How to Build a Gaming PC | 2018! - Duration: 10:07.

What's up guys, I'm randomFrankP, today, I'm gonna be showing you how to build a gaming PC step by step

This is not restricted to just a gaming PC any PC you'll be building will be following these instructions

And I know that thought of this if you don't know what you're doing could be very intimidating, but honestly

It's probably a lot easier than you think and I'll be going through all the steps here from start to finish

And I really hope it helps you out if you see any the products or hardware you like I will have everything you see

Listed in the description down below so you can check it out

but let's start this off the case you're gonna be using for this is the Corsair crystal series 5 70 X

RGB case it is ATX so we're going with an ATX build

And I love the all tempered glass look to it now first things first

Unboxed your motherboard because this is where the majority of the build is gonna

Take place carefully take it out of the anti-static wrap and place it on top of the box for now

But before you do anything else because this is something that is easily forgotten take the i/o shield from the motherboard box

Simply snap this into place on the back of your PC case like I'm showing here

This is we're gonna have access to all your motherboard supports and connections and trust me just do this now

So you don't forget it later on after the motherboard is already installed

Next it's time to grab your CPU

And the processor itself along with most likely a fan will be inside the box now be very careful when handling this because the bottom

of the chip is

Very fragile in the entire build could get ruined if this gets damaged as you see here on this Ryzen 7

1700 CPU the pins are very tiny and fragile back to your motherboard pull the lever on the socket

Backwards to open it up now on the CPU

You'll see a little arrow in the corner

But so you can align it with the indicator on your motherboard for a proper install in the right orientation

Gently place it down

Do not add force if it doesn't just lay into place pick it up and realign it remember be very careful then from here you

Close the shield and the lever to secure the chip now it might seem like you're adding a little excessive force when you're closing this

Lever, but don't worry. This is normal. Next is installing your CPU cooler

If you have a stock cooler that came along with your CPU it's gonna have some

Pre-installed thermal paste on the bottom try not to touch or smear this

But in case there isn't any that's pre-installed and it came with it inside the box

Or if you bought your own try to put no more than a pea-sized on the sea

You from here this stock color just locks into place of those four pins

They line up at the holes that are cut out on the motherboard

I do want to mention that depending on whether you're building an AMD or Intel build the coolers might be different the resort to your

Motherboards manual or your coolers manual if you need additional instructions attached to your cooler is gonna be a four pin fan

Cable simply locate the CPU fan connector right at the top of your CPU and plug it in. This is now gonna

Give your fan power now real quick if you bought a different fan cooler

Or if you have a liquid a i/o resort to that manual because like I said before

AMD and Intel different on installation

And they include their own brackets and mounts so just resort to your manual for that like I said for this

We're just going with the stock fan cooler that came with our Ryzen. Chip next is probably the easiest part of building your PC

That's installing the RAM

Locate the DIMM slots here on your motherboard and line up the notch on the bottom of the RAM to its respective

Orientation whether you're installing one two or all four sticks of Ram you want to install them in the proper read or like I'm showing

You now but since we're installing four six the course revenge is RGB RAM for 32 gigs total

We're filling all the slots here with some RGB goodness if you installed a ram correctly with a little force the brackets on each side

Will snap into place securing it?

Now we're going to be putting the motherboard inside the case and make sure you have your case the side panels taken off

obviously most cases nowadays

Do have pre-installed motherboard standoffs so align your board with the standoffs inside.

Placement for this will vary depending on if you have an ITX or an ATX motherboard

And if there are no standoffs installed in your case use the ones that are most likely supplied with your cases packaging and screw them

In make sure your motherboard is lined up with the i/o shield in the back of the case for a proper fit then screw it

Down to lock it all in the place now do not over tighten these screws because you don't want a chance cracking your motherboard

Now while we're here your pre installed fan exhaust should have a cable lying free

You can just plug this into an available fan port on your motherboard

Ours is labeled system fan towards the top right

Although place one of these will vary on every motherboard now

Before we install the graphics card now is a good time to install the motherboard

Connections from your case since you'll have more room to work with

Running along the backside of your case you're going to have bundles of cables and connectors to need to be plugged in find your USB

And HD audio cables and locate their matching spot on the bottom of the motherboard

But the rest of the tiny pins are. Now from here

It's really just a matching game as each pin is labeled all I have to do is plug them into the correct spot

Some of these pins are very tiny and it might be hard to read

If you're having trouble reading these or finding where they go again

Just resort to your motherboards manual because it's gonna be a much easier diagram its laid out for you

And I'll show you where everything goes you can have a big USB 3.0

Connector lying free if your case features this and this two plugs into its matching spot once. That's all done

You'll not have access to your cases i/o buttons like the power reset and all the USB connectors

And your PC will have power and while we're here again

Because this is always easier to install before the GPU it's now a good time to connect your hard drive or your SSD

Some cases have mounting slots or SSDs as well as standard hard drive bays in the back

But since we're just using an SSD simply mounted here your motherboards also gonna come with a SATA cable

Which will connect your SSD to the motherboard itself?

But first plug in a tiny l-shaped connector, and then connected to your motherboard SATA ports on the front

These are usually towards the right side of the motherboard so you can have easy access to wrap the cable to it now

It's time for the graphics card

And it's really simple

Using a screwdriver or your fingers move the screws holding in the top two brackets on the back of the case

This is where you're gonna have access to HDMI DVI and DisplayPort connectors

That's gonna be for your monitor

Very similar to how we install the RAM match up the notch on the back of your GPU to the PCIe slot on the motherboard

With the fans on your GPU facing downward

You'll feel it snap into place and the connectors will be lined up with the rear of the case

Now use those same screws to secure the GPU to where those brackets were to secure it

This is the msi gtx 1070 TI so it's a newer card

And it's definitely a solid pickup if you want something similar to the 1080, but at a cheaper price and don't worry

We're pretty much all but done take out your power supply and locate the cables you're gonna need

This is depends on if you have a modular PSU or not our

CX 750 and from Corsair is modular and has 750 watts of power which is gonna

Be more than enough power for this build if your power supply is not modular then all the cables are already attached for you

We're gonna need a 8 pin and a 4 pin vga connector for our graphics card my motherboard needs

24 pin power connector on the right side here and

Powering the CPU is an 8 pin connector at the top left side of the motherboard

And lastly is gonna be powering that SSD and it's pretty much the same as the SATA cable just longer

Once you plug in the hardware to the power supply

It's time to secure in place this case is bottom mounted although some budget cases are top mounted for the PSU

You just slide it into place under the shroud here and usually included screws some cases to even have a bracket

But once it is screw it into place using included power adapter to get it up and running

Now we're pretty much done so grab your monitor mouse and keyboard

Turn it on and if after a few seconds it boots up to the BIOS screen that means you successfully follow this guide good job

Last thing and this is optional, but definitely recommended cable management while all those connectors on the back may be messy

It's in your best interest to bundle up as many of these as possible so it's much more organized that way

I'll make putting on the back panel much easier without potentially damaging anything if you ever need to change or swap out components having everything

Organized will make that much easier to find what you need your case probably has loops in the frame to zip-tie or use cable ties

So that's helpful once. That's done put back on your side panels screw them back into place, and you're good to go

Alright, so as you can see with this crazy cool RGB build from Corsair

We have going on here using that nice tempered glass crystal case with the RGB Ram and there ll series RGB fans

This PC is not only looking crazy cool, but it's done. It's up and running and that's how you build a gaming, PC

This build guide has brought to you by Corsair

And the new Corsair hydro pro liquid coolers these a iOS are meant to be seen not her

With flashy RGB dynamic zone lighting that would have been perfect for this video

combined with magnetic levitation fans and precise pump control

You'll have your pcs staying cool while keeping whisper silent for both AMD and Intel

CPUs the new hydro pro coolers have modular and tool free mounting brackets for easy installation you can also pick these up in two options

280 millimeters with the H 115 I Pro and

360 millimeters with the H 150 I Pro check the links down below to learn more so if you follow this guide

Step-by-step when your PCs good to go

Congratulations. You can get the gaming now

But remember like I said it depending on whether you're building an AMD or an Intel build

Some of the mounting steps will vary for the CPU as well as the cooler

Just check your manuals for that if you have any questions giving questions that you just have in general about building a PC let me

Know in the comment section down below and don't forget

You're solving a hardware that you like check the links in the description down below as well on everything listed down there for you

So I hope this video helped you out if it did and you enjoyed it. Give it a big thumbs up and show your support

Marijuana Stocks of the Week: HEMP, InMed Pharm. w/Jeffrey Friedland/ cannabis weed pot 2017 canada - Duration: 16:16.

Marijuana Stocks of the Week: Hemp Inc. (HEMP), InMed Pharm. (IN/IMLFF) with Jeffrey Friedland / cannabis weed pot 2017 canada hemp investing robinhood to buy now invest in canadian medical david moadel

welcome to looking at the markets with David Modell we've got our frequent

regular guest mr. Jeffrey Freedland and we're going to talk about two marijuana

stocks of the week so the stocks we're gonna look at this week are hemp ink

which the stock ticker is hmpf that makes sense to me and then we're

going to go over to the Canadian side of things as we often do we'll be doing in

med pharmaceuticals which in Canada trades under the symbol I n in the

United States OTC markets it is I M L F F so mr.

Geoffrey Freedland welcome back to looking at the markets great it's great

to be back here with David it's always wonderful to have you and I want

everybody everybody to go check out WWWE Friedland comm you want to check out all

the resources available on that website and also get a copy of the book you

don't have it yet you need to get it which is marijuana the world's most

misunderstood plant it's available on Amazon and there's going to be a link in

the description below this video alright so today as we do every week we'll be

discussing these two marijuana stocks and we're going to start with the

American side of things just to mix it up today which is hemp ink now we

discuss this back in August we did a video on that but you know sometimes we

come back to things because things change let's take another look and Jeff

what can you tell us about hemp ink well we're revisiting him peak and I think

it's David the first company we've revisited since July you know and why

because our viewers are asking for it yeah um a lot of interest in this stock

you know basically we've talked about pick-and-shovel industries

pick-and-shovel industries David you know that terminology came up during the

California Gold Rush where it was said that the people who sold picks

shovels made more money than the miners so you know we've talked about that as a

relates tool some of the companies we've talked about every week and where

there's some incredible opportunities potentially of companies surrounding

industries that won't touch the plant as we like to say and those could be

companies that provide software or branding or packaging or consulting

other services so temp Inc has described itself as you know really an ancillary

pick-and-shovel industry they like to say the hemp plant is hemp as industrial

hemp is cannabis but it's not psychoactive but in the u.s. it's still

there's a lot of legal issues as to whether any derivative of the hemp plant

is truly legal technically under the Controlled Substances Act it is not most

people tend to ignore that because the farm bill that was put in place and

signed by President Obama in February of 2014 but even that's a little bit

problematic so they're in the hemp CBD business they are interested in that's

their principal focus they were more in lots of different things there's still

lots of different things but their main focus since we looked at this company

before is really in the processing of industrial hemp both for our uses of the

stock as well as the flowers where the cannabinoid CBD comes from yep fair

enough now Jeff what can you tell us about hemp shares how are they trading

well when we looked at it you know back in August is about 2.8 cents I looked it

up David um obviously a true penny stock you know it's still a trading in that

range I think it might have closed Friday at 3 cents the 52-week range on

this which we always try to look at was the law of one point for seven cents and

a high of 0.06 five six and a half cents so a lot of jumping around on the price

and again you know those viewers of ours who were traders love that the you know

even though the stock is around two point

since right now three cents it was just a week or two ago at four cents I mean

that's a 25 percent variation lots of opportunities short-term for our viewers

or traders it's a very small company on market cap you know we talked about the

Canadian and there's a premium to be a Canadian company for a lot of reasons

huge valuations but the market cap on this one is 8.2 million dollars

so it's a tiny tiny micro cap penny stock but the interesting thing about it

is the average daily volume is 40 million shares so lots of action on this

one for the traders yeah yeah sounds like it

all right now Jeff before we went on the air you indicated that you now had a

major concern regarding hemp ink so what is your concern and then would you

consider it still a buy or would you now consider a sell or hold right when we

talked about it you know I think in August you know I like the company and I

said you know everybody should there are people that are interested in it should

maybe just you know get some shares and put it away or have fun trading what

concerns me is is that they're not a they're not a file or they're not a

reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission SEC there is

what's called an alternative filer fil er and if you go to OTC Markets calm and

you pull up HMP as a symbol which I would encourage all our viewers to do

you'll see all these warnings on there because of the fact that it is not a

reporting company and an alternative file or they do have some disclosure out

there but you know this company should be a reporting company so my position is

I like what they're doing you know they they have what they have said is the

largest multi-purpose industrial hemp processing facility in North America now

you know the largest facility in North America to process have to which is in

North Carolina a big deal but they're not going to get any respect for

investors as opposed to traders ya know 40 million shares a day and for average

volume from investors until they become a reporting company so it's my hope

David that you know management and they see this segment can really look at it

and say there's a reason that we should become you know a reporting company

we're gonna earn more respect I think was Rodney Dangerfield used to say but I

think I don't get any respect or some variation yeah this company would get a

lot more respect there North Carolina operation and other things they do but

the largest ham processor in the world they say that I didn't I mean in North

America anyway it's potentially a big deal but they've got to become a

reporting issuer so my position on any company that we talked about going

forward who's not a reporting company I'm not going to be bullish on it

because I believe that if you're gonna be public do it the right way be a

reporting company so full disclosures available for investors now the flip

side of that forty million shares of volume a price that can grow up 25

percent over a day or two or three you knows we talked about two point eight

cents right now or three four cents a week ago could be four cents next week

if that kind of volume incredible trading opportunities yeah you know so

our trainers know how to deal with that to watch our show and have fun with it

absolutely for all you dip buyers and short-term traders out there we're gonna

say maybe you can continue to work with it with with this stock hemp Inc but as

far as being a long-term buy and hold yeah we're not going to recommend it at

this time because they are not currently a reporting company so hey maybe this

will be a little wake-up call to the management hint-hint

might want to make some changes in that regard all right so let's move on to the

Canadian side of things as we like to do we're gonna look at in mid

Pharmaceuticals Inc that's I am lff in the United States in Canada it is simply

I and all right so what first of all is the business of in med pharmaceuticals

well they've just thought they described himself as a preclinical stage

biopharmaceutical company specializing in developing novel therapeutics and and

you know in the cannabinoid medicine side so basically they're they're

looking at formulations of cannabinoids the active components of the cannabis

plant for various medical conditions and disorders but their preclinical which

means that they're really at the formulation stage they haven't started

doing any trials animal or human trials all right now Jeff you indicated to me

that the company recently brought in what you saw as significant capital can

you tell us about that yeah they just announced I think in the last couple

weeks maybe even more recent than that and oversubscribed placement of nine

point four million Canadian dollars a lot of money for you know what stage

development they are I'm impressed with it

hats off to them they can put that money to good use as you know they're in the

pharma they're in a cannabinoid pharma development company and as many of our

viewers know I I'm CEO of a company that's public in the u.s. - and Teva

biopharma which is NT VA we're in a similar business were an American

company you know it's not as easy to raise capital as an American company as

Canadian companies and in Canada everybody's sort of throwing money at

Canadian companies and that nine point four million very impressive

yeah so it sounds like a benefit all right now what can you tell us about the

stock right it's right now it's in the dollar ten US this is us because it's

Canadian us trading range its 52-week range has been eighteen cents you know

really low to a dollar ninety five you know again we're looking at a dollar ten

now it was just a 95 a dollar 95 a couple of weeks ago hmm so it's almost

it's off almost fifty percent you can't really attribute that to the whole

sessions effect with the coal memorandum and what's going on in Washington

because they're in the pharma development side they're immune to that

so I'm not exactly sure why it's off it may have to do with sort of lack of any

better terminology somebody playing games with a price who came in with that

large financing because it might have been pegged to a market price and they

could buy make that nine point four million dollar investment based on some

sort of evaluation at a doll or something rather than double that price

so that's what my guess is I you know again I don't view this as a trading

opportunity although you know probably a lot of our viewers have traded it and

are trading it yeah but I have a feeling that the price came down because of the

financing I have a feeling just because of where they're at that it will likely

bounce back okay all right well yeah it might now Jeff what about in meds drug

development program what can you tell us about that yeah they have two drugs

under development the one that is most relevant to our viewers and this is

really early stage is glaucoma and you know glaucoma was one of the original

medical conditions that people saw a benefit from cannabinoids is going back

years ago so the fact that they're interested in that is very interesting

to me what I don't know about it David and sort of the is whether they have the

patent applications or patents I couldn't find that maybe they do but

glaucoma and that benefits of cannabinoids for glaucoma are pretty

established not on an FDA type trial basis but based on anecdotal information

that's out there you know if you type in Google glaucoma and cannabis you may

have 10,000 links so I don't know if they have anything proprietary they're

developing we'll have to see I'm sure that they've got their act together on

it I mean I you know I so we'll find out sure all right so let's get to the

bottom line if that's okay Jeff what is your conclusion for our viewers

regarding in med pharmaceuticals yeah I think it's a definite

especially at these levels I you know especially with what's happened with

sessions in the United States the pharma development space cannabinoid Pharma

development space is one that if they're not involved in the state licensed

medical business in the u.s. that's totally federally legal in the United

States so one of the things I want to focus in in coming weeks David because

of this whole problem with attorney general sessions versus the states and

now is a you know the the removal of pulled the rug out from under the state

license businesses we need to focus on the pharma side because those are

companies that are totally legal federally so it's sort of a safe harbor

for our viewers who want to get involved as investors and the cannabinoid in the

cannabis sector but are a little freaked out what's happening out of Washington

so in med as part of that especially at these levels

absolutely by you know we've talked about a couple of week or two ago iNSYS

therapeutics company out of phoenix on nasdaq again similar strategy totally

legal federally we've talked about GW Pharmaceuticals so I think there's an

opportunity for our viewers to put together a little mini portfolio of

pharmaceutical development companies and the cannabinoid space I think it's very

beneficial very nice all right well for you out there watching and listening I

hope you enjoyed our discussion of in med pharmaceuticals and hemp Inc yes we

are revisiting stocks if that's what you would like to see us do so we get our

ideas from you as far as what we discuss on this program so keep them coming that

is the suggestions all right the ideas the comments you can put them in the

description or I'm sorry in the comments section below this video alright and you

can email me also at David Modell at gmail.com also don't forget to visit

www.gfi.com/webmonitor

calm and you can also just go to the description check the link below this

video we're going to keep them coming every week as long as mr. Jeffrey

friedlin lets me interview them I'm gonna keep doing it because I'm learning

so much I hope you are too so Jeff thanks a lot for all all of your

research you do and everything you do and can't wait to see what you have next

week here on looking at the markets thanks David

thank you for watching please like comment and subscribe and I'll see you

next time

-------------------------------------------

Handevision Iberit 35mm F2.4 is a budget option for Leica users - MEGAPIXEL - Duration: 3:26.

I've been curious about Handevision's small range of Iberit primes since Dan and I saw

them in person at last year's CP+ show in Yokohama.

Street prices for the lenses range between $640-800 for 24mm, 35mm, 75mm, and 90mm primes

in Leica M-mount, and a little less for Fujifilm X and Sony E-mount versions, making them relatively

affordable by the standards of all three systems.

Designed in Germany and made in China ('Handevision' is a portmanteau term - 'Han' signifies

'China' in Mandarin, while the following two letters 'De' represent the first two letters

of 'Deutschland') the Iberit line is intended to be a low-cost alternative to 'own-brand'

lenses and established third-party primes, for photographers dipping their toes into

manual focus photography.

Key specifications: Focal length: 35mm.

Format: Full-frame (Leica M, Fujifilm X, Sony E-mount).

Manual focus.

Aperture range: F2.4-16 (In 1/2 stops).

Filter thread: 49mm.

Close focus: 0.7m (0.35m for E/X-mount versions).

Hood: Included, bayonet.

Length / Diameter: 35 / 58mm (1.4 / 2.3in).

Weight: 220g (7.7oz).

Optical construction: 6 elements in 6 groups.

Since I tend to shoot mostly at 35mm, I was most interested in the Iberit 35mm F2.4.

So when I found a used copy in Leica M mount in my local camera store recently I decided

to take a chance and buy it, mostly out of curiosity.

If it turned out to be really good, maybe it would find a place in my permanent camera

kit.

If it ended up being a dud, I had 30 days to return it for a refund.

In summary, the Handevision Iberit 35mm F2.4 is a good lens, which offers solid performance

on the Leica M10.

It's relatively sharp in the middle and at the edges of the frame wide open, but not

competitive with modern ILC lenses with even faster apertures like the Nikon full-frame

35mm F1.8G.

Modern lens design has moved optics forward, naturally.

But the Iberit is still a pleasant surprise for non bokeh-fanatics.

It's very sharp across the frame by F5.6.

Vignetting is negligible, distortion is simple and easy to deal with, and I can't see lateral

CA anywhere in my test shots, even with all profiling turned off.

If You Don't Produce You Die! Get Serious about Your Business! // The Real Estate Blitz! - Duration: 7:53.

Alright! What's going on everybody! KSAkris here: The Real Estate Blitz! And today, is

a mindset day. We're gonna talk a little bit about mindset and first off I want to put

this out to you, this is a truth and unfortunately a lot of people, a lot of real estate agents

don't understand or accept this truth. Even if they understand it they don't accept it.

And you have to take it deep, you have to take it deep. Here is the truth, if you don't

produce, you die. If you don't produce, your business dies. If you don't produce, you got

to go back and get a normal job.

I have a friend of mine, he called me the other day and he watches these videos and

I feel really bad. I've been trying to bring him over to our team and trying to communicate

with him and I have given him a lot of mentorship and we won't talk about why it didn't work

for him. I know ... well we will, we probably will. Why not you know? Let's talk about why

it didn't work for him ; but he gave me a call and he says "Yeah man. I got to go get

a job. You know, I've been talking to my wife and I got to go back and get a job." and it's

unfortunate, and the big reason why is really what we're talking about today. If you don't

produce you die and you have to believe that and know it is truth so you can get to the

next part.

You have to get serious about your business by changing your relationship with it. Let

me say that again. You need to absolutely get serious about your business by changing

your relationship with it. A lot of real estate agents treat their real estate business like

a part-time gig. "Oh I don't do that, I work it full-time!" Okay, let's break down your

day. Let's break down your week and then let's look at your total production. What are you

doing every day that's consistent, that you've done over an extended period of time in order

to generate new business or mature previous business - or nurture previous business. "Well

you know, I show up and you know, I do stuff." That's what I hear. I do stuff. So you have

no plan - you have no business plan. You don't do any specific actions every day. You don't

do specific actions monthly. You don't do specific actions quarterly. You don't know

what your budget is. You don't know what you're spending. You're not reinvesting money whenever

you do close the deal. You're not doing anything.

So that's a hobby. That's a hobby. Go collect uh I don't know ... like Beanie Babies, that's

a hobby. "Well I can make money off collecting -" Remember that whole phase? That big craze.

"Oh Beanie Babies are on fire and you can sell em for a ton of money!" You know that's

a hobby unless it's a business. So let's talk about - I love sneakers. Just the business

in general. I don't know if you all know but like, there are young adults right now - and

I'll say young adults whether they're teenagers or younger that are purchasing and selling

shoes and they're making a ton of cash doing it, and it's really because they're developing

and designing a business. Now some of those aren't making the same amount of money, they're

like "Oh well you know that person's doing it and they're making awesome money, why am

I not making money?" Because the difference is they're treating it like a business. So

you got to get serious about your business and change the relationship you have with

it. Stop making it a hobby. Sit down and do the things that need to be done, and sometimes

that means you need to do a stand down for a day or two and actually write it all out,

and then create a plan of action and then violently attack it. Violently attack that

plan of action! Okay?

To me, 90% of real estate is mindset. The other 10% is doing specific actions. It really

is. It's doing specific actions. I was hanging out with a buddy of mine, Paul last night.

He was here at the office while we're getting the internet up and we kind of wrote out these

4 basic simple things, that if somebody did everyday, working pretty much four hours a

day, not including appointments, but just specifically grinding for 4 hours a day, that they're going

to be a six-figure agent. They will absolutely be a six-figure agent, it's not hard. The

challenge is even if you give that stuff to people, which we've done here, they don't

take the action, they don't do the work. They hear you, so even right now. You're watching

the videos, but you're not writing down what's going on and you're not saying "How can I

implement this in my business today." "How can I violently attack this so I can generate

more money?" and it starts with knowing. Knowing is truth. If I don't produce, I die. If I

don't produce, my business is over. And then learning to take your business seriously and

changing your relationship with it so it's not a hobby, but it's actually a job.

And that's how I view it. I'm here every morning, I get in here the same time, I sit down, I

knock down specific tasks, once I get off of here I'm doing my calls for two hours,

then I'm gonna sit down and do an hour of lead follow-up because I got a lot of leads

I gotta follow-up on. After my hour of lead follow-up I got to go to - I mean because

I'm an owner as well I got other stuff I got to do, but I got to go down to San Diego and

I got to do a meeting down there, I come back up here for a meeting with a title rep, but

then I go into the last half. So then I'm gonna sit down and do my handwritten letters

today after I get done with my handwritten letters, I'm gonna do my social media. After

I'm done with my social media, I'm gonna do all of my updates and my client happiness

calls so it's a process. And here's the thing, I own the business but you know, if you really

want to go after it and make the kind of money that you want to make, you have to get serious

about it and change the way that you view your business. You have to deeply believe

and know that if I don't produce, I die.

I'm gonna probably - you know maybe I'll do that...because it's like mid month right now

so maybe I'll do a mid-month update on the challenge! The Real Estate Blitz Challenge!

A few people challenged me to the idea of starting over my personal business with really

no money, as a brand new agent and how I produce so maybe I'll do a video on that, but I'll

go deeper into what I'm doing every day on that next video so keep your eyes open for

that one, and then you can actually see what I would recommend right now you start doing

if you just want to really ramp up your business.

Anyway, so that's what I got today! KSAKris! The Real Estate Blitz! Do me a favor! LIKE/SHARE/COMMENT!

Subscribe to the YouTube channel! That'd be really cool because I'm always going to keep

putting stuff out there unless I don't have internet. Check out the YouTube channel! You

Go and follow me on my Instagram page so it's just KSAKris! Kris with a K! KSA. K R I S.

Check out my Instagram page! That one is really just me. That's really my daily life, it's

not anything like this. It's just, if you want to see what I do and what I'm about,

you can actually learn more about who I am just by watching my screen page and it's - I

love Instagram because it's just like living life in photos. But you can check me out there,

and if you have any questions, leave me a comment! I always try to reply to the comment

within 24 hours unless I'm down on internet so I'm gonna be replying to a bunch of YouTube

comments today. Drop me a comment! If you need help or if you have a question, call

me, hit me up! If I don't answer, I'll call you back. You know, get me now before I could

become real famous or something I don't know, and you know I got like 80,000 subscribers

that'd be cool. But uh, that's all I got today! Alright appreciate y'all! Keep grinding and

BREAKING! Trump LAYS WASTE To Dems DUBIOUS Scheme For DACA DREAMERS!!! - Duration: 19:40.

BREAKING! Trump LAYS WASTE To Dems DUBIOUS Scheme For DACA DREAMERS!!!

Did the president finally learn a valuable lesson last week?

In that the Democrats will "NEVER" compromise, will "NEVER" negotiate in good faith,

and will "NEVER" support the president's agenda, even on issues they once supported.

The Dick Durbin incident is indicative of how the left plans on dealing with the Trump

Administration.

If this weekend's comments by the president that the DACA deal is "'probably dead"

is an indication of how the president intends to finally deal with Democrats going forward

then hopefully he's learned his lesson well, in that the Democrats aren't looking for

a "DACA fix" that allows the president to claim a victory, they want to simply continue

"blooding him up.'

On Sunday the president indicated that aside from the DACA deal being dead, he surmised

that the Democrats "don't want to help" DACA recipients.

The firestorm created by Democrat Dick Durbin is actually a textbook play that the discredited

senator has been playing for decades, in which he simply fabricates an issue, the good senator

has a long recorded history of making false accusations, once even raising the ire of

President Obama.

Trump on Monday morning reverenced once again his comments on Sunday that the Democrats

don't want a bipartisan compromise on DACA or any immigration deal, moreover the remark

attributed to him that certain 3rd world countries were "s**holes," the president claims

he never made, furthermore the 5-other individuals present claim they never heard the president

make those remarks.

However, the damage has already been achieved.

The president reiterated once again that he's "ready, willing and able to make a deal

but they don't want to.

They don't want security at the border, they don't want … to stop drugs, they

want to take money away from our military which we cannot do,' Trump continued in

a pair of tweets.

'My standard is very simple, AMERICA FIRST & MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!'

The reality is Democrats are actually panicking over the continued economic boom, in which

almost 70% of the voting public polled said the economy was either "good" or "excellent,"

and perhaps that's the reason why Democrats tagged Durbin to create a diversion, which

is the standard playbook of identity politics that the left engages in.

Do you believe this type of dirty politics might actually succeed or is the voting public

finally wise enough to see it for what

it is?

Parenting an Indigo Child from an Indigo's Point of View - Duration: 5:33.

Parenting an Indigo Child from an Indigo's Point of View

WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT A 15 YEAR-OLD INDIGO would be writing an article on parenting?

Well, not me, thats for sure!

If you think about it though, it makes a lot of sense.

Before we came here, we chose you as parents for a reason. Perhaps we thought you could

help us learn the best, or maybe even we could help you.

The only thing we didnt anticipate was the fact that you werent particularly ready

for our arrival. In many cases Indigo children chose Indigo parents or grandparents because

it would allow them to develop in specific ways.

But some of us saw the potential light in the hearts of others and decided to enter

Earths reality with the help of those people.

These adults were often unprepared for the differences that their children represented.

Parenting an Indigo is often quite unlike parenting a child with a different vibration.

We depend on you to help us get through life up until the point that we begin our work

toward our ultimate purpose. Its a big job, but remember, we chose you because we

knew you could help us.

But sometimes you do need a little help. Indigos can be extremely stubborn, and often it seems

we have no reason to be!

To get the best out of us, there are a few things you have to do as parents (or teachers

and grandparents of course!):

1. Be ready to listen to us

We came here to teach, ultimately. One of the things we truly dislike is when someone

believes that age determines whether one has anything to say. Its actually one of the

things were here to get rid of.

Just because were young doesnt mean we cant teach you things. The opposite

is true; we can teach you so much! The hidden mysteries of the world are so easily found,

but you may need out help to see them. Because we remember how to look, we can show you.

2. Explain things to us: what we must do and why

One of the things we find hard to do is accept authority without any explanation or choice.

We are known as the great rebels for this reason! We will not do something if it doesnt

seem to have a purpose.

If you explain to us why something must be done, or give us a choice on how or when we

do it, we will likely listen to the logic. If the logic is flawed, however, we will not

hesitate to say so.

3. Tell the truth

This is a big issue. We are pretty good at telling a lie from a truth, so dont think

you can fool us. We find it hard to respect people who lie openly to us, or anyone else.

4. Respect any psychic gifts that may emerge

As Indigos, we are often psychic. Its crucial to our development that we nurture these abilities

as theyll help us in our future purposes. Although it may seem scary or strange, we

know what we are doing.

If you ask, well tell you what were doing and maybe even teach you if you like.

This also goes for Indigos who do not show signs of psychic gifts. Theyre not rejects

of any kind and theyre certainly not any less important than those who do! That stands

for all children, Indigo or not.

5. Be patient

We are newcomers to this world. It is often strange and hard to comprehend. Where once

we were fluid beings without physical limitations, we are now connected powerfully with a specific

body.

Because we remember a time before arms and legs and eyes, it is sometimes hard to adapt.

Please, be our guides, and understand that we may not talk for a while longer than most

children, or we may not walk until after the others. We just need time to consider the

reason for doing these things, really.

Why talk when mind-to-mind contact is so easy? Why walk when levitation is a simple task?

We will eventually see the significance of doing these things, especially with your encouragement.

6. Be fair

To me, fairness is very important. If things arent fair or someone isnt being treated

fairly, well let you know. As Indigos, we know that certain things in life must be

present, such as fairness, truth, love and peace.

7. Love us unconditionally

And, of course, love is the most important thing. Love is an amazing energy that works

on all levels of consciousness. It encompasses everything and everyone. All people need love

to exist and survive in this reality. We will love you as we always have.

Those are our needs, and the needs of all children on earth! Provide these things and

we will do what we can to better help you and this world. We thank you for loving us

so much and for allowing us to experience this reality and its wonders!

The Dumbest MISTAKES I've Made in Pokemon w/Monkiez! - Duration: 5:27.

Dumb Mistakes I've Made in Pokemon Mistakes, something we all make in life.

Whether it be a big or small one, mistakes are something that can impact us in many different

ways.

You could choose not to study for a test and get a bad grade, or you could accidentally

start world war III with just one tweet, or you could even make a mistake big enough to

end your whole lets play *play red and blue soul link*.

But seriously though, I've recently been thinking about the kind of mistakes I've

made while playing pokemon.

A lot of these could have come from my lack of experience at the time, or maybe some of

them could've been me just not thinking properly.

But without further ado today I present to you guys the Dumbest Mistakes I've Made

in Pokemon.

At the end of the video if you did enjoy make sure to leave a like comment and maybe even

subscribe if youre new, but with that being said let's get started.

The first Pokemon games I've ever owned as a child were pokemon diamond, pearl and

platinum.

I remember me as an 8 year old playing through the games and headed to the spear pillar.

While going through Mt. Coronet I encountered a Pokemon I didn't ever see before, a clefable.

I saw it and instantly wanted to catch it but the only Poke ball I had was the master

ball.

So guess what I did… yeah.

In the end it prevented me from catching giratina as the Master ball was literally my only chance

of getting it and it was gone.

Sinnoh was a region of lots of lore, and in Solaceon Town there were ruins full of unown.

After being told that there were 28 different unown and if you caught them all you'd get

a prize, I set out to catch each and every one.

I remember I'd spend hours and hours of my days running into the same unown over and

over again.

After finally catching all 26, I got the greatest prize imaginable, seals.

Yes after spending all that time, my heart was broken to find out there was no actual

reward.

Another mistake that I made also came from that Platinum game, but it took place in my

copy of Pokemon Heart Gold.

I remember having a level 97 torterra that I transferred to heart gold from platinum

and I wanted to get to level 100.

It was my highest leveled Pokemon at the time and I wanted it to achieve the greatest potential

it could.

Since I had beaten the game and it was near impossible to level him up I decided to boot

up the action replay and just put in an exp modifier, and what do you have it, of course,

I corrupted my game.

A Pokemon Journey starts with what could easily make

or break your team, the starter Pokemon.

When starting up my first playthrough of Pokemon Fire Red and Leaf Green as my starter I decided

to go with the cover Pokemon, Charmander.

Charmander evolved into Charizard so I instantly thought that this would've been a walk in

the park for me, but oh what I wrong.

I got a huge boost of confidence after sweeping through Viridian Forest, but it was all hell

once I get to Brock's gym.

I constantly lost over and over again, I would get past his geodude but his onix always stood

in my way.

Even with the move metal claw at level 13 it still wasn't enough to win.

After finally beating him and struggling through mount moon, I had another challenge, misty's

gym.

And you could probably already tell how that went.

You guys know how theres always that one shady dude in every single game that sells you a

Magikarp.

Well, this is probably a mistake you've made too, just wasting 500$ on a Pokemon that

was essentially free.

And Finally what I consider one of my biggest mistakes is not evolving my Eevee.

I remember back in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl when you recieved a free Eevee from Bill.

At the time I had not known about different evolutionary stones or methods so all I did

was continue to level it up.

Eventually it evolved out of nowhere into an espeon and I was super suprised, I didn't

even know it existed.

So those were some of the dumbest mistakes I've ever made while playing Pokemon.
