BREAKING Police Report Just Released Destroys Kavanaugh Accuser's Life Forever
we did find one incident in which it is alleged that mr. Cavanaugh threw ice at
someone however and to be very clear it is alleged that the injury to that
person occurred when a glass was thrown at him mr. Cavanaugh was not the person
named does the person who did that New Haven police officers releasing a 33
year old police report about a bar fight alleging allegedly involving Brett
Kavanaugh as the left continues to hammer him about it accusing him of
throwing ice this happened back in 1985 allegedly right but should that prevent
someone from sitting on the High Court former federal prosecutor Francie Hakes
joins us right now Francie so we have this incident and
some others people looking back to 1985 to find out what kind of justice he'll
be does this matter I think it matters only to one side of the political aisle
and not the other and not to most of the American people I mean throwing ice on
someone if it's even a crime would have been a misdemeanor the statute of
limitations is long gone it's just sort of absurd at this point I feel like
crazy how do we get to this point because at first it was sexual
accusations and now it's accusations of him throwing ice bar fights drinking too
much in high school and planning parties I think a flee we're where we are now
because those sexual assault allegations have not stuck
there's no corroborating evidence to any of them the third one with Julie sweat
Nick is downright farcical on its face and internally inconsistent she's
already backed away from some of her claims and so I think what's happening
now is those sexual assault allegations have not been proven they haven't stuck
to Kavanagh and so now the Democrats are trying to find anything they can to
discredit him ahead of the vote and what you told our producers is that there is
one problem you know because he testified they didn't drink too much he
never had never blacked out and you they want to show a series of incidents it
shows people thought he did drink too much and he did black out how do you
prove someone didn't remember something 34
years ago but that's what they're trying to show that he didn't tell the truth
right well you can't show something did or didn't especially happen 36 years ago
so what they're left with is accusing him of lying to the Senate and that's
really all they can do now is try and say well some people allege you were a
blackout drunk you say you weren't a blackout drunk and that means we can't
trust you but it's happening on both sides because now you have dr. Ford's
ex-boyfriend who's coming out saying she's lying and she lied and during the
hearing yeah the whole situation has gotten so ugly I have net you know I've
followed supreme court confirmations for decades and I have never seen anything
like this even the clarence thomas hearings don't come close to what's
happening here and you're right both sides you're trying to decry discredit
everyone francy hates you of there's nothing to discredit about you thanks so
much for your insight appreciate it
yes this jets in the New York Times says Brett Kavanaugh once threw ice cubes in
a bar I know ice frozen water shaped like
cubes obviously we can't have this fiend on the Supreme Court if he treats ice
like a weapon what might he do with a snow cone now The Times admits the
writer of this piece had once on Twitter deemed Cavanaugh a threat to society the
times cause calls using this writer in error mostly because they got caught
once again but it's ice maybe they do want to abolish ice so you see what's
going on here it's called the list when initial incidents are uncorroborated you
build a menu of even more incomplete items to create an illusion of
corroboration first ice then no geez and finally jaywalking talk about a petty
criminal meanwhile accuser number three who faced a few allegations of her own
fails to navigate a queue a you know her lawyer q-ball Superman might want to
hold off on the presidential run for now which reminds me of a joke what's the
difference between a drunk and a journalist journalists blackout when
sober faced with facts they hate they pass out like those fainting goats this
amnesia oddly only blocks out stuff that doesn't fit their desires sweat Nick
Ford's inconsistencies Feinstein's foul play Rachel Mitchell Michels memo this
is what the media's done to America the only accusations that matter are against
conservatives no burden of proof no need for a witness all you need is an
accusation and that accuser then becomes the prosecutor the left accused then
punished for the cause something we saw in the Soviet Union and mouth' China are
we there yet we aren't but the press is Tucker
welcome to the show very exciting to have you here yes to be here yes so I
just read that Cavanaugh won't be returning to Harvard to teach so anyone
saying that this is just a job interview and not some career destroying
Inquisition is lying right the children at Harvard don't want him yeah and in
fact I think some have filed suit under title 9 saying his very presence is an
active hostility to the idea of equality or something
this is one those moments I've seen a couple in 49
years where mass hysteria overtakes us all and I keep thinking as I'm watching
these news reports done by a lot of people I know yeah we're decent smart
people this is gonna be like waking up with that tattoo 15 years from now and
you're like I'm not even sure what these tribal signs stand for and at the time
it seemed deep insignificant and now it's just embarrassing people are saying
things and attaching significance to things that are ludicrous that adults
should dismiss out of hand is not meaningful this is a guy who's written
over 300 opinions as a federal judge yeah none of them are under debate
instead we're talking about as a yearbook page and ice cubes and totally
unfounded allegations it's just embarrassing I believe there's a liberal
case against Brett Kavanaugh a real one I gotta agree this ideas here's why
right we're not hearing that it's this garbage yeah you know Dana has a tribal
tattoo so you're gonna have to apologize
there's that one time I woke up with tattoo what do you know you grew up in
Colorado which I believe has snow you probably packed up packed a hard
snowball are you willing to confess it to any snowball fights you know my
grandfather who was a rancher he was against snow balls because he had
actually seen a boy have his eye put out by a snow it's always the I do wonder
what that what will happen with when they find out that he you know how to
put a spit ball into a young girl's pigtails in front of him then yeah then
we will know that the nomination is over are the American public seeing this for
what it is well it depends yeah I don't know I I don't know I think that they're
seeing a lot of it what was interesting was yesterday I saw a posting about
interaction on social media about this issue the number one sites for all those
interaction number one Fox News number two most Breitbart number three and four
I think we're Ben Shapiro then you hit like Fox News again like so in terms of
engagement people who are talking about this interacting about this yes it is
absolutely penetrating I think on the right for sure but I think it's also
true on the left and you'll see that you've seen in the fundraising numbers
certainly for Democrats they are raising a ton of money I don't know so I think
it helps them in the Senate but it could help them win back the house
Jessie would you like to respond react to some sound on tape of Donald Trump
talking about this sure why don't we do that let's do it all right I wanted to
ask first okay you have my permission well I'd say that it's a very scary time
for young men in America when you can be guilty of something that you may not be
guilty of this is a very very is a very difficult time what's happening here has
much more to do than even the appointment of a Supreme Court justice I
think he hit the nail on the head although I'm not worried about anything
I don't think men in this country are that much under assault but I will say
this he does have a good point that any allegation can bring anybody down if
this is the environment we're living in but let's just get this straight so
someone throws ice at someone at a bar and Democrats want the FBI to
investigate yes and Hillary Clinton's classified emails wound up on Anthony
Weiner's laptop two weeks before the election and the Democrats say no FBI
don't investigate the more and more I hear about Brett Kavanaugh the more and
more I kind of like Brett Kavanaugh Brett Kavanaugh likes beer the Democrats
have come out against beer think about that this is probably the dumbest thing
they did since they came out against the national anthem last year this is
terrible politics it sounds like they want to bring back prohibition and the
last time I checked ed Kennedy had a few drinks and things didn't go too well and
then the way second Bill Clinton was credibly accused of rape by juanita
Broderick and remember how NBC treated that they spiked the Juanita Broderick
story and they just went full-on with this woman's claims and this woman's
being run by as you call him the creepy porn lawyer who's riddled in debt and is
running for president as a Democrat none of her alibis check out she's got a
history of lies and lawsuits and I'm thinking to myself
NBC News spiked the Ronan Farrow story about wanting and they go with this so
they have no standards over there no it's so true one you can respond to
Jesse or I or you can answer my question isn't avenatti the best thing that could
happen to Republicans they're certainly making him into that good
a whipping boy you would think he was Nancy Pelosi by the time they're done
well has he done anything good for the Democrats I don't know I mean clearly
avenatti had stormy Daniels I don't think that's a very figure she said I'm
going where it's my cue ball here oh oh but let me just say Jesse's yes that's
these protests cease affection for judge Kavanagh as a fellow frat boy I think
that's so that's what it is because this story unlike what you guys are talking
about is about the judges credibility and if he's in the bar engaging with bar
fights and you say throwing ice to make the big deal no this is a guy who says
he was a choirboy he said nothing like this was going on said he was a choirboy
basically did say he was a car beery like beer that's what the choirboy in
the president's comment great yes oh these are scarier times scary times for
young men and then Don junior Don juniors on record saying he's more
afraid for his sons than he is for his daughters Wow
so in other words professor Ford who steps forward puts her name out there
comes forward and testifies before Congress
professor Ford oh no your trauma your difficulty your lifetime of trauma is to
be no what we're really worried about is the boys how ridiculous is this one wise
boy you haven't you have sons when you were eight want the net due process this
is not he was not charged with a crime this is about him going to the Supreme
Court public opinion states to be worse and
here's the thing Greg if you put someone on you say oh well that he lied did he
dissemble oh so he says that
specifically he said he had no knowledge about this New Yorker article and it
turns out guess what he's trying to get people to refute now they are
questioning you you said like many say that this is not a legal proceeding it's
a job interview therefore due process doesn't apply the rules of basic
fairness don't apply is that really the standard you want due process isn't is a
legal term for fairness yeah if I accuse you of something I have to show that you
did it that doesn't just apply to court that applies how you raise your kids how
you deal with your wife and your co-workers do we really suspend that
because Democrats want power I mean you actually comfortable that's not about
the spending because Democrats want powered suspending the idea that somehow
this you're to have the rules of a criminal
procedure says you're accused prove you're innocent are you it's not they
actually said that out loud are you know that's not you I mean you are getting it
the real I'm not I'm quoting it let me by the way you are not as attractive as
most people who sit in this needs to clarify what you say there is something
that is unfair about this suggestion that Brett Kavanaugh was trying to coach
people through text messages so that they would corroborate a story like that
they knew was come out of New Yorker that is it's not the case that is not
what happened and having been the spokesperson for Robertson a leader let
me just tell you like for example you have so many press questions coming at
you about things that might have happened like John Roberts the big
scandal was that he was a member of the Federalist Society what do I have to do
I got it calls him I was like was John Roberts a member that's real society
like what happened there did he give a speech there like I'm trying to figure
it out so yes I have to ask them about it it's not because you're trying to
squash a story that's unfair it's not you know the best defense I thought you
were going to say it's possible that the reporter for The New Yorker was in touch
with his advisors and maybe even him and then he reached out to people but
remember Dana he testified that he knew nothing about this until testified he
didn't know and the specific allegation was he had gotten wind that this woman
was calling around you know why she was calling around because she didn't know
it was Cavanaugh she was saying to her friends hey you know what was a
Cavanaugh I'm not really sure so he had gotten wind something was coming down
the pipeline so he said to some of his buddies hey you know like I didn't do
anything let's make sure I just like the fact that Jesse is doing the old symbol
for a telephone
one last thing right oh my god you're killing me too much for you great but I
know you don't want to hear the other side we're three minutes over okay we
have to talk about Tucker's book all right president truck you know big
mammoth rats and his potential 2020 photo as a starter parts ahead
thank you god bless you and God bless america

someone throws ice at someone at a bar and Democrats want the FBI to
investigate yes and Hillary Clinton's classified emails wound up on Anthony

Commemorating October 4th Declaration anniversary in Pyeongyang - Duration: 1:34.
When the leaders of the two Koreas met for the first time in April, they agreed to hold
joint events on major shared anniversaries.
June 15th couldn't be celebrated due to the lack of preparation time.
But the two Koreas held family reunions marking their National Liberation Day on August 15th...
and are now celebrating October 4th together.
Choi Si-young looks at why today is a significant date for the two Koreas.
In October, 2007,...
South Korea's then-President Roh Moo-hyun made a three-day trip to Pyeongyang... for
a summit with North Korea's then-leader Kim Jong-il.
Their meeting led to the second inter-Korean summit agreement, the October 4th Declaration.
The date that they adopted that declaration has become another major shared anniversary
for the two Koreas in addition to June 15th, the 2000 summit agreement date; and August
15th, the National Liberation Day.
The October 4th Declaration stipulated that the two Koreas build trust, end military hostilities
and work towards permanent peace.
It also mentioned expanding economic cooperation and exchanges in fields from science to culture...
as well as dealing with humanitarian issues like holding reunions for war-torn families.
But after the Roh Moo-hyun administration, Seoul went through two consecutive terms of
conservative presidents... and ten years of icy relations with the North.
Marking October 4th together is one of the steps agreed on at the latest September summit.
Delegations from South and North Korea, not only from the government but from all corners
of society, will attend the event on Friday.
Choi Si-young, Arirang News.

Bank Hopping, A Red Seal Note and a Nickel Hunt! - Duration: 9:19.
I'm gonna go and do a nickel hunt today because I'm still looking to complete or
get closer to completing my buffalo nickel set
alright guys I'm pretty
happy right now I'm not gonna lie I went into that chase think that had the Red
Seal notes last time they know I come in every single week she's holding stuff
from him when she can as soon as I walked and she saw me sit Rob I got
something you'll like let me flip the camera and show who we got and let's
also do a half dollar hunt in the car cuz I gotta roll those that a customer
brought in so I'm pretty excited got eighty five and once because I walked
into this Chase Bank and they gave me another Red Seal it's toast but it's a
Red Seal five 1953 and I will take it serial numbers not special but I won't turn
down a Red Seal note she also said a customer brought in a roll of halves so
I'm excited to take a look at it hopefully it's not what a mind back cuz
it wouldn't surprise me if someone's getting my halfs and then bringing them
into a bank but figured I have you here we miles we'll take a look maybe I get
lucky and Sports of silver let's take a peek alright I'm not seeing any edges
that look silvery so let's just take a little look here on this first stack
yeah that's looking like regular half dollars to me let's take a look at the
last little bit here see if we can get lucky yeah I didn't expect to find any
silver half so it would have been nice to compliment it but we got a red five
got some halves I'll check these ones for some cool steel numbers and I'll let
you don't find anything so that ended up not being too bad at a hunt let me go
ahead and show you what we got here first bill is a 2013 but it is a trinary
three zeros and ones I do like the way it looks with all those zeros and threes
the second bill I found is a 1985 nothing special about it but it is an
80s bill so we're gonna hold on to that one next bill was a 1999 I'll be tossing
it back we just wanted to show you find another old
and then look at this a 1993 star note I'll check its rarity here in a second
and then we also found another star note 2013 nothing special with a sail number
but two star notes ones in 93 got a cool 85 bill in a trinary and the
Red Seal that's a pretty good amount of fines for $85 in ones let me go ahead
now and check the rarity of these two star notes
alright so both star notes are part of 3.2 billion print runs but I'm okay with
that I'm just happy to have a 1993 star note that might be my first or my second
so that's pretty cool anyway that's why it pays to ask the bank tellers or at
least let them know that you collect old things you never know what they're gonna
hold for you so I made another stop at another chase bank and asked that they
had anything old they didn't so I just got myself a box and nickels and I
always get asked or at least I've been asked recently why I don't ever open up
my nickels and pennies on camera and basically this because I don't want it
ready deposit the box somewhere else but I thought you know what let's go ahead
and get this box and nickels open on camera just for funsies let's take a
look all right box and nickels are right here we are gonna open this on camera
still in front of the Chase Bank that way if I need to go back in I can go
back in and say you know what I didn't need nickels I needed dimes play the
game but we do have a circulated box and we will be hunting this definitely I
can't see any Enders by peeking down the side really but I'll take a closer look
and then I'll bring you back in if something's cool is found just peeking
through the first set of rolls and I tore it trying to get it to be exposed
for you guys but we do a 47 Endor so that's a good sign
let me look at the other side see if we see something else all right I don't see
anything else as far as Enders but you know you never know for sure because
you've taken a sideways look into the box but it's good to see a 47 under
we're gonna be doing a nickel hunt today like I said in the beginning of the
video for most of you have been following me you know the
I'm still working on completing or filling my buffalo nickel album from
just coin rule hunting both of these books are only from carnival hunting and
if we go to the Jefferson nickel I've got every single Jefferson nickel that
is regular strike in here I'm missing only from clutter hunting a few proofs
I need a 71 s I need a 79 s and then I need an 84 s a 90 s a 92 s a 93 s and
then quite a few in the 90s and 2000's obviously 94 96 97 99 2001 and 2003 this
book goes to 2003 it's the regular era Jefferson nickel profile not the one
started to know for so just some proof nickels but those aren't regular strikes
so this book is done but I'm always looking up great nickels that I find as
well as completing the rest of the proofs from coin running my buffalo
nickel set I still need quite a bit especially in the early dates remember
this is just from corner hunting now I do have about 20 to 25 buffalo nickels
that need to be nikka dated and maybe I can fill some of these spots that are in
here but yeah just that quick glance and I'm not gonna go to war now I've got a
lot of them but I've got quite a few more to go to complete it so we're
always don't look out for buffalo nickels and ones I don't have more
specifically that being said hoping to find some silver some Buffalo's maybe a
v nickel Lord willing a shield nickel but I'll take some proofs some early
Jeffersons and anything that is different odd or form and then finally
it's always nice getting some key dates or some errors and varieties alright
no.4 ambling you know what I'm looking for
I've already cracked open the box it is circulated this is one of the boxes that
needs to be straightened out because it's bulging a little bit so a few the
roll slit down and after looking inside here to see if it was
circulated I noticed there was a 47 under I believe somewhere in the middle
of this down here second row so we'll be getting to that eventually the rest of
the Ender's I haven't seen yet looking forward to finding what we find in this
box let's kick off the hunt right now we're on a roll number nine we have
found three fifties nickels so far I don't know nine but we finally get our
first 40s nickel the box and it's a 46 philadelphia feels good to be on the
board let's find some more roll 14 guys and this is that 47 under I was talking
about in the beginning looks like a 47 philadelphia most nope
might be a denver nope just a philadelphia 47 good all fiat we're on
roll 27 towards the end of the roll and we've got a 39
is there a 39 s or a d here 39p par for the course for me but i have already
found everything so we'll take it roll 34 you got a 40s nickel right here
1946 philadelphia rolled 35 gonna have another 40s nickel and i think it's
another 46 denver this time though rule 41 got a 41 philadelphia one number 49
guys and we got a proof nickel here unfortunately it's a 74 s and i've got
one of those luckily I've got one as well cuz this is not in great shape but
still a proof nickel cool fine to the box not what I needed though well
another box of nickels is hunted no Buffalo's no silvers no V Nichols we
didn't get 309 s and a proof as well as six and the forty or five and the 40s
and a 39 and then we got 250 ones a 52 to 53 is a 54
a 56 a 58 and 359 s and a couple of nickels I'll check against my album so
basically an early Jefferson box nothing else nothing else really worth
mentioning no errors no varieties nothing like that still you gotta hunt
boxes like this add some coins to your collection and hope for that next big
box hopefully you enjoyed this quick home with me if you did I'd appreciate a
thumbs up and as always everyone happy hunting and thanks for watching

9 Tricks for Those Who Can't Sleep on Planes|HFE♪ - Duration: 8:08.
9 Tricks for Those Who Can't Sleep on Planes
The majority of people can't fall asleep on planes for various reasons that affect their sleep.
We will share some tips that can help you fall asleep.
Do you feel panic when you fly in a plane or do you simply not like it, and this keeps you from falling asleep when you really want to rest? Pay attention to these 9 tricks that we will show you to help you sleep on planes more easily.
Take flights at nighttime.
Whenever it is possible, take a flight at night so that it will be easier to fall asleep. If it coincides with your normal sleep schedule, you will sleep more easily.
Another tip is to sleep less than normal the night before your flight.
Wake up 2 or 3 hours earlier so that you are more tired.
You will travel more comfortably on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
If you can choose on which day you will fly, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the most comfortable days to fly.
Generally, there are much less people on the plane and, because of that, you will have more space around you.
Just the opposite happens on Fridays and holidays when a lot of people fly.
So, keep that in mind.
The window seat is the best option.
If you are one of those people who enjoys the aisle seat, you should change your preference because the window seat is the best.
By choosing the seat next to the window, you will be able to rest your head to the side without anyone bothering you.
It is also recommended that you avoid the seats that separate the different classes.
Although they give you more space, these seats are usually reserved for families with babies.
It will also be hard to fall asleep if you have a seat next to the restroom since there is a lot of traffic in and out of this area.
Recline your seat as much as possible.
Recline your seat as much as possible.
Of course, be sure that you are not bothering the passenger that is seated behind you.
Also, keep in mind that if you are seated on a flight for many hours at a ninety-degree angle, you could end up causing yourself a lot of pain.
Don't take down the tray table or rest your head on the seat in front of you because this can be bad for both your neck and your back.
Wear comfortable clothes.
It is important that you travel in comfortable clothes.
If you wear restrictive clothing, you won't be able to fall asleep.
You should also keep the temperature of the plane in mind.
Find out if the plane offers blankets and, if not, bring a jacket and warm socks with you or even a thin blanket with this trip in mind.
It will be hard to fall asleep if you are cold.
Buckle your seat belt well.
In order to sleep well, you have to be as comfortable as possible, as we have been telling you.
If you buckle your seat belt on top of your clothes or your blanket, that won't happen.
But, if you buckle your seat belt well, even if you experience turbulence, you'll be able to sleep and the flight attendant won't have to wake you up.
So, you won't even realize.
Think about bringing things to help you sleep.
Maybe you'll have an easier time falling asleep if you bring a few things that are made to help you sleep.
Keep in mind that, generally, the most annoying things on a plane when you want to sleep are lights and noise. So, think about bringing a sleep mask and ear plugs for the noise.
To keep your head and neck in a comfortable position, you'll have to bring a special pillow.
In urgent cases, you can always use a rolled up sweatshirt.
Turn off your electronic devices.
Always turn off your electronic devices if possible. Don't watch any movies since the light from the screen keeps your brain active and will make it harder to fall asleep.
If you want to keep yourself entertained, it is best to read.
Be careful about what your eat and drink.
Be careful about what you eat or drink on the plane.
If you want to sleep well, don't eat too much.
When it comes to your drinks, it is best to avoid energy drinks or coffee and opt for water or decaffeinated tea instead.

Things Labeled 'American' in Other Countries - Duration: 1:47.
Things Labeled "American" in other Languages America is certainly iconic, and a worldwide
brand of sorts, but it doesn't carry the same connotations everywhere.
Here are some things described with "American" in other countries.
In Spain, the versatile, do-anything tool we call duct tape is known as cinta americana,
or "American tape."
In French, a set of brass knuckles are le poing américain, or "the American fist."
In Russian, roller coasters are known as amerikanskie gorki, or "American mountains."
Interestingly, in most of the Romance languages they are known as "Russian mountains."
The Slovenians call cole slaw ameriška solata, or "American salad," as do other countries
in Eastern Europe.
In Poland Wolna amerykanka, or "free American," is a style of catch-as-catch-can, no-restrictions
wrestling.
The phrase also has the more general sense of "all bets are off" or anything goes.
In Dutch, a casual potluck where everyone brings a dish is called an amerikaanse fuif,
or "American party."
In Japanese, a hot dog is a hottodoggu, but a corn dog is an amerikandoggu.
In Italian, a tovaglia is a table cloth.
A tovaglietta all'americana, literally "little American tablecloth," is a placemat.
