and give it a blast

that way. As you can see in my own hair here and I actually have naturally curly hair and

it sounds great in theory but I have the kind that looks like a crazy frizzed-out poodle

hair, so that's always been fun! You can see how short my hair is now. A bit of hair history,

so when I stopped nursing my last baby so I have you know three boys so anyways,

I stopped nursing my last one a couple of two years ago I guess and yeah my hair fell

out so that was super awesome and I had this giant hole in the back of my head like nothing,

so that's why I started wearing extensions again because yeah, it was a little traumatic

to say the least. So it's taking quite some time to grow back and of course you know,

that being blonde doesn't really help the process at all. Anyways it's been a challenge

and I never had awesome hair so, but hey I buy it instead why not righty

Anyway, I you'll see that I'm about halfway through before I need my roots done but that's

okay carry on right. Sorry I'm just going to put this up here because it's just dries

quicker then the extensions. Alright that's probably about good. Make

sure we go through it here and on to our Aria hairdryer we will put the nice little nozzle

and of course will always want our little clips so we'll just section it off. Don't

do too big of a section, kind of about that much I'd say at a time just makes it easier.

And I'll clip that guy up there, looking good, okay. And then of course your round

brush. This one is a ceramic barrel so again it's going to be a little bit kinder to my

hair let's hope! So I should also mention the main thing, not only does this dry faster

the infrared is actually a way better way to again protect your hair it's a lot gentler

and will create less damage for your hair which is really great and also makes it a

lot glossier. So I should tell you that I loved it so much that my mom, my Aunt, my

two cousins everybody started got one and started using it and they found the same thing

10-15 minutes off their dry times and also noticing that their hair is so much glossier

too! So your hair love this. Way better way to do your blow out. So we're going to do

our brush with ceramic barrel and dry. What you want to really its focus on, well you

can see my own hair so I want actually kind of straighten that out. So focus on the base

little bit and then go down a little bit give it a turn, down a little bit give it turn

to create a nice to bend to it. Right, and on to section two. So again take it down give

yourself, I don't know, about a quarter. I guess, there we go. Not sure if I mentioned

before, but I have about 24 tape ins so it's a good amount

of hair. So, on to section two, no, on section three. And the last section, well actually

not true. The last extension section. Now on to what I like to

refer to as the hair hat, the little hat goes on top, covers it up. You can see the nice

poodle curl coming out here. Alright and there we have it done! Seriously guys can you hear

that though? It's so quiet here, it's never quiet here. All the boys are gone so that's

why I thought it would be a good time to do this. Anyways. And lastly of course is to

do a finishing spray. Today I'm going to be using, actually going to be testing out this

ion moisture solutions. It rehydrates hair, shine reduced frizz what's not

to love? (won't come out) There we go! Normally, I am actually wear my hair like

with soft curls most of the time. So at this point I would go and use either a wand or

flat iron or curling iron, whatever I felt like doing that day. I don't normally wear

it straight too often it's not that I don't like it is just that well actually to be perfectly

honest I wear it curly because then I can just put it in a ponytail the top of my head

and go to sleep and the next day it looks great. When it's straight I usually get

a kink or something. It's because I might be lazy, let's be honest. So there you go

all dry lovely finished! Actually my alarm went so I gotta go pick up my little guy from
