Welcome to FEBC News

Here are the top stories from our ministry fields around the world.

150 Radios Distributed in the Philippines

Local Muslim in Malawi Converts to Christianity

Kamala in India Shares Her Story

A Listener Story from Mongolia

A few days ago, over 150 radios were distributed in metro Manila and on the island of Negros

in the Philippines by local FEBC staff.

The radios were given out to people living in some of the most desperate areas of the Philippines.

Listeners often had tears of joy in their eyes to be able to hear the Word of God they

so desperately longed for.

Stay tuned in September as we share stories and photos from the distribution.

We recently received encouraging news from Malawi, that a local man who'd been a Muslim

for 38 years recently converted to Christianity.

His full testimony can be read online on our website, and it is an example of the way many

former Muslims are treated by their families when they turn to the One True God.

Recently we received a listener comment from Kamala in India, who explained that

her members are very hostile towards Christianity, so she listens in secret.

Hear more of Kamala's story by going to febc.org/news.

Every month we share a new audio story we receive from our listeners.

Here's this month's story from Mongolia.

Thank you for watching FEBC news and updates from our ministry fields around the world.

To read more about these stories go online at febc.org/news

And we invite you to pray with us for the ministry of FEBC.

On behalf of all of us here at FEBC,

thank you for your partnership in bringing the Gospel to the hardest to reach.

AMERICAN ENGLISH CONVERSATION LESSONS FOR BRAZILIANS - Duration: 2:56.

Hi everybody it's Professor T with another American English lesson for

Brazilian Portuguese speakers - this lesson is about what to say when you're

thinking about how to respond to a question. As a student or a business

person or traveler you'll get lots of questions some of which may be

unfamiliar and so there are ways to show you heard the other person and are

thinking about what to say. These are very useful for when the question is odd

or strange or new for you but here are some examples about what I mean. Someone

asks you a question and you can say "That's a good question- that's a good

question" while you're thinking of what to say another one is "That's a tricky

question - that's a tricky question" - You can also say "That's a new topic for me -

that's a new topic for me" You could also say "That's a new subject for me - that's a

new subject for me" or "I have not given that much thought - I have not given that

much thought" So these types of phrases show that you were listening but maybe

you don't quite know what to say. In American English we get nervous if

there's long pauses in communication between people it's almost like the

other person wasn't paying attention or don't care - we like to fill the space

between two people with words so these kinds of phrases allow you to think a

little bit - show maybe you don't have a strong opinion or it's a new topic for

you and then you can say what you think you can study these and they will help

you be more fluent in American English. I've done a whole series of these videos

especially for you guys please subscribe and you can see them they're on a

playlist and we'll do more if you want me to please

leave comments in the comment section below and I'll know what you want me to

do to help you thanks for watching please subscribe. I got to go have some

coffee now - that's a good question what kind of coffee should I have - I'll

have Brazilian coffee

Panel Discussion Tip #113 with Terry Brock: Overcoming Technical Challenges with Virtual Panels - Duration: 3:36.

Terry, how do you overcome some of the technical challenges that arise with virtual panels?

One of the things that I'm doing and we're in the process of right now is building our

checklist so you have a checklist of "do this, do that" like, for instance, check

the audio; check the video.

One of the things we did also, I'll show the full cono here.

What we did is before we knew this organization that I'm working with, I'm going to speak

for them but I'm charging them for the webinars; I'm not charging anything to speak.

I'm speaking for free, but I'm going to charge them for the virtual presence presentations

that I do.

So I'm doing those beforehand, and what we did is I had my assistant Natalia call

up the key people that we were going to use that the meeting planner asked us to work

with.

And we called him up beforehand, way beforehand like two or three weeks and said "we want

to test and do a Google Hangout with you" because they didn't have the equipment.

At first they said, "Sure, we'll do it; call up."

We called up, come to find out they did not have a little thing called a webcam, and so

we had to say, "You know, if you're going to be on a video, you need a webcam."

They did know, but they hadn't used it.

With all good fairness, I mean, there are a lot of things that a surgeon would say,

"well, do you have a "lugo lugo" or whatever it is because I'm not a surgeon;

I wouldn't know.

And they go, "Well everybody knows about the lugo lugos" and I go, "I don't."

What we did is we said, "fine, no problem; you're going to need a webcam.

Here are the specifications; here's what you can get.

Call Amazon or go to your local store and you can buy one of these, this kind of thing."

So they got, "Oh, okay, got it."

Plugged it in and kept it; we had two or three calls checking because I even called the day

before, and it wasn't working for them.

They had installed what they thought was the driver, and it wasn't working; they had

to bring in someone from across the hall who was a little more knowledgeable of computers.

We tried it there and it still didn't work; so we said, "I'll call you back."

We hung up; an hour later he called back, it was working beautifully.

I said, "What'd you do?"

They had to uninstall one of the two installations that they had because it got all knotted together.

And you said, "no, we're going to pull that apart, then reinstall it, and it worked

beautifully.

Once it worked beautifully, we called in 20 minutes beforehand on the day of.

Why?

Just to test again.

… One of the things I remember in high school

and undergrad school, I did a little bit of drama, and I remember we had a thing called

dress rehearsal.

And at first brush, I thought, "Why do we need to do that; we got everything."

But it seemed like every time there was always that one little prop that we needed maybe

in act three that we thought we had, and then we were actually going through the dress rehearsal.

And we went, "wait a minute, where's the hammer?

Oh, we forgot.

Okay, write it down, make sure we have the hammer in act three so we use it."

Do your dress rehearsal for your virtual presentation way before because people will say, "Oh

yeah, we've got a computer; it's working," and if they wait until five minutes before

and sign on, they'll go, "well, it's not working.

This damned technology, it's so bad."

The problem's not the technology, the problem is you didn't test beforehand.

You didn't test a few weeks before and test the day of a few hours before.

That way if something doesn't quite work right, you can stop it or you can go out and

get what they need.

On Long Life Pads HM8ML(Black) HealthmateForever

by admin

 HOW OUR ELECTROTHERAPY DEVICE WORKS?

Using bioelectricity technology, the device sends frequency electrical pulses to your

muscles through the conductive electrode pads.

Your muscles respond to the impulses by contracting and relaxing rhythmically.

The contracting and relaxing of your muscles produces soothing massage sensations that

are similar to that given by a massage specialist.

The sensation of massage is very real.

Youll wonder who is administering your massage-but its just the device!

It penetrates muscle group deeper than human hands can.

When you place electrode pads in the pain points, you will feel instant relaxation and

pain relief.

Using modern human body simulation technology to simulate ancient Chinese therapeutic methods

and digital programming technology, your control unit has several different massage like modes

such as: Tuina, Acupuncture, Tapping, Guasha, Bodybuilding, auto mode, etc.

HOW OUR ELECTROTHERAPY DEVICE WORKS FOR PAIN RELIEF?

Our pain relief devices use Electrotherapy technology, which is a treatment that uses

voltage electrical currents to relieve pain.

A gentle electrical current is passed through electrodes which are attached to the skin

near the site of the pain or discomfort.

The pulses send electrical pulses through the central nervous system, thus blocking

pain receptors.

Exactly the same way as a strong painkiller would work.

 THE KIT INCLUDES: a.

1 HealthmateForever HM8ML electroTherapy device (combined TENS unit and Muscle Stimulator),

b. 6 piece self-adhesive conductive reusable gel pads, c. 2 sets of dual leads wire (2.5mm

plug), d.

Integrating Ethics: "You Don't Just Throw Them Away" - Duration: 4:20.

You adopted this dog.

You are responsible for its health, its wellbeing.

Taking care of it is a part of that and unfortunately,

they might go through an operation and they might not

quite be the same dog, but

just like

any other family member, you don't just

throw them away.

My name is Brittney Roach.

I'm a philosophy student at El Paso Community College.

I wouldn't say I have one steady form of ethics, because

it's situational.

It has ebbs and flows depending on what that may be,

but I try to be as moral as possible,

whatever that may be during that situation.

I adopted a dog about six years ago named Abby Rose,

she's a schnauzer I got from the pound,

after my previous childhood dog had passed.

So she already had

a big significance to me.

I had her for a few years. I noticed she had

a big lump on her stomach and I wasn't sure if it,

she had a tumor or what,

because my previous dog was also a schnauzer

and they're prone to that.

So I took her to the vet,

found out she had a hernia that

she needed to have surgery on, because it was rather large.

They put her skin back together with glue,

they had burned both her sides when they

shaved for her incision.

So she was pretty miserable for about three weeks,

and she in turn

made sure everyone else was miserable with her.

She had a cone on her head.

She would run into us purposely.

She was very defiant.

It affected me and my boyfriend.

We lived in a very small apartment,

so it was already kind of hard for her

to get around and mobile.

So

when we had her in her attitude change

she no longer seemed to

want to be with us.

We decided that maybe it would be best

that she found another home

where she would be more comfortable

and happier,

because she no longer seemed happy with us.

It was something I really had to go back and forth on.

I felt that

deciding to keep her was the best choice,

because of all the stuff that we've been through before.

She had been a great dog up until that point so

I just worked with her until she

came out of it.

Once she started feeling better, and she started

healing and recuperating

her previous attitudes came back and she was

more of her old self.

Had I had made the opposite decision,

I think I would've regretted it,

because I would've missed out on the great dog that I have now.

I think it's a struggle for some people because

the fiscal responsibility of pets isn't the

the foremost thing that you think about.

You think about having those little dog, or cat, or whatever.

They're to play with,

but you are responsible for its health, its wellbeing,

taking care of it is a part of that, and unfortunately

sometimes it comes with some medical bills and

might go through an operation and they might not

quite be the same dog, but

just like any other family member you don't just

throw them away.

Think about why you decided to adopt or

whatever similar situation it may be.

Think about what

drove you to make that decision and understand that

it's not always going to be good.

There's some trials and tribulations that come with it

and you have to ride them out because you

decided to take something on like that.

You move

forward.

You try to figure stuff out,

and you work towards a good solution for everyone involved.

Vlog Talking Food Episode 2 - Picky Eaters

Hello and welcome back to In the Kitchen with Matt, I am your host Matt Taylor, in this

vlog episode of Talking Food, I am going to talk to you about picky eaters.

Are you a picky eater?

Let me tell you, when I was a little kid I was sooo picky.

Like there were a lot of vegetables that I wouldn't eat, just a lot of things, I would

look at the food, and I would be like, I don't like that, I don't want to eat it, and I hadn't

even tried it yet.

My mom would say, "But you haven't tried it."

And I would say, "I don't care, I don't like it."

Um, pretty funny actually, do um now, I am not very picky at all, I love food, all kinds

of food, there are still a few things that I just can't get behind, okra is one of them,

I don't like okra at all.

"Fried okra is so good," No, it is really not, but if you like it, that is totally okay.

Uh, some other things I don't really particularly like, squash, I still don't really like squash,

I can stomach it, I can eat it, it's just kind of ehhh, I don't really love it, zucchini,

that's another thing, zucchini bread I really love, but like zucchini, I just can't behind

that at all.

Now asparagus was one of those things I did not like growing up, but now I love it, especially

when it is grilled with some olive oil, and salt, mmm that is really yummy, one of my

favorite vegetables actually, umm trying to think of other things that I really don't

like to eat, there is not a whole lot out there, I did live in the Philippines for a

couple of years and there were some things that I ate that were kind of sketchy, that

I wouldn't eat again, um but, other then that, in general I just love food, I love trying

new foods, um but uh here is one thing that kind of rubs me the wrong way, uh which is

kind of funny actually, but uh when I go to get a cheese burger, at like a good diner,

burger joint, and the cheese that they use is American, American cheese, this like Kraft

singles nonsense stuff, come on, would it kill you to use some cheddar cheese?

But uh, yeah, I am curious to find out what foods you are picky with, put comments down

below and let me know which foods you really don't like to eat.

It will help me to get to know you better, I am glad I could share you, a little bit

more about me.

I am Matt Taylor thank you for watching so much and uh, if you haven't subscribed already,

make sure you subscribe and check out my other videos, stay tuned for another episode, take

care.

PATCH 1.10 NOTES WHAT'S CHANGED MULTIPLAYER MASS EFFECT ANDROMEDA - Duration: 3:26.

Today we have a quick overview of the Patch 1.10 changes in mass effect andromeda

<title>

This is a small Multiplayer only patch,

Thought I'd rip off the band-aid quickly for any hopeful SP players.

The changes made however seem to be fixes to fairly big bugs that affected few for the

most part.

"Veteran ranks of characters will only drop after all characters of that rarity have been

unlocked to rank 10."

This first one isn't a bug fix, just a framework change,

It will be either good or bad depending what's dropped for you, if the character you want

isn't dropping then this is fantastic, but if the one you want is and is coming in faster,

then this is going to annoy you while you fill out everything else before you can continue

progress.

It's about the most controversial change out of the lot and would love to know how this

will affect you personally.

"Naladen explosion now deals damage when Cryo or Incendiary Ammo is equipped."

A fairly important change to those Naladen wielders, whether you had noticed its failure

to damage or not, fixing this is going to make this weapon far more usable on the high

end.

"Fixed issue where Dwindling Supplies and Empty Resupply mission modifiers would not

function correctly if a player left the game."

Kind of a nerf, but definitely an actual fix, so for the greater good.

"Dhan shotgun now properly primes enemies."

Ok, this is a nice one, as the Dhan is loved by many and its ability to prime working fully

is going to mean something to the higher players.

For those who aren't fully aware, the way priming works is that it has a chance per

hit, so higher rate of fire is a big thing as well as a number of projectiles.

This actually makes the Dhan a fairly terrible weapon anyway for priming, while the best

in the game is the Piranha with its 8 projectiles and 165 RoF,

Then, Disciple, Katana, Hesh, Talon, Hornet, Hurricane, soned etc all being quite good

for it too.

To clarify, you can quantify the priming rate by multiplying the Rate of Fire with the Pellet

count.

"Fixed issue where Bulwark, Siphon, and Concussive variants of pistols and sniper rifles would

prime enemies too slowly when using special ammo."

Another priming issue fixed, great!

"Fixed issue where using Supply Pack Transmitter would reduce spare ammo if Empty Resupply

mission modifier was active."

Minor change, glad it's fixed.

"Using First Aid with Supply Pack Transmitter no longer heals enemies."

Well, didn't know this was an issue, pretty big one in very specific circumstances, probably

for the better that it's fixed.

"Fixed issue that caused screen to blink red/yellow when using Siphon and Bulwark weapons."

This is something that would be absolutely infuriating, had I have experienced this myself,

it would have ended my session, so yeah, glad it's fixed.

"Rank XIV Common Characters are no longer displayed as Rank XV"

Super minor fix, but will really alleviate some confusion, I can pretty much guarantee

this has caused a few head tilts.

<Outro>

And that's about it, very small bug fix and balance change patch, hold the hype.

Thank you for watching, if you are new to Xaine's World, check out the Mass Effect Andromeda

guide videos, it will more than likely enhance your experience and keep an eye out for PLAYERUNKNOWN's

BATTLEGROUNDS streams and more coming your way.

Also, for those curious about the stage of the semi-super-secret project I've been working

on for over a month now, it's nearing completion.

I'm hoping to begin the final stage tomorrow and it should be due for release in a week,

2 at most.

Dial Connected English translated by Touhou Wiki

The scenery that is reflected in front of me

Slowly disappears; eventually its time will stop

Will my voice reach you?

Without an echo, it will fade away

Do not worry about it

I form an orbit that dyes time silver

I can perfectly freeze all light

Letting the shadow of the wavering flames rest

Putting even the whisper of someone's voice to rest

I form an orbit, the silver dreams of the night

I can perfectly end all noise

Letting the shadow of tomorrow rest

Letting even these hands held out to you rest

The scenery that is reflected in front of me

Slowly loses its color; eventually it will all stop

Will your voice reach me?

If that is not to be, I will fall to the ground

Do not worry

I imagine a dream, time dances silver

I can freeze all mistakes equally

Letting the shadows of the flowing droplets rest

Putting the whisper of your voice to rest

I form a dream that flowers in the silver night

From this time onward, I can end everything equally

Letting the shadow of the future rest

Letting even these staring eyes of mine rest

I form an orbit that dyes time silver

I can perfectly freeze all light

Letting the shadow of the wavering flames rest

Putting even the whisper of someone's voice to rest

I form an orbit, the silver dreams of the night

I can perfectly end all noise

Letting the shadow of tomorrow rest

Letting even these hands held out to you rest

Taking the edge of the orbit, the silver time is divided

As I continue falling like this, equally freeze me as well

Let the shadows of my flowing tears rest

Let even my whispering voice rest

I form the cut-off orbit, the silver time is divided

Until everything serves your purpose, equally let me end

Let the shadow of this shimmering world rest

Let even our connected hands rest

From now on

Somehow, please let me rest

15 Ways To Help Treat Multiple Sclerosis Naturally - MS Treat Naturally - Duration: 6:42.

15 Ways To Help Treat multiple sclerosis Naturally.

Start taking vitamin D.

A lack of vitamin D may be a cause of multiple sclerosis.

Studies show clusters of MS sufferers in areas around the world that lack consistent amounts

of sunlight.

Get a vitamin D test and boost your level with a good vitamin D3 supplement that also

includes vitamin K2 to ensure its efficacy.

The main source of vitamin D is the sun.

Twenty minutes a day in the morning sun with plenty of skin showing will help, but if you

have a deficiency, reverse it as soon as possible.

Stop using the microwave.

Irradiated food isn't healthy!

Eat organic foods and stay away from GMOs.

GMO stands for genetically modified organism.

Yep, genetically modified food sounds scary, doesn't it?

Over 50 countries worldwide can't be wrong about banning GMO foods, although the U.S.

hasn't banned them yet.

Eat organic, wild sockeye salmon.

Wild sockeye salmon is rich in proteins and good omega-3 fats.

One serving per week goes a long way toward improving health in multiple sclerosis by

providing healthy fats that decrease inflammation.

Get tested for food sensitivities.

This is extremely important some food allergies and sensitivities are known to make MS symptoms

worse because the reaction they cause creates widespread inflammation throughout your body.

Get a blood test to check your vitamin levels and heavy metal levels.

Many MS sufferers are extremely low in several vitamins, and heavy metal toxicity can mimic

many multiple sclerosis symptoms.

Find out where your body stands in terms of these issues.

Add veggies to your diet.

It's the green stuff spinach, kale, cucumbers, broccoli and cabbage that offer MS patients

a lot of phytonutrients that can benefit health.

Start a massage protocol.

Massage will help stimulate lymphatic flow and circulation, increase joint flexibility

and can even help with muscle spascity.

STOP, STOP, STOP drinking any type of soda.

Soda wreaks havoc on your entire body, and with MS sufferers who already have a compromised

immune system.

The carbonation acts in the body as a waste product that must be detoxified.

Give your body every opportunity to be healthy and heal by not loading it down with waste

products.

Exercise.

You can swim, walk, use an elliptical machine, ride a stationary bike, do Pilates, yoga,

or practice simple stretches.

Lifting weights provides the most benefits to keep your muscles and core strong enough

to support you!

Protect your muscles from becoming atrophied.

Raise your body's pH with alkaline water.

The body functions at its best in an alkaline state.

Water used to be neutral, but now it's acidic and contributes to inflammation.

Alkaline water helps decrease inflammation.

Forget bottled water.

Although it may be convenient, bottled water is usually very acidic and unhealthy.

No one truly knows how long the plastic bottles have been sitting in heat and sun, and both

these cause leaching of chemicals (BPA) from the plastic.

BPAs are known carcinogens that may cause cancer and other autoimmune challenges.

Say no to aspartame and MSG.

It's so important to read labels.

You may be shocked, but aspartame and MSG are popping up in all kinds of foods, including

gum, breads, cereals, canned goods, convenience foods and processed foods.

Aspartame wasn't made for human consumption, and toxicity from aspartame and MSG mimic

many MS symptoms.

Go gluten free or limit gluten consumption.

If you're sensitive to gluten, it will cause widespread inflammation in the body.

Laugh.

This is the last in a lineup of many great tips for you to start on a path of restoring

your body.

Although the 14 previous tips are ones I've done myself and helped contribute to my overcoming

MS, laughter is honestly one of the most important things you can do.

Humor and laughter strengthen your immune system, boosts your energy, and protects you

from the damage of stress.

It decreases stress hormone levels, decreases pain and improves your mood.

Laughter is good for your soul.

It's FREE.

And let's face it, everyone's happier when you laugh together.

Bullshit, You Aren't Living | Conscious Reminder - Duration: 10:05.

Bullshit, You Aren't Living

The thing that gets the most under my skin is walking around the world and seeing people who have stopped living.

I see them on buses and in restaurants and walking on the street and it fucking devastates me.

It's fucking miserable.

It's a club 70% of our world has prescribed to.

I went to shake them and light a fire in their eyes.

You must quit the life you hate to start living.

I was talking with somebody last week about somebody changing careers and they said, "If I was them I would just lie down,

take it and work for another 10 years even if I hated it, just to retire.

They're so close.

Why start again?"

Every molecule in my being detested those words.

It makes my hackles raise and my mouth froth resent.

Doing the movements–the degree/the debt, the office job, the pension, the mortgage, waking up everyday hating a job you have to work to

support the house you didn't really want to buy and the degree you didn't really use for the pension you'll never use because you'll get a

disease from your misery and die before you can enjoy it isn't living.

Whatever asshole told you that, lied.

I'm sorry—but its all absolute bollux and you need to start again.

Our generation is blessed with living in a world where we can do whatever the hell we want–we can pull jobs out of our assholes and throw

pasta on walls.

There are kids pranking their moms on their Youtube channels getting paid 60,000 a video off advertising.

We live in a cool time–are you aware of what we can do, what you can do?

How some of my friends left their 9-5's and started their own business and are absolutely killing it is not extraordinary to me.

I don't think I or they are special cases.

I think too many people lay down in a life they don't love and go, "Well, I guess I'm here so… fuck it, I'll just stay."

No shit we are a bunch of black out weekly alcoholics.

No shit we are addicted to Netflix so we can check out of real life.

No shit we get depressed because we feel it is hopeless and there's no point.

Who said we have to stay?

Who said the solution is to lay down, wake up, brush our teeth, pee, get dressed, eat, shit, eat, and sleep?

Maybe your parents or a cool uncle or who knows—anyways, it isn't true.

A friend of mine is in his seventies and getting a divorce.

When he told me his choice he said, "Janne, now is the most pressing time.

And I know, shit, I only have maybe 20 years left.

How do I want to live those 20 years?"

"You may be 38 years old, as I happen to be.

And one day, some great opportunity stands before you and calls you to stand up for some great principle, some great issue,

some great cause.

And you refuse to do it because you are afraid.

You refuse to do it because you want to live longer.

You're afraid that you will lose your job, or you are afraid that you will be criticized or that you will lose your popularity,

or you're afraid that somebody will stab you, or shoot at you or bomb your house; so you refuse to take the stand.

Well, you may go on and live until you are 90, but you're just as dead at 38 as you would be at 90.

And the cessation of breathing in your life is but the belated announcement of an earlier death of the spirit."

-Martin Luther King Jr.

You aren't doing anybody a favor when you stop living, stop trying.

When we heal our suffering, we heal this world.

When we do what we love, we heal this world.

You don't need to write some fucking self help book with the intention it's going to save people,

or become Tony Robbins or go build 12 schools in Colombia (or do) to save our planet—you want to save our planet?

Live your god damn truth.

Speak your truth, be your truth, live your truth—and go make some money off your truth while you're at it.

Don't lie down and drink the Kool aide and think you're doing anyone any favors.

The greatest cause of dis-ease is emotions that manifest into physical pain in our bodies—you want to swallow your truth and work,

live a job you hate—it will kill you and that ain't doing you or your family any favors either.

So how does it heal this world if I do what I love?

Because when you do what you love, you shine.

You become happy.

You float like a fucking weightless chipmunk through your days because nothing is heavy anymore.

People will walk up to you and when you tell them they will go, "Ahhhhh, that's why.

You're happy because you do what you love."

Like its some god damn secret that somebody needs to tell everybody else (even though you already know and he knows,

and she knows and we all know).

"But, who will do all the jobs like bag groceries?

Pick the garbage up?

Not everybody is a beautiful, blonde, white 27-year-old female who can play on a surfboard and write poetry."

You're right, there is only one me—and my truth and my joy is writing poetry and somebody else's truth and joy might be being a tow truck

driver.

In fact, one of the happiest humans I have ever met is a tow truck driver in Victoria.

Shit grinning happy.

Maybe happier than me.

He is living.

So quit blaming everybody for not living your life.

And go try.

"The common complaint among a lot of these people is that they need to 'find their passion.'

I call bullshit.

You already found your passion, you're just ignoring it.

Seriously, you're awake 16 hours a day, what the fuck do you do with your time?

You're doing something, obviously.

You're talking about something.

There's some topic or activity or idea that dominates a significant amount of your free time, your conversations, your web browsing,

and it dominates them without you consciously pursuing it or looking for it.

It's right there in front of you, you're just avoiding it.

For whatever reason, you're avoiding it.

You're telling yourself, "Oh well, yeah, I love comic books but that doesn't count.

You can't make money with comic books."

Fuck you, have you even tried?"

-Mark Manson

If you woke up tomorrow morning and had 6 million dollars, what would you do?

You have your thing—now go fucking live it.

Helgi & Adanna in Budapest... Our Best of Budapest! | MIXED BANTER - Duration: 14:46.

It looks very dark

We've been through this it's not dark. You have to just imagine okay

this is

Magic of Cinema

So we are here to discuss Budapest

How did you like Budapest?

It's a very nice country

I enjoyed it

quite a bit

On this camera you can't actually see my hair

No, but it's very nice

People just have to believe you

You can see my heads getting cut off

I don't know if people can see my hair style

Which is quite important

yeah

uhm

Do the people like our new Pillows we've got subscribe and youtube

because we always forget to say

obviously

Subscribe

and welcome to our channell

so we just thought

Let's put pillows in the background

Why is it like you're cut off

Just move

So we went to Budapest

yeah we did, we went to Budapest

We liked it alot

I liked the houses, like the atmosphere. It's a romantic city, and it's pretty cheap

Looks a little run down which is nice

Like going back to the future

in a way and

What should we talk about?

I think we should talk about even the plane ride

Getting off the plane

We went with Wizz air

to Hungary, Budapest which was a little bit

of an experience

yeah

just waiting for the plane was an experience

It was quite difficult

Yeah, you kind of hated it

I don't think I'll be using them again

We'll probably see a clip of that

So we're here in in Luton airport. How are you liking it?

It is the worst

airport ever

ever

ever

What don't you like about it?

The fact that you feel like you're cattle

being pushed and shoved everywhere

The queue for the women's toilets is nearly

ten minutes long

It's ridiculous

just to buy anything from any of the shops there's a queue

And it's so tiny

tight It's very claustrophobic

very claustrophobic

so you don't recommend Luton airport

No, never ever again

Yeah, let's just end it that Wizz air was an experience we don't need to go back to

But when we came off Wizz air and landed got on the train to the main

town in Budapest

what was the name? Deak?

Deak Ferenc tér

which is I think the center of Budapest

The trains, trams and buses run through that station. It was very very nice. It's quite an old station

but the lighting

sort of like the industrial feel of it

Is quite beautiful

I really like the trams and the trains

Yeah. I love the trains, like you know

It's very very nice

I love trains in general and we went to a museum

Oh yeah

I was very excited about it. I talked about it to everybody from Budapest. I'm going to the underground Railway museum, and they would just like roll their eyes

The Budapest eye is more interesting

Yeah, the Budapest eye was pretty... uh

It was amazing because we had basically. Yeah it was amazing because we had shots of it from our hotel

the second place we went to and it looked beautiful and obviously we went onto the Budapest eye

and you could see more of Pest and Buda. Cause there were some parts of Buda we didn't actually get a chance to see

but when you are on the eye you get to see a lot more and it's actually quite nice

It was actually very nice for me because I've never been on an eye before, haven't been on the London eye. Haven't been on the Paris wheel

or any wheels or eyes

I went on the Round up in my home town, Hveragerði

An amusement park in Hveragerði where we would go like around and round

many people would puke

there was not really a Ferris Wheel

Well a Ferris wheel in Iceland would be quite dangerous

It's too big for Iceland

Yeah, and so we had five rotations on the Budapest eye which Helgi continued to shake while we were up there

Which I didn't like

Well, I thought it was fun was fun, because Adanna isn't scared of a lot of things. She's scared of bugs and apparently the Ferris wheel

Yeah, well only when you shake it, and no one goes on a ferris wheel stands in the middle and just decides to start rocking it from side to side

I think most people do that

not what people would do

You are just meant to sit there enjoy the sights of the view

you remember you remember notebook when he was like hanging

And asking for a date

that's what people do. They do crazy things

Anyway, moving on

Yeah, what we really loved also was the elevator to our hotel

oh my god

It had so much charm and charisma

I was very nice, even the corridor where the elevator took us to our floors

was beautiful, remember when we saw the mosaic

coming through the broken windows

really, really nice

And I think that's what makes budapest. We have beautiful iconic sort of figures and features

at the same time it's still old

Maintaining the history, and it's still it still looks beautiful to date

and I think that's what was really nice about it

but that lift was quite scary

and it was very run down

there were wires

but beautiful

It's the only lift I've had to close myself

I had like partition shutters. So think of old American sort of style bar

Yeah, In the wild wild west

It had those doors on the inside so once you got in you had to shut those doors

Then the heavy-duty door which was a steel door would close from the outside

And you just be locked in and feel actually locked in well, then when you looked up

you could just see a lot of wood and

Exposed wires everywhere. Which is a bit scary?

And we saw some nice

nice

We went to some nice Museums. We went to

We went to the Underground railway museum then we went to the pinball museum, by accident which was awesome

that was very very good and we got tickets to go back

We'll probably see a clip of that

You were quite good at that actually weren't you

The pinball, I was kind of hit and miss

but at one point you had 3 or 4 balls on the actual pinball

yes, I was very good

which was good

I was quite good at the bowling

The bowling yeah, but it isn't really bowling. It's like a bowling game

Bowling slot machine

Then Helgi cheated on me in Basketball

Cuz I played bowling with you in real life. I won you basketball, yeah

No you cheated

anyway that's another story

And then we went to franz liszt museum

For like 2 seconds

Which is one of the great composers, and I walked in and I gave them my Budapest card

Which is like a card you buy for a lot of money, and think you're entitled to all these museums she said no

No

And Helgi was just like we're not going in

And I was just stuck in the middle. Saying "are we staying? Are we going?"

"No we're not going" So we left

So what else did we do?

Well, we went to cafes

Oh we went to a lot of cafes

And I really loved the New York cafe. Which is one of the oldest cafes and restaurants in Europe. I think

yeah

130 Years old

It's very beautiful it is nice

Nice settings and they have nice music

This chamber music and a piano player playing

and the service is very nice and the deserts were beautiful

the first one we went to was the New York Cafe

It's called one of the most beautiful Cafe's in the world?

or was it just in Europe

Must be it's the most beautiful cafe I've seen

It's kind of its kind of mainstream a touristy, but you you can appreciate it because it's that

magnificent in a way

But then we went to another which is like on the other spectrum of cafes. We went to a book cafe

called something like mass...

books cafe and books

we'll put a link below

but it was very very nice

It was a hidden cafe and when you went inside there were books all over the place but you could actually buy these books

Both read them or. You can sit down and have a coffee or you could buy the books I bought a book by Franz Kafka

I bought a Parisian book whilst we were in Budapest

But it was very good. It was words of Romantic authors I think

Well it was Derrida and Focault

All the existentialists and postmodernist

We have to read the book later on

and just enjoy memories of Budapest and that cafe. Cause there was also a secret garden which was so nice to see

But it was just an unexpected sort of like break that we took

whilst we were heading to this cafe and then it just opened up into this treasure chest

What did you think was the down side of Budapest ?

Maybe the food because we went there and there were a lot of burger places

And I wasn't expecting to see a lot of burger in bars, but then I don't yeah budapest is for Europe and plus

It's quite known as sort of like a city where you get a lot of stags and hendoo's and so forth isn't it?

I guess maybe that's why there's more trends now for Burgers pizzas

and you know chips which is strange because we really wanted to try hungarian food, and it was quite difficult to just find a

Authentic Hungarian food place along the streets that we were in but the food, we did try was good. It is a good place

Yeah

Think that was probably the. Oh, and then only in the second hotel the bugs

I don't like bugs, there were a lot of bugs

I don't even know what kind of bugs

what I hated

they looked alien like bugs

What I hated

was

people on bicycle

acting like they own the city

It's like wherever you went, trying to walk and they always had their private section

But sometimes there was no place to walk because it was just room for bicycles

But I didn't mind that so much, but

nobody could get through unless they had a bicycle

In Amsterdam there's as many bikes as there probably was in Budapest. I think you just don't like bikes

No, if I would run a city

bicycles and people that ride bicycles would be banned and I know that's a controversial statement them. If I would run a city

How mean is that

It's pretty mean

It's the future

Well the premise is I'm a fascist dictator

The future is bicycles and electric cars

There are no bicycles in my future

well

There will be bicycles in our future

okay this is too long, we can cut this now let's cut it already home this maybe cut it here and then connect like

get back to it later on

Yeah, bye bye

for me

Yeah, subscribe, and you'll get a prize

stop lying to them there's no prize

we'll invent a prize

there will be a prize for the two thousandth subscriber

no let's make it maybe two hundredth

Yeah, cuz we're on what 61 right now. Maybe the two hundredth subscriber can get a prize from us

200 that's your gift the two thousand subscriber is going to get a great gift from me and the

two hundredth subscriber's gonna get a crappy gift from Adanna

Oh, whatever, Alright

Now bye

It's gary. Yeah, let's see. How slow. I was going I'm like no

you

France is Making Vaccines for 11 Diseases Mandatory in 2018 - Duration: 12:32.

France is Making Vaccines for 11 Diseases Mandatory in 2018

A couple months ago, we published an article on Italys plans to make specific vaccinations

mandatory for all children in schools (you can read it here).

This means that any parent who doesnt want their kid to be vaccinated and refuses them

will not be able to send their child to school.

Italys decision was in response to their recent increase in measles outbreaks, as reported

cases of measles rose fivefold across the country in April compared to the same month

last year, according to the National Health Institute.

Well, were now experiencing a similar situation with Italys neighbour, France.

Starting in 2018, parents in France will be legally obligated to vaccinate their children

against 11 diseases.

Compared to Frances current mandatory vaccinations, of which there are only three (diphtheria,

tetanus, and polio), the difference is dramatic.

This begs the questions: What risks will these new vaccines pose, and how can French parents

actually protect their children?

France Is Making These Vaccines Mandatory

Starting in 2018, France will be making eight more vaccines compulsory: measles, hepatitis

B, influenza, whooping cough, mumps, rubella, pneumonia, and meningitis C.

Thats right, France plans to make an influenza vaccine, otherwise known as a flu shot, mandatory

for all children.

The government attributes this sudden regulation of such a strict regiment of vaccines to an

epidemic of measles in France.

There have been more than 24,000 cases of measles in France between 2008 and 2016 (though

only 10 of these cases resulted in death).

This change likely wont be pushed through without a fight from the public.

Last year, a survey sent to 65,819 individuals found that France was the most skeptical country

in the world about vaccines.

An astonishing 41% of the participants in France disagreed with the statement vaccines

are safe, in comparison to only 13% on average throughout the rest of the world (source).

Their concerns dont come without good reason, as tons of studies have found correlations

between specific vaccines and the ingredients within them to different illnesses, negative

reactions, and in many cases, death.

Around 75% of the population already gets the MMR vaccine, and because vaccinations

do not ensure full immunization, theres no telling if increasing that percentage will

actually help this.

Plus, herd immunity doesnt necessarily work that way.

For example, according to the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, as low as 40% of the population

would need to be vaccinated in order for herd immunity to be achieved.

Nevertheless, France is still using this argument to support their upcoming policy change.

Today, in France, measles reappears.

It is not tolerable that children die from it: 10 have died since 2008.

Since this vaccine is only recommended and not mandatory, the coverage rate is 75

percent, whereas it should be 95 percent to prevent this epidemic.

We have the same problem with meningitis, Frances Minister of Health, Agns Buzyn,

said.

How Does Herd Immunity Really Work?

Herd immunity, or community immunity, is a theory stating that a pattern of immunity

amongst a group of individuals should lead to a decline in incidence of infection.

This term is often associated with the pro-vaccine movement, as its said that the more individuals

vaccinated in a given population, the less likely that population is to spread disease.

Contrary to popular belief, there are actually many holes within this argument.

First of all, herd immunity can be achieved without the use of pharmaceuticals.

There is a significant difference between naturally-occurring immunity and vaccine-induced

immunity.

For starters, when immunity occurs naturally, it lasts a lifetime, whereas vaccines can

only really protect you from anywhere between two and ten years.

Naturally-occurring herd immunity takes time to appear in a population.

For example, when measles first enters a population that has never been exposed to it before,

herd immunity is zero.

Measles can be transmitted from person to person, so its easy to imagine how quickly

it could spread during the pre-vaccine era.

Inspiration and all our best content, straight to your inbox.

Fast-forward a few years, to when measles has circulated the general population a few

times, and natural exposures will eventually lead to long-term immunity.

Its pretty incredible to think that our bodies can adapt and evolve just to keep us

healthy.

The developing immune system contracts a disease, mounts an immune response, resolves the illness,

and is left with lifelong immunity to a specific virus.

Essentially, it wasnt uncommon at the time for someone to get it, get better, and then

be immune to it for the rest of their life.

Death via measles was rare, which remains true to the present day, yet people largely

attribute this to vaccination.

The truth is, measles vaccine failures have been documented for a quarter of a century

around the world (though many go unreported).

One study even found that individuals who had been vaccinated twice for measles could

still contract the virus.

You can read more about that in a CE article we published about it here.

Dr. Russell Blaylock, an American neurosurgeon and author, explains:

That vaccine-induced herd immunity is mostly myth can be proven quite simply.

When I was in medical school, we were taught that all of the childhood vaccines lasted

a lifetime.

This thinking existed for over 70 years.

It was not until relatively recently that it was discovered that most of these vaccines

lost their effectiveness 2 to 10 years after being given.

What this means is that at least half the population, that is the baby boomers, have

had no vaccine-induced immunity against any of these diseases for which they had been

vaccinated very early in life.

In essence, at least 50% or more of the population was unprotected for decades.

What Are the Dangers of These Vaccines?

There are many risks associated with the vaccines France plans to make compulsory.

Lets take a look at the MMR (mumps, measles, rubella) vaccine.

First of all, the correlation between vaccines and autism is very real, and has actually

been proved in regards to the MMR vaccine.

A study published by Dr. Brian Hooker, PhD, in the peer reviewed journal Translational

Neurodegeneration, found up to a 340% increased risk of autism in African American boys receiving

the Measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine.

You can read more about this specific study in our CE article here.

The Italian court itself has actually recognized that the MMR vaccine has caused autism in

the past.

In one case, the Italian Health Ministry admitted that the MMR vaccine specifically caused autism

in a 9-year-old boy.

You can read more about that case in this article here.

A paper published in 2012 by Dr. Stephanie Seneff, Senior Research Scientist at the MIT

Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, argues that severe adverse reactions

to the chemicals (like aluminum) within vaccines are linked to life threatening conditions

that are associated with the heart and brain.

The paper goes on to argue that there is a relationship between autism and acute adverse

reactions to vaccinations, particularly in regards to the MMR vaccine.

As Dr. Seneff explains:

Using standard log-likelihood ratio techniques, we identify several signs and symptoms that

are significantly more prevalent in vaccine reports after 2000, including cellulitis,

seizure, depression, fatigue, pain and death, which are also significantly associated with

aluminum-containing vaccines.

We propose that children with the autism diagnosis are especially vulnerable to toxic metals

such as aluminum and mercury due to insufficient serum sulfate and glutathione.

A strong correlation between autism and the MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccine is also

observed, which may be partially explained via an increased sensitivity to acetaminophen

administered to control fever.

If theres any aluminum present in these vaccines its not in the MMR vaccine,

but is added to most others that could present many issues.

A paper published by Professor Christopher Shaw and Dr. Lucija Tomljenovic of the University

of British Columbia showed that vaccines with aluminum adjuvants increase the risk of developing

autism, autoimmune diseases and neurological problems later in life.

A demonstrated neurotoxin, aluminum is the only approved adjuvant in the U.S.

Its use presents the risk of brain inflammation, autoimmunity, and other adverse health consequences.

A study published in the International Journal of Medicine revealed that flu vaccines may

result in inflammatory cardiovascular changes and increase risk for serious heart-related

events, like a heart attack.

The study states:

Together with an inflammatory reaction, influenza A vaccine induced platelet activation and

sympathovagal imbalance towards adrenergic predominance.

Significant correlations were found between CRP levels and HRV (heart rate variability)

parameters, suggesting a pathophysiological link between inflammation and cardiac autonomic

regulation.

The vaccine-related platelet activation and cardiac autonomic dysfunction may transiently

increase the risk of cardiovascular events.

Not to mention that the flu shot is filled with tons of chemicals that we shouldnt

be putting into our bodies anyways.

Your body is likely strong enough to fight a common cold, and if its not, then you

should focus on building your immune system without harming your body with this type of

vaccination.

Plus, the effectiveness is slim to none, as many people still get the flu anyways.

You can read more about the flu shot in our CE article here.

Final Thoughts

Its interesting to see a country that, for the most part, is far less influenced

by Big Pharma than North America.

Its uncommon to see drug ads or anything of that nature in Europe, and even France

steers away from using pharmaceuticals to treat certain disorders North American doctors

would use prescriptions to treat such as ADHD

Is it perhaps the new leadership?

After all, a US State Department document, which was apparently prepared for Hillary

Clinton in 2012, referred to French President Emmanuel Macron as a banker in mergers

and acquisitions at Rothschild in Paris.

Perhaps his ties to the elite also involves Big Pharma?

This is mere speculation, of course, but its one possible explanation.

Alternatively, perhaps France is simply following suit with Italy and North America.

Western medical doctors heavily encourage vaccines and flu shots, so they could be simply

adopting a similar belief system.

To me, only one things for certain: Far more research should be conducted on these

vaccines, and the harsh chemicals added to them should be removed prior to making them

mandatory.
