Hey Snackies! Neon Starlight,

your Snackmaster here with the new and improved -

hopefully - ieatsnacks.com video taste test,

and today - oh my gosh - Okay, I wasn't even

going to film this today, but I've had

this giant box-- Do you see how big

this box is? I've had this sitting staring at me

all day long and I couldn't resist,

so I had to film this video tonight

so I could know what in the heck is in

this giant box! As you can see,

this is from the Spoon University meal plan put on by

by Chef'd--I believe it's chefd.com.

I got this for free! They had a thing

where you could sign up and get a thing for free.

I have no idea what's in it.

Do you see how big?? Look, this is my head

on this box. Do you see how big this is?

I could fit inside of this box. Okay, so I gotta know

what's inside. Let's take a look.

What in the heck? Oh my gosh, okay,

so first.. I'm just knocking stuff over

this box is so huge. It says, "Let's Spoon."

Isn't that cute? That's cute.

I don't even know how to show you,

but there's something-- It's shiny, and it looks

like a spaceship. There's a freaking spaceship

inside of this giant box. I don't even know

what this is. I hope there's snacks

in the spaceship because that's...

that's where I come from!

A snack spaceship! Oh my gosh, okay...

Holy crap, okay...

So the spaceship is a bag;

I'm gonna take this out so I can put this box elsewhere.

I just literally threw that across the room.

Oh my gosh! This is full of snacks!

There's so much snacks in here!

I have this handy dandy little rolling cart

OK, so let's get into some snacks.

There's not just snacks, there's drinks in here.

I have some smart water.

Which I don't know why it's smart...

I guess it has electrolytes in it, so it will make me

smarter or something.

What is this?

I've got some chia crunch coconut

cookies of some kind by this brand called Natierra.

Chia Crunch journey: It all starts with and adventure

with good people. We had some of this:

it looks like a hazelnut or something?

We do this: brrr, take out all of this,

and we get superfoods. Oh, it must be freeze-dried.

There's this whole little story

on here, I don't even know. So let's give this a try.

I've never even seen this in the store before.

It's coconut. I like coconut sometimes.

I tried a coconut candy bar once.

It was alright.

These look like animal food.

They're these tiny little pellet-like

astronaut-space-food things.

Whoa. They taste really healthy.

They're pretty good though. Yeah, they taste like

if you've ever made chia pudding

with coconut milk... it just tastes like

a dehydrated version of that...

which is pretty much what it is.

It's made of chia seeds, coconut, water,

navy beans, fruit juice, and coconut.

These are alright, if you wanted some kind of

healthy snack. I give it a...

I guess it's approved? Semi-approved?

I don't know. I think it's too healthy for me.

Next, oh, this is more my speed.

Dark chocolate Moose Munch. My partner's over there,

and they just were really excited about

finding this. This is Harry and David,

which is from Medford, Oregon, which is

also where my partner is from, they're having

some hometown pride over there.

It's popcorn, almonds, and cashews,

covered in caramel and dark chocolate

I like that, yes. I've never actually

had this stuff before. It looks delicious.

Whoa, so there's regular caramel corn

and some chocolate-covered

caramel corn inside here. I can dump some out.

There's big chunks of it. I don't see how

this can be bad, honestly.

The dark chocolate isn't super amazing chcolate,

but all this together tastes unhealthy

and delicious.

I'm into that. I've got to save

my appetite because I have 24 metric tons

of snacks over here I still need to go through.

I'm just handing that one right off to my partner.

Oh, there's also sparkling Smart Water.

I'm gonna try this. I've never had this before,

and I love sparkling water.

To cleanse my palate after that really delicious

Moose Munch. Yay, approved!

This just tastes like plain water,

but I love sparkling water, whether it's flavored or not.

Next up: That's It - zesty - whoa apple

and mango and chili, what even?

I'm scared of this! Because I don't have access

to all my content anymore, you can't see the video

where I try the spicy chips and start crying,

but I don't really like spicy things very much,

so this is slightly terrifying.

It says that's all that's in here.

It smells really fruity.

It looks kind of like horse poop or something,

but doesn't all this healthy stuff?

Mmm, not too spicy. I'm actually not getting any spice.

It's really good, though. Oh, here comes

little spice. OK, so it's a little spicy

in the end, but you saw it took a little while

to get there, but otherwise

literally just tastes like fruit.

It's really good. You can taste the apple,

you can taste the mango. I approve this, even though

it's spicy and it's a little bit weird.

But I'm okay with that!

Even though it looks like poop, I'm okay with that, too.

My partner wants all of these.

Whoa, this is weird! It's a waffle-flavored

granola bar! What the heck?

Have you ever heard of this? I've never even heard of this.

Quest Beyond cereal bar, waffle flavored

Oh! It's gluten-free.

That's good because I really only eat gluten

on this show and that's about it.

Low-carb. Awesome.

For all you health nuts that still want to eat things

that are waffle-flavored, I guess.

Oh, yeah, it smells waffle-y for sure.

It's even frosted. There's pieces flying off

all over the place. It just looks like any

other frosted cereal granola bar

kind of thing. It smells really

strongly of maple syrup. Not real maple syrup,

the Mrs. Butterworth's maple syrup.

You know, I eat gluten-free waffles

for breakfast every morning,

and this does not taste like waffles

that I eat for breakfast every morning.

It tastes more like cereal with frosting on it

than a waffle, but it's not bad.

I don't think I'd want to eat this again, though.

I think I might disapprove this one.

Sorry waffle bar, but you're weird.

And I'm glad that I tried you,

but I don't think I want you in my life any longer.

Goodbye.

Oh, coffee thins.

The edible coffee treat. "Attention all coffee lovers."

I am a coffee lover,

so this is definitely made for me

with premium coffee, we see.

It's three individually wrapped coffee things.

These look like little chocolate

coffee squares of some kind.

I like that they're individually wrapped

because I don't like to eat a whole lot of sweets

at one time. This is cute,

there's little coffee beans on the back.

It's espresso flavored. I wonder if they make

latte and mocha and stuff too?

That would be good. Oh yeah, it smells

like walking in a Starbucks.

That's really coffee-y? Coffee-esque?

Are these words? Am I making things up?

I don't even know! I'm just going to eat this now.

You know? Like Mr. Horse, if any of you are old enough

to know Mr. Horse. You know sir?

I don't like it. I'm a little sad.

It tastes like coffee with too much sugar in it.

I never put sugar in my coffee.

I would like it if it was dark chocolate,

but it tastes like really sugary milk chocolate,

so I guess it's not for all coffee lovers,

it's for people who like to

drown their coffee in sugar, sadly.

Disapproved. I'm gonna cleanse my palate

after that one, it seriously tastes like

frosting, it's so sweet. It tastes like it was

on a coffee cupcake or something.

Oh my gosh, there's so much

stuff in here. There's another one

of those cereal bars. This one is

cinnamon roll flavored. Yeah I really like

the idea of this. I like having weird flavored

cereal bars. but i hope

the cinnamon roll one is better than the waffle one was.

I think Ilike cinnamon rolls better than waffles,

even though I never eat them. Oh yeah, it smells like

Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and pretty much

looks the same as the other one except

it's a little darker, probably from the cinnamon.

But we've got the frosting and

everything on here.

Mmm, this one is way better than the waffles.

Sorry I'm talking with my mouth full.

Sorry not sorry!

I would eat this one again. It's still a little sweet for me,

but not really. I would totally

eat this. This would be

really good road trip food! Oh my gosh, I could

totally get down on one of these

driving to California or something exciting

like that. Yay, cinnamon roll

I just saw pink.

Sour strawberry flavored raisins, what the F??

And look at this little guy on the front.

I'm gonna cut that out and make it into a sticker.

I've never had a flavored raisin.

I've had yogurt-covered raisins.

Sour strawberry golden raisins pack a healthy punch

artificial flavors or colors

and no added sugar. Must be naturally sour

strawberry flavor.

Whoa, the smell of this just

kicked me in the face when I opened this.

It just smells like... I actually used to

live near a factory that made strawberry flavoring

so sometimes the air

would smell like strawberries, and that's what this smells like.

It says it's not artificial,

but it smells artificial.

I tried a couple more raisins to get the flavor,

and it's not very strong Oh here it comes.

Yeah it's weird

because it's the texture of a raisin,

you can see they look like little raisins,

but then... they actually look

like little scabs with blood on them,

now that I'm getting a better look.

Can you see this? It's a little weird.

It's not supposed to have artificial colors either.

I don't think I approve of these.

Now that I think it looks like a scab,

I don't think I can eat any more of that.

JUST IN: New Discovery Made About Obama's Iran Deal… And It's Disturbing - Duration: 3:03.

��In 2015, the Obama administration s did everything they could to secure a nuclear

deal with Iran.

They gave Iran billions in cash.

They gave back terrorists.

They removed sanctions.

But now we know they went further than that the Obama administration freed 14 Iranian

arms smugglers wanted internationally.

The Daily Caller reports:

The administration released seven individuals, six who were Iranian-Americans, on Jan. 17,

2016, in exchange for four U.S. citizens, including Washington Post reporter Jason Rezaian.

The former president also gave Iran a $1.7 billion cash payment, dropped charges, and

cancelled Interpol notices on 14 other fugitives also involved in smuggling.

Obama officials attempted to present the seven individuals as civilians charged with trade

embargo offenses, but they were actually involved in arms smuggling on behalf of the Iranian

military.

Obama s Justice Department prosecuted some of these individuals for posing a threat to

national security.

They didn t just dismiss a bunch of innocent business guys, a former federal law enforcement

supervisor involved in investigations on Iranian arms smuggling said.

And then they didn t give a full story of it.

The move upset many officials within the justice system.

Of course it pissed people off, but it s more significant that these guys were freed and

that people were killed because of the actions of one of them, said the supervisor.

Amin Ravan was one of those charged with smuggling military equipment for Iran.

U.S. authorities believe he was part of a ring that helped Iran provide high-tech components

for improvised explosive devices to Shiite militias in Iraq.

Iranian-backed Shiite militias are believed to have killed hundreds of U.S. troops with

what are now known as explosively-formed penetrators (EFPs) during the Iraqi insurgency.

The administration released three other individuals who were involved with illegally procuring

more than $24 million of technology for Iran s nuclear program.

Several of the fourteen individuals who had their charges dropped were involved in supporting

the Quds Force, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps branch responsible for supporting

Iran s terrorist proxies across the globe.

This is a scandal, Valerie Lincy, executive director of the nonpartisan Wisconsin Project

on Nuclear Arms Control, told Politico.

The cases bear all the hallmarks of exactly the kinds of national security threats we

re still going after.

It s stunning and hard to understand why we would do this.

THE POWER OF HUMAN THOUGHT HOW THE PLACEBO EFFECT ACTUALLY WORKS IN FAVOUR OF YOUR HEALTH

When I was really young, whenever I felt sick, my grandmother used to make me cinnamon sugar

toast. I felt like I could taste her love with every bite, and by the time I had finished

my toast, my stomachache would have magically disappeared. In hindsight, I recognize that

the dairy in the butter and the refined sugar in the cinnamon blend probably weren�t helping

my digestive issues, yet somehow this meal always made me feel better. How does this

make any sense? Herein lies the mystery of the placebo effect.

No, science cannot prove that when my grandmother delivered me cinnamon toast with a loving

smile and a giant hug, I instantly felt better, but as a five-year-old child I certainly experienced

that. Though my grandmother may not have realized it, she was likely harnessing the power of

the placebo effect.

What Is the Placebo Effect?

The placebo effect is essentially the idea that your brain can convince your body that

a fake treatment, because it (your brain) thinks it�s real, can provide real solutions

and stimulate healing in the body. In essence, the placebo effect shows us how powerful our

minds, how powerful our consciousness is, in that we can change our biology using our

beliefs.

Many of you may have played around with the concept �You become what you think about

most of the time,� meaning your thoughts literally become your reality. Businessmen

like Kevin Trudeau have used it to make billions of dollars, and many people including myself

enjoy witnessing the law of attraction in our everyday lives. However, how does this

work when it comes to our health?

Well, science is starting to realize that, in some cases, a placebo can be equally as

effective as the original treatments themselves.

�The placebo effect is more than positive thinking � believing a treatment or procedure

will work. It�s about creating a stronger connection between the brain and body and

how they work together,� says Professor Ted Kaptchuk of Harvard-affiliated Beth Israel

Deaconess Medical Center, who has studied the placebo effect extensively.

However, Kaptchuk believes that the placebo effect can only go so far. �Placebos may

make you feel better, but they will not cure you,� says Kaptchuk. �They have been shown

to be most effective for conditions like pain management, stress-related insomnia, and cancer

treatment side effects like fatigue and nausea.�

It�s people like Kaptchuk who are challenging the way the scientific community typically

looks at the placebo effect. In the past, placebos have been used in clinical trials,

most often in drug tests, and were typically associated with failure. The mentality was

that if you weren�t one of the participants who got the drug, you didn�t receive the

benefits. Alternatively, if both groups of participants � those who received placebo

pills and those who actually took the drug � experienced similar effects, then the

drug was deemed ineffective.

However, scientists are now starting to realize that similar reactions may not mean a drug

doesn�t work, but rather that the placebo is actually working in a similar fashion.

What if these participants believed they were taking the drug, and thus experienced health

benefits as a result? Experts have concluded that reacting to a placebo doesn�t mean

a certain treatment doesn�t work, but rather that an alternative, non-pharmacological treatment

may be present.

The Science Behind the Placebo Effect

Though we don�t understand how the placebo effect actually works just yet, a Harvard

University article explains that �it involves a complex neurobiological reaction that includes

everything from increases in feel-good neurotransmitters, like endorphins and dopamine, to greater activity

in certain brain regions linked to moods, emotional reactions, and self-awareness. All

of it can have therapeutic benefit.�

�The placebo effect is a way for your brain to tell the body what it needs to feel better,�

says Kaptchuk.

�When you look at these studies that compare drugs with placebos, there is the entire environmental

and ritual factor at work,� explains Kaptchuk. �You have to go to a clinic at certain times

and be examined by medical professionals in white coats. You receive all kinds of exotic

pills and undergo strange procedures. All this can have a profound impact on how the

body perceives symptoms because you feel you are getting attention and care.�

A study published in Science Translational Medicine that was conducted by Kaptchuk in

2014 tested the placebo effect in relation to migraines. One group of participants took

a migraine drug that had the drug�s name listed on it, another group took a placebo

labelled �placebo� (meaning they were conscious that they were the placebo group),

and a third group took nothing. Shockingly, their findings showed that the placebo was

50% as effective as the actual pain medication after experiencing a migraine, despite the

participants having known who was in the placebo group and who was not.

The researchers concluded that this was largely due to the simple act or ritual of taking

a pill, as it�s considered to be comforting to people.

�People associate the ritual of taking medicine as a positive healing effect,� says Kaptchuk.

�Even if they know it�s not medicine, the action itself can stimulate the brain

into thinking the body is being healed.�

This is comforting to learn, as this suggests that you yourself could administer the placebo

effect, despite you knowing that it is simply placebo and nothing more. Kaptchuk actually

has some suggestions as to how you can facilitate this yourself.

�Engaging in the ritual of healthy living � eating right, exercising, yoga, quality

social time, meditating � probably provides some of the key ingredients of a placebo effect,�

says Kaptchuk.

Another study published in 2002 in the New England Journal of Medicine, (1) conducted

by the Baylor School of Medicine, looked at surgery for patients with severe and debilitating

knee pain. The patients were divided into three groups. One group endured the first

type of knee surgery, as the surgeons shaved the damaged cartilage in their knees. Another

group had their knee joints flushed out, removing all of the material believed to be causing

inflammation. Both of these processes are the standard surgeries people go through who

have severe arthritic knees.

The third group received a �fake� surgery, as the patients were sedated and tricked into

thinking that they actually had knee surgery. The doctors still made incisions and splashed

salt water on the knee as they would in normal surgery, and then they sewed up the incisions,

but without performing any real surgeries on their knees. All three groups went through

the same rehab process, and the results were astonishing. The placebo group improved just

as much as the other two groups who had surgery.

Another 2002 article published in the American Psychological Association�s Prevention & Treatment,

conducted by University of Connecticut Psychology Professor Irving Kirsch and titled �The

Emperor�s New Drugs,� made some more shocking discoveries (5)(4). Kirsch found that 80%

of the effectiveness of antidepressants, as measured in clinical trials, could be attributed

to the placebo effect. Kirsch even filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request

to get information on the clinical trials of the top antidepressants.

�The difference between the response of the drugs and the response of the placebo

A Conscious Note

Some of this information may not be new to you, as monks and other teachers have been

Louise Hay is another well-known author who discusses the emotional causes of cancer in

her book You Can Heal Your Life. A cancer survivor herself, she cured her disease in

only six months using a combination of affirmations, visualization, nutritional cleansing, and

psychotherapy. According to Hay, cancer is simply the manifestation of deep hurt, secrets,

longstanding resentment, grief, and/or hatred.

The mind can be an incredible asset when it comes to your physical and mental health,

but it can also contribute to your illnesses. Negative self talk can lower your vibration

and increase your stress levels, and chronic stress is associated with countless diseases,

including cancer.

I personally believe that your thoughts become your reality, and I have experimented with

this and found it to be true in all aspects of life, including health. If you believe

that you can heal yourself through positive self talk and other modalities using the mind,

then I believe you�re increasing your chances of succeeding in improving your health. Likewise,

if you don�t believe your mind can change your overall health, then you probably won�t

see any notable differences because that�s what you believe!

Now it's time for me to try

a - for me - new product

And this is Annie Sloan's Craqueleur

A two-step crackle medium

It's a bit too much Liseberg (a Swedish rollercoaster park)

about it all right now

, so I'll do something with this

and I think that I want

accentuate this slightly

so I'll probably do a dry brush on this to

shade it a little bit

But, I think I should, because I will use

Dark waxes to tone this down a bit

so, I think it might be fun to

try these, now ...

And this is:

two step, as I said

It is clear, both on the cover and on the bottle,

There is a number one here and there is a number two

Thus, one should apply No:1 first and then the No:2

What I've understood now is

that I first have to apply the No:1

let it dry,

and you can use a hair dryer if you want to speed the process a bit

When this is dry, anyway, that's when you should apply Step 2

and...

This one you have to (!) 'Dry gently with a hair dryer'

uh ...

Yes, the second you have to speed dry for it to

cause cracking!

And these cracks will be a little different against

cracks that one gets only with the paint

These creates a little more like porcelain cracks, kind of...

I would say ...

It's sort of a very different effect.

So, I will try these now

and see if I can understand this, it does not feel

particularly advanced

but you never know!

This was a white, very loose

thingy ...

I will actually go on and apply this

over a very large part out of the piece

Because I want pretty much crackle effects

Now, this, as I have understood,

the thicker layers I apply,

the larger the cracks will be, somehow

but this can behave a bit as it wants to

So, I will apply very differently thick with this,

on the whole thing where I've had applied Step 1

and this feels a bit sticky

but it is dry

So...

Here we go!

And it is now, my dear friends,

that the real magic will be

I, anyway, will use both

black and brown wax

because I really love the color that it gives

So, when I'm working on this now with the wax

and I wipe it off ...

It is then,

one sees that the wax settles in the cracks

So...

Now you will not be able to see this until I'm

zooming in, I guess

But this is certainly very fun, because this is

really, like, magic

and who does not like magic ?!

In this video I am going to talk about my relationship with basketball

I will talk about why basketball is important in my life.

I love basketball!

I love playing and watching basketball

I love to watch basketball games in person

I love to watch basketball games on TV

I love the game of basketball

My first experience with basketball has to be in 1998.

I was watching Michael Jordan's last basketball game playing for the Chicago Bulls

I don't remember much about the game.

I only remember everyone watching the game

I remember how everyone was paying attention to this particular basketball game.

The first time I played basketball was when my dad took me to a basketball court across the street from our house

I had a good time! It was really fun !

That was the start of playing basketball throughout my life.

As I grew older, I played with friends

I then joined the YMCA basketball league

I played several seasons at the YMCA

I had a good time playing basketball growing up.

And as a i grew older, I got better

My favorite team while growing up was the Los Angeles Lakers

I love the Los Angeles Lakers because much of my friends and family are Lakers fans.

They are my local basketball team.

As I grew older, I played after school with friends.

I was then old enough to stay after school to paly basketball with friends.

I used to play basketball almost everyday after school.

The great thing about basketball is that it has introduced me to meeting new people.

I have met lots of people playing basketball.

I have met friends and people from my neighborhood while playing basketball.

I used to go to many basketball tournaments throughout the country.

I played in local basketball tournaments in Los Angeles

I went to Las Vegas

I went to Dallas, Texas

I went to Phoeniz , Arizona

I went to Orlando, Florida

I went to many basketball tournaments throughout the country.

It was a lot of fun!

I did my best !

I was not too serious

One time I played in a basketball league with predominantly Mexican people

Most of the people in the league were from Mexico

I played in that league speaking Spanish the whole time.

The funny thing is that I was the tallest person on the team.

Most of the people on my team were shorter than me.

Which is unique because most of the times when I play I am the shortest person on the court.

But for that particular team, I was the center.

I have been involved in many leagues.

Local leagues, park leagues, leagues with my friends...

I have played basketball for almost 20 yeard now.

I am not good like a professional.

I just play for fun.

I like to have a good time.

My style of play.. I am a shooter

I can shoot the basketball very well.

A couple of summers ago, I helped my friend James to coach kids basketball.

That was quite an experience !

Back then, that was my first time coaching basketball.

It was also my first time interacting with young kids on a sports team.

The good thing about coaching kids is that it taught me patience

It also tuaght me how to deal with children.

I had both negative and positive experiences coaching kids basketball.

But overall, it was a good experience.

Playing basketll is just like life.

If you work hard, you will accomplish your goals.

or pretty close to acheiving your goals.

These days I do not have much time to play basketball.

I play when I can

Sometimes I play with my friends and family.

Basketball is still a big part of my life even though I do not play a lot.

It was a big part of my past

It is still going to be a big part of my future.

I know people have a similar story with other sports.

also with other disciplines like dancing, singing, or martial arts.

I know people have a story as my experience with basketball.

I got this for free! They had a thing

I have no idea what's in it.

I could fit inside of this box. Okay, so I gotta know

what's inside. Let's take a look.

What in the heck? Oh my gosh, okay,

so first.. I'm just knocking stuff over

this box is so huge. It says, "Let's Spoon."

Isn't that cute? That's cute.

I don't even know how to show you,

but there's something-- It's shiny, and it looks

like a spaceship. There's a freaking spaceship

inside of this giant box. I don't even know

what this is. I hope there's snacks

in the spaceship because that's...

I've got some chia crunch coconut

cookies of some kind by this brand called Natierra.

Chia Crunch journey: It all starts with and adventure

with good people. We had some of this:

We do this: brrr, take out all of this,

and we get superfoods. Oh, it must be freeze-dried.

There's this whole little story

on here, I don't even know. So let's give this a try.

I've never even seen this in the store before.

It's coconut. I like coconut sometimes.

I tried a coconut candy bar once.

It was alright.

These look like animal food.

They're these tiny little pellet-like

astronaut-space-food things.

It's made of chia seeds, coconut, water,

navy beans, fruit juice, and coconut.

healthy snack. I give it a...

I don't know. I think it's too healthy for me.

Next, oh, this is more my speed.

Dark chocolate Moose Munch. My partner's over there,

and they just were really excited about

finding this. This is Harry and David,

which is from Medford, Oregon, which is

also where my partner is from, they're having

some hometown pride over there.

It's popcorn, almonds, and cashews,

covered in caramel and dark chocolate

I like that, yes. I've never actually

had this stuff before. It looks delicious.

Whoa, so there's regular caramel corn

and some chocolate-covered

caramel corn inside here. I can dump some out.

There's big chunks of it. I don't see how

this can be bad, honestly.

The dark chocolate isn't super amazing chcolate,

but all this together tastes unhealthy

and delicious.

I'm into that. I've got to save

my appetite because I have 24 metric tons

of snacks over here I still need to go through.

I'm just handing that one right off to my partner.

Oh, there's also sparkling Smart Water.

I'm gonna try this. I've never had this before,

and I love sparkling water.

To cleanse my palate after that really delicious

Moose Munch. Yay, approved!

This just tastes like plain water,

but I love sparkling water, whether it's flavored or not.

Next up: That's It - zesty - whoa apple

and mango and chili, what even?

I'm scared of this! Because I don't have access

to all my content anymore, you can't see the video

where I try the spicy chips and start crying,

but I don't really like spicy things very much,

so this is slightly terrifying.

It looks kind of like horse poop or something,

but doesn't all this healthy stuff?

Mmm, not too spicy. I'm actually not getting any spice.

It's really good, though. Oh, here comes

literally just tastes like fruit.

It's really good. You can taste the apple,

you can taste the mango. I approve this, even though

it's spicy and it's a little bit weird.

But I'm okay with that!

Even though it looks like poop, I'm okay with that, too.

My partner wants all of these.

Whoa, this is weird! It's a waffle-flavored

granola bar! What the heck?

Have you ever heard of this? I've never even heard of this.

Quest Beyond cereal bar, waffle flavored

Oh! It's gluten-free.

That's good because I really only eat gluten

on this show and that's about it.

Low-carb. Awesome.

For all you health nuts that still want to eat things

that are waffle-flavored, I guess.

Oh, yeah, it smells waffle-y for sure.

It's even frosted. There's pieces flying off

all over the place. It just looks like any

other frosted cereal granola bar

kind of thing. It smells really

strongly of maple syrup. Not real maple syrup,

the Mrs. Butterworth's maple syrup.

You know, I eat gluten-free waffles

for breakfast every morning,

and this does not taste like waffles

that I eat for breakfast every morning.

It tastes more like cereal with frosting on it

than a waffle, but it's not bad.

I don't think I'd want to eat this again, though.

I think I might disapprove this one.

Sorry waffle bar, but you're weird.

I am a coffee lover,

so this is definitely made for me

with premium coffee, we see.

It's three individually wrapped coffee things.

These look like little chocolate

coffee squares of some kind.

I like that they're individually wrapped

because I don't like to eat a whole lot of sweets

at one time. This is cute,

there's little coffee beans on the back.

It's espresso flavored. I wonder if they make

latte and mocha and stuff too?

That would be good. Oh yeah, it smells

like walking in a Starbucks.

That's really coffee-y? Coffee-esque?

I don't even know! I'm just going to eat this now.

of those cereal bars. This one is

cinnamon roll flavored. Yeah I really like

the idea of this. I like having weird flavored

cereal bars. but i hope

the cinnamon roll one is better than the waffle one was.

I think Ilike cinnamon rolls better than waffles,

even though I never eat them. Oh yeah, it smells like

Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and pretty much

looks the same as the other one except

it's a little darker, probably from the cinnamon.

But we've got the frosting and

everything on here.

Mmm, this one is way better than the waffles.

In many past articles, I�ve taken apart the so-called science of vaccines and shown

how deceptive it is. Here I take another approach: examining the archetypes and symbols that

surround vaccination and give it occult power.

Begun as a crude version of homeopathy (�treat like with like�), in which a mild injected

version of a disease would supposedly protect against the actual disease, vaccination soon

developed into a military outpost, with the commander ordering the appearance of his scouts:

antibodies. �Line up men, now hunt!�

Today, as a revival of ancient symbology, vaccination is a conferred seal, a sign of

moral righteousness. It�s a mark on the arm, signifying tribal inclusion. No tribe

member is left out. Inclusion by vaccination protects against invisible spirits (viruses).

The notion of the tribe is enforced by dire predictions of pandemics: the spirits of other

tribes (from previously unknown hot zones in jungles) are attacking the good tribe,

our tribe.

Mothers, the keepers of the children, are given a way to celebrate their esteemed, symbolic,

animal role as �lionesses�: confer the seal on their offspring through vaccination.

Protect the future of the tribe. Speak out and defame and curse the mothers who don�t

vaccinate their children. Excommunicate them from the tribe.

The ceremony of vaccination is a rite of passage for the child. He/she is now more than the

offspring of the parents. The child is in the village. The child is property of the

village. As the years pass, periodic booster shots reconfirm this status.

Some ancient rituals presented dangers. The child, on his way to becoming a man, would

be sent out to live alone in the forest for a brief period and survive. Vaccination symbolizes

this in a passive way: the injection of disease-viruses which might be harmful are transmuted into

protective spirits in the body. The injection of toxic chemicals is a passageway into immunity.

If a child is damaged in the process, the parents and the tribe consider it a tragic

but acceptable risk, because on the whole the tribe and the village are protected against

the evil spirits (viruses).

The psychological and occult and archetypal impact of vaccination is key: modern parents

are given the opportunity to feel, on a subconscious level, a return to older times, when life

was more bracing and immediate and vital. That is the mythology. Modern life, for basic

consumers, has fewer dimensions�but vaccination awakens sleeping memories of an age when ritual

and ceremony were essential to the future of the group. No one would defect from these

moments. Refusal was unthinkable. Survival was All. The mandate was powerful. On a deep

level, parents today can experience that power. It is satisfying.

The doctor giving the injections is, of course, the priest of the tribe, the medicine man,

the holder of secrets. He is the spiritual source of, and connection to, �unseen realms�

where opposing spirits carry out warfare and struggle for supremacy. Without the medicine

man, the tribe would disintegrate.

The medicine man is permitted to say and do anything. He can tell lies if lies serve a

noble purpose and effect greater strength of the tribe. He can manipulate language and

truth and meaning. He can turn day into night. He can present paradox and contradiction.

No one can question his pronouncements.

Loyalty to the medicine man is absolute. In this regard, a rebel is exiled or destroyed.

People living today in industrial and technological societies are relatively numb. Their options

and choices seem confined to a range of products they can buy. They yearn for absolutes. They

want a command that taps into the adrenaline-stimulating need for, and risk to, survival. The ritual

of vaccination, along with the ever-present threat of illness and outbreak and pandemic,

awakens that need and risk.

Modern parents need archetypes and symbols of demon spirits. Viruses. Ebola, Zika, West

Nile, SARS, Swine Flu. These spirits are unseen. They could attack. They do attack.

�We must go the medicine man for the ritual. He will put the seal of protection on us and

our children. We must never question or challenge the medicine man. That is forbidden. He is

proud and powerful and he could bring down curses on us.�

Then there are the shameful marks, which are to be avoided in every way possible. A child

who shows the rashes and swellings of illnesses is highly suspect. Did he not participate

in the protective ritual? Are his parents evil? Are they possessed? Should the child

and his parents be shunned? Will the medicine man help them or lay an irreversible curse

on them for defecting?

Subconsciously and archetypally, the �modern science of vaccination� is doctrine. It

is alchemy. It is magic. Going against the magic is tantamount to trying to overturn

the very basis of life in the tribe.

In the extreme view, rebels are carriers of evil spirits (viruses). They are infectors.

They transmit evil spirits throughout the tribe and the village. They cause people to

fall ill and die. Yes, the medicine man is doing all he can to protect his people (through

vaccination), but this is war. Nothing is guaranteed. The evil spirits are arrayed against

the medicine man. We must help him and bolster his power and advantage. We have our role

to play. He is the hero. Cling to the hero. Praise him.

In the fullness of time, do whatever we can to increase his glory. He is engaged in an

occult struggle on levels we cannot hope to fathom. On our behalf. In the tribe.

His many remedies (incomprehensible to us) are walking a fine line. Because of their

power, they have risks (side effects). These risks are numerous. Every night in collective

meetings (television ads), we are told of the numerous problems that could arise (ask

your doctor if X is right for you). But the impact of hearing these warnings is extremely

positive, because we feel the danger, and feeling the danger is what we need and want,

because, again, we are in a war against the evil spirits�and the sensation of risk is

preferable to feeling nothing. Give us more warnings, and let us experience a return to

ancient days when we lived on the edge of extinction and knew the blood coursing through

our veins was alive.

It takes a village. We are the tribe. We are the warriors.

The needle is the magic transmitter. The plunger of the syringe is the force. The fluid in

the syringe is the alchemical transformer. Be silent in their presence. Accept their

mysterious grace.

2017 BRZ burnout challenge part deux - Duration: 9:03.

hey everybody its Justin and we're doing

a little bit of driving through town

today I know some of you had asked in

one of my previous videos how does the tanabe concept g sound while inside

the car just kind of driving through

town going through the gears regular

day-to-day type of driving

so I'm going to bring some of that a

little bit of driving around through the

town tell you how it sounds the inside

of the car

and I'm also going to make my way back

out to my burn out spot and try another

attempt at getting this car to do burnouts

if you saw my original burnout

attempt in the 2017 subaru brz you

probably saw that it wasn't very good it

was pretty pathetic even I dislike my

own YouTube video you so we're going to

try to redeem ourselves a little bit today

I've got

alright so that was a little bit scary

that's emergency vehicle

blaring up behind me on a very narrow

street had to get out of the way let

them pass but anyways we're going to

head back out to my burn out spot

attempt to get more burnouts in the car

I actually have the stock tires on the

car so we'll try a burnout on the power

to see what it will do from a standing

launch we'll even try some brake stands and see

we can generate a little bit more smoke

this time have something more worthy of

a successful burn out so follow along and I

so cruising along at 50 the car's

actually pretty quiet it doesn't drone

real bad I'm only going about 50 miles

an hour I can put it into sixth gear and

you really can't even hear the exhaust it's pretty quiet

downshift into fourth gear

give it a little gas and obviously it comes to life

alright so we'll try to run through the

gears here real quick going to make a

left hand turn

2nd gear obviously

so now we're at 70 miles an hour in 6th

gear

it's still pretty quiet you can actually

leisurely go down the highway not be annoyed by

exhaust in this car

alright we'll throw in some boring casual city traffic driving

the gear shift indicator on these cars I don't know if the previous

or pre 2017 cars add this feature but

you can turn on the gear shift indicator in

the dash will actually tell you

when to shift gears presumably for fuel

economy and best efficiency

so that's what I'm doing and I'm just shifting

when the little gear shift indicator

tells me to shift

alright so coming up to a stop we'll do

another run through the gears here

hopefully if there's no traffic

so that was first through fourth gear to

about 7,000 rpms on each gear I wasn't going

to go hammer it off the red line or

anything like that

so I don't know what do you guys think it sounds pretty awesome

to me I do like it a lot better than my old

exhaust for sure

all right so enough of that stuff let's

go try some burnouts see what we can

do this time

alright we made it out to the burnout spot first attempt is just

going to be a repeat of what we did in

the first burnout video nothing special

here

alright so the stock tires did slip just

a little bit more than the bridgestones

that i had on there during first burnout

video but that was still pretty boring

roll it back here

get the car turne around and it's time to get a little bit

more serious

JUST IN: New Discovery Made About Obama's Iran Deal… And It's Disturbing - Duration: 3:03.

��In 2015, the Obama administration s did everything they could to secure a nuclear

deal with Iran.

They gave Iran billions in cash.

They gave back terrorists.

They removed sanctions.

But now we know they went further than that the Obama administration freed 14 Iranian

arms smugglers wanted internationally.

The Daily Caller reports:

The administration released seven individuals, six who were Iranian-Americans, on Jan. 17,

2016, in exchange for four U.S. citizens, including Washington Post reporter Jason Rezaian.

The former president also gave Iran a $1.7 billion cash payment, dropped charges, and

cancelled Interpol notices on 14 other fugitives also involved in smuggling.

Obama officials attempted to present the seven individuals as civilians charged with trade

embargo offenses, but they were actually involved in arms smuggling on behalf of the Iranian

military.

Obama s Justice Department prosecuted some of these individuals for posing a threat to

national security.

They didn t just dismiss a bunch of innocent business guys, a former federal law enforcement

supervisor involved in investigations on Iranian arms smuggling said.

And then they didn t give a full story of it.

The move upset many officials within the justice system.

Of course it pissed people off, but it s more significant that these guys were freed and

that people were killed because of the actions of one of them, said the supervisor.

Amin Ravan was one of those charged with smuggling military equipment for Iran.

U.S. authorities believe he was part of a ring that helped Iran provide high-tech components

for improvised explosive devices to Shiite militias in Iraq.

Iranian-backed Shiite militias are believed to have killed hundreds of U.S. troops with

what are now known as explosively-formed penetrators (EFPs) during the Iraqi insurgency.

The administration released three other individuals who were involved with illegally procuring

more than $24 million of technology for Iran s nuclear program.

Several of the fourteen individuals who had their charges dropped were involved in supporting

the Quds Force, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps branch responsible for supporting

Iran s terrorist proxies across the globe.

This is a scandal, Valerie Lincy, executive director of the nonpartisan Wisconsin Project

on Nuclear Arms Control, told Politico.

The cases bear all the hallmarks of exactly the kinds of national security threats we

re still going after.

It s stunning and hard to understand why we would do this.
