him for his involvement with like guns

and you know drugs you know shit like

that it's like that the Miami Herald

invested did the broke the whole story

on this the federal authorities on

Thursday revealed they are investing a

15,000 or wire transfer last year from

brown to the bank account of Garcia who

boasted the money was for drugs for

cough syrup and lean and you know I

guess he was talking to some girl saying

you know in the text message showing the

wire from chris brown stain was for

drugs and then saying that he sold some

stuff to little lane i mean this stuff

is corning it was like you know this guy

was obviously baited he's out he they

said he's a producer in miami and that

he that they're trying to say that he

you know sold drugs and everything to

buy a fleet of cars and everything and

you know he took trips with chris brown

and everything but it's like you know

but probably going after Chris Brown in

little Wayne which they're not going to

be able to tie them to this stuff i mean

you know i don't know that i hope little

Wayne and them you got to be careful

with a company you keep you know cuz

like have it I've seen you know Chris

Brown keeps a lot of weird people around

them and this is one of the guys men

like the company you keep little lane

and Chris Brown are doing a lot of

positive things out here too I mean yeah

you see them doing like weird shit here

and there but you know Lil Wayne makes

great music motivating people Chris

people and if hypothetically allegedly

if they do drugs that's their choice I

hate this like you know if they do drugs

in their own time that's their problem

anyways they're trying to get little

these kids down and that they're doing

they have a lot of talent man like this

music video and he was at the cut at

freestyle with little Wayne so they're

trying to tie them all together somehow

but still you know and then Homeland

Security's involved i guess because it

went you know he took like a private jet

with chris brown to and from spain or

something i don't know it's like it's

not all clear yet but i just hope that

little lane and chris brown were able to

distance themselves from this guy

because and i hope they're more careful

about who they're keeping around them

because the people around you can take

you out man and you know they're doing

The Reality Of Time Travel

The dream of time travel is something we can all relate to.

I can�t imagine the person who claims that they have never thought about it, or they

have never had a day dream about travelling to another time and place, or back to a particular

moment in your past to replace a zig with a zag.

It�s only natural for us to do this.

Time is very special and influential to our consciousness.

It occupies much of what we think about.

Reviewing the past in our thoughts and projecting a future of our wants and desires is the default

setting for our brain.

Of course, there are many other immediate concerns in life, and indeed, we are concerned

about them.

But when we permit our minds to be free of current required problem solving for the moment,

we drift either into the past or to the future for our default state of mind.

If only we could control this time travel physically and it were not only in our imagination

but actually the reality in this realm.

What a dream life this would make, to have an eternity of bliss and fulfillment of all

the good things we can ever imagine.

Can we find a way to have this life here on Earth?

Probably not, even so, one would have to put aside the notion of right or wrong, cause

and effect, or any negative outcome from having such a supernatural power, and try to determine

what it would actually take to control this part of our reality hidden from our very sight

and presence by remaining in the conscious mind.

When we think about the moments of time that have been recorded up to the present, one

must wonder where they are.

If nothing is destroyed or created in our universe, then where is the past?

Where is the future we are about to embark on?

If we can remove ourselves and evaluate, we can see that the past is destroyed and the

future must indeed be created.

This would fly in the face of the laws of physics governing the material world, namely

the first law of thermodynamics which states energy cannot be created or destroyed.

But without issue it does just that, for it is all by design.

Creation (our future) is not part of our physical world until we express it so it doesn�t

exist here yet, but it does exist in the container outside of our world as potential.

There are constant violations to the laws of physics inside this physical realm by the

metaphysical realm containing it.

Creation is contained by the world that is containing our physical world.

Creation is the world outside of our world waiting to become the physical world by adding

our perspective.

When we seek to understand if it is possible to control time in our physical world, we

should immediately see the problem with it.

Time is not contained by our physical world, but rather, it contains our physical world.

That�s why it�s the fourth dimension; because it contains the third.

Our perspective inside the fourth dimension controls the three dimensional material that

makes up our bodies.

Our bodies can assert some control over the three dimensional material around it.

We can cut it, fuse it, grow it, consume it, dig it, melt it, freeze it, sublimate it,

and subjugate it.

The three dimension material is ours and under our control to some degree.

But the fourth dimension is not under our control.

It is not the solid we can perceive and measure like the three dimensional material.

This means our perspective is fifth dimensional because we can see a perspective of time only

in our consciousness with memory and anticipation, or we can measure its effects on material

but we cannot enter or exit time physically from this perspective.

We can only record time, and anticipate it.

We cannot physically travel it because we are inside of a plane contained by it.

We are trapped here, we are aware of time but contained by it.

The only way to travel time is to leave time, and enter the dimension containing it before

returning to a different moment in time.

This is why the sixth dimension has control of time and can enter it where and whenever

it chooses.

The sixth dimension perspective of time (the fourth dimension) is the same as our fifth

dimension perspective of the third dimension.

It can cut through time just like we cut into a round cake anywhere we want.

This is because the sixth dimension creates depth around time just as we create depth

outside of three dimensional objects inside our universe with our perspective.

The sixth dimension actually sees time as a solid like we do three dimensional objects.

A sixth dimensional perspective can enter and leave a place in time as easy as we can

walk through a forest on the path we choose.

So how does our fifth dimension perspective go to the sixth dimension?

Well, there�s the rub.

You don�t go there; you understand that you are already there in part, but just not

in whole.

You are not wholly there because you have not finished here.

The sixth dimension is for when things are finished or better put; where they end up.

It is the collection of planes containing time as they are recorded and transmitted

out of this realm and into the next.

Our consciousness is a beacon of information transmitting our experience into the sixth

dimension containment.

Another way to see it would be to think of it as a lightning storm.

Think of the atmosphere above the storm as the fifth dimension and the area of the storm

as the fourth dimension.

Think of the ground as the three dimensional material.

When the lightning flashes inside the storm, this is your energy, your life, your recording

of that plane of time.

That recording travels simultaneously through the upper fifth dimension and etches it into

the sixth dimension container where it is stored.

This is why we do not go anywhere when we die, because we are already there.

We are inside the container of life making a live recording, and there is no out, but

only a continuation of our perspective recording with further three dimensional hosting.

There may or may not be some type of end to this, although to me, there are implications

that some form of graduation from this realm may take place with the conscious.

You, your thoughts, your experience from that plane of time, is the electricity being transferred

through the lightning bolt.

It is being transferred to the sixth dimension and held there because nothing can be destroyed

from our physical realm.

The sixth dimension contains everything that ever happened in this realm as required by

its role in the universe due to the position it occupies inside the model.

It also contains the potential for all that will happen in this realm.

So even though the laws of physics seem violated in our world, when considering the metaphysical

world surrounding us contained by the universe, the laws are obeyed.

I use the lightning as an analogy to human consciousness in the fourth dimension, because

in nature they are both forms of electromagnetism.

Humans are conductors and very much like the lightning because we live in a world of polarity

created by a singularity being destroyed with one plane opening at a time.

The plane divides the third dimension allowing for life to have perspective and the creation

of time.

The only way to define a plane is with polarity creating a border.

And since the singularity does not expand because there is nothing to expand into, the

seam has constant resistance force producing polarity.

So in order to time travel, you would have to do it consciously, because it is not physically

possible.

If you think this can be solved mathematically, then you do not understand the properties

of time.

This does not mean time travel cannot be felt physically; it�s just that the feeling would

be with a different three dimensional host already in that moment of time.

Time travel is possible for our consciousness but not the physical body.

This should hardly be seen as a deflation of potential for our current existence.

For when we travel consciously and take a different three dimensional host, we lose

nothing in the way of experience.

We should welcome the prospect of time travel being consciously survivable, for we know

these physical bodies come and go already so it should come as no surprise that they

are subject to this constraint.

It would be difficult for me personally to accept that day dreaming about time travel

is a poor source of growth and exercise for the mind, but in the end, we are always doing

what we are here to do.

The sixth dimension does not require that we achieve but that we learn.

Achieve is of no consequence to the sixth dimension just as long as you learn.

status of President Assad will be decided by the Syrian people,� implying a definite

shift in U.S. foreign policy away from regime change in Syria.

Why would Assad put such assurances in jeopardy by launching a horrific chemical attack, allowing

establishment news outlets like CNN to once against use children as props to push for

yet another massive war in the Middle East?

Knoxville, TN Could Be Ground Zero For The Obamacare Explosion

For the 40,000 people living in and around Knoxville, TN, Humana was the only insurance

company providing healthcare coverage for the 2017 plan year.

That said, even with their monopoly in the market, Humana still couldn't figure out a

way to make money on the Obamacare exchanges in the 16 Tennessee counties where it was

the sole insurer.

As such, the company has decided to cancel its coverage in 2018 potentially leaving Knoxville's

40,000 residents with no healthcare options at all.

most of Tennessee is covered by Blue Cross and Cigna, the 16 counties surrounding Knoxville

in the eastern portion of the state will have to find a new insurer to fill in for Humana

by July 1st or residents there simply won't have access to healthcare for the 2018 plan

year.

And while Blue Cross and Cigna could theoretically expand their coverage map in Tennessee to

pick up Humana's former markets, Insuance Commissioner Julie McPeak said she's "not

optimistic" that would happen absent "some changes to the regulatory system, either by

Congress or the administration."

Which, of course, sets up Knoxville as 'ground zero' for the 'Obamacare explosion' predicted

by Trump.

Tennessee Insurance Commissioner Julie McPeak said she has had many "challenging conversations"

with the state's two remaining insurers -- BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee and Cigna about covering

the Knoxville market next year.

The carriers, however, want more flexibility to limit their exposure to sick, costly enrollees,

she said.

For instance, they are concerned that Obamacare eliminated their ability to cap their lifetime

payouts to their policyholders.

"I'm not optimistic that one of our existing insurers would like to expand their coverage

area without some changes to the regulatory system, either by Congress or the administration,"

said McPeak, who has criticized Obamacare.

Insurers have until July 1 to file their 2018 plans in Tennessee, but they'll likely make

their decision in the next month or two.

Cigna said its participation depends on market conditions and regulatory approval of its

policies.

BlueCross BlueShield said it is still reviewing its options.

The current uncertainty makes it difficult to assess what our product offerings for 2018

might be, said Roy Vaughn, a senior vice president at the insurer, which has lost more than $400

million on the exchange over the past three years.

"All options are on the table for 2018."

Meanwhile, as we pointed out last summer, Humana was apparently still unable to make

money in TN despite a 59% increase in premiums for the 2017 plan year so one can only imagine

how much higher rates will have to go in 2018

In the end, as we've noted before, the Obamacare exchanges around the country are stuck in

a negative feedback loop where healthy people are refusing to sign up, which leads to losses

for insurers, which leads to higher rates, which, of course, leads to even fewer healthy

people signing up.

What I'd Tell My Teen Self - Duration: 13:09.

Hey guys, welcome back to my channel.

I'm going to do a video that was actually requested.

And I made as many notes for it as I can but I know I'm still gonna think of other stuff,

so maybe there'll be a part two later.

But the video is, what I would tell my teenage self.

I was gonna make this a whole life advice from an INFJ, but because some of the advice

that I would tell my teenage self is so specific to my life, I was like well, maybe everyone

shouldn't follow this advice, but I think a lot of this would apply to a lot of people.

One of the first things that I would tell my teenage self is travel is worth it.

You're gonna do a lot of travel.

And I know, you know, if you were hearing this as a teen you'd probably wonder how you

were ever going to have the money or ability to do that, but trust me, you can do it.

You're gonna do it.

And you're gonna go backpack Asia by yourself, and you're gonna travel around America by

yourself, and you're gonna be a badass, and it's gonna be an amazing experience.

It's 100 percent worth the money.

Do it.

Just do it, and young kids, if you're watching this, travel is one of the best things you

can do in my opinion, I , you know, the trips, that like, the things that I've done as far

as traveling by myself have been some of the best experiences of my life despite even that

some scary things did happen while I was traveling to me.

But yeah, I mean, of everything I've ever spent money on, I can honestly tell you guys

that backpacking overseas was probably the best or at least up there.

You are going to want to be a writer.

So do it.

Keep doing it, and most importantly, know that you can do it as a job.

I did not realize at all for I would say like, my entire twenties at least, the potential

of what a smart, intelligent, driven person can do in this world on their own, I'm not

saying I'm like, so amazing and great, but like, yeah, I am, honestly.

And you guys are too.

I know you are, and I know everyone watching this, if you're a younger person, please just

know that you're talents, your dreams, it's not silly.

It's not unrealistic.

I really, really, really had no idea the potential that was coming with the Internet.

It wasn't until I was in my very late twenties that I started freelance writing, and then

I was just like ugh, man.

There's a lot you can do online.

That was when I really started realizing that you can do pretty much anything.

That was also when I started realizing about publishing, and that I actually had potential.

Because I was really a huge drunk when I was younger, I just partied all the time and drank

all the time.

You guys can do it.

Whatever you're thinking, you can do it.

If you want to be a youtuber, if you want to be an actor, if you want to travel the

world, if you want to write books.

You can do it.

Do it.

Do it.

Do it.

You are going to need to be strong and healthy as possible to survive this life.

And I don't just mean in the physical sense.

But in every sense.

There is a lot of hard things coming your way.

And I suggest you start working on yourself now.

Um.

Do yoga every day.

Take care of your health.

Dance.

Do weights.

Work out.

And I know, I did do those things when I was a teen, but I didn't really like, for my teens

and twenties, because of all the partying and craziness, I didn't really take fitness

seriously until probably my late twenties.

And now I take it like, super seriously.

I mean, I work out twice a day now.

I do yoga almost every day I would say.

I wish I could have done that stuff younger.

Care about your body, take care of it when you're young.

If you want to drink and party and do all the crazy stuff, I get that, because you're

young, I understand.

But, just you know, you're gonna want your body to be good when you're older, so just

take care of it, best you can.

Trust yourself.

If there was something I could have learned so much younger, would be to trust myself.

I always doubted my intelligence when I was younger.

I did not know that I was going to be as cool a person as I ended up being.

I'm actually way surprised I ended up being this person, I guess.

I mean I was definitely a lot dumber when I was younger.

I didn't have as much wisdom, and I was a lot more confused about a lot of things.

And yeah.

It's weird, I used to get this message kind of from god to trust myself, and I would hear

that over and over, like when I would pray, or just meditate and things, I would hear

"trust yourself, trust yourself" it was like god was telling me, and it's almost like this

video was like, going back in time and I was telling myself, right now, trust yourself.

It's so.. like, you are capable enough and intelligent enough and intuitive enough that

you can just go ahead and trust yourself instead of... almost any of those gut feelings that

I've ever had in my life ended up being true and I usually found out the hard way.

So yeah.

Young teens, just know that your intuition is powerful and you should trust yourself,

I mean unless you're just like a total idiot, and you clearly make bad decisions, in which

case just ignore this advice, because you probably shouldn't.

Okay, so here is another one that kind of sort of applies to just me but maybe everybody.

Would be stop spending hundreds of dollars on your hair at hair salons.

Like, in the future, you're going to learn how to cut and dye and bleach or whatever

you want to do to your own hair just fine, it will cost you like 10 bucks, stop, because

it's gonna really bug you one day that you spend like 300 dollars getting your hair highlighted,

just don't do it.

I mean, it doesn't really matter in the long run, but it's such a waste of time and money,

and no offense to hair stylists but I have liked my hair a thousand million times better

since I've been doing it myself.

I used to always go pay tons and tons of money to have them completely mess up my hair, and

yeah, it's just a little minor annoyance thing, but if I could reach back through time and

tell my teenage self, it would be just to learn how to cut hair on your own, and cut

it the way you want it, and cut it the length you want it, and not risk it all getting cut

off, and not risk it getting ruined.

Okay, this is a good one for everybody.

You're going to get a lot smarter and wiser as you get older.

Not only about things like relationships, jobs and life, but you're gonna get a lot

smarter and wiser about everything.

There's a lot of questions I know you have about spirituality, life, how the universe

works, and why you're here, what this all is, why you feel these things, just please

know that it's gonna make sense one day.

The answers are coming to you.

I still don't have all the answers, you know, I'm almost 35 and I'm just like, but I feel

like I have a lot figured out now compared to when I was young, you know I always, like

why am I here, why am I such a weird person with all these differences, and, I have such

a sense of purpose now, and those differences make a lot more sense now.

And like, I know more why I'm here, and I know more what I'm supposed to do, and that's

a much more peaceful feeling to have.

And I don't think we're meant to learn everything, because if we were fully enlightened, life

would kind of be pointless.

You still have learning to do, and I still definitely have a lot of learning to do.

And that's great.

But you're gonna get hooked up with the wisdom and the knowledge.

Don't worry, it's coming.

This one is one of the biggest points I could make i this video, the most important I think.

The one that I would scream backward through the rifts in time, to be able to tell my teenage

self, listen up, teenage self, when it comes to guys, you're going to leave all of them

eventually.

It doesn't matter how much you think you love him, how much you think you love the one after

that, how much you think you love the one after that, how much you think it's gonna

last.

Just know, that with all of them, you're going to reach a breaking point and dump them, or

them you, like, they're going to all end.

Every single relationship that you have before the age of 35 is going to end so with that,

knowing that, just leave their asses the first time they abuse you, leave them the first

time they cheat, leave them the first time they treat you like you're a piece of shit.

Just leave them, because you're gonna leave them eventually anyway, it's not like you're

gonna marry them and work it out, and like, stay with them for life.

So, if I could have known... you know, that it would... that I would...

Wasting time in wrong relationships, you know, we all only have so many time in our life,

like so much.

We have so many years to live, at some point we're gonna die, none of us know when it is,

and just keep that in mind if you're like, two years into a relationship with someone

you've been fighting with for a year and three quarters of a year.

I'm not gonna tell you not to do drugs.

I thought very long and hard about whether I would tell my teenage self not to do drugs,

um... or drink.

You know.

And after giving it a lot of thought, I would say I would not tell my teenage self that.

Uh, obviously if you're a teen watching this, I'd recommend you don't do drugs.

But because of my particular path.

I don't know.

I've had a lot of experiences with drugs, I mean I'm careful to talk about that stuff

on here because I know a lot of young people watch.

And because I did come out of it okay, I can't say I'd want to undo those experiences.

I don't believe that I am an addict.

And if you think you might be an addict, I would caution you from doing this even more.

Uh, I can definitely overdo stuff, like I was always a big binge drinker.

I would drink a lot when I drank.

But I don't think I have like, the alcoholism gene to where...

If I want to quit something I was always just able to quit it.

So keep that in mind.

You know, like, I would always caution you to not do drugs.

If you have a choice, and you're like should I do drugs today?

Like I would say no, you know?

Um, there's nobody I would say YEAH DO DRUGS, that's so great.

Uh, but I wouldn't tell my teenage self not to do them.

So.

I don't want to go into detail but I'll say, be very very careful, about the choices you

make, and that includes the drug thing, and everything.

But just in general too.

As much as I say you should go out and travel and have adventures, always watch your back.

And know that the people that are around you do not always have your best interest at heart.

It took a lot of pain and suffering to learn this.

Um.. you can get yourself into situations, and of course, if something terrible happens

to you, it's not your fault, it's never your fault.

But just know that if you can avoid hard dangerous situations where something could happen to

you, or, you know, as far as like, being drunk or on drugs around the wrong people.

It's a hard balance between being adventurous and free, and a free spirit, and a wild child

and living your life and making memories.

It's a fine line between that and protecting yourself.

So just make sure that you're out there in the world living it up, you always--don't

be paranoid, but be aware.

Be cautious.

Treat yourself as if yourself was your little sister.

Treat yourself, you know, as if you were the most precious thing that you had to protect.

Because there are things that can happen to you in this life that you will carry with

you the rest of your life.

And just know that and.

IF you do find yourself in a situation where you are hurt or something terrible happens,

something you know you're gonna have to live with for the rest of your life, just know

that it can be okay.

I have been through some incredibly awful, dark things in my life.

Um, I know a lot of you guys are going through terrible things.

I know a lot of you guys have been through terrible things.

I know a lot of awful things happen to young people in this world.

I want you guys to know that no matter how depressed.

If you're suicidal, if you're a cutter, if you're going through some type of drug addiction,

no matter what you're going through, especially if you're a young teenager, it can definitely

be turned around.

And you can be okay.

You're never tainted.

You're never so far gone that you can't turn it around.

I promise.

All right guys, so that was all the advice I wrote down that I would give my teenage

self.

Um, I might think of more things later.

But yeah, I think that's it for now.

I'm gonna go ahead and wrap this video up, because it's crazy long.

lot of pop artists don't take their

performances very seriously and i can

tell these girls are not one of those

they really take the time out to make

sure that it looks great and honestly

they did honestly reminds me of the way

with such conviction in really

Vegetable Kurma / Mixed vegetable kurma recipe - Duration: 1:31.

Ingredients: Vegetables to boil/Steam 1/4 cup frozen or fresh green peas 1/4 chopped carrots 1/4 chopped beans 1/2 cup cauliflower florets 1 medium chopped potatoes

Other ingeridents: 4 tsp Oil 1-1/2 cup water 2 tbsp fresh coriander

For Masala Paste: 1/2 inch cinnamon stick/dal chini 4 cloves ½ tsp of fennel seeds ½ tsp of cumin seeds 2 tsp of coriander seeds ½ tsp of turmeric powder 1 tsp of red chilli powder green chillies 1 inch of fresh ginger 1 cup of freshly grated coconut

2 tsp of poppy seeds 15-20 cashew nuts 3 large chopped tomatoes water as needed salt to taste

Boil potatoes in the sauce pan and place steamer basket on top and steam rest of the vegetables for 5 minutes.

Mean while make a smooth paste out of masala spices.(Add very little water if needed)

In a pan heat oil,add the masala paste and saute until raw smell leaves and oil starts seperating from masala.(It should look slightly golden brown)

Add water and check for seasoning.

Once masala comes to a boil,reduce heat to medium-low,add all vegetables and stir gently.Cook for 5 minutes.

Garnish with cilantro.Serve with rice or roti or even poori.

Putin Responds: Syria Strikes "Cripple US-Russia Relations"; Deploys Missile Warship To Syria

Responding to Trump's unexpected military attack on Syria in which 59 cruise missiles

were launched (of which only 23 allegedly hit their target), Russian President Vladimir

Putin "regards the strikes as aggression against a sovereign nation,� his spokesman Dmitry

Peskov said, noting that the president believes the strikes were carried out �in violation

of international law, and also under an invented pretext.�

The Kremlin spokesman insisted that �the Syrian army doesn�t have chemical weapons,�

saying this had been �observed and confirmed by the Organization for the Prohibition of

Chemical Weapons, a special UN unit.�

The Russian president said he sees the US missile strikes as an attempt to distract

attention from civilian casualties in Iraq, Peskov added.

�This step deals significant damage to US-Russian ties, which are already in a deplorable state,�

Peskov said and added that the US has been ignoring the use of chemical weapons by terrorists

and this is dramatically aggravating the situation, in Putin�s opinion.

�The main thing, Putin believes, is that this move [by the U.S.] doesn�t draw us

nearer to the end goal in the fight with international terrorism and on the contrary, deals a serious

setback to the creation of an international coalition in the fight with it,� Peskov

said.

Other Russians took the opportunity to opine as well, led by Russian foreign minister Sergey

Lavrov who said the US missile attack on a Syrian airbase is an act of aggression under

a far-fetched pretext and is reminiscent of the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

Quoted by Tass, the top Russian diplomat said "It is an act of aggression under a completely

far-fetched pretext. This is reminiscent of the situation in 2003, when the US and the

UK, along with some of their allies, invaded Iraq without the consent of the UN Security

Council and in violation of international law."

"When speaking about the military intervention in Iraq many years after it happened, Tony

Blair (who served as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1997 to 2007) acknowledged

that they had misled everybody," Lavrov emphasized. "Now they did not even bother to provide any

facts referring only to photos," he noted. "They indulged in speculations on children�s

photos, on evidence provided by various non-governmental organizations, including the so-called White

Helmets, which staged various 'incidents' to instigate action against the Syrian government."

Moscow will demand truth of Idlib events, Lavrov stressed. "It is regrettable that all

these causes do more harm to the already damaged relations between Russia and the United States.

Hope remains that these provocations will not entail irreversible effects," Lavrov said.

Russian lawmakers also took to the microphone on Friday, warning that the U.S. airstrikes

in Syria could lead to an escalation of conflict in the Middle East and dash any plans for

a U.S.-Russian coalition against terrorism.

�It�s a new round of escalation in the Middle East. These ill-judged, irresponsible

actions don�t contribute to global security, security in the Middle East,� Andrei Krasov,

the first deputy head of the defense committee in the Russian lower house of parliament,

told state news agency RIA. �Other military conflicts, an expansion of military conflicts,

are entirely possible,� he added.

Russian Senator Konstantin Kosachev said the airstrikes meant the possibility of a broad

antiterror coalition in Syria �bites the dust before it was even born.�

He said the aim of the U.S. strike was to �rubber stamp� responsibility on Mr. Assad�s

for the chemical attack in Idlib province on Tuesday. ��The walls of Trump� are

multiplying. And everything started so well. It�s a real shame,� said a post on the

Facebook page of Mr. Kosachev, head of the international relations committee in Russia�s

upper house of Parliament.

Another lawmaker, Mikhail Emelyanov, warned against the risk of clashes between Russian

and U.S. forces. �The U.S. is being dragged into the war in Syria in the full knowledge

that Russia is supporting Syria and our troops are there, which means it�s fraught with

direct clashes between Russia and the U.S. and the consequences could be the most serious,

even armed clashes and exchanges of strikes,� Mr. Emelyanov told Interfax news agency.

In immediate response, Moscow suspended its memorandum of understanding on flight safety

in Syria with the US following the missile strike, calling the attack �a demonstration

of force.� The Russian military has supported the Syrian government�s version of the events

in Idlib, saying that Damascus attacked an arms depot where chemical weapons had been

stockpiled by Islamic State and Al-Nusra Front militants.

�Without bothering to investigate anything, the US went forward with a demonstration of

force, a military confrontation with a country that is fighting international terrorism,�

the Foreign Ministry�s statement reads.

�Obviously, the cruise missile attack was prepared beforehand. Any expert can tell that

the decision to strike was made in Washington before the events in Idlib, which were used

as a pretext for a demonstration,� the statement reads.

The Memorandum on air safety was signed in October 2015, after Russia came to Syria to

fight international terrorism at the invitation of the country�s government. The document

of understanding was designed to prevent possible mishaps between the Russian and US Air Forces

operating independently in the region.

Russia�s Foreign Ministry has condemned the attack as an example of the �reckless

attitude� that has only worsened �existing world issues� and created a �threat to

international security.�

Additionally, according to Tass, in response to the strikes, the Russian frigate Admiral

Grigorovich armed with Kalibr cruise missiles will be deployed to the Tartus naval base

in Syria. The Russian Black Sea Fleet�s frigate The Admiral Grigorovich, currently

on a routine voyage, will enter the Mediterranean later on Friday, a military-diplomatic source

in Moscow told TASS, adding that the ship would make a stop at the logistics base in

Syria�s port of Tartus.

"The Russian ship armed with cruise missiles Kalibr will visit the logistics base in Tartus,

Syria," the source said. The Admiral Grigorovich is currently near

the Black Sea straits. It is scheduled to enter the Mediterranean at about 14:00 Moscow

time. The ship left on a voyage after replenishing supplies at Novorossiisk and taking part in

a joint exercise with Turkish ships in the Black Sea. Tass's source said the frigate�s

presence off Syria�s shores will depend on the situation.
