Hello and welcome to another new episode of learning simplified.

Today in this tutorial we are going to discuss on various background properties those are

used in CSS.

Stay tuned.

In this chapter we are going to know about different background properties those have

been used in CSS widely, but before that I would like to ask you to subscribe us and

stay tuned for more and don't forget to hit that bell icon to stay connected.

Things those we are going to learn - how to use different background colors, using background

image as a background of an element such as the div element or the span element; we are

not discussing about this span element here, we will be practically working on div element,

setting the position of the background image, background-repeat condition and then background

attachment, then we will be discussing on the compiled version of all background properties

within a single syntax, that means we will be compiling all of these properties into

a single Syntax and will be applying it to our element to see the result.

Then there comes this background size here and then comes using background image and

color together...

So we want to use background color and image together and in that case what should be done

it will be dealt with here.

Then comes this background clip condition and background blending mode and filter properties;

those are very vital things about this background properties.

So all those things will be discussed in this tutorial, in this tutorials actually for that

it will take two to three chapters hardly and nothing more.

Another thing before we proceed on two things needed to be remembered - the first thing

is we have used an image downloaded from Pixabay; and at the very beginning what we have done

we have commented off these particular text boxes we had created in our previous tutorial,

I guess you can remember those boxes; those blue or Yellow or the red boxes those we had

created for the sake of our project; we will be muting them off and we have done it practically

here.

Now let's proceed to the tutorial, but in the very beginning I would like to see the

output of the project and here it is.

So we can see that this is the position tester box that we had created in our previous tutorial

to check on the position of some particular child elements.

We had muted these three boxes of from here and the rest of these things lying here and

we have provided practically a particular height over here.

There it goes we have provided the height of 900px.

So all we are going to do in the very first case we are going to mute it off.

There it goes.

Now if we get back to our project we can reload and we can see that this is practically the

output; you can provide another margin-top condition over here....

There it goes.

It's a margin top of 30px from the top right now.

Now all we are going to do in the very first case we will be discussing about the color

thing that we have imposed as the background of the div we have created over here and and

there goes the color.

As we can see that we have already provided a background color, this is practically a

background color, this is the syntax and it is an yellow one.

So if we get packed of project and reload we can see that the situation remains the

same.

So instead of this background we can use a background color or you may use background,

it doesn't differ anymore.

Now in case of an image if we talk about image here, first of all delete it and now we are

going to impose an image as the background of our element.

So, here we will be using an URL, and inside the very first thing that we are going to

do this is the folder from where these images are being used into our project; this is the

folder name.

First of all, we have to copy this folder name and we will be using it over here; this

is the first case.

Then comes the backward slash and then we will be using the image name that will be

used over here.

So in the first case will be using this Fox-big PNG image.

All we are now doing we are practically pressing F12 and along with this extension name we

are practically copying this whole filename from here.

So we will be copying it and we will be pasting it here.

Now that we are set to go so first of all we will be checking on what is going on over

here; let's get back to our project and reload and we can see that the background color is

gone.

But there's nothing for the time being.

I guess there should be the declaration of this one.

Now we can see that the image is practically on but on the other hand we can see that the

same image is being repeated over here.

So what is the problem?

To stop this kind of repeating property of this image all we now have to do we have to

provide a certain syntax - if instead of fox-big, we now use this fox-small so if we use this

file over here and now if we get back to our project and reload, all we can see that all

these images, those are practically being repeated, those are practically the repetition

of the same image through-wise this element.

So we have provided a height of 900px.

Instead of that if we now mute it off we will be seeing what will be the output of it?

Let's get back to our project and reload and we can see that there's nothing else so far.

This is due to the fact that these background image is practically dependent on the height

of the particular element, that means if we now impose some kind of content into our particular

element then it will be acting properly.

So all we are now going to do we are getting back to index.html and here we are practically

providing some contents inside it; so I'll be requiring a couple of moments to pour some

content inside it....

If you see that this kind of horizontal scroll bar is appearing then all you can do - get

back to this view section, toggle soft wrap and you can see that everything is now appearing

within the device width within the view port.

copy it thrice more time such that it gets large enough.

You may change this particular dummy text here.

Another thing, I think we have made a mistake here, we have pasted it outside the div, this

is the position tester div element that we are practically working on; so we need to

place them inside this particular div here, there it goes.

Cut this thing, all of these contents that we have placed inside and all we are going

to do we are going to paste it within this particular div element.

Now if we get back to our project and reload; now we can see that all those things those

are practically appearing right into our content area, write into position tester div that

we have used earlier.

There goes the problem we can see that all these images those are practically repeating

in order.

In the first place all we are going to do we are getting back to stylesheet.CSS and

here we will be muting off, we will be commenting off this particular display flex.

We don't need any kind of display flex over here right now; so Press control + s here

and get back to your project and reload and we can see that it is now back into order.

Now here comes the problem, this is the repetition property of the image that is being observed

over here, in order to prevent that the second thing that we are going to do we will be using

this background repeat condition and we do not wish to repeat any kind of images over

here; only a single image will be appearing right into that particular div element; so

all we have to do we have to use this no repeat condition; no repeat.

Now let's get back to our project and reload and we can see that this is the situation

under no repeat condition; only a single image of here.

In the other sense if we wish that our particular image, background image actually, it will

be appearing x-axis wise then what to do in that particular case?

We will be using repeat-x instead of no repeat and we can see that all the images those are

practically being repeated along the x-axis.

In the same manner if we want our images to appear along the y axis, then just use this

Syntax here; instead of repeat-x, we will be using hear repeat-y; now if we reload we

can see that all those images are being repeated along the y-axis.

If instead of them we use this round property, and we can see that this background image

is practically now being a circular image practically; if we use some kind of JPEG image

here we can see that all these images those are practically rounded in nature.

And in the last case if we use instead of this round, space.

Reload and we can see that there comes the situation when there is a particular space

between two consecutive rows of repeating images.

So these are the properties doors you can use over here.

Now in this instance all we are going to do we are going to use no repeat condition.

There won't be any repetition of those images.

Reload and we can see that there is only a single background image present over here....

How to Easily Fix a Double Clicking Mouse - Duration: 9:45.

in today's video I will show you

how to fix a double clicking Mouse

so stay tuned

I recently shifted from using a

wireless mouse to a normal wired mouse

because after every two months

I had to replace the batteries

and as I usually use it

in a desktop environment

it hardly matters to me

have a wireless or wired mouse

so I shifted to a wired mouse

but the issue was that the wired mouse that I had

was a bit ancient kind of

old

so this if you can see down

according to the QC

this Mouse was produced in 2006

but still it worked quite well

the only problem that it had was

at sometimes the mouse double clicked

even when I pressed just once

the computer registered twice

or sometimes more than twice

so that was a big problem actually

it was not only irritating

but it caused several web applications to

either give us an error message

especially banking applications

which are very particular

to fix this I searched the web

and I found couple of videos

and couple of online blogs

and all of them suggested that

either you have to replace the mouse

or you have to repair it internally

by tingling with the hardware

that is the microswitch

so basically what issue is

in this particular scenario is

for every click the mouse has

there is a micro-switch inside

and the mechanism for this switch

is something like

a spring action happens

based on a metal a bent metal plate

so what happens with time

either due to dirt or due to corrosion

the metal plate gets affected and

instead of pressing twice

like this contact should actually just register two times

that is when we press and when we release

but instead of registering two times

making contact with these two metal pins twice

it sometimes

in the middle also it makes contact

that registers as a second click

so that is the main problem

and the true fix for this issue is

basically either replacing this micro switch

or you open it up and then clean it up

and make sure that the switch is not corroded

so I found several people online

showing me how to do that

but that I thought was too cumbersome

and I found out a very simple solution

and this didn't require me to open the mouse

so stay tuned

and I will show you step-by-step

how you can easily fix your double clicking Mouse

so for performing solution

that I'm going to suggest

you will have to download a software

the name of the software is

X mouse button control

it's quite a weird name but that's the name

X mouse button control

and the download link will be down

in the video description

and on clicking on that link

this page will open up

and you just have to click on this

latest version

so download this installation setup file

by clicking on the latest version link

and after doing that

you'll get a file like this

it's a simple Windows installation file

just follow the steps

next next and

since I have already installed

I will not reinstall it

I will cancel out from this setup

after installing you will get this

on running the program

you will get this kind of interface

so this will open up in your status bar

this icon will show up

X mouse button

just right click

and click on setup

and this window will pop up

and only 2-3 settings that you have to change

you don't have to bother about all these settings

the first thing that we will do is

we will go in settings

over here click on settings

and then go in advanced

over here advanced

okay

and then you can see over here

I have enabled

de-bounced ignored rapid mouse button clicks

so what this basically does is

its a kind of a timer

and for that time frame

no matter how many clicks

the mouse says it has clicked

it will only register one click

so that is the way this software works

so it captures the mouse clicks

and for a certain time duration

the clicks that are registered is

just a single one click

so it collects all the clicks

and shows to the OS that

only one click has been clicked by the mouse

so that is how we'll fix this problem

so you just enable this

and the main part is

identifying the time duration

so if you make this timeline

very very large

it's in milliseconds if you make it 1 second

then it will solve the double-clicking problem

but it will make it looks lag a lot

and a lot means it will not be usable

so you have to make sure that

timeframe

that is for the registration of the click

is not very large

but is not so small

that it skips those extra clicks

so to identify that exact time frame

I'll show you a very simple method

you just have to go in control panel

so open control panel

and then go down

and here Mouse

click and the open up Mouse

and then open up buttons

so what we have to do is

you have to make this double click speed to fast

that is the highest setting possible

that is fast

okay

after doing that click apply

okay now what you have to do is

we have to make sure that

this time exactly fits the double clicking time

so first you start with 100 millisecond

so make the setting 100 millisecond

click OK

and click apply

ok

and after that

you just click once on this folder icon

and if it opens up

it means that 100 milliseconds

is not perfect for you

and to avoid your double clicks

so you just raise it by 50 milliseconds more

so next time you try 150 milliseconds

you keep raising it by 50 milliseconds

until and unless the double click stops

so I will see with 100

and I am clicking once as you can see

there are no ghost double clicks happening

so for me it works for 100 milliseconds

for you it might work for

a 150 or 200 or 250 or 300 milliseconds

ok after doing this

the side effect you can say

of solution that I have suggested

you will no longer be able to double click with your mouse

because we have made the double click speed too

fast

also the software makes

multiple clicks looks as a single click

so to solve that issue

we can use this software again

and we can convert a button

to register the double click

so what I have done is

I have converted my middle button

that is my mouse wheel button

to use as a double click

to do that is very simple

go on layer 1

and under this middle button

just select double click

ok

so after doing that

just select that and apply

so what this will do is

now instead of double clicking

you have to just single click on the middle mouse button

and it will register as a double click

so let me show you

now the folder icon will open and close

you see

so it's actually more convenient

instead of clicking twice

I just have to click once

and it works

so that fixes that

but still it's not perfect

you cannot select with your mouse

this particular feature doesn't work

as soon as you remove the mouse

the selection sometimes gets unselected

this time it worked

but sometimes it doesn't work

so mouse down selection

sometimes works sometimes doesn't work

but other than that

it works perfectly

and I have no issue of web apps not responding

or giving me error message

or weird double clicks

that are annoying

this fixes that problem pretty well

Hi Guys,

today we are going to review the

Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8 III version

now let's start our review

First of all let's explain the name of this lens

Canon Zoom lens EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS III USM

it has a pretty long name isn't it

Zoom lens means this lens can be zoom at 70 to 200mm

EF Means that we can use this lens in all Canon D-SLR bodies

70-200mm is the focal length of this lens

f/2.8 is the widest aperture value

both in 70 and 200mm it is f/2.8

L stands for Luxury which is letter uses dor Canon's higher segment lenses

also this red ring is the symbol of L series as well

IS means the image stabilizer

in this lens we have a 3.5 stop IS

III means that this is the third version of this lens

USM is the ultra sonic auto focus motor

let's continue to our review with the body design

let's put the lens on the table

as you may see there are design differences between with the previous version

the first think is the color of this lens has been changed

now it is more whiter than the old version

when we look at the lenses side by side

70-200mm logo has been changed and the IS and usm logos placed on the new lens

and also on the down side of the lens there is a Image Stabilizer logo on it but on the newer version we don't have that logo

also these rings has been changed and improved on the ergonomics side

ı will explain the buttons on the side of this lens

first switch is 1.20m to Infinity and the second one is 2.5m to Infinity

this is the focus distance limiter of this lens

1.2m is the minimum focus distance on this lens

first one is the unlimited version but when you switch to 2.5m to Infinity

and the minimum focus distance starts from 2.5m

with this feature if your shooting object is above the 2.5m you will not waste your time to focus

second switch is the AF - MF switch

third one is the IS ON and OFF switch

There are 2 IS modes as well

mode 1 is for general shooting

mode 2 is ideal for pan shootings just something like automobile, animals ets

we see the Hyperfocal legth area here

let's have look around the lens once again

and the serial number is 32 which is amazing :)

this lens's filter size is 77mm

if you are going to buy a filter it's filter size must be 77mm

Let's look at the inside of the lens

we have a metal mount and also a black velvet coating

we can feel the quality here

this area is the proof that this lens if suitable for all bad weather conditions

dust, water splash proof.

when we look at the weight of this lens,

approx. it is 1.48kg

if you are buying f/2.8 zoom lens you have to carry heavy lenses

there are huge optics inside

and also a IS mechanism

when they are all combined 1.48 kg is not that much

I told that there are 3.5 stops of IS at this lens

previous version of this lens has 4 stops but

at this version it is 3.5 stops but this due to the changes has been made on the CIPA standards

while the launch of this 70-200mm third version standards changed

and so the IS stop degree comes 0.5 stops down

this also means that the old versions stop degree also dropped down as well

there are 23 elements and

19 groups at this lens

we also had a 8 aperture blades as well

so we can shoot great photos with flawless bokehs

Lens has a widest aperture degree of 2.8 and the maximum is f/32 supported

our minimum focus distance is 1.2meters

Everybody curious about the differences between this and the previous version of this lens

they both have the same optics inside

and the same IS System

first think is the new body design that I already talked about on the video

and the second one and the most important think is the new coatings of this lens

Air Sphere Coating and Super Spectra Coating

these two upgraded coatings are

especially on reverse light or while shooting towards to light source

has a better ghosting and flaring performance

And who needs this lens?

this lens especially logical for Full Frame body owners

if you are owning an APS-C 1.6x sensor camera focal length will be

112 to 320 mm

as I said before this lens good for FF Sensored cameras

70-200mm is suitable for all kinds of photography such as

Portrait, wedding, fashion, landscape, event, concert, sport etc

this lens it's just like a swiss knife.

We have the AF performance test of this lens now.

and now it is time for aperture test

let's start our test

we have all the combinations here both shot on 70mm and 200mm starting from f/2.8 to f/16

fist I will show the 70mm f performance

and than the 200mm performance

as you may see now we can read the name of the lens on the below

we can see the differences between the trees

and let's jump to 2.8 once again to see the difference between 16

we can see the bokehs on the f/2.8 which are so circular and sweet :)

I made my focus manually to 35mm lens

we can see how sharp is the photo

and you may see the bokeh performance once again,

it is time for the 200mm

let's look at the performance

my focus set on manual to the 35mm again

starting from f/2.8 to f/16

200mm F/3.2

200mm f/4

200mm f/5.6

200mm f/6.3

200mm f/7.1

200mm f/8

200mm f/11

200mm f/13

200mm f/16

we can see the below lens once again at f/16

it is not that obvious but we can see the lens

we can see the 24-70mm writings with a soft blur

let's go the f/2.8

200mm f/2.8 has a fantastic performance

and finally our sharpness test

lets look at the 200mm performance of this lens

now our TV is 1/400

I will increase the exposure a little bit

to see the test in a better way

%100 magnification

at 2.8

%100 not enough lets go to %300 !!

it gives a great sharpness even %300

lets go to corners

we see a corner darkness

which is a normal thing

the lines are sharp even at %300

on the CA section

we see a better performance from 70mm

there some CA on the 70mm on these lines

I just see a CA on this section

just 4 line before let's say

let's change the aperture

now I am at f/8

just a quick look at %100

and now %400 let's push our boundaries

we can see the 1750 letters really clear

there are no CA as well

let's look at %200 now

let's continue our review on this magnification

lines are separate and crispy

%400 now

we are looking 4 times bigger than the regular photo

really high resolution

we see the lines are crisp and separate from each other just like %200 magnification

we can see a little CA due to being at %400

but we can minize it from the lens profile section

if you open the enable profile correction and Remove CA

you can delete it

I don't have this profile yet because this lens so brand new.

this update will came to Camera Raw Plug-in.

and lastly let's look at the f/16

at 200mm

I am not even looking at %100

directly jumping to %400

even at f/8 it has a great results so f/16 is also greater than that

on the sharpness test Canon 70-200m is a real beast !

Hi friends, Today I will share with you a miracle home remedies to get fair, clear and

gloinf flawless skin.

I use banana paste, yogurt, honey and lemon juice.

Bananas contain good amounts of vitamin C that helps in maintaining the natural and

youthful glow of the skin.

You can bring back the lost glow using these face masks.

The lactic acid present in yogurt inhibits the production of an enzyme called tyrosinase.

This enzyme is responsible for the production of melanin.

Melanin is what causes your skin tone to darken.

clear.

1st take a banana and cut the banana small pieces.

Then grind the banana pieces.

Now take 2 tablespoon banana paste.

Add 1 tablespoon yogurt.

Add 1 tablespoon milk powder.

Add 1 tablespoon honey.

Add some lemon juice.

Mix it well.

Now apply this mixture on your face and neck.

Leave it for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, wash your face with water.

Banana is rich in potassium and moisture; it will hydrate and moisturizes dry skin,

making it soft and supple.

If your skin is peeling and dry, simply apply a banana face mask on your face.

If you've got oily greasy skin, use a simple banana face mask with lemon juice and honey.

Banana is a great exfoliate which helps slough off excess sebum on skin surface.

It also contains and contains moisture, potassium, and vitamins E and C, which all promote clear

glowing skin.

Lemon has Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is a natural exfoliant which can help to lighten

the skin and improve skin tone.

The upper layer of the skin is exfoliated by the acid, removing old skin cells including

old cells with dark pigmentation.

Milk powder contains lactic acid which has strong bleaching properties.

is fading of finding anyone still trapped alive after last week's earthquake and tsunami.

now the authorities have set a deadline of friday to find anyone still trapped under

rubble.

after that, they say there is little chance of finding survivors.

at least 1,400 people are known to have died. for the latest, let's go to mariko oi, who's

in palu. a lot of aid agencies who are now on

the ground are frustrated because they are struggling to release supplies —— to get

relief supplies to the remote areas.

indeed, rico. the logistics has been a major challenge for those paid agencies, but at

least we are seeing food and water trickling into the city.

this morning, we saw people selling brea kfast, morning, we saw people selling breakfast,

people queueing up to get petrol in the city of palu, instead of having to go outside to

get it.

things are slowly improving.

at the same time, the rescue effort continues.

as you mentioned, friday has been set as the deadline to find any survivors.

there are many places that still people haven't been looking, including in the city centre

of palu on here at the shopping maul. they finally managed to get that big truck with

heavy

machinery last night, we were here when they started to clear the rubble and immediately

after, they found a body. of course, at the earthquake hit at 5pm on friday where many

people could have left work early to enjoy shopping.

it is quite possible they could find more bodies inside and that is why the authorities

continue warning that the official death toll could rise even further.

of course, this wasn't just the earthquake, there were also mudslides.

ourjonathan head visited the area that was affected either.

even now, five days after the earthquake, the tsunamis and the mudslides, the damage

wrought on this part of indonesia still has the power to shock.

some buildings crumpled... others were literally swallowed by mud.

it was the mud that did for petobo, a neighbourhood to the east of the city.

fields of rice, shaken loose by the earthquake, that poured down the hillside.

it buried the mother and baby sister of fiona, not yet two years old, who was pulled from

the mud by her older brother.

she's being cared for by her aunt.

i tell her we're still looking for her, or i say, "your mother has gone on a long journey."

if she has a loud noise or a plane going overhead, she's scared.

she's still traumatised. over here, it was even worse.

a road, and all the houses along it, obliterated by mud.

astonishingly, this cornfield has travelled more than a mile. and this mad jumble of wreckage

is the remains of at least two villages.

they scarcely know where to begin recovering the bodies of the victims.

this was a christian study centre.

there were 200 students there when it was torn

from its foundations.

just try to imagine the terrible force that uprooted these front pillars of the church

and toppled them over, and that flattened this massive concrete roof here.

even now, they don't know how many victims may still be underneath, and all of this was

dragged by the mudslide, from right over there, behind those palm trees.

one of the students was martin's 17—year—old son, gabriel.

he's already resigned himself to the near certainty of his death.

"every parent hopes for a son", he said.

"now i just want to recover his body, for a proper burial in my home town."

the collective loss suffered by the people of this city is incalculable.

help is on the way now.

it will be needed for a very long time.

more than 70,000 people have been displaced as a result of the disasters and thousands

of people are now trying to leave the island, heading to the airport, which has been shut

for commercial flights until very recently.

the airport has become somewhat of a makeshift hospital as well.

they want a way out, but for many camped overnight at palu's airport, there's no prospect of

leaving.

after the tsunami, thousands flocked here, hoping to be airlifted.

but five days on, rani and her family of 20 are still here, still waiting.

she told me that they felt the tremors continue.

she's so worried another earthquake will come, she won't go inside the terminal, in case

it collapses. and you can see why.

inside, walls have fallen, the building has buckled.

it may not look like it, but this airport is stilljust about able to function, despite

bricks falling from the wall, broken glass, tangled metal over in the baggage hall.

this is the only airport anywhere near the disaster zone, so it simply has to keep going.

the airport has also become a makeshift hospital, using the medical aid that's been flown in,

but there are reminders everywhere that the death toll is rising.

in the middle of all this, commercial flights have resumed, check in done by hand.

most likely... this man has tickets for his whole family to leave, afraid that law and

order in the city has broken down.

even the government was being attacked, and when you were driving into car, you are constantly

in fear

of living, because you don't really know what's going to happen next.

aid for those who remain is now getting through.

tomorrow, shelter kits and solar lanterns will be flown from britain.

many here, help can't come soon enough.

this happened to me..." you sound good but you've got to have corroborating evidence.

and despite the controversy his remarks have provoked there's no rolling back at the white

house today.

he's pointing out factual inconsistencies.

do you have corroboration for her claims? have you found...? excuse me, can you fill

in her memory gaps or her factual inconsistencies? that is part of the evidence gathering process

in any hunt for truth.

but this will be decided by senators on capitol hill and key republicans who will vote on

the outcome were left uneasy.

to discuss something this sensitive in a political rally is just not right.

it's just not right.

who is only the fifth woman to ever win a nobel prize in chemistry. and those are the

let's get more on our top story now.

my colleague mariko oi is in palu, and has been speaking to the country director of the

organisation, islamic relief.

she asked him about the challenges facing its operations in the city.

islamic relief has been here since the last four days. and when we arrived, we already

have some challenges in terms of logistics.

but luckily, we brought some logistical items here.

so we have already distributed food, tarpaulins and also generators for the people, because

the situation is dark.

i saw quite a number of people who are asking for food and also for water.

it was lucky we could bring some items with us.

you have been doing this kind

of rescue operation at other disasters as well.

what's been, in your view, the biggest challenge in palu?

i think a number of challenges i have spotted out here since i came here.

the first one is that coming to this area is not that easy.

i've been around for the last two days.

i took a hercules, but i couldn't make it with the military, so i took a commercialflight.

psychologically, we are not really prepared.

we heard about looting, we heard about something happening on the ground, so we need to prepare

our psychological aspect also.

but with my experience and with the team also readiness, we could come here.

first, it is about logistics.

it is not easy to find the logistics here.

palu is actually in the middle, 18 hours if the road it is ok. logistically, we come from

further than that.

logistics is an issue.

the psychological situation of the people to come here is another issue.

i think this is something different.

in lombok, we have a team there, i saw many people they are, the humanitarian actors and

also the local communities, they came with their aid, with their family they came back.

but here, we didn't find it.

the road is very empty.

those are the things.

also, infrastructure, electricity.

electricity is a big challenge.

it has been quite a while, almost a week.

only some spots with light.

lucky for that, thanks to god for that.

most other areas are still dark.

also the humanitarian workers are not easy to come.

the logistics is not easy to find.

electricity is there, and connection. and gasoline, 0k? it's quite complex here.

that's why not many humanitarian organisations are coming here.

the country director of the aid organisation islamic relief, nanang dirja, speaking to

my colleague mariko oi in palu. a syrian man who spent nearly seven months living in a

malaysian airport has been removed and placed in police custody.

hassan al—kontar's situation made headlines earlier this year after it emerged that he

had been living in kuala lumpur international airport, echoing the tom hank's movie, the

terminal.

reporter heather chen has been following the story.

so right now he is currently in police custody in malaysia and he'll be remanded

for the next 14 days.

after which i understand that authorities are investigating his case and will be working

with the embassy, the syrian embassy in malaysia to send him back home to syria.

you met him several months ago, how did he get into this situation?

well, we first were introduced in april, when his story broke in march, but we kept in contact.

he has been very consistent in telling me it's all about his dream to live as a free

man, and not as someone who is an agent of war in syria.

so that is basically his quest.

he's been to ecuador and cambodia wanting to find a free life, but bviously he was unsuccessful

and he was stuck in malaysia.

stuck in malaysia for seven months, how was he able to live at the

airport with no money? as you can imagine, he was mainly living off the kindness of strangers.

a lot of aeroplane food left over and showering in the handicap toilet, and sleep was terrible.

he brought me to show me his area where he slept, it was under the staircase in the airport

and it was constant airport announcements and bright lights and he lost a lot of weight

actually doing that.

the weather for the next couple of days is looking fairly benign before something a bit

more active appears during the course

of the weekend, with some pretty heavy and persistent rain for some.

the pressure chart, as we head into thursday, shows high pressure dominating the scene for

most.

this weather system will continue to encroach into the far north—west corner into the

country to bring increasing breeze, cloud, and outbreaks of rain.

further south, mainly dry bar the odd light shower around, bit of early mist and fog which

should clear through the morning.

much like wednesday we should see the clouds thin and break and some sunny spells. the

wind lighter across the south, turning stronger across this north—west corner, where it

will be cool.

further south, given some sunshine, this warm air mass, it could make 17—19 or perhaps

20 degrees.

heading through thursday night, the weather front in the north—west sinks further southwards

and comes

to a halt across central parts of the country.

here it will be wet. to the north clear and quite cold.

to the south, variable cloud and mild conditions.

friday we will have a 3—way split.

we continue to see this weather front through central areas, bringing outbreaks of rain

to northern england and parts of wales. to the south of it, given some sunny spells,

again that mild air mass is going to be quite warm, temperatures around 20—21 degrees.

to the north of the weather front, scotland and northern ireland, largely dry but cool.

10—12 degrees.

still some uncertainty on the weekend weather.

it looks like this developing area of low pressure will bring a spell of very wet weather,

primarily to england and wales, much of scotland and northern ireland, bar the off shower should

stay largely dry on saturday with some sunshine.

it could be very wet across parts of england and wales, particularly central, southern,

and eastern england.

up to an inch in spots.

it will be quite cool generally across the board.

across the far south—east we could see temperatures in the high teens, before the cooler, wetter

weather moves in from the west. on sunday, that area of low pressure pushes off into

the new continent.

a ridge of high pressure builds.

we could see a window of fine weather before the next weather system makes inroads across

the north—west corner of the uk.

meanwhile, a clearance across the south—east.

winds picking up across the north—west.

elsewhere, it should be fairly light.

in the sunshine, it won't feel too bad.

temperatures ranging from 12 to 15 degrees.

so the weekend is certainly going to be a mixed one.

there will be quite a lot of rain for some of us.

there will be some spells of sunshine as well.

it will not be a complete washout.

came back and we ended up going for skiing together and today's the third

time I'm gonna meet Omar so we're gonna go for lunch and probably later I might

go to one of the best skate parks that you ever saw it's called x2 bar so stay

there and let's see what happens for now let me just show you a little bit more

of my 27th floor let me see if I can show you this

yep it is so hot outside that the cameras things it's about 40 degrees so

we'll see mommy can skate meanwhile I just finished editing the first video

about is uncuffed now this is my favorite it's a beautiful mauvy pink

shade and it swatches wonderfully so if you really like the NARS liquid

lipsticks you're really going to like this formula uncuffed delivers instant

flawless pigmentation and as you can see here no lip liner is needed to get those

crisp clean lines that we all like this is a perfect mauvy pink and I am truly

in love with this shade out of the four new fenty stunna lip paints this one is my

favorite and it's what I'm going to be wearing to all my holiday parties to

intensify the color I'm going in with a second layer and because this formula

feels just like water a second layer will not weigh your lips down and just

like that we're left with this beautiful romantic mauvy pink shade perfect for

daytime and nighttime wear next up we have

unveil which is this beautiful brown shade perfect for fall time in this

holiday season and I do have to say that unveil this look ten times better on

the lips then on the actual packaging I love that it's not too dark but it's not

too light so I truly believe this is a universal Brown so no matter what your

skin tone is you can rock this and oh my god check out that color

it's truly irresistible I love it and just like our mother Pat McGrath would

say it is major the next stunna lip paint we're going to be talking about is

unbutton and this is the most interesting one out of all of them and I

say this because it's a very fair nude shade I do think it can stand on its own

if you are bold with it but I feel like I would personally apply it with a lip

liner if I were applying it on myself or on my other clients although I have seen

this color on a very deep skin tone and I thought I looked absolutely stunned

so that being said it's a very versatile color perfect to be worn alone or with a

lip liner it's also a perfect shade to ombre your other colors with more of

that later in the video and our next stunna lip shade is uninvited and there is

no surprise here at mrs. Fenty is a very classy lady with an edge so she had to

bring out the lace and whips with this matte black shade and it kind of has a

blue undertone although I wish that he gave me a little bit more pigmentation

magic happens with that second layer on the second layer you do get so much more

pigment in terms of intensity so if you want that dark black I just burned my

ex-husband's house down a second layer of the fant istana lip paint is gonna do

it uninvited is not for the faint of heart

it's bold and it says I'm here and I'm here without an invitation

and our first stunna lip paint combo is going to be unveil and unbutton and

after applying unveil I want to apply unbutton on the center and just kind of

like dab my lips together to spread out the color and after covering the center

of my lips with a fair amount of unbutton I'm going to go ahead and take

my finger and then start dabbing on the center and working my way outward and

this dabbing motion is going to be what's going to blend the two shades

together I'm going to work in layers to build my ombre effect and I'm going to

be using the same technique on all of my layers I'm going to start the

application of unbutton on the center of my lips and then I'm going to blend it

with my fingers into unveil two layers of unbutton will give you a great ombre

but because I'm extra I'm going in with a third layer of unbutton to really

accentuate the ombre effect on my lips and we check it out it is truly stunning

it's a stunna combination our next stunna lip paint combination is uncuffed and unbutton and

I'm going to use the same technique as I did before except the base of my lips is

going to be uncuffed and then I'm going to add layers of unbutton on the center

that way I can build an intensity of my ombre and this is going to be a more

subtle ombre but beautiful and nonetheless

I love mixing my liquid lipsticks together to create an ombre effect I do

feel like it makes my lips look larger and I also think that it adds an

artistic edge to any makeup look and our third and final stunning lip combination

is going to be uncuffed and uninvited and in honor of Halloween we're going to

do an animal inspired lip I am going to fill my lips using uninvited and I'm

going to use about two layers to really intensify the pigment and for this look

I'm going to use uncuffed on my bottom lip to create that illusion of an animal

lip to connect the top lip with the nose I'm going to do two stripes on my top

lip and I'm using the Stila liquid eyeliner this is the micro tip I'm then

going to take my uninvited from the paint and I'm going to fill the top of

my nose in the shape of an animal notes and to do this I started at the base of

the nose and then I worked my way upwards to shape it as if it were a bear

nose a cheetah nose whatever you want to think of it as and to make it more

animal-like I decided to draw three dots on both sides of my top lip and for this

I use my English el eyeliner in number 77 and just like that you can create a

animal inspired makeup look using your fenty stunna lip paint shades and that

Apply Banana Face Mask on Your Skin and See the Magic | Get Fair, Clear and Glowing Flawless Skin - Duration: 3:15.

Hi friends, Today I will share with you a miracle home remedies to get fair, clear and

gloinf flawless skin.

I use banana paste, yogurt, honey and lemon juice.

Bananas contain good amounts of vitamin C that helps in maintaining the natural and

youthful glow of the skin.

You can bring back the lost glow using these face masks.

The lactic acid present in yogurt inhibits the production of an enzyme called tyrosinase.

This enzyme is responsible for the production of melanin.

Melanin is what causes your skin tone to darken.

Honey is an excellent antibacterial ingredient.

This property makes it effective against issues such as acne and infection, keeping your skin

clear.

So before starting, please subscribe my channel and press the bell icon, so that you don�t

miss any of my videos.

1st take a banana and cut the banana small pieces.

Then grind the banana pieces.

Now take 2 tablespoon banana paste.

Add 1 tablespoon yogurt.

Add 1 tablespoon milk powder.

Add 1 tablespoon honey.

Add some lemon juice.

Mix it well.

Now apply this mixture on your face and neck.

Leave it for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, wash your face with water.

Banana is rich in potassium and moisture; it will hydrate and moisturizes dry skin,

making it soft and supple.

If your skin is peeling and dry, simply apply a banana face mask on your face.

If you've got oily greasy skin, use a simple banana face mask with lemon juice and honey.

Banana is a great exfoliate which helps slough off excess sebum on skin surface.

It also contains and contains moisture, potassium, and vitamins E and C, which all promote clear

glowing skin.

Lemon has Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is a natural exfoliant which can help to lighten

the skin and improve skin tone.

The upper layer of the skin is exfoliated by the acid, removing old skin cells including

old cells with dark pigmentation.

Milk powder contains lactic acid which has strong bleaching properties.

This face pack helps peel off the dull, dead skin cells, to expose a layer of new and healthy

skin cells.

The vitamin C content of orange juice also possesses skin lightening properties which

will help fade dark patches and marks.

in today's video I will show you

how to fix a double clicking Mouse

so stay tuned

I recently shifted from using a

wireless mouse to a normal wired mouse

because after every two months

I had to replace the batteries

and as I usually use it

in a desktop environment

it hardly matters to me

have a wireless or wired mouse

so I shifted to a wired mouse

but the issue was that the wired mouse that I had

was a bit ancient kind of

old

so this if you can see down

according to the QC

this Mouse was produced in 2006

but still it worked quite well

the only problem that it had was

at sometimes the mouse double clicked

even when I pressed just once

the computer registered twice

or sometimes more than twice

so that was a big problem actually

it was not only irritating

but it caused several web applications to

either give us an error message

especially banking applications

which are very particular

to fix this I searched the web

and I found couple of videos

and couple of online blogs

and all of them suggested that

either you have to replace the mouse

or you have to repair it internally

by tingling with the hardware

that is the microswitch

so basically what issue is

in this particular scenario is

for every click the mouse has

there is a micro-switch inside

and the mechanism for this switch

is something like

a spring action happens

based on a metal a bent metal plate

so what happens with time

either due to dirt or due to corrosion

the metal plate gets affected and

instead of pressing twice

like this contact should actually just register two times

that is when we press and when we release

but instead of registering two times

making contact with these two metal pins twice

it sometimes

in the middle also it makes contact

that registers as a second click

so that is the main problem

and the true fix for this issue is

basically either replacing this micro switch

or you open it up and then clean it up

and make sure that the switch is not corroded

so I found several people online

showing me how to do that

but that I thought was too cumbersome

and I found out a very simple solution

and this didn't require me to open the mouse

so stay tuned

and I will show you step-by-step

how you can easily fix your double clicking Mouse

so for performing solution

that I'm going to suggest

you will have to download a software

the name of the software is

X mouse button control

it's quite a weird name but that's the name

X mouse button control

and the download link will be down

in the video description

and on clicking on that link

this page will open up

and you just have to click on this

latest version

so download this installation setup file

by clicking on the latest version link

and after doing that

you'll get a file like this

it's a simple Windows installation file

just follow the steps

next next and

since I have already installed

I will not reinstall it

I will cancel out from this setup

after installing you will get this

on running the program

you will get this kind of interface

so this will open up in your status bar

this icon will show up

X mouse button

just right click

and click on setup

and this window will pop up

and only 2-3 settings that you have to change

you don't have to bother about all these settings

the first thing that we will do is

we will go in settings

over here click on settings

and then go in advanced

over here advanced

okay

and then you can see over here

I have enabled

de-bounced ignored rapid mouse button clicks

so what this basically does is

its a kind of a timer

and for that time frame

no matter how many clicks

the mouse says it has clicked

it will only register one click

so that is the way this software works

so it captures the mouse clicks

and for a certain time duration

the clicks that are registered is

just a single one click

so it collects all the clicks

and shows to the OS that

only one click has been clicked by the mouse

so that is how we'll fix this problem

so you just enable this

and the main part is

identifying the time duration

so if you make this timeline

very very large

it's in milliseconds if you make it 1 second

then it will solve the double-clicking problem

but it will make it looks lag a lot

and a lot means it will not be usable

so you have to make sure that

timeframe

that is for the registration of the click

is not very large

but is not so small

that it skips those extra clicks

so to identify that exact time frame

I'll show you a very simple method

you just have to go in control panel

so open control panel

and then go down

and here Mouse

click and the open up Mouse

and then open up buttons

so what we have to do is

you have to make this double click speed to fast

that is the highest setting possible

that is fast

okay

after doing that click apply

okay now what you have to do is

we have to make sure that

this time exactly fits the double clicking time

so first you start with 100 millisecond

so make the setting 100 millisecond

click OK

and click apply

ok

and after that

you just click once on this folder icon

and if it opens up

it means that 100 milliseconds

is not perfect for you

and to avoid your double clicks

so you just raise it by 50 milliseconds more

so next time you try 150 milliseconds

you keep raising it by 50 milliseconds

until and unless the double click stops

so I will see with 100

and I am clicking once as you can see

there are no ghost double clicks happening

so for me it works for 100 milliseconds

for you it might work for

a 150 or 200 or 250 or 300 milliseconds

ok after doing this

the side effect you can say

of solution that I have suggested

you will no longer be able to double click with your mouse

because we have made the double click speed too

fast

also the software makes

multiple clicks looks as a single click

so to solve that issue

we can use this software again

and we can convert a button

to register the double click

so what I have done is

I have converted my middle button

that is my mouse wheel button

to use as a double click

to do that is very simple

go on layer 1

and under this middle button

just select double click

ok

so after doing that

just select that and apply

so what this will do is

now instead of double clicking

you have to just single click on the middle mouse button

and it will register as a double click

so let me show you

now the folder icon will open and close

you see

so it's actually more convenient

instead of clicking twice

I just have to click once

and it works

so that fixes that

but still it's not perfect

you cannot select with your mouse

this particular feature doesn't work

as soon as you remove the mouse

the selection sometimes gets unselected

this time it worked

but sometimes it doesn't work

so mouse down selection

sometimes works sometimes doesn't work

but other than that

it works perfectly

and I have no issue of web apps not responding

or giving me error message

or weird double clicks

that are annoying

this fixes that problem pretty well
