Youtube daily report w Feb 12 2017

hi everyone

welcome back to my channel

where we talk make up

make up tutorials, reviews

if you are not subscribed yet please do so

down here click subscribe and the bell logo

everytime i new video comes out you will be

notified

that i, girl with the mask

BTW if yoy don't already know my name's maria

but i'm sure that's information

is around somewhere

i hope you like this video

this is a make up tutorial for valentine's day

but you can wear it on different occasions

a party, hang out with friends or something

i chose purple shades

burgundy shades

loads of highlighter

cause...that's me

and an eyeliner really set

i have to point out my best features

if you like this video please

give me a thumbs up

leave your comments downs below

share the video

your ideas and tips will be most welcome too

and let's jump into the tutorial

please saty until the end because

i have a special message for you guys

as you can see my eyebrows are

already done

i know it's not very professional

but i still need my duct tape

it helps me to know where to

draw my winged liner

if we had only one eye things

would be easier

first my go to eyeshadow for my crease

i need a smaller brush

then with a small blending brush

i'm going to use this pallete

i usually use thus one for my crease

i'll be using the next one on my lid

it's a purple

half burgundy shimmery

and i'm going to apply it all over my eyelid

for my outer corner i will be using 2 eyeshadows

from kiko

these have been discontinued, i don't know

their matching number anymore

this one is in shade 41

this purple with shimmer

i don't know what's their match for this

eyeshadow now

and shade 158

this more vibrant purple but matte

it has a bluish undertone

and i'm going to take a brush that's already

been used on my other eye

i really missed doing a make up tutorial

and i will aplly shade 41 in my outher corner

in my v shape

take it to the middle of your eyelid

let's blend it a bit

then i'm going to take a highlighting eyeshadow

but first i'm going to use from this pallete

redemption pallete iconic elements from make

up revolution

i'm going to use this one here, like a champagne shade

in my inner corner

why did i choose these colors?

because they are super girly

and for valentine dinner

i mean...you wear what you like

one thing i like to do with these eyeshadows

is to bring them into my brow bone

to really highlight

then i will use the third one with some shimmer

do i look fat in this angle?

i wonder

same in the inner corner

blend it with the previous one

and blend to the brow bone

remove duct tape

so it didn't happen

but why an i doing my eyes first

then my skin?

if i had fall outs from the eyeshadows

all your needed was a make up wipe remover

and clean

if you had all your make up on

it could still be saved but it would

give you a lot of work

i'm going to apply some purple eyepencil on

my lower lash line and water line

let's smoke it a little bit

now...EYELINER!!!!!!!!!!

it senses fear literally

this one's from kiko

super color eyeliner shade 110

it's a shimmery purple

SPOILER ALERT

nowhere it's said it's waterproof

but trust me, it is

to remove it, you're going to work your arm

i like this one because it has a very tiny point

like so

you can do very precise work

first start with your lash line then work

your way up

why i like the duct tape?

as you can see, now all i have to do

is follow the line left by the eyeshadow

i know i'm not looking where i should be looking

let's pretend i'm in a big tv studio

like 10 000 cameras

so eyeliner's done

if you ever think that your liner is not sharp enough

there's always a solution

i usually put some convealer on the

back of my hand

you can take a flat brush

or an angled brush

and you can fix the area you miss out

i always feel like it's not on fleek

next

next i took this matte eyeshadow

i always do this

in case your eyeliner didn't come out as you want

this step helps smoke things out

take an eyeshadow close enough to the liner

you use

apply where your liner ended then blend a

litlle bit the edges

i'm going to use the champagne eyeshadow

to blend my lower lash line

and i bring it up to clean things out

then i take a highlighting eyeshadow

i actually use this one as a highlighter

i saw a video from Marta Cruz, she has

a series called top 5

she made top 5 highlighters

and she mentioned this eyeshadow from sephora

and i was like....i have this one and i never

thought i could use it as a highlighter

it's called movie popcorn

but it is very bright

number 72

so you see

and i'm going to take a fluffy brush

and apply it to the center of my eyelid

to bring some light to the eyemake up

and because I LOVE HIGHLIGHTER

inner corner, don't forget

now mascara

if you wear false eyelashes, please do so

you know i don't

let's curve these bad girls

i swear someday i will rip my eyeball off

today i'll be using

avon true colors

nourishing and i'm really loving this one

in a hits and miss video

so my eyes are done

i will now do my face

then i'll be back to a final check

see you soon

so i have done the rest of my make up

i have used primer

the ps pro from primark

the foundation i used today

was revlon colorstay

i'm describing but i will write down below everything

i used

the rest of the products are the usual

i did some contour with make up revolution

bronzer

i applied the bronzer that smells like chocolate

to bring some warmth to my cheekbones

the blush was glowing peach from oriflame

highlighter is the eyeshadow i used to

highlight my brow bone and inner corner

movie popcorn from sephora

i think you can see it

this highlight is so great

it's like from space

lips i used shade berry blast

from the matte colection by avon

and the setting spray by avon too

so this is an option to a valentine make up

it's only one more

i just want to tell you something

i don't care how long this video will be

i have to say this

i was wondering if i should do this video because

it's something all youtubers will be doing

and i'm not that person who does a video

because everybody else is

usually the themes chosen don't interest me

this year valentine will be a litlle different

i hope at least

i have someone this year

then it got me thinking the make up

i did today you can use it

any other day

i'm using these colors

but you can wear these colors in any given day

and when i said that this year i have someone to be with

it doesn't mean that the past years i didn't

i have family and friends

so if you don't have a boyfriend or girlfriend

to be with on valentine,it's ok

please know that you are not alone

do stuffs with friends, close family or cousins

when i was "alone" i'd go to the movies

why not a spa

if you cannot afford a spa

do something at home like a facemask

there are so many things you can do

forget about valentine

if you want to show to your S.O

that you love her/him

you don't need a specific day to do it.

a year has 365 days

so you have 365 opportunities to say i love you

for zillions of reasons you might not be able

to share this day with your S.O

but you have other days you can do it

life happens really fast

things happen and people just stumble on each other

and then when you notice...all that stress

for that day and then...

i wish you would all have a happy valentine all through

out the year

if you don't have a partner, it's not the end of the world

i think that in 34 years, it will be my first one

like a conventional valentine

that depends...maybe i'll vlog so you can see

it could be interesting

if you have no partner, go out with your friends

even alone why not?

do something good and kind for yourself

you can do this make up and go out

have fun, even if it's just a cup of coffee

to love others, you must first love yourself

that's a lesson i have learnt the hard way

you can't give back a feeking you don't

nurture for yourself first

so it'll be all for today

i hope you liked this video

and see next time

xoxo

8 Creative Ways Animals Store Food - Duration: 9:07.

It's a pretty common problem.

You have some food, you chow down ... and you get full, so you want to save some for

later, when you're hungry again.

Or maybe you know that you won't be able to get more food for a while, so you stockpile.

You protect your stash from others, and try to keep it from spoiling.

Now, I don't want to sound like I'm bragging here, but humans are pretty good at this.

We invented canning and drying; refrigeration and freezing; pasteurization and all kinds

of preservatives.

You name it, we've probably done it to make food last longer.

But other animals have some tricks up their sleeves, too.

So here are 8 wacky techniques our fellow food-lovers have come up with to stay alive.

King penguins store food in a super convenient place: their stomachs.

And they can keep it there, undigested, for weeks at a time.

The birds breed on subantarctic islands, and once the female lays the egg, both parents

will take turns watching the nest while the other goes fishing.

Usually, the male penguin takes the last shift before the egg hatches.

But sometimes the female is delayed getting back, because the birds' foods of choice

are lanternfish and squid that live 400-500 kilometers south.

So, to make sure the infant bird has something to eat in case mom is late, a penguin father

will come back from his last foraging trip with a full stomach.

And for up to three weeks after he gets back, he'll live off his fat reserves and preserve

his stomach contents -- a tasty mash of fish and squid parts ready to be coughed up into

a hungry chick's mouth.

It's enough food to nourish the chick for 9-10 days.

What's especially strange about this is that the food doesn't rot, even though it's

just sitting around.

At first, scientists thought that the penguins might preserve the food by lowering the temperature

inside their stomachs to basically turn themselves into mini fridges.

But their stomachs are actually a toasty 38 degrees Celsius.

It turns out that they keep the food fresh by making their stomachs less acidic, which

keeps digestive enzymes from processing the food, and by stopping their stomach muscles

from churning it too much.

They also release antimicrobial proteins called

spheniscins to stave off bacteria and fungi.

Shrikes are smallish birds that you might underestimate … until you see them spear

their prey on thorns, pointy branches, or even barbed wire -- whatever sharp object

they can find.

Then they'll spend the next couple of days ripping pieces off these ad-hoc skewers and

eating them.

It's thought that shrikes evolved this special butchering method because unlike other birds

of prey, they don't have talons to help pull apart meat.

Shrikes also don't have crops, the internal pouches many birds use to store food, so they

can't eat their entire kill all at once.

Instead, they have to be dainty about it — if you can call regularly ripping flesh off of

a spit dainty.

They'll also impale their food to detoxify it, which gives them more options for food sources.

Loggerhead shrikes in Florida, for instance, are known to spear poisonous species, including

the notorious lubber grasshopper, which is so toxic that it doesn't have many predators.

The grasshoppers are dangerous to the birds when they're fresh, but after one to two

days decomposing on a stick, the chemicals degrade and lose their potency.

If you're thinking that it must be risky to leave your food out in the open on a stick,

you're right.

These stashes are often raided by other animals.

But for shrikes, that risk is actually important, because if a male has lots of food stored

up, that's a signal to females that he's good provider.

During mating season, males will even add inedible items like rags or pieces of eggshell

to make their spiky pantries look bigger and draw attention to them.

And in many cases, they won't eat all the food — it's just for show.

Once it's time to incubate eggs or feed babies, though, the larders become much more

important for sustenance.

The birds will eat more of the food and keep the stores closer to their nests and better hidden.

Their chicks are born with an instinct to impale.

Young birds will start by playing with inedible objects with their bills in what's officially

called "dabbing."

Yep, baby birds have better dance moves than you.

OK, so we all know about squirrels and their precious acorns.

But red squirrels primarily eat pine cones -- and also collect and store a more unusual treat:

mushrooms.

They preserve the mushrooms by hanging them in trees to dry, then move them to safe hideaways

to snack on later.

The 'mushroom jerky' comes in at least 89 varieties, and includes some pretty highbrow

stuff — like false truffles, which are mushrooms that look a lot like the truffles you'll

find in fancy food.

And for some squirrels, mushrooms aren't just a side dish.

For red squirrels in New Brunswick, Canada, anywhere between 35-95% of their diet is fungi,

depending on mushroom availability and whether they can find other kinds of food.

They'll typically capture lots of mushrooms in the summer, then preserve and save them

to eat during the winter.

Some squirrels seem to prefer bare branches -- and therefore dead trees -- as dehydration spots.

They'll then store the mushrooms in tree hollows, or in the tangles in trees known

as witches' brooms.

But squirrels will also use whatever dehydration and storage spots they can get.

In 1911, for example, a fur warden found an abandoned cabin in Alaska full of preserved fungi.

A red squirrel had broken in, dried mushrooms on all the shelves, and stowed the pieces

in empty cans.

One way to avoid the headache of preservation is to just keep your prey alive, but trapped.

And that's exactly what moles do.

They'll hunt earthworms and insect larvae in dirt, then bite off their heads to immobilize

them.

They'll stash the food in the walls of their tunnels, or in special chambers near nests,

to eat later.

And it's a good strategy: some moles pack those chambers with more than 1,200 worms.

Moles are such effective earthworm hunters that scientists think worms have actually

evolved an instinctive response to avoid them.

When they sense mole-like vibrations in the ground, worms will escape to the surface.

Unlike squirrels and lots of other food-caching animals, moles don't store up for a specific season.

They're active year-round, searching for and nabbing worms for their collections.

But frozen ground does make it easier to grab prey, so they'll collect more worms in the winter.

Winter also helps with another problem: the worms eventually regrow their heads, which

means they can move again.

But when the ground is frozen, they can't squirm away.

Shrews, like moles, are master tunnelers with a taste for earthworms, though they also like

snails, insects, and the occasional small mammal.

But some shrews add an extra element to their hunting strategy: venom.

The American short-tailed shrew has what's called blarina toxin in its saliva, which

subdues victims after a bite.

Since the meal is alive, it won't spoil.

And since it's paralyzed, it also can't run away.

Shrews really need to keep extra meals around, especially if they're going to survive the winter.

See, shrews have ridiculously high metabolisms -- they need to eat their weight in food every day

And during the colder months, food can be harder to come by.

The venom might also let certain shrews take on larger animals like frogs.

And when you have a shrew's metabolism, anything that gives you more food options

is an advantage.

But not all burrowing mammals with a penchant for hoarding are meat-eaters.

The pika doesn't have a lightning bolt-shaped

tail, and you can't catch it with a PokeBall.

Instead, it's a small creature that looks like a cross between a mouse and rabbit, is

perfectly happy eating plants.

Problem is, American pikas live in the mountains of western North America, where it can be

pretty hard to find plants it can eat in the winter.

So pikas collect hay in the summer, dry it, and save stashes between rocks to eat when it's cold.

But there's more to this than just saving food for later.

Wildlife biologists have noticed that the plants pikas eat in the summer aren't the

same plants they save for winter.

The hay they store contains much higher levels of tannins, the bitter organic molecules you'll

also find in wine.

And for many animals, probably including pikas, tannins are toxic.

But with time and dehydration, tannins degrade.

And in the meantime, they help preserve the hay.

So, the pika can eat plenty of the good, non-toxic stuff while it's foraging, and collect and

save the bad hay until it's aged into a tastier, safer food.

The tayra, a weasel relative found in Central

and South America, also uses time to its advantage.

Tayras are known to pick plantains when they're green, hide them away, and come back a few

days later to eat them when they're ripe.

The animals will do something similar with

sapotes, a type of native fruit, which will only ripen off the plant once it's already mature.

Now, tayras will eat pretty much anything, and these fruits are just one part of their diet.

But the idea that an animal seems to have the foresight to grab a food before it's

ripe -- and to pick it at just the right time -- has some scientists wondering if tayras

and other animals with similar habits are capable of what's called prospective thinking.

Is the tayra taking the fruits because it knows that if it picks them now, it can eat

them later?

Or does it just work out that way?

This type of future planning was thought to be limited to just apes and some birds.

But now that they've discovered these unusual food storage techniques, biologists are starting

to rethink that.

Even if the tayra is cognitively advanced, it's hard to beat the tiny marine ragworm

at the food storage game.

Because these guys dabble in farming.

Ragworms live in beaches and estuaries, burrowing in sand and mud.

Most of their food isn't that nutritious — they'll slurp up pretty much any organic

material and scavenge for meals.

But they'll also pull cordgrass seeds into their tunnels.

At first, biologists thought the ragworms were just eating the seeds.

But it turns out that they actually can't eat them right away — they can't get through

the seeds' thick husks.

So instead, a ragworm will stick the seed in the sand, and a few weeks or months later,

it sprouts into a little plant that the ragworm can eat.

It's like the worm version of a protein shake — a convenient, nutritious meal.

So whether they're impaling their meals, spreading them out to dry, or biting heads

off, animals have lots of ways to save their food for later.

Even if they don't have access to refrigerators or fancy preservatives.

1 Trick: How to STOP URGES on NOFAP ► How to Stop Relapsing NoFap | NoFap Urges, Quit Porn Addiction - Duration: 2:36.

What's up guys?

This is KreativeVein back again with another NoFap video and the topic of overcoming urges

on this journey to quit pornography and masturbation has come up a lot.

I've gone through many, many relapses but the thing is, after relapsing one time which

destroyed me for the rest of the day, I realized that if I keep doing the same thing, I'll

keep getting the same results.

So I researched how to stop relapsing forever, and I came across a simple trick that has

helped me tremendously.

Before we get into this be sure to smash that subscribe button if you haven't done so,

and if you have, comment what other videos I should make!

Now, I'm sure if you've been doing NoFap or abstaining from any addiction, you will

go through this mind game with yourself where you debate over and over again with your brain

until you finally give in and relapse.

It's extremely hard for me (no pun intended), but instead of trying to debate, which is

almost always going to lead to relapsing, you just evade the relapse.

What I mean is, if you had a salesman come to your door each day, and you entertain him,

while you can overcome his sales in the first few days or weeks, over time if you keep letting

him debate and rationalize with you, you will give in . So instead of entertaining him,

you just avoid him.

You don't let him in.

Making this analogy go back to stopping urges, do not argue with your brain.

Your brain wants the fix, it is addicted.

Your brain is not your friend here.

Instead, the moment you click on something pornographic or the moment you have an erection

and an urge to masturbate, play a game on your phone for 5 minutes.

It will take your mind off the urge until it subsides.

I play iMessage games with friends, or 8-ball, or even just Flappy Bird on my Mac.

So that's all there is to it, do not debate, evade your urges and they can't touch you.

I just wanted to share that with you, and once again, thanks for watching, I'm uploading

every Thursday and Sunday at 5PM EST.

KreativeVein, peace.

Learning about God - Duration: 8:23.

Hi today we're going to learn some

things about God. I have to kind of

forewarn you that this discussion might

be sensitive to some people. Like I said

in the introductory video sometimes we

have to deal with things we just don't

like and I also said that we have to

find things that we can study. We have to

find some sort of authority so we can

come to proper conclusions and today

we're going to do that with God.

We can speculate about many things but

what we need to do is the work with things we

do know and not with all the

possibilities

otherwise we can be chasing endless

imaginations forever, so let's look at

some things we do know. When we as humans

create things we create things with

similarity to us. Think of Apple's Siri

or Amazon's Alexa these all have

something in common with us and it is

just the way we create things and so I

think we need to have this is as a starting

place. This might get sensitive to some

people but I've asked this question more

times than I can remember

"should a father loved his childhood" "should a

mother loves her child" and the answer is

always yes! Because deep down in our

hearts we know that's the way it should

be

now it doesn't always turn out that way

and I don't want you to feel bad if it

didn't turn out like that for you but

that's the standard and we don't need to

live by the exception

you know living by the exceptions like a

car that crosses a flooded Road and it

makes it safely and so we say will let

everybody else cross 10 other cars cross

they get washed down the river and one

makes another one makes it and we say

it's okay because two made it.

No, we don't want to live by the

exception we want to live by the rule

and the rule is that we know in a family

unit that a mother and father should

love their children, in fact there's been so

many movies made about where children go

searching for their real parents or they

don't want them to get divorced or if they do

get divorced or someone dies they don't

want a new mom or a new dad because deep

down, like i said deep down, inside of us

we know that the way things are supposed

to be is that a father and a mother

would love their children and their

children love them.

That is something we can use to then

relate to God. Now I know people ask all

the time if God such a loving God why is

there so much evil in the world why is

bad things happen to good people and

that's an honest question and i'm not

sure we can fully answer that but we can

look at the family unit, we can look at

what we do know and what we do know is

not very many families if any family

really ever functions in perfect harmony

and the reason for this is because each

of us has our own will our own desires

and oftentimes those clash and so we

run into problems that brings us

to this thing called free will

free will is the ability for us to

choose right and wrong, to choose what we

want to do instead of being

pre-programmed people that are just

carrying out the orders of somebody else.

I hope you believe that, I hope you

believe that your love, certainly I want

to believe that my love, is genuine for

others and not something I'm made to do.

So if we have free will and we have

choices then we need to be able to deal

with the consequences,

we need to be able to accept the

consequences or the rewards. If we choose

to do wrong we need to accept those

consequences if we do right we should

hope that there's blessings for those.

And so this is something we need to

realize we cannot sit there and tell God;

"oh God I want to do what I want to do

but I don't want you ever let anything

bad happen to me." That's just not the way

things work! You can't tell your parents or

or you know you can't tell your parents;

"hey I want to do what I want to do but

don't let anything bad happen!" It

doesn't work that way!

That's not the way the world works! We

have to accept that. Now if we want free

will then we have to accept choices that

we make. Now imagine a child in a family

where they, on a regular basis, go around

breaking things hurting siblings just,

being disobedient, and the parent goes

around behind them and tries to fix

everything and not allow any

consequences that happen.

That child is going to be ruined, but as

a good parent you would want that child

to learn and so God wants us to learn

from the things that happen to us from

our choices. And this is something we

need to accept from God. We need to be

able to deal with that and understand

that. Many times people say; "well I didn't

do anything wrong and something bad

happen to me!"

Well you know that's, that's true a lot

of times but we have to put into a

bigger perspective. There's a lot of

times we've done things wrong and other

people have suffered the consequences

even if it's not showing up for work and

someone else has to work extra hard.

Something simple like that but it could

be greater things to

When you consider the world has

seven billion people in it and seven

billion people are doing wrong

well a lot of bad things can happen.

Diseases get passed around, famines

happen, violence crimes,

it just goes on and on and on. When we

have 7 billion people in the world doing

wrong things. So don't always feel that

boy, why did that happen to me

well you know that's the unfortunate

thing. But here's one thing you need to

understand that a lot worse things could

happen and you think "oh yeah you haven't

seen what I've seen."

I'm telling you a lot of worse things, this

earth could not exist. You know sometimes

I'm just standing by the edge of a step

and I turn around look and think, see how

close that was, that I may have fallen.

Or I'm driving out street and just get

missed by an accident.

See we could be killed so many times

within a single day and yet it doesn't

happen!

God's not just letting everything out of

control. And so we need to understand

that just because we think we're good

people and something bad happened to us

we need to understand that we are all in

this mess together and that bad things

do happen. Sometimes when we don't expect

it, or we don't even seem to deserve it.

So then that brings me to the point of

Justice. Every good family every good

society must be a society of justice

there must be justice, there must be

fairness in order for society or family

to function properly and so it must be

true with God, that God is a just God. Now

we don't like justice when we come

under its heavy hand but we want justice

when people do wrong to us, or we don't

want people to do wrong to others and so

we want justice.

So we have to be able to accept that,

that God is a loving God, but God is also

adjust God, and so putting this together

that's what we need to understand just

as a father a mother loves your children

God loves us he will always love us but

He's also very just God and being a just

God, He is going to have to allow us to

suffer the consequences of doing wrong

or he's going to be able to bless us.

Think of that the world in these terms

if there is no God and we see this

injustice in the world then there's no

hope there ever will be justice but if

we understand that there's a God and in

the end He will deal with us he will

bless us or he will punish us for what

we've done then we start to have hope in

the sense that there is justice.

Understanding this, thinking clearly

about this will change your life. I

guarantee it'll change your life and so

I know it leaves many unanswered

questions but we'll get to them in fact

if you want to ask now just put them in

the comments below. And the last thing I

want to say is, hey, please subscribe to

my channel and tell as many people you

know about it so we can all join into

this thing together and we can learn how

to think clearly

thanks a lot have a great day and see

you next time!

How To Make Pitching Practice More Game Like - Duration: 5:15.

Hello.

I'm Brian Fitzgerald The Golf Doctor.

Today I'm going to show you a game you can play with pitching that is really going to

help lower your score.

Stay tuned.

[MUSIC]

So what is this game that I am going to teach you today?

Ah it's pretty easy.

I have set up a circle which is 3 feet in circumference or 1 putter length in diameter I should say.

And around that I have set up some cones around that.

And each cone is about 4 paces from the edge.

And I'm standing here at about 20 yards away 25 yards away something like that.

And what I am going to do is I am going to try and attempt to hit a pitch shot that goes

into that circle initially and if it goes into the circle I am going to give myself

a score of a birdie.

I am not going to putt today.

I am just going to assume that anything that finishes in that 3 foot radius circle is going

to be a 1 putt.

If I finish inside the cones.

That's going to give me a par.

I am going to automatically give myself 2 putts.

And if I finish outside the cones, I am going to make sure I give myself a bogey.

So I have 9 balls here.

And I am going to see what score I can generate with that.

I am going to hopefully have 9 pars or even better.

Now because there i just me and the cameras here today.

I haven't got time to set up 9 different locations.

But I have got to say my preference for this is to have these 9 balls situated in different

spots around the green.

You can even do it in a bunker.

But it really is important that you do vary it.

As we want to try and make practice feel like it's a game of golf.

Having 9 balls down here in front of me hitting 9 balls in a row isn't really real golf.

So it is a version of practice.

But we want to practice like we play.

So the best alternative is definitely 9 balls totally around the green in all sides and

then we are trying to set ourselves a goal.

So I won't hit all 9 shots.

But I will hit a shot and we will see how we go with it.

I also think it is important when we do this to make sure we go through our pre shot routine.

We don't just go on auto pilot and just hit 9 shots.

That's why it's good to walk around and get the different positions.

Take your bag with you.

Select the club.

We want to make it as real as possible.

So we go through the pre shot routine.

So I am going to enter that now.

Of course I have my little rehearsal.

Try and feel the club.

And then I hit the shot.

I actually hit a pretty good shot but the green is very wet, it's slightly up hill and

think I have finished outside the circle there I think I am about 30 cm out.

So that would count as a bogey.

So as I said before we would hopefully go to a different location.

Ah I am going to have another go from here now.

Once again pre shot routine.

And of course it's not wet up there so I have hit that a little bit long.

I have paid the penalty of trying to over do the first one so that's another bogey.

So now I am 2 over par.

If my goal was to finish at even par somewhere I have got to make some birdies.

I will hit one more.

I have obviously been spending far to much time on the bike and not enough time on my

short game.

So it doesn't matter what I do.

But the purpose is that you try and rehearse and you practice to improve your golf.

I really like doing this skill.

Ah especially as I said from the different locations.

Because if you have set the bar at even par or you might even set it at 2 over or 3 over

par depending on what your handicap is.

You are going to start feeling pressure.

The more balls you hit and you are going to think I really want to achieve my goal.

So we are going to try and make it as real as we can and I think this is a really good

test of your golf abilities.

So I hope you have enjoyed it.

Do it on a regular basis.

Do it once per week.

Count your score.

Write it in the notes function of your phone.

And that becomes your PB and just keep doing it over a period of weeks and it will get

much much better.

And if you can tidy this area up you will definitely lower your score.

Thank you for letting me help you with your golf.

Booktube Gathering AT VidCon Europe? Amsterdam 2017 | Alffbooks - Duration: 1:57.

Hello, My name is Stephen Alff and welcome back to Alffbooks!

And today I am here to talk about VidCon Europe!

In April, I'm going to be going to VidCon Europe because it's going to be amazing and

I am able to go which is really cool!

This is the first time I go to VidCon and what I want to do is I want to meet as many

people as possible!

Now, because I am a booktuber specifically, I think it would be amazing to organise a

booktuber meetup!

I don't know who's going, not really, I know a few people who are going but it would be

amazing if we got to know who was going!

So if you are going let me know down below in the comments!

If you know anyone who is going, let me know as well, that would be amazing because then

I can just contact those people and be like: Hey we need to meet up!

This has to happen!

This is going to be cool and it's going to be so so much fun!

Meeting real life people in real life who love books, what could be better?

Right?

A booktuber meetup in Amsterdam during the weekend of VidCon definitely has to happen!

When I say a booktuber meetup, I obviously mean, not just people who make videos but

also people who watch videos and people who would like to become Booktubers!

And just people in general who really feel in some way connected to the booktube community!

So yeah, I want this to happen!

I want as many people to meet up as possible!

And I think there's potential to have an amazing meetup because this community is made up of

amazing people!

I know this week's video is pretty short but I really wanted to do this and I didn't have

much time, as I'm not currently at home.

I don't want to get out of the rhythm of making videos because last time I did that I stopped

making videos for 3 months *laughs* I hope you are having a fantastic week and

I will see you next week with another video!

That's all from me, bye!

Don't worry so much about Trump his statements! - Duration: 5:44.

Hello, welcome at this new vlog of Belicons.

Nice that you are watching.

This week I try to put into perspective the turmoil about what Trump is saying and doing lately.

Many people see Trump raging on TV against everything and anyone he dislikes.

And people get scared because of that.

This man can throw atomic bombs on other countries.

Would he really do that when some people are really annoyed by him?

And then his statements about the judges who forbade his travel ban.

As president, he should respect the judges.

What will it mean that he isn't doing that?

Will the judges give in to the pressure and later on rule according to his likings?

Or will Trump name new judges who do agree with him?

The same thing is happening in The Netherlands.

Geert Wilders is doing very well in the polls and one would expect him to behave as a possible

future prime-minister.

But instead he said after his conviction for insulting people from Morocco that it wouldn't

change anything for him.

What will such statements mean for the justice in the world?

Furthermore, many people are unsatisfied at the moment.

We are more and more often opponents.

Many people also trust politicians and judges less and less.

If politicians with a lot of influence on people start to add to that by implying that

the judges are fools.

What will that mean for our future?

It will only reinforce the negative feelings.

I do understand that people are worried because all of this.

I myself am worried sometimes too.

However, I do think that we shouldn't get too scared.

The United States and The Netherlands are democratic countries.

That means that there are all kinds of things that protect us from leaders who violate people's rights.

I don't want to claim that democracy always works perfectly, but we aren't just fully

at the mercy of the mood of a specific president or other kind of leader.

For example the constitution.

They cannot just change that.

Actually this is a bit easier in The United States than in The Netherlands, but in both

countries it isn't easy.

In The United States they need the approval of both houses and a lot of representatives

from all states.

In The Netherlands they even need the approval of both houses twice and in between we have elections.

In other words, a leader can only change the constitution in The Netherlands when he or

she is re-elected as prime-minister.

Back to the United States, Trump is against Muslims and decided that people from certain

Muslim countries weren't allowed to enter the United States again.

His voters were very happy of course, but it led to a lot of trouble for people from

these countries.

But this was only a temporary problem since it violates the United States constitution

and even a president needs to respect that.

And then we get to the next thing that protects us:

The judges.

A president or other leader can of course choose to neglect the constitution.

That is what Trump was doing.

But as we saw, the judge's verdict was that this ban does violate the constitution and

therefore he stopped it.

So in this way we can see that Trump is stuck to the constitution, whether he likes it or not.

If he really wants to reinstate his travel ban he needs either to prove that there are

real threats from these specific countries.

Or he needs to rewrite it in a way that is not violating the constitution.

Another difference between the United States and The Netherlands is that a president of

the United states names federal judges.

In The Netherlands politicians have no influence on what judges are named.

So whoever is ruling this country, they should deal with the judges that are named or being named.

Nevertheless, this actually shouldn't make a difference.

The only aim of a judge is to find out what the evidence says that has happened and judge

whether this is criminal or not.

Their own ideas don't make a difference.

That is why they wear a gown, they all represent the same law.

Nevertheless, I do like the idea that in The Netherlands politicians cannot influence what

judges we have.

So in this way the constitution and judges together protect us from leaders as Trump and Wilders.

They can still say nasty things about judges, but they also need to deal with them.

It is actually much more important to look at what is happening among us the average citizens.

Of course Wilders and Trump don't make society a more cosy place.

But they won't make people lose their trust in judges.

People who already agree with their ideas will support them even stronger.

But people who don't agree with them will only understand them less and less.

People don't just change their minds over these subjects.

But it is a fact that these two sides do exist and that people of these two sides don't

talk so much with each other.

A fan of Trump won't that easily talk with someone who is shouting 'Not my president!'

and visa versa.

And it is very important to realize this.

Let people like Trump and Wilders just be angry, but don't worry too much about that.

Instead, start to talk with people who think very different than you do.

So if you are really happy with everything that Trump says and does, then try to find

someone who doesn't and try to understand him or her.

And if you are very worried about the idea of 4 years of Trump, then try to find some

of his supporters and try to understand why they think so different than you do.

We don't have to start to agree on everything, but it can help us to understand each other better.

Just take a look at my vlog about dialogue between Muslims and non-Muslims.

The tips in this vlog can be used for other groups too.

If we start to do this, then Trump and Wilders can say whatever they want, but they won't

strengthen the tensions that already exist in society.

These are my ideas.

Let me know what you think, on Belicons or on YouTube.

And don't forget to mention your arguments of course.

I'm really curious and I'll see you next week.

Bye!

Benefits of milk | You Have Been Drinking Milk All Your Life And You Didn't Know | Milk nutrition - Duration: 1:41.

Apparently, even though we were told that the animal milk is a rich source of calcium,

apparently, it is not good for our health.

Namely, the human body cannot absorb the calcium well from the milk as it does from the plants.

Moreover, milk also raises the risk of other health issues, such as:

1.

Cholesterol,

Unlike vegan foods, which are cholesterol-free, one milk serving has 24 mg of cholesterol.

2.

Lactose intolerance,

Cow's milk has sugar known as lactose, which might be hard to digest and leads to nausea,

diarrhea, cramps, and bloating.

3.

Broken bones,

A Swedish medical study has shown that women who consume much dairy milk are more susceptible

to fractures than those who drank less or no milk.

4.

Prostate cancer,

Studies have shown that the consumption of milk and other dairy products raise the risk

of prostate cancer, and diets which are milk-free slow down its progress.
