Youtube daily report Jul 31 2017

Me: "Wait, we weren't recording?" We lost a bit a footage here, and right now in the video we are figuring out how much did we lost.

"I hope it wasn't a long time."

Let's take a look on what did we record last (and thus what did we miss).

That's what happens when I stop watching in a middle of a thirteenth episode and then decide to record (those of you that actually know me know what I'm talking about). By the way, that Eye of the Beholder siries from Kikoskia is something I wholly suggest you watch, it's freakin' funny and some scenes were even animated by some other internet people because of how funny those were.

We didn't lost much.

It's one room we don't have recorded.

And we actually weren't here, it seems.

And those were the levitating Gnaars. Some Gnaars can transform between their normal and levitating form, and some are invisible (and those can be levitating too).

This is what you have missed in between episodes.

It was epic and I totally had the greatest degree of skill in that moment. (yeah, this is a joke, but it is also true and sad...)

And a little bit of this big room.

Sonovabitch!

Egyptian lockers, it seems like.

Does somebody else have a problem? No? Fine.

*Trying to find secrets randomly*

Crud.

The sounds sometimes aren't environmental, so when someone pushes something (a door for example) it sounds like it was a meter away for other players, even if they are very far away.

This doublebarrel shotgun is much better than the Third game's one.

That Kleer was probably more surprised than I was. And here is his paw.

"I'M ON FIREEEEE"

If you look on another player for long enough, it will show you his stats.

If I were to record this in FRAPS, it would be like 800 GB. What a piece of shit FRAPS is.

I think we're lost.

What a group hug.

I was expecting a Kleer, not an Islamist.

I WAS KILLED BY A TOAD. Crap.

There is a secret button somewhere in this room. I know that from the last time we played this. Which was more than 10 years ago.

No cutscenes though. Kinda sucks. I WILL edit in the last level cutscenes, but I don't feel like going through the entire game again in singleplayer.

So - Skineri just fought and killed miniboss off-screen. The reason why he will start recording too and I will edit it together.

THE NEW SAS? Reds new boys Dominic Solanke and Mohamed Salah keep Klopp's side unbeaten

REDS new boys Dominic Solanke and Mo Salah were both on the score sheet again as Liverpool thrashed Hertha Berlin.

And Jurgen Klopp was also boosted by the return of Sadio Mane for the friendly in Germany in his first game since April. Liverpool put three past the Bundesliga side with goals from two of their new signings.

Dominic Solanke continues to impress for Liverpool in pre-season. Solanke stepped in for the injured Divock Origi and added another goal in an impressive pre-season since his switch from Chelsea.

The England U20 star looped a header over the Berlin goalkeeper to give Liverpool the lead in the 15th minute at the Olympic Stadium.

The Reds looked sharper and fitter than their opponents, giving them problems all day with Klopps famed pressing system. Mane almost created a goal for himself after winning the ball back high up the pitch, but blazed over from eight yards.

Georginio Wijnaldum did double Liverpools advantage before the interval thanks to Solanke pressing and winning back possession. The Dutch midfielder slotted into the bottom corner from the edge of the area to put Klopps men 2-0 in front.

Philippe Coutinho showed glimpses to why Barcelona want him at the Nou Camp.

Georginio Wijnaldum bagged Liverpools second goal of the game.

Jurgen Klopp will be encouraged by his sides performances during the summer.

Mohamed Salah showed blistering pace to score his goal.   How Liverpool could line-up under Jurgen Klopp in 2017-18.

The Reds boss rang the changes in the second half in his home land, bringing on Salah, Philippe Coutinho, Roberto Firmino and Daniel Sturridge.

Coutinho once again proved his worth to the Reds with a stunning 50-yard through ball to Salah for Liverpools third goal on the hour.

The Barcelona target cut apart Berlins defence and Salah was first on the scene, using his pace to beat two defenders and the goalkeeper to the ball before chipping home.

Liverpool fans will be delighted to see Saido Mane back in action. Speaking after the game, Klopp was full of praise for his side and Salah.

He said: We were good, there was a lot of good football around, we had to fight a little bit more, tactically we were not so good though.

We needed to be a little bit more compact, but it was a mature performance. Mo Salah, wonderful goal - we had three sessions on Friday, it was really intense for both teams, it was a good test, we are okay.

We had a few really good situations and a few not so good situations, but I am happy. Andy was good, Sadio is getting better.   RB Leipzig star and Liverpool target Naby Keita back friends with Diego Demme.

Andy has unbelievable potential, I am really looking forward to seeing him develop. We have a few things to do. We tried Joe Gomez at full-back today. he was really good.

It was Liverpools first game for a week having returned from Hong Kong for the Premier League Asia Trophy. The fixture was being played to mark both clubs 125th anniversary in front of 54,279 fans.

Liverpool stay in Germany to take part in the Audi Cup in Munich. Klopps men will face hosts Bayern Munich on Tuesday and either Atletico Madrid or Napoli on Wednesday.

Liverpools pre-season ends in Dublin next week with a friendly against Athletic Bilbao before they kick off their Premier League campaign against Watford on August 12.

Future Jobs: Will You Become Terminally Unemployable? - Duration: 21:21.

We are gonna talk about 3 things today; We are gonna talk about the forces that are

changing the labor markets, Then, we'll talk about which jobs will be

lost as a result of these forces, And finally what you can do to safeguard yourself

and your family from the impact of this transition.

Please pay close attention to this video, because what you will learn, may very well

be the difference between having a multimillion dollar career or being terminally unemployable

within as little as 10 years.

To be able to predict any change for future jobs, we need to first understand the forces

acting on the current job market.

Because if there were no forces, then tomorrow's job market would be exactly like today's

So, let's find out what is changing the trajectory of the labor markets.

I don't want to spend an hour talking about this so I'll go as quickly as I can

here we go First force is Globalization.

This is not new.

But the rate of increase is becoming exponential.

It started with trade agreements, then social unions like EU, and now we are getting closer

to having one currency and one language.

Now, people who speak English as a second language outnumber the native speakers by

a ratio of three to one.

This is pretty obvious and visible.

We can see the change very clearly in our lives.

For example, a German car worker, costs more than 50 dollars an hour including benefits,

as opposed to a robot which costs about 5 dollars an hour.

Plus, robots don't really go on strikes.

Yet!

Which ties the topic to the 3rd force; Artificial Intelligence

AI itself is both a force itself but also an enabler.

It makes the automation and use of robots a lot more effective.

Use of robots have been available to us for the past 50 years.

But their growth has always been mainly linear.

We didn't have exponential growth.

The reason is because robots until now needed to be preprogrammed.

They have been pretty stupid so far.

They are input output bound.

They didn't have the capacity to analyze environments, create neural networks, and

establish deep learning.

Things are changing now.

I am sure you must have heard of IBM's Watson and Google's DeepMind.

For example last year, Alpha Go DeepMind's AI, beat world's best Go Player Lee Sedol

in a game of 3 matches.

Now this was a big deal.

Because, in case you are not familiar with game Go, there are more board configurations

in the game than the atoms in the visible universe.

SO, there are 10 to the power 170 board configurations.

Meaning, there is no way a software can play the game through force calculations of its

preprogram.

It learned how to play just like how humans do, it created neural networks, developed

strategies, and it even created strategies that were considered

wrong moves by human experts but ended up being incredibly smart at the end of the game.

The game was amazing.

I actually watched the whole live stream of the first match, it was around 4 hours.

Let's move on to other forces.

Now these were the major forces that are shaping labor force at macro level.

But we also have micro forces, such as; shifting demographics, meaning the fact that the labor

force is getting older, access to information, meaning you can learn

almost anything online now, affecting many industries.

For example, people don't have MBA degrees to learn information anymore.

They created different USPs to stay competitive.

And then, we have now decentralized work environments, like, now more people are working at home,

Another one is 3-D Printing.

There are more forces at work but these are powerful enough to shape the future of labor

markets.

Before I move on to the timeline and show you which industries and skills will become

obsolete, I want to tell you what the drivers are for these forces.

I mean what fuels these forces.

Because if you can understand the drivers, then you'll understand the longevity and

impact of these forces.

And if you look at each one of these, you will realize that they are all fueled by one

thing.

All of these forces get their energy from 1 thing.

You know what it is?

It's the need for profit maximization.

In broader terms, capitalism.

As long as we live in capitalism, human kind will continue to progress, until we are faced

with existential crisis.

So, the transition will work this way.

It will start with individual tasks individual activities.

So, the jobs as professions will not necessarily disappear as a whole.

For example you are an accountant, you will have to do book keeping, financial accounting,

management accounting, reporting, etc.

Now, with the effect of all these forces, AI will do book keeping, reporting, and financial

accounting, and you will be left to do only management accounting.

So, the profession will not be erased immediately but 1 person will be able to do the work of

1,000 people because you are only doing a very small part of series of tasks that are

automated.

Makes sense?

So, that's how it will start.

Let's now get to our timeline and see which jobs will be lost.

I am sure the last one will come as a big surprise to all of you.

Alright, let's start with the first one; An insurance firm from Japan, [Fu-koku Mutual

Life Insurance] has just recently replaced 100s of its insurance claims representatives

with, do you know with what?

IBM Watson.

And I was reading a recent interview with their CEO, he was saying that the results

are overwhelmingly positive.

Next one; Retail & Service Industry

A service sector involves predictable physical activities.

Take this item from here, deliver it there.

It's a perfect environment for robots.

And it also involves operating some sort of machinery—including preparing, cooking,

or serving food; cleaning, preparing hot and cold beverages; and collecting dirty dishes.

Most of these activities will be replaced.

Transportation Now, This is inevitable and will be one of

the first industries to go away.

Maybe it started with Tesla, but you'll see within 2 years that most other major car

and truck manufacturers will perfect their technologies of autonomous driving.

We will have much fewer drivers.

We may still need a lead driver in a convoy, and the auto-trucks following behind.

Next, Military & All Security Forces

The military will most likely pursue some form of automation that reduce the logistics

costs, and remove soldiers from combat deployments.

Most recent wars other than the world wars, have been fought by superpowers against relatively

weaker opponents.

So, imagine if that trend continues.

The weaker nation will have humans defending their countries against the robots of the

stronger nation.

Next, Construction and Manufacturing

Manual labor jobs are also under threat by automation.

Robotic bricklayers are already in place.

Meet SAM (Semi-Automated Mason).

This machine can lay up to 1,200 bricks a day.

That's 4 times more than a regular human can do.

And it can work nonstop 24/7.

There is also 3-D printing.

We will soon have giant 3D printing machines constructing most physical stuff we see around

us.

Next, IT – Software

To start with, anything to do in cloud, software development, beta testing, app development,

anything to do with IT on the software side will be almost instantly wiped out once the

AI is at a certain level and available for public use.

Probably within 5 to 10 years.

Bill Gates said this in an interview in 1992.

He predicted that soon we will tell our computers what software we need, and it will write it

for you within seconds.

Now, it took a lot longer than he predicted.

But we are almost there.

AI will have capabilities to run millions of lines of codes within a second.

Another one of these industries to be affected is Accounting

The data entry component of bookkeeping has almost been eliminated already by automation

and cloud accounting ecosystems.

So, the technology already exists and it is already used, it's just not mainstream - yet.

Now, soon, the management accounting part, will also be done by AI.

As of now, the management accounting part is still done by humans.

But not for long.

Next, is; Finance – Banking and Trading So, it all started with ATMs.

ATMs made a lot of bank tellers obsolete.

Then solutions like PayPal helped us carry out online transactions, and now with AI,

jobs that have anything to do with even trading will be obsolete.

Most trading is already done through high frequency trading software.

The only difference is there is still a human being pre-programming that software.

They still manually code various levels of support and resistance and historical data.

Post AI, there won't be a need to preprogram it.

This means millions of financial analysts, traders, researches, will all be out of jobs.

It will a battle between smartest AI solutions competing and trading against each other.

Next, Farmers Farmers are already being replaced by artificially

intelligent robots that can do everything from seeding to pulling lettuce off the ground.

It's already an existing technology and will only be enhanced in future until the

infrastructure cost goes down enough to replace labor costs.

Next, Arts & Entertainment

Now this a controversial one.

Many believe that human creativity will never be outmatched.

I have a different opinion.

In my opinion, it's just matter of testing.

AI can run billions of simulations per second, test, revise, test, revise continuously until

its get the perfect "liking score" from human emotions.

Now, that's the reason we may never be able to beat AI in arts and entertainment.

IBM Watson is already producing songs and movie trailers by the way.

You should watch it.

It's pretty scary actually.

Now another controversial one; Scientists Us, Humans aren't necessarily very good

in dealing with big data.

We can't analyze data points beyond a certain level.

There are entire branches of science—climate modeling and genomics, for example—that

wouldn't exist without powerful microprocessors and automation.

As of now, wherever there's work that's too tedious, time-consuming, or boring you'll

find a robot doing the work.

We do most of the "thinking" but again if our only differentiator is our ability

think, what happens when something else can think faster and smarter.

Now, let's talk about which I believe will be the last frontier.

IT Hardware I believe it will be one of the last jobs

to be lost in future.

In transition towards 100% AI and automation lead economy and society, we will need millions

of hardware engineers, designing and building the robots and infrastructure that artificial

intelligence can use.

So, the hardware engineering side of IT will rise again.

They have been forgotten for quite a long time.

For a very long time, software engineers made higher salaries and created greater opportunities

for their careers.

I have a feeling that it will reverse.

In future, probably around 10 to 15 years from now, we'll hit a certain threshold

that AI will have the capabilities to create its own infrastructure and supply raw material.

That's where 3D printing in various materials will come into play.

And the funny thing is, there will be so many jobs created to build the infrastructure for

AI to have infrastructure building capabilities which will wipe out all remaining jobs.

This is where my English is failing me.

I hope you see my point.

And eventually…… all jobs will be lost.

There is nothing you can do that an AI with the right hardware that itself develops, can't

do.

This is probably just 15 to 20 years down the line.

Not too distant future.

Most of you will still be alive to see it.

OK.

Before I talk about how you can potentially safeguard yourself, I want to talk about how

confident I am of these predictions.

See, humans grow linearly.

Hmm?

But technology grows exponentially.

This is the law of accelerating returns.

So, fundamental measures of information technology follow predictable and exponential trajectories.

Also, a deep note here, these aren't necessarily my predictions.

No single person can claim a future prediction.

Various reports have already outlined these, including one from PwC Consulting and one

from Oxford University, and there are numerous futurists like Ray Kurzweil.

What you see on timeline is also only a small fraction of the industries that will be lost.

So, if your industry isn't on the table.

It doesn't necessarily mean you'll be fine.

That's why I started the presentation with talking about the forces.

So, we'll have this kind of negative, actually horrendous outcome, As long as those forces

continue to exist, And these forces will continue to exist, as

long as we have the driver of profit maximization And we will continue to have the driver of

profit maximization, as long as we live in capitalism.

And we will continue to live in capitalism, as long as we value human progress.

Because the free markets are the natural state of trade.

So, unless our need for human progress disappears, we will end up with a doom's day scenario.

That definitely sounds counterintuitive.

But is there anything wrong in my thought process?

Am I missing something?

Feel free to challenge my logic.

And hey I am not even talking about AI becoming so powerful that it decides to terminate the

human kind.

That's not what I am concerned about.

That's probably 40-50 years away.

I am just simply concerned about their capabilities in the short to mid term, 10 to 20 years.

And of course I am concerned about the unfair advantage it gives to whomever controls it.

If you are in your 20s, a decade in future, probably feels like very distant future to

you now.

And tha's understandable.

After all, it's half of the life you lived so far.

But once you hit 30s and 40s, you realize that a decade is really nothing.

It flys by.

Then, What to do?

How can we still benefit from this transition.

There are numerous things you can potentially do to prevent a very negative scenario happening

to you or your children.

I'll talk about only 3 of them here; and the last one is what I am personally doing.

1st one is obviously, developing skills that will be wiped out much later in the time scale.

2nd option is to have your own company, instead of being an employee, you can be an employer.

You can own your company.

But the problem with that is the markets at that time will be incredibly competitive.

It won't be just you who is putting up her small business.

Every terminally unemployable person will do that.

So you need to pick markets where there is high entry barriers.

Or find very strong differentiators.

The 3rd Option is becoming asset owners before the transition happens.

So by that way, you can live off of the income produced from those assets.

It can be real estate, stock market, you know investing in high dividend yielding companies

which you think will survive the transition.

Having said that, investing in companies that own the AI wouldn't be such a bad investment

strategy I think.

At least that's what I will do.

The other solution is governments implementing a universal basic income Where everybody gets

paid a certain amount of unemployment benefits.

These benefits will be enough to cover all basic needs including healthcare and education.

Now, I don't think this will happen all around the world though.

Because there will most likely be 1 megapower country, most likely under the influence of

1 or 2 megapower corporations which control the AI.

And that country will control the new economy and society around the world.

Their citizens will enjoy enormous benefits, lead a very luxury life and the rest of the

world will be at their mercy to distribute wealth.

This will potentially lead to all our wars against that country for not sharing the wealth

and as a result the conditions that made homosapiens thrive, will reverse.

The evolutionary progress for us will reverse.

Progress in general will not reverse though.

With or without homo sapiens, progress will continue.

Ok, I am now in territory of speculation.

But let me also say this, I believe that megacorporation will be Google as it owns and develops DeepMind.

And the megapower country will be United States.

I also think in about 20 years, most allies of U.S. will want to become the next states

of United States.

Maybe a similar model to what UK did with commonwealth in Mid 20th century.

Ok, I am definitely speculation mode now.

But hey there is good news.

It's not all bad.

The good news is that, right now, and probably for the next 10 years, you are living in the

golden age of civilization.

This is the best it's ever been and most likely ever will be – at least for most

of us.

Thank you for your time.

These all apps are free and the download link as usual will be mentioned in the description down below. So without any type of further a do lets get started.

So the first application in my list is Spirly – live wallpapers

This app comes with 24 predefined themes which you can access by opening this theme section on this application

and it does have simple user friendly interface.

To apply one you have to tap on the wallpaper which you like and then set it as your live wallpaper.

If u want you can use this live wallpapers for the customization purpose of your smartphone.

So Next we have a application which is called simple Control.

What this app does is It create a On-screen navigation bar on the screen itself if you don't have one.

Setting these bar is easy , you just need to visit accessibility section of your Smartphone then turn this application on and that's it .

This application is very useful if you have broken your touch bars so go ahead and give it a try.

Next one on the list AcDisplay . You can set this app by accessing few permissions.

This app is a new way of handling notifications in Android.

It will let you know about new notifications by showing a minimal, beautiful screen, allowing you to open them directly from the lock screen.

Alan Watts - Meditate - Duration: 30:02.

Yeah, But supposing there were some other way of understanding things let's go

back from the spotlight to the floodlight to the extraordinary capacity

of the human nervous system to comprehend situations instantaneously

without analysis let us say without verbal or numerical symbolism of the

situation in order to understand it I hope you understand what I mean ok we do

do that we have this curious ability of pattern recognition which the mechanical

systems have only in a very primitive way Xerox have put out a machine which

recognizes figures written in almost anyone's handwriting provided their

handwriting is fairly grade-school and normal but computer has a terrible time

trying to recognize the letter A when it's printed in say sans-serif

graphic longhand or whatever kind of a you may write the human recognizes

instantly this pattern but the computer is still at a disadvantage here it seems

to lack a kind of capacity I would call field organization because it's all

active it's digital it is better like a newspaper photograph you know which when

you look at it under a microscope is all dust now so the problem the problem is

this

in developing technology are we leaving out consideration our strongest suit

which is the brain itself see we are at a situation where the brain is still not

really worked out by even the most competent neurologists it puzzles them

they can't give a model of the brain in numerical or verbal language now you are

that you see you are this thing you yourself are this thing which you

yourself can't figure out in the same way that I cannot touch the tip of this

finger with the tip of this finger I can't bite my own teeth but I who is

attempting to touch the tip of his finger with his finger am by the sheer

complexity of my structure far more evolved than any system which I can

imagine this is in a way slightly akin to the girdle theorem that you can't

have a of say a logic which defines its own axioms the axioms of any given

system must always be defined in terms of a higher system all right so you are

the most complex thing that has yet been encountered in the cosmos and you can't

figure you out

now you suppose we're going to try to do that and become as it were completely

transparent to ourselves so that we could entirely understand the

organization on the mechanics of our own brains what happens when we do that

well you're in the WiiU you're back in the situation of God when you got what

are you gonna do when you God you know what you're gonna do you're gonna say to

yourself man get lost because what you want is a surprise and when you figured

everything out there won't be any surprises you'll be completely bored but

on the other hand a person I would say who is really functioning completely he

is basically a person who trusts his own brains and permits his brain to operate

at a more optimal level in other words he knows how to think things out but he

makes his best discoveries without thinking in other words you all know

very well the processes of creative invention you've got a problem you think

it over and you can't find out any answer to it

because the digital system of thinking is too simple too clumsy to deal with it

it's more complex there are more variables than can be kept in in mind at

one time so you sell sleep on all you go to the Institute of Advanced Studies at

Princeton of behavioral sciences at Stanford where they pay you to goof off

which is highly a excellent idea and you move around and you've got a blackboard

and you look out the window and pick your nose and so on and your brain

eventually hands is the solution to the problem I knew immediately because you

have technical knowledge you recognize that for solution but then naturally

you'll go back and check it and you work bit by bit form of thinking

on it and see now does it come out in those tongues and if it does everybody

will agree with you yes that's the answer but if it doesn't come out in

those terms they won't agree with you as you haven't subjected it to the socially

acceptable traditional form of animal and analyzing knowledge but here's the

problem it takes an awful long time to check these things out it takes an awful

long time to arrive at the solution which you've got like that by a purely

calculated process most of the situation's of life are such that they

don't wait for us to make up our mind so an enormous amount of carefully worked

out scientific knowledge is trivial they all very well very finely worked out but

much too late how's life presents you life comes at you from all sides all

over everywhere at once and the only thing you've got to deal with that is

the thing inside here in the skull now I'm not saying this to put down all this

marvelous work of calculation brought to immense sophistication electronically

and so on not at all because actually you people are the first people to

understand the limitations of your own kind of knowledge and you're going to

have to tell the politicians about this they don't understand they they think

that this kind of knowledge is the answer to everything and I think most of

you know it isn't which is not something I repeat against technology it's only

saying that when you walk you put your right foot forward and that's fine but

then you must put your left foot forward so let's say that the great

technological enterprise has been putting the right foot forward

but you must bring up the left that is to say bring up re-evaluation a new

respect for the organic type of organization which is incomprehensible

to technological thinking but which always underlies it that by itself

doesn't work because after you bring the left foot up you've again got to bring

up the right foot the analytic after GU comes prickles how the cripples don't do

you have to keep this thing up and I think our danger at the present time is

that we are so heady so delighted with the results of cripples that we've got

to let back a little bit of dual into the system well now what we've got to

try and do is I think to work out a way of making the brain itself more

efficient and this is the thing that civilized education has neglected Lin

wide like to quote him again used to say that them the academic world today only

values three kinds of intelligence global intelligence mnemonic

intelligence in other words food remembering and the computation one

said it entirely neglects kinesthetic intelligence social intelligence and he

had at least seven kinds of intelligence I forget what they all were but it is

this extraordinary capacity of the the neural organization but to say to engage

in pattern recognition and in solving instantly certain complex problems

without knowing how it does it the

trouble is when you do something you don't know how to do you've got a non

repeatable experiment in a certain sense in other words you can't explain to

someone else how to put it together but you can do it like you can open and

close your hand without any knowledge of physiology do it every time whoops I

don't know how I do it I just do it you see so we have an enormous potential of

intelligence of knowing how to do all sorts of things which to the extent that

we are academically minded people we won't allow ourselves to do because we

can't explain you know the road for example is a way of cooling a brazing

furnace it's very simple but Engineers say it's theoretically impossible it

can't happen it's like bees can't fly by the laws of aerodynamics but they do

so the rather practical issue I come to is this that technology if it relies

exclusively on linear thinking is going to destroy the environment it's going to

become too complicated to handle man is going to be like the dinosaur which had

to have a brain in its head and a brain in its rump because it was so big you

know the caveman had kept up dinosaur and when he went to bed at night he'd

thump it on the table with a club and it did scream at 8 o'clock in the morning

wait it's easily we're getting into that kind of saurian situation with our

technology which is going to lead us to extinction so the question is are we

going to foul things up by insisting on using linear input information and

controlling it as the dominant tool of controlling the world or can we master

all that as we have done and still use the linear input and analysis but with a

fundamental trust in our power to assimilate multiple input although we

really don't know how we do it and my point is that you can't find an absolute

which you can pin down to see so there always remains in any human operation

the basic central thing which you can't pin down because it's you

just as the teeth can't bite themselves now the assumption of judeo-christian

culture is that man in his nature is sinful and therefore can't be trusted

the assumption of at least ancient Chinese culture is that man in his

essential nature is good and therefore has to be trusted because they say to us

if you can't trust your own basic nature you can't really rely on the idea that

you're untrustworthy therefore you are hopelessly fouled up so this has amazing

political and other consequences there's a different assumption if we say no we

human beings are fallible and basically selfish and really really fundamentally

evil and therefore we need law and order we need a control system to put us in

order we thereby project these control systems into the church or into the

police or into somebody who are really ourselves disguised since like daylight

saving time we everybody could simply get up an hour earlier but instead of

doing that we alter the clock because the clock is a kind of authority and I

would say well the clock says it's time for you to get up and the the Indian in

there Amerindians laughs at the pale faces because they say tell face he

doesn't know when he's hungry until he looks at his watch and so in this way we

become clock dominated and the abstract system takes over from the physical

organic situation and this is my big pitch if I'm going to make a big pitch

is that we run into a cow situation where we've confused the

symbol with the physical reality the money was the wealth and the menu with

the dinner and we're starving on eating menus

well now what I want to do is have a mutual brain

picking session and I'm going to start the ball rolling by saying why I as a

philosopher I'm interested in many things that you were all probably

interested in professionally basically what we're going to talk about I suppose

is the problem of control as exemplified in the ancient Latin question Chris

custodia custodiet Ipsos who guards the guards now we we know that we're living

in an age when there's been an enormous proliferation

of techniques before subjecting every kind of natural process outside the

human skin and now increasingly inside the human skin to some form of rational

control and as we succeed in doing this it also becomes apparent that we've

we're failing that the process becomes of such a high degree of complexity that

we begin to feel that we're standing in our own way that everybody complains the

state of affairs in modern world in the technological world is so complicated

that nobody can understand it nobody really knows what to do that for example

you want to run a small business and you find you run into such enormous legal

hassles that you need so many secretaries to do the paperwork that you

can hardly do the business that you're trying to run a hospital that you have

to spend so much time making records and writing things down on paper that you

don't have much time to practice medicine that you're trying to run a

university and the requirements the recording the in endless red tape of the

registrar's office and the administration building is such that the

actual work of research and teaching is seriously hampered and so the individual

increasingly feels himself obstructed by his own cautiousness

this is basically what it is now ah to explain myself first of all because most

of you are strangers to me I am a philosopher who has for many years been

interested in the mutual fructification of Eastern cultures and Western cultures

studying oriental ideas not in the spirit of saying to the West you ought

to be converted to oriental ideas but in the spirit of saying you don't

understand the basic assumptions of your own culture if your own culture is the

only culture you know everybody operates on certain basic assumptions but very

few people know what they are you can say now the very often encounter the

sort of character who was an American businessman and he says well I'm a

practical businessman I believe in getting results and things done all is

thinking and highfalutin logic and non senses of no concern for me now I know

that the practical basic assumptions the metaphysics of that man can be defined

as pragmatism as a school of philosophy but it's bad pragmatism because he's

never thought it through and so it's very difficult to see to get down - what

are your basic assumptions what do you mean by the good life what do you mean

by consistency what do you mean by rationality the only way of finding out

what you mean by these things is by contrasting the way you look at

something by the way it's looked at in another culture and therefore we have to

find cultures which are in some ways as sophisticated as our own but as

different from our own as possible and of course for this purpose I was thought

that the Chinese were optimal and the Indians these Indians and that by

studying the ideas of these people by studying their life goals we could

become more aware of our own it's the old principle of triangulation you don't

establish the situation of a particular object unless you observe it from two

particular different points of view thereby calculate its actual distance

from you so by looking at what we are pleased to call reality the physical

world from this basic standpoints of different cultures I think we're in a

better position to know where we are and if we only have one single line of

sight and therefore this has been my interest in my background and arising

out of this that has come a further question which I would call the problems

of human ecology how is man to be best related to his environment especially in

circumstances where we are in possession of an extremely powerful technology and

have therefore the capacity to change our environment far more than anyone

else has ever been able to do so are we going to end up not by civilizing the

world but by Los Angeles in it in other words are we going to foul our own nest

as a result of Technology but all this gets down to the basic question is

really what are you going to do if your god if in other words you find yourself

in charge of the world through technological powers and instead of

leaving evolution to what we used to call in the 19th century the blind

processes of nature that was begging the question to call them blind but in it at

any rate we say we're not going to leave evolution anymore to the blind forces of

nature but now we're going to direct it ourselves because we are increasingly

developing safe control over genetic systems control over the nervous system

control over all kinds of systems well then but simply what do you want to do

with it but most people don't know what they want and I've never even seriously

confronted the question of they want you ask a group of students to

sit down and write a solid paper of 20 pages on what is your idea of heaven

what would you really like to happen if you could make it happen and that's the

first thing that starts people really thinking because you soon realize that a

lot of the things you think you would want are not things you want at all

supposing just for the sake of illustration you have the power to dream

every night any dream you wanted to dream and you could of course arranged

for one night of dreams to be 75 years of subjective time or any number of

years of subjective time what would you do well of course you start out by

fulfilling every wish you would have routes and orgies and all the most

magnificent food and sexual partners and everything you could possibly imagine in

that direction when you've got tired of that after several nights you would

switch a bit and you'll soon find yourself involved in adventures and

contemplating great works of art and tastic mathematical conceptions you

would soon be rescuing princesses from dragons and all sorts of things like

that and then one night I say now look tonight what we're going to do is we're

going to forget this dream is a dream and we're going to be really shocked and

when you woke up from that one good se rule wasn't that an adventure then you

would think more and more far out ways to get involved and let go of control

knowing that should always come back to Center in the end but while you were

involved in the dream you wouldn't know your company

come back to Center be in control and so eventually you would be dreaming a dream

in which you found yourselves all sitting around in this room listening to

me talking all involved with the particular life problems which you have

and maybe that's what you're doing but here's a little amusing

the difficulty is control are you wise enough to play at being God and to

understand what that question means we've got to go back to metaphysical

assumptions underlying Western concept and whether you are a Jew or a Christian

or an agnostic or an atheist you are not uninfluenced by the whole tradition of

Western culture the models of the universe which it is employed which

influenced our very language the structure of our thought the very

constitution of logic which are going into say computers the Western model of

the universe is political and engineering or architecture

Manchester United transfer news: Jose Mourinho shelves plans to offload Andreas Pereira on loan - Duration: 3:14.

Manchester United transfer news: Jose Mourinho shelves plans to offload Andreas Pereira on loan

JOSE MOURINHO has shelved a possible loan move for Brazilian youngster Andreas Pereira. Several clubs have enquired about taking the 21-year-old midfielder on a temporary basis this summer.

Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira is set to be involved with the first team squad this season.

Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho will not loan out the 21-year-old this season. He impressed during a year on loan in Spain with Granada and has caught the eye of Mourinho during pre-season.

The United chief spoke to him on the tour of the US and said as things stand he wants him to be part of the first team squad.

That could change if he lands a new midfielder this summer – with Nemanja Matic and Eric Dier still on his list of targets.

Pereira is keen to play first team football and would rather go out on loan again if he is not likely to get any at Old Trafford.

He has featured for the Red Devils in all of their pre-season games so far – against Real Madrid, Barcelona, Manchester City, LA Galaxy and Real Salt Lake.

A loan spell in La Liga proved to be hugely successful for the former PSV youth man.

The Brazilian youth in action recently for United against Barcelona in the International Champions Cup.

Andrea Pereira impressed on a loan spell at Granada last season. In 37 games in all competitions for the Nazaries he netted five times, but couldnt stop them from relegation as they finished bottom of the table.

He made his debut for United in the 2014/15 season, where he featured twice – and was named as the Denzil Haroun Team Player of the Year.

His first goal for the senior side came in a 3-0 win over Ipswich Town in the League Cup in September 2015.

In total in the 2015/16 campaign he played 11 times, and was part of the side that clinched the FA Cup.   Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho says hes happy but needs two more players.

Dreams of God - Duration: 42:26.

hi everyone

I know you're talking to to my back

thank you for coming today, it means a lot...

it can be hard to get yourself out of bed to go listen to

some new music, so...

I provided the beds for you!

What?

is a dream?

really....

...(everyone talking)...

I couldn't have been more than five

it's nighttime

our house is two stories and the bedrooms

were all on the second floor

I move out of my bed. Slowly.

I am seeing through my own eyes

everything seems so much larger and taller

and wider and denser

our house isn't a house, it's a world

and I make my way out of the room

movement is not all in one sway

sways have been cut and pasted like film

I touch the cold wooden and smooth handrail

"How exciting! I shoudln't be doing this."

though I don't think anybody explicity

ever told me to

"I want to find you." I thought

And I move.

walking down the stairs like making one's way

sinking through mud

and this is the first part, a monotony

of walking down these rather wide wooden stairs

that are not very well kept

Dusty. Nicked.

Cold.

and square

I go through the motions of both wake

and sleep

I step off the last platform

our floors are much like our stairs

wooden, cold, diagnosed with

splinters

"I want to meet you." I thought

"I really want to meet you..."

so I searched the house, my world

"Talk to me!" I thought

I found something, this was something

that I never had the chance to meet, my own

house and you were at such a distance

it seemed that others had access to you

but I never did

What do you do? What do you say?

Why are we not acquainted? and I

go up to you and place my hand on your flat face

You, the Washing Machine

looked down at me and smiled

You

the Washing Machine picked me up,

and sat me down on your lid, and you smiled at me

and though you said nothing, introduced me to,

the Dryer

on and off, I had this dream in some

incarnation or another, I would

travel down the stairs and wonder at the machines that I

never actually touched

I would spend time with them in curiosity

and though no questions were answered, something of another sort

was fulfilled from this mundane object. And

yet, deity

one night, after traveling down the stairs

I took a left instead of a right

I made my way into the dining room

Yes,

Yes!

there were wooden floors, yes

but these were nicely polished, somewhat rounder

somewhat smoother, there's a second

entrance to our house-once-triplex-now-single-house

and I want to try this place

the time before the machines had not smiled at me

up against the second door I see two balloons

one red, one green

the red balloon was abnormally large, and impossibly

rectangular

the red balloon looked down at me and smiled

the red balloon looked over at the green balloon as if

to introduce us

the green balloon was circular, but impossibly two-dimensional, and

rather medium

–not in a "just right" sort of way, but in a

"middle of the road" sort of way

and yet, this time

I did not feel any semblance to the machines

in fact,

it was more akin to terror

and this time I run back

I pass the foot of the stairs and turn right

I want to go back to the machines

no! now they are gone.

I sit where they used to be, as I wheep

for some dreams, when I walk down the stairs

I peek into the dining room where the balloons are

too afraid to venture further

I go back to where the machines used to lay

and I sit there hugging my knees, I could stay

in my bed, but something compels me

always to walk down

years have passed.

I approach the stairs

I am tired

my eyes feel sensitive and I want to rub them

but I don't have the energy to bring my arms up to my eyes

I reach the edge and I can see down the stairs

there is a glowing ball of light

tonight the stairs feel stretched and the mouth

of its flow is far far away

I cannot tell what the glow is

walking down the stairs I find the glowing ball of light

at the turn of the stair to be quite unnerving

I hug the railing, trying my best to avoid it

to what avail?

shouldn't I have just avoided the stairs all together?

I peek into the machine room

Still gone.

I peek into the dining room

the balloons look at me and smile, "Leave!

Please go!" I plead, and their smiles

widen and they float into the ceiling

I run up the stairs

I pass the glowing white ball that I feel follows me

with its gaze, but I am unfazed

with the corner of the wall I scratch my back

I utter the suppositious phrase

and spit on the ground as though

it would keep all the balloons away

I spend the next nights with the glowing ball of light

I named it Gruise

I tried to talk to it, but it would never respond

since Gruise was located on the stair itself

I never reached the foot of the stairs

the forced experience of language

exhausted me

and our communication was of the mutual company, it would hardly

glance at me

and its strangeness would grow to be something I appreciated

with boughs of comfort

Gruise would introduce me to the darkness around me

It did not have a face.

And I would walk into a naturally lit room.

Of brilliant light and glow of warm and

loved surroundings.

And he,

there, standing with his hands in his coat's

pockets, his hair blowing in the light

–a sort of glistening movement,

yet, similarly

a blinding halo of pure

white and silk snow,

would tilt his head and smile

the most heartwarming and welcoming of smiles.

And yet!

Because of the risk of stirring about the calming bliss.

I would, until the first spoken words, surprise

the undermining need to travel closer

and take him into my arms.

And then,

I would recall walking through the storm

with him along my side.

And in such,

that was the brightest rain I had been through,

with the lightest

and most uplifting of feelings.

Such it was, and endured within me:

that I could never be weighed down by the clouds,

that instead,

I would learn

of their friendship.

P.S.

Who are you, teacher of the rain's friendship?

Gordon the EECOM cache queen so guess what y'all up graded my pitch I upgraded

what I do so I'm gonna practice on y'all let me get my notes out I'm gonna

practice my pitch on y'all because its new so I went live in the boom squad

this morning guys and I kind of had my pitch written down because I don't 100%

know it yet I've been practicin let me see if I can get it right so if you

don't know me yet my name is Dallas cord and I am the EECOM cache Queen your

e-commerce business coach and marketing success strategist guys if you have been

struggling with your traffic in sales I am here to help you to get noticed get

traffic and get that Bank how y'all like that how do you like that

how do you like that I'm also a proud wife and my own preneur of three I'm a

motivator as well because I love to see entrepreneurs just like myself

accelerate is it accelerate No elevate I'm think about the accelerate or it's

elevate hey Danielle okay awesome hey Karla you like it okay

good so I'm gonna be practicing that so I can

get it right cuz I had to upgrade that pitch y'all okay so today guys we are

talking about one hey hey Bridget welcome in a big old hug to you huh

welcome in today we are talking about thanks shanita honey have a great energy

- thank you so much love so today guys we are talking about one

hey Ryan welcome in big costly mistake that I want you to avoid one big coffee

mistake that I want you to avoid and I'm gonna be inviting jameelah Corbett in

here awesome jameelah so let me know in a

little while thanks girl when you ready to come in but I'm just gonna start

talking so guys a little bag story cuz you know how I get with these stories

you know I've been selling one line for years you know I talk about it all the

time and what really motivated me to get started what I wanted to be with my

children at home I wanted to call my own shots

now I never not working for someone because working for someone got me where

I am today guys I got I learned the skills I made money I was able to

provide for my children and my family so but I wanted freedom I didn't want to I

didn't want to sit behind four walls of anybody's office or cubicle I wanted to

call the shots in my own life so I got my chance as an entrepreneur some years

ago I was pregnant I came home and I stayed home with my newborn baby and it

was nothing no feeling like that in the whole wide world

I wanted free from corporate America and that was just me personally guys so I

started grinding it out and I started working on live for years and I

had some successes and probably have more failures over the years guys but I

fell on my face more times than I can count

I brought course after course I hired coach answer coach

I tried strategy after strategy and I still kept hitting a ceiling guys I

still kept hitting that ceiling I couldn't push through into the next

level of my income success and in my business success right

so I had issues with figuring out my strategy what do I need to do what do I

need more up to fix this can any of you guys relate to this if you've ever been

stuck and just not sure which direction to go and put a one in the comments I

want to know that you guys can relate and that you're here with me so hey hey

so guess what I owe awesome care and Kimberly awesome awesome I'm glad some

people can relate to that so I just felt stuck I didn't know what else to do I

was making thousands online oh good story I'm glad you Kimberly I was making

okar like amber oh the love is going home everybody can place you need a

camera lady y'all okay I have brought every course known to me

and I'm not knocking courses y'all know that I sell course courses you know I

sell information I sell coaching I'm not knocking investing in yourself I'm not

knocking learning hey Bridget thank you so much for putting that one in and hey

brandy welcome in I'm not knocking any of those things guys okay but I kept

hitting a ceiling I wanted to I wanted to UM hit those that's right Tori I

wanted to hit those levels that I was seeing on all these income shots I'm

seeing posted in all these groups I wanted to get on that level I wanted to

have 15k months in 20k months I was tired of getting stuck in the $3,000

Club or even the $5,000 Club I wanted to make money that could change my life

that could change my family's life okay so one costly mistake guys that you can

make by leaving your mindset on the table leaving your mindset on the table

so you buying in course is you trying to learn you're trying to

get strategy down you're trying to do all of these things you and all of these

groups but you are not progressing why are you not pressing why are you not

hitting that income level why it's because I know for me personally my

mindset didn't match the frequency of the type of money that I wanted to be

making my mindset was not operating on the same frequency of that kind of money

so what a lot of these gurus and different coaches and teachers won't

tell you is that it takes a strong mindset guys it takes a strong mindset

it takes a fine-tuned mindset it takes practicing mindset skills to get on a

certain level in business and success so I'm gonna go ahead and I'm gonna go

ahead and bring jameelah Corbin in in just a minute and we're gonna talk about

this topic and we want to know how y'all feel about this topic as well not

investing in your mindset first can number one it can cost you money number

two it can cost you time and it can cost you a lack of progress and growth of

progress and growth so Chris I want you to put down in the comments before me

and Jimmy Lee get started and I forget I want you to put into the comments or

somebody be IT doc tell why forward slash mind hold up magnet - mommy bi t

dot ly four slash magnet - mind okay I want for you guys to join me in my

magnetic mine live master class I'm gonna be teaching the same strategies I

use to accomplish 10 K months and then so hands down these strategies made a

difference in my life and I want them to make a difference in your life as well

so I want to fill this this masterclass up with like-minded entrepreneurs who

are ready to take their mindset to the so let me see if Jamila Corbett is still

in here um why am i when the struggle bus this morning let me see okay Jimmy a

lot I invite plea you won't mess

are welcome in jameelah cool you are girl hey hey hey I can't even see myself

like the screen is blank can you guys see me okay can you see me yeah we can

see you you can't see yourself I can't see myself I have no idea what I look

like today so it's all good we're gonna keep the party rolling so fall of those

who don't know who I am my name is Jamila Corbett I'm a digital marketing

consultant and I hope you leverage video blogging and social media to magnify

your brain boost your credibility and build a loyal community of buyers and

thank you so much yes thank you so much for having me today Dallas really do

appreciate that welcome in jameelah core but I'm always messing with her but I do

a silent phone that's how I do it so welcome to the broadcast

if you guys haven't probably all of you have go ahead and give her strong final

she is super super super awesome I'm proud to say she's an awesome friend as

well and a business partner so welcome in Villa corba so today we're talking

about a very very costly mistake hallo Val welcome in there a lot of us and I

want to avoid making these mistakes and I want to help the army to avoid making

this costly mistake and that is leaving your mind behind okay like trying to

purchase courses hire coaches join groups you trying to implement all these

strategies which you are not taking the time to invest in elevate in your mind

what do you think about that topic Jamila what do you think about it can

you guys see me Keith can you see me I yeah we can see you you just pause a

little bit what happened why is it I don't know why I don't know I don't know

why right now you're just like you're smiling but you're just like looking

over to the side and you're not moving okay but you can hear me though yeah but

I can hear you though okay that's fine we're gonna keep it rolling we're gonna

keep it rolling so who's the question again I got distracted oh my gosh okay

so what I want to know is your thoughts about this topic about how you can make

a costly mistake when you leave your mind behind so yeah they're doing all of

these things you're buying stuff you were joining rubes you're trying to do

all these strategies but you aren't taking the time to invest in elevating

your mindset what are your thoughts on that topic I think that's the biggest

mistake that you can make because there is no progress without having mental

progress and I tell people all the time the reason I am where I am today is

because of my mind is because of the mental agility that I've developed over

the years playing basketball just sports in general cultivated the mindset that I

have today the mental toughness that I have today

and so in order to achieve these success that you want to achieve in life you

have to you have to also work your mind out it's not about just having skills

and being the best salesperson you have to all right so you have to also

cultivate the mindset because this is why this is one of the reasons why a lot

of lottery winners go broke is because they still have these Wow that they

still have the poverty mindset over 70% of them go broke because they haven't

cultivated the mind to to retain that abundance that they that they now have

in physical wealth so wealth begins in the mind and not in the pockets

oh who you tellin jameelah that's what I'm talking about he said wealth begins

y'all in the mind and not in the pockets that was powerful right there y'all

right there down that's right Carla mental agility mental agility guys I had

these conversations you me I had these conversations with my son all the time

because he plays sports in his Wow he plays basketball he runs track and I

talked to him about like when he's here at the house that he won the court here

at the house he just like tongue all out by making all the making all these

baskets and stuff but as soon as he's actually at the game with other people

with people watching you can just see like though I don't know the he's a

little shy Hofstra isn't as good and he has the

ability however his mind said we gotta work on that and I talk to him all the

time is that when you go out on the court and don't y'all laughing because

y'all know I don't know sports but you gotta know you bad you gotta know you

got the stuff because your attitude is everything and he gets out there and

guess what Jim you know he doesn't perform the way that he does at home but

that jessyca you can relate cuz his attitude isn't right and I have a story

about that can I share a personal story yes I was I was once that person because

I told you I play basketball but before I before I really understood or had

confidence in my abilities as an athlete as a basketball player I was a shy kid

because I was shy anyway Limbo I was a shy introvert growing up and so when I

first started playing organized basketball and I was playing with a

higher level of competition like other that means the other girls around me

were just as good it's like I got intimidated my mind wasn't my mind

wasn't there I didn't feel like I belonged and it took there was one one

summer in particular I just transformed as a basketball player and I just got

this an exorbitant of confidence and then I came back to the team and I was

like a totally different person because my mindset had changed I had miles I had

the ability but I didn't have I wasn't in the right mindset as soon as I

shifted that mindset my my performance on the court enhanced and then you

couldn't tell me nothing that that I was like the baddest thing walking and so I

would always remember I would always remember that the shift and how just a

simple shift in perspective a simple shift in my mind just grew my confidence

and that's the same thing in business it's like I have all we have the skills

we have the ability you have everything we need but for some reason we're

lacking the confidence we're lacking the mindset in order to really take us to

the next level in order to break through that glass ceiling like we keep bumping

our heads it's because our mind isn't right and all it takes is that simple

shift in the mind just yeah that's weak

really simple to get us to help us break that ceiling that we've been hitting our

heads on this whole time yes mindset shift and I'm glad we're

using this example Jamila thank you so much for sharing I mean I'm surprised

that you're always bragging about them but you know that day I'm so glad you

share that I'm so glad you said that because you know what sometimes when we

are showing up right for ourselves and in our own life I mean we showing up but

maybe not in the fullest capacity we want to so maybe we're selling online or

we're getting clients but maybe not to the capacity that we want to sometimes

we think that we need to tweak the technique we need more technique oh you

know like my son oh you know my need to get out I just need to go to the YMCA

and sometimes okay sign that's true you might need to get more technique you can

continue to practice which will make you a greater player but at the end of the

day sign if your mind isn't right your confidence isn't right and you don't

believe that you can do it you're wasting your time with all of these

other things when you really need to be flexing those mental muscles so I had

wrote him up some informations to use and I'm like staying on him everyday

like just like can take your vitamins and just like you need to eat you need

to also feed your mind Thank You Mimi yeah all the time

so I think that we all get distracted and we lose focus and I think that a

lack of understanding how costly this mistake can be can make us be all over

the place just scattered all over the place because we're trying to find all

of this thanks Carla external stuff to fix it what do you think about that your

Neelam yeah it all starts in the mind and I even have affirmations that I do

every single day to help cultivate my mindset in to help attract the things

that I want in my life and I think it's a it's our mind our mind building our

mental agility it's a life it's a lifelong process because as we continue

to evolve as people our mind needs to go where our body wants to go as well but

if the mind goes gets there first then all we have to do is it bring ourselves

into alignment with the things that we've already created in our minds so

it's really powerful stuff and as we grow through life our desires our ones

all of these things are gonna change but what needs to stay constant is our

professional development in our minds right correct I agree I was definitely

at some point guys one of those struggling entrepreneurs that I stayed

up literally restless nights guys trying to figure out what am I missing it's

gotta be something that I'm missing I mean this person is achieving success I

mean their success is going through the roof but mine is just kind of mediocre

what is it that I'm missing and guys like I said before when my last audio

line training I said that it is it is like only about 10% technical only about

10% technical or Bell says he agrees but it is 90% mine it is your mind muscles

that are so important for you to be able to flex it somewhere and me I didn't

believe that I could achieve that kind of wealth I didn't believe that what I

was doing and what I was selling was gonna attract that kind of wealth to me

deep within I didn't believe it I saw what other people were doing but I did

in a hundred percent believe it I wasn't dedicated to it I wasn't putting my mind

to it but I was putting my strategies to it

but as soon as I said to myself you know I gotta make this 10k this month I know

it's gonna happen I'm deserving of this money I got the goods to do it let me

just sit down and do it every single day I just feel like when our minds aren't

where they need to be we get in our own way yeah oh yes yes and this is a

constant battle as well so this isn't something that just happens one time you

get over it and that's it this is gonna be a constant battle that you could that

you will continuously fight over the course of the years as you

as you grow through life as you're building your business as you're

building your brain it's always you're always gonna be battling something some

type of mental obstacle but the but the most important thing is understand that

you have everything you need inside to achieve massive wealth to achieve

massive success all you have to do is continue just continue working out your

mind continue staying in an attitude of gratitude and cultivating that abundance

mindset and understand that you are worthy of everything you desire a

hundred percent yes a hundred percent you did y'all hear that you are worthy

you are a hundred percent worthy of all that you desire no one else can come in

okay and tell you that and make it happen for you you have to believe it

for yourself guys here in the econ cash

because we're not building a tribe of complainers we are building a tribe of

freedom makers we create our own opportunities for ourselves and one of

the best ways to create what you want in your life is starting directly from your

mindset and oftentimes guys it's about how we like to package things how we

like to package things I'm gonna give you an example I have a hard time

drinking water I have a hard time drinking water but when I put it in this

cup from Starbucks and it's all pretty and everything I can drink it in my 20

minutes it's gone and then I can fill it up again and drink it again and I can

fill it up again and I can drink it again and it's the way that it's

packaged okay the kind of does a trick on my mind where I'm more accepting or

drinking water because it's in this Cup and I can't see how much I have left I

know it's kind of crazy but sometimes that's the way that we think it's how we

perceive things it's how we package things in our mind it's that process

that we go through to have to wrap our mind around it thanks Barla I love it

how we have to rent it's a it's a mental thing so it's like we know we can

achieve that goal over there but it's a matter of wrapping our mind around it

have you ever something like that jameelah where you

had to actually wrap your mind you knew you could do it but you just needed some

men so we get yourself there you know what I mean yeah I'm always mentally

prepared for everything that I do every single thing I'm like I got a mint I got

a mints and prepare for this even the smallest even the smallest of tasks that

you guys would think I that just we should just do like hanging around a lot

of people I'm like yes speaking speaking in front of a large group I said

immensely prepare for this do I rock the stage every single time yes but I got

immensely prepare for this every single thing I have to mentally prepare for so

I understand the power of the mind and even still there's always that

self-doubt that creeps in there's always that you know that little thing that's

whispering in a year like you know the naysayers right your own ear but but

what you have to understand is if you've cultivated a very strong mindset and

you're doing your affirmations and you understand at a deeper level that you

are worthy then those that whispers those whispers will start to dissipate

and you'll understand and you'll rely on your yeah in gifts to carry you forward

yes yes yes Negative Nancy oh she shows up every day at some point

especially when you wait I'm open my eyes and I'm just waking up she likes to

say you don't you know you're not feeling this day mm-hmm no you've got a

lot to do but you know maybe you should just call it all off like Hansel all

your life trends the young I still get the live stream jitters you know just

some strings you know what don't don't launch that course nobody's

gonna want to pay to upgrade their mind nobody's teaching that nobody wants to

hear bad they only want to hear strategy you know but I have to go with the flow

I gotta go with what it was who witness valència say I got a great my zone

genius okay I got ya lo I got it what I'm called to do I have to operate

in purpose and right now in this time guys I'm going against the mold and I'm

saying that what the gurus won't tell you I can promise you is the type of

mindset that they had to develop the different myths that they had to put

asunder in order to reach okay the financial place that they're showing you

in a lot of these screenshots I'm not going to just post my screenshots guys I

want to actually tell you what made the difference what made the difference what

made the difference between just making three to five thousand dollars to my

next month where I actually Rock 10k and then sum from there what made that

difference and I can tell you guys that the difference was not technical it was

not strategy it was mine that mindset made the difference so I welcoming I

select you some of you have already grabbed your spot right now it's at a

early bird sale price grab your spot I only do live master

classes a few times a year I probably won't do another one until

2018 guys vit 9 ly magnetic - mine jameelah's already grabbed her spot I

believe makea is in here she grabbed her spot Karen grabbed her spot and some

others of you have read your spot so guys make sure that you record your spot

at the early bird price last week this month it will go up get inside this

master fast it's gonna be supercharged with nothing but positivity and you are

going to develop the mindset that wins honestly it doesn't depend on the

vehicle so you can be selling socks do what you want to do but you're gonna

succeed cuz your mindset is gonna be right

jameelah anything else that you want to say yeah I'm so excited about the

upcoming master class and make sure you guys are reserving your seat get grab

your spot this right here is so necessary even you

know it doesn't matter what level that you're on it's so necessary because I

you know you guys know that I have a course and my course is successful when

Dallas has bunch of courses that are successful and

I'm sure you guys in here have some successful courses and products that

you're selling but we all understand the power of the mind and this is so

necessary because people don't really like that they're wondering why am I

going from course the course why am i buying all these things and I'm not I'm

not I'm not getting the results that I want to get and they don't understand

that is the mind like I have to you have to have a certain mindset before I quit

my job a little story before I quit my job I read Napoleon he has a Poorna

polian Hills Think and Grow Rich well I did the masterpiece that was condensed

into thinking Grow Rich which was the Napoleon Hills 16 Laws of Success now

this is like over a thousand page book and it had the principles of thinking

Grow Rich but it was more expensive that book changed my life that boom helped

shift my mindset and I was like oh my gosh and it wasn't until I read that

book that I that I just didn't understand did the strength of the mind

this the reason why I wasn't necessarily I wasn't necessarily confident in my own

abilities and it wasn't until I read that book I was like all it's time for

me to go I'm confident I need to quit my job and then I end it from that book you

know I started reading more books and it just I just immersed myself in personal

development so this masterclass is gonna help you guys do just exactly that is

gonna give you the tips and strategies of how Dallas helped cultivate her own

mindset to get that 10k month and how we can do the same and I'm you know what

I'm just gonna say I believe that $10,000 is is easy to make it really is

not that hard to make but you guys can make that end more yeah you apply these

simple principles so I'm really excited to have you know my first 70 thousand

dollar month yeah that's what I'm talking about

thank you give me seventy thousand a month

I'll let me take that yes we want you to get one that level indents on

and dollars once you hit your first 10 minute just going up it just helps from

there and like I said I'm gonna tell you I have some students that I have been

taking their money for a long time and I'm gonna be honest I'm tired of taking

their money and I know that that sounds crazy I know it sounds crazy but I your

money I want to see your results I want to see you in cruller I want to see you

grow it does mean no pleasure as a coach to see my students all over the place

one minute they want to do one thing the next minute they want to go out and save

the children I just confused I'm just joking nothing's wrong with saving the

children but y'all see what I'm saying it's just it's always something

different and you're not gonna succeed like that do you know why you're all

over the place you're all over the place because you're overlooking this one step

that you gotta focus on one and guess what you're looking for external things

and people to fix something that only you can fix yourself yes within like my

life like at the end of the day guys my minds my magnet mine it's gonna be

awesome it really really is gonna be awesome but it won't fix you it won't

change no conversation that you would have with me or jameelah or anybody is

gonna change you know master class is gonna change you no guy is gonna change

you guys none of this stuff is going to change and we're not gonna be able to do

the work for you that only you can do yourself

Yeah right and it's the same goes for us nobody can do the work for me that only

I can do for myself so gosh I'm looking for you guys thanks Carla - grab your

spot right now whilst at the sale price grab your spot inside of the master

class I'm not here to break your pockets or bend your arm but I want to see some

of you guys in there definitely so that we can rock it out

the master class will kick off on August 1st it will be live we have a special

Facebook group for those who have paid you guys will be added in there

we are gonna rock this out guys this is gonna be an awesome life-changing

experience so down there in the comments guys bi t

had a free guide for you that I also want you to take advantage of you can

get my free minds at gotta be IT doc I'll watch forward slash mindset - guy

bi t dot ly forward slash mindset - God I also want to give him that free guide

as well so guys thank you so much Jamila for being here with me girl I appreciate

hear these it's time to unpack now I'm gonna be coming at you soon

within the next few days or early next week with a free guide with seven ok 7

business what's the word I can't think of the word but it's 7 ways of thinking

that is causing you to sabotage your business success and it has in the guide

ways hey Chris that you can replace those ways of thinking so Chris thank

you so much if you're inviting everybody in the fan page that would be super

awesome I think we're like a 700 hour or something like that I don't know but I'm

excited okay so three reasons people fail in business first of all I always

want to start with me I want to tell you guys my personal story ok so some years

ago and you've probably heard me say it a million times I was working I had went

to the top of my car riah for I was Mary first time that

didn't work out I had a beautiful son I was a single mom which I never thought I

would be okay um because when we grow up guys we look at our parents and I think

to a certain good degree we just expect for our lives to pattern ourselves after

our parents lives and that's kind of what I saw my parents have been married

for years and years and years well over thirty forty some years they have been

together so I just expected that to be the same for me so having a child in a

marriage it didn't work out just wasn't ideal for me and I didn't expect it so I

had to go to work I had to kick take care of me and my child and I had to

work hard and I found going to the payroll career and I went straight on up

to the top very very quickly I found myself working I were in a halfway from

home very beautiful office with a nice view I was a manager I had people

working under me great salary I thought I had everything that I had always

dreamed and wanted but every time I say that my desk guys and I looked at the

four walls that I was inside of I felt very restricted I felt very restricted

by having to ask to use the bathroom I could only go for a certain amount of

time I felt very restricted by 30-minute lunches I felt very restricted by if my

child got sick I couldn't take off and I couldn't stay home I felt very

restricted by those things okay and I wanted to call the own shots in my life

I wanted to be the boss of my own life and situation now I am grateful for

employment because if it wasn't for employment I wouldn't be an entrepreneur

today if it what that's right Blair if it wasn't for my husband going to the

top of his career I wouldn't be sitting here in this chair at this pretty desk

with this background behind me hey Karen with these lighting and cameras and

things that I use if it wasn't for my husband working hard in his career I

wouldn't have the opportunity I'm keeping it 100 with you to be a free

work from home entrepreneur so if it wasn't for a job a Jo B if it wasn't for

employment I would not have the opportunity today to be a full-time

stay-at-home entrepreneur so I never ever ever knock a job because

trust me when I say you need a you need money you gotta invest to make money

okay so when people knock jobs when you gotta put food in your mouth and you

gotta put food in your kids mouth and you gotta pay the bills and you gotta

have money to invest in your e-commerce business where the money coming from

wait a money coming front we gonna make money from nothing no you gotta have

something to supply you're a new opportunity right so let's not be unwise

and think we can make something from nothing

we gotta have money to invest in order to make money so jobs are a blessing but

I'm just saying that I saw myself further okay I saw myself being the boss

of my own life right yes Blair not just sitting behind somebody else's desk

running their company I wanted to be the CEO of my own company and that was my

desire everybody doesn't have that desire and let me tell you being an

entrepreneur as all of you know you have to have tough skin for that it's not

easy you fall on your face and you fail and if you can't handle that I would

suggest that you do be an employee until you can welcome in Jamil and welcome in

thanks for coming in so I want to finish my story guys I don't want to get to

distract because you know I just ramble off so anyway um I ended up quitting my

job after I had my next child I had got remarried I quit my job I came home and

I started running it out online guys okay I started grinding it out I didn't

really have the right information right but I started winding and I found out

ways to sell online to make a consistent income okay now I was making a thousand

here in a thousand there is some hundreds here in some 150 which is

awesome because it all adds up but here's what I'm saying guys I was

learning from this one I was learning from that one I started getting

connected to groups I started getting connected to girls

some real in some fake gurus I mean some real and some fake right and I started

to get connected and I started to see screenshots and other people they say

they're killing it online and they and they doing that and my stuff wasn't

really adding up even after buying all of these horses my stuff really wasn't

adding up I mean I was selling well and I was

doing well right but I wasn't doing it like they were doing it I wasn't doing

it like they were doing it and it wasn't until a year ago that I had my first 10k

month my first-ever 10k month and did did my strategy necessarily change did

the trading I brought necessarily changed that no it was the power of my

mind change it was the power of my mind change so this month guys for the whole

month we're gonna be talking about the very mindset that you need to have your

first 10k month the very mindset you need to excel in

e-commerce I'm gonna be sharing with you mindset strategies that I've used to

upgrade my mindset okay to up step my thinking to get me to a point where I

could actually have that kind of month and beyond and beyond what the Guru's

aren't telling you is how they think and how strong and how positive you have to

be to even handle that type of money okay so that's what we're gonna be

talking about so today guys I'm hitting you off with three reasons that people

fail in business okay number one they fail to plan they fail to plan and let

me tell you something guys I've gotten in my own way with this have you ever

gotten in your own way with that where you actually fail to plan if any of you

ever fail it's a plan I've done it and I still sometimes do it you can sabotage

your monthly goals by not having it laid out by not working out on paper by not

knowing what your goals are up front you can plan to fail if you fail to plan you

plan to fail I have to agree with that guys because if you have a goal Thank

You Blair and Karen in Lohr Val if you have a goal and you want to hit it by a

certain date but you don't know how you're gonna get there you can dream all

year so if I say oh I want to go to Hawaii this year I want to stay at the

world's greatest most beautiful resorts and

I'm not saving my money and I'm not thinking about the money portion the

transportation portion how I'm gonna get there I'm just saying I'm gonna get

there guys I probably will never see that resort in Hawaii okay I will

probably never see it so that's the same thing with us when you set a goal guys

plan to win plan to succeed okay put your steps in order

what is the vehicle that's gonna take me there okay decide on that don't let

anybody ever told you they woke up one day had an idea I want to start a

business today they start the business and they become a millionaire in a week

it doesn't happen you have to plan for these things guys you got to think about

okay if I sell X amount of these it's gonna make me this if I go live on these

platforms this week here here here here and here it's gonna increase my

visibility right if I create that Facebook group hey Jessica welcome in if

I create that Facebook group it's gonna give me more visibility it's gonna

create that hub of passionate buyers that I've been looking for let me go for

eight this Facebook group let me take these steps you know success isn't gonna

happen by me following everybody okay that's right Robin it's not a sprint

it's a marathon these things take time get dedicated get dedicated like for

those of you who have ever been in a commitment or marriage okay

you don't just commit to them for now and say well you know I'm committed for

now you know it's good now so I'll come in for now I mean if anything happens

down the line I don't know whether I'm in or out we don't commit that way we

don't commit to our friendships that way when I get along with you now so we can

work this we can be cool now but when you start getting on my nerves you cut

off I'm done right you feel up okay when you go into a friendship or a

relationship or a marriage it's a covenant right we Blood Brothers now so

even though you get on my nerves sometimes and I want to do like that I

still love you you're still my friend you're still my husband or wife you're

still my blood brother I'm still gonna stand by you

in sickness or in health some of y'all get on my nerves sometimes

ain't gonna live okay y'all know who are tough some of y'all get on my nerves

sometimes but I still love you you're still my

friend and everything that I do and say you know that I say it to the heart you

know that I'm saying it for the better Ness of you for the betterment of you

okay so don't fail to plan guys planned it

out next month if you want to make $1,000 and I know that might be small

for some of you but it might be big for some of you online okay I don't want to

make $1,000 next week how do you plan to get there put it on paper plan it out

okay number two is lack of focus guys now you know if you're my student or you

brought for me at any point or a friend or however we're connected here guys you

guys know that this is one of the biggest things that I that I teach do

you know why I teach it because that's what made a difference between 10k plus

months from me and just a couple thousand dollar months for me is lack of

focus that's right more about planning out work it out right lack of focus guys

I was all over the place all over the place one week I'm doing MLM and I'm not

knocking any of this okay I'm not knocking any of these businesses because

any vehicle that you choose can get you there if you dedicate yourself and you

believe that it will I believe that magic happens when you do

that so weather thanks guys for scribing there for me so whether you're in MLM or

whether you're in e-commerce or whether you're in Bose or whether you're selling

your own brand or personal products with service okay doesn't matter

lack of focus will drown you lack of focus is like taking a rock on a string

putting it around your neck and jumping into the ocean you and I survived dr.

promise you that okay now what are you doing when you have a lack of focus you

are making the girders the coaches people like me you're making us rich but

you're drowning yourself you're drowning your dreams you're drowning your goals

get a coach or two okay join a group or two or three okay gain a

focus I want you to put one business I want you to put the moneymaker into the

driver's seat okay and maybe a small secondary passive business into the

backseat and I want for you to take the owner's manual yes Jessica I want you to

take the owner's manual to that car okay and I want you to look at the map and

look forward put your key in the ignition and curb that bad boy drive

straight drive it and tell you master it okay because listen no coach you get is

going to drive for you okay you can get the manual basically it you you're

attracted to different people according to their teaching styles and I don't

knock that like some people teach the same stuff but I can't really learn from

them because their teaching style doesn't really do it for me so some of

you might feel like yes Blair some of you make like my teaching style isn't

for you and I respect that because I'm not for everybody and maybe somebody

over there may be able to teach it better than me so I would say that if

you can learn hey Julia welcome in if you can learn better from her down the

street or him down the street then you can learn from me but you're actually

implementing but you're actually applying and you're actually being

focused and you're actually driving it through until you get results I'm gonna

root you on it doesn't have to be me but I want for

you to get focused because lack of focus is like putting that rack around your

neck on a string and jumping into the ocean you will drown your dreams will

drown and you will find yourself going in the miserable circle of defeat guys

you're not gonna get anywhere like that I didn't have my first 10k plus month

guys and tell thank God laser targeted focused I'm talking about I was in the

boxing ring every day every night with my gold guys and y'all know I don't know

nothin bout boxing but I was in there with my gold and we was just boxing in

our and if this didn't work okay I'll do it this way okay let me try it that way

okay this is working let me do a little more that let me be consistent okay

my goals I'm playing in Monday through Sunday I'm gonna add X amount of

products cuz I want to make that 10k a month and let me tell you something I

kept going and I kept going and I kept showing up for

myself nobody was looking nobody was looking I'm home by myself I'm adding

products I'm analyzing products I'm doing whatever I got to do I'm teaching

my coaching students and nobody's seeing that guys in one day I woke up in the

middle of the night and I looked at my earnings yes

trial and error it hit a thousand out of nowhere in one day my next day guys I

hit another thousand I was like oh shoot what happened my third day three

thousand in a day it was just cooling huh and next thing you know it hit ten

thousand guys before the month was up and let me tell you something if you can

do ten thousand you can do fifteen if you can do fifteen you can do twenty

let's take it back if you can sell one cent online you can sell a million but

you got to believe and the last one is comparing yourself to others it's

comparing yourself to others guys okay it's one way one for sure way that you

will drowned in business so I want you to unpack that yes Robin I'm peg that

and shift stop looking at somebody else and saying you know what they over there

and they doing it I should be over there why am I here stop don't do that don't

do that to yourself thank you bland don't compare yourself

guys to other people you are success in your journey is your success in your

journey that's why Karen it's not her success for his success his success is

not your success so my way of getting there that's right my way of teaching it

is my way it's the Dallas Gordon eat calm Cash

Queen way nobody can take that from me because that's my way right that's my

right I like to motivate people I'm building a tribe of freedom makers

do you know what that means that's a tribe of people who have

decided that they are not going to let anyone limit them they're not gonna cry

about opportunities that aren't available to them but they're gonna

create the life that they want that's right Julia that's why Chris

they're gonna create the life that they want that's right girl we're

gonna flex the muscles and we're going to create

that's right Blair your diamonds are right in your backyard and guess what

they belong to you they were handcrafted for you so I'm

building a tribe guys is jameelah still one here anyway I don't even see her in

here I was gonna bring her lives but she's not even here so guys those are

the three tips guys those are the three reasons that people fail in business

it's because of the mind don't you realize that when you fail to plan

that's a mental thing lack of focus that's a mental thing you know why you

can't focus because you think that you're gonna miss something if you don't

go over there oh I wonder what she's talking about she's getting results let

me go over there she's you said she's here lately I was here but listen listen

okay all of these things comparing yourself to others guys that's mine said

all of that is mindset so this month I am going to be building a master class

it's gonna be affordable too it's gonna be laughs okay we're gonna go live every

week one night I'll pick a week for like a couple weeks or so and we're gonna be

unpacking all of the things that have been blocking us from our system I mean

the real things we're gonna chop the tree at the root okay it's boring for me

to teach you how to add products to the store and how to get a URL and how to

get a domain name okay that's technical stuff mindset

success it's 90 percent mindset it's 10 percent almost as little as five percent

technical so you can learn all the technical stuff you wants you you can go

read the whole dictionary or go watch the whole entire YouTube if you want to

but if your mind is thinking and you don't have it right guys and you don't

have the right mindset to get there forget about it that's what the Guru's

are not telling you right that's right Paul of freedom makers aha Louisville

follow where the results are that's right so guys I'm gonna be coming at you

in the next few days how you can sign up for that master

class how you can get your free guide okay so you can unpack those ways of

thinking I want to pack this thing out I want to share this thing I want to get

as many as people into this movement as absolutely possible I want to see each

and every one of you inside of that master class with me so that you can

develop the mindsets you need to succeed and I just can't wait to hear your

success stories guys so last month we covered Shopify basics so if you have

not gotten your bundle or if you've gotten your bundle and you haven't

revisited it please revisit the playlist cuz it's full guys it's got 13 plus

videos in there you can get access to this bundle at vit 9lr /the Shopify list

so make sure you go ahead and get that listen out guys for the new link for the

new live master class I'm gonna be putting everyone who signs up into an

exclusive Facebook group guys and we are going to take it on okay we're gonna

take the bull by the horns and I'm super super excited about it so let me make

sure I covered everything I also do if you don't know offer one-on-one coaching

this summer I have nine spots before the summer ends it's half off okay you can

do it one payment where two payments I actually coach in Amazon selling that's

what I'm offering got nine more slice already got one four I just announced it
