Adam Lallana reveals Liverpool ambitions after 5-month injury nightmare

Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana hopes his injury nightmare is finally over over after making his long-awaited first start of the season.

The England international played 86 minutes of the 2-1 New Year's Day win at Burnley after just 43 minutes in three previous substitute appearances after eventually recovering from a thigh strain.

Lallana sustained the injury in a pre-season friendly against Atletico Madrid in August and—after a setback in his recovery—eventually returned to action in the draw at home to Chelsea in late November.

"It tests different parts of you mentally but I feel that I have learned so much from being injured, different parts of the game," said the 29-year-old.

"I have come back strong.

I had a couple of little setbacks, a minor blister and then a tight muscle but that is what happens.

"Maybe it is credit to the manager over the last few games, holding me back.

I had good training sessions but I am back now.

"I have lasted a game after being out for four, five months and I am in good shape.

Lallana is now looking to play a greater part in the second half of the season as Liverpool look to maintain their 16-match unbeaten run, which includes Jurgen Klopp's longest unbeaten Premier League stretch (13).

A year ago, January was when an unlikely title bid foundered after the team failed to record a league win in the month, but this year things already look different.

"We are in amongst the top four, in the last 16 of the Champions League," added Lallana.

"There are so many great games to look forward to, like the FA Cup [at home to Everton on Friday].

"I'm absolutely delighted to be back and part of a winning team again.

"To concede as we did [in the 87th minute at Burnley] and then go up the other end and get our goal from a set-piece shows the steps we have made moving forward.

"It has been frustrating for me watching from the sidelines but it is great to see how much we have improved.

To be a part of it again is a great feeling.".

Barcelona's interest in Philippe Coutinho is mounting this January, with the Spanish giants said to be preparing a bid worth €150 million.

Coutinho missed Monday's 2-1 win away to Burnley with a thigh injury, but it has since transpired that the Brazilian is again pushing for a move away from Merseyside.

This proved unsuccessful in the summer, with Liverpool ignoring his request for a transfer and rejecting three big-money bids from Barcelona.

But the wider suggestion is that the Reds would be more willing to part ways with their No.

10 at this stage, though their preference would be to agree a deal for next summer.

The 25-year-old has been in excellent form so far this season, scoring 12 and assisting nine in 20 appearances, but Jurgen Klopp has also witnessed top performances without him.

It remains to be seen whether they would accept a new offer from Barcelona, but according to Sky Sports' Spanish football expert Guillem Balague, there is one in the offing.

Taking to Twitter on Tuesday night, Balague claimed that the Catalan outfit "will soon make an offer of €110 million [plus] €40 million.

Coutinho is now not expected to take part in Friday's FA Cup third-round clash with Everton, though he was pictured reporting to Melwood on Tuesday.

These swift developments come after a bizarre Nike advertisement inferring a deal was already in place, though this has proved to be in error.

It would be a disappointing juncture if Liverpool did allow Coutinho to leave midway through the season after having fought so doggedly to keep him just five months ago.

With Klopp's side fighting for a top-four finish in the Premier League, and facing a Champions League last-16 meeting with Porto later this year, Coutinho is a much-needed talent.

And given he is already cup-tied in Europe and Barcelona are nine points clear at the top of La Liga, it is questionable whether they need him before July anyway.

finally able to separate themselves.

But again the storyline of tonights match up was of course the homie I.T. coming off

Even though his first shot was off it still didn't stop Isaiah Thomas from getting a

Those were some dark times.

But I'm grateful for those moments,

because it gave me the perspective

and changed my way of thinking

to know like okay, this is not where I want to be

this is not where I want to go.

I don't want other people to feel this way.

Let's get out of here and build a world

of positivity and happiness.

So the last chapter in the Yeshiva system,

you become ordained rabbis.

I went to Singapore for two years to rabbinical school

to study to become a rabbi.

It was an amazing experience

and after which most of my friends went back to the states,

where they would go on to the traditional life,

get a job, get married and have kids.

I was like I don't know if that's for me.

(laughs)

So instead of going back with my friends,

I decided to pack my bags, in one little backpack,

and travel Asia.

I learned so many things.

One of which I realized in conversation,

talking about what my plans were when I was

going to go back home.

I always brought up the idea of going back

and making videos and spreading positive messages

through videos, through that medium.

And then it suddenly dawned on me, realizing, like,

wait a second, I'm always talking about this

and why don't I just do this when I go back home.

So once I decided that I wanted to make videos

and this is what I wanted to do for now, I went full force.

I knew when someone watched my video,

I wanted them to smile, I wanted them to feel good.

So we filmed High Five New York and we posted it YouTube.

Next day I wake up, and in my inbox,

I have emails from different news outlets

asking me to come in to be interviewed.

And it seemed like the world was thirsty

for this type of content.

Video after video my community was growing.

The audience was growing as well.

And I was finding my voice.

I look back at the chapters in my life

and I see that throughout wherever I was,

wherever I found myself I was trying to be the most

authentic person that I can be.

So, like I always say, stay positive, be happy,

Hello guys I'm Sebastiano Serafini and today's video is a bit improvised

because I'm in front of the Pisa tower and I need to talk about something!

you can see the other faces

it was a unforgettable scene...

so, this is the 5th place

on the 4th place we find another beautiful news

I don't know if you know her, but she was a very famous idol during 2004-2007

she was one of this web-star phenomenon

everybody wanted her, because she did some exposed pictures

on the internet

she was a foreigner, half chinese - half filippino

and she lives in LA

she became super famous, and they called her to come to Japan

she also signed a contract with Virgin

and she did a cover for the fever single

and what did happen? ...when she signed to Shonen Magazine

they paid her a lot for some exclusive pictures and she became very famous

but then at her first live show of her tour

she made an announcment that she was pregnant and that she will merry soon her stylist

and in like 1 week she lost all her fans and everybody did forgot her

and above of that her relationship with that man didn't go that well, so a lot of problems did happen...

if she didn't said that, she would still be famous

and also my frined Shintaro, that was in my Escape to infinity MV

did teach her Japanese while her staying in Japan

and he said to me that she threw a computer out of the window

and so this is also a reason why many foreign people find it hard to enter in the world of entertainment here

that happened to many foreign people...

maybe I'm going to talk about that in another video

now we arrive at the podium

on third position we have Erika, I've met her also

she is a nice and beautiful person, but one morning she did wake up

she went to her movie premiere

and that was her way of saying sorry

I like them because of the serious approach

The materials that are used in the lessons

What am I saying? What's wrong with me today?

Materials from this book are organised in the way to make students speak a lot

A lot of questions for discussions

and lots of them are controversial

I know that Stanislav likes these kinds of questions, to make students talk

Also they have audios

listening exercises

where a student listens and picks the answer

it's also bright

lots of pictures and illustrations

Grammar is presented very well

Visually well done

some points can be seen in different angles, and I understand that I like this method of explanation

For example, they give verbs in groups

Like verbs вставать, уставать, and they practice them

It's a nightmare for foreigners

And the second part, Poekhali 2

This one is even more serious

I don't know if they sell it on Amazon. I don't know either

I'm not sure

But you can buy them in Moscow and Petersburg

Loud pipes and strong lights save lives...

It's not just a slogan but truth.

In comparison to the cars, trucks, buses, cranes, vans and the rest,

motorcycles are rather small.

Because of that, what I can do

is to help them notice my little motorcycle on the road.

In Poland the rule of keeping

your lights always on is in force.

And I believe this is a great help for all drivers.

It definitely is for me as a driver.

Simply because I can see all the vehicles much better.

Not to mention that you can easily tell if it's front or rear of a vehicle

and whether it's moving or not.

But getting back to motorcycles - you use them differently than other vehicles.

Because they are simply much different than the rest.

So they simply need a completely different kind of care.

I was thinking about a possible comparison

and I eventually thought of naughty puppies

that try to get into every spot possible.

That's why it's good to give such a puppy

a collar with a set of lights and a bell for an evening walk.

A bell like for a sheep or a cow.

To know where it's trying to get and not lose it.

Let's say it's the same with bikes.

Your exhaust system will be the bell

and your head lights used in a traffic jam will be your collar with lights.

I must also admit that I'm not a fan of daytime running lights for motorcycles.

Such tiny glowing LED will never shine in drivers' mirrors.

So before you look at it directly

it's not that much beneficial in terms of visibility

The same story with an exhaust.

If I'm not visible on a curve, having other vehicles behind me

then perhaps at least I can be heard.

Even a few seconds before I actually pass other drivers.

For me, who's driving a car during morning and afternoon rush hours

This is a great help!

And I'm actually sometimes getting pissed off at riders

whose head lights barely work at all.

How in the world can I see a thing like this between the cars crawling in traffic?!

Everything is constantly moving there in our rear view and side mirrors

and how can I know right away

that one of those 80 dots of light

is a filtering motorcycle?!

Such a rider doesn't even give me a chance!

I'm telling you about it for 2 reasons

Firstly, for us to know - when we are in the cars - why it is like this

and not get angry when a rider passing us is having a very strong head light.

I would like it to be seen as

a chance to notice tiny motorcycles

in a much much easier way.

Because that's the true reason!

For me as a driver this can help avoid many problems.

I don't need to worry so much about

quickly and rapidly changing lanes,

fearing that I'd crash into a motorcyclist.

Because I'd notice and see him a lot earlier.

Secondly, I'd like other motorcyclists to help

make my life easier and help me understand that they're right behind or next to me.

Turning your high beams on while filtering in a traffic jam won't hurt anyone!

On the other hand it can help to save our butt

and help the driver avoid a big problem and feeling of guilt.

It may save your life when you're approaching a truck driving wildly in the city.

Remember that it's kind to mind drivers' eyes

in the tunnels, when it's getting darker or when you plan to follow someone for longer.

Then I turn the high beams off.

In a traffic jam, for me as a driver, this is a warning.

And it's always nice to hear a nice engine sound.

having high beams on in a traffic jam is not seen as being mean,

but is considered as helpful to everyone.

His & Hers Ninja Invasion - with Altenew! - Duration: 7:24.

hi it's Therese and I'm here for Altenew and today I have two for one this is

a his-and-hers clean and simple ninja invasion design so I'm going to

start with the Hers card and I've got a piece of it's a pale gray cardstock and

it's cut to the same size as my card front and I'm stamping there's a set

called to the moon and has a layered moon on it and rather than stamp the

base layer of the Moon I just started to use the gray cardstock instead so I'm

actually only stamping the second and third layer of this standard see I've

used the greys so it's like a tone on tone effect now I have decided to

use my Misti today because then I can get a lot more even coverage as my

stamping takes the guesswork out of it if I need to add a couple of layers

which I have done for a lot of my stamping today especially in the Ninja cards because

it's actually a new stamp set and I haven't used it much so they haven't

been conditioned very well yet but best thing about the Misti is you can re

stamp over your image and you know it's going to be in exactly the same spot

right so I did decide to stamp my sentiment at the same time because I

have my carstock in and might as well get it done and I've chosen a sentiment from

the same set which is probably my favorite sentiment out of the set and I

just had to use it it's his crafty by day deadly ninja by

night and it's not me but I'd love to think that I could be a ninja not me I'm

sorry I'm just picturing myself being a ninja it aint gonna happen okay

I wanted the moon to have some whiteness about it and I tossed up whether they

use pigment inks and do it that way on the colored cardstock but this is my

cheats way of doing it I decided to actually come back in with a

white prismacolor pencil I'm just coloring the gaps of the moon

that would have been white and that way I knew it would have that kind of

lightness about it and I didn't have to worry about pigment inks and I wanted to

use the Altenew Grey's anyway so now it's time to stamp out my ninja's and

this ninja invasion set is such a fun set I've had this idea of stamping out a

pink ninja ever since I saw it and with the new set of Pink's the hot pink the

bright pink set Altenew have. the last three sets of ink that were

released have become my favorite the Pink's the blues and the yellows and I

use them all the time and this one's the Pinkalicious and I did stamp that out a

couple of times and this is what I love about the Misti is I can actually line

up my stamps before I stamp the image I don't have to try and free hand stamp it

although these aren't

difficult images to line up a bit forgiving actually and I used the

sand-dunes color for the skin and there's also a little separate hand now

each of these in images is actually circled so if you have a look at the

set you can tell which pieces go with which ninja but there's also a guide on

the back of the pack or at the website as well I'm just going to use the

coordinating die to stamp this out and that if you'll notice I haven't actually

stamped out the swords yet and that's because they actually run through the

whole image so if I stamped it black it wouldn't have mattered you wouldn't have seen it but

because I'm stamping my image in pink if I stamp over top you would actually see

the sword through the pink portion of the ninja there so I've just done a

simple mask with some post-it note I wasn't sure I might actually do die-cut

at first before I started out was I was six of one half a dozen another I wasn't

sure whether I wanted to stamp it then die-cut it I just thought this was an

easy way I know that the swords are going to be exactly where they need to

on the image of of die-cut at first okay just

my masks and to get rid of my pink eyeshadow on my ninja I'm just coming in

with my copic multiliner and of course it's a girl so she gets little tiny

eyelashes and I also did decide to come in and color over the pink ink on the

handles of the swords just to make them black

I could have selectively stamped this but it's just much easier just to add

some you know color over the top with the copic multiliner now I've got a card

top fold card it's cut the same excuse me the same size as the panel or vice

versa and I've added that and it's amazing adhesive I'm struggling with my

words I'm sorry I'm post night duty here I added it to the front of my top

fold card with some adhesive and now I'm just gonna pop up my little pink ninja

girl isn't she awesome I did also add a rhinestone to her because you need a bit

of sparkle a girl ninja but this is my second card it's even more clean and

simple it's a boy card it's a his card for the ninja invasion and I am using my

misti in that's a new stamp so I did actually condition my stamp with just a

normal white pencil eraser and that's what I found works the best and it's a

great cheap way to sort of allow your ink to stamp out evenly if you're having

trouble with the inks it's a good trick to try now stamping directly on my card

there's another top fold card but this one's a landscape one and I've done that

classic black ninja here for a boy adding in the skin layers and also the

sword and the the belt I've used that turquoise blue it's just beautiful now

my sentiment I did in grey but it was just too pale so I came back and stamped it a

second time which is the best thing about the Misti like I said so that's it

see that 100 Simple moving average. See, how the price is going up and turning from there downwards.

By the way, whenever it is trying to go downstairs, it is getting an invisible support from the

bottom. In this choppy or so sideways movement, both buyer bulls and sellers are both strong. If you

have watched a video with my choppy market, then you understand that. If you are new on this

video in the description box below. So whenever we look at the price, where stochastics is also at

its oversold level, we can think of buying trade the other day. Let's now see the chart of

5 minutes on its second day. Right here, the market has opened at 9 pm. Stock has created

3 candles in the first 15 minutes. Then the price has not shown any movement till one-and-a-half hours.

During this time we are just following the price. We just have to look at some of our

and range low as usual. Here is the Range high at the third candle, and this is the

Whenever the price will break this range high, my entry order was executed above here. Here's a little

below this range low is my stoploss Then see what happened in the price, price went up and

then came a clear bit pullback, the price came down again a bit. But the price did not

touch the stoploss, after the pullback, the price which has given the sharp bounce has hit my both

targets . see, trading is a very special profession. To be successful in this, we must also have

some special skills set. This is not a rocket science, we can adopt all the skills set too.

Whatever skills we watched today, it will work for you like a guide line. Let's just look at

our next stock which is from futures. The chart you are looking at is Coalindia, and this is

the 30 minute chart you see. See how the stock has been on its 100 simple moving average

since long time. It is the biggest sign of its being bullish. We see the stochastics stay on

their oversold, that means we have to see both of these lines close to 20 or so. See,

how the price came down and stochastics also came lower. The price is also holding the simple moving

average of 50, which means that he is working on that support. If you look at it here,

we can draw a trendline by joining some of these lows here, exactly like this. If the price

has seen sharp moves in the top twice, then chances are more that this time too, we will

get one more sharp up move. see, how the price has come up as expected after the trendline.

Amazing right? See how simple this is, we are not taking any trade randomly. We chose quality stock

then we kept patience,Before taking trade, we know our targets and stoploss according to the risk to reward.

If the price is behaving as if we have expected it, then we take the trade, otherwise we

have to leave the trade like this. As much as we keep our trading style simple, the chances

of staying in profit increases as well.For this, we do not have to spend much time on our

January Plan With Me | Plum Paper Planner - Duration: 6:49.

hey guys it's Danielle and here is a little January plan with me in my plum

paper planner hope you enjoy they have this really cool feature of three goals

every month and I hope to use this more this year I did a little bit last year

but kind of gave up so that's kind of one of my resolutions to use this

because I think it's great to you know focus on three things each month so

these are my three goals I am doing a vegan challenge right now so I would

like to complete that goal number two is to focus on my yoga practice which is

pretty non-existent right now I would like to get a lot better at that so I

would like to do even a 10 minute yoga session at four times a week my third

goal is called James's special time I talked about that in one or two videos

so basically I just want to connect with James here's my son every night after

work for 15 minutes and obviously I spend more time with him than that but

just 15 minutes of pure connection I let him choose whatever he wants within

limits you know I can't cost him money most days and it can involve screen time

so sometimes we do artwork or read just let him kind of lead the direction and

we kind of chat and connect and a couple of birthdays this month I haven't done

any of that and then I'm having a little health issue nothing serious but I need

minor surgery this year and I would like to get the ball rolling on that there

some things I need to do before that can happen so I just wrote that here then

we'll move on to the next page I'm between tripods right now you guys so I

apologize for the slight shaking but I'm gonna try this for the first time this

month on this January page I'm gonna try to write an affirmation or a piece of

gratitude every single day so today is January 2nd and hopefully I will fill

this up to number 31 this is the month at a glance I don't use this too much

mainly because we don't do how much maybe but um Mandy at the kitchen wife

in her planner wrote what she actually eats for dinner every night after the

fact and I think I'm going to start to do that because I think that'll help

with meal planning to kind of look at you know what you actually ate kind of

get ideas what you liked what you haven't had in a while so I think I'm

gonna try that out and as you can see I did yesterday on the first this is where

I spend the most time my weekly spread for the first time this year I had them

type in my different section so the top one is appointments and I just write

those throughout the week and then my work to do list fitness house or

personal things like laundry things to do at home cooking stuff then my youtube

section and my journal and the last one is blank I'm not a sticker person but I

did put a couple this week and then this is my cleaning list for the week I'd

like to get back into a zone cleaning routine I'll show you what that is in a

seconds again these are kind of my to two of my goals for the month yoga four

times a week and James a special time I need to pick up to some contacts and

would like to get my Christmas thank yous out let me know what you guys do

thank yous and if you do are you done is it bad that I haven't started yet

this is something I'm trying out for the first time as well this is the end of

the month or this page is at the end of the month and I'm gonna keep track of

what I'm watching so so far I've been watching Real Housewives of New Jersey I

think I'm gonna start the crown let me know if you've seen the season two I

love to season one but for some reason I haven't been that excited about season

two so let me know how it is then I have a section for what I'm

reading products I'm loving that'll be good if I want to do like a favorites

video for you guys sometimes it's hard to remember what I'm learning about I

love to learn about random things and right now I'm interested in the lunar

phases and how it relates to kind of feminine energy and cycles I just think

it's fascinating when I'm up to the vegan challenge so far and then I

thought it'd be cool to keep track of what pop culture and news events that

come up this is at the end of the month as well this is where I'm gonna keep

track of zone or deep-cleaning that I was talking about I kind of right over

the heading so this week is zone 7 my office my home office so these are kind

of the deep cleaning things that done this week next week is laundry and

ketchup then we're to the kitchen I just happen to filled out the next two

sections yet for the month I would like to be more on top of this even if it

takes me two weeks to complete each one I'd like to do that I'll link another

video I have talking more in depth about some cleaning in the spinner I'll put

that in the eyes above then there's a shopping list and I think it's really

smart to try to start using that this year I didn't last year so these are

things that I really need and I'm just not ready to buy them yet or I haven't

made time but I don't want to forget and I'll just keep a list a running list of

this and check it off as I buy it so that is everything please give this

Almost every day I say to myself that

I'm going to my grandparents' house, where I spent my childhood.

But I always end up not fulfilling this wish.

So many times I came with my grandma looking for some firewood for the fireplace.

She was always afraid that I cut myself using the axe.

And of course, I never left my hat,

wherever I went.

My grandpa... Ah...

There was no lunch or snack time that he didn't tell me:

"Go to the wine haystack and bring me the mug almost full".

And there I went, always trying to spill as little as possible.

Everything looks the same.

Life is missing in this house.

"Catita!"

Was my true friend and partner at the time.

Since I was very young I always helped my grandpa with the bees.

My favorite part was when we removed the honey,

but I helped him where he needed to.

I was truly happy.

Perhaps my childhood was different from most kids

but I wouldn't change it for anything.

I'll always remember those moments with great pleasure.

I miss those days...

Miss a little of everything...

But mostly,

miss you, Grandma.
