North Korea military base 'COLLAPSES and falls into sea' near nuclear test disaster site - Duration: 3:22.

North Korea military base 'COLLAPSES and falls into sea' near nuclear test disaster site

Shock pictures have emerged on Twitter appearing to show the alleged artillery site in North Hamgyong Province has suffered a collapse.

Political activist Jacob Bogle, who has previously mapped the hermit state, claims the photos show signs of a "large collapse and debris" at the coordinates 41.89599°, 129.94985°.

Mr Bogle tweeted: "There was a small collapse that happened around Jan/Feb 2015, and then the big one happened sometime after then but before Sept. 2016.

"I surmise the large one happened as a result of trying to correct problems associated w/ the smaller one, but have no evidence for that.".

North Hamgyong Province, one of nine provinces in North Korea, is where the regime's nuclear test site was hit by disaster  in October.

Reports claimed 100 employees died at the Punggye-ri test site when it collapsed Another 100 labourers were killed when it collapsed again as they tried to rescue the workers.

The tragedy happened shortly after North Korea's sixth and biggest test of a nuclear weapon as leader Kim Jong-un dramatically accelerated his nuclear weapons programme.

Then in November dozens were left dead or injured when houses and a school collapsed in a village near to mountain nuke range Punggye-ri. .

North Korea observers have repeatedly warned about the risk of land collapses following a number of earthquakes. Fears have been raised that such a major incident at a nuclear site could release massive amounts of radiation over the Korean peninsula.

Punggye-ri is North Korea's only known nuclear test site – and is located in the northern region of country near its borders with Russia and China. Hamgyong Province faced devastating floods in 2016 that reportedly left large areas of farmland in ruin.

Where Am I FAILING as a leader? - Duration: 5:18.

Where am I failing as a Leader?

Welcome to LEADERREACH!

Reaching hearts and mind of leaders

who reach leaders.

What are some spiritual characteristics

of a Christian leader?

Whether you're a leader at home, at work or at church.

I mean, we could have a huge list.

But I am finding that they could be reduced

to about four dimensions

which as subsidiaries

can have a lot of other secrets and characteristics,

so here they are.

I find that a spiritually healthy leader has

love, humility, wisdom and courage about her.

She's filled with love, humility, wisdom and courage.

I need to exhibit all four of those.

Most often,

I have wisdom but not courage.

I know what needs to be done

but I don't have the courage to implement it,

to stand for it.

And guess who gives us courage?

One of His consistent promises throughout

the entire scripture is "do not fear, be courageous."

At least 365 times, is what they tell me,

one for each day of the year but courage.

Sometimes I love humility and courage

but I don't have wisdom.

Wisdom is what will really mark you over against

just followers and fans.

Your wisdom must come from God.

There is a fabulous promise in James

where it says "if you lack wisdom, just ask, just ask.

He gives to all people generously and graciously

without reproach, without reprimand."

He doesn't say, "You should have asked earlier,

why didn't you ask me earlier?"

He says "okay, you need wisdom,

I will give you wisdom."

So I want us to be characterized

by wisdom and courage.

Now, sometimes I love

wisdom and courage

but I don't have humility.

In all the leadership material that you will read,

those who are humble effect the humility

are at the highest levels, you know those levels.

While they have internal fortitude,

they are also humble.

I

am convinced about this particular quality

because when we are proud God stands against us.

He is for us,

but when we're proud He stands against us.

Would you like God against you?

Humility is seen in abandonment in surrender,

in inviting God

to regularly take over your life,

that of the responsibility,

the stewardship that you have.

You ought to be humble before God,

even if you have to be strong before men.

The greatest of these is love.

Now, humility with some courage,

everybody needs to have regardless of what industry

they are, what business they lead.

But the greatest of these is love.

This is the only distinctly Christian characteristic

when it comes to leadership.

You speak the truth in love, but it is always in love.

You serve others in love, you accept one another

even as God and Christ has accepted you,

and you forgive one another

even as He has forgiven you.

Love is patient.

Love is kind,

and as my 95 year old father,

used to encourage us to put our own names

in there: "Ramesh is patient and Ramesh is kind."

Wow!

Would I be that way?

Love is truly the greatest of all.

If people know that you love them

and care for them, they will go

the distance with you.

Love,

humility,

wisdom

and courage.

Let's approach those

as the main characteristics by which we relate

to those who have been

temporally given to us

and to those we have been temporally given to

as their servant leader.

How Does the Book of Mormon Affirm the Laws of Tithing and Fasting? Knowhy #305 - Duration: 2:14.

The Book of Mormon affirms the laws of tithing and fasting

as taught in ancient and modern times.

For example, the prophet Alma

reminded us that Abraham

paid tithing to Melchizedek.

When the Savior visited the Nephites in the Book of Mormon,

He emphasized the law of tithing

as taught in Malachi.

He even commanded the Nephite scribes to record Malachi's words.

Fasting, coupled with prayer,

was taught by Abinadi, Alma, and other Book of Mormon prophets.

After the Savior's visit to the Nephites,

"they had all things common among them;

therefore there were not rich and poor".

This suggests they lived what was known in this dispensation

as "the law of consecration".

For early Latter-day Saints, the law of tithing was part of the law of consecration.

The Book of Mormon suggests that the era of peace

experienced by the Nephites was associated

with their obedience

to the laws of tithing

and consecration

and to the Lord's command

to continue "in fasting and prayer".

As revealed in the Bible in the Old World,

and by Joseph Smith during the Restoration,

the Book of Mormon also abounds with accounts of blessings

the people received

by keeping these laws.

The Book of Mormon, like the scriptures in every dispensation,

emphasizes

that obeying the laws of tithing and fasting can reap profound blessings.

The volume stands as a further testament

of the continuity

of the Lord's commands to His children.

And, for those who live them,

a powerful witness

of the Lord's promises

and blessings.

And now you know why.

How Introverts Deal with Stressful Conditions - Duration: 5:12.

How Introverts Deal with Stressful Situations

Introverts often have a hard time adapting in different areas of their lives because

they face stressors that extroverts don't.

It is hard to deal with people's perception of you when they do not understand your way

of dealing with stress.

As an introvert, your introspective tendencies give you a greater understanding of things,

but it also makes you extremely critical of yourself.

These hurdles reinforce the belief that all introverts are shy, awkward, and hate interacting

with other people, which is an absolute misconception.

Introverts do thrive on solitude, but that doesn't stop them from being successful

individuals.

In fact, many successful and well-known people, such as Bill Gates, Meryl Streep, J.K.

Rowling, and Barack Obama, are introverts.

In this video, I'm going to share with you several stressors, as well as the tips on

how to stay calm.

Likewise, if you find this information is helpful to you, make sure to like this video

and subscribe to our channel so you won't miss any of our interesting updates in the

future!

1.

Invasions of Personal Space

Personal space is one of the most important things to introverts, and when it is invaded,

they find themselves getting stressed out.

This happens because introverts energize when they are left alone.

Being around people who they do not consider as close can drain them more than it would

an extrovert.

While at work, it can be hard to find any time for yourself.

You are surrounded by your co-workers with whom you have to interact constantly.

In such a situation, it is important to plan your breaks and your lunch so that you get

some time alone to reenergize.

It is also advisable to build up your social capacity by setting targets.

The target could be to initiate conversation with a particular number of people in a day.

When you find yourself overwhelmed, relax with breathing techniques and physical activity.

2.

Dealing with Extroverts

Extroverts do not understand an introvert's mental processes or how they cope with stress.

For them to understand how you function, you need to speak up and tell them what you require

and why.

Having extroverted friends makes for good partnerships since they will excel in areas

that you lack in and vice versa.

They will also push you and help you step out of your comfort zone.

This will assist in challenging your introversion.

Remember though that these partnerships are only useful when there is good communication.

3.

Events and Social Gatherings

Social gatherings are especially strenuous for introverts as they require interacting

with people and making small talk, both of which are outside of their comfort zone.

It can be even more arduous if public speaking is involved.

For such situations, it is crucial to be well prepared and relaxed before the event.

Visiting the venue before the event can make it less daunting as, during the event, you

will already be familiar with the area.

If possible, it is a good idea to go to the event with someone who keeps you calm.

Meditating on a daily basis can also help maintain a calm demeanor.

4.

Networking

Networking is a challenge when you are an introvert, but it is not something that can

be avoided.

Preparing in advance and readjusting your mindset not to be daunted by the thought of

the event is essential.

It is handy to get a list of attendees before the event so you can plan ahead and decide

who you would like to connect with.

Sending them an email in advance will make the job of approaching them easier.

5.

Switching Tasks

Introverts have difficulty in adjusting to and focusing on tasks when they are constantly

switching between them.

Batching is an effective solution to this problem, as it helps you focus on one task

for an extended period without any distractions.

Batching is a technique for time management that encourages you to "batch" together

all the tasks that are similar.

This allotting of blocks of time to similar tasks minimizes distraction and boosts productivity.

More helpful tips :

- Avoid caffeine, as it stimulates the parts of your brain that are active when you feel

overwhelmed - Get sufficient sleep

- Maintain a positive attitude - Always plan and prepare

- Embrace your skills and your nerves, and grow from there

- Step out of your comfort zone

Well, that's how introverts deal with stressful situations.

Really cool information isn't it?

Story Your Values to Life - Duration: 4:59.

hey they're great to see you as always so I remember walking into a building

for a meeting and it really could have been any building any office any company

because it often looks the same as I approach the front desk a large picture

frame was haphazardly hung on the wall with the companies a mission statement

printed on low-quality copy paper framed in side there was the mission statement

the 20 or so words that took months of contemplation thousands of dollars spent

in design work and consulting and focus grouping within the team a company

finally solidified their mission checked off the mission statement box from their

to-do list printed it on a piece of paper and threw it up on the wall and

then resumed daily operations now okay so to be fair the mission statement did

appear for this particular company in other places it was in a brochure it was

on their website the sales team would occasionally refer to it from time to

time in meetings but beyond that there was little other evidence of the mission

in action not because the company didn't live up to the mission they did they

were just really bad at bringing their mission to life and they are not alone

creating a compelling mission statement is a necessary step in the business

development process unites people brings people together the question is how do

you make your values your mission come to life how do you engage your employees

and customers in your mission now the simplest way to maximize the power of

your mission statement is simply to story fi it break the lofty promises

down into bite-sized pieces and then tell the stories of when those promises

were fulfilled big brands like Airbnb and Amazon are using these small stories

to bring their bold statements to life and here are the three steps you can

take to do the same step number one take inventory

write out your company's mission or a vision statement make a list of the

values that you promise or that you're committed to within that statement which

is simple right the problem is most people stop here they they make the list

they posted on their website they printed on brochures added to

powerpoints and call it a day but stopping here is why most most mission

statements never reach their full potential okay so take inventory of the

promises and then we have a step to find stories that show this mission in action

this is where the magic happens launch an all-out search and leave no stone

unturned take time to recall specific moments when you yourself saw your

values at work talk to employees at all different levels ask them to share a

story about a time when they saw this mission statement in action reach out to

your customers and if the relationship allows ask them to when they have been

on the receiving end of one of the promises in your mission once you find

these stories the last step is to tell them it's kind of always the last step

the last step is to tell them now years ago companies were limited in the

information or the ways that they could share traditional channels like radio

television and print work cost prohibitive but today you have unlimited

opportunities to share your stories blogs content hubs social media oh my no

whether via video or text your audience is hungry for this content and your

stories are a perfect fix big brands are taking advantage of these options to

bring their values to life I mentioned Airbnb earlier well they have an entire

page dedicated to telling the stories of some of their hosts who they are and

what they love the stories are raw and authentic and bring the Airbnb mission

to life as each story evokes strong emotions of feeling at home and finding

joy in providing hospitality part of their mission Amazon Services also hosts

an entire page dedicated to telling the inspiring stories of individuals who use

Amazon to sell their products you can lose hours on this page listening to

story after inspiring story each of which reinforce Amazon's commitment to

building a place where people can come to find and discover anything they might

want to buy on-line okay mission statements are honestly more important

now than ever because people want - no they demand to know that they're

doing business with a business that stands for something a business that has

hearts that is committed to excellence but a statement isn't enough the words

alone are empty if you want people to care that you care about what you care

about a statement isn't going to cut it no one cares about your company's values

unless you tell them the stories of the values that drive you I hope this helps

you have some work to do and I hope you'll send some of the stories you find

until next time
