Youtube daily report Jan 22 2018

Today I would like to tell you all about a company called IBA Global,

with an international branch here in Medellin.

The prior mentioned is leading the way in sustainable technology from the classroom with its

"Green Machine" for the future of food safety and production.

Ameth, what is IBA Global?

IBA Global stands for, Irving Backman and Associates, who is the founder of the company.

It was started in the USA, and we now have an extension here in Colombia.

How was childhood obesity a driving factor behind this business?

It was one of the main things that inspired our founder Irving Backman

to start this initiative, with the future of children's health in mind.

Tell me a little bit about Project Sprout (Proyecto Retoño).

The educational system called Proyecto Retoño contains

science, technology, engineering and math.

With the machine, we teach about plumbing, electricity, water management, sustainability, nutrition and finance.

This program is being taught to children of all ages.

The machine with its completely sustainable hydroponic system

uses very little water and requires a small amount of attention,

but basically allows the plants to grow by themselves.

What has been the children's reaction to the equipment?

It fascinates them. You have both nature and technology combined,

which greatly attracts the kids to want to use the system.

Can you grow plants year-round?

Yes, you can grow plants year-round from balconies, in apartments, patios and practically anywhere.

Who is the machines principal client?

The main client are people looking for sustainability,

as well higher quality nutrition without chemicals or pesticides.

What is the future impact?

The impact goes beyond just Colombian society,

and touches the world as sustainable generations of both children and adults

learn to respect and love their planet.

Where are is the hydroponic equipment made?

The majority of the industrial equipment is now being made here in Colombia,

and with respect to the Green Machine, within two or three months,

they will also be constructed here, which will be generating more employment!

Unsealed FISA Court Ruling Shows 85% of Obama's FBI and DOJ 704-5 FISA Searches Were Illegal and … - Duration: 2:11.

Unsealed FISA Court Ruling Shows 85% of Obama's FBI and DOJ 704-5 FISA Searches Were Illegal

and Illegally Provided to Government Outsiders A Report was released in April of 2017 that

received no publicity until recently.

The report was a ruling on the results of an investigation or audit into FISA searches

made by Obama's FBI and DOJ during Obama's time in office.

The report shows Obama's FBI and DOJ participated in widespread criminal searches and criminal

sharing of data with non authorized entities outside of government.

On April 26, 2017, an unsealed FISA Court Ruling unveiled a number of criminal activities

that Barack Obama's FBI and DOJ participated in during his time in office.

The report to date received little attention.

Now interest is brewing due to the recent actions of Congress and the report that is

expected to be released in the upcoming weeks.

The FISA Court Ruling shows widespread abuse of the FISA mandate.

According to the report, Obama's FBI and DOJ performed searches on Americans that were

against their 4th Amendment rights.

This went on for years.

One paragraph in the report states that 85% of the Section 704 and 705(b) FISA searches

made during this time were non-compliant with applicable laws and therefore criminal.

FISA 705 warrants deal with US citizens outside of the country.

In addition, the report cites that at the same time that Obama's DOJ and FBI were

illegally searching Americans against their rights and unbeknownst to them, Obama's

FBI was providing this information to outside contractors who had no business or legal cause

or claim the information.

The level of corruption within Obama's FBI and DOJ is shocking.

To date no one has been charged with crimes or is in jail as a result of the many crimes

committed by this group of hoodlums.

What do you think about this?

Top 10 Things Most Humans Can't Do - Duration: 7:21.

Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on Youtube, I am Rebecca Felgate,

your most amazing host, and today we are talking about the top 10 things most humans can't

do….I am not talking about like…..flying …because so far as I am aware, no human

can do that unassisted…. But I am talking about like….patting your head while rubbing

your tummy….still confuses me. Before I get into this video, I just want

to remind you guys that we have merch for sale at most amazing shop dot com for those

of you who want to join the Most Amazing team…also, if you want to be a part of the most amazing

family then please do subscribe to our channel and leave our videos with big thumbs up! O

OKAY….let's get into this list…For all the humans watching, these are the things

the vast majority of us can't do… all robots and superhumans, disregard. Oh….and

I am going to try some of them…. Because maybe today is the day I find out I am a mutant….

Or maybe not. Who knows.

10 - Touch your nose with your tongue Ah, it's a classic…. But the majority

of us simply can't do this. Let me give it a go.

Yeah. No. Those who do have the ability to touch their

nose with their tongue make up ten percent of the general population…the act even has

its own medical term, called the Gorlin Sign.

9 - Tickle Yourself…. I am pretty ticklish…. I don't like being

tickled very much…. My neck and my legs are the most ticklish….. I feel like I need

to get someone to tickle me to demonstrate! But then when I try and tickle myself…it's

all good. I can touch my own neck…  Why is this? Well a study at University

College London showed that the cerebellum in the brain is able to pre-empt sensations

when your own movement causes them, but does not pre-empt sensation when someone else moves

to touch you.. so when you try to tickle yourself, the cerebellum predicts the sensation

and this prediction is used to cancel the response of other brain areas to the tickle.

8 - Waggle Your Ears. Can you waggle your ears? No? This is me trying

to waggle my ears…. Its…well…it's just not happening is it!

So apparently, ear waggling is a learned skill…and you can achieve this ultimate life goal by

gaining a better control of your facial muscles….although most people won't bother to do this.

Sleep with one eye open…or….any eyes open, for that matter…..

7 - Lift Your Ring Finger So most people can't lift their ring finger

when they place their hand on a flat surface with their middle finger bent in. Let's

see if I can do it.

6 - Sneeze with your eyes open I am a big sneeze. I sneeze a lot…. But

I have never sneezed with my eyes open. I can FAKE sneeze with my eyes open…… like……****

I think, but real sneezes invoke real reflexes. The nose and eyes are linked by cranial nerves,

which means that the network of nerves is triggered by a sneeze, causing you to blink.

While this is the case for the vast majority of people, there are a few out there who ARE

able to sneeze with their eyes open. More with the eyes up next….

5 – Sleep with your eyes open Despite Metalica demanding we sleep with one

eye open…. It is actually pretty darn difficult to do! There are several reasons we sleep

with our eyes closed, and this is because 1, it blocks out external stimuli that might

be distracting, like light, and 2 because it protects our eyes from getting dry and

gives them a good rest. The vast majority of us could not fall asleep with our eyes

closed if we tried. It is just more comfortable to close those peepers. That being said, there

is a rare sleep disorder called nocturnal lago phth almos which means some people are

unable to close their eyes when they sleep, which can cause them lots of problems.

4 - Put Your Own Fist In your Mouth *try it*

I just cant….no matter how hard I try, that baby doesn't fit! Although huge shout out

to my crazy friend Lizzie who is in the minority of humans who can indeed manage it. She also

once fit like 57 grapes in her mouth at one time. What a pro. The reason most people can't

do this is simple …. Their fists are too big for their mouths… but of course there

are the lucky exceptions….like lizzie!

3– Touch Fire Without Feeling Pain Most of us can't touch something hot, or

cut our finger on something sharp without feeling pain. Pain is a natural warning sign

and it helps us learn our boundaries as humans. Pain is crucial to survival However, there

is a very rare condition called Congenital Insensitivity to Pain, and those who suffer

with it are unable to feel physical pain. Obviously I am not going to test this one

out as I know that I can feel pain and I really don't fancy feeling it right now

2 - Lick their elbow OH, it is another classic! Unless you are

double jointed, most humans can't lick their own elbows…our bodies just aren't designed

that way…and really…why would we? I guess if our elbow gets dipped in something delicious?!

*Try it*

Finally…at number 1 1 – You can't hold your breath for longer

than 2 minutes Most people just can't do this…. And those

that can train to be able to do it. Most humans can't survive for more than five minutes

without air…. But there are some people who are seemingly super human…The Guinness

World Record for holding your breath underwater is held by Ricardo Bahia of Brazil who managed

this feat of superhuman endurance for a whopping 20 minutes 21 seconds!

OKAY I thought, what better way to end this video than by trying it myself and possibly

passing out…right? Here is my attempt at breaking the world record for holding my breath

….

Okay….so that was the top 10 things most humans can't do…can you do anything on

this list? Let me know in the comments section below.

For now, I am your Most Amazing average human host, Rebecca Felgate, if you liked this video,

please do give it a thumbs up, share it with a friend and stay subscribed for more top

10 lists.

DAY ZERO - CAPE TOWN IS RUNNING OUT OF WATER - Duration: 10:02.

Ola YouTube my name is Ricardo lino and I'm a Wheel addict something that you should

know right away this is not a skate video is an exception and this is not a

skate video so as most of you might know I live in South Africa in Cape Town

South Africa I moved here about three years ago because my now wife lives here

so I moved here we ended up getting married about one year ago and we have

seven months daughter the reason why I'm making this video it's because I'm

scared check this I live in a place that there's something called day zero and

what stay zero basically on the 29th of April I'm supposed to not have water

there won't be any more running water basically there was no reigning over the

last two winters not rain enough and the government didn't didn't add no

solutions for this so basically I live surrounded by water it's a cape Cape

Town it's surrounded by worries we have mountains all over we have lots of water

underneath the soil but on the 29th of April we're supposed to be out of water

then a few weeks ago they say that the day zero is not going to be on the 29th

of April and it's going to be earlier so the thing is I need I need to start

talking we need to start getting water thirst we need to find a solution so I

just came out of a supermarket it's Monday and they derive water they say

that they will only avoid it Wednesday and apparently this is starting to

happen there's no water I can't borrow water so now I'm about to

go to the second supermarket and hopefully they will have water but I

don't know I know this is not a skate video again just thought I should share

it to yourself let's see if their water in the next

supermarket I seriously hope that they got water girls thing is basically we

need to control when we flush man I do skate every day you think I can shower

twice a day like morning and before going to bed no and now even when we

shower we need to keep our gray waters to water like to water the garden or

something like that that's that's what we've been doing with watering the

garden it's not going to be a priority sooner or later I don't know what I'm

gonna be doing with the gray waters and then do you know if they have water they

have water

do you know where the water is yes public five liters no the five liters

okay thank you I don't see any water they guys said it was water I don't see

anyone do we need to fight yeah I know that's why I'm coming to stock me yeah

let's see if they have it excuse me where can I find a five liter water

water five liters

aha is that all I'm going to buy all the water I seriously am going to buy all

the water that they have here check this that's all the water that they have

probably the only reason why I could buy this it's because the the containers are

kind of broken so maybe that's why this one left I got six five liters of water

and I'm gonna see if I find more well I think there's more excuse me is there

more water that's all that we have

that's all that you are so they just confirmed it to me this is all the water

the Vizier is they are like one liter waters but there's no more big

containers like not even the usual in like five years that's it normal water

and you guys been running out of water cookies are the last ones

the water the same price or it also got more expensive

is the question of that

so this was shop right shop right is not like a huge supermarket there's like a

cheap supermarket and now I'm just gonna try to go to to a neighborhood market

just out of curiosity I'm gonna see if they have water because I didn't knew it

was like these already

I ask myself it's just like how does such a beautiful place with so much

potential it's so fucked up

let's maybe just hope that I don't get robbed here let's just hope it's kind of

like not the safest place to give me the phone tell me you have five little

waters a lot still you have a lot

I'm in viewing is that only web football that's just asking do you have more

that's good how much just for how much is the water I'll think

for now I'm just making a video about the thing that I went to to supermarkets

one didn't have water the other one I bought the last six containers and here

you only have the most expensive water it's just I'm trying to see where we are

with the water now so I'm gonna get for you from from Portugal cheap one

Feeney's was so mission accomplished kind of so they did have the water

the only water the ad was the most expensive one so I'm not complaining but

the other supermarket that I went they charged me 89 ran for six bottles not

bottles like the six five little containers of five liter waters in this

place they charged me 100 for the charm unit for four which means that on ds1

for twenty liters I've paid 100 Rand on the other place for 30 litres that paid

89 and this is gonna start opening a little bit more also it's just like the

cheap orders will go and they will only have the expensive that not a lot of

people can't afford anyway we're gonna end this video and I'm sorry if you're

expecting the skate video and I just made these but if you want it if you

want to see more skate videos that I do and not more water videos maybe

subscribe to the channel if you liked it give me some thumbs up if you didn't

like it I totally understand but I kinda needed to show to the world what's

happening in Murali if you only leave a comment you know

what to do let me know what you want my next vid is to be about and let's maybe

all just hope that this day zero is not coming which doesn't seem to be a

reality the day not coming okay cheers guys and save water save the planet

cheers guys

Why I bought AirPods | AirPod review & unboxing 2018 - Duration: 9:42.

Hey! Welcome back to my channel, my nameis Katie and this is Katherinethe19th.

I wanted to chat with you about why I bought AirPods and show you my unboxing and review of them.

Okay Emily recount to me would just happened right now

Katie: You said to me... Emily: I said to Katie, would it be bad if I wanted to go the mall and buy AirPods?

and I said to her, look at my laptop, I currently have the Apple website open on my computer.

So I have been thinking about wireless headphones for a while. This past winter I've become increasingly frustrated with

the issue of having my headphones in having my phone in my jacket pocket and

coming in the door from walking home from class and needing to like arrange

the wires so I can get my coat off and then keep listening and it's just it's

just kind of a mess you also feel like I'm constantly getting tangled up in my

wires especially in the midst of trying to get coats and other kinds of

outerwear on and scarves and it's just another thing that I've come across now

that I've been trying to work out more you know "new year, new me" is I want to

listen to my Nike or Seven Minute workout instructions on my phone but I

don't have any pockets in my workout outfits here so it's hard for me to like hold my

phone with me and have headphones in and I don't want to be like bothering other

people at the gym so I don't want to have to play it out loud so I thought

that wireless headphones would be a good solution to a lot of the problems I've

been having. Emily has also been discussing this recently she has similar

frustrations with the workout and outerwear situations so we've both been

chatting about how we kind of want to get AirPods but we weren't so sure

about it because they're kind of expensive we hadn't talked about it for

a couple days and then one day we were both sitting in our room just like doing

our own thing on our computers and then Emily turned to me and was like: "would it be bad if I wanted to go to the mall and buy AirPods?"

So, one plus one equals two! Emily and Katie are going to the Apple store now to my

AirPods. Do you think this is a bad decision or do you think this is like, you know, on

its way? I think it was inevitable. Treat yourself! and and so in that moment of

serendipity we decided you know what this is it

we got it we have to go get AirPods. Today I am taking you on an epic AirPods adventure!

we have successfully purchased our AirPods, and we are now on the way home. How do

you feel Emily? "like a responsible adult" so clearly I wanted to get wireless

headphones because of my frustration with outerwear workouts etc but why

specifically AirPods I wanted to get AirPods because of their ease of

connectivity with Apple products I love how you can listen to your phone

disconnect them connect them to your laptop and start listening to your

laptop all the while you've had the same headphones in your ears and it's just

very easy since I got my iphone 7 plus I have used the specific lightning

connector earbuds and so I've had one set of headphones for my phone and once

it have headphones for my laptop now is my ear pods I love that I can use the

same set of headphones for both of my devices it's also surprisingly fun how

you can be listening to something on your laptop and then get up and like

walk around especially because I have an online course so I have to listen to

lectures on my laptop it's nice to be able to listen to it wander around the

room and not be bothering Emily sitting over her desk with them sound of my

lectures one thing that everybody initially critiqued earpods for but then

eventually praise them for was whether or not they stay in your ears when this

came out everybody was like they're gonna fall out you're gonna lose them

immediately you know regular Apple iPhones follow to your ear so these

clearly are too however I have found through personal research that the AirPods

actually stay in your ears very well after conducting a very scientific

shake test they were still there and I know that it really depends on your ear

shape all that kind of thing but I've always really loved the fit of regular

Apple your phone headphones what do people would call these things? I really like

how AirPods fit into my ears and I actually find that they don't fall out

as much as regular wired headphones do I think part of that is half of the time

when regular earbuds fall out of your ears it's because the wire got pulled.

so because AirPods don't have that they stay in quite well. Another great thing

about AirPods is the function where you can tap them for controls they

automatically come with the double tap assigned to Siri on

both headphones, but why would anybody want that? I personally never use Siri

because I don't think that her voice recognition is that great, so I remapped the

double tap feature on my headphones to be pause and next track. My only qualm

with AirPods is I wish there was some way to have the volume function built

into the headphones because one thing that I do miss is that on the wired

headphones there's a volume up and down option whereas with the AirPods there's

not even a way to map that to your headphone. The one way I get around that

is on my watch whenever I am listening to something there is a volume control

that automatically comes up so all you have to do is you know swivel this

little dial and it'll turn the volume up and down but for people who don't have

Apple watches I can see it being a little bit annoying to have to pull out

your phone to change the volume on your music or podcast.

How do you feel about our AirPods? So far I feel like we look so obnoxious...

Emily: I'm a rich person now. I am the bourgeois Katie: it's like we're Sailor J - "who needs sight

when you have AirPods?" but honestly I know I feel like I look really obnoxious but

look you can't even see them if you.. Emily: I know! You can't.

Katie: I can cheat on a test Emily: I don't know how...

Katie: we'll record ourselves giving the answers and listen to them on loop.

Emily: oh, okay true I know I do like the part where you can take it out... I've tried it though and

doesn't work for podcasts at least on my phone..

Katie: Oh interesting... Emily: are you listening to music right now? Katie: Greatest Showmen!

Emily: I'm gonna be that obnoxious person at the gym Katie: yeah exactly

Of course, a main issue that a lot of people have with AirPods is the price, when I bought my AirPods

I was very fortunate to have some Christmas money from my grandparents

that I was able to use towards my purchase which significantly decreased

the price that I had to pay in the end so for me that made it worthwhile but

obviously not everyone has that situation so if you're paying the full

price yourself it is kind of expensive in Canada anyway they are $219CAD

you know that's that's a that's an investment for headphones, though if

you go out and buy like Beats or anything like that they are going to be

at least that expensive.

When you first pop open the AirPods box you get that satisfying peel of the

plastic wrap that iPhone boxes don't have anymore but for whatever reason

they've packaged the AirPods the same way they used to package iPhones and

what you get in the box is pretty straightforward you've got your little

packet of instructions and then below that is the little tic-tac box of AirPods,

when you lift the tray out of the box you'll find your charging chord it's

a lightning cable I wish that it would have come with one of those blocks

because I don't have extra one sitting around and I don't know what else I'm

gonna plug it into, realistically though the battery life on these things is

pretty good so I just plug it in to where I charge my phone every once in a

while and that seems to do the trick.

You take it out of your ear, and it pauses it and then you put it back in and it just keep playing it

It worked on my crappy ass phone! So overall are they worth it it? Depends

on who you are but I would recommend them if you're considering investing

some money and some wireless headphones and you are already a part of the Apple

ecosystem. One huge value-added for me is this the fact that they work

so well between my laptop and my phone cuz I can use them with everything and I

can control them with my watch, then it really makes it worthwhile for me.

I'm a slave to Apple Overall I'm really happy with my AirPods,

and I would recommend them to someone who is considering dropping some

cash on some wireless headphones and if you're already an Apple geek like myself

then you would probably enjoy them. Anyway I think that's gonna be it for

today's video please let me know in the comments below what you think of AirPods

do you think they're waste of money? do you think they're good quality? have

you tried them? what other wireless headphones have you considered? let me

know your thoughts below. if you like this video please give it a thumbs up

and of course make sure you hit the subscribe button so you don't miss any

24" MONSTER BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA CHALLENGE!! - Duration: 9:19.

Hey everybody this is Randy Santel "Atlas" with Atlas & Zeus Promotions and

proud owner of foodchallenges.com! Extra-extra very very excited tonight

I'm going for overall wins number 499 and I have to win because number 500 is

gonna be tomorrow I've been promoting it, but I am in Saint Mary's of Sydney New

All right now the jackpot grows as people lose but my friend Issac Martin

person to finish this thing in his record time was 51 minutes so I'm gonna

try to smash that but because nobody else has tried it the record for the

jackpot he's only at $100 but along with this pizza within the hour I have to

finish a whole 1.25 liter Bing of soda which I left with Pepsi Max no calories

I'm going to start with some water but then I'll switch the soda after that but

with chicken I got barbecue sauce and it is frickin awesome! This is the best pizza I've had in along

time but it goes really well with there were a hundred percent mozzarella cheese but oh let's get this thing down

Ivanka Trump Is "Spitting Image" Of Her Father, White House Correspondent Says - Duration: 3:27.

Recently Maggie Haberman who is the White House correspondent for The New York Times

gave the world a message that I think a lot of people didn't necessarily want to hear

but they needed to hear, and that message was that Ivanka Trump is the spitting image

of her father, Donald.

The reason I say a lot of people didn't want to hear that is because in the early days

of the Trump's administration, in fact the entire month before he was even sworn in as

president, a lot of people, including some of those on the left, thought that Ivanka

Trump was somehow going to be a voice of reason within the White House.

They thought that she might be able to pull the president a little to the left on issues

like climate change or LGBTQ rights.

But as it turns out Ivanka Trump is exactly like her father.

A few months ago Ivanka actually admitted during an interview that it's unrealistic

for people to be able to expect her to change her father's mind on these issues.

And we learn now, according to Maggie Haberman, it's not because Ivanka Trump was actually

trying to convince her father to do one thing but he did another.

It's because she believes the exact same thing as him.

Haberman goes even further.

She mentions the fact that it's not just policy issues.

It's personality.

Ivanka Trump just like Donald believes that people are unfair to her, that overall society

just isn't treating her the way that she feels she needs to be treated, being a billionaire

heiress to one of the worst human beings alive in this country today.

What on earth could she feel that people have been unfair about?

Is it the fact that she's having her clothing line and other products made in basically

sweat shop conditions over in China, and the shop where they're being made, they're actually

paying lower wages than is legally required by law?

Does she feel like that's unfair?

Does she feel like it's unfair to come out and say that she's going to help push her

father to the left and then admit later on that, "No, I can't do it because I basically

think the same things as him"?

Is it unfair that we're criticizing her husband for having a security clearance, when the

idiot can't even fill out a form properly and has had to revise it numerous times, and

not just the security clearance form but literally other forms that he has tried to fill out

while serving in this administration?

Ivanka, if people are being unfair to you, I haven't seen it.

Criticizing you and your decisions and the way that you've been running your life and

basically being a suck up to your father and serving some kind of unidentified role in

the White House that you are not qualified for and clearly don't deserve and nobody even

knows why you're there, I'm gong to say that that falls under the category of being a decently

fair criticism.

After all, we don't know what you do.

We don't know why you're there.

We just know that you are and for some reason you still feel like life has been a little

too unfair to you, just like your father.

Yoga to Feel Empowered | 40 Minute Yoga for Confidence and Energy | ChriskaYoga - Duration: 38:32.

Hello I'm Christina and welcome back to ChriskaYoga! Today

We'll be doing a 40 minute empowering yoga class this class will make you feel empowered

Energized and great don't forget to subscribe for even more free yoga for me, so if you're ready. Let's get started

Come to a comfortable seat on the ground

cross your shins

Flex your feet under your knees bring your hands to your legs

Sit up tall take a deep breath in

And a deep breath out you can close your eyes if you would like

Just come to quiet your mind by focusing your attention on your breathing for a bit

Breathing in and out through your nose

With each inhale feel the ribcage expanding wide with each exhale feel it coming back inward

Just notice the way it moves as your breathing

You can slowly come to open your eyes and

From here take your left hand bring it down to the floor

Reach your right arm around up and over

Tilt your torso to the left keeping both sits bones even on the ground

stretching the side of your body on the right side

You can look up towards the ceiling

Feel the stretching side of your body

Again inhale come back up switch sides bring your right hand down to the floor reach your left arm up and over

Tilt your torso to the right you can look up towards the arm the left arm

Keep both sits bones even on the ground as you're tilting over

stretching the left side of your body

Keep lengthening through that left arm up and over on the diagonal

hold here breathe

On your inhale come back up

Bring your hands to your fingertips

Have your fingers away from your body so facing behind you thumbs facing forward elbows pointed back

Come on on to the tips of your fingers

And then press it to the ground and open your chest up towards the ceiling coming to an arch

You're reaching that heart center up towards the sky looking up opening your shoulders wide

Opening your collar bones wide apart

Really reach the center of your chest up

And slowly come back out of your arch, and we'll come to our hands and knees

So bring your hands right underneath your shoulders all your fingers are spread wide on the ground palms are flat

bring your knees right underneath your hips the tops of your feet to the floor behind you and we'll start out in a

Neutral spine so flat back

From here tuck your toes and then come to an arch by looking up and forward

Spreading your shoulders wide apart and feeling that aren't

arching curve in your spine

Take an exhale and untuck your toes, and then you'll curb your spine in the opposite direction

Looking towards the thighs this is cat pose reaching upper back all the way up towards the ceiling

Once again for cow pose tuck your toes

flexing the feet

looking forward and up

Spreading the collar bones wide apart reach that chest forward

Untuck the toes talk to the feet to the floor of your spine and the opposite way reaching the upper back towards the sky

Looking towards your thighs

And we'll continue to move for several breaths on our own timing so with each inhale

We'll come here to account blows and with each exhale

We'll reverse that curve in your spine and come to a cat pose so each time that you need to take it inhale

Come here to cow pose

And each time you need to take an exhale come here to your cat pose

From here come to a flat back

Neutral spine once again, and then take the right leg and step it forward in between your hands

Feel free to use your hand to bring it forward if needed

Bring the right knee directly tracking above the right ankle and your toes are pointed forward

From here, we're just going to hold for a moment

Pressing the hips down towards the floor the back leg should be on the diagonal now if you're having some

sensitivity on the ground with your knee you want to

take a pause and

You can fold your yoga mat over and double it up so that it provides a little extra padding on the floor

Once you find your low lunge here with your hands down on the knee down on the floor

Just hold for a moment breathing in and out through your nose

pressing the hips down and

remain here

From here take the hand the left hand and bring it right underneath your nose, so a little bit closer to your right foot

Press into the ground with your left hand and then twist your upper body to the right. You'll reach your right arm up

Look up towards the ceiling

Continuing to press your hips down towards the floor so don't come out of your lunge

Open that just as wide as you can to the right

Really reach that Hunt Center towards the right leg

just remain here for one more breath and

Then from here come back to the center

Bring your hand down press into the ground with your legs and then lift your torso up

Clasp your hands together and leave your index and thumb out reach forward up and back

And we'll come to an arch

In your arm joke when you're just up towards the ceiling

Spread your armpits. Why now it sounds strange, but sprained your armpits wide apart and really reach that chest forward

Exhale release your hands bring them back down onto the floor

Shift your weight back and then bring your right leg back underneath your body, and we'll switch sides

Stepping the left foot forward will take that whole sequence on the left starting with a low lunge

So your knee is tracking right above your ankle and then?

Sink your hips down towards the floor and hold here in your low lunge for a few breaths

From here take your

right hand

Bring it right underneath your nose

Just as we did on the other side closer to your left foot

Press into the ground with your right arm and twist your upper body to the left

Reaching your left arm up towards the ceiling

All your fingers are spread wide apart

Open your chest as far to the left as you can reaching up heart center towards the left leg opening the shoulders

hold for one more breath

And

Then turn back to the center

From you press into the ground with your legs and your left foot

Clasp your hands together preferably in the opposite way that you did before reaching the index and thumb out

Reach your arms forward up and back coming to an arch

This might be a bit of a balancing pose as well be sure you haven't come out of your lunch

So keep pressing those hips down towards the floor

Opening the chest up towards the ceiling

hold for one more breath

Release your hands come out of your arch bring your hands down to the ground and from here tuck your right toe

Shift your weight as far to the left as you can you can even use your hands to help you lift your back knee

So your right knee is off the ground the right leg is straight

And then you're going to step that right foot forward to meet the left at the top of your yoga mat

It might take a few tries

But you can use your hands on the floor to help you as well and really engage your core step that foot forward

Once you're at the top of your yoga mount with both of your feet even underneath your hips

relax in a forward fold for a moment

Bring your hands to the floor bend your knees if your hands. Don't reach the floor

And then on an inhale come all the way up to standing with the straights behind reach your arms up

Look up towards your hands and towards the ceiling reaching up lengthening both sides of your body

And then on an exhale release your hands down

By your side stand up tall spread your shoulders wide apart

Soften your front ribs in towards each other

I'm going to still get my yoga block. I forgot to bring it over before

I'm going to leave it at the top of my yoga mat to

Use in a pose that we'll be doing in a little bit

So standing up tall at the top of your yoga, mat right where we are

feet underneath your hips

Spread your shoulders wide soften your ribs in

One an inhale reach your arms forward and up looking up

Exhale come to a forward fold bring your hands to the floor relax your head over

You can if your hands

Do not reach the floor you can use your block since you have it

Or just bend your knees a little bit further so you can bring those hands down

Inhale look up halfway straightening your spine looking forward exhale come back to a forward fold

Inhale come all the way up to standing once again reaching your arms up looking towards the ceiling exhale

Bring your hands down by your sides

Take a deep breath in

And a deep breath out

From here clasp your hands together at the small of your back

Straighten your arms behind you and open your chest up towards the ceiling reach that chest up and forward looking up

And then exhale come out of your arch release your hands from the clasp and stand up ciao and

How once again reach your arms all the way up mom's facing each other looking up

Exhale come to a forward fold friend your knees slightly bring your hands to the floor

Relax your head completely

Inhale look forward and up halfway

Exhale come back all the way down to your forward fold

Inhale come up to standing once again reach your arms up exhale

Bring your hands down by your sides

Once again cost your hands together at the small of your back

preferably in the opposite way that you did before so the way that doesn't feel natural and

Then straighten your arms reaching your hands down towards the floor open your chest up towards the ceiling reaching your heart center up

Release your hands place your back from the arch and stand up tall and Mountain Pose

One more time through that son breath inhale bring your arms up and forward looking up

Exhale forward fold

hands to the floor relax your head

Inhale deeply through your nose look up halfway exhale come back down to your forward fold

Inhale come all the way up to standing and reach your arms up once again

Exhale bring your hands down clasp your hands together once again at the small of your back

Straighten your arms reach your knuckles towards the ground and open your chest up towards the ceiling

Release from the arch release your hands and stand up tall and Mountain Pose

Inhale bring your arms up looking up straighten your arms palms facing each other

exhale forward fold hands in the ground relax your head

Inhale look up halfway exhale

Plant your palms flat onto the floor step back one foot at a time into a plank pose

hold plank for a moment

And set your knees down untuck your toes lower your whole body onto your belly

Bring your forehead to the floor put your elbows up towards the ceiling top so the feet are on the floor behind you

And now lift your head and your shoulders up for a low Cobra

Using your upper back muscles to lift your chest lift your torso and then on an exhale bring your head down

One more time inhale lift your head lift your shoulders

Exhale lower down

And how last time be sure to keep the tops of your feet on the floor behind you

Exhale lower your head tuck your toes

Press yourself up into downward facing dog

Feel free to have a bend in your knees here your first downward dog

Just to help alleviate some of that stretch. You might be feeling in your hamstrings and your

Low back as well

From here raise your heels bend your knees

Look forward and take as many steps as you need to come to the top of your yoga

Mat looking up and forward for a half

Forward fold and then on your next exhale come down to your forward fold

Inhale come all the way up to standing reaching your arms up

Looking up stretch all

both sides of your body up

Exhale bring your hands down by your sides stand up tall take a deep breath in

Spread your shoulders wide take a deep breath out and soften your front ribs inward

Inhale reach your arms up looking up

Exhale forward fold hands to the floor relax your head

Inhale look up halfway exhale plant your palms step back one foot at a time into plank

From here you can either lower down onto your belly and do little Cobra like we did before or you can move through a vinyasa

With me by lowering just halfway down

Flipping to the tops of your feet for upward facing dog keeping your legs off the ground nice and straight and then

Exhale lift your hips up and back

downward facing dog

if

You've done your low Cobra instead when you're ready meet me here in downward facing dog lifting

Your hips out their back to press your heels down towards the floor

All your fingers are spread wide on the ground your arms are straight, but not locking into your elbows

On your next inhale take your right leg and reach it all the way out behind you and

Then step it forward in between your hands

Bring your right knee directly above the right ankle keep the left leg nice and straight

We're staying up high on the ball of our left foot press into the ground with both of your feet

lift your torso up reaching your arms up just

Like we did in our low lunge before clasp your hands together and leave your index and thumb out

Straighten your arms and arch your back

Keep lunging forward into your right leg left. Leg is nice and straight

Open your chest upward opening your armpits up towards the ceiling once again

And then come up out of your arch unclasp your hands bring your hands down to from your right foot

Step back downward-facing dog take a deep breath in

And a deep breath out

We'll do that land on the left raise your left leg all the way up behind you step it forward

Left me directly above the left ankle stay high on the ball of your right foot

Reach your arms up cost your hands together in the opposite way that you did before keep lunging forward into your left leg

The right leg is straight and then come into your arch

open your chest up towards the ceiling straight and your arms pointing back on the diagonal keep lunging forward into your left leg and

From here come up out of your arch release your hands to the ground

Step back downward facing dog and hold for 3 deep inhales and exhales here

On your next inhale raise your heels all the way up and bend your knees looking forward

You can take as many steps as you need to

Come up to a half forward fold at the top of your yoga mat

Exhale fold all the way back down relax your head

And how come all the way up to standing reach your arms all the way up

exhale release your hands down by your sides take a deep breath in

Spread your shoulders wide take a deep breath out and soften your ribs in

From here, we'll take a Sun Salutation B. Star, you know. I'm a star of peace so standing up tall on your Mountain Pose

On an inhale sit your hips back and reach your arms up and forward

Reaching your hips on the diagonal behind you and reaching your arms on the diagonal up in front of you

Keep bending those knees most of your weight should be behind you

And on your next exhale keep your legs where they are and fold or torso down towards the floor reach your hands to the ground

And relax your head

Inhale look up halfway, and then exhale plant your palms flat onto the floor and step back into plank

Just as we did before you can either do low Cobra or move through a vinyasa with me here by lowering to chuck Tyrande

Flip into the tops of your feet for upward facing dog

And then hips up and back downward

Facing dog

On your next inhale reach your right leg all the way up behind you and step it forward in

Between your hands bring your right knee directly above the right ankle

This time set the back foot down at a 45-degree angle

And we're going to align our right heel with the left arch press into the ground with both of your feet

Spin your arms around coming to warrior two

Hold warrior two for a moment keep lunging forward into the right leg the left leg is nice and straight

You're grounding down into the floor with the outer edge of your left leg

Hold take a deep breath in

And a deep breath out

Here's where you'll leave your block

So you can take your block use it for triangle pose to start so bring it to the outer edge of your right foot?

From your warrior to straighten your right leg

But don't lock into the right knee your stance is a bit wider so be sure that you're not

Locking into your right knee joint

You're holding that leg straight with your leg muscles so lift your kneecap up by squeezing your right quad

From here keeping your arms reaching out as we did in order to reach the torso over the right leg

Until you can't reach any further place your hand down

Onto your block or your block substitute and reach your left arm up towards the ceiling

Looking up as well

maintain the strength in your legs

We're not relying on locking into our joints. We're using our leg muscles to keep our leg straight

We're not relying on the right arm to hold up the torso or using our torso muscles to hold ourselves up

Hold for one more breath and

From here look down

You may need to adjust depending on where you are, but bend your right leg and take hold of your block

Shift your weight forward you can bring your left hand to your hip here shift your weight onto your right leg

And then place your hand with the block on the floor right underneath your shoulder lifting the left leg off the ground

The foot is flexed

Leg it straight

Open the shoulders up towards the left side and then reach your left arm up for half moon pose

Look up if you can. This is a balancing pose so if you need to look down. That's fine

down or forward

hold here for one more breath

And then look down towards the floor bring your hand to your left hip set your left foot back down

Coming through our triangle pose

Press into the ground with both of your feet

lifting your torso up and

Then from here set your block off to the side for a moment turn to face your right leg

Coming back onto the ball of your left foot set your hands down onto the ground

stepping the right foot back

downward facing dog

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out

From here lift your left leg all the way up behind you and step it forward in between your hands

Left knee is tracking

Directly above the left ankle set the back foot down at 45 degrees and align your left heel with your right arch

It's been your arms around and out palms facing the ground keep bending into your left leg straighten the right leg

Behind you for worry or two on the left

Hold here keep lunging forward into your left leg keep energy going out and down through the outer edge of your right leg

Arms are reaching out in opposing directions

Hold

And from here

We'll come into our triangle pose with the block so straighten your left leg not locking into the left knee joint

And then we'll take our block place it by the outer edge of the left foot

And then bring the arms out to the side once again

Keep energy pulling up through the legs and reach the left the torso over the left leg

Until you can't reach any further

Place your hands down onto the block at any height

I just have it at the hot the tallest height today, and then reach your arm your right palm up towards the ceiling looking up

Once again energy in your torso and your legs

We're not relaxing into this pose. This is a very energetic pose

hold and breathe

And then from here look down towards the floor you can bring your right hand to your hip

We'll take our Halfmoon posts or taking the block in your hand

Shift your weight onto the left leg lifting the right place the hand and the block underneath your shoulder on the floor

lifting the right leg up

Keeping that right leg straight flexing the foot

Reaching the right arm up for half moon and once again. You can look down forward or up. I'm going to fall

So you're looking up towards the ceiling if you can engage your core to keep that balance hold here

And then look down towards the floor

Gently bring your hand down to your hip once again set the right foot down back through our

Stance with the back leg at 45 degrees come through your triangle posts at the block off to the side

And then from here

Bring your feet to parallel to one another

So your legs are still why your feet are parallel bring your hands to your hips bend your knees

Send your hips back behind you and then fold your torso over

For a wide legged forward fold hold here be sure to bend your knees if your hands

Don't reach the floor or you can use your yoga block since you have it

Wherever you are just hold and breathe

Press into the ground with both of your feet

stand up tall at the same time and

Then bring your feet in to meet each other at the center line of your body, and we'll come to lying on the ground

Lying on your back

From here hug the legs in towards the chest flexing the feet hold onto your shins with your arms wrapping them around

Feel the hip sockets softening

Take both of your legs bring them over to the left side of your body you may need to adjust yourself

You can keep your left hand on your legs to help you keep them over and then reach your right arm up

Rend it up in a cactus shape looking over to the right to keep that right shoulder on the floor

And relax here in your twist

Bring your head back up to Center

And bring your legs back to the center and switch sides twist both of your legs over to the right

Keep your right hand on your legs to help keep them over reach your left arm out to the left

Bend it up in a cactus shape keep the left shoulder on the floor look over to the left and relax here

Come here bring your legs back to the center and

Then we'll come into shavasana by stretching your legs down onto the ground separate them

Relax your legs completely have your hands down by your sides and turn your palms up towards the ceiling

Close your eyes and begin to deepen your breath

Breathing in and out through your nose begin to quiet your mind by focusing your attention on your inhales and your exhales

If your mind travels to another thought while you're focusing on your breath

As soon as you notice the thought

gently

so to the side

Be kind to yourself and just come back to focusing on the breath

and remain here

Bring some slight motion back into your body by gently moving your hands and your feet your arms and your legs

And we're all into the right side

Rust there with your knees bent in your arm underneath your head for support

Use your hands to help you come up to a seated cross-legged position crossing your shins

Flex your feet under your knees bring your hands to your legs

close your eyes and take a deep breath in and

a deep breath out

Bring your hands to meet at the center of your chest bow your head to your fingertips namaste

NARS Natural Radiant Foundation REVIEW | COMPARE Nars All Day Luminous - Duration: 3:51.

so on this half of my face I'm gonna be using my new NARS natural radiant

foundation it's in a really nice bottle nice and slim I might prefer this bottle

and it is glass and then on this side I'm going to be using NARS all day

luminous weightless foundation so you can see what the packaging looks like

they're both completely different colors this one matches me almost perfectly

this one is a bit too light for me this is in the shade Santa Fe and this is in

the shade Barcelona - when I was reading up about these foundation on the Nars

website they both pretty much say the same kind of thing like they're both

quite natural-looking but still full coverage they're both 16hr wear they

both are meant to be quite breathable but again still quite buildable too high

coverage the one thing I do find quite interesting with the new foundation they

say that it's got apple raspberry and watermelon extract in it to help smooth

over your skin I don't know if that makes the smell change or I don't know

I've not actually tried this I've not even opened it it's still brand new I do

really like this foundation I have done a full review on it and the sheer glow

foundation if you want to see that I will leave that linked below

I'm first and apply the one that I'm used to wearing just so it sort of gets

out of the way I kind of know what it feels like on what looks like Sigma f82

- it's a really nice round kabuki dense brush yeah this foundations were way too

light for me right now I have moisturize my skin so that's why

I haven't primed to start with it is a really lovely foundation I love wearing

it it does last all day is so smooth on the skin it looks flawless on the skin

now for the new foundation the natural radiant obviously you must shake it

before you use it I don't like the pumps I'm gonna unscrew it

it smells like alcohol it's the same sort of texture to this foundation but I feel

like it's less runny it's a much better color for my skin

I feel like it's going on the same as the all day luminous I don't really feel

much difference between the two with applying it a very smooth to put on the

skin they go into the skin ring you nicely I can't really tell that much of

a difference it has gone over my spots and blemishes quite nicely as well as

this side it does have a slight shine to it I don't know if it's gonna dry more

mattes it's meant to be quite radiant so I don't think it would sits nice on the

skin it definitely has more of a glow to it I don't know if I'm gonna end up like

in that just because I am oily and I do feel like throughout the day I might end

up shining this one is very matte so maybe that is the only slight difference

between the two these ones are full coverage but they are still lightweight

and breathable and I cannot tell you how amazing that is to have foundation that

is full coverage but not cakey I love nice foundations I feel like for me they

are top of the list of foundations I like honestly this one is just brilliant

I would recommend it for everyone it's not too matte but it's also not too jewy

it's kind of an in-betweener it is definitely a beautiful foundation I will

leave links below to where you can get a foundation from there's so many

different websites you can get it from please give it a thumbs up subscribe and

I shall see you in my next video

Salvation is not a formula or series of actions - Duration: 5:37.

Salvation is not a formula. I it is not a series of steps that you take. It is not

just believing in Jesus Christ. Salvation is is knowing the Living God, Jesus Christ,

and serving Him, obeying Him, being in the right relationship with Him. Jesus Christ

is alive and if we do not know Him, follow Him and obey Him, we will not have

salvation. Jesus Christ is the way and He teaches us the way. He shows us the way.

We have to know Him and follow Him. Believers have been taught to believe in

some theology, a series of steps that they take and then they have salvation;

believing in Jesus and then they have salvation, that is not the truth.

Salvation is about our relationship with Jesus Christ, because He is the Living

God. He speaks. His sheep hear His voice and they listen to Him.

Salvation is not just a theory or a methodology, it is Jesus Christ. It is the

same as your relationship with any other person. You have to work on your

relationship, you have to secure your relationship. You have to make sure that

your relationship is right. If you do not work on your relationship it will die.

Most believers have no relationship with Jesus Christ. They have never met Him.

There are conditions to our relationship with Jesus Christ.

Firstly we have to believe that He is whom He said He is, that He is God, and if

we believe that Jesus Christ is Lord, then we must obey His words, the words

that He spoke, that He delivered, as they are also recorded in the Gospels Matthew,

Mark, Luke and John. If we truly believe in Jesus we will obey Him; we will repent,

turn away from sin, turn away from our own ways, turn to Jesus,

seek Him with all our heart,. Obey Him, be baptized in water, and then He will

reveal Himself to us. He will become real to us, we will know Him for real. We will

have a real relationship with Him and that relationship has to grow through

our fellowship with Him, daily walking with Him, listening to Him, obeying Him. If

you have not made that connection with Jesus, that you truly know Him, then you

do not have salvation. You can read the Bible as much as you want. You can apply

biblical principles as much as you want. You can be as religious as you possibly

can, but if you do not know Jesus Christ He will say to you when you die:"Go

away I never knew you." We have to seek Jesus, we have to obey His commands. We

have to go after Him and He will reveal Himself to us. He will speak to us every

day. You have to forget everything that you've heard that you've learned and

you've got to get to know Jesus Christ. It is useless to know Bible verses, to

know the Bible, to go to church, to belong to a church, to have a fellowship with

your church club members, if you do not have that relationship

with Jesus, if you do not know Him. There is one vital relationship and that

is your relationship with Jesus Christ. If that is missing then you do not have

any hope of salvation. You have to know follow and obey Jesus

Christ. Without Jesus Christ we have no hope, no future, no expectation. Do you

know Jesus? Have you come to know Him for real?

How is your relationship with Jesus Christ?

Are you following and obeying Him? Are you living for the kingdom of God?

May Jesus bless you.

Jesus Christ is alive and hell is real. I am here to introduce you to Jesus

Christ so that you can know Him and follow Him and have eternal life.

Favorite 2017 Movies! - Duration: 14:25.

hello you are watching tulipswift today we're going to be doing the best

movies of 2017 woo! as usual if you have a short attention span you're just gonna

want to fast forward and watch like the top 5! I did this last year and it didn't

come out til like literally five months into 2017 so this one's a little more

timely... we're like comfortably through January

and I just want to go over these movies because some of them were slept on

slept on! so let's get started at the bottom-- Baywatch.

thought it was kind of cool it was kind of good it made me laugh. I love Zac

Efron playing like this really annoying gold medal winner

he's just the worst. okay 16 is guardians of the galaxy vol 2 it was really funny

and I love what's-her-face we meet her sister and I was like oh my god that's

literally me and my sister! it was a movie. 15-- Power Rangers! I love cliche

high school movies there's like a good like 25% at the beginning that's just like high

school and then all the action started happening and I'm like.. I lost interest

but like I remember sitting in the theater being like this is the exact kind of

movie I want to see! if there were no Power Rangers and it was just like a

high school drama like I would watch ten seasons of that! 14-- I didn't know what to

do with this one so I just put it in. 14 is lala land..

which came out in December of 2016 and I don't think I put it in that video

because I didn't see it until January. 13 is It. I don't know I just I really like

scary movies and it was trying to be scary.. but I was just so dumb sometimes

it was just like scary scary scary all these scary things and they try to hit

all of these fears? you got a stick to one thing! I like movies that aren't for

kids necessarily but are like about kids and starring kids. and I like Finn Wolfhard

he's quirky he made me laugh a lot... "is this clown only go after virgins!?"

the villains in It? like these boys that are bullies they just weren't believable

the bullies in the original one are really scary and they have

knives and look like they're gonna kill you. In the new one, it's just this like

punk kid and he looks like he's going through an emo phase... 12 goes to

spider-man homecoming. you know... it's like when the Andrew Garfield Spiderman

came out I'm like oh my gosh this is so weird! we just made a Tobey Maguire

spider-man! I like it's like an underdog story and I like Iron Man as like a

father figure. I thought the villain was kind of cheap...

unexciting. Tom Holland is so lovable... so charming... I love Zendaya. 11! 11, this one

is Okja. came out on Netflix, Lily Collins was in it! and she plays this

like animals-- animal rights activist. if you've ever heard of snowpiercer with

Chris.... Evans? the same people from snowpiercer but it's Okja on so it's

weird and it has some of the same actors-- it has like one of the same actors-- it's

about they started making this giant pig just so they can mass-produce

the meat and bacon and such-and-such this pig Okja, living in the wild with

its best friend-- no but we're gonna eat it-- and then lily collins and her team

they're trying to save the pigs. not just about just like "don't eat meat" but a bigger

conversation about like how we're producing the food kind of comedic kind

of dystopian different version of that. so it's a great introspective film. so I

think if you're interested in that you'll really like it it's super weird!

number 10! Justice League. this is a movie that

y'all slept on this year it got slept on! listen I am tired of going to these

overhyped Marvel movies! villains are better in DC I like that it's darker and

it plays on like humanity it plays on like God and politics and power.

I feel like DC is deeper and darker and more diverse? so Justice League it's

really good. It got slept on. it was kind of dumb sometimes it like went

through two directors? or there was some extra shooting? anyways Esther Miller did

a great job I think he's so good. everyone feels really grounded in Justice League

even if that movie was only released to make me happy? it's succeeded. 9 is baby

driver! this movie came out of No where! With none other than Ansel Elgort?

this man has never sold it to me in a film. not divergent, not The Fault in Our

Stars... and that he did it! great job! what they did with the music to go along with

the car chase sequences was just really like smart... and done really good... I'm a

film major!!1!!!11! I like the girlfriend but she was kind

of flat... B-A-B-Y baby. Ansel Elgort okay you did

it for me but your accent... I'm gonna give you a four out of ten. it just went in

and out... it's like whenever you felt like it it was there. I don't like how the

ending is. but most of it was good. number eight Star Wars the last Jedi! for

some reason I just feel so distant from this fandom I feel like I'm not in it I

feel like I'm not a part of it. Some of it has to do with I'm just like repulsed by

the hype... still holding on to that little piece of me that says Star Wars is like

against Star Trek? and then I feel defensive. I think it was just too long

which is dumb because like it's a huge franchise and they kind of they want to

make it like a big long film and put a lot in there. for me I see it more like

casually more recreationally, so I don't like sitting there for-- like it turns

into like three hours with trailers and by the time you get out of it I don't go

out of that feeling oh that was great I feel out like I'm glad it's over now! I

have a lot of other things I want to do today, and that took up a lot of time! I'm

a huge fan of Adam driver he did so great in this movie, and it's kind of

hard to see him like so dark? but he kind of like-- it's like-- should he go towards

the light? force awakens I was like Finn who I love Rey! this one I'm like Rey

who I love Finn! kylo Ren... he's just so evil and I really don't

like him and he's so petty.. but like I really felt like I understand him more

no one ever believed in him, they were just like oh he's gonna go dark we lost

all hope in him. they didn't even like give him the chance. and I really could

sympathize with him in this film. number seven! okay this movie I saw at

Traverse City Film Festival which is the coolest Film Festival in the world it's

called the divine order. it is set in Switzerland in 1971 it was

like amazing! women in Switzerland could not vote until the 70s. this lady

cuts her hair and she's like I'm a feminist now and women should be able to

vote. and then everyone flips out and it was crazy! it's just a lot of cool quirky

feminist women and she becomes part of their club, then there's the other women

that are like.. women shouldn't have the right to vote! and then there's men who

are like get back in the house! like bla bla bla! like take care of the family!

inspirational music, and they're like marching and it's like no we have rights

too! I didn't know that in Switzerland they didn't have the right to vote until

then! in some other places it wasn't until like the 90s! it's crazy!

number six is.. this is a documentary! this one was also Traverse City Film Festival

I guess I should mention when-- after I saw the divine order there was like a

Skype Q and A with the director which was awesome. so for quest it's about this

family in Philadelphia this black family, it follows them for like 10 years and

they end up really dealing with like the violence that's going on. The

dad, he goes by Quest and he's like a musician. so at the end of the film uh we

met the director we met the whole family the mom and the

dad the daughter and the daughter was actually victim to this shooting that

happened like right on this-- like on the street. so that was a pivotal point the

film. after the film everyone was leaving and then the director was just chilling

out and I was like.. I'm not gonna not talk to him! so I said hi! how much

footage he was getting? how much he was like staying with this family? and he

said he was just sleeping on the floor and he would stay there for like weeks

at a time and then sometimes come back later. He was there so often that they just

became so comfortable around the camera and then he got this great footage and

it became this like great documentary that's like a look into the family so

it's called quest! and you should watch the trailer it was awesome.

five oh my god I'm so excited to talk about this one! I didn't see this one

until it went on Netflix it's called Raw it's in French. it came

out last year in Belgium? I knew that she eats raw meat in the

movie and then people were saying that it's

like a Pro vegetarian movie? that's not what it's about at all! people go through

the whole film and they walk out of it and be like "wow eating meat is bad" no

that's not what it's about! it's actually about what the female sexual awakening

that happens against all of the gender bias that makes women feel like they

shouldn't enjoy sex shouldn't enjoy masturbation... I feel like if you see Raw

you got to read about it too. because this kick-ass director it's just so--- oh

my gosh she gets like so intense and interviews and she's like no this is

what my movie is about pay attention! and I'm like... I love you. if you feel like you

have the stomach to watch this movie-- because there's a lot of blood there's a

lot of like eating things --if you have the stomach you should watch the red

band trailer, the trailer is so good and so exciting! and she goes to college and

then she's like finding out that she likes boys, and she wants to like be with

boys... but it's so wrong! it's so dirty! that's such a sin! takes place in this

entire parallel with some cannibalism in it-- anyways it's so good! can't praise Raw

enough. it's so smart and I just love what they did there. I just. I just.

feminism. number four is landline Jenny slate stars in this film you may know

her as Mona Lisa from Parks and Recreation. this movie takes place in the

90s? was really sweet. it was such a great film about Jenny... wants a break from her

relationship with her boyfriend she's having a hard time like being an adult...

and then she has a younger sister who's in high school. she's kind of distant

from her and they're both very self-absorbed. they get bonded together

when they find out that their father is having an affair. they team up and then

they kind of become partners again. I love it because I love sister movies...

it's really funny! cuz Jenny slates in it. and there's just a lot of whining and

midlifecrisis... I felt like I could my heart had a hug. I'm on number three! and

my battery's literally going to die. RIP. number three is a ladybird so

you probably know Saoirse Ronan by now she's getting a lot of attention she

was hosting SNL I recognize her all the way from The Host? that Stephenie

Meyer movie. so ladybird takes place in the 2000s? 2004. she calls herself ladybird.

she goes to Catholic High School. she's a senior, she wants to get out. she's also

wants to fall in love and she wants to go to an Ivy League school and be a

writer and experience culture... what I love about Lady Bird is I just read and

read and watch films about girls who are so selfless! they put everyone before

themselves! and they don't know how to care for themselves.

Lady Bird is about this girl she's what? 17? 18? and she-- it's all about her. she its

everything's about herself. she wants everyone to know her name I

just love that people are appreciating and taking seriously these movies about

young women. and that's what just makes-- like warms my heart about the praise

Lady Bird is getting. her relationship with her mom is a huge part of this

movie. I just loved everything about Lady Bird! I thought it was so smart. Number

two is Get Out. I love horror I love like concept horror... there's nothing like

sitting in the movie theater and watching and realizing what is going

down in this film! it's not just about being like... racist? that plus like taking

advantage-- benefiting off of the minority people. it's from Jordan Peele... I really

loved it! I thought it was so brilliant. I guess I didn't know how like dark it was

gonna go? at the end like after all that, like you're still able to laugh. oh my

gosh! We're on number one. this is kind of feels anticlimactic cuz I just took like

a 15 minute break while the camera was charging... so what my number one movie was

is Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman, it was a huge part of my childhood I loved to

collect Wonder Woman merchandise, my bookshelves are full of books-- so packed

with books! but those bookshelves used to be all Wonder Woman stuff. when I was

like 11 to like 13 I watched the Lynda Carter series. and just over and over

again, it was like they're gonna make Wonder Woman a TV show... they're gonna

make Wonder Woman a movie... and I lost faith over and over and over again. it's

finally here and to see gal gadot give the support and-- you know-- say Happy

Hanukkah in Hebrew-- you know-- speak for women and say some great things.

Wonder Woman came out on my prom night my senior prom. I can't believe this is real!

I can't believe I just went to prom! and can't believe I'm graduating high school!

Abbey Barnett? she's-- it's her time? she's moving on? she's becoming

an adult? let's make her the Wonder Woman film that she's been waiting for! I got

really emotional to just see all women, Amazonian women, training. that made me so

emotional. diana is unapologetically full of love and hope.. you know sometimes

you're like this bullshit... like this is cheesy... she can't actually stop the war

it's not all about this... even I doubted her, Steve Trevor doubted her. I like

that her nemisis is also a woman cuz it's just-- it's a female-driven story!! I

had doubts going into it because Chris Pine is my... love of my life he's my

Captain Kirk, and I didn't want him to take away the attention from Gal... I think

it was okay. and I love that he's kind of-- they play on this like man-candy side

character women have been dealing with for years and years. you know some people

weren't that excited to see it, it wasn't that big of a deal. some of us been

waiting for that movie... our entire lives. did not disappoint. that's the end of

this video! thank you for watching I love you so much. Bye!!!

Short Octane Material Tutorial - Duration: 3:52.

Dear octane-community,

In this short tutorial I want to show you

how you can create a flooring material very easy and fast!

You'll find the original files here in the video description.

First, we must edit our initial picture in photoshop.

Therefore, a relatively high resolution is needed.

My picture has 83x 83 centimeters and a resolution of 100 dpi.

Such shadows are not really needed.

As the picture wasn't exactly photographed at noon,

I used the "stamp"-function.

I prepared something, therefor.

So, this picture can now be saved as jpeg

and I save it with the name "collor".

For our bump map we don't have to do many processing steps.

We simply add the Channel Mixer by the corrections, set it to "monochrome"

and you see, we already have our bump map.

Save it as "bump".

Now only our displacement is missing.

Therefor we go to the Channel Mixer and set the contrast to minus 30.

Next, we take our layer and add a filter on top. ( gaussian blur )

I don't know why but displacements work better if they are slightly blurred.

Too much,

too little,

just right.

now we save this, too. As "displacement".

Ready! And now we edit our file in cinema 4D.

Therefor we need a layer with many segments,

so that the displacement works well, too.

We create a new octane material

and load the "collar"-picture into our diffuse channel.

Next, we load our "bump"-picture into the bump channel

and set an octane displacement into the displacement channel.

Our picture has a resolution of 3600 x 3600 pixels,

so we set the levels of details to the value closest to it

and load our displacement into the channel.

And we're done

Now you only have to pull it on the layer and it can already be rendered.

And that's what the result looks like.

Thanks for watching. I hope I could help you a little and that you recommend me. Thank you!

GRWM URDU AND HINDI (PAKISTANI LOOK) 2018 (English Subtitles) - Duration: 5:09.

Hello everyone!

Today I am speaking in Urdu

and I'm doing this makeup look

So in the video I'm talking about myself

not about the makeup

So look in the description bar! Everything will be written

that I"m using on my face

and I'm sorry! I know my urdu is kind of bad

but I really tried

and don't forget to like, it really helps me

and comment and subscribe

and let's get started

okay..first my name is Faizah

I have two sisters! Aisha and Ummayhani

I have ... um

my mom and dad

They're both from Karachi, Pakistan

and they're Memon.. I think Gujarati Memon

I understand Memoni but I can't speak it

Yeah so my mom and dad were born in Karachi, Pakistan

and my sisters and I were born in Caifornia

Why do I feel like my Urdu is so bad

Sorry I know my Urdu is very bad

So now me and my parents and my whole ...family??

Yeah so we are currently living in Houston

and at first I didn't like Houston

I dont know my heart just wasn't feeling it

The friends I have in Paki..um lol. I don't have friends in Pakistan

The friends I have that live in California, those are the people that I was missing

and I was just really lonely here

but now I'm using a white color on my eyes

What was I saying?

Oh yeah I was really lonely when I first got to Houston

But I thought I would pray and wish

So that I would feel more happy

and honestly it worked! I'm more happy! I really liking Houston

and you know what? I really like Houston food

It's just that in California... really bad urdu here! desi restaurants are just far away pretty much

So yeah here in Houston there are a lot of desi restaurants and grocery stores

I didn't really like desi food but the food in Houston is different from California

Honestly I think I have a falooda and papri chaat addiction

So yeah at first I didn't like Houston

but now I'm really liking it

I like the food and I was thinking

if my mom is so happy in Houston then I am happy too

So today I want to go out

I thought I was going to go with my mom to her friend's house

but i didn't go with ther

so maybe?? How do you say it in Urdu?

Maybe my sister will take me out

but yeah I want to go out

Is that how you say it? lol

I think you can't see my eyeshadow but I put it on

Wait I'm going to put on eyeliner, mascara, and do my eyebrows and I'll be back

I did my eyes and now onto the lips

It's getting late so I don't think I'm going to go out

because tomorrow I have school

My mom loves dark makeup

like red lipstick

but I think makeup like this looks better on me

Red lipstick looks okay on me

I'm getting really annoyed! There's a lot of airplanes and they're making so much noise

I'm putting on a little bit of blush

but I don't wear much blush

I don't think I look that good with blush

I think this blush is a little dark

Yeah so I think this is the makeup look and THEN I SAY LOOK IN AN INDIAN ACCENT

I think it looks good but I'm going to set it with a spray

I don't like this! It goes into my hair

I think my sister is really lonely! She keeps texting

So yes this the makeup look

and I think I'm keeping my hair like this! Half up, half down

and I'm sorry! I don't think I talked enough!

but it's hard to talk and do makeup at the same time

I hope you enjoyed this video

and don't forget to like, subscribe, and comment

Look down in the description bar and follow my social media accounts

and hopefully we will see each other soon! Thank you and goodbye <3

You can live in peace,

Even for some days, this is so nice!!

It's 19:40 P.M.

500 mil pessoas assistiam ao evento, apenas uma saiu machucada.

Ela caiu nessa floresta.

Then he tell me about this second-hand shop.

This is a second-hand store in Stockholm.

Inside a mall,

At liljeholmen subway station.

A second-hand store in Stockholm.

Tottally different from the second-hand stores that we go in Brazil.

I'm shocked.

Of course I'll buy something!

Leaving the second-hand store,

I bought...

this bag,

and a coat (it's inside the bag)

180 sek - 73 reais!

22, 23 dollars.

Nothing bad!!

Friday, 1 P.M

I'm going to a city called

strängnäs

There I'll meet the one who did a marvellous mess in my life.

The one who said: - Go to Sweden, go to Stockholm. Come over here!!

I can host you by three, four days.

But his life now is a mess and I'll stay only two days at his home.

The train ticket cost 150 sek (60 reais)

20 dollars.

In 30 minutes I'll go,

This is the central station and at monday I'll get a train to Oslo, Norway!

It's a beautiful day!! I wanna enjoy so much this little city

I don't know exaclty what's there,

There's a story about Vikings,

But I really don't know, I'll discover there.

Sleeping in cheap hostels and staying four days at couchsurfer's hosts,

I've been received by two,

I spended 6.727,73 sek.

And I stay 14 days in Stockholm high season (summer).

If you think you need millions to be here, u just need to be creative,

and don't go to expensive places, I haven't been in rich restaurants,

I've been at ABBA Museum, who was expensive

You can do an incredible trip not spending so much money, YES!

Bye Stockholm!! I'll miss you SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!

I'll miss Stockholm, maybe I'd live here!

Maybe I'd be an incredible super duper swedish man!

See u soon!

My intelligence ignores you, dude. And I do not even need to tell the way is not there

I'll let you go, but you're going to get lost ...

Sincerely? I even hope you meet

But fuck your litany and I will not be long to walk

You're forgetting that, perhaps, wandering does not make you move forward

I told you this joke would not last ...

And, besides, if you drink, smoke, smell, drop or inject

Your ass is on the same line that will end your career.

I'll lend you a book if you want, since nobody here thinks of reading

And the use of the social network is just to spread bullshit.

Don't fuck!

I have plans for the whole gang!

The mind harbors an entrepreneur who is rap and rock n 'roll in the vein!

The mainland is very trifling!

I am a viper with wings and the highest respect!

I return the color of life in the gray city

Ey! I'm the nightmare! The living legend!

And not!

Because you punish me? What did I do wrong?

And what's wrong for you?

Tell me!

Clean your ass with hundred notes, or have little, but be happy?

But having little and still being happy is a challenge!

And they sin by having ambition, and what is ambition without guideline?!

Disgusting are these robes talk about thieves and motherfucker's dictator wear democratic mask

The income of parents in the periphery is still small

And the only way out? It is the striking against the police...

Spirit ~ Sound the Bugle I Danish, Icelandic, Hungarian and Latin Spanish I - Duration: 3:52.

You saved my life

I won't hurt you, come on

You don't have to be afraid

Sound the bugle now

Play it one last time

I'm cold and weak

but I remember, that I

used to be strong

I've lost everything

What is left?

Just a fainted sound

of sad heartbeats

I'm a soldier

waged a war, and I was defeated

I am useless

Lead me away...

...or leave me lying here

Sound a sorrow-song,

sound it, I don't care

I have no way out

anyway...

There is no light ahead

You need to be afraid, because the night will come

I give up,

enough!

What could come?

But it sends a sign!

The sky gives you hope!

I hear a voice, that says

Don't lose your value

If you give up on yourself

nobody will be able to save you

regain your power

regain yourself

You are a strong soldier

Time to win the battle

value your freedom

cuz' it's worth the fight

Rio de Janeiro | Vlog de Viagem (Parte #02) - Duration: 13:01.

Rio de Janeiro | Travel Vlog (Part #03)

What's up, guys? Third day of the trip.

I just woke up. And today we are going to visit the "AquaRio" (aquarium)

the "Museu do amanhã" (tomorrow museum)...

And some other things on that side of the city

I'm coming down because the people are already down there.

We'll just have breakfast and leave.

Before we went to the aquarium, we walked through Copacabana.

we walked to the Copacabana Palace and from there we took an Uber

Well... We just left the aquarium

And we came walking in this really nice space

Really cool... and...

I think it's the Olympic boulevard.

Yeah

there are several murals and everything

we just passed in front of Youtube Space Rio de Janeiro

and we are going towards the...

Museum...

tomorrow museum

Tomorrow Museum!

Exactly!

My mind went blank now. But really cool in here.

Great walk

take a look

The popcorn cart is walking by itself

It's the Wind.

We just got out of the Museu do Amanhã (Tomorrow Museum)

and, actually, we've been walking since earlier today

We left the hotel very early... like 8 something

We passed in front of the Copacabana Palace just to take a picture

The things we wanted to visit open at 10 a.m.

so we used this time we had

After that we went to the AquaRio (aquarium)

And now we are here at the tomorrow museum

and it is a visit that is worthwhile.

We end up spending a lot more time then we think in those places...

because there is a lot of things to see.

And we end up having to skip one or another thing, cause there is a lot to see.

We're going to leave here now. And we will go to another museum...

We are just getting close to this part to take a picture

Because...

this is really beautiful

So that's it... we are just going to take some pictures and then we continue our day

In a while we are going to another museum. And then we will see what we have the time to do.

Because we are already in the middle of the afternoon.

Not in the middle. It's already 4:00 p.m., late afternoon already.

Yeah... late afternoon.

Let's see...

Well... we just finished seeing the MAR (Rio Museum of Art)...

and...

it's really interesting. I liked a lot.

First, what is most noticeable here are these buildings

and their cohesion

The way they exist simuntaneously in such a harmonious and interesting way.

because, looking at them, it is very clear that they are from two distinct times.

Two diferent styles.

but they have a very good bond and cohesion

We start in this building here

Then we passed to this one. And saw basically everything on it.

In the beginning we saw an exhibition of indigenous pieces

After that we saw some things related to photography

There are many interesting exibitions

It's a pretty cool ride. I really liked it.

And now we are going to take na Uber

And we will see what we are going to do

see you

To end the day, after we got out of the Rio Art Museum

we went to a place called Centro Cultural Branco do Brasil

which is a very interesting place

the architecture of the building is beautiful and really interesting.

and there we visited some exhibitions

one of them is called "O corpo é a casa"

and in it the artist takes objects of our everyday life

like houses, cars...

and he desconstructs it, changes the context, makes completely different forms...

It's really interesting. There is also an interactive part in the exhibition

so it's a really cool thing to see

and the other exhibitions we saw were the Banco do Brasil's own exhibitions

which show various currencies, banknotes

things envolving money and everything

And also the history of the bank

and we took a look at the building ... anyway, I recommend it. It's really cool.

And now we arrived at the hotel

Just now... It's already 8:00 p.m.

even more than 8:00 p.m.

we arrived around 8:00 p.m.

So we got out at 8:00 a.m. and returned at 8:00 p.m.

It was a very tiring, but super cool.

I really liked every tour we did

It was a really cultural tour

Now we are just gonna have dinner and I don't know...

so...

Thanks for watching. See you later.

Subscribe to the channel, like the vídeo, and...

We'll be back soon with one more vlog..

Thanks. See you. Bye.

How To Relieve Back Pain - Duration: 5:31.

Hello my beauties!

I'm sure you guys have experienced

back pains and more specifically lower back pains

or maybe you know someone who gets them.

So I normally experience this

around the time of the month

and also when I've been sitting in a bad posture

I get these sharp pains in my lower back

and it's not only annoying but it's crippling.

so today I'm going to go through some of

the things that you should avoid doing,

exercises to prevent them, and of course

traditional Chinese remedies to treat back pains.

But first let's talk about back pains,

studies have shown over 3 million

cases of lower back pain each year, and

about 80% of all Americans will suffer lower back pain

at least once in their life

so obviously this affects a lot of people.

Back pains can affect people of any age

but most commonly it

affects adults between 35 to 55 years old.

Lower back pain is usually caused by an

injury to a muscle like a strain,

or maybe a sprain, poor posture,

improper lifting, lack of exercises

or excessive exercising, these are all very common

causes for back pain,

and of course there are the severe cases like ruptured or

bulging discs, bone fracture, arthritis, osteoporosis,

shingles and other illnesses like

spine cancer and infections. For cases like this,

it is best to seek professional advice and treatments

as sometimes surgery might be required

if your job requires you to stand or sit for

long periods of time, carrying or lifting heavy things,

then you should really get into

a healthy back massage routine.

You'll be surprised how easily you can sprain

or strain your back muscles, bending awkwardly,

or sneezing or even over stretching or twisting

your body the wrong way as well. As you know

stress like depression, anxiety, pregnancy, smoking

and being overweight can all cause this sort of pains.

so a few tips to prevent back pains include

regular exercise as it strengthens the muscles around

the back and it helps to maintain a balanced body

weight. When standing, make sure you stand upright,

head facing forward and balanced weight

on both feet, and when you're sitting down

make sure you have a good chair with a lot of

back support and swivel base, so you keep

your knees and your hips leveled, and your feet flat

on the floor, avoid crossing the legs or

hunching your back, and when you're moving things

or lifting heavy objects, remember do not do not

lift and twist at the same time, try to push things as

opposed to pull, so avoid wearing super high heels,

I know I know I love them, but switching to flats

just for a couple of hours can help give your back

and your legs a break. Ok so now let's talk about

some of the foods that you can incorporate into your

daily life, that can help prevent and soothe a back pain.

Number 1, ginger, ginger is known to boost blood

circulation and fight inflammation, at the same time it

also warms up the body which helps to ease symptoms

of arthritis and osteoporosis. Number 2, olive oil,

there have been many studies on olive oil and its

health benefits, extra virgin olive oil contains a

substance similar to ibuprofen, which is similar to

like advil or children's panadol that treats mild pain

Number 3, salmon. Salmon contains omega-3 fatty

acids, which provides a ton of benefits, but more

importantly it will reduce any inflammation and protects

you against pain.

Number 4, almonds. They are high in

calcium, which is not only great for growing bones

but it keeps them strong as well

Number 5, deep colored fruits and vegetables

like broccoli, kale, berries, grapes all contained

rich anti-inflammatory agents as well as providing

you with nutrients and minerals for healthy bones.

Number 6, apples. They say eating an apple a day will

keep the doctor away.

Apples contain the substance which helps to

build collagen that is required to maintain

a healthy cartilage in your body as well as for your back

Okay, now let's move on to the pressure points

number one, find your belly button, place

two fingers below your belly button,

and then the point is directly under it

massage this point for two minutes.

The second pressure point is on your waistline,

place hands around your waist and

the point where your thumb is, is the pressure point

massage this point for two minutes

and you can also massage closer in towards the spine

these points can help release the tension on the back

the next pressure point can be a little difficult to locate,

first place both hands on the back, measuring the end

of your palm along the waistline

the point is where your middle finger is

and you can change it to your thumb for a better grip

massage this point for two minutes

the next pressure point is directly behind the kneecap

similar to when you get a leg cramp,

firmly press in and massage for two minutes.

The next pressure point is on the top of your foot

between your first and second toe.

The point is between the joints where the softest part is,

this point will not only help with back pain,

but can also help you heal faster.

Massage both feet for two minutes each.

The last pressure point is on the sole of your foot,

it is located right under the ball of your foot.

you can use both hands to massage this point,

remember to massage both feet, and that's it.

okay so that was it! I hope you find this video somewhat

helpful, remember to share this with your family

and friends or whoever suffers from lower back pain

because, girl I know I get them once a month

and I hope you guys had a lovely week

and I will see you in my next video, bye !
