The MANTA

from NZXT

is a chassis with exquisite design

with a single failure

lack of compatibility

with full ATX motherboards

which limits the configuration options available when you're building your workstation

Being the beauty it is

I took the trouble to modify it to accommodate an ATX motherboard

breaking the limitations of the mini ITX platform

After lots of cuts while removing practically all its interior

the motherboard fitted like a glove!

Allowing me to install a custom water loop with 2 rads

to cool an Intel 5960X of 8 cores / 16 threads

and a GTX 1080

The secret to achieve it

was to use a low profile power supply

especially designed for mini ITX chassis

instead of using a full ATX power supply

The SilverStone SX700 LPT

left me the necessary space

to install risers at 90 degrees

or cables allowing me to use the PCI-E slots next to the power supply

The result

a workstation of a small size, with high performance

extremely silent

using a chassis with a design statement that marks a before and after

in a market over saturated

- unfortunately -

with bad designs

Thank you for allowing me to share with you this full ATX mod

a world's first ATX mod for this chassis

originally designed for mini ITX motherboards

Yo soy Carlito cabeza, until next time!

Look Who Just Showed Up In Texas With Fishing Boat And Saved Over 50 People On Their Own! - Duration: 5:50.

Last weekend, Hurricane Harvey slammed into the coast of Texas and has been causing chaos

ever since.

The hurricane has now been downgraded to a Tropical Storm and has been dumping unprecedented

amounts of rain for days.

The destructive storm has claimed eight lives so far with more anticipated as the days go

by.

In the Houston area alone, 30,000 people will be forced to leave their homes for more suitable

shelter, and thousands more who will need more assistance.

However, in spite of it, all these courageous Texans are not backing down and are stepping

up to the plate to help their neighbors in need.

People of all race, age, and ethnicity are doing their part to save others who are trapped

by the rapidly rising flood waters.

That includes these heroic teenagers who just showed up with nothing more than a paddle

board and a small fishing boat to save lives.

Over the past several months we have seen the worst in the younger generation in the

likes of the violent group Antifa.

These entitled destructive fascists have been running around the country beating up on anyone

that they deem to be white supremacists.

These hateful anti-Americans are determined to destroy the country we all know and love.

However, while that is the worst in humanity there is a silver lining in what we have recently

seen in Texas.

While those hateful groups are working to cause division there are those who are seeking

to unify and save lives.

In the wake of the disaster people of all backgrounds have been risking their lives

to save people's lives.

We have seen on the news harrowing stories of bravery and courage from these amazing

Americans.

One group of teens who lived in the area who are also victims of the flood decided that

they too would do their part to help and it is nothing short of inspiring.

Here is more from The Daily Wire:

Seventeen-year-old Thomas Edwards and his three friends, Richard Dickason, 17, Liam

Connor, 17, and his brother Declan Connor, 15, were some of those heroes.

The boys, all high school students at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory in Houston, spent

hours rescuing stranded Texans in a small fishing boat.

Edwards estimates the crew saved over 50 people, not to mention numerous pets.

Edwards told The Daily Wire that he woke up to find the massive flooding; his truck was

nearly completely submerged and one-story houses all around him had water all the way

up to their doors.

Instead of feeling fear or sorry for himself (as any typical 17-year-old might feel after

they see their truck under water), Edwards and his pals took this hardship as a cue to

help others.

The day before the storm, the boys picked up Declan's fishing boat from Galveston,

Texas.

This was the perfect vehicle to save some folks.

"Once the boat began to float on the trailer we decided to venture out," Edwards told

The Daily Wire.

"We could hear people screaming for help and we towed a paddle board behind us so we

could fit more people on the boat.

We began to pick people up and take them to a local Krogers, where other evacuees sought

refuge.

We were the only boat in the neighborhood until 2 o'clock, and we motored back and

forth making trips to rescue as many people as we could."

The boys began working in collaboration with local firefighters, police officers, and rescue

workers, saving at least 50 people, said Edwards.

"Neighbors would tell us addresses or point in directions to where they heard people yelling

from," he recalled.

"We rescued families, babies, dogs, rabbits, you name it," explained the 17-year-old.

"My friend Liam and I would stay on the paddle board and pull the boat across the

intersection in order to unload people closer to the Kroger parking lot.

It was an incredibly surreal experience to take a boat down streets while trying to dodge

sunken cars and overhanging tree limbs."

Edwards noted that the boys caught a second wind when local photojournalist Mark Mulligan

of the Houston Chronicle posted photos of their rescue efforts.

"People were calling us Patriots, fine young men, and heroes," he said.

"All of these comments bolstered our morale and let us know that what we were doing did

not go without recognition, although we would have done so regardless."

One comment really resonated with Edwards: "Someone said that in times like these,

differences don't matter because we are all in the same predicament."

"On our last trip, we drove back towards the house and passed by 5 national guard trucks,

which gave me and Declan a feeling of relief," noted the teen.

"I thought it was incredibly valiant to see how the whole community banded together

to save one another," added Edwards.

Selfless young men like Edwards, Dickason, and the Connor brothers are shining examples

of what makes America so great.

These young men didn't see race, religion, sex, or political affiliation, they saw fellow

Americans in need and acted accordingly.

In times like these it is refreshing to see young people doing what is right, and it is

not going unnoticed.

This is what our country is what our country was founded on, hardworking Americans who

will help a neighbor in need.

While the left would rather applaud groups such as Antifa and Black Lives Matter for

their destructive acts these is what REAL courage truly looks like.

what do you think about this?

Raheem Sterling was one of Pep Guardiola's key men, now he's just being used as transfer bait - Duration: 4:22.

Raheem Sterling was one of Pep Guardiola's key men, now he's just being used as transfer bait as Man City try to lure Alexis Sanchez

RAHEEM STERLING thought Pep Guardiola had his back. Last summer, when some savages on social media were slaughtering him for his performance against Russia at Euro 2016, Pep intervened. Pep Guardiola once had Raheem Sterlings back… but not anymore.

Raheem Sterling had been told he was free to leave Man City this summer. Manchester City's incoming super-coach sent the £44million winger a supportive text as he toiled with the demands of tournament football in France.

Pep wrote: "As long as you work for me, I'll fight for you. Keep your head up, don't worry, I know you're a good player and you are a big part of my plans.".

Despite his deflected 97th-minute winner at Bournemouth on Saturday lunchtime, Sterling is surplus to requirements. The England winger, preparing for World Cup qualifiers on Friday against Malta and Slovakia on Monday, was told he could leave in the summer.

One year into Pep's makeover, one of his first signings had been available for transfer.

Raheem Sterling scored a dramatic winner at Bournemouth on Saturday. They were not kicking him out of the door, but he was free to walk through it all the same.

Sterling, who has been moved infield to a more orthodox No 10 position by Guardiola after scoring three times in four pre-season games, has a big call to make.

He is free to stay at City, to fight for his place in a bulging squad of players that includes David Silva, Leroy Sane and Kevin De Bruyne.

Guardiola has an endless supply of top quality players to choose from in forward positions. If he can persuade Arsenal to sell Alexis Sanchez before the deadline, he will be fully stocked.

Sterling, pulling in a staggering £180,000 a week at the Etihad, will suddenly start to feel like the odd man out.

Manchester City want to sign Alexis Sanchez before Thursdays deadline.

Arsene Wenger will need to weigh up the decision whether he wants to work with Raheem Sterling.

In the short term he will miss City's next game, suspended after being sent-off for a second booking in the dramatic 2-1 win at Bournemouth's Vitality Stadium.

In the long-term he faces an uncertain future, fearful that he will be squeezed out by Guardiola as his latest City side starts to take shape.

Sterling is a good player, but Guardiola is the man who was sold on him when he told City to sign him from Liverpool in 2015.

He arrived a year before Pep, with the Catalan coach seeing out the final 12 months of his contract at Bayern Munich.

Guardiola coveted Sterling, keeping in regular contact with the former QPR trainee in the months leading up to his move to Manchester. Suddenly Sterling is a makeweight, the bait being used to lure Arsenal into selling their prized asset.

Sterling plus cash for Sanchez makes perfect sense to City. They are swarming all over Sanchez, convinced that they can still force through this move in the final hours of the transfer window.

Raheem Sterling would have to give up Champions League football to play for Arsenal. His lazy, motionless, disinterested performance during Arsenal's 4-0 defeat at Liverpool last Sunday has given them further encouragement.

Sterling, voted Golden Boy in 2014, is another talent. Six years younger than Sanchez, at 22, there is still time for him to fulfil that vast potential.

It is seen, in fits and starts, for club and country. Gunners boss Arsene Wenger, weighing up the prospect of working with Sterling, wants to coach fully committed players.

He would get that with Sterling, bringing in a player who is willing to accept that it has not quite worked out for him at City.

It would be no disgrace to move to Arsenal. He would be giving up Champions League football with City for the guarantee of a first-team starting berth at the Emirates.

Raheem Sterling scores a last minute winner for Manchester City at Bournemouth and then gets sent of for celebrating.   Alexis Sanchez stars in funny new Chilean mobile phone advert.

It must be tempting. Londoner Sterling appears to be up for the move down south, even if it means disrupting England's preparations for their World Cup qualifier in Malta on Friday.

Gareth Southgate's squad travel on Thursday and the head coach wants the future of the players sorted before they set off.

It is down to Wenger now, with time running out to get a complicated deal involving two high-profile players sorted out before the deadline. If he goes ahead with it, at least Sterling will know where he stands.

Keep up to date with all the latest news, gossip, rumours and done deals in SunSports live transfer blog.

Tetris Attack - Hurricane Harvey 💧Water World [🎷Sax Cover Story] | subversiveasset - Duration: 5:14.

Theodicy is the branch of theology that defends the attributes of God...

...against objections resulting from physical and moral evil.

"How could an all powerful and all good God allow evil?"

...or so the classic challenge goes.

The classic defense is to assert that evil arises from free will.

...and free will is essential to God's plan.

but what of natural evils?

Free will can explain certain evils.

When humans commit crimes against each others, for example.

But can human free will explain the carnage of a natural disaster?

In law, natural disasters are appropriately called acts of God.

...I have heard some argue that even these are caused by human free will.

That but for man's fall from grace in the garden of eden...

creation would remain perfect and without death or pain.

Others argue differently about how human will contributes to natural evil.

Houston, the Bayou City, is built around a series of slow-moving rivers.

These bayous, essentially marshlands, are prone to flooding.

Yet, despite the risks, Houston became the 4th most populous city of the US.

Necessity was the mother of invention

Over time, Houston developed dams, reservoirs, and channels for the bayous.

But time and time again, torrential downpours would still come...

Can human hubris be partly to blame for the wake of nature's destruction?

Houston's engineers designed the city's highways as overflow.

Evacuation is always risky for a ciy of 2.3 million (excluding exurbs)...

...but even more so when evacuees had to beat the floodwaters.

Past evacuations had been dismal failures, so the city hunkered down...

...for a hurricane that could become the city's costliest.

Bayou City...but also "The Energy Capital of the World"

Who can predict the disruption?

And yet...as this historic storm unfolds...

there is one other theodicy some will offer...

Perhaps...this is the price we pay for a world with life and beauty.

Houston owes its status as an oil capital to its watery heritage.

The life and death of microscopic organisms in the ocean...

has enabled modernity as we know it.

And the destructive hurricane is actually an engine...

...transporting fresh water, heat, and nutrients across the planet.

The so-called "anthropic" theodicy reconciles natural evil thusly:

A world that is conducive to life is paradoxically a world of danger.

As we curse natural disasters, we must recognize their ecological roles.

...or perhaps not?

(Does this theodicy make sense? Should people live in floodzones?)

MYSTERYLAND TAKE OVER - VLOG #91 - Duration: 13:22.

Good morning!

We're going to Mysteryland today

and Anouk couldn't make it

so Saar and I are doing a vlog take over

and we don't have any vlog experience

so I'm wondering if it's going to be something.

It's half past ten now

and I go to Sarie in a bit

and I'm driving today

and then we go to Mysteryland

I never been to Mysteryland, Sarie went there last year

but yes

I think it's going to be okay

and Gunz for Hire has to perform

and I didn't see them for a long time

so I'm pretty excited about that

so I'll take you guys

see you later

I'm driving to Sarie

One thing:

There is today

a Thunderdome stage at Mysteryland

I'm so curious

Thunderdome comes back to the Netherlands in October

but I can't go

and I've never been there

and I think that sucks

and now

there's today

a Thunderdome stage

so I think we going to spend a lot of time over there

Good afternoon

It's two o'clock

and we're on our way to Mysteryland

We have a vlog take over

from Anouk van Berlo

- and we're going to take you guys

I want to say something

This is the last

party outside

actually

the last festival

Q-base is almost but that is in the night

- and Dream Village?

But we're not going there, bye

No we're not going to Dream Village but

this is the last party for both of us

so we're going to take you

to the last party!!

See you later

We're on our way to Mysteryland

We're walking

we just asked how long it takes to walk

they said thirty minutes

- forty-five minutes

but we don't care

- I go to the playground, bye

I got my hand in front of the camera

We're walking, we're walking, we're walking

we walked already a lot

But we hear

hardstyle somewhere

The Q-dance

and I think

I thought we had to go that way

There's the Thunderdome stage

shall we take a look?

Now, I'm here with Bjorn

He just

bought a new hat

and everybody is jaleous

-or a scarf

A scarf

or a neck bag

or a pouch bag.

Everything can

He is from all markets at home.

We walked around

but the terrain is so big

and you just got tired from walking around

- 15 euro for a happy ending

And she gives free hugs

It's unique over here

You can do so many other things then normally on a festival

But now we're going to the Thunderdome stage

because Spitnoise has to play

and after that we're going to the Q-dance

Do you like Mysteryland?

Act normal

Yes

It's a great party

Hi

Say greeting to the fans of Anouk van Berlo's vlog

- Hallo

Shout out to Anouk van Berlo

Shout out

- Huh?

Mysteryland 2017

We went from there

down

now we have to make a few more steps

It's Sunday

Yesterday we went to Mysteryland

Me and Imara

We had a great day

A big party

I went there before

This was Imara's first time

I always compare it a little with Tomorrowland

The weather as also very good

happily

the sun was shining the whole time

sometimes a little bit too hot

But we did a vlog takeover yesterday

because Anouk couldn't go with us

So I hope we shot fun video's

and that you guys like this vlog too

and maybe you'll see us back again at an other party vlog

Thanks for watching

Thumbs up

and don't forget to subscribe on her YouTube channel

anoukvberlo

Thanks, bye!

Good evening loves!

This was my first day Mysteryland

I enjoyed it very much

I had a great time

It's a pity that Anouk wasn't with us

but Sarie and I enjoyed it very much together

We stood most of the time at the Q-dance stage

My favorites of the day were Frequencerz and Gunz for Hire

And it is definitely repeatable.

I could go an other day also.

But I can't do everything

What struck me was

nobody recognized Saar and me

normally we're recognized by people at least five times

at a festival nowadays

but yesterday we weren't

but that doesn't matter

The downside was that we had to walk very far all the time.

It is a very big and beautiful terrain

But from the Q-dance stage till our car

we walked an hour

For the rest it was really fun.

I hope you enjoyed this video

and Anouk is taking you with her next week

Bye bye

Mystery land is over

for Iem and Saar

Unfortunately I couldn't make it

I worked the whole weekend

and I didn't do much

That was really getting used to after seven or eight weeks of festivals.

but

next week there's a party again

I'm really proud of my friends

how they filmed everything

I liked the vlog very much

I hope you like the video as much as I do

Without them I would never have videos like this

They make my channel

to how it's now

and

where I'm standing right now

and I'm really thankful for that

Next weekend I'll take you to Dream Village

and I'll give you a look backstage

Thanks for watching

Don't forget to like and subscribe

and then I'll see you next week!

Bye

Eatsa High Tech Automat: A New Vegetarian Fast Casual Concept - Duration: 4:49.

Hey so I'm down here in the Financial District of San Francisco having lunch

with my friend Susan. Say "hi" Susan! And she's introducing me to this really

cool new concept back here, we're at Eatsa and this is a new concept in fast casual

and it's all high-tech automated.

The first Eatsa was opened in August of 2015

and it was started by two guys, Scott Drummond and Tim Young, who surprisingly

were not from the restaurant business originally. They actually came from tech

and brand and they decided to apply their expertise in data management to

the whole science of restaurants and Eatsa is their product.

There are 7 Eatsa locations; 2 in San Francisco, 1 in Berkeley, and 2 each

in New York and Washington DC. An 8th one in Chicago is set to open soon.

The basic concept of the restaurant is simple; deliver the healthiest vegetarian

fast food at the lowest prices. Drummond and Young decided to take a two-pronged

approach. First they cut operating costs by automating the front of house

experience. Humans not only slowed down the ordering process but they also cost

more to employ. Instead Eatsa has a bank of iPad ordering stations set up outside.

You sidle up to one and place your order there. There's a huge selection of

healthy options including grain based bowls and salads. There are pre-made

bowls for under 10 dollars each base option, or you can build your own.

Add a side sweet or savory bite.

And top it all off with a refreshing Eatsa Sparkler.

Payment is by credit card only. Once you're done, the order gets sent to the

kitchen, one of the only places manned by people, where your food is assembled and

dropped into one of the high-tech automatic cubbies. A board let you know

when and where your order is ready for pickup and your name lights up the cubby

in big letters. Double tap the glass to release the door and voila!

Your food in under five minutes.

This Eatsa location is grab and go so Susan

and I are off to an SF POPOS to enjoy our meal - an oasis in a concrete jungle.

I got the Pacific Tofu Bowl and Susan got the California Poke Bowl with a

cucumber melon and ginger lime sparkler.

These delicious quinoa bowls are the

second part of Eatsa's low-cost approach. Meat is expensive and by building their

menu on low cost, vegetarian, whole proteins like quinoa, Eatsa can deliver

great tasting nutrient-rich meals at a competitive price.

So that was a really great meal.

It's very simple, you know you're not gonna get anything fancy like

at a gourmet restaurant but it's meant to be fast casual. I will have to say

that the ingredients were super fresh. Also like that they gave you a really

great quantity for under 10 dollars and there was lots of sauce to go around.

So the next time you're in San Francisco if you want a great fast place to eat at or if

you're just really intrigued by the whole high-tech automated concept, come

on down and check out Eatsa.

Til next time, peace out Geeksters.

So as an extra bonus if you go down the street to the Metreon, behind me here is

Cafe X and it's a little kiosk with automated coffee. So you can get your

double fill of automated food delivery service today.

Cafe X offers a daily selection of different beans

The barista adjusts the brewing machines

each morning to optimize the brew for that particular grind, guaranteeing a

great cup of coffee every time.

Once you're done customizing your coffee at the ordering station, the espresso

machine goes into motion. Yes that's a fully automated Mitsubishi factory robot

arm dispensing the brews.

It's even got a little personality behind it!

Bottoms up and see you later!

To get to the life you want you may have to embrace the suck - Duration: 7:11.

Hi everybody, this is Gerdi Verwoert

at DareGreatlyCoaching.com.

And today I want to talk to you about embracing the suck.

Now, would it have been great if I were to have

the one who had come up with that expression,

but unfortunately I didn't.

I can't quite remember where I read it, I think it was

on LinkedIn in an article, but apparently embrace

the suck is what rookies have to do during

Navy Seal training and I think it quite nicely covers

what I want to talk about today as well.

Because once you've figured out or really admitted,

you knew this already but once you really admit it

to yourself, that you hate the life you're living,

you hate your job, your career, it may be that

you then come up most of us do actually, lots of us do.

You then come up with two attitudes

towards this realization.

One, you wallow in self-pity, thinking there is no way

I can go and live my life as I want to because I will

head for financial ruin, emotional ruin, relational ruin,

any kind of ruin.

And the other one is you moan a lot.

You moan about how you're not living the life

you want to live, how you're not living, working

the career you want to have, the job you want to have,

but if only you knew what it was that you wanted

to do instead.

And I'm very familiar with that one because I did that

for years, sometimes I'd moan, mostly in my head

and I kept telling myself I didn't know what

I wanted to do.

Until that is, I realized, I was actually in a luxury

position and if you have chosen either one of these

attitudes, you are too.

Because you have the opportunity to use the relative

safety of a job that you perhaps may not like, but still

the safety of a job and a steady paycheck to figure out

what it is you want to do with your life, with your career,

with your job.

That's what I did, once I realized.

It took me a while to get there but once I realized

it I thought this is actually pretty good.

I have a steady paycheck, I know what it is that I'm

supposed to do and I didn't have any, (Hey Sashka!)

I didn't have any further ambitions to go places in

that job but I was comfortable at the level I was at

I knew what I was doing and I didn't have to worry about

furthering my career there.

So what I did was I started taking time to figure out

what it was that I wanted to do.

I sought help, I found myself a coach and therapist

and whatever else I needed and I started figuring

out what was really important to me.

So instead of wallowing in self pity, instead of

moaning to everybody who wants to hear and most of all

yourself, about what it is that you would like to do

if only you knew what it is that you would like to do,

would want to do, what your dream job was,

your dream career, your dream life if only,

if only, if only.

Stop doing that, kick yourself in the butt.

Suck it up.

Lean into it, whatever you want to call it.

And start figuring out what it is you want to be doing

with the rest of your life.

Get with it, get with the program.

Start taking control and be the master of your own fate.

Now this is full of platitudes, and cliches but they

are platitudes and cliches for a reason.

They are true.

You are the only one who has the power to change

your life. You can sit around and wait for, I don't know,

divine intervention, God, the Universe, whatever higher

power it is you believe in.

If that happens, you are one of the very very very

very very very very few that is lucky enough

to have that happen to him or her.

Most of us don't have that luck, don't get that lucky

so take control, start taking control of your own life,

your own destiny.

If you hate your job, if you hate your life, start using

the time you have to figure out what it is that you want

to do and I can tell you from my own experience,

when you do that, you get a boost of energy because

although you're still not exactly where you want to be,

you are taking steps in the right direction.

So, go there, start moving, start figuring out what

things you want to do and if you want some help,

go to DareGreatlyCoaching.com and whatever it is

you want to do, find yourself a coach.

Find yourself somebody to talk to that will help

you figure things out.

You don't need to be Einstein to do this.

I know because I'm definitely not Einstein.

(Although, I do sometimes, I'm very forgetful sometimes.

I always say that I'm in good company because

Einstein was brilliant and brilliant people have that problem.

But that's beside the point.)

So I hope this helps, if you're still in the job,

career, life you don't like, perhaps even hate.

Use it, use that time to start figuring out what

it is you really want.

You can do it.

If I can, if I could, you can too.

That's it for today.

Have a great day.

That's right Sashka, we're both brilliant, you

and me both.

So that's it for today.

As always, go Dare Greatly, have a great evening,

have a great day, whatever, wherever you are.

Enjoy life to the max.

Bye bye.

Hi, I'm Bernie Nguyen.

I will be your instructor for PASC class 606.

I wanted to introduce myself and provide you with a brief overview of PASC 606.

Let me start by sharing with you a little about me.

My formal name is Bernadette, but most people know me as Bernie.

You are welcomed to call be Bernadette or Bernie.

I came to the US in 1975 from Vietnam with my family at the end of  the Vietnam War.

I belong to a relatively large family of seven siblings, most of whom have married and have

children.

In my time away from work, I am with my family celebrating some sort of event as there is

always a birthday of such each month.

I absolutely treasure these family moments.

Professionally, I have been in public education for twenty seven years.

During the twenty seven years I have served in a variety of capacities from teaching in

the special education program as a classroom teacher, organized and oversaw all categorically

funded programs as a resource teacher, supported teacher professional growth as a staff developer,

lead a middle school as a principal, worked as a director of human resources, and currently

support district leaders as an Executive Leadership Coach.

Teaching PASC is one of the things I enjoy most.

You have attended and learned a great deal up to this point in PASC.

In 606, we will be taking a closer look at the Systems Leadership Framework and evaluate

how a leader develop the mindset that allows him or her to successfully lead complex systems

within our schools and districts.

There will be opportunities for you to review professional literature on the topic, and

use what you learn to apply key concepts to real world situations.

PASC 606 is a three-class course.

The readings and assignments for each class will be posted in PowerSchool Learning at

least one week prior to the class.

To optimize your learning, it is important that you stay on top of your readings and

assignments.

Take some time this week to get familiar with PowerSchool Learning environment.

This will help you when you are ready to complete your assignments.

You will find the course overview, learning intention and success criteria for each class

there as well.

If you have any question, please do not hesitate to email me.

I am excited to be a part of your learning and look forward to meeting you at our first

class.
