GLOBETROTTERALPHA - THE NEXT TRAVEL TOUR PROJECT - Duration: 3:01.
Hello, I'm Jon Cohen, founder of Globetrotteralpha.
I'd like to welcome you to my hometown of Calgary Alberta, in Canada.
For the past 6 years I've been creating travel videos and sharing them through Globetrotteralpha's
online presence on Youtube, Vimeo and Facebook.
The intention in these travel videos, is to let you, the viewer, experience the places
I've had the pleasure of visiting in a more… realistic manner.
I try to achieve this by shooting in 4K ultra high definition as well as using a high quality
microphone to capture the natural sounds of the places I've filmed.
The first person point of view, using a camera stabilizer, is to help achieve the feeling
as though you, the viewer, are there with me.
and by not adding any commentary or music to the video, I believe that the audience can have
a more… immersive experience.
Up until now, all of Globetrotteralpha's videos were created and funded without the
help of sponsors or any other external financial support.
It's worked quite well up until this year but various changes, notably financial, have
made it difficult to continue creating these videos.
Which is why I've decided begin this Kickstarter project.
I'm here today to ask you, the audience, for your help in creating the next travel video
I'm very excited about this next travel video because it will take Globetrotteralpha to
a different part of the world where I've yet to film in, namely…East Asia.
The intention is to film 'Asia's World City', also known as…Hong Kong.
If you're willing to pledge 1 dollar or more towards this Kickstarter, it will help
a great deal in creating this travel video.
All of the funds shall go strictly towards the creation process, specifically travel
expenses such as flights, accommodation and food.
If this Kickstarter project is a success, I'm planning on filming it
in the next few months.
I intend to post regular updates during the creation process.

Garima welcomes you at GG's Platter.
And that again with very nice Paratha.
Only 4 ingredients that's it.
We'll be making Red Lachha Paratha
Without Refined Flour and of Red colour.
You want to see how? So come
First you meet with ingredients, as they are very simple.
Wheat Flour, Beetroot, Red Chilli Powder, Salt
Oil at the time of shallow frying.
Now beetroot is the one ingredient which will give us the colour.So firstly we'll grind it in mixer jar.
We have boiled and peeled this beetroot
If you'll take grated raw beetroot then it won't bleed much
So, cut it into small pieces, we'll take boiled beetroot
Place it in the mixer
Make a puree out of it and then we'll knead the wheat flour in it
So only beetroot, nothing added in it
Boil beetroot puree
As you can see some pieces are remaining in it
We want a paste so
We'll add a little bit of water because it doesn't have its own water content.
Let's help to get its paste by adding little bit of water.
And we'll turn it again
See, its beautiful coloured paste
So our beetroot paste is ready & now we'll knead the wheat flour with it
Here, I'm preparing for 1-2 only so I've taken 1/2 bowl Wheat Flour
Adding Salt
And adding Red Chilli Powder as it taste delicious to relish spicy hot paratha in chilling winters.
So instead of Green Chilli we'll use Red Chilli Powder since its Red Paratha.
Taking little more wheat flour
We'll not knead it with water instead we'll be using Beetroot Paste only
It has all the nutrients in it & it will help to increase haemoglobin.
Wheat flour can be kneaded in either food processor or with the hands
So let me mix it really well
As you can, entire wheat flour is into a nice big dough
So here we are taking some wheat flour for the dusting of the paratha
Take little bit more than which you usually take for making chapati.
Make a fine round ball with it
So that it doesn't have any cut.
We'll dust it with wheat flour so that it doesn't get stick to the board and rolling pin.
And as i roll it
You'll see some beetroot pieces and that's absolutely fine.
You want to keep them or take them out, its upto your liking.
Now we'll sprinkle some Oil all over it
Rub it gently
And roll this flatten wheat flour chapati
Take small rolls not bigger one
Now roll it with some pressure so that it get expand
Round it once again
This way we'll have layers (Lachha) & this is how our Lachha Paratha will be prepared.
So, here I press it here
Dust it with some wheat flour so that it doesn't get stick while rolling.
We'll roll it once again.
It will look odd in the shape because we want Lachha to be round, but that's absolutely fine.
After cooking the taste it what would matter
We don't have to make it very thin.
Placing it on the pan, turning the flame low and will cook it on very low flame.
Because it has lots of layers and it has to really cook well
This is cooked from one side, so we will turn it
Well let it cook on the low flame meanwhile this chapati will be ready to be a paratha.
Now we'll oil both the paratha the raw one and the one which is cooking.
So, here we'll put some oil and here also we shall be putting some oil
Spread it nicely
We'll apply some oil and will flip it up, meanwhile we'll work upon the raw paratha
And till the time its getting cooked, we'll prepare its layers.
So see again, very gently and now with the little bit of pressure
Nicely and again we'll be rolling it
Give pressure where it gets join with the chapati and will spread it
Let's flip it once again
And its cooked
Till the time its cooked up, this paratha will be ready to go
So, what we'll do , we'll just cut it into half
place it like this, wait for that paratha
Along with we;ll take some curd
You just make a cup of hot tea till the time I am just coming with this paratha.
So, here and yummy ... yummy
With Curd, Red Paratha
Full of nutrients, amazing, tasty, yummy only on GG's Platter.

Ripley's Believe It Or Not Pinball Review - Duration: 2:09.
Today we're gunna be playing Ripley's Believe it or Not Pinball.
Designed by Pat Lawlor and released by Stern in 2004, Ripley's Believe it or Not gets a
virtual emulation treatment with Farsight Studio's Pinball Arcade.
The object of the game is visit the 7 continents to complete challenges so you can collect
a letter in Ripley's.
Spell Ripley's and you get to travel to atlantis, which is heard is a good place to score.
The tables features 2 ramps, a third flipper, a variable push target, and a shrunken head.
It took me a few games to realize who was talking to me.
There's some ramp dividers on the top left that contains jewels for the 3-in-a-row bonus
in the middle of the playfield.
Some missions are easy like Australia and Asia that only take a few well timed shots
to complete.
Some continents are tough, and require to knock down all the tombstones or hit the head
6 times in a short window.You don't need to win the continent missions to move on, so
newcomers get to see alot of variety and multiball action.
Completing 7 missions to earn you a trip to atlantis is grueling, but not far fetched
if you plan to take 3 trips around the world beforehand, which makes this table more of
an endurance run, just keeping the balls in play.
Good thing there's plenty of opportunties to pick up extra balls.
The playfeild is wide considering how much stuff is on the table, so it makes juggling
pretty easy.
The sound and voices are also good.
They're so random.
It would liked to see fun facts or something to tie it all together.
The complexity of the table might throw some people off, it's hard at first to figure out
what event is being triggered and what to do next, but keeping the ball up should be
relatively easy for casuals.
Believe It or Not, Ripley's is an odd but likeable table, full of character.
Does anyone care to explain any references from the Ripley's franchise that are on the table?
Cause I have no clue.

Dive Conditions Report for Caloundra 28 December 2016 Sunshine Coast Queensland Australia #ScubaDive - Duration: 3:12.
Hey people of the interwebs it is Q
with another dive conditions midweek
report from the Caloundra Coast Guard
jetty. Fabulous conditions down here at
the Pumicestone Passage although it's
not looking as clean as I expected it
would be.
And it's not likely to clean up anytime
soon, so a drift dive is possibly out of
the question for Friday, Saturday or
Sunday of this week. Currently
experiencing fresh winds from the East
and as we move closer towards the
weekend it's going to be generally fresh
from the North Northeast with swells of
up to 4 meters, although any cloud cover
we have, will be clearing by the weekend.
And overlooking Kings Beach, the first
thing I notice on top of the water,
there's a lot of crypto, which means that
a lot of those people in the water on
the beach are going to end up with some
bad stomach infections or ear infections
at the very least. Visibility wise I would
estimate that you'd have a minimum
of 1 meter if you went in here today. So
once again its a fingers crossed situation
for the visibility cleaning up by the
weekend. And right on Kings Beach boat
ramp, we can see it's low tide and of
course visibility once again confirmed
to be less than a meter if you went in
today. The wind is feeling quite fresh
here and as I said previously for the
rest of the week and across the weekend
we're expecting it to blow from the
North Northeast which means that surface
conditions from this point of the coast
around to Moffat Beach are only gonna
get wavier and choppier. On Shelly Beach
the current Easterly wind making its
presence known. Some fairly big size
waves rolling in here and of course
stirring up the sediment from the bottom.
Zero visibility at this dive site and
certainly not good conditions if you
want an easy entry or exit. So as I
look at The Keyhole dive site, lots and
lots of big waves rolling into the beach
and lots of crypto spread across the
water surface and it all adds up to bad
dive conditions and zero visibility at
this dive site too.
It's more weeks and I care to remember
since I've had anything good to say
about Moffat Beach, but out of all the
places I've look at today Moffat actually
is the best.
Entry wise, surface wise and
visibility wise, but again you would only
get less than meters visibility if you
wanted to scuba dive today. Also still a
lot of crypto on the surface, in rather
large patches in this neck of the woods,
so staying out of the water would
probably be advisable. Your tide times for
this weekend. Saturday we have a high at
9:27 am and a low at 3:53 pm.
Sunday we have a high at 10:05 am and a
low at 4:33 pm. So in summary I
don't think the conditions are going to
clean up enough to give us any
visibility by the time the weekend rolls
around, so it looks like another weekend
of cancelled shore diving around the
Caloundra area. If you found this dive

GLOBETROTTERALPHA - THE NEXT TRAVEL TOUR PROJECT - Duration: 3:01.Hello, I'm Jon Cohen, founder of Globetrotteralpha.
I'd like to welcome you to my hometown of Calgary Alberta, in Canada.
For the past 6 years I've been creating travel videos and sharing them through Globetrotteralpha's
online presence on Youtube, Vimeo and Facebook.
The intention in these travel videos, is to let you, the viewer, experience the places
I've had the pleasure of visiting in a more… realistic manner.
I try to achieve this by shooting in 4K ultra high definition as well as using a high quality
microphone to capture the natural sounds of the places I've filmed.
The first person point of view, using a camera stabilizer, is to help achieve the feeling
as though you, the viewer, are there with me.
and by not adding any commentary or music to the video, I believe that the audience can have
a more… immersive experience.
Up until now, all of Globetrotteralpha's videos were created and funded without the
help of sponsors or any other external financial support.
It's worked quite well up until this year but various changes, notably financial, have
made it difficult to continue creating these videos.
Which is why I've decided begin this Kickstarter project.
I'm here today to ask you, the audience, for your help in creating the next travel video
I'm very excited about this next travel video because it will take Globetrotteralpha to
a different part of the world where I've yet to film in, namely…East Asia.
The intention is to film 'Asia's World City', also known as…Hong Kong.
If you're willing to pledge 1 dollar or more towards this Kickstarter, it will help
a great deal in creating this travel video.
All of the funds shall go strictly towards the creation process, specifically travel
expenses such as flights, accommodation and food.
If this Kickstarter project is a success, I'm planning on filming it
in the next few months.
I intend to post regular updates during the creation process.
