SHOCKING!!! APOSTLE ABDUCTS CHURCH MEMBER, R*PES HER

A self-acclaimed apostle has been arrested by the police for the alleged abduction and r*pe of a 21-year-old woman, Esther, in Ibusa, Asaba, the Delta State capital.

The suspect, identified simply as Paul, had allegedly held the victim captive in his shop for about one week, before he was caught on Thursday.

It was learnt that Paul, who founded the defunct Paul Zion Deliverance Ministry, Asaba, sold scriptural items in the shop, which was opposite a parish of the Living Faith Church Worldwide (Winners Chapel) on Ibusa Road.

Esther had attended a vigil at the Living Faith Church with her family members on Friday, January 12, when Paul allegedly hypnotised and abducted her.

It was gathered that the family members searched for her around the church after the vigil to no avail.

They subsequently reported a case of missing person at the A Division of the Delta State Police Command, while the church prayed for her safe return.

A friend of the victim's brother had reportedly gone to buy something at Paul's shop on Thursday when he sighted her and informed the family.

Esther's elder brother told newsmen that some church workers apprehended the suspect and held him until the police arrived.

The brother, who did not want his name in print, said, "We went for a vigil at our church on Friday, January 12. We could not find her after the service.

My sister is a special child. She had convulsion while she was young and it affected her. She can't read and write.

"Someone saw her at the man's shop on Thursday and raised the alarm. When we got there, we discovered that the man had bought new clothes for her.

She had been hypnotised and refused to follow us. Later, she said the man made her to swear with a Bible that she would not leave him and that if she did, she would die. He should be in his 50s.

"We learnt that he chased away his wife and children a long time ago. He sells souvenirs outside the church (Winners Chapel). The church does not have anything to do with him.".

He said Esther was taken to the police clinic at Asaba, where a test carried out on her confirmed that she was defiled. He added that the medical report would be handed over to the police on Monday (today).

"He calls himself an apostle. We learnt that his church was closed down. We have options to either drop the case or take him to court. For some reasons, we will not drop the case," he added.

The medical report, indicated that the victim tested positive for "smothered labia majora/minora. The coordinator of a rights group, Behind Bars Initiative, Harrison Gwamnishu, said the organisation was closely following the case.

He said Paul attempted to flee when he noticed that luck had run out on him.

Gwamnishu said, "A woman contacted my organisation and linked me up with the brother of the victim. When we got to the man's shop, the victim was following him around.

He has a mattress inside the shop. On our way to the police station, he said God told him to get married to a lady and he felt he could marry her.

I called the Investigating Police Officer today (Sunday) to know if she was at the station so I could bring the medical report. But she did not pick her calls.".

The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Andrew Aniamaka, said the police had commenced investigation into the matter, adding that the command had yet to establish the r*pe allegation.

He said, "We are investigating a case of abduction. The victim is suspected to be physically challenged. "The so called pastor is not a pastor. He has a history of mental illness.

Be that as it may, it is not for the police to establish who is mad or not. The appropriate authorities will take care of that. It is case of abduction, which we may have to charge to court.".

[TECH TOUR] 800HP & 1000kg GT-R powered Ford Focus | Twin Turbo Hill Climb Car - Duration: 12:48.

- With in excess of 800 horsepower in a package

that weighs under 1000 kilograms,

the Nissan VR38 powered Ford Focus bodied,

Pikes Peak unlimited class hill climb car,

of Tony Quinn is one that often raises eyebrows

and causes confusion.

We've got the car back in our workshop

for some tuning work,

so we thought we'd take the opportunity to give you

an in depth tech tour and find out exactly

what makes this car tick.

The car itself was designed and built by Queensland based

Pace Innovations who are well known

in Australian motor racing circles for their work

developing, designing, and building the very first

V8 Supercars Car of the Future chassis.

The car is based loosely on a Ford Focus,

and the first complaint we often hear is,

what of a Ford Focus is actually left on the car?

While this is a reasonable point, the A pillar,

and B pillar on the car, we can confirm are 100%

genuine original Ford Focus steel body pressings.

The tube frame chassis underneath

is built from chromoly tubing by Pace

on a special jig that ensures that accuracy of alignment

of the chassis.

The entire two welded chassis when complete,

weighed just 128 kilograms.

With the relatively modest power aims for Pikes Peak use,

there's nothing particularly exotic about the engine.

A set of quality aftermarket forged pistons

and connecting rods are fitted,

along with a set of mild camshafts.

The real power adder comes from

the twin Garrett GT30 base turbo chargers.

And again in this instance the requirement and focus

isn't specifically on high horsepower capability.

For a hill climb car like this,

it's essential that the car provides a wide usable power

band to make it easy for the driver to control.

The other aspect with Pikes Peak use,

where we're seeing very high altitudes near the peak,

is that the air density is a lot lower,

and this tends to reduce the amount of power

the engine's producing.

In this case we can actually use a strategy

inside the Motec ECU to raise the boost pressure,

as the altitude increases and this helps draw back

some of that lost power.

Selecting turbo chargers for this sort of application

is quite tricky because as the altitude increases

and the barometric air pressure drops,

we tend to be driving the turbo charger harder and harder

in order to make the same boost pressure

in the inlet manifold.

This requires us to monitor the turbo speed

so we can see exactly where abouts we're operating

on the turbo charger's compressor map.

To help us with this the turbo chargers are fitted

with compressor speed or turbo speed sensors

which are logged and monitored via the Motec ECU.

The boost is controlled via a pair of Turbosmart

external wastegates.

These are fitted with a relatively light 12 psi spring.

From here the Motec ECU can control the boost

and raise it through the gears or also via altitude,

and as well as this there's also a dial on the dash

that allows the driver to increase or decrease the boost

depending on the amount of grip available on the hill climb.

Despite the turbo system delivering really fast boost

response with maximum boost being achieved

at 4500 RPM here near sea level,

what we found at Pikes Peak this year, 2017,

was that at higher altitude the boost response

really suffered so a change for next year

is the fitment of a nitrous kit

that's going to be used as anti lag.

This will just be injected to help bring the turbo chargers

up on boost faster.

The Pikes Peak Unlimited class has few regulations

around fuel type and in this case the car's running

on a diet of E85 fuel that's delivered via a set

of Expert 1600cc injectors.

The fuel is stored in a safety cell on the passenger side

of the car.

This is mounted low down and helps to offset

the weight of the driver.

The fuel cell only holds 25 litres of fuel

which is just enough for a full run up Pikes Peak.

The lubrication system in the Nissan VR38

has also been thoroughly addressed with a full

dry sump lubrication system.

This incorporates an external dry sump pump

that is driven off the nose of the crankshaft.

This dry sump pump includes several scavenged

stages which are designed to help draw the oil

back out of the crank case and return it

into the oil reservoir.

From the bottom of the reservoir,

the oil is then drawn by another stage on the dry sump pump

and then forced through the engine.

This ensures that regardless of high cornering forces,

as well as acceleration and braking forces,

the engine is always going to receive a constant supply

of high pressure oil.

With any hill climb car,

traction is obviously a major concern

and four wheel drive was always going to be

an essential aspect of the Ford Focus.

The mid mounted VR38 however does pose

some packaging problems.

In this case a Holinger MFT six speed paddle shifter

trans axle has been fitted in the front of the vehicle.

This includes the centre and front differentials,

and then a driveshaft runs rearward

to a Holinger MFD rear differential.

This all requires the engine to be slightly offset

in the chassis to provide room for the prop shaft

to run forward from the engine through

to the MFT trans axle,

and then for the driveshaft to run rearward

through to the rear differential.

The paddle shifter trans axle means that the driver

can concentrate solely on driving the car,

leaving both hands on the steering wheel.

Upshifts and downshifts are just simply requested

via paddles mounted behind the steering wheel.

Once the car has left the line,

the driver also doesn't need to use the clutch again.

All of the upshifts and downshifts are controlled

and requested via the Motec M150 ECU

running Motec's GPRP,

or general purpose race paddle shift package.

When the driver requests an upshift,

the driver can stay at full throttle.

When the upshift request reaches the ECU,

the ECU will momentarily cut fuel or spark

to allow next gear to engage.

Likewise when the driver requests a downshift,

the Motec ECU will momentarily blip the dual

drive by wire throttle bodies to match revs

for the next lower gear.

This again means that the driver doesn't need to use

the clutch and an concentrate solely on optimising

their braking performance.

The Motec ECU also constantly monitors

the current gear position and this means for an example

that when the driver requests an upshift,

that the cut length is only as long as it needs to be

for the next gear to become engaged.

This also means that for a properly configured

paddle shift system, the gearbox reliability

and life expectancy is improved.

As well as the Motec M150 ECU that's in control

of the engine tuning as well as the gearbox functionality,

the car's also fitted with a Motec PDM15

or power distribution module.

The PDM15 replaces conventional fuses and relays

and is in charge of distributing power supply to the engine

and chassis components that require it.

A Motec C125 dash logger unit is also fitted

as a central logging hub as well as a driver display.

There's a huge amount of information available

on the C125 dash logger unit however in the heat

of competition the driver's really only going

to be focusing on the shift light that tells the driver

when to select the next gear.

However because the C125 can log and monitor so many

aspects of the engine operation,

this also allows alarm or warnings to be set

that will bring the driver's attention to anything

that isn't right.

When the alarm or warning signals,

the driver can then look at the C125 dash

and find out what exactly has triggered that alarm,

and what the appropriate course of action needs to be.

The suspension design includes a set of Billet

aluminium CNC machined uprights front and rear

along with relatively conventional unequal length

double A-arms.

A unique aspect here is that the upper A-arm

also doubles as a rocker assembly to actuate

the inboard mounted spring and damper assemblies.

The rocker suspension system was chosen

to clean the car up aerodynamically and allow

the underbody tunnels to be more efficient and effective.

Speaking of the underbody tunnels,

the aerodynamic design of this car was one of the key

aspects right from the beginning of the project.

It was intended to produce a car that provided

high levels of down force while minimising the drag.

In this case the CFD analysis suggests that the car

should produce approximately 1000 kilograms

of downforce at 200 kilometres an hour.

In order to produce this level of downforce

while minimising drag,

a lot of work and focus has been put into

the underbody design.

In this case large tunnels run from the centre of the car

towards the large rear diffuser.

You can also see that an adjustable rear wing element

is included to allow the aerodynamic balance of the car

to be adjusted to suit.

Moving on from the aerodynamics we'll now look

at the brake package which is actually one of the aspects

that let the car down in 2017.

The car was originally developed for use with gravel

hill climbs and this required the use of a 15 inch

wheel and tire package.

Fitting a brake package underneath a 15 inch wheel

that's truely effective can be challenging

and Pace Innovations selected a carbon carbon

brake package straight off a GP2 car.

This includes carbon rotors, carbon brake pads,

and a set of Brembo calipers.

While this was effective on gravel,

the move to compete at Pikes Peak

required the fitment of a set of 18 inch wheels.

So it's no longer essential to have those small

carbon carbon rotors.

At Pikes Peak last year we found that the brake

temperatures were simply becoming excessive.

This car is obviously a lot heavier and also produces

a lot more power than a GP2 car,

and near the top of Pikes Peak summit,

we were logging brake temperatures in excess

of 900 degrees centigrade which resulted

in a complete brake failure.

For this year a set of comprehensive brake cooling ducts

have been fitted to both the front and the rear

in order to control and cool those brake temperatures

and make sure that the car makes it all the way

to the finish line.

With the summit of Pikes Peak exceeding 14000 feet,

it's undoubtedly one of the worlds most brutal hill climbs

and particularly with that very high altitude,

it's very difficult for teams around the world

to perform any local testing that's really

truely comparable to what they'll see

when they face the mountain.

We're really looking forward to seeing what the car

can do in 2018.

Why self knowledge is a super power and how to develop it. - Duration: 5:20.

The only way for you to improve your decision making skills is understanding the mechanism you use to make them

Once you understand and are able to change that, only then the actions and decisions improve

What is up guys and welcome to another Titan's life

In order to have better and better results, you must take better and better actions

And these actions are made of micro decisions you make everyday

And for you to improve your decisions, you must first improve the process of decision making

What that means is that you must understand why you make the decisions you make

and all of this is improved once you get to know yourself better, through self knowledge

Yeah the only you to improve the decision making process you use

Is if you understand how they are made

Once you understand this process, you become capable of improving your actions and decisions

And like Gabriel said, the only way is if you understand this core, how it works

And self knowledge is the only way, or better yet, the best way we know

I like to make the analogy with a bodybuilder, when he looks himself in the mirror for a competition

He looks himself up in the mirror and check how his muscles and also notice what needs improvement

what is unproportional in comparison to the whole body

So he is able to focus his training on that weak spot

Self knowledge gives you this vision/mirror to your consciousness

It gives you a third person view of your abilities, the way you see things, the way you react

Even with your subconscious it works

You are able to, then, look, check what needs to improve to achieve a better balance

what is already in order and is okay to leave as it is for now

It is like a map of yourself that enables you to see where you can change to improve your performance

Not to mention that the better you know yourself, the better you get to know other people as well

Because we human beings need to know, for example, what is a feeling of anger to be able to acknowledge that in other person

So the deeper we understand ourselves, the reasons of our decisions, the easier it gets to understand how other people work

And it also gets easier to deal with other people and master our social skills

Yeah it gives you the option to deal with the other person's feelings for her/him

for you to deal with the other person's ego for him/her

Because if you are able to handle your emotions and develop emotional intelligence

you learn to better deal with your own ego and emotions, and then you understanding that and having (partial) control of that

It is much easier to acknowledge it in other people and handle it for them

For example, to speak in such a way that the other person's ego does not get involved much

or speak in such a manner that the other person does not enter attack or defense mode

simply you being able to transmit the message you want the most efficient way possible

And this is just an example about social skills

There are many others that this mirror (self knowledge) brings you

I see it as if it was a map to high performance

It's like that phrase "you want to change the world, start by yourself"

Or to our situations here "you want to understand the world, begin with yourself"

I believe that is a great principle. And for you to develop a huge self knowledge

In a practical way is meditation, which is an introspective habit

which we have spoken about many times, and that is because we see its results on us everyday

Its effects on me is to keep me present more

And with that I began to better understand the reasons why I make the decisions I make

Why I said what I said, felt how I felt, reacted how I reacted

I have since then developed a huge self knowledge

I wanted to share a meditation I've been doing and it has been awesome

Which is brea- Breathing I was about to say?

instant meditation with your diaphragm

which is simply you, stopping for one minute during the day and for that one minute simply focus on your breath

in order to breathe with your diaphragm

inhale, exhale with the diaphragm, for one minute

it is that one minute when you stop everything, focus on one thing, an activity to do which is breathing

which is different than we usually do (with our breasts)

Focus on that for one minute and then keep doing your stuff

After that if you rememember, do it again. It can even be 30seg

It is like an anchor that keeps bringing you to the present moment

and the more you bring yourself to the present moment, the more efficient you will be

So guys, we expect you enjoyed the video, search for self knowledge

develop this huge self knowledge cause it will only bring you benefits

if you haven't yet subscribed to the channel, do it, become a Titan

There will be only benefits as there is a lot of value being shared around this movement we are all creating

Subscribe, the ball will be down here. Our last video will be there

Social media there, that was it for today's video, thank you, see you and we are OUT!

Samsung Gear 360 - TOP camera under 100€ (review) - Duration: 8:37.

Hello everyone and welcome to this new video.

It was a long time since I wanted to try this camera, this Samsung Gear 360 (the old model, 2016) and finally I have it for some tests.

First of all, unboxing.

Obviously we have the cam with the mini-tripod that can be unscrewed to put the camera on a tripod or on a stick.

In the package we have the USB - micro-USB cable for charging and transferring files, booklets, the battery,

the wrist strap (which I will never use in my life) and a closable cloth bag to carry it with you.

I want to start from the battery. It is one of the few 360 cams to have a removable battery.

In fact you can take another or two others and change it when it's discharged.

The battery is 1350 mAh and enough to do about 100 minutes of recording.

The camera has two 15MP sensors that allow you to take pictures at 7776x3888. It's almost 8K and the photos are really good.

The sensors are wide-angle, 185 ° each f/2.0, so even in the dark you can have beautiful images and stitching is very good.

The cut is seen about 40-50 cm away and then the software makes a very good union.

But let's move on to the cam. The design is compact, elegant and truly fantastic.

The cam is IP53 so you can safely use it under the rain, but you can not immerse it.

On the side we have a door with the seal that protects the battery, the slot for the micro SD and the micro-USB port for charging and file transfering.

There are 2 microphones, unfortunately both on the same side, there is the speaker for the shutter sounds

and there are 3 LEDs of which two orange indicate the lens in use and 1 blue indicating when the camera is connected via bluetooth,

orange while charging and green when the charge is full. Or this led can be intermittent during the linking to Google Street View.

There are 3 buttons. 1 button for on/off or back function, 1 to change modes and enable bluetooth

and 1 for the shot and the OK. In addition there is a small display that allows us to comfortably know what we are doing.

The camera can also be used with only one lens of our choice. In that case we will have wide-angle photos and videos.

Photo with the size 3072x1728, not editable. And 2.7K videos at 30fps or FHD at 60fps.

Here I am using only one sensor of the cameraat the resolution 2560x1440 (I think, if I remember correctly).

You can also hear the sound of the two microphones of the Samsung Gear 360.

I also hope you enjoy the view ..

See also some stabilization and, anyway, the quality of the camera using a single lens and not as a 360 ° camera.

I'm using the front sensor, but you can do the same thing on the other side, or you can just turn it.

In addition to photos and videos, of course, there is the possibility to do time lapse or video loops.

You know, as soon as I turned on the cam I took a picture to see how it is and the first reaction, when I opened the photo, was:

Unfortunately I did not have the possibility to have professional or medium/high level 360° cams

and then seeing a picture in 8K in 360 was really nice.

For videos we have: 4K to 30fps, 3K to 30fps, 2.7K to 30/60fps and then the FHD (which I do not even consider).

In any mode, 1min of video weighs about 450 MB. This could help you decide which micro SD card to buy, in case you want to buy this cam.

As I said during unboxing, unscrewing the mini-tripod there is the 1/4" screw connection,

that is the standard of the tripods, in fact this cam can be attached on a tripod, on a stick to take pictures from afar or to make them stand alone.

To take photos from afar or remotely, there's the Samsung Gear 360 app. There are two versions, because the new one is also compatible with the Gear 360 2017.

And I, even if this cam is the old model, I used the new app because

"New is always better."

And here come the only two negative notes of this cam.

First of all, the camera connects to the smartphone using bluetooth.

This, for those who want to control the camera remotely is a frustration because the maximum distance is only 10m, and this if there are no obstacles in the way.

Otherwise it is even worse.

But the most limiting aspect of this camera is that the Gear 360 can only be controlled by Samsung devices of the latest generation.

In truth I want to reveal a small trick because actually this camera can be controlled remotely

from all the smartphones as long as we have, I guess, Android 5 Lollipop or 6 Marshmallow.

I tried it with a non-Samsung smartphone that had Nougat and I had no problems, but the limits I think are either 5 Lollipop or Android 6.

And the app is Google Street View.

Yeah, dear friend Google comes to help us again. Those who use Street View know that you can add 360 photos to the maps.

And you can do it in 3 ways: by taking the photo at the moment, uploading it from a folder, then the photo must already exist,

or by connecting a machine to take the picture instantly. This option allows you to connect the Gear 360 to all smartphones.

But obviously this system can not have no limitations and unfortunately there are some quite serious.

Like the absence of the preview, then before to take the picture you do not see what the camera sees,

you can not adjust the white balance, you can not adjust the exposure, there are not these types of corrections.

However, once you have taken the photo you will find it in a folder, or directly on the Street View app, and from there you can do whatever you want.

You can open it, for example, with VeeR Editor or other applications to edit it and use those photos as you wish.

This, however, concerns only the photos because regarding the videos, at this time, I have not found a solution for all smartphones.

Obviously you can do the video in stand-alone and then do some editing using the app for the computer

which however has limitations. So for now, for the videos I can not help you.

In any case, at the moment the cam costs less than 90$ on Amazon. I leave the link in the description and, in my opinion,

for 90$, for what this cam can do, for 8K photos, connecting it to Street View and then using it with all smartphones,

especially if you have a Samsung smartphone and you have no limitation, I think it's worth it.

Conclusions: I like the cam a lot. It is small, elegant, beautiful to look at, you can take it anywhere without problems,

the photos in 8K are really beautiful to see. The videos are acceptable because however the 4K is the minimum resolution for 360 videos and so it's okay.

I, by the way, have the Galaxy S8 so I have no compatibility problem, so I like this camera a lot.

However, I recommend everyone to buy it because for 90$, for what it can do, perhaps using some loophole

like Street View or other editing softwares on the computer, in my opinion for less than 90$ it's worth it.

Obviously the price of 90$ refers to the day I am making this recording.

I do not know how many days later you will see this video, it may also be that the camera now costs more or costs less

so in any case I leave the links in the description, go and see it, under 100$ this cam must be taken.

In the description you can also find the test I did in 360° and, if you want to see other videos with the Gear 360,

follow me, subscribe to this channel or follow me on VeeR because I usually upload 360 videos there.

Because it's better than YouTube.

In any case, comment, leave a like ... Mite kurete arigatou

SHOCKING!!! APOSTLE ABDUCTS CHURCH MEMBER, R*PES HER - Duration: 5:39.

Thanks To Trump, Americans No Longer Trust The Federal Government To Do Its Job - Duration: 3:55.

Each year, the Edelman Trust Barometer is issued for 28 different countries, where they

survey tens of thousands of people in each of those countries to find out how much they

trust their particular government.

This past October, 33,000 Americans were interviewed by the Edelman Trust Barometer, and their

answers indicate that only one third of people in this country trust the Federal Government,

a drop of 14 points since before Donald Trump was sworn in as President of the United States.

It took Donald Trump nine full months to make trust in the government here in this country

drop by 14 points.

When Obama was President, we had almost half of people in this country who said, "You know

what?

I do trust the government.

I believe in the government.

I think they're doing everything they can to make lives for American citizens better."

Nine months of Donald Trump, and he killed it.

You know what?

There aren't going to be any Republicans losing sleep over this poll.

Donald Trump doesn't care about this poll.

First and foremost, he thinks all polls that show him not doing well are fake news, but

the reason that Republicans aren't going to care that only a third of American citizens

trust the government is because that's what they want.

They have wanted this for decades.

They do not want the American Public to trust the government.

They do not want the American Public to think that the government is doing a good job, because

they hate the Federal Government.

We have elected officials that somehow hate this institution of government, and yet voters

continue to send them to D.C. to run this thing that they hate, so they intentionally

run it into the ground to prove themselves right.

It's failure by design.

That is one of the reasons that Republicans have backed off on the whole issue of Donald

Trump being a horrible person.

They don't care about it so much anymore, because they see that he's destroying the

very thing that they hate, the government.

Why do they hate the government?

Because they think private corporations can do it better.

It's all about privatization.

We see it all the time right now with the Post Office.

The Post Office sucks, according to Donald Trump.

They're not charging people enough.

They're losing money.

They're hemorrhaging, so let's let private corporations take over, right?

Let's make American citizens, consumers, have to pay more money to ship a piece of mail

across the country, because we want private corporations to do better, because the Federal

Government's just awful, because that's how we designed it to be.

There was a time when Republicans didn't hate the government in the United States.

Of course, that was a time that happened long before I was even born, and many of the people

coming up now don't know about those times, because they existed long before they were

born.

There are people in this country who remember when Republicans weren't trying to destroy

the government from the inside, when Republicans weren't trying to privatize every individual

thing that the government is supposed to do, like building roads and bridges, and privatizing

education, and privatizing security forces around the globe, instead of letting our military

handle it.

That is what Republicans are doing.

This Edelman Trust Barometer that shows that Americans are losing trust in the government.

That is exactly what the Republican Party has been waiting to hear.

DAY 11 OF MY JUICE FAST GUY DONT FOR GET TO SUBSCRIBE SO YOU DON'T MISS MY WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY - Duration: 7:47.

I just went like 20 minutes or not 20 minutes but I just went on for like five

minutes and I thought it was recording and come

to find out it was not recording and that sucks um but I'm back with another

video on Monday twelve of my juice fast and what I'm gonna say after you know

all my videos is because that's the question everyone wants to know is uh

are you hungry no I'm not hungry at all I don't feel any hungry I don't wake up

hungry I I seldom we have like my stomach brows

that doesn't happen I don't feel like after I drink my juice I need to go

order a pizza the experience of a juice fast is

wonderful I would recommend anyone to do it even at least if it's three days I

mean to be honest with you and I'm not trying to insult anybody who may have

you know done a three day a three or a seven day of any kind of fast to me is

not getting the full benefits of what can happen to your body I think that

when you do I'm speaking right now for juice fast if you are to do a juice fast

you should do at least the least 21 days

before you you know just throw in the towel I can't tell you how long I'm

gonna be on my juice fast because I have like 60 I want to say four pounds to

lose so I'll be on it and try losing 64 pounds so that might take 90 to 100 days

I don't know you know I'm losing at least on average a pound or a pound and

a half a day today I lost a half a pound not quite a pound but I did lose some

tomorrow I'll probably lose a whole pound but I lose something each day

it's either pound to a half a pound a day and I'm satisfied with that I'm not

going to force it because this is rapid weight loss when you're losing from a

pack a pound to a pound a day you're losing a lot of weight I mean there's 28

to 30 days in a month so if you're losing say it's 30 days in a month a

half a pound that's 15 pounds if you're losing a pound today that's 30 pounds in

a month so you know you have to you know weigh out the pros and the cons but I

really do recommend that people do a 21-day fast I would think that that

would be better to get the full benefits of the fast I also want to save you guys

too I spotted what is the gallbladder cleanse and this was a perfect time to

do it because the gallbladder cleanses nothing but apple juice but a whole six

days and they prefer you to use fresh apple juice and I'm doing a juice fast

so I said do it now why do it when you're not even on a juice fast and then

it feels like an assignment do it while you're on a juice fast and knock it out

and do it while your body's only digesting the juice intake which means

that your body's on a break right now from solid foods it's not breaking

anything else down so it's gonna have time to break down the gall stones in

your what is it your liver and your gall bladder because it's it's on a break

right now it's not eating solid foods whatever you consume that solid it's not

break it's not breaking that food down it's taking the rest cuz you're drinking

nothing but liquids so because the fact I've been fasting on a juice fast for 12

days and seven me seen gallbladder stones on the seventh day because you

drink the apple juice for six days and then the seventh day you take this

concoction before you go to bed and then that's when all of us the gallbladder

stones are supposed to be released that didn't happen in my case I yesterday was

a full 24 hours of drinking juice I mean apple juice and I seen

gallbladder stones this morning in the school in the toilet bowl

so it's removing it before seven days because it takes like a seven day

process for them to eliminate just about half or maybe all of the stones that are

in your liver and gallbladder mess but mines release there 24 hours and that's

only because I'm not eating solid foods my body has been given a break to do

what it needs to do naturally so I'm really happy about that

and also I'm happy because I know that each day that I do a salt water flush up

into the time I have to make that olive oil and lemon juice concoction which is

supposed to loosen up the stones and when I do the salt water flush that

morning it's supposed to help lift and loose and flush out everything that

seven day I won't have that many gallbladder stones to flush out because

each day they're flushing out on its own I mean I did my first session with the

apple juice 32 ounces which is full glasses the app freshly squeezed apple

juice and then this morning 24 hours later I passed called the lattice songs

so that's great and like I said I'm losing between a pound pound and a half

a day and I will be doing a way in every Sunday so stay tuned to that and please

subscribe to the channel and support my channel I'm trying to get

to a thousand subscribers by February 19 because YouTube's doing a lot of changes

to the platform and I think that if we don't get it to a thousand smaller

channels like myself I'm not gonna be relevant until we do so please keep me

in mind to subscribe to my content and I'll be doing a video every single day

this will be an accountability video letting you guys know I haven't felt off

the bandwagon and also showing you that I am serious when I say that I'm getting

rid of this anxiety that I struggle with and this weight that I've gained so I

don't want to stay too long on this video but yes today is day 12 and yes

I'm still on my juice cleanse and I'm loving it and I'm happy in my mind is

more clear and I'm just I'm just blessed to be that strong-willed to still be

here today day 12 and telling you guys that I'm still on my own you know fast

so with that all being said please subscribe to the channel like this video

share this video make it a favorite and I'll see you in the next video bye for

now guys

This might sound like a childish point to make, but it's pretty significant.

After Mario took the world by storm, Sonic came in and tried to change the game.

And as far as I'm concerned, he did.

But when Crash came onto the scene, he didn't really add many new mechanics to things, he

was just created to give Sony their own mascot to compete with Sega's Sonic and Nintendo's

Mario.

Sonic coming sooner allowed it to tap a market that hadn't really been hit by Mario, but

by the time Crash arrived, there wasn't much more to add.

Kinda like being the third person in your class to do a presentation on the venus flytrap;

it's still good, and there are some unique parts, but it's already been done.

Number 9: Less generic platforming.

While both games started as a platformer, Sonic has diversified his portfolio quite

a bit.

The world has opened up, more avenues are being explored, and while there's definitely

still a platformey vibe, it's pretty different.

Crash hasn't done this as much; the platformer games are still relatively simple and generic.

Some people prefer this about Crash, enjoying the simplicity, and I can totally understand

that.

But if you're looking for a bit of a more complex challenge, Sonic's probably the

way to go.

Number 8: More games!

This might sound like a shallow comparison, but it is pretty important to the more avid

gamers.

Sonic has dozens of games to choose from, with all sorts of different playstyles.

Crash definitely went through a spurt of games in the early 2000s, but not nearly enough

to overtake Sonic.

The huge number and diversity of Sonic games gives players a tremendous amount of selection.

This is kinda cheating since Sonic came out 5 years before Crash, but even taking that

into account Sonic comes out on top.

Number 7: More media.

Here's one that comes up on a lot of these lists, but it's hugely relevant to this

one.

Crash Bandicoot has virtually no media outside of the games, barring the odd comic, web short.

Sonic, on the other hand, has shows, comics, even a movie!

There's a ton for Sonic fans to watch and read, while Crash fans are out of luck.

There was actually supposed to be a Crash tv show back in 1996 but it got canned.

Which sucks because based on the ad, it actually looked pretty good.

Number 6: Fleshed out cast of characters.

This is one that's come up a few times, but in this case, it's especially apparent.

Sonic has a multitude of friends, each with their own neat attributes.

Crash has Coco and Aku Aku.

And the odd little tiger.

It's not even close.

Just look at Crash Bash; there are so few known characters that they just have to fill

it with villains.

One could argue that having fewer central characters makes for a more streamlined experience,

but the large Sonic cast leaves room for personal preference, not to mention more interesting

storylines.

Speaking of which…

Number 5: Sonic has more interesting storylines!

Let's be real, neither of these franchises are exactly the most story-focused.

They're platformers for the most part, and the name of the game there is action, the

story is generally secondary.

But Sonic games tend to put a fair bit more work into the story, with people being kidnapped

and injured and even killed sometimes.

Crash tends to be more "Hey, beat a bunch of levels then you can get to the boss and

save the day!"

Number 4: Sonic hides the fact that he copied Mario slightly better.

Let's face it, neither Sonic nor Crash would be a thing if it weren't for Mario.

That's fine, there's nothing wrong with taking inspiration from past games, and the

platformer genre is a fun one.

But Crash pretty much just follows around behind Mario.

You have a platformer?

Here, I'll make a platformer.

Oh cool, a racing game?

Crash Team Racing, totally my original idea.

Oh nice, Mario Party is pretty nifty, time for Crash Bash!

Sonic doesn't do this so much, sure there are a few instances of it but it's much

less chronologically suspicious than the Crash games.

Number 3: He didn't go on hiatus.

Crash fans will definitely feel the pain in this one.

I sure do.

After being a pretty dominant force for years, they took a break from the games in 2011.

It wasn't until 2016 that we got a taste of him, but it was only in Skylanders, then

last year we got a new release… which was an updated release of the original games.

Which turned out to be pretty awesome, but it's still lame to have nothing new.

Sonic didn't go that direction; they kept pumping games out over the last decade.

And while this may have led to some less-than-awesome games, at least the games were there.

Number 2: Sonic can talk.

One thing that separates Sonic from a lot of protagonists is that he talks quite a bit.

Whether it's in-game or in cutscenes, he's one chatty hedgehog.

Crash isn't so much with the talking.

He prefers to just go "Woah".

As funny as it may sound, you don't really get to know the guy just listening to his

grunts.

Yes, I know Crash can talk in Skylanders, but as far as I'm concerned that doesn't

count.

That's not my Crash.

Number 1: Better music.

This point's almost a cheat, just because the Sonic games have such great music that

it's hard to compete with.

Maybe F-Zero could give it a run for its money, but it'd be close.

But it's true, the music in Sonic is way better than that of Crash.

The Crash tunes are fine, but it's more just generic platformey songs than the cool

guitar stuff we get from Sonic.

Easy win for Sonic here.

That's it for today!

Hope you guys enjoyed, if you did please smack that thumbs up button and subscribe to Top

10 Gaming for more videos!

Which of these two do you prefer?

Let me know in the comments down below!

This was pretty tough for me, Crash Warped is one of my favourite games ever.

And the Crash commercials were just awesome.

Until next time, I'm Ron McKenzie-Lefurgey with Top 10 Gaming.

Ivanka Trump Is "Spitting Image" Of Her Father, White House Correspondent Says - Duration: 3:27.

Recently Maggie Haberman who is the White House correspondent for The New York Times

gave the world a message that I think a lot of people didn't necessarily want to hear

but they needed to hear, and that message was that Ivanka Trump is the spitting image

of her father, Donald.

The reason I say a lot of people didn't want to hear that is because in the early days

of the Trump's administration, in fact the entire month before he was even sworn in as

president, a lot of people, including some of those on the left, thought that Ivanka

Trump was somehow going to be a voice of reason within the White House.

They thought that she might be able to pull the president a little to the left on issues

like climate change or LGBTQ rights.

But as it turns out Ivanka Trump is exactly like her father.

A few months ago Ivanka actually admitted during an interview that it's unrealistic

for people to be able to expect her to change her father's mind on these issues.

And we learn now, according to Maggie Haberman, it's not because Ivanka Trump was actually

trying to convince her father to do one thing but he did another.

It's because she believes the exact same thing as him.

Haberman goes even further.

She mentions the fact that it's not just policy issues.

It's personality.

Ivanka Trump just like Donald believes that people are unfair to her, that overall society

just isn't treating her the way that she feels she needs to be treated, being a billionaire

heiress to one of the worst human beings alive in this country today.

What on earth could she feel that people have been unfair about?

Is it the fact that she's having her clothing line and other products made in basically

sweat shop conditions over in China, and the shop where they're being made, they're actually

paying lower wages than is legally required by law?

Does she feel like that's unfair?

Does she feel like it's unfair to come out and say that she's going to help push her

father to the left and then admit later on that, "No, I can't do it because I basically

think the same things as him"?

Is it unfair that we're criticizing her husband for having a security clearance, when the

idiot can't even fill out a form properly and has had to revise it numerous times, and

not just the security clearance form but literally other forms that he has tried to fill out

while serving in this administration?

Ivanka, if people are being unfair to you, I haven't seen it.

Criticizing you and your decisions and the way that you've been running your life and

basically being a suck up to your father and serving some kind of unidentified role in

the White House that you are not qualified for and clearly don't deserve and nobody even

knows why you're there, I'm gong to say that that falls under the category of being a decently

fair criticism.

After all, we don't know what you do.

We don't know why you're there.

We just know that you are and for some reason you still feel like life has been a little

too unfair to you, just like your father.

NEW SERIES: All your Circus Questions Answered! Come and ASK CIRQUE Anything! | Cirque du Soleil - Duration: 8:13.

Ask Cirque!

Hey, everyone! I'm Carla.

And I'm Fabienne!

And welcome to the International Headquarters of Cirque du Soleil

in Montreal, Canada.

And welcome to the first episode of our new YouTube series,

Ask Cirque!

A few weeks ago,

we asked you to ask Cirque du Soleil anything.

Really, anything.

And we received over 1,000 questions combined

from YouTube, Facebook,

Instagram and Twitter.

Of course,

we can't fit all your questions into one video.

So be sure to tune in every week,

because we might answer your question next.

Are you ready for the first question?

We're going straight to the man:

the President and CEO of Cirque du Soleil.

Follow us.

So I received this question from Massimo Cantarelli.

He sent it to us through YouTube.

And the question is:

"You have amazing performances in your shows,

how will you interpret the show of the future?

And how will your company evolve?"

First and foremost,

Cirque du Soleil has been known for many, many years

being on the edge.

I think in the future,

you will see a lot of new technologies:

virtual reality,

virtual characters,

3D technologies—

a lot of technologies that are going to enhance

the human performance.

Human performance will remain

in the center of all of our shows,

but I think we're going to be able to add

by having new technologies.

About our company:

Our company is growing at a very, very rapid pace right now.

I see diversification.

Geographically,

we are going to diversify ourselves

by having a much stronger footprint in China.

And we're also going to diversify

in terms of content.

We just bought Blue Man Group

that is going to entertain people around the world

with a new type of show.

We're going to have the NFL experience

in New York City

that is going to bring all the NFL fans

through the creativity of Cirque du Soleil.

And we're also going to have a new show,

which is an ice show called Crystal.

that is also going to bring new type of shows.

So a stronger company

that is keeping its soul,

and the soul of Cirque du Soleil is creativity.

We're just going to expand

with a lot of new, creative platforms.

Thank you for your question.

Ask Cirque!

What do I like best about performing?

I really enjoy the reaction of the audience

that we get every night.

It's really been a mix of everything.

I mean, the people come in,

and you don't know if it's going to be, you know,

a really crazy audience,

or if they're just going to watch and really enjoy it.

But our favorite audience by far

is going to be the crazy people,

because they, you know,

they put their hands up, they're screaming,

and that motivates us onstage to,

you know, have more fun and be excited and stuff.

So my favorite part of performing would probably be

to see the people's reactions and to, you know,

help them enjoy the show as much as I can.

After performances, I go home,

sit on the couch, I hang out with my three cats,

watch a little Friends.

If I have the energy, I'll hit the gym,

you know, pump some iron into those blood.

But, other than that,

I try to just breathe…

Try to breathe and focus on the next day, always.

The #1 rule, for me:

always have fun.

Show your passion.

Show that you really love to do this,

because if you do get the job for whatever gig,

you're going to have to play

between eight to 10 shows a week.

So it becomes a lot.

But because you love it

and you love what you do,

it's just going to be fun.

So I encourage you

to always just continue to learn as much as you can.

Always stay humble and be kind.

And just make a goal that you're always going

to just choose to go beyond the negative stuff.

Whenever you're feeling down or discouraged,

your goal is to just continue pushing forward.

And life will reward your efforts.

Hi. My name is Mark DeCoste.

I'm the Assistant Costume Designer

at Cirque du Soleil at the Montreal headquarters in Quebec.

I have a question here from Hannah Flores.

"Where does the inspiration come from for costume designs?"

Hannah, this is a really, really complicated question.

Inspiration for costumes can come from the animal world,

from architecture, photography, art—

anywhere, really.

A color can really drive a costume inspiration.

So that being said,

once we have an idea where we're going,

the designer will actually use these inspirations

to create a story and to create images for the director to approve

their artistic direction.

But that being said,

sometimes you work on a show

like The Beatles LOVE or Michael Jackson.

And when we work on those shows,

our inspirations are highly derived

from the iconic images that those bands

and those music people have created.

What's really important is that you find what works for you,

so you will feel good and have the energy you need for the show.

We're very lucky to have an amazing kitchen

that allows us to eat well-balanced meals

all day long.

We can adjust them based on our wants and needs.

What I like best is to eat several times a day,

and again after the show.

We change hotel every week

We change city every week

Each one of us gets our own room

Hi. My name's Jack Atherton.

And I'm the hand to trap and banquine porter

here at Crystal.

The question is,

is how often do we train, or how often do I train here?

The answer is that

we do roughly one to two hours of stage training,

which includes the swinging poles,

trapeze sessions, and banquine,

like, hand-to-hand sessions.

But most of my training I do to prepare for these sessions

is done here in the gym.

We have a gym on tour here with us at Crystal.

It's really good. We have a lot of free weights.

And I don't know if you can see behind us,

we have the multi-gym.

And, obviously, lots of dumbbells and stuff like that.

And especially for me,

it's most important to work or keep working on my upper body,

especially my shoulders and my lats,

because on the trapeze, I need my lats.

And for hand-to-hand, I need my shoulders.

And then sometimes, sometimes some legs.

Hello. My name is Yvonne Tousek-Renne.

I'm an acrobatic talent scout

working out of the Montreal studios.

And the question is,

"How do you audition for the circus?"

So the first step would be to visit our casting website.

Once on the website,

we do have an audition calendar,

where you can see all the auditions

that are listed for the year.

Once you find your discipline

and the audition that you're interested in,

you can begin the application process.

So you follow the steps listed on the website.

And they'll ask you for things such as a demo video,

a resume, and some details about yourself.

Once you've submitted your application,

it will be reviewed and evaluated

by one of our talent scouts.

And then, if you're selected for the audition,

you will be invited.

I love interacting with the crowd,

because it's what gives us energy

for the whole show.

When we hear people cheering or smiling or,

you know, even waving,

it gives us more energy

to perform for them better.

I would say to young circus artists

that there are going to be failures.

You're going to have injuries,

and you're going to have hard times.

But use those to your advantage,

and learn from them, and go further,

and work from those experiences.

Comment below, and let us know what you thought.

What was your favorite question?

And what did you love most about this video?

Was it the artists backstage?

Or was it the sneak peek into our headquarter?

We'd love to know.

How Chadwick Boseman Got Ripped To Play Black Panther - Duration: 3:39.

Chadwick Boseman followed in the footsteps of a whole host of elite superhero actors

by getting seriously ripped for his role as T'Challa in Black Panther—but his Hollywood

fitness journey actually started well before he joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Here's some insight into how Chadwick got chiseled.

The path to Panther

T'Challa isn't Boseman's first physically demanding role.

In 2013, he portrayed Jackie Robinson in the biographical drama 42.

As well as capturing Robinson's off-field contribution to the civil rights movement,

Boseman needed to appear authentically athletic for scenes on the field.

To prepare, Boseman trained twice a day for three and a half months, following the same

techniques as the pros.

In an interview with GQ, he referred to the sessions as "madness" due to the strain such

activity places on the body.

Aside from swinging his hips and shuffling, Boseman's appearance as the Godfather of Soul,

James Brown, must have been a breeze compared to 42, right?

Wrong.

When portraying a musician as influential as Brown, the pressure is on to not only sound

the same, but to move the same, as well.

Boseman had to do the splits while filming Get On Up—not once, but 96 times.

The actor admitted that day's shooting was harder than any activity he performed as Jackie

Robinson.

Secret training

Unlike some of his fellow MCU stars, Boseman has remained tight-lipped when it comes to

divulging the secret of his regimen.

When asked by E! News prior to Civil War's release, he refused to share any inside information

for those looking to emulate his results:

"A lot of strength and flexibility, but I'm not going to say any more.

I can't say or reveal their training secrets."

Though Boseman hasn't disclosed the specifics of his workout plan, all actors in the MCU

are notoriously put through their paces, and he won't escape what Captain America himself,

Chris Evans, refers to as "absolutely brutal" sessions.

"A couple of hours a day.

And it was, it was brutal.

The tricky part was eating."

"Did you have to eat lots?"

"Just eating everything all the time."

But the key to achieving Boseman's lean physique likely lies more with classic bodybuilding

techniques, including circuit training, and a less substantial diet that still adds power

to Black Panther's claws.

While Evans needed to pack on the pounds in a short span of time, Boseman's goal of remaining

lean meant he could increase his body mass at a slower rate.

This meant an extra emphasis on cardiovascular and circuit training, to burn more calories.

For explosive movements, Boseman would focus on plyometric training, which increases power

by working on "fast twitch" muscle fibers.

Combat work likely tops it all off, with training in a variety of martial arts.

Losing muscle for Marshall

Sandwiched between performances as Black Panther, Boseman played Thurgood Marshall in the 2017

bio-pic Marshall, replacing Civil War's airport battles with clashes in the courtroom.

Understandably, Boseman would look out of place as the future Supreme Court Justice

if he maintained the mass, so to fit tailored trousers and well-fitted blazers, the actor

needed to strip away 25 pounds of hard-earned muscle.

Between the wrap on Marshall and the beginning of Black Panther's production in January 2017,

Boseman needed to recover lost muscle mass to ensure his shoulders could carry the weight

of expectation for his return as T'Challa.

With the added spotlight and increased screen time, Boseman's training regimen will presumably

have been even more intense than his Civil War workout, but the principles will remain

the same—a gradual progression of lean mass.

Top 10 Things Most Humans Can't Do - Duration: 7:21.

Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on Youtube, I am Rebecca Felgate,

your most amazing host, and today we are talking about the top 10 things most humans can't

do….I am not talking about like…..flying …because so far as I am aware, no human

can do that unassisted…. But I am talking about like….patting your head while rubbing

your tummy….still confuses me. Before I get into this video, I just want

to remind you guys that we have merch for sale at most amazing shop dot com for those

of you who want to join the Most Amazing team…also, if you want to be a part of the most amazing

family then please do subscribe to our channel and leave our videos with big thumbs up! O

OKAY….let's get into this list…For all the humans watching, these are the things

the vast majority of us can't do… all robots and superhumans, disregard. Oh….and

I am going to try some of them…. Because maybe today is the day I find out I am a mutant….

Or maybe not. Who knows.

10 - Touch your nose with your tongue Ah, it's a classic…. But the majority

of us simply can't do this. Let me give it a go.

Yeah. No. Those who do have the ability to touch their

nose with their tongue make up ten percent of the general population…the act even has

its own medical term, called the Gorlin Sign.

9 - Tickle Yourself…. I am pretty ticklish…. I don't like being

tickled very much…. My neck and my legs are the most ticklish….. I feel like I need

to get someone to tickle me to demonstrate! But then when I try and tickle myself…it's

all good. I can touch my own neck…  Why is this? Well a study at University

College London showed that the cerebellum in the brain is able to pre-empt sensations

when your own movement causes them, but does not pre-empt sensation when someone else moves

to touch you.. so when you try to tickle yourself, the cerebellum predicts the sensation

and this prediction is used to cancel the response of other brain areas to the tickle.

8 - Waggle Your Ears. Can you waggle your ears? No? This is me trying

to waggle my ears…. Its…well…it's just not happening is it!

So apparently, ear waggling is a learned skill…and you can achieve this ultimate life goal by

gaining a better control of your facial muscles….although most people won't bother to do this.

Sleep with one eye open…or….any eyes open, for that matter…..

7 - Lift Your Ring Finger So most people can't lift their ring finger

when they place their hand on a flat surface with their middle finger bent in. Let's

see if I can do it.

6 - Sneeze with your eyes open I am a big sneeze. I sneeze a lot…. But

I have never sneezed with my eyes open. I can FAKE sneeze with my eyes open…… like……****

I think, but real sneezes invoke real reflexes. The nose and eyes are linked by cranial nerves,

which means that the network of nerves is triggered by a sneeze, causing you to blink.

While this is the case for the vast majority of people, there are a few out there who ARE

able to sneeze with their eyes open. More with the eyes up next….

5 – Sleep with your eyes open Despite Metalica demanding we sleep with one

eye open…. It is actually pretty darn difficult to do! There are several reasons we sleep

with our eyes closed, and this is because 1, it blocks out external stimuli that might

be distracting, like light, and 2 because it protects our eyes from getting dry and

gives them a good rest. The vast majority of us could not fall asleep with our eyes

closed if we tried. It is just more comfortable to close those peepers. That being said, there

is a rare sleep disorder called nocturnal lago phth almos which means some people are

unable to close their eyes when they sleep, which can cause them lots of problems.

4 - Put Your Own Fist In your Mouth *try it*

I just cant….no matter how hard I try, that baby doesn't fit! Although huge shout out

to my crazy friend Lizzie who is in the minority of humans who can indeed manage it. She also

once fit like 57 grapes in her mouth at one time. What a pro. The reason most people can't

do this is simple …. Their fists are too big for their mouths… but of course there

are the lucky exceptions….like lizzie!

3– Touch Fire Without Feeling Pain Most of us can't touch something hot, or

cut our finger on something sharp without feeling pain. Pain is a natural warning sign

and it helps us learn our boundaries as humans. Pain is crucial to survival However, there

is a very rare condition called Congenital Insensitivity to Pain, and those who suffer

with it are unable to feel physical pain. Obviously I am not going to test this one

out as I know that I can feel pain and I really don't fancy feeling it right now

2 - Lick their elbow OH, it is another classic! Unless you are

double jointed, most humans can't lick their own elbows…our bodies just aren't designed

that way…and really…why would we? I guess if our elbow gets dipped in something delicious?!

*Try it*

Finally…at number 1 1 – You can't hold your breath for longer

than 2 minutes Most people just can't do this…. And those

that can train to be able to do it. Most humans can't survive for more than five minutes

without air…. But there are some people who are seemingly super human…The Guinness

World Record for holding your breath underwater is held by Ricardo Bahia of Brazil who managed

this feat of superhuman endurance for a whopping 20 minutes 21 seconds!

OKAY I thought, what better way to end this video than by trying it myself and possibly

passing out…right? Here is my attempt at breaking the world record for holding my breath

….

Okay….so that was the top 10 things most humans can't do…can you do anything on

this list? Let me know in the comments section below.

For now, I am your Most Amazing average human host, Rebecca Felgate, if you liked this video,

please do give it a thumbs up, share it with a friend and stay subscribed for more top

10 lists.

Trump Just Had 199 People Arrested In Secret Overnight Raid After Hearing What They ALL Did! HELL YE - Duration: 26:04.

Trump Just Had 199 People Arrested In Secret Overnight Raid After Hearing What They ALL

Did!

HELL YEAH!

If there's anything the last almost 36 hours have taught us, it's that we're at war

within our own country.

It's not because conservatives want to be or have brought cause for this divisive hatred,

but because the left can't handle not having the control they have enjoyed for the last

eight years of destruction.

President Trump has been the biggest threat to all they hold dear that's not good for

our country and proved just that when he ordered the arrest of 199 people in one particular

state.

There's expected to be more soon before he's done making the necessary point that

the U.S. doesn't tolerate terrorism of any kind.

Citizens of this great nation are under attack from within and it's coming from a number

of directions, one of which revealed itself recently.

We're lucky to have a leader like Trump in charge to stop it before it gets more out

of control, but it was two terms of Barack Obama that got us here to begin with.

The work that the current Commander-in-Chief has cut out for him is far more complex than

he may have thought, but is more than up for the challenge anyway and doing a masterful

job at it.

This was just seen with the swift and assertive action the president took that resulted in

a whopping 199 arrests.

Liberalism isn't the only "cancer" in the country that seeks to destroy what our

forefathers built.

The immense refugee program that Obama set up, which set out to bring 100,000 Muslims

to America was an invitation to terrorism.

What we're seeing in Europe, with on terror attack after another as a direct result of

their open door policy to refugees, is what President Trump is taking action to avoid

in America, and has already done a brilliant job at this, starting with the Muslim "Mecca"

of America.

The Jerusalem Post reports:

"US immigration authorities have arrested and moved to deport 199 Iraqi immigrants,

mostly from the Detroit area, in the last three weeks after Iraq agreed to accept deportees

as part of a deal removing it from President Donald Trump's travel ban, officials said

on Wednesday."

"In the Detroit area, 114 Iraqi nationals were arrested over the weekend, and 85 throughout

the rest of the country over the past several weeks, Gillian Christensen, a US Immigration

and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman, said in a statement."

"The actions came as part of the Trump administration's push to increase immigration enforcement and

make countries, which have resisted in the past, take back nationals ordered deported

from the United States."

Dealing with what Obama created in this regard stretches beyond just an immigration ban which

Trump has put into place numerous times over to usurp liberals' efforts to stop it.

We already have a lot of the problem here where hate percolates as American taxpayers

foot the bill for what will be an inevitable attack from within if we don't start paying

attention to these problems.

Also, before any Democrat or eccentric lefty wants to use this arresting spree as more

reason to create hate for Trump or the conservative party, there's one unfortunate fact about

the majority of the deported which you won't hear on mainstream media.

"The overwhelming majority of those arrested had criminal convictions for crimes including

murder, rape, assault, kidnapping, burglary, drug trafficking, weapons violations and other

offences," Gillian Christensen, a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman said,

according to MSN.

As expected, the rhetoric has already begun to counter Trump's offence to terrorism

within our own borders, but liberals reporting this sweeping arrest with pictures of crying

children.

They're also claiming that Trump is sending persecuted Christians back to their war-torn

nations.

While there was a few who caught up in the fringe by default of placement and perhaps

unfortunate associations, they are a very small minority of the nearly 200 shipped out

of the U.S.

While the kids pictured could be collateral damage in this deportation, they are victims

too, having been born to parents with criminal intentions in America who will breed them

to believe hateful things.

The message Trump is sending is one that's important for everyone to hear – both those

who are here illegally or committing crimes or those who think they can come here and

get away with it while feeding off our system.

America is a nation of laws and those who refuse to abide by them or make their way

into our communities and take over the western way of life, will not be tolerated – they

will be shipped out or stopped from coming here.

Please share to spread this message that Trump is sending and to show your support for making

America great again 200 fewer refugees at a time.

Our president is getting the country back to what we knew it to be before Barack Obama

took office and systematically destroyed it.

EMOTIONAL ENERGY IS FINITE - Emotional Intelligence for High Achievers - Success without Ceilings - Duration: 2:36.

Hello, my name is Dr. Tricia Groff, and I am going to talk to you about one of the

most frequent conversations I have with my clients. And that is of energy being

finite. So we know that finances are finite, right? There's only a certain

amount of money, and when it's gone, it's gone. We know that time is finite, even if

we really wish we could make 37 hours in a day. But when we think about emotions,

a lot of people think that emotion is infinite. So what do I mean by emotional

energy? Well, it's the energy that you use when you're trying really hard to finish

a project. It's the energy that you use when you're having a draining

conversation. It's the energy that you use when you're supporting somebody that

you really love. It's the energy that you use when you're trying to figure out a

difficult scenario. All of that is emotional energy. And what I find in my

high achievers especially, is that they're so used to relying on their

intellect, that they forget about their emotions, And so essentially, it's like

"Tricia, all of this makes logical sense. I understand it at a rational level. But

I'm really tired, and I don't know why." This is a ball. It's contained. This is

emotional energy. There's a limited amount of it.

And what happens is if you deny that principle, you will start having symptoms

of being in a funk - just this general malaise. You don't know what's wrong, but

you don't feel like yourself. You might have more anxiety. You find your mind

racing when you're going to sleep at night, or it's just hard to shut it off.

Sometimes there's physical symptoms, and this is very common in high achievers,

because they are so intellectual and sometimes out of tune with their

emotions that their body speaks. This would be seen in general fatigue, more

headaches, sometimes body aches, indigestion. So what I want you to do, is to

remember that emotional energy is finite. And watch my next video on creating an

energy buffer to help you manage it, so that you don't have all of those

symptoms and that you can keep on performing with

excellence. For more information, you can go to my website at DrTriciaGroff.com,
