Mark: Hi, it's Mark from Top Local.

We're here with Bernie Pawlik, Pawlik Automotive in Vancouver.

We're talking about cars.

How are you doing Bernie?

Bernie: Doing very well.

Mark: So, 38 years of fixing cars, 18 time winners of Best Auto Repair in Vancouver.

Pawlik Automotive.

Today, we're doing a bit of a safety information cast I guess on Takata air bag recall.

What's going with this mess?

Bernie: What's going on with this mess?

Yeah, it's a pretty big one for sure.

There's a lot on the news effecting 19 different auto manufacturers, which is a lot.

There's probably more on the list of cars that are effected as manufacturers that are

effected as opposed to ones that aren't.

42 million vehicles.

That's a lot in North America.

That may just be the US alone, but the recall is bigger in the US, so that's basically the

issue.

Airbags are basically, when they go off, some of them can actually explode and shoot shrapnel

into the vehicle in the passenger compartment and a few people have died.

I believe it's 19 or 21 to date have died.

Someone died just the other day from one, so it's pretty serious.

Mark: Okay, so how does an item that's supposed to save lives end up killing people?

Bernie: Very good question, so the airbag, the way an airbag works is a bag of air obviously

that's meant to cushion your body when you're in a collision, so the bag basically blows

off extremely quickly in the event of a collision.

Prevents your head from hitting something or other body parts depending on which airbag

it is.

So, there's an inflator inside.

It's basically and explosive device that blows the bag really fast and it deflates.

There's problems with the chemicals that they use.

Especially in high humidity, high temperature ares.

The chemical degrades and it can cause a very powerful explosive reaction.

Not one that was, far more powerful than it was intended to and that what can cause the

inflator unit, which is basically a metal casing to explode.

It's never meant to blow up that much, so that's where the problem lies.

Mark: It works too well basically.

Bernie: It works to well.

It's really a chemistry problem.

I guess they never anticipated over time how the chemicals where gonna change, so obviously

in the recall bags and newer bags for one that don't explode, have different chemical

formula.

Mark: And how many vehicles again are effected?

Bernie: As of a current date, I read 42 million vehicles.

There's 69 million inflators, so obviously there's some are passenger side.

Some of drivers, some vehicles will need both, so that's a lot of units and a lot of pieces.

Mark: Or even side curtain inflators, is that ...

Bernie: Even sides.

Yeah.

Mark: And how has that effected Takata?

Bernie: Well, they're in bankruptcy.

I don't have all the specs and info, but last I read, they have actually gone into bankruptcy,

which is a question of how is that gonna effect the recall.

They'll keep, someone will keep making them.

The government will mandate it.

They'll take over whatever needs to be done.

It'll all get fixed, but Takata is probably out of the picture.

Or restructured.

Mark: Yeah, this is a big company.

They've got huge plants on four different continents.

Bernie: Yeah.

Looking at the scope of who they supplied in the auto industry, it's a massive company.

You think there's, of all the vehicles they've supplied, they've obviously made some that

are not defective and there's others that will be coming defective over time, as you've

said.

It's a massive company.

Mark: Okay, the big question.

How do I know if my car is one of the ones that's effected?

Bernie: Excellent question.

So, if you own a car.

The first thing I suggest you do, just get on the internet.

Do a little research.

Consumer Reports has a very good page and information about this recall.

NHTSA, National Highway Transportation Safety has a website.

They have a VIN look-up, so you can actually type the VIN number of your vehicle.

You can get some information.

Also Transport Canada has a website.

If you're watching this somewhere else in the world, just look up wherever your local

government website is and see.

Because this is actually not just North America.

This a worldwide issue.

Those are some of the best resources in North America.

You can type your VIN number.

You can even call your vehicle manufacturer.

Doing a scan of a list of vehicle brands.

Which ones aren't on here.

I mean Hyundai and Kia are not.

Of course, they could be.

Things change.

Look over those websites, see what you find first and then if you have any questions at

all, call a dealer.

Give them your VIN number, and they can let you know whether it needs a recall.

Mark: And who's gonna fix my car if it's recalled?

Bernie: It'll be the dealer.

The dealer of the vehicle, so if it's a Honda, it'll be a Honda dealer.

Mark: So, are there any vehicles more dangerous than others for these exploding devices?

Bernie: There is and actually if you look on the, some of these websites that I mentioned.

Highway, NHTSA, they have a big listing and transport, I looked this morning.

There's a listing of several vehicles they say are extremely dangerous.

Some of these are early 2000 Hondas and Acuras, so about 2001 to four, some in that range.

Some a little newer than that.

Also Ford Ranger.

I think it's 2006 Ford Ranger.

Ford actually recommends not even driving the vehicle, so make sure you look at this

stuff.

If you're watching this video, check this out.

Make sure your vehicles safe.

There are a few that are apparently extremely bad.

Mark: What if I can't get my vehicle in for whatever reason?

I'm out of the country or I'm, I don't want my kids driving it.

Is there someway that I can disable the airbag in the interim?

Bernie: You know, that's a interesting issue.

This is a question that people may come to our shop can you disable my airbag?

Well, it's actually illegal for us to disable a piece of safety equipment so, but is it

better to have one that could blow up and kill you?

I'd say probably not.

There are ways to disable them.

I don't want to say how to do it here, that's something you'd have to figure out on your

own.

There are fuses for airbags, but whether or not that's gonna even, if you remove it, whether

that's gonna effect it or not, I'm not certain.

They build these systems pretty integral to vehicle, so they're there to work.

But yes, there are ways to disable it, but I won't tell you how.

It's not something that we can do in our shop.

Mark: So, do you think that more vehicles will be listed in the recall as time goes

on here?

Bernie: Yeah, absolutely.

They actually if you look on the NHTSA website, they actually have a list of future recalls,

so they're looking at vehicles that are gonna be recalled in the future.

There's actually a timeline right up to 2019 into next year of vehicles.

I don't know if they actually list the vehicles that are going to be recalled, but they're

looking at things.

There's a lot going on behind the scenes around this, so just because your vehicle's good

today, doesn't mean it's gonna be good tomorrow.

Just keep on top of it maybe every six months have a look and see what's going on to make

sure you have the safest vehicle on the road.

You want your airbag to work for you.

Not against you.

Mark: Exactly and are you, is Pawlik offering any kind of service in this regard to help

We'd be happy to look up your VIN number and let you know whether yours is effected by

a recall or not.

You can do it yourself, but if you want to give us a call, we're happy to do it for you.

If you've something to check, you have an airbag in your car, you need to check this.

Your life depends on it.

This is a serious problem.

Call your dealer and they'll have a recall to fix your vehicle if it's one of the ones

listed.

Check out Consumer Reports.

Check out Transport Canada or the NHTSA in the United States or your particular country's

government highway safety board and there will be a listing of whether your car is on

the list and needs to be repaired ASAP.

Jaws 3D: Review - Duration: 6:17.

Welcome back to my Dark Corner of this Sick World.

'Oh my God'

I've always steered clear of the Jaws sequels but, you know what? Jaws 2 isn't a catastrophe,

so I am watching Jaws 3.

Well this is off to bad start.

Here's the basic theory behind all 3D

'Just throw it in my eyes, it'll work faster'

After the 3D.

The biggest problem with this film is its not Jaws.

'Is the film okay?'

Jaws is famously a film about a giant killer shark that's not about a giant killer shark, it's about the people

'My fly's open'

Jaws 3D is about a giant killer shark.

Why is it eating a dinghy?

'Oooh!'

The character establishment is reduced to scenes of young lovers playing hilarious pranks,

in which the only thing worth watching, is the water level.

'I'm OK My Brother works here.'

'You Turkeys have any ID?'

'Wait a minute.'

Did the tide go out between shots?!

'What are you serious?'

Now, while this is not Jaws, it is trying to be in all the wrong ways;

subtly established neuroses are replaced with

'Oh I don't go in the water'

Robert Shaw's complex Quint is replaced by Sir Laurence 'I'll be dying later'

'If we can kill this beastie on camera, I can guarantee you media coverage'

Do we have a bureaucrat endangering people's lives for money?

'Listen nephew, that's a two and half million dollar turbine, that's not going to go up in smoke because of some damn fish'

Do we have a head popping up suddenly, making the audiences jump out of their skins.

Actually no, we don't.

'Why do you have to do this?'

That said, the plot is different.

When a killer shark threatens Sea World, marine biologists, gung-ho wildlife photographers and Dennis Quaid…

'Yeah well it's a real thrill'

…team up to catch it alive

'This is nuts'

I'm glad someone said it. They set out…

At night.

Gee I wonder why you didn't see it coming.

Most of the major action sequences take place at night, I assume to hide the inadequacies of the shark model,

which it does.

Kinda. But I can't see what the hell is happening!

Anyway, they catch the shark.

Who could have predicted it would be pissed?

But when things literally go belly up...

It's Mom shows up

'We're talking about some damn Shark's mother?!'

to take revenge on Lea Thompson…

…and some water skiers.

None of whom it manages to kill.

Honestly, all the people who were pissed at Jaws for portraying great white's as man-eaters,

should be delighted by this film, which shows them to be incompetent.

'Mike! Please Mike!'

Well surely it's got her now.

What the hell? Even in daylight I don't know what happened?!

'This film is a bloody retirement annuity'

Well, Joe Alves never directed again so kinda.

'You're enjoying this'

Now, like a lot of crap films - and this is worse than most -

an attempt is made to pull it back by adding a sequence that is simultaneously both cool and terrifying,

something to take away with you, something you'll be talking about for days to come.

It's hard to think of another film where that desire went this badly wrong.

Right away, that is a horrible shot.

And yet somehow the people in slow motion are worse.

But then…

I'd like to believe there was a moment in editing when they watched this and someone said,

well we can't save it now, let's make the ending even dumber.

So, as mommy shark attacks our heroes,

they notice she still has her previous meal stuck in her teeth,

fortuitously grasping a grenade.

I'd have to check, but I'd guess relatively few animals on film are defeated by inadequate dental hygiene.

If only she'd flossed. Who'd have thought Jaws would have a subliminal message from the dental association.

Particularly given its less subtle product placement.

'Always Coca Cola'

Okay, listen up.

I've learnt my lesson. No more Jaws sequels, certainly not ones that feature revenge.

Watch This First! (Why I'm Listening) - Duration: 3:20.

Oh hi! You're gonna hate the other video that I posted today. Here's the thing.

Sometimes I get into this weird little mood in the late afternoon, and I go to

Twitter to post things. I think this is kind of how the president works, too.

Anyways, I got this idea because I was reading this article about Marina

Abramovic – who is this performance artist – and I recalled that she did this

performance art piece back in 2010 at the MoMA in New York City where she just

sat on a chair, and she stared straight ahead, and she had other people sit in a

chair opposite her and stare into her eyes. And she did this for like seven

hours a day for a couple of weeks. There was lineups for this. There was people

bawling their eyes out because of what they interpreted this to mean. I mean it

had a very huge impact – at least on a small segment of people. And so I thought

that maybe I could replicate (in a very small way) that same feeling here on

YouTube. And I posted this exact thing on the Twitter. I'm gonna read it out here

for you. I'm tempted to upload a video on Monday where I just stare into the

camera for 10 minutes with the title "I'm Listening." is this a bad idea, a good idea,

or the greatest idea? And to my shock a majority of people thought that this was

a thing I should do. I mean 69% (wanky wanky) but still a

majority. And so that's what I'm doing! The other video that I posted is

literally just ten minutes of me not saying anything, staring into a camera. I

had a timer on my watch so it buzzed for me to let me know when the time was

actually over. But I made sure that I was staring straight into the camera the

entire time. I was hoping that it would be me looking empathetic, where you could

tell me anything that you wanted in the entire world. It's just me and you in

the same room, and you're just kind of spilling your guts. To be fair this is an

artsy fartsy thing. It's actually the type of things a lot of people look at

and use as an example to push themselves away from engaging with modern art. But I

still wanted to do it. I wanted to see if it was effective. I want to see if people

would actually watch it. My guess is no. They'll probably stop after a couple of

minutes. But still, an interesting art piece. And with this new YouTube where

I'm losing monetization, who cares? I can try different things. I can try new

things. If you don't like it, come back on Thursday. It will be a cooler video then.

So it's up to you if you want to experience that video or not. I uploaded

it at the exact same time as I did this video. So ... Godspeed

An unplanned 55km evening ride - Duration: 3:24.

I cycled home from my work in Utrecht the other day.

All it took was a bit of courage...

and the knowledge that the infrastructure would be perfect for almost all of the 55 kms.

Due to a storm earlier that day...

not a single train was running in the country.

So my usual bike-train combination became a long cycle journey.

The only problem was, that it was January...

and it got dark soon after I had started my ride.

Fortunately, most of the cycling infrastructure in the Netherlands is very well lit.

So cycling in the dark is safely possible.

On such a long ride you encounter many types of infrastructure.

Cycle streets become bi-directional cycle ways,

separate from traffic or alongside the railway, a smaller road,

or a bigger road.

There were even still a few traditional one-way cycle tracks.

Direct interaction with cars was rare, but it did happen.

Fortunately, the drivers I met that night didn't speed.

The scariest bit was on this minor road in complete darkness.

It was good that this was just one kilometer.

The cold wasn't very nice either.

But the signs with the decreasing distance kept me going.

I encountered very few traffic lights.

And most were also green!

In Houten there were some underpasses...

and I had to cross quite a few canals and rivers.

So there were a lot of bridges, smaller and larger.

And I even had to take a ferry!

It was mostly quiet in the small towns, but I was never alone.

There were always people walking or cycling.

Some with good lights and some without.

It wasn't always easy to see them, either way.

After nearly five hours of cycling it was great to see...

my hometown's name on the sign.

All that was left was to get to the city center, where I live.

The cycling infrastructure in the Netherlands is so good...

that it is possible to cycle from city to city,

even on a dark night in January!

joined know you you're gonna have to get one of their PPC traffic packages where

they claim they can extract traffic from YouTube I'm sorry from Facebook from

Google and and from other social media platforms using these kind of tricky

BOTS and things like that that's very outdated this sort of stuff

people have all these tricks and tips people have been shut down for these

sort of things so if you're gonna get involved in something like this you've

got to be very very careful this is an opportunity that was actually

started in 2013 most of these claims are they're making if you look at any of the

sales pages most of the claims that they're making all this money is from

2013 we're now in 2018 and I'm not hearing anything about it anymore so

what I've done you know just to help you guys I actually went and tried to find

the opportunity and it's very very difficult to find all I'm finding is and Click Cash System Review

things like this there's a video and even when you click on the link below

this video it takes you to this paid surveys which is what most people are

using it to promote now so I don't even think it's even still live but it's

something that you know you may be able to find it and if you do I would be very

Eric's Story: Workers' Rights - Duration: 2:00.

It's just one of the most gratifying things in the world because you get to

really help people help themselves. When you help a group of workers secure a

good contract and you know they're gonna go home to their family and they're

gonna tell their family, "I'm gonna make ten thousand dollars more this year or

five thousand dollars more this year or I'm gonna have health insurance that's

going to be more affordable or I'm gonna be able to retire."

Being able to help people achieve those things... I just wouldn't trade it for anything.

My name is Eric Robertson. I am the political director of Teamsters Local 728.

I represent workers. We are majority UPS, but we also represent freight companies,

trucking companies, sanitation workers, a very quickly growing number of film

members, and we also represent a number of bus drivers on different college

campuses as well as school bus drivers.

We started working on an issue that's very pervasive in Georgia called

employee misclassification. Companies will

hire somebody and they will treat them as though they're an employee, but

they will classify them as a independent contractor.

They're not having to pay any of the things that you have to pay for an employee:

Unemployment benefits, workers comp benefits, Social Security...

Stacey stepped up and helped us

work on that issue. Stacey helped us craft legislation

to try to strengthen the laws in Georgia that would make it harder

for employers to do those things to working people.

I support Stacey Abrams for governor

because I don't just have to listen to her telling us what she's going to do.

I've seen her fight for working people when everybody else was against us and

put her political future on the line to stand up for working people.

And that is why I'm gonna be with her shoulder to shoulder

fighting to change this state.

Let's Paper Sorcerer!

So, very brief explanation, some background: I played this, I think, on Random Game Weekly,

which is a show I have where weekly I play a random game—it's a complicated concept,

but if you're not familiar with it, hopefully you can figure it out from the name—anyway,

I played this on Random Game Weekly.

It was quite well liked.

I am now starting from scratch, I've deleted my save file, so we're gonna, we're gonna

see Paper Sorcerer from the beginning, but I am somewhat spoiled to it because I played

just an itty-bitty bit of it.

There's, there's no agreement amongst the people about what level of difficulty I should

go with, giant shock I'm sure, but normal, hard and 1980s are all popular, so I'm gonna

go with normal, deal with it!

Once, there was a sorcerer who lived in a tower with an apprentice.

The sorcerer terrorized the land with evil minions until one way WHOAH WHOAH AT NIGHT

HOWEVER LIGHTS COULD STILL BE SEEN BURNING IN THE WINDOWS OF THE DARK TOWER, geez that

goes a little bit fast!

The King saw this was a chance to attack the sorcerer directly... with bits of paper!

And baubles!

The artefact that would seal away the sorcerer, ending this reign of terror once and for all,

I think I missed a line there!

On the way, the group traversed dark caves, poisonous marshes and ancient ruins!

They climbed the dark floor– the dark tower floor-by-floor, beset by evil minions at every

step!

Once they reached the top, they confronted the sorcerer and activated the artifact.

In a blinding flash of light, the sor– sor– well, bye.

However, that is just the beginning of our tale!

Gee, it's my last chance, and conveniently I have no actual choice in the matter!

"Excellent, the first thing you need to do is get out of this cellblock."

"Suddenly, a burst of intense magic energy– uh, intense magic energy fills the room."

"The oppressive force that was draining your magic is gone, as is the mouse, who exploded

into magic energy."

Who should I, who should I make my thrall?

I got a few suggestions, no real agreement.

So, there will be, there will be further thralls joining us later, as I recall, so I would

rather go with something that's pretty disastrous, like dangerous here, I would go with the powerful

Berserker at this point, and something else later.

The other suggestion was "Shadow: unpredictable but powerful magic attacks."

So, maybe I want something that's a fairly, sort of, uh, sort of reliable damage dealer,

for the moment.

Like, the Minotaur was the other suggestion.

And then, we'll do something stranger later.

But I might, after Minotaur, want something defensive.

"The Minotaur, a savage berserker, uses brute force to cause severe damage to the enemy

ranks."

"The Minotaur is amongst the most damaging character available, thanks to powerful axes

and the fastest strength growth in the game."

"Additionally, while he can only wear light armor, he boasts some of the highest HP growth

I mean, there's no reason not to do these skills, really, because they'll recharge in

3 turns anyway, which means they'll be...

Well actually, let's see what skills I have.

For example, if a guard attacks you for 10 damage and you have four defense, then you

get six points, right, six points of damage, fine.

It's perfectly linear, that's a really odd way to do defense, but okay.

Uh, if an attack causes zero damage, it's because the target's defense is higher the

damage caused, fine.

You find a worthless iron staff, a shameful iron axe, a worn iron dagger, a junky long

sword, a dented iron mace, a shoddy great sword, a rusty iron chain, a makeshift warhammer,

a more poorly made katar, and an assortment of old rags to drape yourself in.

Make sure to equip your character with some basic gear!

M or escape to equip your characters, look at their stats and so on, yeah, yeah, go into

the menu.

Q and E to cycle between characters.

So, can I give him a better weapon than he has?

Aside from a few high-level skills, restoration crystals are the only way to revive dead characters.

Well, luckily, I'm not in that level of difficulty!

They restore HP as well as resurrect the dead, so you should always make sure you have a

couple on hand.

But this is the point of maximum financial

Risk because here's the thing if everybody feels good about the market guess what happens after that once

There's a ton of you know clear days clear skies

Then the rain starts to come and the dark clouds start to come in and this is really where we start transitioning

Emotionally in the market, and that's where we start going into anxiety. That's really the first point in which we transition into this

Second phase of trading and this is where the denial comes in fear

Desperation and this is where people are like you know what I'm a long-term investor, right?

This is really the area here where they're like you know what I'm a long-term investor

We just bounced off of the 50-day moving average. No big deal

We've done that before sorry let me draw that out, so we've done this before if you look at this chart

We've bounced off the 60-day moving average quite a bit of times in the past and people are just like oh yeah

You know let's find

I'm a long-term investor

But then you drop below that

50-day moving average right the South Korean news came out and now we bounced off of that 100 day moving average

And this is where people start saying oh my gosh. You know. I hope this is gonna work out

I feel kind of depressed my portfolio is down

I'm not at the profits that I were I was before should I start selling right?

Maybe the markets just aren't for me, and this is the point of maximum financial opportunity

And this is why I came here to make this video for you guys today because here's the point

Understand the market is down, but here's the thing great traders. They buy in the red, and they sell in the green

That's one of the most fundamental aspects of trading that I've drilled into you guys since the start of this channel

And I'm so

So glad that some of you guys have followed that rule but some of you guys are new to the channel

And I want you guys to be reminded of that that understand the best trade

Know exactly when to buy when to sell and when to buy at this point in the market for me personally

This is the chance for me to get the positions. I want to get in the market yes

We are on a decline. Yes, we may be in a freefall however

You shouldn't feel like the market is completely gone, and you have no more opportunity. I want you guys to understand

That's the point of this video instead of taking the technical approach. I want you guys to

Psychologically be prepared to understand that the market goes through flux you wake

Fluctuations and looking at the current technical analysis obviously, we're finding that support there, but for the most part

We are following this descending pattern here

You can see support levels are continuously descending here

And we are on the way down however the question is how far down can we go?

So why don't we go ahead and pull up another indicator here?

I typically don't like to use more of the advanced indicators because a lot of you guys just started in trading

But this is gonna be the Fibonacci indicator. You can see we've just entered this Green Zone in my opinion

We do have the potential to stay within this zone

Into Bitcoin so you can have that potential to have those good

Looking at the global charts here what I want you guys to understand if you guys look here at the total market capitalization

This is also a chart that I'm keeping

I'm keeping in front of me because a lot of people don't look at this

But you have to understand we went from an

800 billion dollar market a couple days ago back down to around a 500 billion dollar market

But understand that we've found support around this area in the past you can see here ever since December

18th and on we had

Support around this market cap right here so for us to go below this market cap in my opinion would be

Devastating to the market because we would probably go back down to this previous support line around 400 billion

Which I just don't know if that's gonna happen if it does happen. It would be extremely surprising to me

however in my opinion

We are in this sweet spot here where the markets are low the markets are at these support levels there all the way down

That's the time to buy it's in the red not in the green right so

Looking at the percentage of total market capitalization in terms of dominance

You can see bitcoins dominance is also at an all-time low

We're right around that 30 run right under 35%

Where all coins are starting to rise in value now all coins will most likely continue to follow Bitcoin as the trend continues now

The question is when is this reversal gonna occur

When are we gonna see prices start to go back up in?

My opinion as we follow this Fibonacci level as you guys can see and now that we've broken that 108 moving average

You can see this 200-day moving average is right around the support level of the screen Fibonacci line so in my opinion

We can start to expect to see prices possibly go down to the $8,500 range as that's where the 200-day is

That's where the bottom the Fibonacci is and we're currently within that Fibonacci realm right now as you guys can see and Fibonacci doesn't lie

right uh-huh so

We can certainly see prices possibly go back into this blue, but then start to set back down

That's definitely possible as more traders get into the market and see this as a buying opportunity

However, you can see RSI is also not at the bottom yet. You can see we hit RSI bottom right over here

We went under 30 back here around

Looks to be September 14th, and we went under that area that showed that that was the bottom

And we saw that run-up

And that was followed by that period of consolidation that we saw for quite a bit

And now we're kind of seeing something similar however. We just not we have not hit under 30

Just yeah

So hopefully this approach

Sun Damage Omen - Duration: 7:25.

Everything that was bullet related was replaced by projectiles here, except the Wolfenstein SS attack.

The enemies blink with this red flash when they get hit. It can be helpful in dark places, for instance.

The monsters also seem to take more health of you than the than usual. It's best to stay sharp.

The mod's combat was conceived to be like this, basically. it's very simple and straightforward, avoiding

confusing upgrades or unique weapons for each class. It's just shoot 'em up and beat 'em up.

Some elements sound effects and visuals like some monsters and the HUD surely can add to create

a very creepy atmosphere, especially on dark maps with narrow aisles. The author is still

creating the mod's episodes, but he suggests Hell for Leather and the Coffee Break for us to play it with.

I just think the HUD, while well- suited to the whole WAD's theme, is kinda ugly. But this isn't a big deal.

You may have noticed that, sometimes, there is blood spats and gibs when we destroy monsters.

Let's jump to Map 32 to take a peak in the rest of the Sun Damage Omen's arsenal?

You will also notice that, although the arsenal is totally new, it doesn't consist in a very radical

modification of the original weapons, especially in damage etc. We can also say that for the monsters.

But keep in mind that the Sun Damage Omen is still a WIP, it's being created to be a total conversion, and

so much can be changed or rebalanced (even if the author states that he won't add new weapons).

In fact, the PWAD changes are more to refine the game's original gameplay than to extend it.

The pistol is fast as D4T's, but it's even automatic, but it consumes its ammunition quickly.

The goal of the mod to create a "dark, gritty, adrenaline-fueled madhouse" is certainly being

achieved, and when the original maps of this TC are completed, the result will be more impressive.

Based on what I've seen so far, I'd bet on it. More mod's info and it's download are on the description, as usual.

Empaths are typically known as the healers of the world.

They're the people whose senses are heightened, the ones that not only see the different energies

of the world, but actually feel them, experience them.

Those who are not empaths might think that this ability to feel what others feel is a

gift, but if you can convince an empath to talk about their gift,

they might tell you that it's not always sunshine and rainbows.

In fact, it's quite often not a very fun gift to possess at all.

Because of their gift, so many people rely on them for support.

Empaths are almost always trusted because they make people feel safe.

And while the empath is capable of handling the emotions of others, they also experience

quite a bit of stress because of it.

The dark side of being an empath comes in the form of having two conflicting voices

constantly roaring at each other inside of their heads.

Constantly feeling both the good and the bad, the negative and the positive, to the point

that they feel overwhelmed.

Empaths are more susceptible to the negative energies in life.

Their intense ability to feel can't get away from the deep-rooted evils that exist

in the world.

Their deep understanding of how the world exists and operates is enough to confuse and

sadden them.

What they can't understand is why this type of energy exists in the first place, if all

it does is hurt others.

The dark side of being an empath is constantly being exhausted and fatigued from the energies

you absorb.

But, you'd never know it.

Because the empath never dares break down or lose composure.

They quietly observe, acknowledge and feel.

As many others do, empaths want to be loved and accepted for who they are.

But, it is their generosity and kindness that often sees them being taken advantage of by

those who only take, never give.

Empaths are 'givers' by all means, ready to show kindness to those in need at all times.

The dark side of being an empath is not knowing that being so selfless places an incredibly

heavy burden on one's self.

Even the empaths that do recognize the burdensome nature of their selflessness often choose

to ignore it, because carrying that weight is more meaningful

than letting it fall on someone else's shoulders.

The dark side of being an empath is knowing that you willingly neglect both your body

and mind for the sake of others.

A neglect that builds over the years, eventually resulting in the need to go soul, searching

once again, a practice that we only take up when we feel completely lost.

The dark side of being an empath is knowing that even when they fall in love, they never

do so entirely.

They simply aren't capable of giving every ounce of their heart to someone else.

They know that if they tried, the intensity of the passion would most likely be too much

to handle, for themselves and their partners.

Which is why they always keep a little part of them hidden away from the rest of the world.

They keep a guard up out of necessity, even if they want nothing more than to let it down

and succumb to an overwhelming love.

The dark side of being an empath is the war that is always being waged within.

The war they wage against the sadness, the darkness, and the sorrowful side of themselves

that is always trying to rear its ugly head and lead them into self-destruction.

The only way they can fight this successfully is by learning to distinguish between emotions

that are their own, and emotional energies that are imposters,

invading from the outside.

Empaths need people who understand who they are, people they can talk to and who will

listen.

Empaths need to be able to let down the wall they've built up around their feelings so

that they can let their empathic selves do good in their own life.

Otherwise, empaths are destined to fight a war within themselves that never ends.
