Youtube daily report w Feb 9 2017

Hello and welcome to the update

on our True Potential portfolios.

So today I'm gonna discuss the performance

of the portfolios,

what changes we've made,

and also look at what are the key themes

that we're seeing from our four manager partners.

So before we do this,

first thing that I'd like to do is

just to say that True Potential portfolios

now have over £1.8 billion invested

since we launched in October 2015.

I'd like to take this opportunity

to thank you all for your continued support

but actually why are we seeing

such large inflows into the portfolios?

What we're seeing is that both clients and advisors

understand the benefits of advanced diversification

and the results can be seen from

this actually working in practise.

Okay so let's have a look at the performance figures

and as you can see for January

performance in general has been positive.

Equity markets have been performed quite well

but bond markets in general have sold off.

Over the longer terms since launch,

you can see some excellent figures

with investors being rewarded for taking extra risk

with the growth and aggressive portfolios

both posting returns over 20% over the period.

So as you'll know we'll speak to

our four manager partners at least monthly,

looking for any short term key themes

and then we can tilt the portfolios

to take advantage of them.

First, and potentially most contentious theme,

is what's happening in the US.

So one of the main questions our four managers partners

have been asking is now we're moving away

from that Donald Trump honeymoon period,

will he be able to push through

those domestically focused policies through Congress?

This is a real dichotomy of views of here.

Some managers are still confident in Donald Trump's ability,

whilst others have been reducing exposure to the US,

citing high valuations and a potential uptick in volatility

as the world digests whether Trump's policies

will work or not.

Currency has been a major factor

in return over the past few months.

And actually if we look over 2016

sterling depreciation has been one

of the main contributors to return.

The sterling against US dollar exchange rate

is historically at one of the lowest levels

seen for over 30 years.

Our managers are looking at what

could happen should this unwind,

and certain managers are reducing exposure to US dollars.

Others however are still bullish,

believing that there is further to go

and the Trump administration could drive

the currency to an even higher level.

Okay so let's now take a look at

what's taken place over the month.

So rebalances have been placed for the cautious

on balanced plus portfolios.

So within the cautious portfolio,

the True Potential Schroder cautious fund has been added to,

helping to add to diversification

and also reducing the overall model exposure

towards fixed interest and increase exposure towards cash.

With equities, Schroder select funds with a value bias

and they'll also identify funds with alternative strategies.

Again adding to diversification benefits.

The True Potential Allianz cautious fund has been reduced

and that's because the fund

has relatively higher risk levels

and a larger exposure to non sterling currencies

compared to the other True Potential funds in that category.

So within the balanced plus portfolio,

The True Potential Schroder cautious fund has been added to,

and that's for the same reasons that I talked

about before for the cautious portfolio.

This time however, the True Potential SEI

cautious fund was reduced,

and that's due to SEI's exposure

to global minimum volatility equities,

an area of the market that has seen huge inflows during 2016

but was previously mentioned is increasingly associated

with bond proxies which correlate with bond price movements.

Looking at the rest of the True Potential portfolio range,

allocations have been kept the same

with the optimisation of all four factors continuing

to be paramount within the portfolios.

Markets are constantly changing

and the feeling is that we're moving towards

a different market environment.

Diversification is key for investors to reduce risk

and to navigate through different market conditions.

The True Potential portfolios not only offer

diversification by asset class, country, and currency,

they also offer diversification around investment style.

Something we feel is essential in changing markets.

Head in the clouds

You circle high

Here under roots

I watch you fly

And as if in a balloon

My heart floats to you

My heart floats to you

With body bound

In gravity

This weightless love

Breaks free

So as if in a balloon

My heart floats to you

My heart floats

I'll send you all I got

Pop it when you want

Untie the bottom knot

Just don't let it drop

Hold it to your chest

Let it be your jets

And far beyond our heads

Let's propel each other up

Your mind's too young

And mine not old enough

Without a common language to speak with

We've built a wall

But as if in a balloon

My heart floats with you

My heart floats with you

My heart floats with you

I'm sending you all I have

I'm sending you all I have to give

Maybe someday wings will burst out my back

And I'll float with you

I'll send you all I got

Pop it when you want

Untie the bottom knot

Just don't let it drop

Hold it to your chest

Let it be your jets

And far beyond our heads

Let's propel each other up

True Potential Portfolios - January 2017 - Duration: 4:43.

Hello and welcome to the update

on our True Potential portfolios.

So today I'm gonna discuss the performance

of the portfolios,

what changes we've made,

and also look at what are the key themes

that we're seeing from our four manager partners.

So before we do this,

first thing that I'd like to do is

the True Potential Schroder cautious fund has been added to,

helping to add to diversification

With equities, Schroder select funds with a value bias

Again adding to diversification benefits.

The True Potential Allianz cautious fund has been reduced

So within the balanced plus portfolio,

The True Potential Schroder cautious fund has been added to,

they also offer diversification around investment style.

Something we feel is essential in changing markets.

7 REAL & Creepy Places That Science CAN'T EXPLAIN - Duration: 10:24.

We all like traveling.

Some of us like it so much that are willing to go camping as long as the flight is cheap.

But then again apart from all the party islands, huge museums or monuments, great food and

cheap liquor there are some other places you could go to.

They intrigued scientists so they might just be interesting for you too:

7 Creepy Real Places That Science Can't Explain

The Hessdalen Lights Nope it's not in the States, it is in Europe,

Northern Europe that is.

And yes, it has lights but just only not on the sky.

Imagine every day (and night) of your life in an X Files episode.

Because, yes that is what actually happens to these fearless Vikings.

Night after night, strange lights appear in the sky, dance around in patterns, and even

flash in different colors.

And this isn't just a couple of drunken Euro hillbillies taking grainy pictures.

Science confirms the Hessdalen Lights are a real thing, and they don't know what causes

them.

One frightening theory, which has been given some credence by a few tests, is that the

valley is actually highly radioactive.

Radon piggybacks on dust particles until it gets up in the atmosphere and decays, producing

the lights.

So they're not exactly disco lights.

Other scientists think that the valley might actually be one enormous C cell battery.

It's been established that one wall of the valley is rich with copper deposits, and the

other is rich with zinc, and that's pretty much the basic composition of batteries.

Yeah but you'd still need some kind of acid to connect the two sides, Dr Dorkster would

say now.

Well, the river at the base of the valley contains sulfuric acid, leached from a nearby

sulfur mine.

And as for the charge, the theory points out that light activity increases around the time

of the aurora borealis, which is essentially the universe's way of opening up the back

of the remote and spinning the battery around a bit to get that last little charge out.

Or maybe it is aliens, bored aliens…

The Sleep Epidemic Of Kazakhstan Imagine calling in you're sick after a night

out.

A hard night out!

Or just saying you overslept.

There is a pretty big chance they will believe you if you're in Kalachi, Kasakhstan.

Over the past few years, hundreds of residents of Kalachi have reported dropping unconscious,

seemingly at random.

The problem became so prolific that Kazakhstan even evacuated the town's inhabitants.

The leading hypothesis is that the residents of Kalachi are suffering the effects of radiation

poisoning, since the town is close to a uranium mine that adheres to the stringent regulations

you could expect from Kazakhstan.

But that doesn't stand as the neighboring town is closer to the mine and no such things

have been reported.

Also, all of the blood tests have turned out normal, which leads some to believe that the

situation might be a case of good old-fashioned hysteria.

Or maybe it is just easier to say something unknown wiped you off your feet instead of

admitting you watched Miss Kazakhstan until early morning.

The Fairy Circles Of Namibia Or what one would describe as fields of grass

frequently interrupted by patches where nothing will grow.

The circles range between 10 to 65 feet in diameter and go on for over a thousand miles.

Scientists have been fascinated with the phenomenon for decades, but everyone has come away stumped.

No one understands for instance why they're always circular, why they never overlap…

And such.

In 2013, scientist Norbert Juergens claimed to have definitively settled the mystery when

he concluded that the circles were created by termites.

But then biologist Walter Tschinkel flew out to test the hypothesis and wound up disproving

it.

Other attempted explanations have ranged from radiation to fungus or poisonous gas to ostriches

compulsively grinding their asses in the dirt (but there ain't no Ostrich in the Namib Desert).

Every theory so far has been shot down.

The Taos Hum If others believe you are one of those persons

that is considered to hear anything – sound frequency wise not gossip – then you might

just know what it feels like to be slowly driven insane by a sound you can barely detect.

Since the 1990s, residents of Taos, New Mexico have reported a constant, ceaseless humming

noise that permeates the entire town and drives them close to barely distinguishable madness.

Apart from explanations that it might come from a closely located airport or maybe a

factory it might just be local super hearing capabilities.

That means basically that your ears are sensitive enough to pick up sounds from inside their

own heads ... which, as far as mutant powers go, seems a bit counterproductive.

The Devil's Kettle In Minnesota Let's try this: Think about mystery, intrigue,

nigh-supernatural and unexplainable phenomenons.

Let me guess Egypt, The Lochness Monster and maybe The Blair Witch Project?

Mneah, try Minnesota.

The Brule River, to be precise.

Its name Brule River is a derived from the French "Brule" meaning burnt.

Well, the river flow splits along a rock outcrop.

Half of it continues flowing on to Lake Superior, and the other half falls down a hole to ... uh…

Well no matter where it goes, it doesn't seem to come back out anywhere.

The assumption has always been that it flows through a system of underground caves until

it pops out again somewhere near the lake.

So that in order to explain what actually happens, scientists have tried it all:

- they have poured dye into the Kettle and then watched the lake to see which part of

it would turn colors.

- then they tried dumping Ping-Pong balls, which also vanished from this universe.

Well whatever happens there I'd say one should think about a tourist basic pack including

lots of cheap liquor, some Ouija-like board games and definitely one or more GoPros.

Saint Louis Valley, Colorado Well if you're a bit more into gore here's

another place you could go.

Remember we said something about the X files at the beginning?

Here's one more as we started this video about things that science can't explain

isn't it?.

So here we go: Imagine being raised near a UFO spotting place.

And that's not some children's play like the house trees.

No!

Me mean actual more that 50 such UFO spotting happenings in 16 years.

It all happens in Saint Louis Valley, Colorado, Unites States.

See, I told you it wasn't some game, they're real I tell ya!

And they're everywhere!

And if you think that's common just wait, there's more!

Now apart from that UFO spotting thing - 50 in 16 years so there might just be something

- there's another weird thing in Saint Louis Valley: animal mutilation.

And no, it's not Chupacabra…!

Weird cases healthy animals being found drained out of blood and brains missing, might lead

you to say Chupacabra, but no.

There were no struggle signs in all the cases and no other animal tracks anywhere around.

So it could only be aliens or some weird veterinary surgeons' hunting hobby.

Or gore fans, yeah!

Aokigahara Forrest And as we want you to remember another weird

place just before we end the clip, we thought about saving this one for that.

Use your imagination again and think about a low budget horror movie and a mediocre drama.

So just in case you missed it we are talking about the Aokigahara forrest on the northwestern

flank of Japan's Mount Fuji.

Some parts of Aokigahara (damn – I'm good at Japanese) are very dense, and the porous

lava absorbs sound, helping to provide visitors with a sense of solitude.[

The forest has a historical reputation for paranormal activity and as a home to "yūreiii"

or ghosts of the dead in Japanese mythology.

In recent years Aokigahara has become internationally known as one of Japan's most popular destinations

for suicide, and signs at the head of some trails urges suicidal visitors to think of

their families and contact a suicide prevention association.

In 2010, it was estimated that more than 200 people had attempted suicide in the forest,

of whom 54 completed the act.[9]Suicides are said to increase during March, the end of

the fiscal year in Japan.

There's another story about a book being related to the suicides but we're leaving

you the pleasure to find out more about it.

So if you're already thinking about packing but you liked the video and you'd like to

see more don't forget to subscribe for new ones every week.

Things You Didn't Know About Oprah's Boyfriend - Duration: 5:39.

Millions of people around the world adore Oprah Winfrey.

Between her inspirational rise to fame and her generous spirit, what's not to love?

"You get a car!

You get a car!

Everybody gets a car!"

But there's a particular someone who's clearly her number one fan: longtime boyfriend Stedman

Graham.

Though the couple has been together for decades, chances are the man is still a mystery to

you.

Here's what you didn't know about Oprah's boyfriend.

They'll never get married

Graham and Winfrey may be in love, but that's not going to push them down the aisle anytime

soon.

This wasn't always the case.

Graham reportedly proposed to Winfrey in 1992, after six years together.

While Winfrey initially said yes, the couple reportedly put their wedding on hold about

a year later.

During an interview with Shonda Rhimes, Oprah admitted,

"The moment he asked me to marry him I was like: 'Oh God, now I actually have to get

married?'

What I realized is, I don't want to be married, because I could not have the life that I created

for myself.

I couldn't do it."

Best-selling author

Graham used his bachelor's degree in social work and master's degree in education to author

eleven self-help and business books.

Two of them made the New York Times Bestseller list.

In an interview with Forbes regarding his 2012 book Identity –– Your Passport to

Success, Graham addressed what makes a person successful, a popular theme in all of his

self-help books, saying,

"A vision of the future must become daily goals and habits.

[...] My hope is to show people how to build value in their own lives."

He realizes that mindset isn't easy to achieve.

After struggling with his own identity for decades, he's come to understand that life

is one long learning process.

But he believes that with a little direction, people can find themselves and reach their

goals more quickly.

Graham became an expert on self-identity, which is no small feat when you live in the

shadow of Oprah.

He travels around the world speaking to corporations and schools about discovering who you really

are, evolving from a follower into a leader, coming into your own strengths, and developing

yourself through your passions.

He's a father, and a grandfather

According to the Daily Mail, Winfrey's main man married a woman named Glenda in 1974,

and had a daughter named Wendy.

In 2015, Wendy welcomed a child of her own, a daughter named Cadence.

Graham went on to date FOX 32 News anchor Robin Robinson for three years in the 1980s.

You might remember Robinson for her controversial 2011 comments on holiday elves…

"There's no Santa."

"Hey, Ebenezer, what's with you?"

"No, no!

I still do gifts, but it's not from Santa!"

Speaking to Anderson Cooper in 2013, Robinson described why her relationship with Winfrey's

main man didn't work out.

I was, I was very certain that I wanted to get married and have kids.

And I was in my early 30s, and he was not moving fast enough."

Waiting a long time to settle down?

That certainly sounds like Stedman.

Philanthropist

In 1985, Graham founded the nonprofit organization Athletes Against Drugs in Chicago, which connects

professional athletes with neighborhood kids in an effort to promote drug awareness and

warn against the dangers of substance abuse.

Graham explained in an interview:

"Being in this business for 25 years has taught us that it's not about the drugs but about

providing positive choices, keeping yourself active and keeping yourself busy with activities,

the proper curriculum, and special events like taking kids to games.

That's how you keep our youth off drugs."

Graham is also on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Chicago, a nonprofit

that aims to implement new educational programs into the city's schools.

Military man

Graham served five years in the army during the 1970s, an experience he says changed his

life.

He told the El Paso Times,

"The Army gave me some structure, helped me organize my life and taught me how to scrub

floors, wash pots, [...] all those things necessary to build character, create a work

ethic, a can-do attitude, perseverance, dedication."

He's not threatened by Gayle

Winfrey's been friends with Gayle King, the current co-anchor of CBS This Morning, for

four decades — or 10 years longer than she's been with Stedman.

But while the women are just close friends, they've had to endure rumors alleging that

their relationship is much more than friendly.

Oprah confessed in her own magazine,

"I understand why people think we're gay.

There isn't a definition in our culture for this kind of bond between women.

So I get why people have to label it — how can you be this close without it being sexual?"

Graham accepts if for what it is, and even encourages it.

In a video on Winfrey's own website, Graham addresses the longtime friendship between

Winfrey and King.

"It makes my life easier because I know that Oprah is talking with someone who cares about

her, who she can trust, uh, judgement, who has influence in terms of giving her the right

information.

Going to tell her the truth."

A man who understands the value of female friendships?

That's a keeper.

Steadfast Stedman

While he may not have put a ring on it, we doubt Graham will ever leave Winfrey's side.

After all, if you and your partner have been together for more than 30 years, you must

be doing something right.

"I'm not threatened by her fame or her success or her money or all of that.

So that's who she is.

It doesn't have anything to do with how I define myself."

Winfrey knows that Graham's not like other men.

According to People, she's explained,

"Lots of people want to ride with you in the limo.

But you want someone who'll help you catch the bus."

We're sure that Graham would ride with her anyway and anywhere.

Here's to hoping we all find a love like theirs.

The Untold Truth Of Giorgio A. Tsoukalos - Duration: 6:56.

You recognize the man, even if you don't recognize the name.

Here, let's refresh your memory — ALIENS?!

Yep, that's Giorgio Tsoukalos.

Ever since he appeared on Ancient Aliens — the show that presupposes that almost all our

ancient tech was created outside our atmosphere — Tsoukalos has become an inescapable internet

meme.

But how much do you actually know about the man behind the meme — other than the fact

that he looks kinda ridiculous?

Here's the untold truth of… ALIENS!

Actual alien encounter

Ready to get your socks blown off?

Well, get this.

The man who goes on TV to rant about how ancient aliens built everything from the pyramid to

our DNA?

He actually had an alien encounter!

Uh, Maybe!

Here's what he says happened: in the desert near Joshua Tree, he and twenty-six other

people saw stars moving in odd ways.

Shortly thereafter, the group concluded that the two stars were actually UFOs, and totally

not an effect of staring into the darkness in the hopes of seeing a UFO.

Of course, not seeing a UFO doesn't mean anything, because Tsoukalos has actually proposed that

part of the reason we haven't found aliens yet is because … they can make themselves

invisible.

Except to a bunch of bored people outside hanging around a tree, apparently.

"This means something...this is important."

Sci-Fi fan

You'd think that someone who believes in actual aliens would be a little critical of things

like X-Files and Star Wars.

Sure, we enjoy them, but many sci-fi series show aliens as blood-thirsty creatures whose

encounters with humans usually end badly, like forcing you to do pushups in a swamp.

However, despite his belief in real aliens, Giorgio absolutely adores science fiction

shows, though it's not clear how much of that joy comes from shouting, "You idiots!

That's not what ALF really looks like!

Come on now!"

"Aaahh!!"

He attends history cons

Yes, the man who made his fame from the History Channel actually likes history, and even attends

history conventions!

This is doubly amazing, because the History Channel is less about history, and more about

Swamp People, Ice Road Truckers, and whatever the hell The Curse of Oak Island is supposed

to be.

But learning that someone who makes his living by widely debunking the majority of written

human history actually likes history?

That's kinda surprising.

Of course, we should mention that he usually attends them as a paid guest on behalf of

Ancient Aliens.

And those cons also feature cast members from Pawn Stars.

So we're not sure how much actual history takes place at those cons anyway.

Though it would explain Chumlee.

Super-hot wife

Tsoukalos's wife's name is Krix Beeble and … we have absolutely no idea why she's with

this man, other than the fact that she herself seems to have an alien name.

Though to be fair, they seem to do all sorts of adorkable things together and look like

they're totally in love.

And when she's not standing next to Giorgio looking all happy, she's making glass art

that she sells on Etsy, using techniques she learned… from ALIENS!

Presumably.

He's into… bodybuilding?

Tsoukalos wasn't always a wild-haired alien obsessive.

He actually graduated from college with degrees in sports information and communications.

And despite the biggest thing on his body being his hair, he was big into bodybuilding.

He didn't lift much himself, but he promoted many bodybuilding competitions, including

Mr. Olympia, the same event that made Arnold Schwarzenegger a well-known name.

The two have even been photographed together, though that might just be because Arnold is

almost certainly from outer space.

The Swiss

Tsoukalos came by his name the honest way — by being born in Switzerland.

But he's not even the most famous expert on aliens from that country.

That honor goes to Erich Von Daniken, author of Chariots of the Gods, which more-or-less

created the contemporary idea of ancient aliens.

In fact, the two know each other, with Daniken even showing up in Tsoukalos' magazine, Legendary

Times, a magazine devoted to — what else? — exploration of ancient aliens.

Though how much they've actually figured out about alien motivation is questionable.

"Come on!

I mean we've been coming here for 50 years and performing anal probes, and all that we

have learned is that 1 in 10 doesn't really seem to mind."

So what explains a tiny country like Switzerland having two of the most famous alien experts

in the world?

It could be something in the chocolate.

But we're betting it's actually…

COINCIDENCE!

Or aliens.

Probably.

He styles his crazy hair

When Tsoukalos did a Reddit AMA, there was but one question on everyone's mind: what

the heck is up with his hair?

And the answer is: he styles it.

With hairspray.

"You psychotic nerd!"

That's right, his hair isn't a freak accident, a punishment for running over a magical fairy

in the road, or an ancient family curse — he makes it look like that.

On purpose.

So is he just really, really bad at styling?

Does an ancient alien distract him every time he hits the bathroom to try and look his best?

Or was he not joking when he told one Redditor that his hair is "being slowly abducted?"

The universe may never know.

He likes being a meme

This may not surprise you, but Tsoukalos claims he doesn't hate the memes of his face.

Instead he says he actually likes them despite the fact that they're blatantly making fun

of him and how he looks.

He even posts them himself on his instagram feed.

Which seems kind of weird, but then again, if you were an internet meme, wouldn't you

use it whenever you could?

The mystery book

Tsoukalos isn't known just for working on Ancient Aliens.

After all, you wouldn't just grab a guy with goofy hair off the bodybuilding stage to ramble

about aliens and pay him.

And beyond his role as editor of Legendary Times, Tsoukalos supposedly wrote something

called Gods or Ancient Aliens.

Most people assume it's a book, but no one can find a copy of it — anywhere — though

there is a YouTube video of him giving a PowerPoint presentation by that name.

And… that's it.

Despite this book being his number one claim to being qualified to working on Ancient Aliens,

there's no proof it actually exists.

So what happened to it?

Well, there is one theory…

Why The Mrs. Doubtfire Sequel Never Happened - Duration: 5:22.

The 1993 family comedy Mrs. Doubtfire was a huge success with critics and audiences

alike, showcasing Robin Williams' remarkable both his exceptional impression skills and

his dramatic chops — even while playing an older lady from Great Britain.

The film ended on a high note that left plenty of room for a follow-up, but a complicated

history of roadblocks stopped a sequel from ever appearing.

Here's why we never got to see a Mrs. Doubtfire sequel.

The script was terrible

Director Chris Columbus told Entertainment Weekly that a script for a Mrs. Doubtfire

sequel first crossed his desk in the early 2000s, and it was written by actress Bonnie

Hunt.

Williams knew Hunt from 1995's Jumanji, but ultimately, Williams dropped out of the Doubtfire

sequel in 2006, saying, "if it's not done right, it's not worth doing."

Neither Williams or Columbus have revealed the contents of that horrible script, but

there's no way those kids were dumb enough to fall for it a second time.

Williams had previously been invested in continuing on with the life of Daniel Hillard and his

cross-dressing alter ego, but after the first idea failed to launch, Columbus and Williams

lost interest for a long time.

Robin Williams didn't want to make movies

Although Williams' silver screen success was immense, he reportedly lost interest in Hollywood

when his later television efforts failed to take off.

Shortly after Williams' death, a source close to Williams told The Telegraph that Williams

had grown weary of working on film sets because they tended to take him away from his family

and "brought out his demons."

The only reason he signed on to star in more movies, including a sequel to Mrs. Doubtfire,

Merry Friggin' Christmas, and Boulevard, was, quote,

"...purely out of necessity.

He wasn't poor, but the money wasn't rolling in any more and life is expensive when you

have to pay off two ex-wives and have a family to support."

Williams wanted to work on the small screen, where he could have a little more flexibility.

His short-lived series The Crazy Ones was filmed in San Francisco, which was close enough

to his home that he could still be with his family.

However, it didn't make it past the first season, and no one was asking for a return

to Mork and Mindy.

The original cast was also hesitant

Mara Wilson, who played Natalie, the third child of the Hillards, made no bones about

the fact that she would not be involved with a Mrs. Doubtfire sequel when it was announced.

The former child star wrote on Twitter,

"For the record, no, I do not have anything to do with the Mrs. Doubtfire sequel, nor

will I."

She also added that while she was proud to be in the first film, she generally shied

away from sequels and thought Mrs. Doubtfire "ended where it needed to end."

Actress Lisa Jakub, who played eldest daughter Lydia, wasn't quite so sure if she wanted

to circle back to it, telling The Huffington Post,

"I'm kind of wondering how they're going to come up with a storyline that's going to do

the project justice.

But I feel like if anybody can come with something that is both hilarious and also very meaningful,

it's going to be this team."

Matthew Lawrence, who'd played the middle child, Chris, told TMZ that he would "of course"

be game to return to the San Francisco hillside mansion for the sequel, but he's not exactly

busy lately, either.

For what it's worth, Pierce Brosnan seemed totally fine with reprising his role as the

strapping step-dad.

It's not politically correct

Rumors of a Mrs. Doubtfire sequel have been floating around for years, and the reaction

is always very mixed.

While some audiences were enthusiastic about the possibility of a return to Williams' frenzied

form, a vocal majority wanted nothing to do with it, especially those in the transgender

community.

Not only had a Fox subsidiary reportedly used an image of the character to mock the community's

efforts at medical insurance coverage reform in 2013, but some feared that the sequel might

set LGBTQ progress back to when the first movie was released.

"Daniel, hi!"

"Could you make me a woman?"

"Honey, I'm so happy!"

Some aspects of the public remarked that the entire concept of the original would be considered

offensive in today's complicated gender landscape, so it would need more than just an elaborate

makeover to make it work.

Ultimately, the story could never be done the same way again.

It can't happen without Robin Williams

By 2014, a Mrs. Doubtfire sequel had finally begun to make headway, but Robin Williams'

passing marked the definitive end of that effort.

Columbus told Entertainment Weekly that the reason the sequel finally gained steam is

that "somebody came up with a really interesting idea," at which point, he and Williams "agreed

to develop a script."

He added that his conversation about a sequel was actually his last ever chat with the actor,

saying,

"That was the last time I saw Robin, sadly, when we were talking about the sequel to Mrs.

Doubtfire. It will definitely never happen now."

There might be a musical

After Mrs. Doubtfire 2 was abandoned once and for all in 2015, composer and producer

Alan Menken announced to Entertainment Weekly that he was working to create a Mrs. Doubtfire

musical, potentially for Broadway, saying

"It's going very well.

It's in its early stages, and that's probably all I can say.

We're really enjoying working on it."

But in 2016, Menken gave a grim update about the musical's progress, indicating that it

might take longer than expected, if it happens at all, telling Digital Spy,

"Mrs. Doubtfire went through a change of lyricist, and then also a dramaturgical evolution.

At the moment, the best thing I could say is that it's on a creative hiatus."

Meanwhile, that viral story about a remake starring Jonah Hill was nothing but a hoax…

even though he already has that whole girl voice thing down pretty well.

(high-pitched scream)

Korean lawmakers express concerns about economic uncertainties related to U.S. and China - Duration: 2:21.

The National Assembly kicked off a two-day interpellation session on Thursday.

Topping the agenda :the Trump administration's new trade policies... and the negative impact

on bilateral trade with China over Korea's THAAD decision.

Ji Myung-kil has the latest from parliament.

Rival party lawmakers expressed their concerns about U.S.-led trade protectionism and other

economic uncertainties threatening the Korean economy... during the interpellation session

on Thursday.

"Until now, there's been no mention of the Korea-U.S. FTA from the U.S.

But we can't be sure about what will happen, amid the continuing talk about renegotiating

the TPP and NAFTA."

President Trump has pledged to withdraw from the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal signed

by 12 Asia-Pacific nations and vowed to renegotiate the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Therefore, Yoo said Seoul is making an effort to explain Korea's economic policies to the

Trump administration, which includes a plan to buy shale gas from the U.S. and efforts

to reduce its current account surplus with the world's biggest economy.

"Lawmakers also questioned the government on how to deal with China's retaliatory actions

against Korea's plan to deploy the U.S. missile defense system THAAD this year."

Finance Minister Yoo Il-ho said the Korean government could send cases to the WTO for

arbitration, if there is proof that the Chinese government's actions constitute unfair retaliation,

however...

"China hasn't yet violated any WTO rules.

If China, or any other country, does,... we will take action."

Yoo said the government is trying to determine which actions taken by Beijing were in retaliation

against THAAD and which were part of discriminatory treatment against foreign companies in general.

Since the middle of last year...

China has imposed stricter import standards on Korean goods and prevented Korean entertainers

from performing in China -- actions that Seoul considers as retaliatory measures in protest

against THAAD.

President Trump Just Did the IMPOSSIBLE!

Check Out Why Lena Dunham Owes Trump BIG TIME!!

By Lindsey Bruce.

Lena Dunham is a well known liberal loon who is one of the many on the Alt-Left suffering

from a case of Trump derangement syndrome.

Dunhams case of TDS is so severe that it has even affected her health.

Dunham told Howard Stern that Trumps election has kept her from eating.

Donald Trump became president and I stopped being able to eat foodEveryones been

asking like, What have you been doing? And Im like, try soul-crushing pain and

devastation and hopelessness and you, too, will lose weight. Lena said.

same nut job who DEMANDED that the media be banned from using certain words to describe

female candidates.

If harmless words were enough to get this snowflake melting, you can only imagine how

hard Trumps election has been!

But as Milo Yiannopolous points out in a recent article on Breitbart, Trump deserves serious

praise for this one.

None of us really believes that Lena Dunham can stay off cheeseburgers for long.

But if it is true, Trumps achievement is on par with curing the sick and returning

sight to the blind.

Looks like we can add just one more impossible feat to the list of President Trumps accomplishments!

Well done Mr. President!

You havent made her less obnoxious or any prettier, but at least now there is less of

her to hate!

and not just take it.

- But consent for like when you start to date a boy.

- Ew.

- And if the boy wants to do some stuff

that you don't want to do.

That means you're not giving consent.

- Consent is yeah you're right.

Consent is about permission, like...

- If you're not having consent

that means that it counts as rape.

- What is rape?

- It's kind of like when someone

takes advantage of someone else and has sex with them.

- Would you need a yes from the girl

or do you assume that just 'cause your body

feels like you guys need to do it then she needs to do it,

or do you need her to agree?

- Agree.

- Would it be agreeing because she put her leg on you?

Is that agreeing to sexual consent?

- No.

- What if she just was rubbing your little head

and telling you all nice things and playing

with your little ears, is that consent?

- No.

- What does it mean when she says no?

- Just step away from her.

- It means no, it's very simple.

No means no.

- No means no.

- So then she's sitting in front of you

butt naked, is that consent?

- Nope.

- What if she twerk and she get up

and she do a little booty.

(laughs)

No?

- No.

- What?

Do you got any questions?

I mean, you're turning a little red.

- Nope.

- Her name is Rachel, and we believe this is Ken right?

- Hello Ken.

You are so handsome.

- This is Sheila, and this is Tyrone.

- What?

- Let's say this is you a few years from now,

like maybe when you're 60.

- 60?

- So they're going out to this club together.

She about to get tore up, so she's going

and she's throwing 'em back, one bottle.

So he sees okay, well now she a little tipsy

so I might get some tonight!

- Maybe he's been drinking or something

and he's not his normal self,

and he wants to kiss Rachel, right?

And she doesn't want to be kissed

because maybe he smells like,

you know, alcohol or something.

- So should Barbie ask if they can have sex?

- Mhmm, to make sure you know.

- But he's drunk.

- Well then wait until he's not drunk

and then, and then ask?

- Okay.

- Okay, so--

- I bet she'd want to hug ah!

- Exactly, well if it wasn't Justin Bieber

let's say this was--

- A stranger.

- Well yeah, a stranger and the stranger

wants to come up and hug, oh!

- Like the consent-wise like, what is consent?

How do you explain this?

- Nice boobs, are those real?

Is that okay?

- No stupid, get out of my space!

- If Ken is not acting appropriately,

it would be good if his friends

kind of pulled him back, right?

And said let's go some place else.

- You're married. - Okay.

- You've been having sex with your husband.

One day you're starting to become intimate,

and you don't want to.

Is your husband entitled to have sex with you?

- Like he's supposed to, no.

I mean you can, but it's like you know you both

have to agree.

- You know what, actually this alcohol is wearing off

and I really need to go.

No, you should stay.

- Well you don't own her, let her be.

That's her choice.

- She's tipsy, Tyrone's taking her home.

He going to her house.

Do do do do do.

Here let me help undress you, make sure

you get to night night okay.

Oh, oh, no no.

No, well just come on, it's okay.

You love me!

- It's okay to have sex with anyone.

- But, anyone?

Not with anyone.

- No I mean you know like, I mean you know,

you know what I mean.

- Okay?

- No.

- Call the police, and I'd tie him up,

shut your mouth.

When the police come, untie them

and then say it's all yours.

- Always remember, no means no.

Even drunk, high, half blind.

If it's not a clear yes I will, it means no.

Maybe even means no, got it?

Good.

Where is the towel? Towel?

Towel.

Towel. Towel. Towel. Towel. Towel.

Can the towel get any smaller?

How am I gonna use this?

Hello?

Hello?

Oh. Oh.

I've found you, towel.

Oh. Oh. Oh. No. No. No.

Sorry.

You let me get a towel.

I just want a towel.

You. Listen.

Please.

Sorry.

Feeding you to the eagle was wrong.

Sorry.

Go. Go away.

Go. Go.

I just want a towel.

You go away now.

Go.

Feels good, eh?

Come on. Come on.

That's right.

How is that?

Huh? Of course it feels good.

Come here. Come here quickly.

That's right. Get on the carpet.

That's a good boy.

That's right. You did very well.

Come on. Come on.

Ryan Reynolds: What are you doing?

Sandra Bullock: Ah! Why are you naked? Ryan Reynolds: What the hell?

Ryan Reynolds: Why are you all wet? Sandra Bullock: Pervert!

Embarrassed Sandra Bullock: No peeping! No peeping! Ryan Reynolds: What were you doing?

Ryan Reynolds: Why are you all wet? Sandra Bullock: Why aren't you wearing anything?

Embarrassed Sandra Bullock: I am naked.

Sandra Bullock: I can see your privates. Please cover up.

Sandra Bullock: Not the gift blanket.

Sandra Bullock: You better quickly explain this.

Ryan Reynolds: I have to explain this?

Sandra Bullock: Yes. Quickly explain.

Ryan Reynolds: I was outside.

Sandra Bullock: Can't you hear me showering in the nude in the bathroom?

Ryan Reynolds: I was listening to...

Ryan Reynolds: What were you doing?

Sandra Bullock: What?

Ryan Reynolds: Running around naked. No shame.

Sandra Bullock: You think I'm not embarrassed about being seen naked?

Sandra Bullock: Your dog attacked me, so I ran naked and collided into you.

Ryan Reynolds: Again with the dog?

Sandra Bullock: Just go. Go.

Ryan Reynolds: Sure. Sandra Bullock: Shower. You stink.

Ryan Reynolds: Your tattoo looks nice.

Sandra Bullock: What?

Sandra Bullock: There. You saw it. You saw it.

Ryan Reynolds: Oh! This dog is so dangerous.

Ryan Reynolds: Its teeth are so sharp.

What is a Singularity? | Eternally Curious #11 - Duration: 4:21.

Hi, my name is Fede and this Eternally Curious.

What's a Singularity?

Well we say someone is singular when they are… one.

A single person.

And not just any individual, someone odd.

But that's not quite right.

A singularity is more like the answer to a question for which there is no answer.

Confusing?

Here.

Take this very simple function.

When x is 1, what's the value of f(x)?

OK, let's substitute.

1 over 1 is… 1.

Now what happens when x is zero?

Well that's easy.

Substitute, and…

The function has no solution, because it doesn't make any sense,

because 1 divided by 0 doesn't make any sense.

Unless you use a Riemann sphere in the complex plane which allows for division by zero in

some circumstances, in a way that makes expressions such as this one well-behaved.

The point is that these are just constructs.

They don't exist in the real world.

They are more like ideas.

See, when we built mathematics, we decided the rules, and according to those rules this

equation doesn't make any sense.

It has no answer.

So what's the problem?

It all goes backs to this guy.

Einstein's field equations.

You can easily derive their exact solution

for a single spherical non-rotating mass if your name is Karl Schwarzschild and you're

a genius physicist with a badass mustache

and then you end up with this, simple-looking formula.

Let's unpack this.

c is the speed of light G is the gravitational constant

M is the mass of the object and rs is the Schwarzschild radius

c and G are constants.

Say you have an ball of mass M.

If you squeeze it, the mass stays the same but its volume gets smaller.

If you keep squeezing the ball, it will become tiny, but stay just as massive as before,

all the molecules compressed close to each other.

Until it reaches a critical size.

And that's the Schwarzschild radius.

It is the radius of a sphere such that, if all the mass of an object were to be compressed

within that sphere, the escape velocity from the surface of the sphere would equal the

speed of light.

This means that in order to escape the gravitational pull of the object, whatever tries to get

away from it would have to move faster than the speed of light.

But because the speed of light is constant and nothing can ever go faster, nothing can

escape.

Including light.

It's essentially a black pit where anything you put in doesn't come back.

And that's what we call the congressional budget.

I mean, a black hole.

Because the speed of light is such a gargantuan number.

Its square is f**king gianormous.

Which means unless you have an unbelievably big mass, the Schwarzschild radius is very

tiny.

Take the Earth, which is pretty massive.

It has a radius of over 6,000 km.

Its Schwarzschild radius is only 8mm.

I don't think I can even begin to explain the scale of things.

It would be like turning this gigantic thing where all of humanity lives cozily and people

take years to travel around by foot.

Into something the size of a penny.

Let's go back to our Schwarzschild radius.

If the object's radius is less than that, it becomes a black hole.

But what happens at the center?

In other words, what happens if the object's radius IS zero?

This equation defines the shape of spacetime near a spherical mass.

Now you don't need to understand all of it.

Just have a quick look and see if you can spot the problem.

Congratulations, you just broke physics.

By creating a singularity.

An imaginary point in spacetime where all the laws we know don't make any sense.

Now let's make something clear.

The black hole isn't the singularity.

This is the event horizon, sort of a "beyond this none shall return" threshold.

That's the black hole.

And in the middle it's where you divided by zero.

The singularity isn't really a place, because in theory it occupies no space, and it has

infinite density.

It's like the concept of point in geometry.

It's hypothetical.

Except we have experimentally discovered black holes, exactly how Einstein and Schwarzschild

had predicted, and there is reason to believe that singularities do exists.

There is copious amount of speculation on what might happen at a singularity, including

wormholes, time travel, and portals to other universes.

If you're curious about that please let me know in the comments.

We just don't know for sure what happens at a singularity, and probably never will.

At least not until we get to "THE SINGULARITY", which I'll explain in a later video.

Ne'er again and never shall I roam, for

wintry stormy nights by the fire place we delight

singing songs without care its memory echoes there

from Dalhousie to the bay winter splendor

on display and the piercing winter

I will leave you ne'er again and never
