How do I go to The Cloud? - Duration: 1:47.

we're cloud IT consultancy in London

Businesses are looking at the

cloud now, not should they go to the cloud

they're talking about how do I go to the cloud

what services should I put in the

cloud and traditionally that's being

email, email is the easiest thing that

people could relate to with office 365

and now companies are looking at the

other services they run in-house

such as file access, file sharing

authentication and they're thinking

about how secure is that going to be in

the cloud? Where should I be putting that?

Where my data going to be? So the

perception of cloud has changed, we

were concerned a lot around security of

the cloud and companies and businesses

were thinking my data is not going to be

secure I don't have control of it when

in fact they couldn't be much further

from the truth

the clouds built as a multi-tenant

platform, so lots of companies and

businesses using those services from the

likes of Microsoft, so security's at the

forefront of those services and we're

seeing that's a much more accepted thing

now with companies where they understand

that the cloud is generally more secure

than their own systems that

they can run so they're thinking now

ok how quickly can I get to the cloud

and do away with all of that legacy

hardware and on-premise kit and then

focus on what means to me which is

business objectives and delivering back

to the business values that investment.

Hello, its Kinoshita Yuka (Eng subs by ~Aphexx~) (Change font size color and transparency via options menu)

So, Today! tadaa I've added 200 marshmallows to my favourite chocolate drink!!

200 marshmallows...

are in here.. I love adding marshmallows to cocoa or choco drinks and 'eating them'

wait... you drink them don't you... or am I eating them now?

well whatev's I usually fill my mug full of them and here I have 2 litres in this

bowl and I think I have roughly 1kg of marshmallows in here so roughly speaking about 3kg

and to.... be able to .... drink all this..... makes me.... so happy

alrighty lets see how its made

Heads up y'all.... its really not that exciting

so we'll be using this drink mix my fav. SwissMiss

with one packet you can make about 180ml of choco drink so I'll be using 10 packs

and now I'll add 2L of milk so uhh the floaties are the parts where I burnt the milk

ahh the cocoa smells so good

first dissolve with a bit of milk

then add the rest

ahh! all this choco drink makes me so happy

and now add the marshmallows

200! so 6 bags and 2 extra ones make 200

ahh looks delish!

tadaa the dish is complete

~so happy~ lets weigh it shall we

W/o the bowl its about 3kg

the marshmallows are floating like clouds they look so comfy

itadakimasu ~itadakimasu~

ahh check it out can you see it? the marshmallow is all melted

mmmm! the melty marshmallows are especially delish

the stuff on top isn't as melted though all the marshmallows are floating here

these melty ones are the delish ones

The choco drink is also very sweet as well ~so happy~

the choco drink is so hot and delish

Wow guys.....

what is this like umm... this reminds me of masses of growth/algae that form on seas

the marshmallows are fizzing up

the sound of them melting and I love how they gradually all melt

its one of the things I look forward to in winter

I've gone through roughly half of this

to be able to drink enough to fill my belly.....

was one of my long held dreams~~~

well I've never dreamed of this really but its just something I thought of right now

but I've always liked choco drink it makes me so happy to drink so much like this at one time

look guys! it looks almost like snow

I have yet to see snow pile up this year here in Tokyo... I feel as though I'm looking at snow right now.....

~nah that's a lie, I'm kidding~

the foam that you see on top is all the melted marshmallows thats why marshmallows are so yummy in choco drinks

last bit itadakimasu

the choco drink with a bunch of marshmallows was so delish!

uhh a video I did a super long time ago.... ~lately I've been saying this a lot~

well.. anyways in a video I did a while back I said "I love choco drinks"

wait was that a cocoa drink? I used the same Swiss Miss... 'sumisu misu?'

Swiss Miss? I made a video using this same cocoa with extra marshmallows and I drank it saying

"its so delish and I love it won't you all give it a try?" is a video I did a long time ago....

but today I was able to drink 3kg of this and it made me so happy today.

for those lonely winter days drinking warm sweet drinks really cheers you up

everyone lets all recharge with some Choco-therapy

Portuguese Cuisine - An introduction to Portuguese food guide - Duration: 13:11.

Well good morning from Lisbon.

We made it to Portugal and today is our first day out sightseeing.

And our first order of business had to be food of course.

So today we're actually trying this.

And this is called Pastéis De Nata or Pastéis De Belém.

And it is basically an egg custard tart and it looks absolutely delicious.

These actually originated over at the Jerónimos Monastery which is just over there.

And it was a recipe created by the monks.

So it looks like they were good bakers guys.

Pretty tasty looking.

We picked these up from the original store where they were first produced.

And it was absolutely chaos inside.

And something that is really cool is that the first time we ever tried these was actually

in Asia when we were in Macau.

A former Portuguese settlement.

Yes, and you can find these in Brazil and Hong Kong.

Anywhere where the Portuguese went.

Yeah, exactly.

But now it is time to add this to our little tarts.

Alright, so what we have here is we have a pack of cinnamon and icing sugar.

Yes.

So that is going to give it an extra sweet kick.

Let's sprinkle that on.

I've had these before but never with icing sugar and cinnamon so I think it is going

to be extra special.

The winning combo.

Mmmm hmmmm.

That's nice.

Wow!

It's still warm.

Fresh out of the oven.

And it is really nice.

Have a look.

I really like this because sometimes when you have an egg tart it tastes like cooked

egg.

And that is just wrong.

Dessert should not taste like egg.

But this is like a really nice creamy custard.

Very sweet.

It tastes like a proper dessert.

I'm happy.

So in terms of ingredients it is made with egg yolks, milk flour and sugar and it is

time for my first bite here.

It's a pretty simple recipe but it's 'oh so good.'

Mmmm.

Oh, that is just amazing.

It's so creamy and love the crunchiness on the outside as well.

And you're absolutely right.

Like this is as freshly baked as it gets.

So like I mentioned earlier this recipe originated in the Jerónimos Monastery and this is because

apparently monasteries and convents used a lot of egg whites in order to starch their

clothes.

Don't ask me how this is done because I've never used egg whites to starch my clothes.

But apparently this meant that they had a lot of egg yolks leftover and that is how

they started baking and created this wonderful recipe which was eventually sold to the pastry

shop where we picked up our egg tarts.

So we are having the original recipe that the monks came up with here.

And price point?

So in terms of price point this is about as reasonable as it gets.

It was only 1 Euro and 5 cents.

And if you want to pick one up you can pretty much go to any bakery in Lisbon or anywhere

else in Portugal.

And they are addictive.

Yeah.

So I think you may need to get more than one.

Because we gobbled those up in seconds.

I probably could have had about 4 or 5 to be honest.

So it is lunchtime here in Portugal and today we took the ferry over from Lisbon to Cacilhas.

And this is a great place to eat seafood because we're right by the Tagus River and fresh seafood

is available at every single restaurant.

So we found a local little spot, Sam has ordered Salmon, and I've ordered halibut.

So we're waiting for that to arrive and then we're going to show you some Portuguese seafood.

So our food

has finally arrived so it is time to take a tour of the plate.

So have a look here.

This is my halibut cooked on the grill and we've got broccoli, carrots and boiled potatoes

with olive oil on top.

It looks delicious.

I'm ready to dig in.

Mmmm.

Nice fresh halibut.

Really juicy and it is so good with the lemon squirted on top.

That's a really nice light dish.

That's good because I've been snacking all morning so I kind of need a light lunch at

this point.

But look at that it's nice and golden but still juicy in the inside.

Mmm.

Really good selection.

And I also really like that the food here in Portugal, whenever you order fish, it usually

comes with boiled potatoes and lots of veggies on the side.

So I feel like I'm being healthy and the flavors are just enhanced when you pour olive oil

over top.

It's just such a simple recipe but it is so good.

Mmmmhhhmmm.

You seem to have a monster meal right in front of you.

Tell us, what did you get?

Yeah, I got the salmon steak.

And if you take a look down here you'll notice it is a very thick cut.

Um, and I've been having this almost every day since I've arrived in Lisbon so this is

my favorite thing to eat in Portugal for sure.

I know, it is so good that we can't get sick of it.

And look at the size of that steak.

It's massive.

It almost takes up the whole plate.

So the only difference between our two plates is that you had the steamed or boiled vegetables

and I have like a little garden salad over here.

So that's nice a healthy.

So that has onions, carrots, a little bit of cabbage, lettuce and tomatoes.

But this is the reason I came here and took the ferry across the river.

For fresh fish.

Fresh fish.

This is my first bite here.

Oh, it looks like I can see a little bit of a bone.

Mmmm.

Well, was it worth the ferry ride over?

Yeah.

That's good.

Glad to hear it.

So these are two staple items that you'll find at every Portuguese table.

Yeah, you're going to find white wine vinegar and you're also going to find olive oil.

And that is also what the fish is cooked with.

And then it is garnished with a bit of salt.

So really simple ingredients but a really delicious taste.

Well, I would say this is a sign of a spectacular meal.

Nothing left!

We polished that off!

We polished that off.

Completely.

Well, we couldn't leave the restaurant without having dessert because we just love our sweets

so much.

So I got something called bolo brigadeiro.

And it is a chocolate cake with chocolate sprinkles and it looks oh so decadent.

Mmmmm.

Oh yeah.

It's like a nice and fluffy cake but it is also a little moist.

I don't know what they've put in it but it is really nice.

Not sharing!

Go away!

Little Miss Greedy Guts over here.

And so as not to be left out I got something as well.

Check it out down here.

Fancy!

Fancy coconut ice cream.

Is that a real coconut or is it like plastic?

Yeah, feels like it let's see.

Sounds like a coconut.

Coconut ice cream.

See if it tastes like one.

Is that chocolate in the middle?

Could be.

Mmmm.

Oh, that is so rich.

That is such rich coconut ice cream.

I love it.

Well, I have to admit it was a bit of a pricey meal.

It came to about 34 Euros but I think we went a little bit overboard with the wine and the

coffee and the dessert and I don't know what else we got.

So yeah, if you just got a main and a beverage it would come to about 20 to 25 Euros, so

something to keep in mind.

And another way you can shave down the price a little bit more is for someone to order

a main, like a fish main, and then the other person to order a small soup and a small salad

because those are about a third of the price of an actual fish dish.

So for today's lunch video we're eating one item alone.

We are trying Bacalhau which is dried salted cod and this is a fish that is very popular

here in Portugal.

Now the cod used to be salted because that is the method of preservation that they used

before refrigerators were widely available so that meant fish became really hard and

salted.

And then once you actually wanted to cook it you had to soak it in water just to remove

a bit of the salt and also soften it again.

And that is a food tradition that has been passed down.

So today we are trying three different items.

If you want to have a look here.

All prepared with cod - Bacalhau.

Oh la la.

We've only got three things to taste here but apparently there is a saying "That you

can make Bacalhau 365 days a year using a different recipe or a different technique."

So since I'm being a gentleman over here I'll let you choose the first of the three to try.

Well, I'm going to choose Bolinhos de Bacalhau.

And we actually have two of those so no problem.

We each get one.

So this is actually a little cake made with cod fish.

It's a savory cake not a sweet cake.

Um, it is made with mashed potatoes, fish, parsley and egg.

And it is deep-fried.

Let me show you the inside.

So you can really see the fiber of the fish in there.

Yeah, you can.

It's been rolled into a little ball so it looks good.

That's a monster bite you took.

I'm hungry.

That's quite nice.

So these little fish cakes can actually be served as an appetizer before a big meal but

because we've been kind of overdoing it with the big restaurant meals today we're having

something smaller so it is just going to be a little bit of a snack but I think filling

enough.

Alright, I'm also quite hungry as well.

I went for a really long jog this morning and I had a tiny breakfast so I'm ready for

my big bite.

Have you ever had a fish cake pasty before?

Yeah, I have I'm just trying to remember where it was.

I honestly can't remember.

And the neat thing about this is that of course you taste the fish but it's not overpowering.

It's definitely like a pastry as well too.

So next up we're trying this.

This is a Portuguese empanada.

And it is quite different from the ones I've had in Argentina which are usually half moon

shaped.

This is more like a little miniature pie.

And apparently it is stuffed once again with cod fish.

So I've never had a cod fish empanada before.

Let's see.

Yeah, that's pretty unique.

What does it look like inside?

Have a look in there.

I think there is more than fish in there to be honest.

Perhaps potatoes.

So it looks like and tastes like cod fish, potatoes and maybe even a little bit of spinach.

It's really nice.

And last but not least.

Well something had to be picked last so let's try this one.

So this is something that we just saw on the counter and like hey that's cod.

Let's try it.

Mmmm.

This is my favorite one.

You know what this one tastes like?

It tastes like cod fish Korean jeon.

It's like the Korean pancakes.

It is really crispy and really tasty.

This is awesome.

You're going to like this one.

So is that battered fish or is it breaded?

Yeah, it is battered.

Or is it just fried?

It's battered and fried and crispy on the outside.

Alright, so now it is time for a price point for those little snacks made out of Bacalhau.

Yeah, we picked up those four tasty little treats for 6 Euros total.

And what was wonderful is that we just took them to this nice little park which is a two

minute walk from our Air BNB and enjoyed eating them in the shade.

Today on Beloved Women

Now enjoy today's video with me, Christina Patterson.

Hello Beloved!

Welcome back as we continue our "Already Free" series as we work our way through the book

of Galatians to discover how to experience true freedom in Christ.

If you are new here welcome!

I've designed these videos so you and jump in at any point but please be sure to subscribe

so you never miss a video.

And for those returning welcome back Beloved!

Last week we kind of skimmed over a very important verse in our study of Galatians that I want

us to take a deeper look at this week.

This is a verse to further help us grasp the Gospel of Jesus Christ, in order that we may

truly experience the free life Christ died for us to enjoy.

Today I want to get right into the text by reading Galatians 2:21 where Paul says:

"I do not set aside the grace of God, for if righteousness could be gained through the

law, Christ died for nothing!"

- Galatians 2:21 NIV

If you remember the Galatians have been tempted to think that in order to receive salvation

from God they must partake in Jewish traditions.

Paul has fervently been advocating against this false belief using argument after argument

to support the true Gospel that says there is nothing we can do to be saved.

We are only saved by grace through faith.

And in doing so he reminds the Galatians that the law, or the rules given to the Israelites

by God through Moses only show us our sin but cannot save us from it.

We are only saved by the grace of God.

So I love that Paul says: I do not set aside the grace of God.

Because this is essentially what the Galatians are doing, this is what we do every time we

think we can earn our salvation, we reject God's grace and the work Jesus has already

done on the cross.

When my son is finished eating he always does the same thing to let us know he is finished,

the pushes his plate away from him, setting it aside as a message that he no longer has

need for it anymore.

When I'm cooking I set aside the ingredients that I don't need yet, ingredients that

will be of no use to me in the current moment.

When it comes to finances my husband and I set aside money that we do not want to use.

When you set something aside it's because you don't need it, it's in your way, you don't

want to use it, or it's not important.

And there are times and reasons we need to set certain things aside but God's grace is

never one of them.

Now maybe you've set aside the grace of God because you feel you need to work for

His love and approval.

Maybe you've set aside the grace of God because you feel like your sin is just too

much, you are in the pits of sin and you think not even God's grace can pull you out of

this one.

Maybe you know that God is powerful, and a healer, and deliverer, and can do anything,

but you've set aside the grace of God because you don't trust that He will do it for you.

But despite our feelings, and fears and how great our sin may be the Word of God tells

us do not set aside the grace of God.

Because no matter how hard we try, we cannot receive salvation without grace.

Grace is the unearned favor of God.

The Bible tells us it is a gift and you don't earn gifts, you can only receive it.

So do not set it aside for any reason.

But if you are tempted to think otherwise, let' go there are see what happens.

Let's just go down this path of thinking we can earn our own salvation.

Let's say there is some level of work we can actually achieve that will grant us salvation,

right relationship with God, and forgiveness of our sin through our own work and effort.

Then what?

Paul pleads and reasons that if this is the case, then Christ died for nothing.

He explains that if righteousness could be gained through our effort, work and our trying

to be good Christ died in vain.

Let's think this through Beloved.

If there was another way for us to be saved, if we could somehow work for it, if we could

somehow be good enough for it, do you honestly believe God would have sent His only Son to

die in our place.

If there was another way for us to have our sins forgiven that we may be in right relationship

and right standing before God to you think that God would have allowed His Son to suffer

even one minute.

Would He have allowed His Son to carry such a lonely, bloody, gruesome burden if there

was another way?

I cannot logically believe that if there was another way for God to bring salvation into

this world He would still have allowed His son to be crucified.

His only Son, with whom He was well pleased to take on such a punishment if it were not

necessary.

God allowed it because it was the only way for us to receive forgiveness of our sins

and salvation.

It was the only act of God that would reconcile us to God and prevent our eternal separation

from Him.

It shows how much He desperately wants us and to be in relationship with us so everytime

we set aside God's grace, it's like telling Jesus he really didn't have to die.

It's like saying it wasn't that serious.

But because Jesus did die, because He freely gave His life, reason tells us it was not

for fun or sport but because it had to be done.

If Jesus did not die, there would be no salvation for anyone.

So the next time you are tempted to think you are not good enough for God, that your

sin is too much to forgive, that your past is bigger than His love for you I urge you

to resist putting aside the grace of God.

Because Christ did not die for noting.

He died for you.

Now I want to hear from you today Beloved.

What is one thing that has happened in your life that you know was nothing but the grace

of God!

Hello, its Kinoshita Yuka (Eng subs by ~Aphexx~) (Change font size color and transparency via options menu)

So, Today! tadaa I've added 200 marshmallows to my favourite chocolate drink!!

200 marshmallows...

wait... you drink them don't you... or am I eating them now?

well whatev's I usually fill my mug full of them and here I have 2 litres in this

bowl and I think I have roughly 1kg of marshmallows in here so roughly speaking about 3kg

and to.... be able to .... drink all this..... makes me.... so happy

alrighty lets see how its made

Heads up y'all.... its really not that exciting

so we'll be using this drink mix my fav. SwissMiss

with one packet you can make about 180ml of choco drink so I'll be using 10 packs

and now I'll add 2L of milk so uhh the floaties are the parts where I burnt the milk

ahh the cocoa smells so good

first dissolve with a bit of milk

then add the rest

ahh! all this choco drink makes me so happy

and now add the marshmallows

200! so 6 bags and 2 extra ones make 200

ahh looks delish!

tadaa the dish is complete

~so happy~ lets weigh it shall we

W/o the bowl its about 3kg

the marshmallows are floating like clouds they look so comfy

itadakimasu ~itadakimasu~

ahh check it out can you see it? the marshmallow is all melted

mmmm! the melty marshmallows are especially delish

the stuff on top isn't as melted though all the marshmallows are floating here

these melty ones are the delish ones

The choco drink is also very sweet as well ~so happy~

the choco drink is so hot and delish

Wow guys.....

what is this like umm... this reminds me of masses of growth/algae that form on seas

the marshmallows are fizzing up

the sound of them melting and I love how they gradually all melt

its one of the things I look forward to in winter

I've gone through roughly half of this

to be able to drink enough to fill my belly.....

was one of my long held dreams~~~

well I've never dreamed of this really but its just something I thought of right now

but I've always liked choco drink it makes me so happy to drink so much like this at one time

look guys! it looks almost like snow

I have yet to see snow pile up this year here in Tokyo... I feel as though I'm looking at snow right now.....

~nah that's a lie, I'm kidding~

the foam that you see on top is all the melted marshmallows thats why marshmallows are so yummy in choco drinks

last bit itadakimasu

the choco drink with a bunch of marshmallows was so delish!

uhh a video I did a super long time ago.... ~lately I've been saying this a lot~

well.. anyways in a video I did a while back I said "I love choco drinks"

wait was that a cocoa drink? I used the same Swiss Miss... 'sumisu misu?'

Swiss Miss? I made a video using this same cocoa with extra marshmallows and I drank it saying

"its so delish and I love it won't you all give it a try?" is a video I did a long time ago....

but today I was able to drink 3kg of this and it made me so happy today.

for those lonely winter days drinking warm sweet drinks really cheers you up

everyone lets all recharge with some Choco-therapy

it was so delish so won't you all.. ~wait you don't have to drink all 3Kg but just a mug full~

JiJ - Journal #7 – Figeac Aero - Duration: 4:16.

Figeac Aero

Hi everyone and welcome to the new episode of my journal.

Today is Monday, the 13th of February and my portfolio's value is at 10,035 euros.

So that's it, I have finished to build my portfolio and I invested 3,240 euros in a

small French aircraft part manufacturer, Figeac Aero.

I bought 155 shares of this company at a price of 20.9 euros.

I am now invested in three small caps that I believe have significant potential.

The earning season has started and as expected companies results are globally good.

Yet, Trump and the political uncertainty in Europe continue to weight on markets.

In particular in France, investors fear the possible election of the populist Marine Le

Pen.

I do not believe in that at all and consequently I believe that undervalued French stocks represent

real opportunities.

Figeac Aero is one of the most recent industrial success stories in France.

The company is an aerospace subcontractor manufacturing aluminium and titanium parts

for aircraft.

Nothing exciting in appearance except that the company has doubled its sales over the

last three years, has an EBITDA margin of more than 20%, and, based on its order book,

is expected to double its earnings by 2020.

The impressive growth pace of the company brings risks.

Figeac is investing massively in its plants to follow its customer demand but ramp-up

problems cannot be excluded.

Strong activity can lead also to higher cost and penalties in case of delay.

Yet, Figeac is building the best and most competitive industrial network of its industry.

That makes the company extremely solid over the long term.

As the company is still small, no analyst is truly covering it.

As a consequence its stock remains unknown and significantly undervalued.

Indeed, for next year Figeac's EV/EBITDA is at only 10x and its P/E at only 16x.

Considering the fundamental and the growth of the company that's ridiculous.

Based on my estimates and a cautious DCF, Figeac fair value should be at 40 Euros.

That's is for today.

If you want to exchange with me on this subject, you can leave a comment.

Thank you very much and see you soon.
