#18 Client Won't Give Me a Key - Duration: 3:30.

Hi there, I'm Angela Brown, and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is the show where you get to ask a house cleaning question; I get to help you find

an answer.

Today's question comes from a girl who is just paranoid.

And she says that client's that she cleans for will not give her a key to their house.

And she wants to know if it's because they don't trust her, or what the scenario is.

Okay, so the answer to that question is; It might be you, but most likely it's that the

client themselves have trust issues.

And so, for example, they may not want a loose key roaming around society with the person

who cleans their house.

For the sheer fact that in the past they may have had a bad experience.

Lots of house cleaners come and go in the house cleaning industry, and so it's very

possible that a house cleaner may come and clean for them only once or twice.

And therefore, they don't want to give a key to a house cleaner that they may never see again.

So, there's a lot of that, which goes on in the industry.

It's not personal, it usually has to do with the client, and the experiences that they've

had in the past.

Now, once you get to know a customer or a client, and you've been cleaning for a long

period, it will become comfortable for them to give you a key.

They're not going to be there every single time that you're there to clean.

And it will become necessary for them to give you a key.

So, the day will come when they say; "Hey, you know what?

You really should have your own key."

At that particular moment, you should have a specific place for that key.

Because you don't want a customer's key roaming around and getting lost.

Right?

And you don't want to have to go back and go "Oh my gosh, I lost your key, can you make

me another one?"

Because that just shows that you're irresponsible, and let bad things happen.

Now every house cleaner has lost customer's keys.

Every single one I know, and so that happens as well.

So, you need to have some kind of a safety deposit box or a little secure box at home

or somewhere you keep those keys.

If you are the house cleaner that goes every single time.

Now, if you work for a cleaning company, it's possible that you leave the keys at your place

of business and you just pick up key the day that you're going to clean.

So that's kind of how the key thing works.

The object is; if a customer trusts you enough to give you a key, guard that key with your life.

Don't just toss it in your purse, and then it gets lost in your cleaning caddy or your

purse, or whatever.

And then you can't figure out or remember whose key it is.

And it gets tossed in your drawer at home, or whatever and then you've lost their key.

So, that's kind of the thing about keys.

It's not about you; it's more about the customer who is or is not giving you the key.

So, don't take it personally.

If the client is there to open the door when you get there, that's awesome.

If they are not there, they may have hidden a key outside somewhere.

So, just make sure that you and the customer have agreed on how you're going to get into

their house on the days when they're not going to be there.

Alright, that's it for today.

If you have a question, go over to https://AskaHouseCleaner.com/show there's a little blue button.

You can click that blue button and just record your question for us.

If you like this tip, please pass it along.

Please share it, tweet it, pin it, post it, whatever you guys do.

And until we meet again, leave the world a cleaner place than when you found it.

What Does It Take To Be Successful In Your Program? - Duration: 7:56.

Hey, it's Joe Crump.

Got another question.

This one is from Ziranell.

And this is a long question so I'm going to try to paraphrase it so I apologize Ziranell,

I just don't have the time to read the entire thing out loud here.

"No one's doing sandwich lease options anymore."

Which, I don't teach the sandwich lease options.

You don't want to take responsibility for the property, which a sandwich lease option

does that.

They pay you, you pay the seller.

And there's a chance for you to make some money in between, but there's other ways to

make that money in between.

You don't have to take it as a sandwich.

If you're going to take property, and you're taking control of it, then you're going to

do it as a subject to, or maybe a land contract.

You want more control than a sandwich lease will ever give you.

But if you're doing the for rent method, all you're doing is flipping a property from,

you know, taking control as a lease option and then flipping it to someone else without

ever having to make a payment, without having to use credit, without having to do any of

those things.

You're just, you know, you're doing that on paper.

You're taking control and getting, becoming a principal in the transaction, and the reassigning

your right to buy to someone else which is very different than a sandwich lease.

So don't do sandwich leases.

"Funny thing is, no matter how many gurus I listen to, or how much I read from other

people or the students making $40K off of one deal with sandwich leases, I come right

back to you and your methods.

It's something about you that I trust, that I really understand," thank you, "and I've

done the for rent method using the Automarketer last year, but somehow lost my way this year

and I'm ready to do it again."

I just checked out the rest of his questions here and basically his feeling is, he's very

frustrated with learning this stuff from a lot of different people.

Everybody has a lot of different ideas about what works and what doesn't.

You spend a lot of money on programs like mine.

Almost every one of my students has spent thousands and thousands of dollars before

they finally get to me.

And they say, "Joe, if I'd only found you first."

I also have people that have come into my program and they spend money on me as well.

And the mentor program is expensive.

It's like going to college for a semester.

I mean, well, it's a little cheaper than going to college for a semester, but it's similar.

And I know it can be a big chunk out of your pocket.

And I tell everyone, I guarantee that you're going to make money if you follow through

with my process.

And everybody that follows through with my process makes money.

But I can also tell you that 30% of the people that come into my mentor program actually

make money.

Now, I think that's a crummy statistic and I'm told that overall in this industry that

I'm part of apparently, 5% of the people have success with programs like this.

So I guess I'm 600% better than the average in the industry, which is encouraging, but

it still stinks at 30%.

But one thing I can tell you is that 100% of the people that actually do the work make

money with this process.

So, if you come into and you do the work and you put in the hours and I tell my mentor

students give yourselves three or four months before you can expect to make money, make

sure you're going to commit to me eight to ten hours a week and during that eight to

ten hours a week that you're going to be devoting to learning this process you're going to be

on the phone making calls, learning how to do the most difficult part of this process.

And, again, it's not rocket science.

It's not digging ditches, you know, it's not, doesn't take great brains and it doesn't take

great brawn.

What it takes is stamina, and it takes the ability to have a little bit of internal fortitude

and follow through with the process the way that I teach it and be willing to have people

think that you're an idiot when you first get on the phone with them.

Because they're going to treat you like that at the beginning and it's going to be a little

embarrassing and sometimes it's more expensive to our ego than it is to our pocketbook.

And that's what makes it difficult.

So people that are willing to come up with, you know, thousands of dollars to get into

the mentor program or learn the training, that's expensive to them but the more expensive

part is actually doing the work and putting in the time and making that stuff happen and

putting up with people until you learn how to speak to them credibly, to speak to them

and listen to their problem and figure out what the issue is that they're having and

be able to listen compassionately and understand what their options are going to be and then

explain their options to them in a way that they understand it and understand that the

solution that you have for them, which we have solutions for almost everyone we talk

to, the solutions that make us money, the solutions that we have for them actually is

in their best interest.

And let them choose you because they've got other choices, you know, and their other choices

aren't as good as you if you're credible.

If what you can do really solves their problem and they understand what it is you're doing.

So that's what it's going to take for you to be successful.

And you can keep buying materials from people all day long, but if you'll just get down

to work with one of them that you've got, I mean, there's some other good programs out

there, you know, there's lots of different ways to do it.

I think mine is the best.

I think it's the way that you can do it without using money or credit so you don't risk any

of that stuff.

The only thing you risk is your time and you risk your ego.

And if you're willing to do that, you can be successful with this process that I'm teaching.

But there are other good programs out there and if you want to follow thought with those,

great.

I say don't use any money, don't use your credit.

Really.

Don't use your credit.

The biggest mistakes I've made in my business over the years have been because I used my

credit.

The reason that things crashed for me back in 1991 when I had a $17 million business

going, and I lost everything in that time, and I don't know if you, I know most of you

remember the crash in 2007, but, if you're old like me, 1991 is when it crashed for me

the first time.

When 2007 came along, I rebuilt my business not on debt, in a different way, and I didn't

get hurt in a way that was, that took me under.

Yes, it was, I had some pain during that time, too.

But that was because people were losing their jobs and I was losing tenants.

That was a challenge.

But we had enough cash flow, we had enough reserves, to be able to do that and the way

that I'm teaching this, I teach you how to build those reserves before you build a portfolio

so that you can have reserves always sitting aside, you know, making sure that you can

maintain your properties and keep them for the long term and build that equity over time

plus have enough income while you're doing that to have a good, healthy, happy life making

a good income working very few hours to do that.

So, that's what you need in order to make this all happen and I hope you don't get so

frustrated with this process that you can, you can get back on your feet and do it.

I know there is some good people out there that are teaching these programs and I don't

listen to their stuff anymore and I don't, you know, get involved with them or partner

with them very much anymore.

That doesn't mean that they're not good people.

And there's, I know there's some shysters out there as well that are just taking money

and they don't know what they're doing and they've never even done what they teach.

So, you know, make sure you're working with somebody that you can trust, whose been in

the business for a while, who understands how to get these ideas across and has been

there before with the issues that you have and then follow what they say and use them

as a mentor and learn from them and don't be afraid to spend a little bit of money.

If you were going to college you'd spend a lot more money than this in order to do.

All right.

I hope that helps.

Good luck.

"Monarch" project - video 2 ( CM World Series 2017 ) - Duration: 8:05.

* behind the scenes *

Look at the camera

Hello guys!

Here we are in a new video about the project "Monarch"!

As you could see judging by the prior shots

A big amount of work has been done on the base of this project

All parts are laser cut

And then we thought about the final look that this aluminum will have

Nobody here, had an idea to make it a ground aluminum

and that part of the work is completely hand made

and it worked perfectly!

We powdercoated aluminum for it's protection

So that all the details could pop up

We did a see through powdercoating

kinda like lacquer

So that's possible in Serbia!:)

So as you can see, the base is done

and that is shown in the photographs from the worklog

The base is literally screw on screw put together

Everything is in the right measures

the flexing corners are pretty precise

I'd like to thank Sasha and Emir from the company "Cut-steel"

who really help us and have a lot of patience for fulfilling our wishes

Of course, they're phenomenal and we sure are going to continue working with them :)

Which I also recommend you to do, if you are in need of this kind of stuff!

Anyway

the base is here and as you can see

we mounted some parts of the hardware

Radiator from EKWB fits perfectly

We put hardware because of the following work and dimensions that need to be set up

The base itself is very suitable

this handle has it's purpose

Here, the thickness of aluminum is double

It's very strong

and it can handle a lot of hardware

Another thing are are the masks, which i prepared

which are supposed to fill missing places and other things

As you can see here is the reservoir

On the renders it's placed right here

and this is when some problems occur

The holders of the radiator

are much winder than their placement

so we're going to make custom holders for this reservoir

Which surely won't be a problem, regarding the fact that we made this custom base :)

Also the making of the grills for radiator is on our list

GPUs are ready for mounting

and so is the PCIe holder

So my brother can tell you a little bit more about it

This holder was made for one of the previous mods

We thought that it would fit Monarch as well but

but we will have to make a new one that will perfectly fit this project

Anyway it will be placed here

and when we mount the GPUs it turns out that the holder is 5mm shorter

So we will have to fix that by making a new one

Of course, later on when we will work on masks.

The switches have arrived

of course we will use the Vandal switches again

16mm orange for restart and 22mm big one for start

It's so big you can use your toe to press it :')

You could see on the renders

where their placement will be

of course a lot of work is ahead of us

placement of the radiators and cable management

We won't reveal everything in this video

we want to leave something interesting for next time

the project has to be done by the end of the month

There isn't much time left, we work hard everyday besides our main jobs

It's much harder than it looks

We are really giving our best

because the competition last until the 3rd of May this time

So it's a month shorter than the last time

We want to also show you this side

Here we planned to put power supply

which should arrive at any minute now

from Cooler Master, thank you !

Here we will put the power supply holder

of course here would be the HDD cage

and the pump itself which will be mounted right about here

Of course there will be some minor changes

which depends on pipes management

because as you know, we do the hard tube piping

Anyway, we will see!

So that's it that we could tell you about the work that has been done so far

Stay tuned and follow us

this will be interesting until the very end

And yes neSSa, there will be some moving things :)

But we will leave that for the very end :)

I hope you liked this video

Follow us, and feel free to follow the links below :)

Bye guys!

The 10 highest paid WWE stars for 2017 revealed. note all the information is from forbes.

no.1 RANDY ORTON $1.9 MILLION Despite being out with injury, Orton returned

to suffer a brutal loss to Brock Lesnar before going on to win the Royal Rumble and then

claim the WWE Championship against Bray Wyatt at WrestleMania.

no.2 ROMAN REIGNS $3.5 MILLION It comes as no surprise that Reigns is earning

this amount, and hes the highest-paid full-time athlete in the WWE as well with the top three

only competing on a part-time basis.

Hes going to be the face of WWE whether fans like it or not, he has strong merchandise

sales and his salary reflects on that. no.3 TRIPLE H $ 3.8 MILLION

$1.3 million of Triple Hs salary comes from his work as an executive in the WWE,

so its no surprise that he still earns a lot of money from there, as well as the

sporadic in-ring appearance. no.4 JOHN CENA $8 MILLION

Still the WWEs biggest star but he doesnt have the highest salary.

Hes bound to earn the most as he sells out the arenas and is far and above anyone

in the merchandise department. no.5 BROCK LESNAR $12 MILLION

Lesnar is a star attraction. People pay to see him and he knows that.

much to keep him around, making him not only the highest paid star by far in WWE,

but hes also the current Universal Champion. Please click that cirle on the screen to subscribe.
