Eminem feat. Kehlani - Nowhere Fast (Legendado,Lyrics) Album Revival - Duration: 4:40.
[Chorus: Kehlani]
Ashes blowin' in the air
The world's on fire, but we don't care, yeah
Wasted youth, always on the road
Never lookin' back and we're never gettin' old
'Cause the skies are black
But our heart's made of gold
Fuck doin' what you're told
We're goin' nowhere fast
[Verse 1: Eminem]
I feel sorry for this beat, sympathy pains for this track
This road is takin' me back
Down memory lane with this rap
I can still look out in this crowd, be wowed and be taken aback
I'm simply stating a fact
I had Wembley Stadium packed
But now we're on a path headed to nowhere and fast
Another terrorist attacks
Like a tariff, blows half of Madison Square up, alas
We perish in the blast
But that isn't scaring us, we pass
Nowhere we're fearless, 'cause we're just—
[Pre-Chorus: Kehlani & Eminem]
Ashes blowin' in the air
Our world's on fire, but we don't care, yeah
(We don't give a… no, no)
Wasted youth, always on the road
Never lookin' back and we're never gettin' old
'Cause the skies are black
But our heart's made of gold (golden)
Fuck doin' what you're told (what we're told)
We're goin' nowhere fast
[Post-Chorus: Kehlani]
'Cause we're goin' no, goin' no
Goin' no, goin' no
Goin no, goin' nowhere
We're on the run of our lives
Goin' nowhere fast
[Verse 2: Eminem]
Fuck doin' what you're told, act like a two-year old
Shit is soon to go kaboom and blow
Anyways; for MC's it's a funeral
When I'm devisin' this rhyme
'Cause I'm awake and you're mourning
That's why I rise and I shine
Like a new day has dawned on me
Gusto, guts, bravado
Nuts and plus I kick up dust and cuss a lot
I musta got you in somewhat of a debacle
'Cause some stuff that's awful
Really don't mean nothin' although
There's a lot of shit I said in jest that's tough to swallow
But if at times my heart it seems
Like it's in the wrong place, it's probably 'cause it's on my sleeve
Keanu Reeves speed of life, avoid or veer
Or just steer toward it, we're only lookin' forward
But where we're goin', we have no idea
Nowhere to go, but hysterical, it's gettin' warm in here
I set the world on fire, was born to be an arsonist
Just one spark and it's lit
But I'ma still get dark on this shit
Told you I'd leave my mark on this bitch—war machine
But you forced me in a corner
I'm sure to have somethin' for your rear
And in the course of the assault as torture gets more severe
Go to war with me, you'll end up blew to Timbuktu
I send at you a ten-ton nuke like Kim Jong-Un
And end up ruinin' your career
But when all is said and done
And at the end of my run I'll just rewind clocks, forever young
Make time stop, will I ever fall off? That day will never come
'Til the pine box, bitch, fuck you! I'm better than I ever was
'Til the bomb drops, hope it never does
But I'm not gonna sweat it 'cause
This world's screwed, it's already fucked
And I'm on top, so everyone's just—
[Chorus: Kehlani & Eminem]
Ashes blowin' in the air (so we're…)
Our world's on fire, but we don't care, yeah
(We don't give a… no, no)
Wasted youth, always on the road
Never lookin' back and we're never gettin' old
'Cause the skies are black
But our heart's made of gold (golden)
Fuck doin' what you're told (what we're told)
We're goin' nowhere fast
[Post-Chorus: Kehlani]
'Cause we're goin' no, goin' no
Goin' no, goin' no
Goin' no, goin' nowhere
We're on the run of our lives
Goin' nowhere fast
[Bridge: Eminem & Kehlani]
You can't tell us nothin'
Hard-headed and we're stubborn
So, one ear and out the other when we're young, we're young
(We're on the run of our lives)
Who knows what the future for us could hold
Another shooter? Uh oh
(We're on the run of our lives)
No more tomorrows, we're done
And all we are is—
[Chorus: Kehlani & & Eminem]
Ashes blowin' in the air (so we're…)
Our world's on fire, but we don't care (don't care, yeah)
(We don't give a… no, no)
Wasted youth, always on the road
Never lookin' back and we're never gettin' old
'Cause the skies are black
But our heart's made of gold (golden)
Fuck doin' what you're told (what we're told)
We're goin' nowhere fast
[Post-Chorus: Kehlani]
'Cause we're goin' no, goin' no
Goin' no, goin' no
Goin' no, goin' nowhere
We're on the run of our lives
Goin' nowhere fast
Goin' nowhere fast

WE ARE HARDSTYLE - AFTERVLOG #112 - Duration: 16:05.
Hi guys
We're in the car
And we're almost at
Hold it, because this doesn't work
Hi lovers
- Lovers!!
We brought a pet today
- I'm not a part of them
We're almost at our destination
We're a little later then we planned
But that's normal
And when we are there
B-Front, Phuture Noize and Ran-D are playing
Yes!
- What do you think of that vlogger?
I like it
We take you with us, see you later
Bye
No, I don't know the lyrics
Bob is playing, over there
It's orange and a hero
And it's not B-Front?
- No idea
A wortheldje (Carrot/hero in Dutch translation)
First, Happy New Year lovely subscribers
Last Tuesday
Iem, Lies and I
went to We Are Hardstyle
This was at, I don't remember where it was
I don't know where this party was
This is bad
It was at the 'Evenementenhal' at Gorinchem
When we came in I thought the location was not so good
It is a very big location
and we were there at
half past eleven/twelve
There were not a lot of people because it was the second day of Christmas
and people were celebrating Christmas with their friends and family till late
so the location looks too big but later it was perfect
The lightning was very nice
And every artist had a nice announcement show with a boxing uniform
so that was a nice idea
We stood most of the time at Area 1 because the line-up was so nice over there
When we came in Frequencerz were playing
No, that isn't true
I'm talking bullsh*t
When we came in
Phuture Noize, B-Front and Ran-D were playing
very nice combination of artists
Anyway all the combinations of artists were very nice
It was a nice party
We enjoyed it
We went to home when N-Vitral was playing
We heard a couple of tracks of them
I'm sorry that I missed Clockartz
because I like their sets always
So that's a pity
They were playing at the same time that we came in to the party
My favorites were Gunz For Hire
Frequencerz and Bass Chaserz
The anthem of We Are Hardstyle is also very nice
with Rebelion and MC Livid
So that were my highlights of the night
I'm closing the vlog right now
Thanks for watching
Don't forget to like and subscribe of course
I'll see you next Wednesday again
I have a little surprise because we went to a party at New Years Eve
Which one you can see next week
See you later, bye
And
Yes
Okay, bye

MIT TEHETSZ A RÁK ELLEN? - KÍNA TANULMÁNY - DR. T. COLIN CAMPBELL – ANIMÁLT KÖNYVAJÁNLÓ – [FF] - Duration: 15:54.
You surely must have heard things like this before:
- "Milk is: life, strength, health!"- or:
- "For muscle building, you need to eat chicken and rice!"-
It's highly probable that you have heard of many diets,
and many expert opinions about how to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle.
Nowadays a lot of different information is available on the internet,
a common man therefore has nowhere to start looking,
which method to believe, if he/she wishes to eat in a healthy way.
The book titled the China study examines the results
of the most comprehensive research programmes in relation to this
and provides answers to this and many other widely researched questions.
It all began in the middle of the 1970s.
The Chinese premier of the time was terminally ill with cancer,
and thought of creating something lasting.
He initiated a series of tests and studies
that involved 96% of the population,
i.e. extending to over 880,000,000 people.
A total of 650,000 medical employees helped is registering data,
with the participation of American scientists.
The information collected were not solely data related to cancer,
but comprehensive information on the health and lifestyle habits of the people.
As a result, they established the cancer atlas,
mapping 2,400 counties of China in full detail.
The final result was shocking.
In America, similar studies - on the occurrence of cancer -
showed regional differences not exceeding 10-20%.
Here, there were territories where the occurrence rate of cancerous illnesses
were 100-fold higher, i.e. showing differences of 10,000%
As China has a genetically rather homogeneous population,
it was evident that these differences can be traced back to environmental factors.
They discovered that cancer primarily attacked the wealthier classes of society.
And since they saw that the key influencing factors are external influences,
they examined the aspect of data from several other, common diseases.
The data clearly distinguished two groups of diseases:
One was most common among the poor layers of society,
caused by malnutrition and poor healthcare.
These are the diseases of the poor:
pneumonia, ileus, ulcers, illnesses of the digestive system,
pulmonary tuberculosis, parasitic infections,
pregnancy-related illnesses and many others.
The other group was characteristically common among the rich,
caused by excessive food intake.
The illnesses related to abundance are therefore:
Various types of cancer:
large intestine, lungs, breasts,
infancy brain tumor, stomach, and liver.
Diabetes and coronary artery disease.
To their surprise, they established
that one of the key forward indicators of the illnesses of wealth
was the cholesterol level of the blood, with an accuracy of 99.9%.
Foods increasing the blood cholesterol level are:
meat, milk, eggs, fish and any animal protein intake,
which was only available to the wealthier classes in China.
The poor people consumed almost exclusively plant-based foods.
These all contribute to reducing cholesterol level:
plant proteins, dietary fibre, cellulose,
hemicellulose, soluble carbohydrates, vitamin B of plant origin, pulses,
light coloured vegetables, fruit, carrots, potatoes and many cereals.
Based on these interesting findings, American researchers
reached back to former Indian experiments,
where the correlation of the formation of cancer and food intake was investigated on rats.
In these experiments, the researchers divided the rats into two groups.
Both groups were given the same amount of aflatoxin, a carcinogenic substance.
The only difference was that 5% of one group's food intake was made up of proteins,
with the rate being 20% for the other group.
Unbelievably, each rat in the group consuming 20% of protein was diagnosed with liver cancer,
while not a single one in the 5% group was ill.
Bases on this, American researchers started their own rat experiments
to find out what really happened here.
The effect of the protein content of food was examined at various stages of cancer development.
It was found that the formation and development of cancer
could be activated and deactivated by the amount of protein intake, as if by a toggle switch.
They also obtained clear results:
all rats with 20% protein intake died of cancer
and all in the 5% group were healthy at the end of the experiment.
Casein was used for all the experiments,
which makes up 87% of cow's milk.
Justifiably, the next question that emerged was if plant proteins have the same effect.
And the answer is: No!
The experiments were also carried out with plant proteins,
and even the early stages of cancer failed to form in the rats,
even at the 20% rate of protein intake.
The experimental results showed 100% unanimity in this case, too,
i.e. carcinogens failed to cause cancer on their own,
if not activated by the excessive intake of animal proteins.
The menus were even varied for some of the rats.
This clearly showed that a diet low in animal protein can dramatically slow down
or simply deactivate the development of cancer at any stage,
regardless of the amount of carcinogens present.
It was therefore established
that carcinogens simply function like grass seeds,
for example; if not "irrigated" i.e. given nutrients,
they will not germinate and grow.
If, however a proper nutrient supply is ensured,
growth begins and finally takes control over the entire garden.
However, if nutrients and care are withdrawn from the grass already in growth,
its development will also lag behind or stop completely,
possibly even regress.
Therefore, summarising the results of the experiments in a sentence,
they have concluded that a change of diet can activate or deactivate the formation of cancer.
Encouraged by the results, the researchers began experimenting
with the other abundance-related illnesses:
in the course of an experiment conducted on a group of 25 with diabetes 1
and another of 25 with diabetes 2,
a simple change of diet
resulted in the reduction of the insulin dosage of the patients in group 1 by 40% after 3 weeks!
Their blood sugar profiles improved dramatically
and it is similarly important that their cholesterol levels also decreased by 30% on average!
Of the 25 patients suffering from diabetes 2,
to whom a fibre-rich and low fat diet had been introduced,
24 could completely omit taking insulin, within a few short weeks.
Other researches have demonstrated that these advantages would remain on the long run,
provided the diet is continued.
During research of coronary diseases,
it was found that this diet reduces the possibility of occurrence of these diseases
and even improves the situation if the disease has already developed.
The situation has also been examined in connection with obesity.
Many products and diets promising instant success can be found on the market today
that do not work on the long run and generally result in health deterioration.
Obesity is not a state that can be corrected over a matter of a few months.
The diet ensuring weight loss on the short run must be the one
that establishes and sustains good health on the long run.
As the author writes: "We are in control of the root cause.
It is right at the tip of our fork."
According to the researches mentioned in the book,
a plant based diet will influence the balance of calories in two ways
to keep body weight in balance.
It first releases energy in the form of heat instead of storing it as fat.
Secondly, a plant based diet is an incentive for exercise.
The more the body weight decreases,
the easier it will be to be physically active.
Nutrition and exercise work together work in order to reduce body weight
and improve the overall health status.
What is then the solution?
What to eat and what to avoid?
According to the book,
the recommended diet can be summarised in a single phrase:
switch to a plant based diet of whole foods,
reducing the intake of processed foods,
added salts and fats.
In addition, it is worth mentioning daily supplementation of vitamin B12 and vitamin D,
especially for those who spend most of their time indoors
and/or clod climatic regions.
The author advises to try to completely avoid all foods of animal origin,
but this should not become our obsession.
If the wholemeal bread we take in contains a small amount of eggs
or a little chicken meat has been cooked in the broth,
it can be eaten without worries.
This, however, does not mean our diet should include a little meat on purpose.
What will happen if we stick to this diet? Suffering?
First of all, forget the idea of counting calories.
Generally, we may eat as much as we wish,
yet we will lose weight - provided we eat the proper foods.
Secondly, do not prepare for sacrifice, deprival and monotonicity;
these will not be necessary at all.
People on a plant base diet take in less energy.
This is, however, not the result of food deprivation.
They eat a larger volume of food that their meat consuming peers,
but the energy density of fruits, vegetables and cereals
- whole foods - is less than those of animal foods or added fats.
Every spoonful or cup of these foods contains less energy.
Besides, whole fruits, vegetables and cereals
contain large amounts of fibre
that bring about a feeling of satiety, and fibres have no energy content.
Therefore, if a switch is made to a healthy diet,
we may reduce the amount of energy taken in, digested and absorbed,
even is the actual food volume intake is considerably higher.
Finally, there remains the question what to do is one would like to pursue body building.
The book states that the appropriate body size can be built with a low fat, plant based diet.
A diet low in animal proteins and fats allows people
to make use of their full growth potential,
while being capable of other miraculous achievements as well.
It helps prevent obesity,
controls the cholesterol level of the blood,
reducing the occurrence of heart diseases and the development of malignant tumours.
Nowadays, a lot of body building diets and dietary supplements
in compliance with the above can be found.

Mistake Correction in Language Learning Doesn't Work - Duration: 11:01.
Hi there, Vladimir here with another video on how to learn English
I've been teaching English for over 10 years now
I've taught over 15,000 individual lessons
to over 1500 people
So trust me when I say: Mistake correction in language learning doesn't work
If you were to tell me that a few years ago,
I would have told you to go check yourself into a mental hospital
Why the change of heart?
Because:
10 years,
15,000 lessons,
1500 people
say so
I need to give credit where credit is due
Of course, it was mainly my long, hands-on experience that
changed my view on mistake correction
but it was also a YouTube video I saw a video by one Steve Kaufmann
titled: Correcting mistakes in language learning, does it work?
Steve Kaufmann is 1 of the very few people on YouTube
who knows a thing or two about how to master a foreign language
What he doesn't know much about though is:
How to teach a foreign language
Steve says he is against mistake correction mainly because
he doesn't like it, because: it saps his enthusiasm
because: it breaks the flow of the conversation
which are all good reasons but
None of those reasons actually answer the question:
Why mistake correction in language learning doesn't work?
In his video he refers to an article by one John Truscott
The thing is John Truscott doesn't provide a clear reason, answer either
it was only recently, in 2016, when I realized that
My experience in language education is simply unrivaled
My experience of learning/mastering a foreign language, English as an adult
Together with my experience of teaching the very same language
for over 10 years
Having taught more than 15,000 individual lessons
not group lessons
over 15,000 one-on-one lessons
Having had more than 1500 student
Having observed more than 200 English teachers and their students
My experience is simply unrivaled
on YouTube, at least
I'm not saying I am the smartest
I'm not saying I speak the best English in the world
all I'm saying is that:
I am very good at that 1 thing teaching: how to learn English
not Russian, not Japanese, not Spanish not my native Bulgarian
English, how to learn English
It is a very powerful feeling, the feeling of being very good at something
I wish it to all of you
why mistake correction in language learning doesn't work?
In order to answer that question we need to answer the question:
Why do language learners make mistakes in the first place?
And I answered that question in another video
but the gist of it is:
Language learners just don't care
Language learners don't read enough
Language learners don't listen enough
Language learners don't use monolingual learner's dictionaries
Number 5 is a very important one.
# 5 is about the illusion, the myth that
Understand = Remember
Understanding the meaning of a word or grammar
is enough to Remember the word or grammar later on
No, it is not
Mistake correction doesn't work because
Understanding the grammar behind your mistake is not enough
to avoid repeating the same mistake 1 hour later
Understand is about 10%
The remaining 90% is: What we do with the new word or grammar so that we are
able to remember it later on, Remember it and use it quickly and correctly
Mistake corrections don't work because
the vast majority of language teachers focus on the 10%
which are important but not enough for retention and future recall
Mistake correction in language learning doesn't work because
the remaining 90% need to be done by the language learner alone
without the teacher
Most language learners, and not just language learners, most students
mistakenly believe that:
the time spent with the teacher is enough to acquire the skill or knowledge
Best case scenario is 50/50 1 hour w/ teacher, 1 hour study alone, self-study
And I was guilty of that myself, in school:
Best case scenario was:
a 50 min biology class at school and an hour homework at home
Best case
Usual case is: 99% teacher, 1% alone
The vast majority of language learners wrongly believe that
the time spent with their language teacher is enough to learn English
No guys, it is the other way around
99% self-study and 1% teacher
Most language learners have this:
fix-my-car approach to language learning
I come to your garage I pay and you fix my car
I come to your school: I pay and you fix my English
Make me look good, sound good,
Make me look and sound confident and fluent
Turn me from that to this
Before and after
Mistake corrections don't work because Language is not metal
Language teachers are not car mechanics
There was rust and now there isn't
There was a mistake and now there isn't,
It doesn't work that way
knowledge is not something that can be transmitted from teacher to student
as Oxford dictionaries wrongly state:
No it is not, knowledge is not a virus.
Steve Kaufmann says that:
it is the responsibility of the student to learn the language
Yes but
it is not a matter of taking responsibility, It is not a matter of choice,
It is not like, some people prefer learning with a teacher and others learning alone
It is not like some people prefer being corrected and others don't
there is no choice
You have no choice but to learn alone to self-study
There is simply no other way
Yes but how can I know when I've made a mistake, I need teacher's feedback
You don't know when you've made a mistake because you don't read enough
because you don't listen enough, you don't use monolingual learners dictionaries
because, you don't know how to learn vocabulary and grammar
You need a method of learning vocabulary and grammar
so you don't make mistakes in the first place
It is more about
Prevention than subsequent Correction
that is teacher's responsibility
That's the 1% teacher
Mistake correction doesn't work because correcting random mistakes without
explaining the cause of those mistakes without explaining the big picture
is a very ineffective way of teaching
The language teacher is supposed to provide the method of learning
As the old proverb goes:
"Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day.
Teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime."
You can't outsource language learning You can't outsource mistake correction
You need to learn how to self-correct
If you care about your English, then you need to read my book Virtually Native
and learn how to learn English and
how to self-correct, which is the ultimate goal of language learning
My book is available on Amazon and virtuallynative.com

WE ARE HARDSTYLE - AFTERVLOG #112 - Duration: 16:05.
Hi guys
We're in the car
And we're almost at
Hold it, because this doesn't work
Hi lovers
- Lovers!!
We brought a pet today
- I'm not a part of them
We're almost at our destination
We're a little later then we planned
But that's normal
And when we are there
B-Front, Phuture Noize and Ran-D are playing
Yes!
- What do you think of that vlogger?
I like it
We take you with us, see you later
Bye
No, I don't know the lyrics
Bob is playing, over there
It's orange and a hero
And it's not B-Front?
- No idea
A wortheldje (Carrot/hero in Dutch translation)
First, Happy New Year lovely subscribers
Last Tuesday
Iem, Lies and I
went to We Are Hardstyle
This was at, I don't remember where it was
I don't know where this party was
This is bad
It was at the 'Evenementenhal' at Gorinchem
When we came in I thought the location was not so good
It is a very big location
and we were there at
half past eleven/twelve
There were not a lot of people because it was the second day of Christmas
and people were celebrating Christmas with their friends and family till late
so the location looks too big but later it was perfect
The lightning was very nice
And every artist had a nice announcement show with a boxing uniform
so that was a nice idea
We stood most of the time at Area 1 because the line-up was so nice over there
When we came in Frequencerz were playing
No, that isn't true
I'm talking bullsh*t
When we came in
Phuture Noize, B-Front and Ran-D were playing
very nice combination of artists
Anyway all the combinations of artists were very nice
It was a nice party
We enjoyed it
We went to home when N-Vitral was playing
We heard a couple of tracks of them
I'm sorry that I missed Clockartz
because I like their sets always
So that's a pity
They were playing at the same time that we came in to the party
My favorites were Gunz For Hire
Frequencerz and Bass Chaserz
The anthem of We Are Hardstyle is also very nice
with Rebelion and MC Livid
So that were my highlights of the night
I'm closing the vlog right now
Thanks for watching
Don't forget to like and subscribe of course
I'll see you next Wednesday again
I have a little surprise because we went to a party at New Years Eve
Which one you can see next week
See you later, bye
And
Yes
Okay, bye

Aziz brother will be proven innocent and he will come back, okay?
Here we go, Hazal. Every step you take will bring you even closer to me.
- When are they getting married? - Immediately. It will be a surprise wedding.
I have good news. Irmak and Kenan got married today.
If I see you make another mistake, I swear I will show no mercy.
Do not forget that.
We need to complete that unfinished business. We can't rest until he dies.
- What are you trying to do, Hazal? - Nothing.
I don't believe you.
You should stop worrying about me and take care of your wife from now on.
It's up to you.
How will we get Master out of jail?
He will not go to jail.
