What exactly is Sharia law I'll be talking about that and sharing five of the most surprising myths about

So with that said I want to get into our first myth and that's myth number one

ISIL wants to erase the borders between Iraq and Syria to establish a decentralized government

Which enforces Sharia law now?

This is what the standard definition is about what the primary goal for ISIL

Is they want to combine two countries and enforce Sharia law across them both?

But their understanding of Sharia law is not necessarily true to what the law actually stands for

ISIL is more concerned with establishing their own interpretation of Sharia law which regulates criminal acts and Social Welfare

So this is why we need to distinguish between fik or the legal system and Sharia

Thick law aims to decide how to apply shriya's morals and guidelines to day to day life

Which can cause some gray areas and it becomes easy for people or even?

organizations to take advantage of this gray area

Sharia is considered immutable and infallible

But thick is changeable now myth number two about Sharia law is Sharia is

Islamic law Sharia law is not a legal system first of all and most Muslims who follow

Sharia law don't view it as a replacement for civil law Sharia is a Quran based guidance that guides

Muslims towards living a more Islamic life, it doesn't come from the state at all Sharia is

Philosophical and it's human interpretation is called Vick

Which I mentioned just now and this has been created by scholars based on the Quran and hadith

Next myth number three in Muslim countries Sharia law is a law of the land, so it's true that Sri

Allah has influenced legal systems and most Muslim majority countries right and

pre-modern Muslim regions had a system where Sharia law would be separated from the government, which is also known as

eásá, but what's happening now is that Muslim political movements such as

jamaat-e-islami in Pakistan or the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt

Have attempted to actually codify Sharia law even though there's supposed to be a separation between

Fik and C. ASSA and myth number four Sharia law is

Anti-female now critics of Islamic law have said Sharia is inherently not kind

towards women especially because of its marriage laws and

KKK to represent what all Christians were

extremist groups aren't the most accurate place to look to

Understand what Sharia is and says about punishment and treatment of people and this also goes for any other

Recently, what appears to be an ordinary image of a father with his child has been spreading

around the world.

And for one simple reason: the man is holding his son in his arms as he's sitting in a

classroom… taking an exam.

The photo, snapped at a Peruvian university, soon generated thousands of comments on Facebook

where it was later posted.

Many praised the dad in the picture of being the perfect example of a great father and

fighter.

Despite all the obstacles involved in trying to go back to school while raising children,

this man clearly hasn't given up on trying to provide his family with a brighter future.

Many have pointed out the significance of the student in the photo being a father, as

opposed to a mom.

"I take my hat off," one Facebook user writes about the photo.

"Many believe that most responsibility lies with the mother…

A truly courageous man."

"This is great!

I've seen women doing this kind of thing, but never men.

I'm this man is rewarded for his great act of courage," said another.

What a great dad!

I think we're indeed used to seeing moms doing this kind of thing, but it's also

important for men to do the same.

Both parents should take responsibility for raising children when they are young and trying

to ensure them a better future

Well good morning, my friends!

Welcome to Live Inspired with John O'Leary.

A quote I heard recently was this (I love it!): Find out what breaks your heart, and

then spend the rest of your life trying to make it better.

I love that quote.

I've been thinking about it a lot recently.

And had a couple conversations in the past week that remind me of the value of living

into it.

I met a gentleman who has been working with the Ronald McDonald House for a couple decades.

It's his passion, it's his heart, it's his life.

He has these kids and these families who are dealing with a diagnosis that was unwanted,

unexpected, and in an area where they don't know a whole lot of people.

They don't have the opportunity to live somewhere necessarily safe as a family.

And the Ronald McDonald House helps provide it.

I had a coffee meeting with a 25 year old leader, who teaches high school kids about

Spanish, but she's really teaching them about life.

It is her passion, her heart, her drive to make sure that these kids (14, 15, 16, 17,

18 year old kids) realize that their life matters.

That they matter.

It's much more than about learning how to count 1 through 10 in a certain language.

It's about reminding them of the value of their work and the value of their lives.

And then thirdly, I had the opportunity to meet with a board member for an organization

that flies kids who are medically ill from third world nations to the United States so

that they can receive medical treatment.

Without this care, without these flights, without these doctors and these dollars, these

children would most certainly die.

And yet, through their impact and through their investment and through their drive,

these little ones have a chance.

They have a chance at life.

These three examples and so many more (I'm sure you have examples from your own life.)

are proof of what happens when you allow your heart to be broken, and then you spend the

rest of your life focused on making it better.

So where did I hear that quote?

On our most recent Live Inspired podcast, I had a new friend named Matt Manzari, who

has a remarkable, incredible, shocking story.

I'm not even going to ruin it for you.

I'm going to tell you this:

If you believe that you sometimes have days where struggle.

If you believe that there are days where you wonder, "Gosh, can good come out of this thing?"

hey everybody welcome back to my channel so today's video is kind of a different

video for me I'm going to be trying out some eyeliner stencils if you're excited

to see that then please keep on watching make sure you subscribe to my channel

hit that notification bell I upload a video every single day of the week and I

don't want you to miss any so let's go and get started so I got my stencils

from which calm they were $2 and that was just with shipping so I got a couple

of different ones I got some quick eyeliner stickers I got some quick

makeup stencil but the ones that I'm really excited to try and imma be trying

out in this video is the cat line okay I thought this was so cute

I own two cats and so this was just adorable so yeah I'm kind of I've never

tried like an eyeliner stencil before so kind of nervous and excited and plus

they seemed really really huge but um okay so go ahead so we have this one and

it's just absolutely adorable we have this cute little chubby one right here

so you get two little cat eye stencils and yeah this one totally reminds me of

Castiel I'll chubby and cute okay so I guess I'm gonna try this one first I

guess I'm gonna try this one okay so it has like little instructions on the back

so you're supposed to use number one

like that and then for the other eye okay so they're different ones okay so

we have number two which is more of a I don't know I don't know if I'm gonna dig

these but we will try it uh okay let's guess we're gonna do number one which is

just your basic I'm kind of uh I don't know it's just really hard to hold it

ah

ha oh my gosh it's just not working out

okay let's see

ha

I don't know

I really think in this is gonna be much of a hit

it up a little bit

I mean it's a pretty I mean it's it's a nice little winged eyeliner I

I'm gonna say that it isn't

okay

but guys honestly it's taken so much longer to just try to figure this out

then it would have just been to do it so but okay

got all that eyeliner taken off okay we're gonna try the chubby cat

one thing I'm noticing right away is like here we have like this girl and so

like number ten right here it shows that you know you can get like a really think

a die but honestly like no one has like the same shaped you know eyes so you

know it's you know where you're supposed to put it might not actually work with

your eye shape

I don't know so let's go ahead and let's try another one of the stencils this is

the quick makeup stencil and I was like all the different kind of look she can

do well it's just it was just gonna be trying out the cat one this video but

it's it's not working so okay so here is all the little ones that you have so we

have a fishtail eyeliner classic cat almond-shaped smokey all this different

stuff so honestly I say let's go bigger let's go home and let's try a fishtail

tell you right away this one is easier right away

hope I hope

so I'm just going to line up this little bottom part with my eye

okay um okay what I do like about these is that they are really easy to clean

you can just grab a makeup wipe and just gently wipe it once if we can get this

cleaned up a little bit

it's not horrible horrible but it's not great either

um let's definitely try it on the other side and see I mean it's definitely

unique looking you know think if you were doing like a really dramatic makeup

look or something I think that would be really pretty okay so let's try just

lowering it a little bit I guess

okay no idea what just happened there

we can give this a wipe

this is why I used inexpensive eyeliners so that way cuz how to fill in guys I

had a fill-in

okay guys we're just gonna leave it and I'm just gonna try this again

No okay guys so

so no guys um I think that these are really a good idea

and I will probably still play with these a little bit more but so far I'm

not impressed with the either set of the eyeliner stencils

I just tried the little skinny cat and then this one but

not impressed this one didn't turn out bad

I love dramatic eye makeup if you've watched my channel you know this but

even this is a little you know I guess it's depending on what

you're wearing but I don't know so guys I will definitely have to you know try

out you know the little fat cat stencil you know maybe the you know the more

simple like the classic eyeliner is gonna be a little bit better

but so far it's mail fail but guys I will definitely try this out some more I

might do an updated video of like when I've you know figure it out because this

was the first impressions so but yeah what do you think do I look good

do I look super good like I said this side I'm okay with it's okay this side

looks like I did it with my left hand yeah anyway thank you so much for

first impressions um so yeah it's all about fun you know we can always take

makeup off that's you know why I do love makeup it's just fun to try things and

you know what guys it was $2.00 for other sets I haven't tried this one

these are stickers so they're not reusable but I will definitely try these

out I might do a dedicated video I'm not sure but yeah so far not super great but

I will definitely you know give it another try

but yeah yeah definitely looks like he's like my feet are something to do this

Husband Sends Roses To Home, Wife Is Delighted Until She Reads Card & Learns Truth

After years of marriage, it's the little gestures that help keep things fresh and happy.

So when Debbie Cardone saw a bouquet of flowers being delivered to her home, she was overjoyed.

Debbie's husband works overseas in the Middle East, so she was delighted to see that he'd

sent her flowers out-of-the-blue.

Debbie is used to her husband sending her flowers so when she found a delivery at her

home she didn't think much of it…until she took a look at the card.

Now, any wife might be surprised to find her husband sending multi-colored roses to someone

named "Sebastian," but she knew immediately who the flowers were for.

Sebastian is the family's precocious bulldog who was recuperating from a recent surgery.

When he saw the flowers, Sebastian couldn't help but give them a little sniff.

He surely also loved the card, which read:

"Sebastian, Feel better you'll be back in the game very soon.

Love Daddy" A few weeks before the flowers arrived, the

vet found that Sebastian had some problems with the knees in his two front legs.

The poor pooch had to undergo surgery, and was apparently having a pretty tough time

with his recuperation.

Feeling bad that he was too far away to actually comfort his good boy, Debbie's husband thought

the dog might appreciate some flowers.

He did, but maybe not as much as he appreciates treats.

He is a pooch after all.

Debbie was amused by the mix-up, and shared images of the flowers and the card on Facebook.

Her daughter Lily, a student at the University of Florida, also shared the photos on Twitter.

Together the posts went viral, with everyone laughing at both Sebastian's reaction to

the flowers and Debbie's good humor about her disappointment.

However, these weren't the last flowers she and Sebastian received!

A few days later, six more bouquets arrived at the house for Sebastian, including two

bouquets of white flowers arranged in the shape of a dog!

"I guess they appreciated our viral post and how my husband uses 1-800-flowers all

the time!

I guess the celebration continues!

Thank you 1-800-flowers!

Sebastian loves them and the doggy flowers are SO cute!!"

Sebastian is one lucky dog!

We wish him a speedy recovery!
