- Hi welcome again to Original Weed Cooking, our cannabis cooking section. Here is Damian, our Rasta Chef.

- Hi how are you Maka? Deluxe... Excited to taste today's recipe. Today we're going to learn how to do

- typical patty dough, and then we'll fill it as an example, but you can do everything you want. Well Maka, as you said,

- We're going to make the typical patty dough... I think everybody's tasted it. We're going to cook it into the oven,

- with the typical stuffing made with tomatoe and tuna... Really nice, typical galician patty.

- This stuffing... Well so let's dedicate this video to all our galician viewers of course.

- We're going to add cannabic component by the way of cannabic oil. Remember! We did a

- easy how to do video for UndergrowTv so if you don' know how to make it, check cannabis oil video in UndergrowTv.

- And now... Damian... What's the correct quantity for this patty? Well... Today we should add like 110gr of this cannabis

- oil... This one is pretty soft so we're talking about a low dose today... We made a litter of oil with 15gr of weed so

- it's a really soft effect in a really low dose. This dough requires a lot of oil so we decided to use this soft oil because

- 100 gr is a high oil dose. We want to warn you about being careful eating cannabis. It's only ganja and it's not

- gonna kill you but you could pass throught hard time... So consume responsably if you want, and you should

- start consuming minimun portion of the final product to test. Then, knowing more about your tolerance, you'll know

- how much you must consume or not... What we need to make the dough? Let's start with quantities...

- 50 gr of wheat flour, 60 ml of water, 50 ml of white wine, typical in cooking and bakery, 5 gr of salt, and

- 110 gr of cannabis oil. That's all. Now simply as we use to do, get a bowl, add flour, do a volcano, and start adding

- the rest of ingredients. This dough doesn't need to be kneaded, only put all the ingredients together in the bowl.

- Add them and mix it with the spoon until you can let it rest. Homogeneous dough as always, that we'll let to rest

- and then directly to the oven, fill it, taste it... As always. Easily incorporate all ingredients... Hole in the center,

- add water and wine, now cannabis oil... Pretty soft dose that will be correctly absorved by our organism.

- We'll consume it responsably later... Add the salt too.

- We've mixed all ingredients without kneading it and it should be enought to let it rest during 15-20 minutes

- to get an elastic dough wich we'll strecht later to get typical patty texture. Let it rest in a fresh and dry place

- between 15-20 mins. We've got our dough ready, so let's cook the stuffing.

- You can choose whatever you like but we're going to give you an example. As you said, you can fill it with whatever,

- but we're going to choose the classic tuna patty. Let's do this... What do we need? Half onion, green pepper,

- tuna, and natural grinded tomatoe. We'll add like 80 gr of tuna... It depends of you.

- Gold the pepper in a pan with a little oil... All of you know that if you're really hunger... Only use tripe of ingredients.

- All ingredients cut to make the sauce with our tomatoe... Our patty stuffing. Important detail, Damian always does it...

- elliminate the seeds carefully to get a clean sauce... No problem with seeds but we like it like weed... With no seeds.

- With cut vegetables, only add a spoon of oil, and cook it with all vegetables, tomatoe and tuna.

- We're cooking vegetables... Greetings to a few special subscriptors... All undergrowers who greet us

- when they see us in the street... Like a friend who stopped Damian to talk him... Yes a follower recognised me

- Diego this show is for you. It looks really nice. Well Maka vegetables are ready, let's add tomatoe and salt and pepper.

- Let it cook like... 15 minutes... It should loose water. When tomatoe is ready, we'll add tuna.

- Once tuna is incorporated, 2 or 3 minutes and we can turn it off and let it rest to get cold.

- Time is coming... Once the dough rested, strecht it. First knead it lightly, that's the kneading time,

- And then strecht it to get the thickness we want to the patty. That's it and then fill it... And finally to the oven.

- Now simply strecht this patty dough. We want like... 3 mm thickness

- Maybe less... But don't get crazy, if it's 5mm it's not bad. Now strecht it and we'll do a few cercles with our hands,

- Don't get mad... Cut circles, fill it and the to the oven. We'll cut an oven paper to put our tray into the oven.

- We don't want sticky patty... Let's go with the stuffing... It's almost cold... Cercle is ready... Now simply take a spoon

- and put it into the middle... Add a little bit more.

- Once we've filled it, fold it. Carefully close it with the typical patty form,

- let's do the next... And with a fork, seal it so that shouldn't open in the oven

- With the same dough, you can make any decoration you like like this one. Before introduce it to the oven, paint it with

- egg. Those patties look really nice... Well Maka we've finished painting with the egg... Now the oven, 180 degrees

- during 20 minutes... Control it as always and when it's golden... It's ready.

DCS: F-86F - Ramp Start - #1 Tutorial - English Subtitles - Duration: 16:36.

Hi and welcome again to Revientor Reborn, this is ne new DCS serie of the F-86 Sabre, as usual see the cammo

it just american one,now time to cockpit, fir of all in the pit, you will always have external ground power to start this plane

let´s proceed to ast for external ground energy

when the system is connected will get some readings, like the landing gear, the fuel gauge, and that light over there

let´s proceed with the ramp start, first of all external lights, on the lower position to flash mode, you can see there the light

we will check the alternative hydraulic system is on, and raising the pressure, with that will perform the ramp start

let´s way a few more seconds, mean while (shiftP to take out the pilot) let´test all the lamps

all go to go, let do the engine fire test, in 5 second this two light will come up, now you can turn it off and other 5 second will be off

because to see clear in youtube you will need some internal lights, they are placed on the right knee of the pilot

there are three knobs, the first one is for, the instrument lights, the second one for the panels lights, and the 3er for the flood

now let see what could and what will happen

in theory you have to use this switch in the up position, then with right click select starter a few seconds, you will notice some light power failure,

when you get that gauge with the voltage reading, and the rps start growing, then switch to battery, its semy immediate no more than 2 seconds of delay

when the rpw reach 3%, we´ll hit the home keystroke, for move the throttle one position, in 6% again home keystroke to use the engine idle

that is the normal use with that you increase the throttle a full and the engine will start,

in 30% again the throttle to idle position and wait for engine keep good values

some problems can happen, for example, if the temperature in the first 5 second give no indication, you must abort the ramp start,

this button is the finish starter button,

if in a minute you don´t get 23% you have to abort the starter, then you will have in both cases wait 3 minutes to start a new attempt to start the engine

I will freeze the view and will perform the start

now the generator light are off due my rpm are over 53%

now the plane is ready to fly but lets perform some test here

you can do it on the runway, before the runway or in this base I can do this test here due tehre is nothing behind me

let´s test the emergency fuel valve

put 90%

because there is the parking brake nothing must happen,

90% now using the emergency valve you have to notice a slight decrease on rpms and fuel flow and fast recover of them

again

not 100% engine

and test again

and now we can decrease to 53%

there in idle you can see the generator cut

generator is offline

increase some power

there for example, I like keep both narrows together

that is the idea keep enough % to get the generator online

my throttle have some problems in that position, I can not keep it comfortably

we can continue performing more test, let´s go with flight controllers, check the utility works perfectly, just roll the plane all over

in normal mode you will notice the pressure decrease, as you can see the emergency systems come up, when needed, why? because my engine is not in flight idle, is ground idle

see the rpms

wait to refill the system, now test with the alternative, is also depleted because we used....

ok is good, now reset the system

now a test with flight idle, over 55%

and test it again

now the backup system must not get connected

now engine test and flight controls ok, let´s test the hud, or visor, for that disconnect this breaker

the 2º one, the AC unit, now with this knob

ABCs of GAMES You've Probably Never Heard Of - Duration: 8:55.

Anyway, we are going to go over 27 games that you probably never heard of, but should definitely

give a chance.

Alright Geeks, let's go.

10 Second Ninja Let's not leave the numbers out here.

We don't want to upset them.

We've all heard what 7 did to 9.

Anyway, so 10 second ninja is a game where you have 10 seconds to complete a level.

It starts out easy, but quickly becomes challenging.

Especially if you feel the need to get perfect stars on all the levels.

A – A.R.E.S: Extinction Agenda ARES is actually one of the first games I

can remember playing on steam.

I hate to compare it to this, but the game play feels a bit reminiscent of Megaman.

If you're into 2D side scrolling platformers, you are in for hours of fun.

B – The Baconing Here is a game aiming right at your funny

bone.

Of course, I am under the impression that almost anything with bacon in the title is

good.

This rings true here.

The Baconing is actually a sequal, so there are a couple games you may want to play before

getting here, but if you enjoy a little humor in your games, you should love all 3.

C – Cinders I am not going to leave those of you out who

love visual novels.

It isn't just click to read with some still pictures, like honestly most visual novels

that I have played in the past, it is more interactive than that.

As far as visual novels go, it is one of my favorites.

Not just because it's a new take on Cinderella, but because it actually feels like you are

effecting the game.

D – Draw a Stickman: EPIC You get to draw your own character and tools

to play with in this fun adventure game.

You can play it on PC or a tablet.

Either way you play it, the levels are fun and there are plenty of secrets in the levels

to keep your attention.

E – Everyday Genius: SquareLogic I believe this was the second game that I

got on steam and one of my most played.

It isn't a super challenging puzzle game, but it is incredibly relaxing.

If you're one of those people who likes to sit and do sudoku while watching a show,

this is for you.

F – Feeding Frenzy 2 Okay so this isn't the most original game

concept in the world.

There are a handful of these eat the fish smaller than you games, but what can I say..

They're chill and enjoyable.

This one is pretty straight forward, you have a size goal with each level and a certain

number of lives to beat the game with should you need them.

Honestly, you probably will.

G – Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams You can never have too many good platformers

in your library.

Emphasis on the word good.

This one one I personally adore, you change between characters on a whim to change your

world and be able to pick up certain colored gems and use each girls unique ability.

In the spirit of AGDQ 2018 finishing up, if there was a game I would want to learn to

speed-run, this would probably be it.

H – Hell Yeah!

Hell Yeah! is another great platformer.

You get to play as the prince of hell, who just so happens to be a bunny who is understandably

angry because some jerks posted some private pictures of him and his ducky online.

As the player, you get to help him take his revenge and prove he is pure evil.

I – Ittle Dew If you like to play indie Zelda-like games,

Ittle Dew is one you need to check out.

The main character is a 'little dude' with a humorous sidekick.

Once you finish the first game, there is a sequel on the Steam store worth checking out.

J – Jamestown Jamestown is the perfect game for players

who like games with lots and lots of pewpew.

You can even take down enemies with up to 3 of your friends.

If you like top down shootem up style games, this is a great one to get your hands on.

K – Knights of Pen and Paper I actually didn't play this on Steam, I

played it on a Kindle with Kindle underground, so when I saw it was not only on Steam, but

also in my library, I was pretty excited.

Apparently there is even a second one.

Can we call it KOPAP?

I want to call it KOPAP.

Anyway, KOPAP is an enjoyable pixel game inspired by Tabletop RPGs.

L – Little Inferno I have beat this game so many times that I

probably shouldn't admit to it.

It is just one of my favorite chill games.

You purchase items, light them on fire, earn money, and repeat.

There are collections and you can make special achievements by combining specific items to

burn together.

M – Mini Ninjas Mini Ninjas is a fun, adorable, adventure

game where you start out to playing as Hiro and rescue your friends who are missing.

Once you rescue them, they become part of your roster of ninjas to play as.

Each with their unique fighting style.

N – Neon Drive Although you're controlling a car, this

isn't exactly a racing game.

The gameplay is similar to audiosurf, but sometimes you play with the camera behind

the car and sometimes you play from a top down city view.

O – OddPlanet The style of this game is clearly inspired

by Limbo.

The controls work similarly too.

If you were a fan of Limbo, this is one work checking out.

The biggest issue I had with this game was the default resolution and inability to change

it within game, but overall it is still worth a play through

P – Plantera When I was looking through my Steam library

to put this list together, I decided to see what this was.

I honestly had no idea.

I had only intended to play it for just a bit, but ended up playing it way too long

before I stopped myself.

And then kept checking it a few times a day.

It is a nice simple chill game, as most of these are.

You plant trees, bushes, and ground plants for harvest as well as have some farm animals

around.

The products earn you money that you can spend on more plants and animals.

Q – Quest of Dungeons I'm a little bit in love with this right

now.

This is a perma-death dungeon crawler where you get to play as one of a handful characters.

The graphics are simple pixel graphics, which just works for what it is.

It's pretty self explanatory, but super addicting to keep playing.

R – Rampage Knights Rampage Knights is a great beat-em-up, perma-death,

dungeon crawler to play with a friend.

You can of course play by yourself, but everything is better with a friend.

In Rampage Knights you can find better weapons, take potions that can be either positive or

negative, use throwing items, find magic spells, and just have a great time.

S – Snapshot You get to play as an adorable robot who just

has his camera to protect him.

You use this camera to complete puzzles by picking up items, placing them, and other

interactions.

T – TinyKeep I love games like this, so I am a little biased

here.

Perma-death games are kinda my thing.

This one is cute and although it could be challenging to a new player, isn't really

that bad.

I feel like if the dev did a sequel to this, it would be even better.

U – Undergarden Here is another chill game.

In this one you get to beautify the world, using pollen to grow the plants and light

up the underground caverns filled with puzzles and hidden secrets.

V – Vertical Drop Heroes Here another one of your play a game until

you die, unlock what you unlock, play again, we have been calling them perma-death dungeon

crawlers this video.

I won't call it a roguelike or roguelite because I know how people are about that and

I don't want to get into that, but..

Vertical Drop Heroes is one of my favorites.

W – WASTED In a post-apocalyptic world where beer is

king and the vibe is 80s, you get to take down your enemies with guns and other weapons

while dungeon craw..

I mean bar crawling in this rogueli..

I mean perma-death game.

X – Xotic Here is another one that is just so classic

Steam for me.

Not that it was developed by valve or anything, it's just an older game that I remember

playing many years ago in my earlier Steam days.

I'm not even sure when or where I got the game, but it has always been there like a

trusty friend.

It is a first person shooter with multiple play modes for every level.

I really wish there was a sequel to this game, more people really need to enjoy this.

Y – Ys Ys is an RPG series that is reminiscent of

old RPG games.

The fighting is pretty straight forward and the artwork is great.

The story is around 7 or so hours to enjoy, depending on how you play.

I highly recommend Ys to RPG fans.

Z – Ziggurat This was probably one of my most played games

in the end of 2017.

I don't know when I got it, just installed it one day in September or so and fell in

love.

The maps, enemies, buffs/debuffs, everything is completely RNG every time you play through

it.

There are plenty of characters and difficulties, this game can keep you entertained for hours.

Just a heads up for anyone with the same issues as me, it does give me a bit of motion sickness

sometimes.

Caveat: as this article is based upon channeled material I am advised to ask for reader discretion.

TZ here; I must begin by saying that many people will question the fact that the Divine

Mother of the duo Mother/Father One can really be channeled by someone?

According to Archangel Michael there is no hierarchy in the Co of Heaven, but everyone

is working for the Mother.

Steve Beckow has explained many times how he sees things and that the Mother is the

active divine principle moving through all of creation and the Father is the Still point.

We cannot reach the Father other that through the Mother.

I have been listening to these shows for 5 years now.

I find that there has never been any reason for me to doubt who the Messenger is.

The words flow for an hour or so during each radio show and Steve or Susanne {two shows

on alternative weeks} can direct questions directly to the member of the Council of Love

that is speaking through the channel Linda Dillon at that time.

All I can say is that I do not believe that anyone would find anything other than PURE

LOVE pervading these channelings.

I have over these past five years written many articles to make the in-depth articles

from Cobra and the Resistance Movement more easily understandable for newcomers and without

this link to the Council of Love via Linda Dillon, and the work of Steve Beckow supporting

people in their ascension process, I could not have done the work with Cobra.

I need the interaction of the truth from both of these sources to find balance.

So really, I could just suggest to you that you either listen to this message from The

(our) Mother or read the transcript which I will also provide in a link, but I will

first introduce you to some of the themes that She discusses with us in this message,

in the hopes that it may help you to be inspired to listen and because it helps me to anchor

Her message within my own being.

Deeper Understanding of the Ascension Process

So firstly, I would recommend this message to anyone that is interested in the ascension

process.

Initially there is a discussion about heart openings.

Steve speaks of someone experiencing recently a complete heart opening event and Mother

says to him that there have been more of these taking place around Gaia.

Steve mentioned in his intro to the show that

�The Mother said that the heart opening for some will be sudden but for the mass of

us it�ll be gradual.

It�s already been underway and has been for some time�.

She emphasized that Ascension is gradual and that it�s not usefully seen as step one,

step two, in linear fashion.

It�s more fruitfully seen as a flow of love that expands and expands.�

I would like to remind everyone at this point of the fact that although our development

is gradual, and we have all been experiencing a change in our way of being, communicating,

living in a state of forgiveness and tolerance, etc.

Cobra has explained that the �real� time of the beginning of the ascension process

will take off dramatically at the time of The Event.

You need to understand that this Event is being brought to its fulfillment through our

united growth in Love and unity, {The Central Civilisation were so impressed with our unity

in the August Eclipse Unity meditation, where so many Light workers joined forces in promoting

it, that they concluded that we are ready for paramount change.}

What Cobra is telling us is that when the veil has been lifted and there are no longer

negative plasma beings with their paraphernalia controlling us on the plasma, astral and etheric

planes, the pure white light of spirit � tachyon energy will be raining down on us and allowing

for huge expansion of our beings on every level.

No more fear, pain, worry, etc.

We will very soon KNOW that we are indeed spiritual beings of Light in physical bodies

and that there is no death.

That is why the ascension process can really take off then.

I will say once again what he has repeated time and time again.

The �Mass Arrests� will take place at the time of The Event.

{yes, we know about some arrests and indictments etc. in the USA but its only the tip of the

iceberg of what we will see later}.

The financial reset can only take place then!

BUT MOST important of all is that then we will be existing in a real �ocean of love�

for the first time in eons on this planet and that is when ascension will �TAKE OFF�.

However, we need to be ready and prepared for that now and that is what Mother is preparing

us for in this message.

WE SHOULD FOCUS ON LIVING /DOING / BEING IN THE NEW LIGHT GRID WHICH NOW EXISTS

�There are times when you have said to me or to my beloved archangels, �Well, I work

within the old grid.

I work with the old paradigms because that is simply the way things are.� What I suggest

to thee, beloved, is that is not of truth.

That is not how things are!

The truth of love, the truth of creation, the truth of your essence, the truth of my

essence has never been of disarray, of hatred or greed or selfishness or fear, of lack or

limitation, so that is not the way things are.

That has been an absolute misconception of reality.

And you have grown, and you have matured and some of you would say, �Yes, I have seen

through the chaos and I have seen through the illusion.�

But it is not adequate to simply see through it or recognize it.

It is also important, vitally important, essential, to see what is ahead of you, underneath that

illusion�inside.

And of course, the only way to truly discover and embrace that truth, that reality, that

love, is through the knowing of your beautiful sweet self, of the immutable self that does

not truly shift or change, that your essence is and always has been love and that everything

else in this journey of being in form and of being the truth and the implementers of

the Divine Plan is you in form being the love.

Now, I may speak this clearly because you are at the level of existence where you can

truly understand, comprehend, integrate, anchor, and bring into action and form that which

I speak of.

So, so often when I have said to you, �If it does not look like love, if it does not

feel like love, if it does not smell like love, then why would you engage it, why would

you proceed?�

She has been cleansing us of anger and greed to be ready for a time of prosperity.

I (Steve) asked the Mother about the advent of prosperity and she explained that the time

past has been used to cleanse us of all impurities such as anger and greed.

TIME FOR DICTATORS ENDING FAST

�In regimes that could be described as �dictatorial,� the dictators would find it getting harder

and harder to invoke the force needed to maintain themselves in power.

They�d find the weight of their position heavier, their physical health declining,

etc.

Dictatorships will fall��

She said that she will always send her warriors of Light to penetrate darkness but she herself

will never engage with it.

�Why would I engage with something that is not of love?� she asked.

FOCUS NOW UPON WHAT WE HOLD DEAR TO US

�I am encouraging you, I am guiding you to make this beginning point of your new beginning

very personal.

What is dear to your heart?

What is dear to your life?

What is of ultimate importance to you?�

�When I pose this query to thee I am not suggesting�in fact, I do not truly wish

to hear a response that is pat, a response that is �Well, I wish to heal the world;

I wish to save the world.� Your world is your inner landscape and the mechanics of

such a statement do not speak to the beginning point of your heart, your choices, your decisions,

your actions, and your truth.

So, let me phrase this in a different way�My beloved children, creations of my heart, what

do you hold dear to you?

I am encouraging you, I am guiding you to make this beginning point of your new beginning

very personal.

What is dear to your heart?

What is dear to your life?

What is of ultimate importance to you?

Your answer is close to you.

Yes, for many of you it is to simply feel the divine presence within thee and your connection,

your infinite, ultimate connection to us � the Godhead � more clearly, more perfectly,

more consistently.

But it is also to be in divine union, in sacred union, more deeply with yourself, with your

partner, with your family, with your friends, with your community.

You do not go about saving the world and have no regard for those you cherish.

That is how you express, how you experience love, and what it looks like, what this paradigm

of Nova Being in Nova Community on Nova Earth looks like.

So, before you jump over the moon, take time�and I mean every day of this year and every other

year�take time to identify what is dear to you, what is the reflection that, in fact,

builds upon your quintessential truth?

What is the love that, in fact, acts as the catalyst for your quantum leap?

It has need to be in that expansion of your heart wisdom, in the expansion of your wisdom

vision.�

Bipolar Disorder and Finding the Right Job - Duration: 3:21.

Hey guys! It's Hannah.

Jobs and bipolar disorder.

Jobs and any mental health condition.

This is really difficult.

What I've learned living with bipolar two disorder is that you have to be honest with yourself.

You have to be patient.

You have to find what fits you.

And you have to find your passion, whatever that may be;

animals, rocks, digital media, like myself.

It doesn't matter, but it's so important that you find it.

How the hell do you do this?

Well, I'm going to try to explain it from my own experience.

So everyone is very different when it comes to this.

And along my journey, I found that my passion is in writing and in digital media.

I never thought I would be a writer but I found that's where my passion was

and also that I'm good at communicating with people.

This is what my job entails today.

My personal story with this is that after I came out of the mental hospital

with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder,

all of my ambition and my dreams of becoming a businesswoman,

prior to that, prior to me getting sick,

had kind of been thrown out the window.

I worked tons of little jobs to make money

but really, I actually became a nanny for about six years with the same family.

I was a bartender and a waitress.

And this was just a source of income.

But through these little jobs, it shaped me.

I started to pull what I was good at.

Where I fit.

And, eventually, it led me to where I am today.

So it takes time and it takes a lot of patience.

But those of us with bipolar, depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia,

you know, we we have a very powerful mind.

We're emotionally and definitely have a lot of skills and abilities to contribute.

Finding our passion is not easy but it's necessary.

And this is what I have found working over the last decade.

I have to work in order for me to be stable.

And that's why finding my passion, finding where I fit,

is part of my medication, is part of my treatment.

And it's not always easy.

And especially for us because we really have to find our niche in society.

But it's possible.

And it was really exciting because recently I received an Instagram message

from a girl who was an artist.

She was working this corporate job and she saved up enough money

to kind of take a step back from it and change careers.

Well, again, she was an artist and she loved children.

And she actually just got a job being an art teacher.

And she's doing great!

And she lives with bipolar disorder.

So it is possible.

Maxine Waters Suffers a Meltdown in Hate-Filled Rant Against Trump - Duration: 1:41.

Liberal U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters lost her mind while taking about President Trump on MSNBC,

even calling him "the most despicable human being."

Waters appeared Friday on MSNBC's "All In With Chris Hayes" to comment on President

Trump's alleged comments he made where some claimed he called some Third World nations

"s***hole countries."

Instead of engaging in a discussion with Trump-hating guest host Joy Reid, Waters went off on a

tirade on the air, slamming the president and making an embarrassment of herself (as

she's been known to do).

"I have called him what I know him to be for a long time.

Remember when I called him a scumbag.

I've called him a racist, deplorable, despicable, adding to what others are calling him –– a

moron, ignorant, on and on and on," she said.

"The United States of America is being represented by the most despicable human being that could

possibly ever walk the earth," she continued.

The word vomit didn't stop.

"Not only is he racist, he is an embarrassment for this country," she said with hate in

her voice.

Later, Waters tweeted a lengthy statement on what she called President Trump's "racial

slurs against immigrants."

In that statement, Waters continued her tirade, calling the president a "a racist and indecent

man with no good values."

"Donald Trump is an embarrassment and a national disgrace," the statement continued.

Waters then continued her mental breakdown, calling for Trump's impeachment — again.

"Members of Congress have a responsibility to the American people and our democracy to

impeach him," she stated.

How To Pull Off The Perfect Lean Bulk - Duration: 8:20.

what's up fambam and welcome back to the video in this video I share with you

guys exactly how I go about lean bulking and I teach you the steps necessary so

you can do it for yourself let's go so this video is gonna have three parts per

one it's gonna be my goals just briefly going over them so you guys know for the

year of 2018 well for the beginning of the part of the year the second part is

going to the what is a lean bulk and the third part is gonna be how exactly I

go about doing one so let's get into the video so to start the reason that I am

doing a lean fold it is January it's like January 5th right now and that

gives me enough time to be able to put on a nice amount of muscle before the

summer I personally would like to increase the strength in my legs and

grow the size of my legs as well so the way I'm gonna achieve this goal is by

eating at a controlled calorie surplus for a certain amount of time now the key

word here you guys is controlled we're not looking to you know get fat or like

balloon out and put on tons of weight when you really control these things in

a scientific matter you you really there's no there should be no fear that

you're gonna gain in tons of weight because if you're doing it right well

then it's just not simply gonna be pasta so don't be afraid of that because a lot

of people are and I assure you you don't need to be it's controlled it's

reversible right it's it's a slow and controlled process that's what I'm

trying to say so in a similar vein the the point of a lean vault is to gain

size and strength without gaining you know unwanted and unnecessary body fat

so just really briefly I've put together some examples of people that may be

suited to do a lean bulk and I'm just gonna discuss them briefly now so one

people who are stuck eating a very low amount of calories just to maintain your

current weight which is likely as a result of maybe you dieting for a long

period of time because obviously when you diet for a long period of time and

you continue reducing your body weight your maintenance calories do

crease every time your body weight decreases right - if anyone who's

feeling really trapped in this kind of vicious cycle of starvation or

restriction or just general unhealthy habits with food lean bulking can be a

great way to kind of give yourself a little bit more freedom with food and

allow yourself to not be so preoccupied with like you know what you can eat what

you can't eat um it definitely gives you a lot more flexibility because you are

eating at a higher amount of calories now this is assuming that you are under

20 to 25 percent body fat because if not then you will be gaining weight when you

both you know so you don't if you're already you know in a state where you're

not trying to gain any more weight than I wouldn't recommend doing this just yet

I would recommend doing some sort of diet to try and get your body fat

percentage down and then embark on a lean bulk that would be a better option

number three is for those of you whose progress and strength has stalled no

matter how hard you tried to you know take your fitness game to the next level

and push yourself just nothing seems to be working starting a lean bulk can

provide your body with the excess calories it needs in order to start

generating new muscle and to allow for increases in strength and there were

four people who want to increase the size of a certain part of their body for

any part of your body to increase in size it has have enough energy to create

new muscle like the first law of thermodynamics States energy cannot be

created or destroyed in a closed system so by trying to gain mass without an

excessive energy or you know trying to gain size in certain body parts without

eating a surplus of calories is not possible so deploying your maintenance

calories there are so many sources online I highly suggest you pick one and

take the number that they give you okay be realistic when you're putting in

everything about yourself you know how much do you really exercise you know how

much do you really weigh how active are you really how many times do you really

workout a week those things are really important definitely don't lie about

them because it's not gonna come up with the correct number but when you know one

of these calculators spits out a number for you to test if it's correct

you take that number and you eat at that number every single day for two or three

weeks and you weigh yourself every day I new write down your weight like I said

in my previous video I'll link it here you write down your weight every day and

at the end of seven days you take the average weight okay and if your waiting

has stayed the same over two to three weeks and those are your maintenance

calories right because your weight hasn't changed you're maintaining if

you've gained weight then obviously the calories are a little bit too high and

you need to lower them to find your maintenance or if you're actually losing

weight then you need to increase the calories to find your maintenance now I

know my maintenance because I've been training for a long time and I've you

know I've done this process quite a few times now so what I'm gonna do is I'm

gonna take my maintenance let's say for example it's 2,000 calories right now

I'm gonna add 250 to 300 calories depending on how much you want to add

right I would I would Mir towards a 250 calories side just to begin with and I'm

gonna consume that number every single day no matter if it's a training day or

rest day I'm gonna be consuming 2,250 calories every single day now not only

calories but macros as well so say for example at 2,000 calories my macros

looked like this boom we got 240 grams of carbs 135 grams for protein and 56

grams from fats now obviously these numbers are gonna change when your

calories change for example when your calories increase your macros are gonna

increase because now you're eating 250 extra calories a day and those extra

calories are going to be made up of course of fats proteins and carbs right

so we've got to change the macros as well so the new macros may look

something like this ooh 287 grams of carbs 135 grams of protein and 62 grams

of fat now if you're wondering why we care about macros is because macros

affect your body composition right so if you take two people both eating 2,000

250 calories a day and we have person one eating that amount of calories just

eating Twinkies and then person 2 is eating that amount of calories within

their macronutrient ratios okay so they're getting enough protein to be

able to you know build things like new muscle and they're gonna mean uh

carbohydrates to fuel their performance and basically everything like that so

first thing one has a diet very high in fats high in you know simple sugars and

simple carbohydrates and low in protein which is not ideal for building muscle

and if we compare their body compositions they will look very

different and that's it it's that simple I'm going to monitor my weight every

single day like I always say in my videos and check my weekly averages to

make sure I'm gaining no more than 0.5 pounds a week and I'm gonna focus on

increasing my strength from the gym by potentially recording my numbers for

things like squat you know deadlift all of those big lifts benchpress

everything like that to make sure that every week you know I'm pushing myself

and I'm not just staying stagnant if my weight stalls for more than two weeks

and I'm gonna increase my calories by another 100 calories see if that does

anything if it doesn't increase find another hundred and just basically go

from there it's pretty simple you guys want for fun you can totally

follow me on my fitness pal and then you can see like actually what I eat like

I´m curious how it will affect my endurance

when the gear weight is off my back on the pulk

Who knows, I might become an actual winter trekker some day!

So, this is Salamajärvi National Park

It´s located in Mid-Finland

Remember, we were here in July 2017

There´s a video of the trip too

It was in beautiful, sunny summertime

Now it´s equally beutiful, but in the winter

Our journey starts at Koirasalmi Visitor Centre

First we´ll cross Koirajärvi lake on the ice

It´s a straight route to Pahkahonganlahti

We´re going along a snowmobile track here

We are heading to Talviaho camp site

Along the way are two kota shelters

We could stop by one of them perhaps

We will cover about 6km (3.72 miles) distance today

We came past the lake

It was around 1,5km (1 mile) distance

This is Pahkahonganlahti kota shelter

I´m starting to warm up for sure

At least my nose runs like crazy

And I broke a sweat too

The pulk is great on the ice

It´s like child´s play to pull it

That might not be the whole story though

We´ll see how it runs in the forest terrain

Maybe it´ll change my mind

I´m a little hungry but it´s better to keep going

I´ll have plenty of time to eat later

It will be a long dark night

With two hours of daylight left, we should keep going

I´m taking a slight risk and following the snowmobile tracks

It´s not going along the official trail

but I´m sure it´s a ranger´s snowmobile

The tracks went by the other shelter too

I´m quite sure these tracks will take me to the right place

The next kota shelter is called

Pyydyskoski shelter

Our destination Talviaho comes after that

There´s still some wet bog under the snow

About 20 metres up front

The tracks continue on the snow

So there´s no problem but I´ll go around the wet area

The bog is not frozen here

I´m not looking for any unpleasant

unpleasant occurences so,

I´ll go around

We´ve covered some distance again

Still on the tracks

I remembered that there´s this stream

That would have to be crossed

I wondered how

but there´s a bridge

must be a maintenance route to the shelters

Now I´m sure the tracks will lead me to Pyydyskoski

I´ve no doubt about it now

The snow is mostly frosty snow

It´s knee-deep if my foot goes through all the way

It´s hard to push through that snow, so

so I´m grateful for the snowmobile track!

That´s the Pyydyskoski kota shelter

On July´s hike we passed this at night

It was dark and didn´t get a good look at it then

It´s the same type of shelter that´s common here

We came from there, over the bog

a while ago

Our route continues that way

Snowmobile tracks ended,

but there are some ski tracks

Some has even bravely walked here with shoes only!

That is Pyydyskoski

It´s not frozen, as you can see

An easy water source, but I´ve no need for it now

In the summer I drank from the stream

The water looked and tasted clear

Now I can see from here already

that the water is brownish

Water levels have been high,

so more soil gets mixed into the water

Maybe it has changed the water a bit

It turns out I was looking in the wrong direction

This is our route, and it´s untouched snow here

No tracks whatsoever

But it´s okay

We´ll just get in there

The pulk is pretty clumsy at the turns

Okay we´re here at Talviaho camp site

I´ve set up my hammock

Tha part from Pyydyskoski to here was horrible

I had a hard time with the pulk

It´s a summer trail leading here

Lot of twists and turns and a rocky trail

The path goes in between rocks

Difficult terrain for the pulk

Lot of ups and downs on the trail too - it was somewhat of a struggle

It was getting dark

And it was already dark when I got here

So I was thinking what´s next

I was sweaty, hungry and tired

Not one of my best moments

I made some hot chocolate and coffee, and

life was winning again :-)

I made a

"field kitchen" next to my shelter

I cooked some food and

I kept myself busy to keep warm

There´s not much firewood here

in the camp site´s firewood shed

I thought I´d not use the last firewood

So I haven´t had a campfire all night

Lets see in the morning

if I´ll make a fire

The fire pit is covered in snow

I´ll have to clear it, if

I´m going to spend time at it

Day two - late wakeup

I´ve been keeping busy here

I´ve been cleaning out the snow

it´s almost done

I thought of building up some snow here

The fire pit is here

And if I sit around here

The snow wall might help keep some warmth by the fire

It would be nicer so sit and spend the evening

Not sure if it´ll do anything, but at least

I´m warm now after all the shoveling

I enjoyed having something to do here

Time has passed quickly and there´s not very much daylight left

It is beautiful and peaceful in here

Haven´t seen anyone else

Just solitude and doing things by myself

The forest is really quiet in the winter

Only a random bird can be heard

Or a cracking sound from a tree caused by the frost

Otherwise there´s no sound from the forest

The river stream makes a constant sound though

A lot of snow "tykkylumi" on the trees

It bends down many of the birch trees

Conifers are better adjusted to winter

Birch trees are having a harder time under the snow

There´s some mighty old pine trees

nearby at the camp site

They look magnificent with old shield bark

Surroundings like these

are sure to calm down the mind

Adjust to the same rhythm with the natural world

If nothing is bothering too much

Like having my fingers or feet freezing,

a surrounding like this is best for man

Time of sunset was fifteen minutes ago

It´s getting darker quickly

It´s 3.30pm

It´ll be dark in half an hour

it´s along and dark evening ahead

I´m not discouraged by it anymore

We´re a good time into January already

Winter Solstice was a few weeks ago, days are longer

We have an hour more daylight already

We´re heading into a new spring quickly

and towards new light

Spring is my favourite semester

Increasing light, daytime is getting longer

There are no bugs at all

A great time of the year for an outdoorsman

If you ask me, that is!

Now I can test the seat spot here

Pretty funny actually, it´s the second day already

in the forest, but made the first fire now

Last evening was fine without a fire

No problems with that

Sometimes I´m even a little fed up with the smoke, to be honest

An open fire like this is good

The wind blows the smoke away

Just don´t sit in it´s way

And you can avoid most of the smoke

The shelters here at the national park are

like smoke traps

If theres even a little breeze of wind

The smoke rotates inside and your clothes will stink

One evening in the smoke, your clothes smell for a week

Not to mention how much smoke you´ll inhale

I don´t fancy that too much

so I don´t prefer the shelters

an open fireplace doesn´t trap the smoke

it´s best in my opinion

a best kind of place for an open fire

It´s evening already

it´s 8pm and I have today´s main meal cooking here

Two potatoes, veggies and an onion

When they are done, I´ll add salmon

and finally a Blå Band chanterelle soup mix

I´ll mix it in the remaining water

Should be pretty good

I use the Blå Band mixes often

in many kinds of dishes

It´s a great ingredient

the idea came originally from a an outdoor book "Viiden tähden vaellus"

So it´s not my idea originally

In the book it was used in a fish pasta dish

The flavor used was tomato and goat cheese

Chanterelle is excellent as well

I like it and use it often

Haven´t used it with salmon before though

so it´s a little different recipe

even if the ingredients are familiar

Last boils before eating!

Third day: good morning

it´s 9am and time of dawn

I lied down at 10pm

so it was a good rest again

Some sounds from the forest did wake

me up at first a couple of times

Then I slowly sank into

deeper sleep

I slept for nine hours for sure

it was warm and cosy

it kept snowing during the night

Snow makes a hissing sound when

when it glides down the tarp

Salamajärvi National Park is

quickly becoming one of my favourite places

Plenty of peaceful woodlands

for a lone wanderer to roam

As a friend of the forest I enjoy it here

amidst the old woods here

The climate is also colder here

where I live it might

rain and sleet, winter is better here

Salamajärvi is not crowded at all

not that many people as in many other parks

we´ll definitely keep coming back

This trip has been great

my mind is crystal clear after spending

over two days outside in the frost with good rest, good eating

initial experiences with the pulk are very good but,

we´ll return to that in later videos

Flashback: Fed-up Obama Blamed Africans for the State of Africa - Duration: 4:19.

The hour is yet early, but "s***hole countries" seems to be ready to 2018's version of "covfefe":

the word or phrase the media is going obsessively fixate on to prove something about the Trump

presidency that probably isn't there.

For those of you living under the Rock of Gibraltar, a quick summation: The president

allegedly used the aforementioned vulgar phrase in a bipartisan meeting on immigration that

touched upon individuals who are in the United States under temporary relief visas that aren't

so temporary (one involving refugees from a hurricane in Honduras dates back to 1998)

and diversity lottery visas for individuals from countries and/or backgrounds that wouldn't

ordinarily qualify for immigration to the United States.

The account of the president saying "s***hole countries" comes mostly from Illinois Sen.

Dick Durbin (who, for what it's worth, has a history of prevarication for political gain).

Trump denies using the phrase, which was allegedly applied to Haiti, El Salvador and other unnamed

African republics.

Durbin's account quickly renewed media claims that Trump is some form of white nationalist/bigot/racist/Grand

Wizard of the Pennsylvania Ave.

KKK chapter/etc.

Well, if the 45th president is racist for calling out the developmental issues of African

nations, so is the 44th.

You see, while Barack Obama was never accused of using the term "s***hole nations,"

he did have the temerity to tell African countries to get their act together.

And predictably, nobody cared.

The incident in question dates back to 2009, in the early days of the Obama honeymoon when

some people actually thought maybe he did deserve that Peace Prize.

Before a trip to Ghana, Obama said that he was "a big believer that Africans are responsible

for Africa."

"I think part of what's hampered advancement in Africa is that for many years we've made

excuses about corruption or poor governance, that this was somehow the consequence of neo-colonialism,

or the West has been oppressive, or racism — I'm not a big — I'm not a believer

in excuses," Barack Obama said then, according to the U.K. Telegraph.

While the last six words of that quote would induce laughter in a corpse, what the former

president was saying — in very diplomatic terms — is that certain parts of the continent

aren't doing all that stellar and it isn't perfidious whiteys who are responsible for

it.

"I'd say I'm probably as knowledgeable about African history as anybody who's occupied

my office," Obama continued, displaying his trademark humility.

"And I can give you chapter and verse on why the colonial maps that were drawn helped

to spur on conflict, and the terms of trade that were uneven emerging out of colonialism.

"And yet the fact is we're in 2009.

The West and the United States has not been responsible for what's happened to Zimbabwe's

economy over the last 15 or 20 years.

It hasn't been responsible for some of the disastrous policies that we've seen elsewhere

in Africa.

And I think that it's very important for African leadership to take responsibility

and be held accountable."

While he didn't exactly use the vulgar phrase currently being bandied about, Obama was directly

implying certain countries were excrement-burrows — in particular Robert Mugabe's Zimbabwe,

whose singular improvement in the intervening years has been the recent removal of Robert

Mugabe.

The takeaway from this is simple: Even the former president was irked by "s***hole

countries" in Africa and let the media know he held Africans responsible.

And yet, there were no charges of racism, bias or white nationalism (the last might

be a bit difficult to pull off, admittedly).

If Trump made the remark he's been accused of making, it was vulgar.

It was also profoundly unwise.

That said, there's no denying the existence of "s***hole countries," even if one should

probably use more dignified, diplomatic language — especially in the presence of people who

are desperately looking for enough rope to hang you.

If liberals don't believe that there are countries whose political messes have caused

problems for both their own polity and the world at large, they don't have to take

our word for it.

They can take Mr. Obama's.

Create Facebook Automated Ad Rules | Manage Facebook Ads Automatically - Duration: 5:09.

Hey everyone this is Viren and welcome back to another Facebook marketing

tutorial on my youtube channel. In this tutorial I'm going to discuss something

called Facebook Ad Rules. Now what this means is you can define certain

conditions and whenever those conditions are being fulfilled by any of your ad

set or campaign, Facebook will execute certain actions which you have

predefined. So in essence you've created a rule. Without any delay let's get

into the tutorial. I have logged into my ads manager, these are all my campaigns

and here you can see there's a button called create rule. if I create a rule

right here the rule applies to all the active campaigns. On the other hand I can

also select a campaign and I can apply a rule just to this campaign or I can

select a particular ad set and I can create a rule just for that one ad set.

Now you need to define something called an action and conditions. So an action

could be turn off the ad set or send you a notification, adjust bid - like increase

the budget of the ad, increase the lifetime budget or adjust the manual

bids - you can increase or decrease your bid. So to give you some examples what

if - say you were running an advertisement and your approximate CPA you wanted to

be around rupees ten. But then this ad is suddenly giving you a cost per

conversion of about say five rupees which is amazing so you would want to increase

your daily budget automatically in case you're receiving such an amazing cost

per conversion. On the other hand if the cost per conversion is exceeding say twenty

rupees and that's too much for you, you can automatically turn off the ad set. So

based on whatever strategy you want to follow you can define these ad sets. For

now let me select turn off ad set. Now let's give this a condition. You can turn

off the ad set when the spent has reached a certain level or the frequency

has reached say - over five people have seen your ad more than five

times, the cost per result is greater than a certain value and things like

that. You can you can also work with your events that you've already added through

Facebook pixel and in case the conversions are less you can

automatically tell the ad to shut off. So there are a lot of these other options

which you can checkout. Say I was running a campaign and I wanted to have about

100,000 impressions and then shut off the ad so I can select that here as well.

For now let's leave this ad cost per result and let's say if the cost per

result is greater than fifteen. So Facebook is saying here that they would need to show

the ad to at least eight thousand people in order to optimize the campaign to its best and

only after that we should judge the campaign and decide whether I want

to shut off the campaign or not. So I can add this and there now I have two

conditions here. Next we select the time range - in what timeframe do you want to

see whether the conditions are being fulfilled or not. So by default it is

last three days. I could say something like yesterday and leave it at that.

Attribution window - so basically what this means is that Facebook will

consider a user and see if the user is converting into a result or not within

one day of viewing the ad but however if the user has already clicked on the ad

then Facebook will wait for twenty eight days to see whether the user converts or not.

Basically if the user clicked on my ad, went to my site and

then left and then came back after fifteen days and came directly to my site and

converted on anything then Facebook will still consider that to be a conversion

through Facebook ad, that is what attribution window means. Frequency of

this rule is continuous - so basically every 30 minutes Facebook will check to

see if these conditions are being fulfilled or not. You can change this

according to whatever you need. Finally whenever a rule is being applied and

Facebook decides to turn off the ad you can receive an email

notification. Let's give this rule a name - shutoff ad. Click create and the rule is

created. You can also go to manage rules and you can see a list of rules that are

already created and you can take actions right from here.

It starts out easy, but quickly becomes challenging.

A – A.R.E.S: Extinction Agenda ARES is actually one of the first games I

can remember playing on steam.

I hate to compare it to this, but the game play feels a bit reminiscent of Megaman.

If you're into 2D side scrolling platformers, you are in for hours of fun.

B – The Baconing Here is a game aiming right at your funny

bone.

Of course, I am under the impression that almost anything with bacon in the title is

good.

This rings true here.

The Baconing is actually a sequal, so there are a couple games you may want to play before

getting here, but if you enjoy a little humor in your games, you should love all 3.

C – Cinders I am not going to leave those of you out who

love visual novels.

It isn't just click to read with some still pictures, like honestly most visual novels

that I have played in the past, it is more interactive than that.

As far as visual novels go, it is one of my favorites.

Not just because it's a new take on Cinderella, but because it actually feels like you are

effecting the game.

D – Draw a Stickman: EPIC You get to draw your own character and tools

to play with in this fun adventure game.

You can play it on PC or a tablet.

Either way you play it, the levels are fun and there are plenty of secrets in the levels

to keep your attention.

E – Everyday Genius: SquareLogic I believe this was the second game that I

got on steam and one of my most played.

It isn't a super challenging puzzle game, but it is incredibly relaxing.

If you're one of those people who likes to sit and do sudoku while watching a show,

this is for you.

F – Feeding Frenzy 2 Okay so this isn't the most original game

concept in the world.

There are a handful of these eat the fish smaller than you games, but what can I say..

They're chill and enjoyable.

This one is pretty straight forward, you have a size goal with each level and a certain

number of lives to beat the game with should you need them.

Honestly, you probably will.

G – Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams You can never have too many good platformers

in your library.

Emphasis on the word good.

This one one I personally adore, you change between characters on a whim to change your

world and be able to pick up certain colored gems and use each girls unique ability.

In the spirit of AGDQ 2018 finishing up, if there was a game I would want to learn to

speed-run, this would probably be it.

19.

H – Hell Yeah!

Hell Yeah! is another great platformer.

You get to play as the prince of hell, who just so happens to be a bunny who is understandably

angry because some jerks posted some private pictures of him and his ducky online.

As the player, you get to help him take his revenge and prove he is pure evil.

18.

I – Ittle Dew If you like to play indie Zelda-like games,

Ittle Dew is one you need to check out.

The main character is a 'little dude' with a humorous sidekick.

Once you finish the first game, there is a sequel on the Steam store worth checking out.

J – Jamestown Jamestown is the perfect game for players

who like games with lots and lots of pewpew.

You can even take down enemies with up to 3 of your friends.

If you like top down shootem up style games, this is a great one to get your hands on.

K – Knights of Pen and Paper I actually didn't play this on Steam, I

played it on a Kindle with Kindle underground, so when I saw it was not only on Steam, but

also in my library, I was pretty excited.

Apparently there is even a second one.

Can we call it KOPAP?

I want to call it KOPAP.

Anyway, KOPAP is an enjoyable pixel game inspired by Tabletop RPGs.

15.

L – Little Inferno I have beat this game so many times that I

probably shouldn't admit to it.

It is just one of my favorite chill games.

You purchase items, light them on fire, earn money, and repeat.

There are collections and you can make special achievements by combining specific items to

burn together.

M – Mini Ninjas Mini Ninjas is a fun, adorable, adventure

game where you start out to playing as Hiro and rescue your friends who are missing.

Once you rescue them, they become part of your roster of ninjas to play as.

Each with their unique fighting style.

N – Neon Drive Although you're controlling a car, this

isn't exactly a racing game.

The gameplay is similar to audiosurf, but sometimes you play with the camera behind

the car and sometimes you play from a top down city view.

O – OddPlanet The style of this game is clearly inspired

by Limbo.

The controls work similarly too.

If you were a fan of Limbo, this is one work checking out.

The biggest issue I had with this game was the default resolution and inability to change

it within game, but overall it is still worth a play through

P – Plantera When I was looking through my Steam library

to put this list together, I decided to see what this was.

I honestly had no idea.

I had only intended to play it for just a bit, but ended up playing it way too long

before I stopped myself.

And then kept checking it a few times a day.

It is a nice simple chill game, as most of these are.

You plant trees, bushes, and ground plants for harvest as well as have some farm animals

around.

The products earn you money that you can spend on more plants and animals.

10.

Q – Quest of Dungeons I'm a little bit in love with this right

now.

This is a perma-death dungeon crawler where you get to play as one of a handful characters.

The graphics are simple pixel graphics, which just works for what it is.

It's pretty self explanatory, but super addicting to keep playing.

R – Rampage Knights Rampage Knights is a great beat-em-up, perma-death,

dungeon crawler to play with a friend.

You can of course play by yourself, but everything is better with a friend.

In Rampage Knights you can find better weapons, take potions that can be either positive or

negative, use throwing items, find magic spells, and just have a great time.

S – Snapshot You get to play as an adorable robot who just

has his camera to protect him.

You use this camera to complete puzzles by picking up items, placing them, and other

interactions.

T – TinyKeep I love games like this, so I am a little biased

here.

Perma-death games are kinda my thing.

This one is cute and although it could be challenging to a new player, isn't really

that bad.

I feel like if the dev did a sequel to this, it would be even better.

U – Undergarden Here is another chill game.

In this one you get to beautify the world, using pollen to grow the plants and light

up the underground caverns filled with puzzles and hidden secrets.

V – Vertical Drop Heroes Here another one of your play a game until

you die, unlock what you unlock, play again, we have been calling them perma-death dungeon

crawlers this video.

I won't call it a roguelike or roguelite because I know how people are about that and

I don't want to get into that, but..

Vertical Drop Heroes is one of my favorites.

W – WASTED In a post-apocalyptic world where beer is

king and the vibe is 80s, you get to take down your enemies with guns and other weapons

while dungeon craw..

I mean bar crawling in this rogueli..

I mean perma-death game.

X – Xotic Here is another one that is just so classic

Steam for me.

Not that it was developed by valve or anything, it's just an older game that I remember

playing many years ago in my earlier Steam days.

I'm not even sure when or where I got the game, but it has always been there like a

trusty friend.

It is a first person shooter with multiple play modes for every level.

I really wish there was a sequel to this game, more people really need to enjoy this.

Y – Ys Ys is an RPG series that is reminiscent of

old RPG games.

The fighting is pretty straight forward and the artwork is great.

The story is around 7 or so hours to enjoy, depending on how you play.

I highly recommend Ys to RPG fans.

Z – Ziggurat This was probably one of my most played games

in the end of 2017.

I don't know when I got it, just installed it one day in September or so and fell in

love.

The maps, enemies, buffs/debuffs, everything is completely RNG every time you play through

it.

There are plenty of characters and difficulties, this game can keep you entertained for hours.

Just a heads up for anyone with the same issues as me, it does give me a bit of motion sickness

sometimes.
