Ever drive through the most impoverished part of your city and think to yourself "hey,
might as well throw my debit card out the window?"
You're certainly not alone.
Looks like America's welfare leeches need to stop loitering and start acquiring some
productive skills.
Trump pledged to make huge cuts to the food stamps program, currently known as "SNAP"
(Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Plan), which 43 million Americans are leeching off
of.
It costs working American taxpayers $45 billion per year to implement.

Two of the cuts he's making include no longer providing SNAP benefits to sexual predators
or lottery winners.
Suit up, shut up, and get to work.
Hardworking, diligent citizens will no longer serve as your city's Santa Clause.
Donald Trump's efforts to reduce funding for SNAP will serve a purpose, and shows leeches
their behavior will no longer be tolerated.
It's about time the United States had a president who takes pride in it's advantageous
working class.
Trump's changes to welfare benefits will, ultimately, curtail the need for big government-style
social programs.
The temporary nature of welfare benefits is corrupted and violated by the nation's most
languid people.
In Donald Trump's America, you're expected to work for what you have.
The days of depending on your neighbor's paychecks are coming to an end.
Boundaries are being set, and the hard work of decent, persevering people will be protected.
Donald Trump refuses to stand by and allow the middle-class to get ripped off.
Welfare programs don't promote a consumer-driven, profitable society.
They allow people to become comfortable in impoverished purgatory, while the earnings
of full-time workers are assaulted and exploited.
Barack Obama cultivated a nation of entitled crybabies who depend on the government for
a living.
Women are having babies for a source of income, and people are engaging in unlawful conduct
to qualify for welfare.
It needs to be stopped, and stopped quick.
Luckily, they've painted themselves into a corner.
See, these lazy people aren't dumb.
A considerable amount of welfare recipients are sell their food stamps on the street for
cash.
Their failed "entrepreneurial" efforts to profit from drugs, laziness, and their
own benefits are proof positive that they, deep-down, possess a drive to earn and produce.
Trump will harness this drive, rather than dismiss it.
He will undue the preemptive sense of entitlement Barack Obama once nurtured.
"Welfare leech" looks terrible on a resume.
There's no pride in being lazy, liberals.

get out and evaluate your garden if it's
ready for planting if you haven't had
the opportunity to incorporate the
organic matter that you left on at the
fall before it's a really good time to
get out there and either rototill it or

because you're taking out a lot of those
intercellular spaces and reducing the

rototill or hand spade is when you have
some organic matter that you're trying
to incorporate or even if you want to
incorporate some compost that you've
made over the winter once you turn it
with the hand spade then you can go over
it with a rake and smooth it out and
it'll be ready for planting these nice
sunny days that we're having can be a
really nice motivator for you to get out
and work in your garden and get your
soil prep for planting and if you need a
little physical activity from your rest

style of music and helping that
particular style of music come to
fruition in front of a big audience hi
my name is Carmel Dean and I am a
musical director
a musical director Wiz a million
different hats there are many different
facets of the music department that have
to be taken care of as a musical
director um it's my passion to ensure
that the style of music is is going to
be true to whatever the composer wants
and true to the theatrical experience I
have been playing the piano since I was
three years old so it's always been a
part of my life I don't even remember
asking to take piano lessons I didn't
actually get involved in theatre until
11th or 12th grade um I did two musicals
in high school one was the boyfriend
with Heath Ledger coming from the
neighboring boy school and then I got
involved in the amateur theatre scene in
Paris and it just opened up this whole
wide world that I didn't know about and
I fell in love with it in two thousand I
was lucky enough to be awarded a
fulbright scholarship and so I came to
New York University one of the faculty
members down there is william finn and i
went up to him or one of the first days
that i met him and I told him how much I
was a fan and then I would love to work
with him and I can't believe it was as
easy as that but that's basically how I
met bill and started working for him and
he asked me to assist him on elegies his
song cycle at Lincoln Center and pretty
soon after that he started writing
spelling bee and he asked me to do the
vocal arrangements and I was pretty
involved in that entire writing process
and i ended up also being the associate
conductor of the show once it moved to
broadway a good musical director needs
patients needs to have a good ear
obviously there's a lot going on
starting and rehearsals the musical
director works with the singers to teach
them the vocal parts and often they're
you know many different vocal lines
going on
depending on the arrangement I've always
loved working with singers to encourage
and to teach and to help them shine the
way that they have the ability to
there's also the collaboration with the
director the musical supervisor in the
case of American Idiot is Tom KITT who
also did the orchestrations and the
vocal arrangements so we work hand in
hand in in making sure that the music
not only sounds as good as it as it can
but also serves the dramatic requests of
the piece and i'm working with michael
mayer and steven hoggett the
choreographer you know it's one giant
collaboration to make sure that the
stories being told the way they want it
to be told before before we go into
performance so in the rehearsal room
it's it's all about being a vehicle for
Tom KITT his musical intentions so
making sure that the singers know
exactly what they're doing and the band
is playing the correct correct patches
on guitar the different sounds the
keyboard is programmed the way that Tom
wants it to sound and then once the show
opens a big part of my job is
maintaining all of those aspects and
that's what's interesting to the musical
director is one of the only members of
that original creative and production
team from the rehearsal room who then
continue with the show so currently I'll
have a vocal rehearsal every one or two
weeks the beauty of the vocal rehearsal
is they can just stand there and sing
and focus in on what everyone else is
singing and not have to worry about the
choreography and quick costume changes
you know making sure they're ready for
the next cue it's just a chance to get
back to the very basic musical elements
of the show and it's it's actually
tricky to to remember that when they've
got all these other elements that
they're doing at a nightly basis I don't
remember the last show that we've done
where there's been a full cast in we've
had
understudies on we've had cast changes
so every night there's there's a quick
put in rehearsal or just a run through
with these with whoever's going on in
whatever different track they're doing
they may not have done it before so
making sure those people know what
they're doing in you know a 15 minute
window before the show starts and then I
run up to my little dressing room and
throw my costume on and put my makeup on
and put my hair and the little twists
and eight o'clock come down and start
conducting show the band is on-stage in
American Idiot it's so wonderful to have
the band be appreciated and to be
visible there's so many shows the
orchestra is under the state it's so
different to anything I've ever done
because it's you know it's punk rock
genre but it is also theater as a music
director you need to be so well-versed
in and switching gears die elastically
you know a lot of people ask me oh you
know that punk rock conductor and I'm
like well I am right now and i love it
and i love this music to death but i
love a Stephen Sondheim musical you know
more than anything and I you know love
william finn and basically if it's good
music I'm attracted to it the best part
of musical direction is the
collaborative process and working with
so many different artists everybody
brings something different to whatever
piece it is that you constantly you know
being blown away by these amazing people
that you're working with and not only
that you then get to be a part of making
amazing music every night

Suicide Prevention and Insensitive Comments - I spoke up! - Duration: 7:31.
okay so i think I'm live this is dr.
Colleen Mullen with Coaching through
Chaos and I feel like I need to speak up.
There many of you know that the story
that the girl Amy bleuel who started
the Semicolon suicide prevention project
passed away at her own suicide yesterday.
I believe and and and so that's been
going around the internet. Here in
San Diego we've had a person who has
been on a bridge a quote-unquote jumper
since about noon yesterday, closed one of
the bridges. I just came from a
meeting with a whole bunch of business
owners in san diego usually a really
lovely group of people and at the end of
the meeting when everybody's talking
about leaving they said, "oh, remember to
leave because the bridg is, remember to
avoid the bridge because there's a
jumper". Everybody said, "oh yeah" and they
talked about how they were stuck in it
for the let you know at different times
in the last 24 hours and somebody said
that in response to that, they said, "yeah
they should just shoot him!" and I was
appalled by that. A few other people
snickered and I just couldn't believe
what I was seeing happening in this
group and it really was just a couple of
people but it's just a couple that can
cause others to really get hurt by that
you know. I need to say this my I lost my
own brother Scott Mullen at the age of
28 to suicide he struggled with it for
many years and he tried to get help at
different times but he ultimately lost
his life just coming up on ten years ago
this january i miss july sorry.
and you know suicide takes 95 people
on average a day from the United States. When someone is struggling with
suicidal thought they are not looking
for attention. They are not being
frivolous and they're not being weak.
They are struggling and they are in real
emotional pain. Suicide affects so
many people and I can honestly tell you
that I do not believe that I could ever
feel more pain than I did on the day
that I got the news that Scott died. I
know my own siblings- I don't think we've
ever really been able to talk about it
or him very much since then because it
is so painful and if there was anything
we could do to bring him back we would.
you know and I want to put out the
suicide prevention the national suicide
prevention talk line so for those
struggling the number is 1 800 273 TALK (8255).
Now to the people that were in my group
that thought that was funny to say oh
they should just shoot the jumper and so
everybody else could get on with their
lives -you know these are people that are
not isolated in the world they have
loved ones they even have kids and for
them and for their kids sake I hope that
their kids never struggle with suicidal
thoughts i hope they never have to worry
about when the phone rings if that's
going to be the day that they get the
call that their loved one is gone
because they knew that they were
struggling so for them I I hope and pray
that they never have to deal with that
kind of struggle and that their loved
ones don't have to rely on them
considering that was the response so
suicidal behavior thoughts are serious-
you know and you know for me you know-
yes I have this brother who struggled
with suicidal thoughts who ultimately
succumbed to them after many years of
struggling-you know I was fortunate
enough to not have that in my wiring so
you know for as much as I could not
relate to how he felt at times that he
could think that life was not worth
living- you know it just it didn't occur
to me. Even on my darkest day I always
knew I could get up tomorrow and do
something different or I could get out
of the situation I was in or I could you
run away. But some people are not wired
in that way some people are just go to
suicide and when that's where they're go
to places you just can't it's hard to
reach them- it's possible to reach them
though and and I would encourage you to
reach out as you can to the people that
you care about -if you know anyone that
is struggling that's depressed you know
and just because you don't think their
problems are so bad it doesn't mean that
they're not really in despair so please
consider that- and then when you are
around others who you know you're
hearing stories of suicides people who
are in desperate places emotionally
please consider thinking about if this
was your loved one how would you want to
be responded to would you want to hear
they should just shoot them would you
want to say oh my gosh what can we do to
help so please do what you need to do to
reach out to get help for yourself if
you're listening tour if you're watching
this, if you have a loved one who
struggles you can call the suicide
hotline and ask for resources as well
and again that number is 1 800 273 TALK so it's a little bit more of a
departure today for things but I just
felt compelled to do this video I just
think there's so much an insensitivity
out there at times and people don't even
realize that they're being as
insensitive as they are - so
you know reach out tell somebody that
you love them and you care about them
today that's it for me I'm going to get
on with my day and try and let some of
this go and think a good couple of
thoughts for my brother Scott and you
know hope that this person on the bridge
gets gets down safely eventually and
gets to reclaim their life- okay so dr.
