but he's driving it.

This is really cool.
It's got push button sound action
and it's also got, right up here at the top,
you can see that look at that it's Robo dog.
He's got his own vehicle, wow.
I wanna push the button and see the sounds.

And, they were bringing the Mission Paw Cruiser

(Robo dog barks)
Hey Robo dog, you're right,
it is a beautiful day in Barkingburg.
And, we need to get the PAW Patrol pups
out of the Mission Cruiser and get them
on this mission.
(Robo dog barks)
Well, something weird is going on
in the middle of Barkingburg and I think
the Joker may be up to it.
But, we'll find out when we get there.
PAW Patrol pups, come out of the Mission Paw vehicle.
(clicks)
Hey, look there's Chase.
Wow, and there goes Rocky along with Skye,
Zuma, Marshall,
and Rubble on the double.
Chase is on the case.
- So, what's going on down in Barkingburg, Ryder?
- Well Chase something strange is happening.
All of these magical Valentine's Day hearts
are falling from the sky and the mayor
of Barkingburg asked us to come check it out.
- Don't lose it, reuse it.
Oh my goodness, hearts are falling from the sky?
- That's right, Rocky.
Okay pups, get in your vehicles and get back in
the Mission Paw Cruiser and let's
get down to Barkingburg and see what's going on.
(engine idles)
(clicks)

- Oh my, it's everywhere, they're everywhere.
- Oh, so what's going on Mario?
There are little hearts everywhere.
- Oh boy, they are everywhere.
I don't know where they come from.
This Joker guy came through and all of a sudden
they appeared everywhere.
- Chase is on the case, did you say the Joker?
Oh no, he must be doing all this.
(descending tones)
- I'm on my hovercraft thing that's invisible.
(laughs)
I put the hearts everywhere PAW Patrol
and there's nothing you can do about it.
(laughs)
- Oh, oh can we read some first?
- Rubble, Rubble on the double, hey okay
let's see what this one says.
This one says, "Hey you,"
and this one says, "Message Me".
Whoa, they've got all kinds of cool phrases
all over them, guys.
Look at 'em, look at 'em.
- Don't worry, Mayor, we'll have this all cleaned up
here in Barkingburg and have it taken care of ASAP.
- Oh, thank you PAW Patrol.
It'll be really good to get all this candy
off the street.
Oh my goodness, it's everywhere.
- Rocky, I'm going to need your recycling truck.
And Rubble, I'm going to need your bulldozer.
- Whoa, Rubble, Rubble on the double,
I'm cleaning up all of this with my shovel.
Hey Rocky, look out here it comes.
(candy clatters)
- Wow pups, you did a really good job
of cleaning up this big mess.
It's was a really fun Valentine's day mess.
(laughs)
- Yeah, we cleaned up everything,
Rubble, Rubble on the double.
- Oh, well thank you PAW Patrol.
You were awesome.
- PAW Patrol we're on a roll,
a Mission Paw roll.
(laughs)
(Joker laughs)
- PAW Patrol you haven't seen the last of the Joker.

- [Mr. Hands] Hey, look everyone
it's the Mission Paw vehicle, yay.
I love the Mission Paw vehicle.
It's really cool, it's the Mission Cruiser.
Let's go ahead and get the toys out of here.
Whoa, whoa, whoa, wow I love
these new toys from Spin Master.
They're really cool, the three wheeler,
the mini miner with Rubble,
and the Rescue Rover with Marshall.
Let's move them over here (laughs) because we need
to talk about this cool new toy right here.
And look, we can put it in there like that.
Whoa, Robo dog to the rescue.
(laughs)
Well guys, this is the brand new toy from Spin Master.
It's the Mission Cruiser
and it's really cool.
It comes with everything you see here.
You get Robo dog, right here and he's sitting
down too, which is really cool.
And, you get Robo dog's vehicle.
Robo dog drive's a white vehicle.
(laughs)
Now, Robo dog's vehicle doesn't have any numbers on it
and we were talking about this earlier.
And, I think it's because Robo dog's vehicle
should be number 13, but they didn't want to use
the number 13 because that's an unlucky number.
But, Robo dog's vehicle's got little pegs right there
and Robo dog has the same.
This is a neat thing they've done
here on the PAW Patrol pups, which is really nice
so you can sit him down in there like that
and when you press down really hard
and viola, Robo dog is stuck in his vehicle
and he won't come out.
It rolls around as you can see
and it's one of the smaller vehicles
like the other PAW Patrol and that's all so
they'll all fit in the Mission Cruiser,
which we have right here.
And, this is a really cool one.
It's not as big as the Paw Train vehicle
or the Paw Patroller, but it's cool.
It actually rolls around, which is really nice
I love the rolling action it'll do.
And, in the front right here you got a little area
where you can put Ryder and the crew, whoopsie.
You can put Ryder and the crew and he can sit right there
and Robo dog can sit down there and some of
the other pups.
It's got a control panel right there.
It's really kind of neat, I like it.
(laughs)
Oh boy, and they've got a Mission Paw Ryder,
but we don't have that one yet
and he doesn't come with this set.
But, I can't wait till we get it
'cause then we can have him in this
'cause he's got a cool skateboard, too.
It closes up like this and it's got some tinting
on there so they can see out, but you can't see in.
State troopers aren't like that.
And, look it here.
Also, on this side, we turn it around this way
and when we press the magic button on the top,
which is right there, you press that
oh the top opens up and the bottom,
revealing a little panel right here.
And, it comes with this little cool card like this,
see that right there when we tip it that way?
Oh, it's gone, well there's some trouble in Barkingburg.
And, the pups have to figure it out.
When you put it down in here you can see it,
but it doesn't do anything.
It doesn't do anything like it does when you
put it in the pup pad, which we've got the pup pad
and we're gonna put it in there just to hear it, okay?
(beeps)
- [Ryder] There's trouble in Barkingburg.
PAW Patrol to the Mission Cruiser.
Zuma, I need you and your hydrolauncher.
- [Zuma] I'm on it.
- [Ryder] Chase, I need you and your night vision.
- [Chase] Chase is on the case, Mission Paw is on a roll.
- [Mr. Hands] Wow, and you can see the little card
when you tilt it one way it looks like
the Mission Paw Cruiser's right there.
When you tilt it the other way it disappears.
And there's a castle and it looks like
there's a big clock too, so that's really cool.
And, these little things on the back right here
well they have to be scanned so that you can hear
all this stuff that you just heard.
So, that was really cool.
Not only that, it's got some cool sounds.
So, when we press this button again
listen to what it does.
(beeps)
Oh no, Ryder needs us.
(siren)
(engine revs)
(cruiser whirs)
Oh, that means the gate opened up, woo.
(beeps)
(chirps)
(beeps)
(chirps)
It's got a lot of sounds.
(beeps)
Okay, I think that's all of them
so you can see what it's doing.
And, when you open it up you've got
three little bays in here.
And, you can put the PAW Patrol pups.
Look, you can put that one and you can take Marshall
right here, and put him right there, and you can take
Rocky in his vehicle.
I'm sorry, Rocky.
Rocky wasn't sitting down very good.
Let me get him in there, there we go.
And put Rocky up in there and then close it up like so.
And, when you press the button again
watch what happens.
It opens up and it's ready for action.
And there are these little buttons on the back, back here.
And, when you press down on 'em it launches the vehicles.
Let me show you.
I'm gonna put it this way so you can
see them go out.
Here we go, the first one.
Whoa, let me press down on the second one.
There goes Marshall.
And, the third one,
don't lose, reuse it, Rocky.
(laughs)
So, the little vehicle is kinda cool
because it can hold the little vehicles,
the big vehicle can hold the little vehicles.
Now, the Mission Cruiser is the vehicle number 14.
14 is a cool number, 'cause that means
there are 14 PAW Patrol vehicles,
which is really awesome.
(laughs)
And, on the very back this opens up and we can
put some things in there.
I thought when we opened this up it would be bigger,
but then I realized that in order to do that
they'd have to take up room in here.
So, it's a little small, but we can still put
people, like maybe the Joker he could go in here
and hang out and we could lock him up like that.
(laughs)
No, don't leave him in there.
That would be mean.
But, the little noises that you hear and everything
they come from this little speaker right there.
So, this is a really cool, cool, cool PAW Patrol vehicle.
I love it a lot.
(vocalizing)
Look at it go back and forth, it's ping pong.
(laughs)
Wee, let's go ahead and close that up like that.
Now, on the front you can see the paw,
the Paw Mission Paw Cruiser coming towards you.
It's got the little emblem for the PAW Patrol
right there in the middle.
And, I've seen Ryder driving this one too
in the photos, so I guess Ryder has his driver's license
now and he can drive this.
It kinda looks like a big RV to me.
But, it's really cool 'cause all the pups
can hang out in it and have lots and lots of fun.
(laughs)
I like it a lot.
It's got four wheels, and the bottom is plastic.
And, they spin like that, they don't spin independently,
but these spin independently of each other.
Oh, it makes noises almost like a car.
(laughs)
So, this is the Mission Cruiser
from the PAW Patrol and I think it's awesome.
Well kids we've gotta bring Bobby out here.
- Hi.
- [Mr. Hands] 'Cause Bobby is the one that knows
toys better than anyone and he loves the PAW Patrol.
And, he's been playing with this toy too
and I wonder what you think of it Bobby.
- I like it, (laughs) it seems like a fun toy
'cause you can put all the little miniature
PAW Patrol vehicles in there.
- [Mr. Hands] Yeah, you can, you can do that really nice
and then like this and put Chase there, Rubble there,
and Zuma there.
- Yeah, please launch 'em.

Failure, seen properly, is just a recognition of fast learning.
So I have training wheels, which I try to put on this concept within X, to try to help
everyone get comfortable with the idea.
Here's an example.
You're working on a project.
It either has an Achilles' heel or it doesn't.
Would we like to discover that Achilles' heel, if it exists, now or later?
If you say later you've just signed up to be intellectually dishonest.
You're not really going to sign up for that.
As soon as you acknowledge that should it have an Achilles' heel we'd like to know
about that now rather than later, then it becomes the right way for us to behave – to
check to see if it has an Achilles' heel now, right now.
If it has the Achilles' heel we'll end the project and we'll go find something better
to do.
And if it doesn't have an Achilles' heel we can move forward with that increased level
of excitement and certainty that we're on the right track.
Let's pretend that you are setting out to make a time machine at X and you have two
choices.
One, to cause a pebble or a mouse to move backwards one minute in time to actually cause
some small amount of time travel, or to design the user interface for the cockpit of the
time machine.
I think we can all agree in this particular example that working on the user interface
for the cockpit, once you get it done it will look like you've made progress but you haven't
you've made motion.
We can all sit there, look at your cockpit and say the chances that we succeed are exactly
the same as they were before.
We've not actually made any progress because all of the risk was on the part you chose
not to do.
What you should have done first was the other one.
Our shorthand for this at X is we joke #MonkeyFirst.
Similar to the time machine, if you're trying to get a monkey to stand on a pedestal ten
feet high and recite Shakespeare monologues and you have a choice between training the
monkey first and building the pedestal, if you build the pedestal first when your boss
walks by he's like, "Hey nice pedestal!"
And then you feel good.
You just did something useful, you just got a little bit of attaboy.
That's why people do that.
But you've utterly wasted your company's money if you build the pedestal first because all
of the hard part is getting the monkey to recite Shakespeare.
If you can get the monkey to recite Shakespeare we can always build the pedestal afterwards.
But if you can't, thank goodness we didn't spend a moment or a penny building what turned
out to be a useless pedestal.
Now, in order to get a culture at X to do that we need to reward people when they do
it.
So when someone raises their hand and says, "My project looks really good but I've discovered
I don't think it's going to work out because of this subtle but important issue," and
those ten people now need to find a new jobs.
If we say, "Sucks to be you," no one at X will ever again raise their hand and say
that.
But if we say to them, "Hey, that was awesome.
What incredible intellectual honesty you just displayed and good critical thinking to have
discovered this.
We're going to work super hard to find all of you new jobs somewhere at X or at Alphabet.
We're going to give you all bonuses for having ended your project so thoughtfully.
Take long vacations and then when you're done come back and join another project here and
get going again with extra levels of passion because you're now working on something that
you don't secretly know is going to fail at some point in the future, which is how you
would have felt if you had stuck on your old project."
People are sad when they have to end their projects.
They don't end of their projects lightly.
But because they've come to understand that ending their project is just being intellectually
honest, it's driving for high efficiency, which is why we use the word factory and tie
it to moonshots because we're trying to systematize innovation.
We're trying to drive to high efficiency innovation.
And that can best be done by being honest when you're on the wrong track.
And that is failing fast.

With that said, I want to make a more personal video, and what better than a Top 10 list
counting down my 10 favorite Pokemon of all time.
As always, I'm Pokemon Insider, and let's get started.
10.
Starting off my list is the Pokemon that started my adventures in the world of video games,
Feraligatr.
When I first got into Pokemon, I played Pokemon Silver version, and the first time I actually
understood what I was doing, I chose Totodile as my starter.
It ended up being the only Pokemon I used throughout the playthrough, and by the time
I completed as much as I knew about, my Feraligatr was level 100.
I remember going through the entire Pokemon league using only my level 100 Feraligatr
with Cut, Strength, Surf, and Ice Punch, and barely taking any damage.
Feraligatr evokes a ton of nostalgia for me, which is why it gets the 10 spot on my list.
9.
Volcarona is a Pokemon that proved its worth for me time and time again in the sixth generation
of Pokemon.
When looking for Pokemon to add to a team in X and Y, I decided to give Volcarona a
shot.
I wasn't expecting too much, which might be why I was so shocked that it was so good.
Ever since I added it to my team over 3 years ago, I knew it would continue to be a favorite
of mine, and I'll always use Volcarona when I have the chance.

Generation 4 had some amazing Pokemon, and one of them is Staraptor.
I played Pokemon Diamond version when I was in 4th and 5th grade, and of course, I had
to use the early bird Pokemon of the new generation.
I was thoroughly impressed with Staraptor, and it has definitely become my favorite generational
bird.
From its awesome design, to its amazing battle potential, there are so many things I can
point to as to why Staraptor is one of my favorites, and it's a must have for any
generation 4 playthrough.
7.
Another generation 4 Pokemon making it on this list, Lucario has made a ton of great
memories for me.
The Pokemon movie: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew has got to be one of my favorites of
all time, and it inspired me to use Lucario in my copy of Pokemon Diamond.
I remember finding Riley on Iron Island, raising that Riolu egg into a powerful Lucario, and
it quickly grew into one of my favorite Pokemon.
I don't really know what it is about Lucario that made me like it in the first place, but
it remains one of my favorites even now.
6.
Greninja didn't start out as one of my favorites, but it slowly grew into my favorite Kalos
Pokemon.
When X and Y first came out, I picked Froakie as my starter with the intention of using
the event Torchic instead.
However, I ended up using Froakie more, and it grew on me so much.
Then when I found out how good it was in battle with its hidden ability, I absolutely fell
in love with the Pokemon.
Greninja is a beast in every form of Pokemon battling, and it has an amazing design to
go along with it.
It's no wonder it grew on me so much.
5.
Starting the top 5, Blaziken makes its way onto the list.
Blaziken is definitely my favorite starter Pokemon because of the experiences I had with
it in generation 3.
When Pokemon Ruby came out, I was 7 years old, and for whatever reason, 7 year old me
chose Torchic to start my game.
That Torchic evolved into a Combusken, and I began to regret my decision to choose it,
but I waited it out and got to the majestic Blaziken.
Blaziken's design is phenomenal, and it's no slouch in battle either.
Blaziken's signature move, Blaze Kick, is also my favorite move of all time, and it
has been a big part of my Pokemon journeys ever since.
4.
Another gen 3 Pokemon, Groudon, is my favorite legendary Pokemon.
When I was younger, all I wanted to do was use the strongest Pokemon possible, and of
course, that led me to use Groudon in Pokemon Ruby.
It was the first Pokemon I got to level 100 in the game, and it became a big part of my
team, not only in Ruby, but also in Pokemon Leaf Green.
I ended up trading it over after beating Leaf Green, and it was part of the first full team
of Pokemon I ever used.
Groudon will always have a special spot in my all time list, and I'm glad to use it
even if it's a legendary.
3.
Aerodactyl has always been a Pokemon I liked, but it didn't become one of my favorites
until Pokemon Soul Silver.
For whatever reason, I decided to stick with Soul Silver until X and Y came out, and around
2012, I was getting into the competitive side of Pokemon.
At that time, I was looking for a strong, fast, physical sweeper, and Aerodactyl jumped
off the page.
Aerodactyl exceeded all expectations, and it is a Pokemon I use as much as I can.
The design and the battle ability combined are both major reason why Aerodactyl became
my third favorite Pokemon.

Just like Aerodactyl, I didn't have any attachment to Starmie until I was playing
Soul Silver.
Like I said, 2012 was when I first got into competitive Pokemon, and Starmie is the first
Pokemon I decided to use my new knowledge on.
I bred hundreds of Staryu eggs until I got the perfect one, and then I went on the tiresome
journey of EV training a Pokemon in generation 4, but the grind was totally worth it.
I wouldn't trade the experience for anything, and because of it, Starmie has become one
of my favorite Pokemon of all time.
1 . You probably saw this coming, but Victreebel and its evolutionary line are my favorite
Pokemon ever.
So here's the story: I had been playing Pokemon for 11 years, and I still yet to find
a shiny.
I was playing Pokemon Soul Silver, running down Route 32, when I encountered a level
6 shiny Bellsprout.
Never in my life had I been so excited.
I already liked Bellsprout prior to getting the shiny, and I trained it up to a level
100 Victreebel that has been transferred up to Sun and Moon.
Even though it might not be the best in battle, the memory of finding my first shiny Pokemon
pushes Bellsprout and its evolutions to my favorite Pokemon.
And that's it for my list.

Huckabee Claims Wall Will Be Built Sooner Than Expected
President Donald Trump has been taking heat lately from all sides regarding his proposed
U.S-Mexico border wall and the time and money it will take to build it.
However, one outspoken conservative has consistently defended the president and his signature border
security plan � Mike Huckabee.
On Fox News� Friday edition of �Outnumbered,� the former Arkansas governor said he would
�put money� on the border wall getting built quicker and for less money than even
the government has projected.
Huckabee was referring to a recently released internal report by the Department of Homeland
Security that the wall would cost as much as $21.6 billion and take more than three
years to complete, as reported by Reuters.
This was a huge contradiction of the $12 billion Trump estimated it would cost during his presidential
campaign, particularly considering the recent revelation that taxpayers would be the ones
fronting the cost of the wall on Trump�s promise that Mexico would pay for it in the
long run.
Huckabee, however, said he doubted the DHS estimate was accurate because the government
�always overestimates because they�re gonna slow-walk everything.�
In addition, the former governor argued, Trump has a history of completing projects in a
timely fashion and �under budget.�
�I would put my money on Donald Trump getting that wall built for a whole lot less than
the government says it�s gonna cost and doing it much quicker,� he said.

Following right along with is the long awaited and long hyped Persona 5.
After having to transfer to a high school in Tokyo, the protagonist has an odd dream.

After finishing up his role in the Allies' North African Campaign in Tunisia, Lt. Karl
Fairburne heads to nearby Sicily to begin the story of Sniper Elite 4.
A new story trailer released today provides some context.
Sicily was a strategically crucial launch point for the Allies' Italian Campaign, which
sought to unseat dictator and German ally Benito Mussolini.
By linking up with Italian anti-Mussolini fighters in Sicily, Fairburne's job will be
to help sow seeds of rebellion and prepare the way for the southern Allied invasion of
mainland Europe.
