Youtube daily report w Feb 9 2017

We are preparing a successful edition for MIDO 2017.

Just some facts: First of all, the participation of 127 new companies.

Many of them are small companies.

Focused on technology, creativity and innovative design.

Another important fact is the growth of this exhibition

Despite a difficult economic scenario, an unstable geopolitical situation

MIDO this y ear has added 1500 square meters

and The More! pavilion, which opened last year

as an extension of the Design Lab, almost doubled its size

This year we are organizing a special exhibition of more than 5000 images

collected from the exhibiting companies which tell the history of glasses from the 1900s to today.

through marketing and advertising material and videos. It is basically a story

of how glasses have changed in time, from medical device to an iconic product.

MIDO is not only a great show

Where companies come to make business

But it is also a platform

a meeting point for stakeholders. At MIDO they can share opinions

find useful tips and suggestions, look at the past, but mostly move towards the future.

MIDO 2017 will feature again the Otticlub

A space where visitors and opticians in particular have the opportunity to attend seminars, presentations

education sessions and conferences. In this context we will present the results of a market survey

prepared in cooperation with SILMO

which analyses customers' behaviour in our industry.

This year we are focusing on Russia, Japan, the United States and China.

For all these reasons you just can't miss MIDO.

From the 25th to the 27th of February.

The Sounds of Breastfeeding. ProperSound #12 - Duration: 5:30.

Hello I am always eager to conduct unusual experiments, I went in this one with open mind.

Today, we combine acoustics and lactation!

Yes! It's all thanks to Ania.

Hello

Every young mom and dad probably knows how important breastfeeding is.

It helps with bonding, strong immune system and above all provides with healthy nutrition.

But how do you know if everything is going well?

Among other things by the way it sounds

Acoustician would say that I we are going to diagnose using vibroacoustic signal.

There is many movies that promote breastfeeding on the internet.

Unfortunately, the quality of these movies is poor.

Therefore, today we meet in the acoustic chamber.

Courtesy of Laboratory of Technical Acoustic,

The Department of Mechanics and Vibroacoustics AGH in Krakow

In today's experiment we will use anechoic chamber and highly sensitive specialized microphone.

To capture the acoustic aspect of breastfeeding we will use anechoic chamber and highly sensitive specialized microphone.

If you are interested in learning more about the place we are working in, please click on the link provided in the upper right corner.

Without further ado, I invite you to witness our experiment.

First of all, I would like to thank the mothers and their daughters for their courage, patience and willingness to participate in this project.

Without their help, we couldn't have succeeded.

We know that act of breastfeeding has it's patern.

It consists of the following phases:

Phase I : First couple minutes of suckling stimulates faster flow of milk. (It's called the letdown phase.)

Phase 2: Sucking milk when baby is actively drinking/eating

Phase 3: The pace slows down: baby suckles slower and takes longer pauses.

This phase is particularly important because at the end of the feeding the milk has higher fat content and is higher in calories.

Let's start with putting Maja to breast.

At the beginning, baby suckles rapidly in order to stimulate the milk flow.

After a short time, suckling pattern changes

We can hear suckling and swallowing now.

And once again

In addition to suckling and swallowing we can also hear breathing.

Baby pauses for few seconds after each swallow.

The other participant, Sara, was very distracted by lights and people surrounding her.

This shows how important it is to breastfeed in a calm environment.

Additionally, Sara is congested which makes it more difficult for her to breastfeed and breathe- hence the sound of wheezing and frequent interruptions in feeding so she can catch her breath.

2 month old Adrianna and her mother Kasia were recorded first and were accompanied by the large group of media.

First we hear suckling without swallows that stimulates milk flow.

And then the rhythm changes, frequency of suckling decreases and we can hear her swallow.

We could hear smacking sounds here. Those should not be present during breastfeeding.

In this situation, we can hear the smacking sounds as a result of improper latch.

The child was unable to latch properly or maintain the latch due to distraction caused by the journalist present during the experiment.

Environmental changes might have caused an increased maternal stress and the lack of proper positioning of Adrianna at the breast.

This resulted in improper, shallow attachment and produced smacking sound.

This recording shows how important it is for mother to nurse in safe, peaceful and quiet environment.

where you can relax, cuddle your child and correct improper attachment.

Remember that this recording in very general.

Each of these children are very different.

Therefore, if you experience any problems you should seek an advice from lactation consultant.

We hope you found this video helpful. If so, please give us thumbs up below and share it widely with your friends. We hope to reach milions.

We would like to invite you to share your thoughts and comments below.

If you are interested in acoustics, please subscribe to this channel.

and if you are interested in learning more about breastfeeding, please visit the Lactation Science Center and Human Milk Bank foundation.

Thank you for visiting and we hope to hear from you. Best regards!

【MUKBANG】 So Cute! 30 Of Baked Siretoco Bear's Face Donuts + Milk 2L ! 4.3kg, 8150kcal[CC Available] - Duration: 6:02.

Hello its Kinoshita Yuka (English subs by ~Aphexx~)

So, Today! tadaa I bought 30 treats called 'shiretoko donuts' (English subs by ~Aphexx~)

I bought these online from Rakuten

30 donuts with assorted flavors of shiretoko donuts are all lined up

look how KAWAII they are the bear is sticking his face out

they have this nice sweet aroma ~do you want to come out?~

~oh... he's just a normal donut ~

the Kawaii bear's face sticks in here

I weighed one earlier and a single donut weighed 77g with all 30 they'll weigh approximately 2kg

itadakimasu so Kawaii!!

the donut is so fluffy lets start things off with this little bear

so moist and fluffy perfect with milk

ahh so delish

?made so much better with milk? and it tastes better it taste better than Castella

the combination of Castella cake and milk is so good

in total there are 5 different flavors this is a Hokkaido milk flavor. their most regular of flavors

these Kawaii things would be a hit with kids if you don't eat the little bear first he'll fall out when

you take a bite out of the donut

this is a cocoa choco a cocoa donut with chocolate chips

? X ?

this is Hokkaido squash its got squash seeds in it

its got a mild squash flavor throughout

this is chocolate chip

I like the mouthfeel of chocolate chips nestled within a fluffy donut

next up is shiretoko salt

I guess it has salt in it

the salt accents the sweetness of the donut nicely

K I've finished 10 donuts take a look at these Kawaii pictures on the boxes

there are 5 different illustrations in total

eating these with milk makes me so very very happy wouldn't it be great if you were served these as a snack

I've only gone through half of these and I've already drank 1 L of my milk.

there's a legit connection to how many donuts you eat and the milk you drink

FOR REALS GUYS... IF A MILK COMPANY AND A DONUT SHOP PAIRED UP SOMETHING GREAT WILL HAPPEN

~this concludes Kinoshita's Advice corner~

the combination of cocoa donuts and milk is so good

I just figured out how to open these cartons of milk if you don't open up both sides its hard to pour

I've been thinking these are super hard to pour this side lets in air or something

so easy to pour ~I learned something cool~

~that is all I have to say about that~

I finished 20 of them ~they're so delish~

every single one of these bears are so KAWAII the baker's are taking their time making each and every

single one of these TYVM! but are these really bears? they might be something else....

~I wonder....~

ahh 2 litres down

I guess I'll switch to tea

last one this little bear....

he's got a tiny mouth can you see it? I discovered it

KAWAII

last mouthful itadakimasu

gochisosamadeshita

these shiretoko donuts were absolutely delish

the sweet honey flavor on these fluffy dontus was so delish

but the thing inside.... are they bears? they're so kawaii

if you went to visit someone and they served these as snacks that would make me so happy

I'd probably lose it if these came out for 3:00 tea

these were delish won't you all give them a try? and as always thanks for watching and if you

liked this video please hit the like and subscribe buttons BAI BAI

Don't Talk Bad About Disney | Disneyland in the Rain? Part 1 - Duration: 12:21.

good morning everybody

today's a special very very special

we're going to disneyland for hopefully

the first time in a long time without

any problems

knock on wood and no way and no better

way to enjoy it then going on a day of

rain right it's pretty it's pretty moist

outside

and hey shorter lines

hopefully I mean last time we went was for my

sisters birthday and that was a total

bust because her disneyland pass was

like had a hold on it turns out they

didn't even know why there was a hold

on it and we ended up spending

couple hours taking care of that looking

for starchmucks little did we know there's

a starschmucks inside

well yeah downtown disney

so we wasted like four hours and my sister and

the rest of my family got on like four or five rides

while we were just we got on like two or

three

yeah we got on like to ride to actual

rides and like two more that we're just

like we got on the swings and zephyr

which honestly I don't feel like its a ride

ride a waste of time we don't even get

on zephyr. it was funny too because we

were online looking at the people and

none of those faces looked amused

what so ever. everyone hade a straight face

and then, as soon as we sat down there

like all right everybody clicking and

they came around expected everybody

seats and righe before we take off

we have malfunctions get everybody

please step off the ride was like WTF

as soon as we get on it breaks down and

it's for the best anyway. yeah I guess that

ride was pretty wac.

Zephyr was wack! the swing set was wack!

the annual pass problems wack. but today the

rain not so wack

hopefully kills lines so we made it to

disneyland negative incident so the

first met yet so far so good evening

we've got the mickey and friends and

parking structure

yep it's still raining of course and

surprisingly there's a lot of people here they're

just walking around with trash bags on

their heads that means there's a couple

few hundred other people who are just

crazy and just to go to Disneyland on weekend

friday in the rain

alright so we made it into disneyland

got my coffee

she's got our umbrella that's making

her even more soaked, than without one

it's just too small (that's what she said) and there's a

disneyland castle right there and get

Cinderella's castle IDK. aurora's. its

Cinderella's

it has to be Cinderella's. are you sure

about that? and my socks and how it

look at the ducks swim in the rain

to think this many people here while

it's raining is absurd that's like my

jacksboro hat one of those

this is peter pan this going i want to

get on

why go ahead stand in line

go ahead

says the weight is 40 minutes

don't think i want to wait in the rain for

40 minutes

the front of the line now its first

First ride down

it wasn't as bad as I thought. they are just damp.

least want a poncho for the backpack or

something

you can get more plastic bags and put

the clothes in the bag

$10 for a plastic bag that say Disney.

expensive here

don't talk bad about Disney

take it from a backroom and lash us

(Whipping noise)

what is a disney was disney the most

wonderful place in the world. (whipping noise) it's the happiest place in

the world and don't you forget it

don't you feel happy? YES. that's going to be Mickey talking.

yeah Mickey is going to be the one

whipping us

no wait on Pirates. probably because people already

getting wet

zero wait. just walk straight to the front of the line

maybe well get on twice. maybe three times.

we don't have to get on Indiana until between 12 and 1

we stopped to grab something to eat $20

slice of pizza

had to wait everything here has a line

there's even a line for the tables

you've got to wait in line to get a table

wait in line go bathroom. wait in a

line to wait in line

after this we're gonna get on hyper space mountain

mom

I'm not sure we may go to California adventure

we may go home

because the rain was supposed to let up but it

actually got worse (weird giggles)

the news people lied.

we didn't get on hyper space mountain because

someone had themselves an accident and EMTs and

ambulance had to come and take somebody

but now we're at California adventures trying to

go to California soaring over the world

soaring over the world

it stopped raining though.

so I guess news people didn't lie. :/

it's literally the rain stopped 1258

when I was like i don't see any water

it's a lot better than soaring over

California except I miss orange smell

little bit better than soaring over California

our tripadvisor

10 minutes

we're going to California screaming wait is

ten minutes then after that I guess

we'll go home if I can't find a corndog

still want a corn dog

she's pushing she wants to go

come on it's not everyday you get these

kind of wait times

seriously. willies churros, but willie is nowhere

to be found

what did Gabreal say? that if you

mess with Disney they'll take care of

you in an in-Disney like way. willie wasn't making

his cut

so they cut willie

what

TURKEY LEGS!!!

corndog turkey leg will see

since after all this rain i don't think

we're gonna be in a drought anymore they

got the waterfall going.

saw her face she was so scared as like

she's screaming and everything like just

whatever it's just like why did I get

the animal passion knew he was gonna

make me get on this ride

hey! I enjoy the rollercoaster .

more than you do apparently I don't

enjoy them it's just I don't feel I

don't get the the g-force butterflies I

don't feel those not like i used to

anyway now I'm just like this is nice...

the screaming and accelerator those are

like the ones where i feel it a little

bit but it's not like where I'm like

when I was younger people were staring

at me talking to the camera

it's okay Cars Land

organic

had nightmares about that is that was

crazy it was like the creepiest thing

I've seen these get over the family

statue

I'm like not many things scare me but

that's pretty creepy may try to steal his gold tooth though

I guess we're back seating it

today

it's really creepy

Stanley's tooth is loose

The 5 most common blocks to learning to paint - and how to overcome them! - Duration: 7:59.

Hi it's Anna Mason here.

If you've struggled to get painting in your spare time, you are NOT ALONE!

I've taught hundreds of adults to learn to paint over the years and I've seen first

hand what can get in the way.

So in this video I'm going to run through the top 5 creative blocks to the learning

process and give you pointers on how to bust through them.

I don't know any artist - professional or amateur who hasn't encountered one or more

of these blocks at some point.

It goes with the territory.

And I want you to note that all these blocks are actually INTERNAL.

They seem like they are 'real' and based in external reality, but most of the time

they are actually just THOUGHTS.

And thoughts don't have to be believed!

So let's run through the 5 blocks.

"What's the point? I won't be any good" This might sound a bit dramatic, but if you've

struggled to learn to paint for a while, you can start to question why you should bother.

This often comes from a perfectionist mind-set where you feel that unless you are going to

be brilliant even on your first attempt, then you should just give up completely.

Actually, you need to flip this thinking on it's head.

Painting should be about enjoying the PROCESS.

Having fun, enjoying the feel of the brush and the sight of the marks you make on the

paper.

Of course you want your paintings to look GOOD.

But, just as you wouldn't expect yourself to be fluent in a language the day you decided

to learn, you need to remember that learning comes through repeated doing.

Ask yourself this: if you spent an entire day THOROUGHLY enjoying the process, time

passing really quickly and you learning a lot, but not producing a painting worthy of

hanging on your wall just yet, would that be a wasted day?

I think not.

Doing something enjoyable and 'just for fun' has been proven to reduce stress and

improve health.

So the question becomes, can you come to enjoy painting without being fixated on the result?

You are after all, learning.

It IS possible, and it's what little children do all the time.

It requires trust in the process of learning - knowing you will improve with practice,

and crucially it requires you treat yourself with COMPASSION.

So, the key to overcoming block 1 is: Enjoying the process is MORE important than

the final result.

"I don't have enough time" Ahh, this little gem.

We've all been there.

And it's true that many of us lead genuinely busy lives.

But unless you have caring responsibilities or are working 3 jobs, it's quite likely

you could make time, if you really felt motivated to.

I always thought it was a lack of time that was stopping me painting, until I discovered

botanical painting and got all fired up.

Suddenly, I felt inspired, I found myself painting an hour before work, 2 hours after

work and several hours each weekend.

You don't need to go to those lengths, but it's worth remembering that watercolour

is perfect for fitting around other activities.

You can dip for 30 mins here or there, especially if you are able to leave your paints out in

a specific place.

And I don't know anyone who couldn't find 30 mins a day, or a couple of hours a week

within their schedule.

Scheduling is what really works.

So key to overcoming block 2 is: Make sure you SCHEDULE your painting sessions

so you know what you're doing when.

If it's not scheduled, it won't happen.

But in order to schedule time in, you need to be motivated, and you need to have some

some structure to your learning so you know what activity you're scheduling in when.

Which leads me onto … "I don't know WHAT to paint"

You know you want to paint, but when you think about WHAT you'd like to paint, your mind

goes entirely blank.

You lack inspiration.

Or perhaps you get inspired by things you see in nature - like flowers in your garden

- but when you sit down to paint, you can't see them in your imagination.

If like me, you're interested in painting detail, and in a realistic style you're

going to want a subject there in front of you to observe, draw and paint.

Finding something to inspire you on the day you want to paint, can be tricky.

It's here that photos become our friends.

Nowadays a cheap digital camera, or the camera on your phone is capable of capturing great

images, with amazing detail.

Start to take photos of subjects that inspire you when you see them.

That way you'll build up a library of images that you can use to paint from.

Oh, and the paradoxical thing about inspiration is that you think you need to wait for it

to 'strike' in order for you to paint.

But just by getting on and painting anything, you somehow open yourself up to be inspired

and the ideas begin to flow.

As one of my School members, Wendy King put it, "painting teaches you to see, and when

you see, you start to find things you want to paint wherever you look!"

It's one of the reasons I make a collection of photos as well as video classes available

to members of my online School to work from!

Key to overcoming block 3 then, is: Photos are your friend when it comes to getting

inspiration to paint - and so is just painting ANYTHING.

"I don't know where to start" Ok, so you've decided to spend the morning

painting.

You've got a photo you'd like to work from.

You've got your paints out.

You're looking at a blank sheet of paper.

You feel yourself tense up.

HOW do you start this?

How does this blank sheet transform into a finished, realistic looking painting?

It can feel overwhelming.

Overcoming these feelings is all about using a method you trust and understand.

If you had all the time in the world (like I did as a child) you'd be able to work

it out in time.

But as a short-cut through that process, it's really helpful to get some good tuition.

Tuition that explains a method to you in a clear, structured and unambiguous way, with

an explanation of WHY you're doing what you're doing.

So bust through block 4 by using a method that you can trust and understand.

There are many methods out there, and ,of course, I believe my structured process can

give you the confidence to look at that clean sheet of paper and know EXACTLY what you need

to do first, and second, and third etc., which leads me onto…

"This looks TERRIBLE. I'm giving up."

I know that learners often HATE the sight of their paintings when they are at the half-way stage.

This is usually a point where, IF the painting were actually left at this point, deemed finished,

it would undoubtedly be a very bad rendition of the subject - with dark patches and light

patches, and generally looking pretty messy.

But that's just the point, it's not finished, it's only part way through.

ALL paintings have to go through this stage (sometimes referred to as the 'Ugly Duckling'

stage) if they are ever to be completed (and turn into a beautiful swan).

The funny thing is that when I show learners my own part completed paintings, they think

they look fine, just unfinished.

But they don't apply the same forgiving and rational interpretation to their own work.

It is ALWAYS worth carrying on with your painting at this stage.

And as you gain confidence in the method you are using, you'll begin to recognise the

way your paintings need to look along their journey and stop interpreting it as terrible

or ugly.

You can even start enjoying the way they look as a promise of what's to come!

So to bust through this block, remember, when you're only part way through a painting

it's never going to look its best, so don't critique yourself before you've finished!

Of course breaking through these creative blocks is easier said than done, because we

can get so used to thinking in a particular way it becomes engrained.

But I hope this video has given you some new ways of thinking that can help make these

blocks a thing of the past.

Thanks so much for watching and good luck busting through your painting blocks.

How to stop procrastination or procrastinating: #1 Real actual cause revealed - Duration: 11:15.

Hey, welcome to this video.

My name is Tom, from the Alive Academy.com.

And in this video we will make visible what the real root cause of our procrastination

really is.

Only when we know the real cause, we can heal the root and therefor automatically liberate

ourselves from every other PROCRASTINATION-symptom too, like restlessness, perfectionism, doing

more pleasurable things in place of less pleasurable ones, carrying out less urgent tasks instead

of more urgent ones etc.

Only if we know what the real root of the problem is, we will know how we can STOP our

PROCRASTINATION completely and for once and for all.

Procrastination comes down to FEAR, fear that we can't do something, or that something

won't work out if we would do it or fear that we can't handle a situation or feel

discomfort if we would face it.

To end the root of the problem together with all it's symptoms for once and for all,

and therefor to shine the light onto our 'dark' procrastination or fears, I came up with a

drawing to show you.

I don't want to give you a superficial solution, so I want to take you back to the origin.

To the moment we were born.

Let's represent this heart as a symbol of our free pure and fulfilled feeling at our

birth.

Then from that moment until now, we have all encountered painful emotions and none of us

have learned how to solve this pain.

This pain sets around our pure and fulfilled feelings.

Of course no one of us really want to feel this pain, that is why we all found a different

way of dealing with this.

You know how?

By building a wall of control around it.

And how do we build that wall?

We all know this I guess.

From that moment we stop living from our feeling and start living from our mind or our thinking.

Let me symbolize this brain for our thinking.

From that moment we use our thinking nonstop to search for distractions outside ourselves,

that will have to prevent us from feeling pain.

And these distractions or our non stop thinking, yes of course I should be doing this, or I

should be doing that, or otherwise it wouldn't feel right, this, this and that.

This annoying little voice inside our head, I am sure we all know off, serves us as a

band aid, on top of our wall of control.

To prevent ourselves from feeling.

The problem is that we do not just cover up just our pain, but also our pure feelings.

And within our distractions we are still looking for a feeling.

For example in creating success, we are actually looking for a feeling of fulfillment.

Or by starting a relationship, because we'd rather not be alone, because then we are not

distracted anymore and then we feel pain.

So we are searching for a feeling to fulfill ourselves with a relationship.

And even in simple things a new Smartphone, a new car, new house, we search for this long

lasting feeling of being complete and fulfilled by running away from our feelings.

The contradiction shows itself very clearly, yet we do not question ourselves about these

choices and the routine that is has become for so many of us.

We rather invest all of our money in time to build a life filled with these distractions

that never work permanently.

That create something like a reality replacement for the feeling that we actually are missing.

A replaced identity of ourselves.

And we start to believe to have become this illusion.

The problem is that when we are running away from our feelings and at the same time are

looking for in these distractions for a feeling of fulfillment that never comes, then we will

have to continuously search for new distractions.

New, new etc.

Until we can't keep up anymore.

This pattern is extremely exhausting, we all are aware of this, let me symbolize sweat

drops for this.

This is an imprisoning pattern.

Let me symbolize a lock for this.

Now what is fear?

Fear is just the resistance that we would fail in getting our next distraction or that

one of our created distractions will disappear or will be taken away from us.

Because then our band aid will no longer work and then obviously we will start to feel the

pain again that we haven't resolved yet.

I hope by showing you this drawing that fear has a very valuable function.

That fear is not only pretty annoying, but it is also a wake - up call.

That this replacement reality doesn't work.

So as long as we still experience fear, tells us that we are still having unsolved pain

and are settling for a replacement reality instead of independently feeling fulfilled

and alive in freedom.

There actually is a reality possible in which we can choose to live the way we really are,

feeling independently fulfilled.

Without fear and unsolved pain.

If we learn to solve all of our unsolved pain and fear, our restlessness thinking to escape

in distractions isn't necessary anymore either and only then we can start to create in freedom.

Only then we can start a relation in freedom or success or whatever we feel like creating.

And only then we don't have any fears that it will disappear again.

And only then we can truly enjoy to the fullest and we don't have any fears anymore, that

things people or achievements may be taken away from us.

Because we feel complete and fulfilled independently without experiencing fear and having pain

anymore.

Do you know the difference between creating something as a distraction or as an addiction

or as a compensation, because this is the mask we all are wearing, the mask of pretending.

The difference between this and doing something out of free will, an easy way to check is

to stop doing what you are doing, and you are still feeling completely fulfilled then

you are acting out of free will.

On the other hand, when you stop doing what you are trying to do or achieve and you will

start feeling restless, because that is how pain feels.

Pain doesn't feel like; ahhh I'm in pain, pain feels like feeling restless, irritated,

angry, bored.

Then you know you are doing it to create a compensation reality or as a distraction from

unsolved feelings.

And the good news is that there actually is a way to solve the root of all pain, which

will make all fear to feel pain vanish as well.

Which will let you create without limitations, and importantly you don't need to go through

this pain again to get rid of it.

We know now that all of our fears and other symptoms are helping alarm signals and serve

us with a very valuable message.

Our fear and symptoms are here to tell us that the direction that we are going, is a

wrong and unhealthy direction.

It warns us that if we continue to ignore this wrong, unhealthy direction, of dis-ease,

that our body might come up with bigger actual diseases.

Our fear and our symptoms are here to tell us that liberation and cure is to be found

in the opposite direction: in solving our unsolved pain, so no more fears or symptoms

can arise.

Do you believe by numbing these alarm signals, f.e. by taking medication, will help us to

solve the real problem?

Or does it give us another short shot of distraction, like we've seen in the drawing?

The more I was trying to create a successful mask, or the more I was trying to run away

from my insecurity or fears, the more my exhausting and limiting fears kept arising in other forms

and didn't go away.

I only started to feel truly liberated, relaxed, filled with joy, filled with self esteem and

enjoying everything around me, when I decided to get to the root of my fear and pain and

solved them.

When we are no longer imprisoned in this exhausting system by fears, pain and relating symptoms,

we will feel independently filled with joy.

When we feel only joy without fear, there won't be any obstructions left, to create

whatever belongs to us naturally.

When we create out of joy, without any obstructions, success and abundance are just a logical consequence.

Basically liberating ourselves from this limiting imprisonment by fear and pain, is the key

to go from limitations and scarcity, to true natural abundance.

Or does liberation come from working even harder against our will in the wrong direction

out of fear?

Everyone can make this happen for themselves.

Regardless our situation.

We don't need to cultivate it, we don't have to be rich or try really really hard,

we don't need to change our relationship, or the place where we are living or the way

we look.

Of course we are free to do any of this, but it is not required at all.

Just understanding 'how' we can get past the root of all of our pain, fear and symptoms,

without having to feel them again of course, is enough.

This video is limited in time, but do you want to know how to immediately get past the

symptom of fear, whenever it occurs, or do you want to know the truth about 'fear'

and 'pain' that will set you free?

Click on the link above or at the end of this video, depending on where you look at it,

and this will take you to my blog and from there I will be able to send you 4 videos,

free of charge.

the real cause and the unhealthy wrong direction visible, please share this video with your

Five Hours Of Work For A $10K Deal - Duration: 7:12.

My name is Ruth Mejil.

I'm from Austin, Texas, at least that was the city when I joined in Joe's program.

I have been interested in real estate for a while, so I started doing some research

online.

Joe Crump kept coming up and I liked mostly the creative financing methods that he talked

about, and then later learned about the for rent method with lease options.

I'd have to say, seriously, probably last year, when I came to this event, and I say

"seriously" because it was when I did my first deal.

So, my first deal was about five weeks after I attended Joe's event in January and it was

a lease option and it was a $10,000 deal which was very shocking on a, it was about a $110K

house, so that's not typical, but, it was good.

It worked well.

Wow.

Probably, of actual work time, I'd say maybe four to five hours, if that, and it was actually

an out of state deal, so I never saw the property.

I only spoke with the seller and the buyers who had come through to look at it.

Just posted on Craigslist.

I didn't have boots on the ground at the time.

It was out of Alabama and so, yeah, three weeks.

It was done start to finish.

So, it was a through all the stars were aligned.

It didn't happen like that following, but very, very good deal for sure.

That was my best deal, just because, like I said, everything kind of fell into place.

I found that deal from the pushbutton Automarketer and this was an investor guy who'd had several

properties and he'd been trying to move this one for, about five months it sat vacant.

So, it did need some cosmetic repairs.

So there was a lot of wiggle room.

He was willing to come off of his price.

He'd already had it on the market so long that, you know, he just was ready to get the

deal done and I was happy to be able to bring him a buyer so quickly.

And it was a good deal for the buyer, it was a good deal for him, and of course in the

end, it worked out really well for me as well.

So my best deal ever.

Not quite yet.

I don't know that I'm there yet, but that would be my fault because I've kind of backed

off of the daily activities that I need to be doing to get that.

But I know it's doable and it's partly why I came back to the event this time because

it always gives me a little bit of a boost and a refresher and a little nudge that I

need to do what I need to do.

I'd say my immediate goal is to get cash flow.

Lots of cash flow.

And then beyond that long term, I'd like to get into the multi-family space.

I'd like to start doing some commercial deals.

It's been great, so, I flew for the airlines for seventeen years and I loved it for a long

time, and then, you know, as the years went on and my daughter, you know, my life needs

changed and so I needed to kind of be home more often and not traveling and so this worked

really well doing this work from my home.

And I was able to work less and eventually I opted out in 2015.

So, yeah, it's been a great decision for me to start this business and to move away from

flying.

I just had, you know, done it.

Now I'm doing something that I've wanted to do for so long.

Oh, absolutely.

You know, like I said, that deal that I told you was my best deal, was, it was just great

knowing that I could be part of something that was beneficial to everyone involved.

You know, that person that bought the space or moved into that space, was super-excited

about it.

They would not have gotten to a home otherwise that way.

The seller was excited because he'd had a vacant property for five months.

And of course I was excited because I was able to, you know, make some money on a deal

that, to be honest, it was my proof of concept.

I really didn't know for certain that it would work for me.

I knew that I'd heard other people say, you know, I'm making great money, I'm doing this

and this deal and that deal.

But for me to actually close on that was proof of concept that I, myself, could do it and

that I could make a really good income doing it and helping people to boot.

I'd say start where you are, you know?

Learn as much as you can in the space that you want to learn from the people that are

doing what you want to do, you know, depending on, there's so many different aspects of real

estate and whatever it is that you want to do, I'd say, you know, find someone that is

doing it and then follow them.

For me, this worked well because, like I said, the seller financing, not seller financing,

but the creative financing options were really key for me, because I think you can use them

in so many different ways and, both in residential and commercial space.

And then the lease option was great.

I think it's a super easy way to get started in the business and actually create some cash

flow and generate, you know, so that you can kind of get, gain some momentum and Joe Crump

was great for that.

I highly recommend, and then also the pushbutton Automarketer.

That's how I got my first deal, you know, it just made it so much easier to have in

bound leads as opposed to cold calling every day.

It's something I've always wanted to do and I'm glad that, you know, I'm able to make

it happen and I encourage you that if this something that you've ever dreamt about or

even thought could make a difference in your life, I say try it.

Because you'd be surprised.

La La Land Isn't Anything Special - Duration: 2:26.

Since before it was even released,

La La Land has been getting so much buzz.

Some people absolutely loved it,

I'm one of those people,

and some people thought it was completely overrated

and absolutely hated it.

I'm so sorry that I did not save this article the other day.

I came across it on my newsfeed on Facebook

and it was titled something like 'La La Land Didn't Reinvent Classic Musicals'.

So I clicked it because I wanted to see what the argument was

and it was absolutely ridiculous.

I scrolled down and looked at the movies La La Land was being compared to

and I just thought, are you actually stupid?

Like, you're missing the point completely.

So the point of La La Land is to tell a

modern-day story using old cinematic

techniques and storytelling.

A song was one long take - incredible!

The camera moved dynamically throughout the scene,

but it was a single take.

I'm sorry, but you can't watch that and not get that movie magic feel.

Then this article mentioned things like Moulin Rouge, Sweeney Todd,

High School Musical 3.

Not one or two, just three.

I didn't even get to the end because I thought it was absolutely ludicrous.

How can you compare this multi-award winning

and Oscar nominated film

to High School Musical 3?

Are you kidding me?

Whereas this is an original screenplay being done in the style of

old-school movies.

Wardrobe, music, instrumentation used in the music,

the dance sequences - the choreography was very much a throwback to that.

Certain shots, editing techniques...

I loved the story... you might not like the story.

That's fine, but in terms of the technical execution?

Flawless.

I loved the movie I've watched it twice,

I've watched a whole bunch of featurettes on YouTube

I listen to the soundtrack almost daily.

So I really liked it and I'm kind of bias.

So yeah, that's just my two cents on the topic.

If you haven't seen it, absolutely go to see it

and let me know what you think about it.

Whether you agree or not, I'd love to hear your feedback.

Thank you so much for watching.

I hope you enjoyed my mini rant.

If you liked my video please give it a thumbs up

and subscribe to my channel if you haven't already.

I hope to see you soon, but until then

be someone's reason to smile.
