Le Voile du Futur #1 : Les prénoms - Duration: 4:48.

Hello my dear students ! I'm the Professor Sybille Trelawney

and I'll be your Divination's teacher.

Before you doubt about me, I would like to prove to you

that I have the right to teach in this school, even if Minerva doesn't agree.

She has a closed mind

but it's not her fault.

Oh no nono.

It's because of her name.

Do you know my dear children that the names are very important ?

The name we get at the birth will guide you during all your life.

Professor McGonagall is named after a Roman God Minerva, known as

Athena in the Greek Mythology.

This is the godness of wisdom, war strategy and intelligence.

But this is also this muggle thing that fit tighly around the neck !

It makes your movements impossible !

My name is Sibylle.

In the Greek Mythology, the sibyls were women who could see the future

when she were in trance.

The most famous Sibyl was Amalthée, or Cumes Sibyl.

Apollon felt in love with her and he promised to give her what she wanted.

She showed a heap of sand and ask one year of life for each grain.

Apollon gave it to her.

But she forgot to ask eternal youth.

She grew old and became so weak that she went to live

alone in a cave at Cumes, near Napples.

That's not enough for you ? Well let me remind you that I'm

the great daughter of the great clairvoyant Cassandra Trelawney.

In the Greek Mythology, Cassandra was Priam and Hecube's daughter, king and queen

of Troy.

Apollon (he is such a horny god...) felt in love with her

but she refused him.

So he gave her a curse.

She can see the future

but nobody will ever believe her.

She saw that Helen will start Troy's war and the wooden horse

was a trap.

But nobody beleived her.

She was even able to predict her own death

but she couldn't do anything about it.

Such a tragedy ! So lucky !

I think my children that it's useless to give you more proofs.

Oh it's time to leave.

Beware of the Grimm and don't forget to make your homework !

That's very interesting !

Jaipur City Guide | Rajasthan India Travel Video - Duration: 10:33.

Well good morning.

Today we are in Jaipur (जयपुर).

We're visiting the Pink City.

Neither of us is wearing pink.

No we were color coordinated for Jodhpur the Blue City but yeah I don't think we have anything

pink in our wardrobe.

Nothing pink.

Maybe we'll pick something up today as a souvenir.

Um but yeah today we have signed up for a full day tour from 9am to 6pm.

And it is basically a bus tour that is going to be taking us to the main highlights in

Jaipur (जयपुर).

So busy day.

And we don't have a lot of time in Jaipur (जयपुर) and this is a city I visited

several years ago and I did this tour and attractions are really spread out here so

I think this is going to be a good way for us to see everything along with my parents.

And yeah, we don't we only have one really full day to do this.

So yeah we are trying to cram in a lot today.

So yeah let's get started.

Alright the bus is here.

Let's go.

So we are finally off the bus.

We drove around for about an hour picking up people.

A little longer than I was expecting and we have arrived at our first stop.

It is Laxmi Narayan Temple.

A bit of a complicated name.

And we only have 15 minutes here.

So we've got to run around and visit this quickly.

Also known as Birla Mandir, this is a Hindu temple, dedicated to Vishnu and Lakshmi.

While Hindu deities are depicted inside the temple, the outside walls showcase figures

from different faiths.

Oh this 1st stop was quite rushed.

We had 15 minutes but they force you to leave your shoes outside and pay for them.

So it is like 5 minutes to drop them off because there is a really long line.

Then maybe 5 minutes to actually visit the temple and then another 5 minutes to collect

your shoes and rush back to the bus.

So yeah, I hope the whole day isn't like this.

But yeah I'm not too impressed so far.

So Sam paid to go in to the temple.

Actually well I just had to pay for the shoes yeah.

1 Rupee.

Didn't exactly break the bank.

What did you think of it?

Yeah, it was an interesting temple.

It is really large obviously marble and white.

And inside you can't take photos or videos so unfortunately I can't show you what it

is like inside.

Womp womp.

We then hopped back on the bus, drove past the Albert Hall Museum, and continued to the

next stop on our itinerary: Jantar Mantar (जंतर मंतर).

The name Jantar Mantar (जंतर मंतर) translates to 'calculating instrument',

and it is a collection of 19 structures that date back to the 18th century.

These instruments were used to predict eclipses, track stars, and measure time.

So we are currently visiting Jantar Mantar (जंतर मंतर) and we're having

a bit of hard time keeping up with our guide.

But from what we gather this is basically like an observatory and it was used to track

the movements of stars and planets and the sun and to study everything related to astronomy.

So there is a lot of like really cool instruments.

There is like these weird constructions so we're going to show you some of that.

Is our guide around?

From there it was just a short walk to the City Palace.

Like most of the city, the palace is also painted pink, which is the colour of hospitality.

This was done in 1876, to welcome the Prince of Wales and Queen Victoria when they did

their India tour.

Inside the palace complex, you can visit a museum and the armoury, or just walk around

snapping photos.

So Sam ditched the tour group to go shopping.

I did because I've been like in the past I collected hats and I still do but these days

I'm collecting polo shirts.

And India has the coolest polo-shirts.

This is like the um Jaipur different colors.

I saw a very similar shirt of like an old polo shirt in one of the museums and it looks

so much like this.

So I'm really happy to get this colorful one.

And then of course Jaipur (जयपुर).

Jaipur is the pink city.

Oh la lah.

I can't to wear those.

So I've already got Jodhpur and yeah I'm going to keep collecting them.

Hopefully I can get one in Kolkata as well.

That is going to be coming up soon.

So we have ditched the guide for now but he knows we're going to meet him at the exit

and this is so much better.

We're just walking around freely, enjoying the city palace and check out these colors.

Everything is pink and outlined with white designs.

It is really really cool.

So yeah, I'm having a good time even if I'm not enjoying the tour necessarily.

We have ended up at a place called Shopping Paradise.

I'm pretty sure we're only here because the guide gets commission.

So he's trying to force everyone to come in.

Even though some people have already been shopping.

So yeah.

Not impressed.

So we are now at the Jaigarh Fort (जयगढ़ क़िला).

This is again a very quick visit.

So we basically have 20 minutes to see as much as we can.

Uh, you get some pretty cool views of the area.

But the landscape is quite barron.

Uh, so yeah we're just going to have a quick walk around.

From the Jaigarh Fort (जयगढ़ क़िला) it was a short drive to Nahargarh Fort and

Palace.

I wish I could tell you we got to see a bit of the palace, but as you've probably already

noticed, the theme of the day was rush, rush, rush, so we grabbed a quick bite of food and

carried on.

Hungry.

I am.

So we got pav bhaji (पाव भाजी).

I think that is what it is called.

I'm guessing the pao comes from the Portuguese influence.

Pao is bread in Portuguese.

And the bhaji came with cheese.

I don't even know what this is but it has got melted cheese on top.

Should I add some red onions?

Sure.

I'm going to have some onion breath all day.

And Sam is sitting next to me.

So lucky me.

How is that?

Mmmm.

Tasty.

It is like a sloppy Joe.

Indian sloppy Joe.

That is a good way of putting it.

So we just finished lunch and now we're visiting Nahargarh Fort and Palace.

We're just wandering around aimlessly because the guide has disappeared again.

We didn't want to eat at the restaurant he was taking us to.

Um because it was really expensive so we had a fast food instead.

Um, yeah right now we're visiting one of the old step wells and it is pretty cool.

People would have liked to climbed down the stairs to go fetch water.

You can see that behind me.

And yeah we only have a few more minutes left here so we're going to try and see as much

as we can before we move on.

But the tour is almost over.

I think we only have like 2 or 3 more stops for today.

And then that is it.

We then hopped back on the bus to go visit our third fort of the day: the Amer Fort (आमेर

क़िला).

On the way down, we got a quick glimpse at Jal Mahal, the Lake Palace, which sits in

the middle of Man Sagar Lake.

We noticed there were men with row boats, so if you visit with a bit more time, that's

an activity to consider.

Next stop of the day is the Amber Fort (आमेर क़िला).

It is a little backlit at the moment.

But there you have it in the background and there is Sam taking some photos.

What do you think?

This is your second time here.

Well we've been to quite a few forts today so we decided not to take the jeep all the

way up.

Instead we noticed there was some nice light coming down from the ground level and from

the lake.

So here we are.

We're exploring it this way instead.

By foot.

Making friends Audrey.

Yes.

Who is this.

My new friend.

My pup.

Hello fur buddy.

Hello pup.

Hello fur friend.

The little fur friend.

Fur friend is feeling shy.

Hello fur friend.

Hello.

Hello fur friend.

The rest of the day went downhill quickly when our guide started making commissioned

based shopping stops that weren't on the itinerary, so we just stopped filming, but

we got back into Jaipur (जयपुर) well after dark.

Well it is now time to wrap up our time in Jaipur (जयपुर).

Yeah, so confession time.

We're actually in Agra right now.

Whoops.

Got on a train yesterday.

Got on a train yesterday.

Uh the day after our tour we just chilled out.

We didn't film at all because the tour was kind of exhausting.

It was.

It really was.

It really was.

It just ended up going on for an hour and a half longer than it was supposed to and

it was already a long tour.

And it was mostly shopping stops at the end.

Yeah, so like in terms of because there is all of the different forts so spread out it

is not a bad way to see them but at the same time you are very rushed and you go to so

many different places I almost think doing it independently would be a little bit better.

That would be our tip.

But anyways yeah the adventures here in Agra are about to begin so do follow us for that.

Bye.

Bye.

Saudi Arabia Is Finished | Everybody's Lying About Islam 1 - Duration: 6:20.

Ladies and Gentlemen Saudi Arabia as we know it is Finished.

They're toast.

Western Government and Media are currently in denial over this.

The Western relationship with Saudi Arabia has been a great money spinner, with a few

downsides.

Folks don't want to admit it's over.

But the basics are clear.

Standard Oil of California struck oil in Saudi Arabia in 1938.

Since then the country's history has been pretty straightforwardly tied to the price

of oil.

Since the 1970s that price has steadily spiraled upward.

As that price reached stratospheric new heights, the Saudis found new ways to spend it.

That's over now.

I've talked about this at greater length elsewhere, but the old upward pressures on

the price are gone, and there's an ever growing set of downward pressures.

It'll be at least a decade before we see 100 Dollar a barrel oil again.

It's possible that the price will hit 60 dollars over the next couple years...

But even that's unlikely.

As the price got ever higher, the welfare responsibilities and budget of the Saudi government

got higher as well.

Petro-States like Saudi Arabia tend to have a break-even price in their budget forecasts.

This is the price point they need to run the country without borrowing money.

Since 2014, and probably before, that budgeted price point has been dramatically higher than

the actual price.

In 2016 the Saudi's crammed the budgeted price down massively, and it's still 15

bucks over the actual price of oil.

Basically Saudi Arabia is screwed.

Last year's hot new thing was Prince Muhammad bin Sultan, who has jumped the line in the

Saudi succession.

He's kind of a Saudi Jared Kushner, granted great powers on the strength of his family

ties alone.

Apparently he has a plan.

He wants to turn Saudi Arabia into a hub for innovation and international business.

You know.

Like Dubai…

Bwhah hah hah hah ahah

I'm sorry.

This is simply not going to work.

The difference between Saudi Arabia and Gulf Countries like Dubai is very stark.

None of these countries are real countries.

They live on petroleum, not taxes, and they are welfare distributors more than they are

welfare states.

Without the protection of the United States they wouldn't last a year.

The majority of the population of these countries is made up of immigrant labor, who serve a

small pampered class of rich citizens.

Most of the immigrants are laborers from Asia, who live in conditions that have been compared

to slavery.

But a couple percentage points are made up of Western bankers and assorted shady business

types.

These are the people Saudi Arabia would need to attract to become a center of business

and innovation.

Have you ever been to Dubai?

I haven't, but I understand it's quite a party city.

The UAE keeps its shady western business people happy.

Most of the gulf countries officially support hardcore religion.

But it doesn't really matter.

The few citizens these countries have are too rich to care what their paychecks get

up to.

Saudi Arabia is different though.

It has the population of a real country.

And the hardcore religion the royal family pushes is the only thing keeping that population

in line.

It's something I like to call the Saudi balancing act.

Live like a king, and keep your people in line with crazy fundamentalist Islam.

There are large populations of impoverished Saudi Arabians, and they only support the

Saudi royal family because of hardcore religion.

Men and women are not allowed to mix publicly in Saudi Arabia.

Can you imagine turning Riyadh or Jeddah into a party city like Dubai?

The Sauds would fall in a week if they tried it…

This Vision 2030 stuff is a fantasy.

They can build all the theme parks they want.

Nobody's coming.

Saudi Arabia is toast.

This presents a problem for the United States, because we've been in bed with the Saudis

for over 70 years.

Whoever comes after the Saudi Royal family, is very likely to hate the US of A. It's

a problem, but it's also an opportunity.

Because that crazy of version of Islam the Saudis have been pushing for half a century

is at the root of a lot of the world's problems.

Everything from ISIS, to the disaster that is US foreign policy, to world-wide radical

Islamic terrorism has Saudi religion at its root.

We're in the middle of a historic opportunity.

Right now.

If we in the US reevaluate our relationship with Saudi Arabia, we can move on from this

ridiculous and tragic phase of history in the Middle East.

I'll be talking about this a lot more on this channel, but if you want to get the full

story, I suggest you pick up my essay Everybody's Lying About Islam, available now on the Amazon

Kindle.

Thanks for watching.

VERY IMPORTANT NOW ~ 'Merging with I Am Presence' Cobra - Duration: 11:59.

VERY IMPORTANT NOW ~ Merging with I Am Presence Cobra

by Therese Zumi Sumner

Now it is of the utmost importance for all Lightworkers and Lightwarriors to invoke

and anchor the Light as much as humanly possible, although I am fully aware that we are tested

beyond limits.

Here is a very good and effective example of how to do this:

Archangels and Devas Blog Raising Your Vibration Through the Pillar of Pure White

Light Merging with the I Am Presence at the Throne of the I Am That I Am 11-2-13

My Brethren of Light, I Am Michael.

As you traverse on the path to Enlightenment, you may find that hardships and obstacles

are placed on your path to test you.

This will make you stronger and bring you wisdom.

When you pass these tests, you evolve further.

The obstacles are like rotten eggs.

The fear of facing the obstacle is like the smell of a rotten egg.

You can get rid of the smell when you get rid of the egg.

The anticipation of how and what you do, the fear and anxiety of facing the obstacle brings

you down and lowers your Light.

Problems and obstacles serve by distracting humankind from the Light.

Yet, through the distractions, they make you stronger.

By your efforts to remove them, you gain momentum and become more determined to pursue Light.

The more Light you hold, the greater your ability to cope with future distractions and

obstacles.

As you evolve spiritually, you become worthy of greater Light and with it comes the ability

to conquer all obstacles.

When you are able to see the obstacle as a mere distraction and the distraction as a

means to delay you, then you can see to it that you are neither distracted nor delayed.

To achieve this task, I will teach you to call the Pillar of Pure White Light to form

around you.

The purpose of this pillar is to raise your vibrational frequency to help you feel connected

to the Source.

Then, you are not easily distracted or affected by problems and obstacles.

Obstacles can only have an adverse impact on you when you allow them to.

You allow them to have such an impact because you feel lonely, left out, fearful and at

a loss to cope.

When the Pillar is fully formed and you reside inside of it permanently, you can remain detached

from the fear of failure and the feeling of loneliness, separation and rejection.

When you are inside the Pillar of Light, you connect to the Perfected Presence of the I

Am That I Am, God in Form.

This is the individualized presence of God which has taken form and resides at the thirteenth

dimension of reality.

Through your Twelfth Chakra you are able to connect with this dimension and experience

the perfected presence of the I Am That I Am, by merging and uniting with the presence.

This is perhaps the most important step in returning to the perfection of our Original

Divine Plan.

The Divine Plan as originally intended by God was to allow you to remain connected to

God and to the Pure White Light at all times and in all circumstances.

Then there could be no fear of separation or loneliness.

The Perfected Presence of the I Am That I Am, also known as the I Am Presence or simply

the I Am, is also called the Magical, Luminous, Glorious, Victorious Presence.

To change the energy in you and around you and to raise your own vibration to Higher

Light; every morning as you arise, call upon the Pillar of Pure White Light to form around

you.

Enter into the Light and move to unite with the Presence of the I Am.

Do this again at night before you fall asleep.

Meditation to Receive and Hold Pure Light and Unite with the I Am Presence

I now offer you a procedure to raise your vibration to Higher Light and to stay protected

in the Pure White Light of the I Am at all times.

Now take a deep breath and sit or lay down in a comfortable position to begin this meditational

exercise.

Say this invocation,

I call upon the Pillar of Pure White Light to descend upon me and to form around me.

I call upon the Presence of the I Am That I Am.

I ask the Presence of the I Am That I Am to join and merge with me.

You may have difficulty feeling a change or a shift in your own energy field at first.

It is important that you persevere and continue to ask for the Pillar of Light to surround

you.

Sometimes your vibration has become so slow that the Presence of the I Am That I Am cannot

reach you.

This is because there is a certain level of energy vibration below which it will not extend.

Therefore, you will have to raise your own vibration to a frequency which will reach

up to the Presence.

The Pillar of Light will raise the vibration around you.

As you stand inside of it, the lower vibrations dissolve and you begin to gather more Light

and Energy.

Ask for the Pillar of Light, Cylinder of Light, Tunnel of Light; it matters not how you say

it; what is important is to surround yourself in Light and allow it to heighten your vibration.

Visualize the Presence waiting for you at the top of this Pillar, Cylinder or Tunnel.

Imagine it to be there.

Let your heart convince your mind that it is there.

At that point, begin to move the energy upward through your Crown Chakra at the top of your

head.

Move up inside this Pillar of Light in the direction of Higher Light.

There are chakras above your head (chakras eight through twelve).

Visualize that the energy moves up to your Eighth Chakra, pauses to energize that chakra

and moves up to the Ninth.

Repeat for the Tenth, Eleventh and Twelfth Chakras.

In this way, energy moves chakra by chakra to reach up to the Twelfth Chakra in the thirteenth

dimension of reality to the Throne of the I Am That I Am.

There you shall meet with the Presence of the I Am.

The I Am Presence, which is the essence of God manifested in form, is seated at the Throne

of I Am That I Am.

Now visualize yourself approaching to meet the Presence of the I Am, merge, and unite

with it.

The Presence has an ethereal body emanating Pure Light.

Light is shimmering down from every direction.

Pause and meditate for a while as you bathe in the energy of the I Am Presence.

Each time you practice this, you will be able to absorb a higher level of Light until you

can begin to imbue and embody the Light of the Presence of the I Am That I Am.

Then you may be invited to sit upon the Throne of the I Am That I Am and fully absorb the

Light.

When you find yourself fully merged with the Presence, you may request it to come back

down with you into your body.

Do this for three rounds.

Round 1: You meet, merge and unite with the I Am Presence.

Bring back the Presence and imbue your body with the Presence from the top of your head

all the way to the bottom of your feet, all the way to the core of Mother Earth.

Round 2: Move up again inside the Pillar of White Light into the Presence of the I Am

That I Am; mixing, merging and uniting in Oneness.

Pull that energy vibration down and bring it into every chakra of your body and being,

down to the bottom of your feet and from your feet into the core of Mother Earth.

Round 3: Go back up the same way, and after you have merged with the I Am Presence, ask

your questions.

When you are complete with your questions, listen for any answers.

Remaining answers will come at the time they are needed.

To replenish your body, bring the united and merged essence of the I Am That I Am down

into your body.

Practical uses for this exercise: When you are in the middle of a meeting, a group conversation,

with a client, a patient, a family member or a child and you feel as though your words

are not penetrating, or you are losing your focus, excuse yourself for a moment to compose

yourself.

Go to the restroom, if that is the only way you can have privacy.

Have a precious moment of Oneness to regroup and practice the above exercises.

It will take you a few minutes at first to go through the steps.

It may take a while for you to feel the impact.

As you practice and become familiar with the steps, you will feel the change faster.

You can reach a place where the impact becomes instantaneous.

To return to Oneness and free yourself from the separation, you must first merge and unite

with that aspect of God which has form, the Presence of the I Am That I Am.

The Luminous Presence of God in form may appear to you like a human being.

It may seem androgynous, or appear as male or female.

That is your personal, individual experience.

If you do not actually see the being, you may get flashes of Light or sensations in

your body of calmness and peace.

You may feel a warm, fuzzy feeling as though you have come back to a loving home.

The Presence of the I Am That I Am is your Divine Right.

The Presence of the I Am That I Am holds the essence of Oneness.

You will return to the I Am in order to know and remember this Oneness.

The journey of God-Unity and the Ultimate attainment of Enlightenment is through this

Presence.

I am Angelica...

Angelica

Here I am at last.

Here I am at last.

I am Angelica...

Here I am at last.

Oh my, oh my, here I am at last.

And you must be Concetta!

I know all about you—

How you tease the priest,

Your favorite color,

favorite flower,

The glamorous parties you've been to.

And I am going to like this house.

I am going to like this house very much.

I came through the garden,

So silvery and so lush.

And just look at that chandelier,

Each crystal a dusty teardrop,

Each candle patient for a flame,

Each echo ringing down the hall,

Each mirror with its tales to tell

Of who confessed to it, who cursed in it, who kissed it.

Oh, I am going to like this house very much.

Here I am at last.

Oh my, here I am at last!

I am going to like this house, here I am at last!

Dear Concetta,

I hope we will be friends.

VERY IMPORTANT NOW ~ 'Merging with I Am Presence'cobra - Duration: 10:01.

VERY IMPORTANT NOW ~ Merging with I Am Presencecobra

TZ here; this is what Cobra is saying right now

A propòsit d'Europa - How Long Is Now - Duration: 9:59.

Berlin is Germany's capital.

What I like about Berlin is the movement.

Yes, sometimes I love its anonymity...

That you can go out on the street...

wearing clothes you wouldn't usually wear...

and no one cares.

I think quite a lot of people...

wouldn't say they find Berlin to be all that free.

Because, I don't know...

They have to leave their rooms because they can't afford the rent.

I don't know... I´m seeing it as a student...

I've got parents who give me money so...

it's...

There are so many people who...

who really struggle to live in Berlin.

And I don't, so...

I'm not representative of those people, you know?

It's very different, it's like...

There's...

But it's always that way, isn't it?

Big cities are always different...

to small towns in any country.

It's like, everything is concentrated there.

Where, I mean...

When foreigners come to Germany, they come to Berlin.

And...

there are many things...

from all parts of Germany.

There are people in Berlin who...

don't live on their own, who grew up here.

Because many students move here...

getting into university is very hard, everyone wants to go to Berlin.

Everyone wants to move to Berlin.

Angela Merkel lives in Berlin, and it's like...

it's so neoliberal and so conservative.

And of course, that presence is very strong in Berlin.

But...

the life I had in Berlin...

wasn't like that.

That's why I said that...

everything is concentrated there, from all movements...

not just the left wing ones.

Well, like...

it's where Germany's politics happen.

It's Berlin, the Reichstag's there, it's where their meetings take place.

They do what they do but...

How Long Is Now.

I was 17 when I arrived in Berlin.

Berlin was a city that...

offered all kinds of possibilities.

Finding a flat, a place, was very easy.

You paid very little for an appartment...

If we compare what it was like for me...

when I first got here to what it's like for people arriving now...

We'd have to...

Well, there's different factors...

economic factors...

mainly.

10 years ago Berlin was...

one of Europe's cheapest capitals.

Today...

it's not anymore.

I think...

people arriving in Berlin today face real adversities.

For starters...

finding a place to live...

and a job.

Berlin is a capital city but...

it's not...

it doesn't have any strong industries.

It's what everyone says, Berlin is...

is poor but very sexy, right?

The process in Berlin...

or the change there's been in Berlin in recent years is...

is huge.

It's a very accelerated process.

We've got a big urban development problem.

There's a policy...

What's the word in German?

Gentrification?

Citizen's no longer decide...

what's going to happen to the city.

Instead, big monopolies...

and foreign investors are the ones who decide what's going to happen to the city.

Historical icons are no longer respected.

Last year, for instance...

a piece of the wall was destroyed...

to build luxury apartments.

A historical landmark in Berlin and in world history.

Things are changing.

The money...

I mean, the change...

that came after the fall of the wall...

That kind of...

of mixture between a capitalist and a socialist system...

is fading out completely...

and the capitalist system is winning the city.

We do still live in a welfare state where people can...

in a way...

relax a bit because...

they know they're not going to die.

They're not living their day to day lives...

like in other cities...

but I think...

that's going to change.

That's going to change and I think...

Berlin in 10 years...

will be Europe's most expensive capital.

The price per square meter in Berlin has risen from € 5.5 10 years ago to € 10 today.

A study carried out by the company Jones Lang LaSalle showed that rent prices increased 9% last year.

Outline of The Recurring Meetings in an Agency (Too Much or Necessary?) - Duration: 4:13.

One of people's main complaints

about the agency business is that there are a lot

of meetings, sometimes unnecessarily so.

Way too many meetings on the calendar.

In this video I'm gonna run through the recurring meetings

that are on my calendar

and show you what we do in each one of 'em,

and hopefully you can use those

to improve the functions of your agency.

So here is my calendar for June 25th.

This is a little bit out in the future,

so all of my regular meetings are gone.

These are just the recurring meetings.

And here's what I got.

Monday I have blocked out to make videos,

so I have this standing meeting here.

This 11:30 is a client update call.

I'm trying to pull myself off of 'em.

We just hired a new account manager,

and he and the director of production, my co-founder Robert,

should be taking those calls.

Ideally by the time we get to June 25th, he will be

and I won't be needed on that meeting any more.

But that is a weekly call

that we are gonna have with all of our accounts

where the account manager tells the client what's going on

and gets intense feedback.

The next meeting that's recurring,

Monday's like a full recurring day,

is the x27 Mastermind.

That's where I meet with my co-founder

and we run through all the accounts

and we basically touch base on how the company is doing

from a strategic level.

And I'll actually go through what we talk about

in that Mastermind video in about a week,

so stay tuned for next Monday's video for that.

So after that I have a one on one with Liban.

He's one of our cold callers.

A one on one.

I got it from this podcast called Manager Tools,

which we'll link that one on one episode

down in the description.

But what it is is a 30 minute meeting

where the first 10 minutes are the employee,

the team member talking

about anything they wanna talk about.

Middle 10 is where we talk about anything I want

to talk about from them, updates, that sort of stuff.

And then the last 10 minutes we talk about the future,

where their career is going, that sort of thing.

And these one on ones have been

extremely helpful for morale.

The next thing on my calendar is a daily standup with Liban.

By the time we get to June 26th, these won't happen.

But what I incorporate is every time we come up

with a new process,

I add daily one on ones for the first two weeks

just to touch base and see how the process is going.

As you saw a few weeks ago,

we are testing out a new cold email process.

It is working amazingly well.

And we are about five days into the daily one on ones.

So we probably have another week of those

and then these won't be on the calendar anymore.

It's a five minute update call

where I basically say, "Hey, Liban, how's it going?"

I look at the Excel doc

that I went over a couple videos ago,

and that's basically it.

Five, six minute call, that's it.

And then the final recurring meeting on Mondays

is the weekly sales standup.

I either made a video on this

or I will make a video on this

about how to effectively run a sales standup,

so expect that one or it's gonna be in the description.

But this is where me, my co-founder Robert,

and our two sales co-founders Afnan and Cameron

discuss all the accounts and where we see the company going

in terms of sales in the next week.

And it's also to talk about how much work they're doing,

what sort of stuff they're working on.

The rest of the calendar are one on ones

with the different team members,

except for these two meetings.

One is a weekly product standup where the account manager

and the project manager go through every single account

in detail and talk about how we can improve the strategy.

Basically this is where the account manager,

where Lael takes his feedback from the client

and works with Istvan our project manager

and Robert to implement it.

These usually take about a half hour.

Santiago is on there as well, our marketing strategist

to help if there's any strategy questions.

And then the final recurring meeting

besides all the one on ones with the team

is the final X27 mastermind for the week.

So on Monday I meet with Robert to talk about

where the company's going for the week

and then on Friday we meet

and these are more chill meetings

where we're basically just catching up before the weekend.

Similar to how a one on one is structured

with a team member.

It's just me and my co-founder.

Those are my recurring meetings.

Leave a comment below and

judge me harshly.

Are there any unnecessary meetings you're seeing in here?

Are there any meetings you think should be added?

Bye.

Bye.

狂人日記 (Mad Man's Diary) English translated by Eiki

The first time I saw this place, I thought to myself "I want to come back here"

The truth about my lies rests inside my deja vu.

I wanna go back, go back to that dear place

I cannot go back to that dear place

I wanna go back, go back to that dear place

I cannot go back to that dear place

If I say it is an instant, even the eternity would be like dust.

I laughed, together with you, in this landscape I desired

It's not like I tricked you – truth just made no sense

This place is my home, it's a true paradise!

I wanna go back, go back to that dear dream

I cannot go back to that dear dream

I wanna go back, go back to that dear dream

I cannot go back to that dear dream

If I fell asleep while holding your body close to mine

Both deception and truth will vanish in place of peace

My beloved, blue home hasn't changed at all since last time

Seems as if my prison is there – that is the hidden truth

"With my undying body, I will protect this paradise forever"

So laughed the mad man

C'mon, don't cry

Okay?

My Comforter - Emily Bronte (Poetry reading by Jordan Harling) | Jordan Harling Reads - Duration: 2:04.

Well hast thou spoken, and yet, not taught A feeling strange or new;

Thou hast but roused a latent thought, A cloud-closed beam of sunshine, brought

To gleam in open view.

Deep down, concealed within my soul, That light lies hid from men;

Yet, glows unquenched - though shadows roll, Its gentle ray cannot control,

About the sullen den.

Was I not vexed, in these gloomy ways To walk alone so long?

Around me, wretches uttering praise, Or howling o'er their hopeless days,

And each with Frenzy's tongue; -

A brotherhood of misery, Their smiles as sad as sighs;

Whose madness daily maddened me, Distorting into agony

The bliss before my eyes!

So stood I, in Heaven's glorious sun, And in the glare of Hell;

My spirit drank a mingled tone, Of seraph's song, and demon's moan;

What my soul bore, my soul alone Within itself may tell!

Like a soft air, above a sea, Tossed by the tempest's stir;

A thaw-wind, melting quietly The snow-drift, on some wintry lea;

No: what sweet thing resembles thee, My thoughtful Comforter?

And yet a little longer speak, Calm this resentful mood;

And while the savage heart grows meek, For other token do not seek,

But let the tear upon my cheek Evince my gratitude!

My Comforter - Written by Emily Bronte Narrated by Jordan Harling
