The Strangest Case of All Time - The Bizarre Fairies of the West Midlands - Duration: 6:36.

Hello friends and welcome Today I must be clear with you from the beginning.

I'll share a most unusual case, it's those stories that are difficult

to catalog ... of those, that baffle for the absurdity of the facts.

A story that curiously related to the ufological, but at the same time uncomfortable

Omarosa Manigault suddenly left the White House last month leaving more questions than

answers, and now we're learning more about her activities while she was a part of the

President's team.

Apparently, while she was there she was recording just about every conversation she had, the

New York Daily News is reporting.

While she likely didn't record anything that is incriminating or otherwise harmful

to the administration, the fact that she did it shows where her loyalties lie, and it's

not with the President.

According to the report, Omarosa has been shopping high profile attorneys as of late,

ostensibly to deal with the coming legal backlash from recording privileged conversations inside

of the West Wing.

As if that wasn't already bad enough, she's reportedly been speaking with none other than

Lisa Bloom and former Bill Cosby attorney Monique Pressley, among others.

It's quite odd she ran straight to prominent Democrat attorneys after getting busted, wouldn't

you say?

It makes you wonder who put her up to it.

From the Daily News:

It is not immediately clear why the former "Apprentice" star is seeking legal help,

but those with knowledge of her unceremonious removal from the White House say she is "very

concerned" that trouble is on the horizon.

The 43-year-old apparently believes she may become a fixture in Mueller's investigation

into possible connections between the Trump campaign and Russia's election meddling.

"Everyone knows Omarosa loves to record people and meetings using the voice notes

app on her iPhone," a source disclosed.

"Don't be surprised if she has secret audio files on everyone in that White House,

past and present staffers included."

A recent ban on personal cell phones in the West Wing, which followed the release of Michael

Wolff's explosive White House tell-all was related to Manigault-Newman's track record

of recording conversations, the source added.

Perhaps it was the discovery that Omarosa had been recording privileged conversations

that led to her abrupt departure from the White House?

It's hard to say, but one thing is for certain; those with good intentions don't exactly

go around recording conversations with people who are supposed to trust her.

Since this is an environment we're lighting, the keylight is always the sun or moon or any very bright light. If you can, get reference as to the kind of look you're going for; it'll help out a lot.

Editing/remapping the MaxDistance and FarZAtten sliders so that the light travels further is super useful for outdoor keylights

Always remember to colour your lights so they're not pure white, but don't go overboard and oversaturate or it'll look unnatural!

ShadowSlopeBias and ShadowSlopeDepthBias are very important sliders. If the light is far away enough it won't render shadows correctly and will show them disconnected from objects. These sliders fix this

but if you turn them too far down they'll make the shadows look weirdly artifacted, so don't go overboard.

My first keylight wasn't properly lighting the top of the castle, so I added another one. As long as the light is travelling in the same direction and looks the same it's fine to do that. sfm has no directional lights rip

i have no idea why i made a second keylight. you wont even see the exterior of the castle in this short. why

Messing with the position of the keylights to make them match the reference better.

Adding a shadowless ambient light below the map. Ambient lights soften out and add colour to darker areas as well as providing an overall base colour.

that said, i had no idea what i was doing with this ambient light, so I just tried a bunch of stuff

Also here i had no idea how to properly light this indoor part so i made a big shadowless ambient light and tried some things

making another keylight. why not

here I used the camera's ToneMapScale as something similar to camera ISO/exposure to brighten the room and overexpose the exterior.

the light from outside of this doorway pours into the room in the reference and i thought it looked pretty neat so i tried to put it in

the light wasnt casting shadows and i had no idea why but it turned out i didn't set MaxDistance high enough. oops

there we go

softening out the shadows with ShadowFilterSize. i love shadowfiltersize so much

brightened the previous ambient light so see how that'd look with the new light from the door. alright for now

the ambient light from before looked a bit weird so went n fixed that right up

SFM lights by default don't have a lot of options but in their element viewer menu you can turn them into uberlights, which gives you full control over the height and width of the light. theyre pretty good

by turning off the shadows on these lights I can go within the lanterns and make the edges of the light match up with the width of the light source

Uberlights can also control the falloff of the height and width, so edges can be as hard or as soft as needed

duplicated these lights for the other lantern

quickly renaming the duplicates so things don't get confusing

because SFM isn't a proper rendering software it can't do bounce lighting or global illumination, so you have to fake it

When light hits a surface, especially a shiny or bright surface, it often bounces off of it

What I'm doing is looking at where the light would bounce into the room, at what angle it would do that and then creating shadowless lights to show that

When light bounces, it often bounces off as the same colour as what it's bouncing off of. The light is hitting this kind of brown wood walkway so I made the light kind of brown

hows it look with ambient?

extending the FarZAtten and MaxDistance on these lantern lights so they hit the wall a bit

then duplicating them and putting them on these other lanterns down here

OK LETS FINALLY GET THIS AMBIENT RIGHT

Placed the light right at the very top of the scene and then created another ambient, this time below the scene to hit all the surfaces the light from above couldn't get

also another light tip: don't be afraid to go all out on the light colours, especially for ambient lights. SFM is known for having a very recognizable kind of washed out style (mosty because of volumetrics) but it doesn't have to be like that all the time. Go crazy.

Now focusing on the AO and trying to make it look ok. you can adjust the settings for Ambient Occlusion via the SSAOBias, SSAOStrength and SSAORadius sliders on the camera.

Character lighting test to see how much the scene lights affect a model

...they literally dont affect him at all. cool. i have no idea why that is though i think it has something to do with ToneMapScale being turned up so high

Now time for the detail lights, lights that don't really affect the environment but make it look better i.e. all these lanterns hanging around

I made an uberlight with a very high width so that I could cover all of these lanterns in one.

time for the rest. i didnt realize it but i actually duplicated the top ambient light for these lanterns. it worked ok i just shortened the FarZAtten a lot

Default radius for lights is around 120 degrees but you can remap the sliders up to 170 degrees without breaking the light, covering a lot more area. pretty helpful for stuff like these lanterns

Time for the mural light

after colouring, I turned it into another uberlight, giving it a very high width so it could cover the entire mural.

I also messed with the height a bit cause it looked pretty good

I made each group of lights into separate groups which I could hide to increase performance

The hanging lanterns/detail lights were grouped into a separate group, as well as the lights on the lanterns on the ground and the bounce lights

I added a volumetric light coming through the tiny window at the top

the MinDistance slider affects how far out until the light actually starts working. This means you can put a shadowed volumetric light behind a window (which will block it off) and then use MinDistance to make the light start from where the window is

rather than placing a volumetric light in front of a window, where the shape of the light doesn't match the window at all

I ended up making it an uberlight anyway

Uberlights have a different method of determining how far the light travels. on top of Max Distance/FarZAtten you have to use two OTHER sliders, CutOn and CutOff.

its dumb but its worth it. uberlights are Good

The light was now hitting way too much of the scene so I had to mess around and try and find out why.

in the end i faked the shape of the window using the width and height

man this trementina pan is a thing of beauty it is so it's really thick and

best of all made in USA murca this is a professional five-star chef quality like

you know Waffle House and Angola state prison so to start this off I got a poor

little oil in here just dribble and then I got a wipe the pan with it and then

heat it on medium for 3 minutes and then let it cool then wash it out and that's

just the first time you use it when you get pregnant this is a 12 inch pan and

honestly it's a little big and I've already ordered the 10-inch pan this is

a good pan but for just one omelet for me

the 10-inch pan is going to be better so I've ordered the 10-inch pan and in the

link below I will leave an Amazon link to both pans so let me get this wiped

and heated up and washed out and tell you what I did with that last pan it was

a good pan and I messed it up lots of people warned me against it but do I

listen no I would put it directly from the heat under the cold water and rinse

it out with big dummy so anyway I replayed

and I'll be more careful with this we'll be back as soon as I get this seasoned

and ready to be cooked in all right today's omelet is going to be filled

with potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers and I hope the O'Briens don't

matter and I'm gonna add a few more peppers just because

and medium heat they said you don't want to ever get these pans past the medium

high medium I don't know why but really does I think that's partly what damaged

the other pan I that was getting to okay so uh put these these are raw so I'll

have to cook these recently to be thoroughly cooked and then I'm gonna put

cheese on it oh it's gonna be good I'll get this all cooked up and we'll be back

all right here we go brand-new pan take one do we have

anybody who tried to horn in on your stove cooking couldn't wait just a few

minutes gonna get done I take too long it's perfection I'm striving for

omelette perfection who are you gonna feed with this tiny little omelette

so where's the beef they're gonna be from this one but there is cheese

scrambled eggs you must be a beginner here we go no

don't rip hoho I think we have achieved omelette perfection that is an awesome

gonna do some heavy-duty grilling when i grill he's a group where there's him

We are living in chaotic and tumultuous times. We have a plethora of information pumped out

at us from every channel, be it media, religion, government or our social groups.

You must be this, act like that, live like us � you know the story but you are feeling

overwhelmed and a definite sense of lack. That pit in your stomach that tells you something

is not quite right.

The truth is that when you filter through all this garbage and sift out the gems, you

are.

Hey! You left that sentence hanging � you can�t do that!

Yes, I can and I did it for a good reason. You just are � the �I am that I am�,

nothing more, nothing less. Everything else that is external and trying to tug at your

attention is a mere distraction to the call that comes from within.

That feeling of

being alone in the world not being understood

not even understanding yourself feeling depressed

emotional swings always struggling to be happy

or to have enough the need to be recognized or acknowledged

the fear of not being good enough Do these attributes sound familiar?

What is worrisome is that the medical profession starts to label all these conditions and you

are now marked as �chronically depressed�, �ADHD� or �bi-polar� (yeah, aren�t

we all! This is the realm of duality), the list goes on. Then the medicating starts and

what is treated is suppressed and the little emotion we have left is dulled-down to a drip.

Does Medicine Come Cheap

It should but alas it doesn�t, especially not if you are in the business of making money

from illness. If the drug corporations and governments truly had people�s welfare at

heart, medicine and healing practices would not literally have to cost you and arm or

a leg.

Keep �em Sick

The more illnesses recognized by the profession the better � the more money to be made.

Have you ever looked at the contra-indications of medicine? It�s a laugh! And it�s all

�legal�. I especially love how most medication warns that this may result in death � no

shit, Sherlock!

Be careful of labels when the condition is emotional. Ply it with drugs if you want to

sweep things under the rug, maybe we�ll see you back here in another life to work

it out, or maybe you can deal with it today.

The Real Good News

there is a non-expensive cure to any disease, mental or physical. It�s called AWARENESS.

Awareness or enlightenment doesn�t automatically conjure up a cloud for you to float on and

dictate gospels to your scribe. You are still going to have the odd bout of anxiety, depression

or ailment � the difference is you are going to be able to identify it immediately and

start to work on the remedy instead of having a pity party and feel helpless.

You Are in the Driver�s Seat!

You are always in control of your life circumstance. You are not a human being having a spiritual

experience, you are a soul having a corporeal experience. You are a master of matter, you

have just forgotten.

The world is experiencing what the spiritually inclined would call a consciousness shift

and what science would refer to as evolution of species.

We are being upgraded, if you like. Humanity have been sleeping sheep for centuries (no

wonder we count sheep in order to fall asleep) and the time is ripe to WAKE UP! Can you hear

the galaxies alarm clock going off?

The alarm has been going off for quite some time now, unfortunately some have continuously

hit the snooze button. Fret not, the galaxy is readying a pale of ice-cold water and is

swirling the bucket as we speak � best to wake up now rather than wake up cold, wet

and in shock.

What Can I Do to Fix Myself?

Oh, thank heavens! I thought you�d never ask. The answer is simple: Remember.

To remember means to re-member � to become a part of the whole again.

More specifically, you need to remember that:

You have a spark of the divine that lives within your sacred temple you refer to as

your body � treat your body with reverence and respect

You are in control of your destiny and not a victim of your fate

You came here to experience the great shift of consciousness and to be a part of it

You are not only whole but a part of the whole, see the divine en-masse � in your brothers

and sisters all over the world Fear is an illusion meant to suppress and

contain You were never meant to be contained or suppressed

You can rise above any limitations If God is omnipresent, then you are also a

part of God (this is especially for those of you who have been or are indoctrinated)

Your planet is also a part of God and she holds the cure to any ailment in lost traditions

� look to plants and natural, wholesome foods to cure your sick bodies

Your thoughts and intent dictate the unfolding of your life � this is why positive thinking,

prayer, meditation and affirmations are potent and can also heal many aspects of your life

� body and soul Love is the only way forward � it is going

to mend the past, present and the future Break free of your limiting beliefs and join

the uprising of the soul � become a part of Awakened Humanity.

Why This NBA Rookie is The Next Kobe Bryant - Duration: 5:14.

Donovan Mitchell is TAKING OVER.

He's carrying the Jazz as an NBA rookie, leading the team in scoring and most of all

he's clutch.

He will be an NBA star, but he reminds me of one particular NBA legend named Kobe Bean

Bryant.

What is up dudes, dudettes, ballers, players.

It's ya boi MJ.

Today I wanted to talk about Why Donovan Mitchell is the next Kobe Bryant.

Let me know in the comments if you think Donovan Mitchell is winning rookie of the year and

if not, which rookie is.

Alright let's get into it.

I know there have been comparisons between Donovan Mitchell and Westbrook along with

Dwayne Wade simply because Donovan Mitchell has raw athleticism and can finish inside

the paint.

Don't get me wrong, Donovan Mitchell has bounce, I mean look at these dunks, but Mitchell

also has a jumper and is a scorer.

Dwayne Wade was always a scoring-playmaker hybrid.

Westbrook didn't really use his jumpshot like Mitchell and rather used his acrobatics

and power to score.

Mitchell is just a scorer, has great footwork, and is crafty as well.

Also take into account Mitchell's work ethic as he transformed himself from a player who

couldn't really shoot well his freshmen year in college to now scoring in any way

possible.

A shooting guard with raw athleticism who can carry a team with his scoring without

playmaking, shoot from the perimeter with poise, and a high work ethic reminds me of

Kobe Bryant.

Now Kobe Bryant could make plays for others just like Donovan Mitchell can, but both lead

through scoring.

Donovan Mitchell is leading the Jazz in scoring right now, but also is a player that the Jazz

rely on for clutch situations.

He ranks top 20 in the league in clutch points per game AND is the only rookie in the top

20 for clutch points per game.

His field goal percentage increases 3% to 47% in clutch situations and he shoots 87.5

% from the free throw line in the clutch.

There's no other rookie that is pulling off those type of numbers with such calmness.

In fact, Mitchell is calm in clutch situations.

He wants to take the shot and he wants to make the play.

He's carrying the Jazz as an NBA ROOKIE.

He has the highest usage rate among all rookies and he is constantly delivering and yes that

lists includes Ben Simmons . Even Tracy McGrady said that he doesn't play like a rookie.

I think one thing people forget about Mitchell is that he was coming into the league as this

defensive stopper with his huge 7 foot wingspan for a 6' 3" guard.

And he still is a good defensive player, top 25 in steals.

Kobe Bryant was also a great defender as well, with 9 first team all defense selections.

Dwayne Wade only has 3 second team all defense selections and Westbrook has none.

Now DON'T GET ME WRONG.

Dwayne Wade and Westbrook can defend, but Kobe was a defensive stopper.

He could defend when he wanted to, but these great phone cases always defend your phone

Donovan Mitchell doesn't have the ability to use mind games that Kobe had, not yet,

but Mitchell is a rookie and I believe over time that he will develop it.

He already has this killer attitude, simply trying to come at other teams' throats with

all he's got, but he's humble.

He didn't think he was going to be a first round pick, but he ended up being the 13th

pick.

He's had explosions on the court like the time he went for 41 points or most recently

against the Kings when he scored 34.

The best part of this all is that Mitchell is 21.

He's almost averaging as many points as his age.

Any time you're close to averaging as many points as your age, or go above it, you're

in a good place.

He has shown tremendous improvement and I don't think he will just stop.

Kobe was far from a finished product when coming into the NBA and the same goes for

Donovan Mitchell.

He needs to improve his mid-range shot, his handles, playmaking, and some more things

if he wants to be an NBA star, but he has confidence, a lot of confidence just like

Kobe had.

It's just a coincidence that Donovan Mitchell and Kobe Bryant were both selected 13th in

the NBA draft, but to me Donovan Mitchell may be following in Kobe's footsteps and

become the next Kobe Bryant.

How to Get Flexible Fast | Beginner Stretches For Flexibility Pt 3 - Duration: 7:27.

hi guys and welcome back to my youtube channel today's video is going to be a

part 3 to my beginner stretches for flexibility video after forever but I

know a lot of guys like watching these videos and like getting tips so whatever

I don't claim to be professional at this so I always tell you guys be careful

some people tell me hey you know that's just a little bit wrong or whatever I'm

trying my best but I'm telling you guys just be careful when you do these like

you don't want to hurt yourself and pull a muscle or anything so always be

careful and yeah if you're new here please pause the video on subscribe hit

the notification ball so you're notified whenever I post a new video and I'm

going to be on it guys there's so many ideas and like um like decided that like

this year I'm really gonna try my hardest to be really dedicated this

channel because I fell off for so many reasons but I love YouTube and I'm not

going anywhere so yes and if you're also new here or

even if you're old here then leave me some comments down below

tell me what you guys want to see you cuz like I said I have ideas but I

wanted you know know what you guys want to see as well so I'm just gonna get

into this video and hopefully you guys enjoy it see what the first stretch that

I'm doing is like a modified butterfly stretch

so you want to get in the butterfly stretch position and then you want to

just stretch your arms out all the way in front of you and keep your back

straight which I kind of suck it sometimes but I will insert a picture

because I kind of got cut off and I apologize the next stretch hat I'm doing

is one where you put your legs out in front of you then you want to bend one

in and stretch out in front of you grab your foot and keep your back straight

hold that stretch for 30 seconds along with all the other stretches you want to

hold them for 30 seconds you can do more but I think in the beginning

seconds is always a good amount so do what works for you and like I always say

don't push yourself don't hurt yourself don't pull any muscles be safe

the next stretch that I'm doing is super easy learn you're back and you bring your

knee to your chest I feel like I never really feel a stretch when I do this but

I know it's good for you when it helps so do that hold it for 30 seconds do it

on both sides we don't want to discriminate we want both sides to be

equally as flexible so yes the next stretch I feel like I kind of cheated

all the time cuz I feel like your butt is supposed to stay on the ground but

mine never does so don't be like me don't cheat try to keep your butt on the

ground but you just bring your leg hold it straight and try to bring it as close

to your chest as possible and hold it for 30 seconds

people always talk about my feet because I don't point my toes and I'm sorry but

I'm not a dancer I dance and do these just things for fun so don't judge me

please the next thing you want to do is go into this froggy squat sumo wrestler

type position then you want to bring your arms out in front of you and just

hold them there my arms kind of got cut off but you get a good stretch in your

legs and we're just gonna call this like the sumo wrestler stretch or something

from there I go into a kind of like a modified shadow but I keep my one leg

bent and I do this on both sides you'll see that I switch over to the other side

hold this for 30 seconds and you feel overly good stretch through out like all

of your legs like ankles all the way through so I really like that stretch a

whole left

the next judge that you want to do is kind of like a modified seal so you lay

on your you know stomach or whatever you've been back and then you want to

grab your leg or ankle but and bring it pull it to your butt and you should feel

a good stretch and also kind of gives you a back stress because like I said

it's like a modified C on the steel stretches your back out so I would love

this one as well next thing I'm gonna do is bring one of my feet my back kind of

like I have studs but then you want to grab your foot and bend back this also

gives you a good back stretch I don't know if this is considered a beginner or

not because I kind of try this way late in the process and I kind of just worked

out for me don't be like you know superwoman and try things if you don't

think you're gonna be able to do it but it really does give you a good stretch

in your back and and the front part of your thigh so I really like this next

stretch is the sumo wrestler froggy one again but I decided to show you from

another angle because it was better so you wanna spread your arms out way in

front of you hold it for 30 seconds and it really was a good stretch like I'm

gonna start doing this judge a whole lot more try to keep your back straight er

then I'm keeping mine because you know life but the last stretch I'm gonna show

you is this you put one of your legs behind you and then you keep the other

one bitch straight in front of you kind of like a running type starting position

but you should feel a really really good stretch through the bottom of the leg in

front of you and through the front of the leg behind

Ivana Says Donald Trump Isn't Racist, He Just Gets Easily Confused - Duration: 3:27.

Recently, Ivana Trump, the ex-wife of President Donald Trump, appeared on Good Morning Britain

where they decided to ask her point-blank if her ex-husband is in fact a racist.

To which, Ivana Trump said, "No, I do not believe he is a racist.

He is definitely not a racist.

There isn't a racist bone in his body.

Let's move on."

But she actually did kind of continue on a little bit.

She admits, or at least tells us, that he's not a racist at all.

He just gets confused.

See, according to Ivana Trump, he's got people in his left ear and people in his right ear

constantly telling him and pushing him one way or the other.

Poor little Donald just gets so confused by that, that he ends up saying stupidly, potentially

racist things.

That's what it is, Ladies and Gentlemen.

According to Ivana, it's not that he's racist.

It's that he's so dumb that he says racist things, which also happens to statistically

be a characteristic of racist people.

They tend to be a little bit lower on that IQ scale and the education level scale.

But regardless, even if Ivan Trump was right about this, which she 100% is not.

The dude's totally racist.

But even if she was right, if he's not racist, he just gets so easily confused that he says

racist things.

Shouldn't that be almost worse than just flat out being a racist?

If you're so dumb that you can be manipulated into saying horrible things like, "People

from black countries are living in shitholes while we want more people from white countries

like Norway."

If you're so dumb that people pulling you either way convinced you to say something

like that, then you don't deserve to hold the office of the presidency, and I think

it's beyond time we invoke the 25th Amendment.

At this point, based on what Ivanka said, based on what the White House has said, and

based on what mental health experts have said, Donald Trump is one of three things.

He is racist.

He is losing his mind.

Or, he's stupid.

Those are really the only three options as to what is plaguing Donald Trump at this point.

And to be honest, I think any one of those three is grounds for removal from office under

the 25th Amendment.

But let's be perfectly honest.

Donald Trump is not suffering from one of those three things.

Donald Trump is suffering from all three of those things.

If you take all of the analyses that have come out about Donald Trump, the things he

says that have been proven to be overwhelmingly racist, the things he has said that have been

proven to be overwhelmingly stupid, and the off-handed diagnoses of more than two dozen

mental health experts saying that this man is suffering from some kind of disorder ... I

think when you add all three of those up, that creates the perfect storm for using the

25th Amendment to getting this man out

of office.
