Youtube daily report w Apr 24 2017

Hello everyone from the inside of the Golf R!

Let's wake her up!

2016 Golf R...

...same car we drove on the track before.

We couldn't shoot a review of it back then...

...now we are doing it.

The car has been with us for the past two days...

Barış and Ata of our crew got pretty excited when they heard that I got the R.

They also own VW cars, a Polo and a Golf...

...making them two of those VAG people!

Anyone can find something to like...

in any VW Group car.

That's why people love VWs.

When you look at the exterior design...

...OK petrolheads like us will notice the bumpers and wheels...

...but anyone else will say that this is a Golf.

The car has bi-xenons, quad-exhaust, different skirts, chrome-satin mirrors...

...19" wheels with 235 section tires.

These are great add-ons for people like us.

It also has larger brakes...

...I always look at the brakes...

...to spot the fake BMW Ms from genuine ones!

If the rotors are tiny it means...

...the car is just a 520i that looks like an M5!

The interior of the Golf R is undeniably...

...the tidiest and the highest quality one in all hot-hatches.

It may not be the most colorful one...

...but it definitely feels premium.

The combination of piano black and this trim material here is very well.

There are some carbon look details here and there...

...which are not real carbon fiber.

It would be great if it was real CF!

All these details add up to the sportiness of the interior...

...as well as the 4 Motion logo here.

You have the engine start button here...

...and a button for drive modes below that.

Gear lever looks beautiful with a carbon texture on it.

Storage space is sufficient as well.

It has a sunglass holder up there, a cubby hole down here...

...door pockets are wide enough...

...rear living space is sufficient.

You can get very comfy in long journeys.

It is not the best in class, though.

Nissan Pulsar had an enormous legroom, for instance.

But this is not bad at all. Way better than the BMW 1.

Biggest difference inside the cabin is the steering wheel.

It looks very cool, fits your hand like a glove and it's sized perfectly.

There are also paddle shifters which are placed so perfect...

...you don't even need the shifter.

Seats are half Alcantara half cloth...

...but the cloth is quite different.

Seats are very sporty and comfortable at the same time.

They support you very well through corners.

Driving position is good, too.

You can easily find a good position...

...maybe it would be better if I could go a tiny bit lower.

You can still manage to find a good driving position anyway.

You can get really comfortable on long journeys even though this is a hot-hatch.

Armrest is placed perfectly and it is adjustable.

It supports your arm perfectly.

As for the comfort, the wind isolation is very well.

Golf is one of the best on this in the segment.

I can easily say this is a very-well isolated car in the hot-hatch segment.

The car has 19" wheels and tires.

Even though they are 19 inchers...

...the car can handle even short bumps very well.

Its ride is not bone-jarring like in the Clio RS.

Clio was like a go-kart!

Golf R is not like that.

You can comfortably drive it for your daily duties.

It is equipped with a reverse cam...

...it looks clear but there are better ones in the market now.

The camera is hidden behind the VW logo on the trunk.

You can easily adapt the car to your daily life...

...so it is exactly like an executive's car!

You can leave work and do some naughty things on your way back home...

...you can do long trips with it...

...it is fast, has four wheel drive, it is safe and comfortable.

This is not a hardcore sports car.

It is not a Focus RS or a Leon Cupra.

A 2.0 liter engine code named EA888 powers the car.

It produces 300 BHP and 380 Nm of torque.

It makes that torque figure between 1900 and 5500 rpm.

It produces 300 BHP at 5500 rpm.

It can rev up to around 6500.

But it doesn't make much power after 6500.

The unit packs a huge potential...

...and you do feel it.

You know all those modified Golf Rs with 600-700 BHP.

The engine has the potential for that.

The unit is very flexible...

...and turbo lag is pretty much non-existent.

Modern turbocharged engines...

...feel much like naturally aspirated units!

So what's different than the GTI's engine in this one?

It has a different head, different pistons, different turbo and injectors...

...different exhaust valves and has a different ECU tune resulting in 300 BHP.

It has a 6-speed DSG with wet clutches...

...I like this version of DSG more than the one with 7 speeds.

Initial throttle response is great...

...whereas the 7 speeds have a delay at that.

It's reactions and speed is very good.

You remember our drag video of this car and the Focus RS...

...Golf R won the race even though it lacks 50 horsepower.

I was driving the Focus.

We've received lots of messages saying that the Golf must be tuned!

It is not! It had 1000 kilometers on the clock that day...

...it was a stock Golf R just like it is right now.

The gearbox works perfect. It works with no loss.

DSG shifted up and went away while I was trying to shift up in the Focus.

The car can go to 100 from standstill in 4.9 seconds with the launch control...

ESP is off, I am in Race mode...

...full throttle and my foot is on the brake...

...it holds the revs at 4000 and...

100!

It can stop as well as it goes.

It has 340 mm discs up front and 310 mm ones at the back.

Clio RS had 310s up front!

Braking performance is quite impressive.

The car is a great performer. But you get used to it!

You'll get used to it in one week!

Now this will lead us to the drive and handling of the R!

Golf R has a Haldex four wheel drive system.

It has a Haldex 5 system.

It works really well.

You can never get the car off the road!

No matter what you do the car just grips.

It has an XDS+ diff up front...

...which acts as a limited-slip diff using the brakes...

...and it works quite fine!

These are great features.

This car is also equipped with adaptive chassis control - DCC.

You can set it to Race or Comfort and you do feel the changes.

Especially the Race mode does lots of changes to the car's behavior.

Other modes do not change much though.

I couldn't really felt anything through the other modes.

Throttle response changes and the car gets softer in comfort mode...

There are nice pop sounds coming from the exhaust!

The car simply obeys everything you throw at it!

You'd expect it to understeer in some situations but it never does!

The drive is...

To have some fun with this car, guys...

...you have to really step on it.

You can feel the four wheel drive system working only if you really step hard on the car.

Other than that the car just turns like its on rails.

It slides only when you do a gigantic weight transfer and even then it sslides on all four wheels!

You cannot get the rear end out easily like in the Focus RS or in an EVO.

EVO or the Focus RS has that funny side all the time.

In this one, you have to do some pretty scary things to have fun...

...and you have to be an experienced driver.

EVO and the RS inspires confidence while doing all that

This one gives confidence as well but it takes away the fun doing so.

You get the enjoyment everytime in the other cars.

Fuel economy...

I could manage 9.3 liters per 100 km...

...with an average speed of 27 km/h...

...and a very calm driving style in the city.

I drove like that for 50 kilometers.

When you step on the gas the average goes up to 14-15 liters.

You can even see 20 liters if you do track days.

I'd say you'll get an average consumption of 12 liters on the long run.

Focus RS's average was around 15-16 liters.

It was a bit heavier than this...

...this weighs at 1515 kilos while Focus was around 1600.

So this is a bit more economical than the competition.

I'd say the realistic figure would be 12 liters.

As a conclusion...

Golf R feels very safe...

...grips like nothing else...

...it may not put a smile on your face the way the Focus RS does...

...but this is a very serious machine.

It can do great things on a track.

I liked it.

I must thank Berkay, the owner of the car, for handing us the keys for two days.

That's all for now, guys.

I think it was an exciting video!

Support us, share our videos...

...and let's make the channel the greatest!

Love all of you! See you!

I'll spend some more time with the Golf!

I think that was a jump!

I'll do that again!

If there's a will, there's a way Congress and Trump can still fix health care law - Duration: 12:28.

If theres a will, theres a way Congress and Trump can still fix health care law

Now that the GOP effort to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act is in limbo, is there

a way to make it work better?

Democrats and Republicans dont agree on much when it comes to the controversial federal

health law, but some party leaders from each side of the aisle agree it needs repairs.

No one ever said the Affordable Care Act was perfect, said Senate Minority Leader

Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., on the Senate floor March 27. We have ideas to improve it.

Hopefully our colleagues on the Republican side do as well.

A day later, Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., said, We all want a system in health care where

everybody can have access to affordable coverage, where we have more choice and competition.

And several GOP senators have moved away from the partys long-held call for a total repeal

and are offering bills that would amend the measure.

Health policy analysts say that some of the health laws marketplace problems could

be improved with a bipartisan spirit. Here are some of the possibilities:

Stabilize The Insurance Market

Insurance companies have only a matter of weeks before they must tell the federal government

and/or individual states whether they plan to offer coverage in 2018 on the health laws

online marketplaces, which serve customers who dont get job-based or government insurance.

As of now, many companies say the uncertainty of what the market will look like or the

rules under which they will operate is making that decision difficult. At least one

insurer, Humana, has already said it would not offer coverage.

Two key moves that insurers are looking for from the administration are a promise to continue

providing certain subsidies for those with lower incomes and enforcing the requirement

for most people to either have insurance or pay a tax penalty.

The subsidies known as cost-sharing reductions are different than the tax-credit

subsidies that many marketplace customers get to help pay their premiums. The cost-sharing

subsidies help those with incomes between the poverty line ($20,420 for a family of

three) and nearly 2 times that ($50,400 for that same family) pay their deductibles

and other out-of-pocket costs. The House of Representatives sued the Obama administration

in 2014 for providing the subsidies without a formal congressional appropriation for the

money, and a federal judge sided with the lawmakers.

The Obama administration appealed the decision, but if the Trump administration were to drop

that appeal, the subsidies would disappear. At a House hearing March 29, Health and Human

Services Secretary Tom Price would not say what the administration plans to do about

the lawsuit or the subsidies.

Im a party to that lawsuit and Im not able to comment, he said. But Ryan,

who is also a party to the suit, said March 30 that he believes the administration should

continue paying the subsidies until the lawsuit is resolved.

The administration has been similarly quiet about how strictly it will enforce the individual

mandate that requires most people to have health insurance or pay a fine. On his first

day in office, President Donald Trump issued an executive order directing federal agencies

to minimize the unwarranted economic and regulatory burdens of the health law. But

other than the IRS backtracking on a plan to enforce the mandate more strongly, little

has happened on that front.

Yet those two provisions together the cost-sharing subsidies and the individual

mandate could result in 25 to 30 percent increases in premiums if they were to disappear,

said Andy Slavitt, who oversaw the health law for the final years of the Obama administration.

Assuring that the subsidies will remain and the mandate will be enforced would send

a strong signal to (insurance companies) that they should continue to participate in the

market, he added.

Some GOP health policy analysts including economist Gail Wilensky, who previously ran

the Medicare and Medicaid programs have proposed replacing the individual mandate

with penalties for signing up for insurance late, which is what Medicare does. Republicans

did that in their proposed replacement bill, by adding a 30 percent premium surcharge to

those with a break in coverage longer than two months. But insurance actuaries and the

Congressional Budget Office said that might eventually prompt fewer people to enroll because

it would encourage healthy people to remain uncovered.

Entice People To Enroll

Getting young and healthy people to sign up for coverage is not just a benefit for them.

If there are not enough healthy people in the insurance pool, then premiums rise for

everyone, because risk is being spread across a mostly sicker population. And someday even

the healthy people will need medical care.

But it takes more than just the requirement for coverage to get people to enroll. Slavitt

said it requires a real effort by both federal and state officials to reach people and help

them understand that having health insurance is a good thing, even if they are healthy.

What they should be doing is increasing marketing and the outreach budget, he said.

Youre trying to reach people who are uninsured and are unsure how it all works,

and it does take a lot of hand-holding.

So far, however, the administrations only move on that front was to cancel ads encouraging

people to sign up at the end of the enrollment period that overlapped with Trumps first

days in office. The HHS Inspector General is now investigating the results of this action.

Some analysts have estimated canceling the last-minute push lowered enrollment in the

exchanges by as much as a half-million people.

Help Offset Insurer Losses

Democratic lawmakers who wrote the Affordable Care Act knew that the market might be hard

for insurers to navigate for the first few years, and they built in several programs

to help reimburse those who lost money.

Republicans, however, blocked funding for one of the major programs, which was intended

to reimburse insurance plans that enrolled sicker-than-average populations for the first

three years of the marketplace operations. Republicans called the money insurer bailouts.

The loss of that money was a major reason for the collapse of many of the nonprofit

insurance co-ops created under the law and some other insurance companies said it contributed

to their decisions to leave the marketplaces.

Now, however, there are indications that Republicans might support some efforts to provide more

funding for insurers.

On March 13, Price sent a letter to governors encouraging them to apply for waivers of the

ACA rules in order to make insurance more affordable and available in their states.

Among the state innovations singled out in the letter is a reinsurance program

in Alaskathat helps insurers pay for extremely high-cost patients. That plan, said Price,

significantly offset what was a projected 40 percent premium increase in the state,

and might be an option elsewhere under the waivers, which could allow states to get federal

funding for such a program.

And the GOP health bill, the American Health Care Act, included $100 billion for a Patient

and State Stability Fund that states with limited insurer competition could use to lower

costs and help encourage insurers to stay in the market.

They have a potential fix staring them in the face, said Larry Levitt of the Kaiser

Family Foundation of the GOP proposal for a stability fund. It was a clever mechanism

because the states could use it for any of a variety of purposes. (Kaiser Health News

is an editorially independent project of the Foundation.)

Assist Patients With High Out-Of-Pocket Costs

Democrats and Republicans agree that people who buy their own insurance are paying too

much out-of-pocket, in premiums as well as deductibles and cost sharing.

Democrats mostly want to increase federal subsidies to help with affordability something

Republicans are not likely to embrace.

But there are other ways to lower consumer spending.

For example, Sabrina Corlette of Georgetown Universitys Center on Health Insurance

Reforms calls for smarter, not skimpier benefit design. One way to do that is to

set federal rules to push insurers that offer coverage with high deductibles to add more

benefits that would be available without paying thousands of dollars first, like a few trips

to the doctor or urgent care center or a few prescriptions. She writes that could keep

people from dropping coverage because they feel they are not getting any value for their

premiums. And if those mostly healthy people feel they are getting benefits they might

use, they are more likely to continue to purchase coverage, thus reducing premiums for everyone.

Another potential way to lower insurance costs is to lower health care costs. Even if there

are multiple competing insurers in an area, if theres one dominant hospital system,

it can pretty much charge whatever it wants.

Theres no other price in the U.S. economy thats growing as fast as a hospital price,

said Bob Kocher, a former Obama administration health official now at the venture capital

firm Venrock. And in areas with not much hospital competition, prices are 30 to 50 percent

higher for everything.

But how to get hospital prices down is almost as hard as regulating insurance. Kocher said

one way would be for federal regulators to be more discriminating about approving hospital

mergers, which tend to give hospitals more negotiating power over insurers.

More controversial would be to require hospitals that dominate their markets to just accept

Medicare prices from marketplace insurers, Kocher suggested. While that would tend to

bring prices down, its not likely to fly with free-market Republicans.

Deutsche Geschichte Teil 1: Auf den Spuren der Germanen - Teaser | An AGL Original - Duration: 9:53.

Authentic German Learning presents....

German History Part 1:

In the footsteps of the Germanic peoples

Experience the story of the Germans

with four and a half hours of German learning material

in 95 digestible units.

The following are brief excerpts from this course.

Get into the time machine! Don't be afraid!

Good. Here we go. Hold tight!

The year is 50 AD.

The whole of Europe is occupied by the Romans ...

The whole of Europ? No!

One small village of indomitable Germanic people

still holds out against the invaders.

And life is not easy

for the Roman legionaries

who garrison the fortified camps

of Vienna, Mainz, Bonn and Cologne ...

The Romans and the North Germans fought

several battles against each other.

Round 1: Noreia. Fight!

Romans in tactical formation on one side,

a mob of Germans on the other side.

Suddenly, from three sides

screaming Germans and Celts came at them!

The Romans panicked. Most of them

were killed, the rest fled back to camp.

Now the most famous Roman enters the stage:

Julius Caesar.

Konjunktiv exercise:

The Germans are supposedly large and very brave.

It was said that they are very strong in a fight

and quite skilled with weapons.

The Roman soldiers, including the officers,

were afraid and did not want to fight.

Subsequently, Caesar gave an impassioned speech.

Caesar emphasized

the importance of mental determination.

If we have the courage to act

and to resolutely pursue our goals,

we can achieve them.

Caesar came, saw and conquered.

We are in the year 9 AD.

Publius Quinctilius Varus was tasked

with romanizing Germania.

With each advance of the Germans,

the battle formation of the Romans was disturbed.

The Cherusker attacked,

incited chaos, killed Varus' men

and retreated back quickly.

Because of their armor, the Romans had no chance

to pursue their enemies.

15,000 Romans died on the battlefield,

up to one-eighth of the total army

of the Roman Empire.

When the Roman Emperor Augustus found out,

he shouted: "Varus, give me back my legions!"

The situation was getting even worse:

The Quadi approached with a siege tower.

The Romans believed themselves to be lost. Not much longer,

and Quadi would storm their camp.

Desperately, the Romans fought

and prayed to their gods.

Suddenly, the sky darkened.

From black clouds, it began to rain

and to hail.

It thundered and flashed.

Lightning struck the siege tower

and set it on fire.

Marcus Aurelius wrote the Meditations

mostly in military camps

during the war with the Germans.

Many centuries later,

they were published in a book.

However much chaos there may be around him

(even if there is much chaos),

like a column the stoic man stands untouched

and calmly through emotional self-mastery.

By Thor, be afraid

of the mighty Germanic gods!

Thor was the protector of farmers against giants

and brought the thunder.

Part of the Germanic religions

was magic.

Like bone-sprain, so blood-sprain, so joint-sprain:

Bone to bone, blood to blood, joints to joints, ...

Interestingly, the Germans had

their own script.

The Germans scratched the runes

into their weapons and personal belongings.

Maybe they wanted to cast a spell

to protect themselves

or inflict damage to others.

The Huns are coming!

The Visigoth Fritigern hastily (quickly) rides

his horse on the vast steppe

(grasslands).

He has just seen something terrible.

"How could this happen!?", he thinks,

"I have to warn the others quickly."

We are in the year 374 AD.

It's cold and it will be dark soon.

Fritigern rides towards the setting sun.

Repeatedly

the terrible scenes come back to his mind.

which he has just experienced

Fritigern could escape just in time.

It's imperative that he warns his people.

That was the teaser.

I hope you are now

eager, full of enthusiasm to learn German!

The course is suitable for all levels,

because you decide

how quickly the sound recordings are played

and because there is an English translation of the text.

I wish you a lot of fun!

if you have already looked at a couple of units:

Valter Hugo Mãe – A solução do amor - Duration: 2:09.

Somehow, the challenge put to us in every relation

is to withstand the other's defects.

I would say the best love is the one

that precisely adores the other's defects.

Sometimes, people ask me: "How can you be

with someone so annoying, so that,

or that has a smile that allows you to see all the way up the gums,

up here, and it's something so unbearable…". And we answer:

"It is precisely because we can see her gums that I like her".

What is, eventually,

in common sense, a defect,

may be a virtue for someone in love.

This is the greatest challenge, to withstand the defects.

And we almost appear on the other's life as…

A complement for the things in which the other's going to fail.

And, eventually, we all go through this experience.

There's nothing more gratifying

than eventually protecting the person we love

when we know perfectly that she's going to fail.

And we know: that… She does not know how to do that…

Before she suffers because she is

confronted with this necessity, I'm going to do it.

She will get home and see her accounting made,

because I know how and she doesn't.

And she will breathe differently,

and we well love the person more

because that person allowed to occupy a failure of her.

For us to serve in order to solve that person's failure.

And that's why the difficulty, often, is in this,

in us detecting defects

and putting ourselves as solutions.

Tinder and the excess of comfort. - Duration: 5:17.

I wanted to curse...

Nah, but hold it back a bit.

Well, that sucks

But I did that on purpose, is what I would have said

I'm getting confused here

What is up guys, and welcome to another Titan's Life!

And so... Tinder... That app that allows you to stay in the comfort of your home

Laying in bed, setting up the dates for the week

And then the day comes, you meet the nice guy/girl

Spend that nice and funny night and that's it, total success

But one thing that we don't realize is that it buries us in our own comfort

But the idea with the video is not to blame the apps, say they are the problem of our generation

or even say that they are humanity's problems, because they are not

they are very beneficial to our development

I wrote an article for the site SuperBoss, we will leave the link down below

And the idea, basically, is that we as human beings, avoid pain

This is our first instinct, and when we go out to meet new people, we expose ourselves

we risk our social proof

and when we lose this social proof, we feel a lot of pain

So what the app does, the Tinder, and many others

They take this out of the equation

That makes us to setlle, cause when the is no pain anymore

Why would I take the chance? To go out and talk to a girl or a boy and risk losing my social proof, when

I can stay home, relaxed, and not take this chance?

What Tinder has done, mainly for guys, is to take away the most difficult part of the interaction, the beginning

We already made a video on it, talking about how hard it is for us men

Doesn't matter how simple it looks like, to just approach a girl, no it is not

Because it demands a lot of stepping out of our comfort zones

It demands not caring what others will think if we get rejected

So, it is like what you said, to take away the hardest part of the interaction

And to start from the second part, so to say

So if you have this idea clear in your head, it becomes clear why this app may be so addictive

Why it's use may become very easy

Cause it is very easy for use to get addicted to something that avoids us from exposing ourselves

When we want to be very good at smth, when we want to get very far

We expand our comfort zones little by little

And little by little we get better

And there will be always a new challenge, something we must overcome

And when we settle, our comfort zone ends up shrinking and we end up staying in the "good enough"

And it's awesome when we realize the problems that Tinder may present

Because we can take it to any other area

Convenience may happen in any part of your development

And it may sabotage you the same way

You may settle, stick to "good enough" and this way never reach that next level

The idea with the video is not to roast the app or even say we are against it

We should always use tech and stuff that make our lifes easier, but never to replace what we have

only to add

Someone who is having nice results and getting to know a lot of different people through the app

When he/she is invited by a friend to go out, in other words, step out of his/her comfort zone

If he/she is not present at the moment and aware

He/she will come across two options

One being "pain", that makes her/him go out of the comfort zone

And the other one that is comfortable, which is stay home with the "good enough" results

Because he/she knows that "Okay... I have these dates here, so I don't need to know new people"

So, there are two types of people in that situation

The one that is okay with the "good enough" results

And the other one, which always wants the best possible

The one that is always willing to leave the comfort zone to improve and be better than yesterday

And the idea we wanted to bring was that Tinder, or tools that make our life easier in general

They end up or may awaken is us something

That second person without we even realizing it

And get us stuck with the "good enough"

And never reach our best version or great results

What we propose here is for you to allow yourself to considerate these two options

Not only when we are talking about relationships, which we used as an example

In all you life situations where you might be acting like this person

who is stuck to his/her convenience, stuck to his/her own comfort zone

Volkswagen Golf R | TEST [English Subtitled] - Duration: 15:55.

The world needs more female filmmakers | UPROXX Reports - Duration: 2:48.

I'm here to meet the

next generation of female filmmakers.

I think it's really sad that women are

so underrepresented in the filmmaking

worlds because we have a lot of stories

to tell that are just as strong as men stories.

If you watch a movie and you

actually sit and watch the credits

it seems kind of impossible.

But like when I started taking my first film one class

and I was like, "Oh, like this is something

anyone could do if they really wanted to."

This school is LAUSD USC Media Arts

and Engineering Magnet.

So to me, I feel that it's great to be able to

help train the next generation of

filmmakers, and we've had some young

women who've just really taken off.

They want to be directors, they want to be

cinematographers now, and the kids already

have cameras in their hands, whether it's

in their phone or their iPad or whatever

it might be. We're just showing them how

to be more professional with whatever they're shooting.

Girls Build L.A. is a all girls leadership project.

We are in 50 schools in LA County.

Unfortunately, it is, I would say, still harder to be

a woman than it is a man, both in school

and in the workplace.

The way that this program empowers young artists,

I think, it's pretty valuable that they connect

them with a real world mentor.

In terms of storytelling, why do you think

it's so important to get their point of view out?

It's really putting the cameras and

equipment in their hands. The one thing I

love to do with my classes, whether it's

a documentary or a narrative story,

we always ground it in some way into their life,

and to issues that they're dealing with,

where they can make it personal.

And to be able to put your own voice into that,

to tell your story, especially for

young women to be able to see things

that represent them and that they can

identify with.

Margaret: Classes like Mr. Waynee's help

because you see that it's doable making films.

We need to understand that

we do have the power now to actually go

so high in the film industry.

So we shouldn't just, you know, sit back and be

the secretary and the little assistant

that brings coffee to the director.

Like we can be the director, and we have equally

creative minds, and there's more girls

born every day, so there shouldn't be a

reason why we can't.

CNN IS IN TROUBLE! Look at the RACIST Thing CNN Host Said About Black People Today - Duration: 2:47.

CNN IS IN TROUBLE!

Look at the RACIST Thing CNN Host Said About Black People Today

CNN has basically done everything they can think of in the last year to lose the Trust

of the American people.

First, they LIED about Hillary Clinton winning before then MISLEADING the American public

with Fake News about Trump peeing on women in Russia.

Now they have managed to hit ANOTHER new low by letting their apparently RACIST show host

Marc Lamont Hill declare Black Americans who support Trump as "Mediocre Negroes"!!

The CNN show host had his breakdown while discussing Steve Harvey's meeting with Trump

with Trump's own diversity team member, Bruce LeVell. It started like you would expect.

A little whiny but nothing too intense when Hill said,

"I love Steve Harvey and I have respect for Steve Harvey and I think his intentions

were appropriate, but my disagreement is the way in which he's being used by folk like

Donald Trump.

They keep bringing up comedians and actors and athletes to represent black interests.

It's demeaning, it's disrespectful, and it's condescending.

Bring some people up there with expertise Donald Trump, don't just bring up people

to entertain."

Of course, Bruce LeVell, being the well-spoken man he is, hit back with a rational counterpoint,

"You weren't even there.

Pastor Darryl Scott, Mike Cohen, they are in the process of bringing all types of people

from all over the country, from all different backgrounds.

Remember the diversity coalition where we reached out to all different types of people?"

And that is when the whole thing blew up.

Apparently that "triggered" Marc Lamont Hill to show his own racism towards free-thinking

Black Americas (or as I call them, Americans).

"Yeah, it was a bunch of mediocre Negroes being dragged in front of TV as a photo-op

for Donald Trump's exploitative campaign against black people.

And you are an example of that."

Look, if you are black and supported Trump, there is NOTHING Mediocre about you.

We are brothers and sisters working together to make America great again.

So, Pardon my French Marc Hill, but you are nothing but a BIGGOTED LOSER!

Share this and respect each other!!

How staying on TOP isn't always a 'good' thing - Duration: 2:36.

Hey guys, it's Kari Azuma and I am part of a coalition of mothers who are transforming,

every single day.

It's week four of beginners mind month and there's something that's really been on my

mind, which is: we live in a culture that is OBSESSED with knowing, NEEDING to know.

Needing to know the answers, having to have certainty all the time, and I know that when

I became a mother and I went into overwhelm and stress and survival mode, that certainty

was something I clung on to CONSTANTLY.

And I know that one thing that it didn't provide for me was security.

And there is this really interesting correlation in our brains that says, "If we're certain

and if we know, we will be safe."

Well, I'm here to tell you something a little different.

It's not so true.

Actually, the only times in my life where I've really felt safe or I've moved to a new

part of myself that felt stronger and more capable, is when I felt uncomfortable.

And this whole idea around beginners mind, is so grounded in being in the mystery and

that is not something that's taught in our culture.

Actually, it's something that's fought against a lot of the time and technology, everything

else like that, completely supports it.

So, we have to be even MORE vigilant these days to really allow ourselves to be in the

unknown, to start something new. to learn something about ourselves, about anything.

And I've noticed in the last year and a half, through my healing after I became a mother,

this is the ONE thing that got me through.

When I was finally ready to surrender into the unknown, and to really be in the beginners

seat, and say "Ok, I am ready to learn how to be a mom, and I'm ready to let go of what

I've known," then that's where all the glory came.

So that's my invitation to you today moms: what are you not allowing yourself to surrender

to?

What are you telling yourself you HAVE to know, or you have to be certain about?

And how do you believe that certainty is keeping you safe?

And check that out!

Cause it might actually be the think that's causing the most suffering.

If this is inspiring for you, please, hit that 'Like' button, and if this would support

somebody that you know, TAG them, or SHARE this on your page, and hit that subscribe

button if you're on YouTube.

And if you know a mother who could use support and wants to be part of this conversation,

But with all that out of the way, let's begin!

So today we have a brand new video for you, yes, a brand new video!

Today we will have tips and tricks for beginners that just started this game.

So be sure to stay till the end, because we will have very important things to say to

get overall better at playing Clash Royale.

Also, as I said, this video is mainly for beginners so if I help you out with at least

one of these tips today, be sure to smash that like button below.

I know that Clash Royale can get pretty frustrating when you first start playing because one,

everybody is beating you in every match, or you just choose the wrong cards and decks

to put down on the battle ground.

I remember when I first started playing Clash Royale, god I wanted to throw my phone at

a wall!

It was the most frustrating thing, I lost basically every single time I played.

I didn't start winning and leveling up until my friend, who is a professional at this game

started giving me tips at getting better, these are the same tips I'm going to give

you today in this video!

SO be sure to smash that like button and let's hit way over 5000 likes today in this video!

Do it for my friend, who truly changed my life in Clash Royale!

Seriously, these tips definitely help you at least get better, you should be able to

win a match after this video.

I mean I'm not guaranteeing that'll you'll become the best player ever from these tips

but they will definitely help out!

GIVE my friend a huge shout out!

THANKS bro for the tips haha.

Without a further a do, lets start with these tips to being beast at Clash Royale!

First and for most thing, SPEND gold wisely, I mean come on don't go spending all your

gold on stupid things!

It's limited so be careful how you spend that!

Gold is the most important currency in Clash Royale.

Players don't farm it like in Clash of Clans, and instead it's earned by winning battles.

You can also earn gold from free daily chests or clan chests.

The more battles you win, the more chests you can unlock.

Some take three hours to unlock, some take eight, and even 12 hours.

I start those before heading to bed.

It's a long wait, but worth it.

The Crown Chest gives out the most gold.

Taking part in challenges or Tournaments is a great way to earn gold and cards to upgrade

too.

The Grand Challenge can earn you hundreds of cards and lots of gold.

Instantly allowing for huge upgrades that can turn the battle in your favor.

Who doesn't like gold though??

I wish Clash Royale handed that stuff like candy, but they don't!

So everybody especially beginners who just started playing this game just be wise, and

don't spend gold carelessly like I did when I first started.

I spent the little I had so fast, I was so screwed!

But luckily, I started winning matches!

Anyways, lets smash that like button guys, my friend will do a back flip if we get to

5000 likes on this specific video!

Sike, he wont!

But I mean all your dreams will come true if you drop a like down below!

Lets do it, 5000 likes come on!

Okay, so moving with our lives.

by the way, ALWAYS upgrade your troops whenever you get a chance!

Don't sit there and wait!

Just upgrade them as much as possible!

Do things in the game such as challenges in the game, to help you upgrade your troops

faster!

Come on people just do it!

Alright, I want that like button smashed down below!

I want way over 5000 likes on this video, show some love!

Where is my Clash Tips fam at??

Just smash that like button guys!

Also, I want you guys to drop a comment down below and tell me video ideas to do next,

that'll help me out so much!

Because I want to know WHAT you guys want to see in my videos! AND don't forget you

beginners out there, drop a comment down below to let me know which step really helped you

out in the game!

Okay moving on, god I just keep going off topic!

Alright second tip to being a better Clash Royale player is, ALWAYS use spells!

In the early stages of Clash Royale most players don't have spells, but within a week or

so of playing you'll likely have the Freeze spell, and then in arena 3-4 get the Rage

spell.

Freeze will as you expect, freeze everything.

This is one of those cards I save to the end and use with precision for a last-minute surprise

and instant victory.

The purple Rage spell increases speed, movement, and damage to wreck your enemy.

Drop a Giant or Skeleton Giant, wait a few seconds, and drop the Rage.

He'll quickly get to their base, and destroy it.

Rage a Balloon and enjoy the results.

Now that Rage is only 2 Elixir it isn't nearly as risky as it was before.

Pair that with a balloon and its game over if you can make it to the tower.

And about that freeze spell, I use it for everything.

Perfect placement (and after waiting a few seconds and being risky) paid off as you can

see above.

I waited longer than I should have for the enemy to drop a troop to take out my balloon,

then dropped the freeze.

Stopping the tower and Witch both at once, and giving my balloon time to take an entire

tower.

Think ahead, be methodical, take your time, and use spells as a surprise to your advantage.

Spells like the Lightning can also deal that last bit of damage as the clock winds down

or in overtime to get a win.

Okay moving to the third tip, but before we drop that third tip though comment down below

if you guys are having nice weather wherever you live!

Because I certainly have been having nice days around these parts of town.

Like doesn't it make you whenever you have nice weather?!?

Well, it makes me extremely happy whenever I see that sun shinning in the sky.

Anyways, god I hate that I keep going off of topic!

I forget what tip number we're on I think we're at the third tip!

Okay third tip to becoming beast at this game is, never EVER attack first!

A beginners mistake and it could be deadly!

Early on I was always first to attack, and my troops were getting countered by the enemy,

and putting me behind from the start.

It's also a good idea not to attack first to keep the Elixir advantage.

This alone can win battles.

Players should wait for the Elixir bar to get full before attacking, and if possible,

wait for the enemy to deploy first, to help choose the best troop and strategy to begin.

This is called a positive elixir trade.

Drop a 2-Elixir card to kill a 4-Elixir card.

That puts you ahead.

It will build up to a push the enemy can't stop and you'll win.

This doesn't always work, but a good defense wins championships in the NFL, and the same

rule applies here.

Being able to have a solid defense allows players time to fill up Elixir, and counter-attack.

Turn a strong defense into a powerful counter offensive attack.

Another idea is saving select cards for the 1:00 minute mark, then surprise the enemy

for a quick win.

If you attack first, you've likely given away a secret kill card or strategy.

I always save the Freeze spell for the final few pushes to catch the enemy off guard.

Alright guys, lets hit the fourth tip really quick before I go off of topic!

But before I do so, smash that like button!

JUST DO IT!

Anyways, fourth tip coming in hot!

Fourth tip is, don't rush attacks ever!

At times rushing an attack with multiple troops and starting heavy can overwhelm the enemy.

And when this happens it feels good.

However, good players will do what we mentioned above and defend, then counter with a solid

offense and take out a tower.

Using too many forces at once can often put you behind.

If the enemy drops an Elixir collector and a Giant I know they have none left, so I push

the other lane.

Be smart with what you do.

Take your time and be precise with each move.

Don't just use whatever card is up.

Think about it, take positive Elixir trades and build up an advantage.

I've learned to start with one or two light troops, seeing what the enemy has, then going

big with a Giant, followed by a Musketeer or similar.

That or my second move will be a strong counter attack.

Of course everyone will have a different strategy, approach, and style.

Rushing may work for some, but beginners will want to take their time and learn first, much

like a chess match, then out maneuver the enemy.

Once you've learned which cards counter others best, rush your attacks if you'd

like, and be prepared for a quick response from the enemy.

Its been real guys!

Oh yeah by the way, I think our Clash Tips family is too intense!

I don't recommend smashing that like button with the your smart TV!

Stay Safe everybody!

Anyway guys, that's basically it for today's video!

I hope you enjoyed this new Clash Royale update as much as I did, and if you did, be sure

to smash that like button below and let's try to get way over 5,000 likes!

Also, if you haven't already entered the Nintendo Switch giveaway, be sure to do so now by subscribing

Unidentified Square Objects Replacing Saucers and Triangles - Duration: 6:53.

Unidentified Square Objects Replacing Saucers and Triangles

BY Paul Seaburn

Have aliens gotten tired of flying discs?

Is square the new shape in UFOs?

That may be the new trend if recent sightings are any indication.

MUFON received photographs from a UFO witness in Philadelphia showing a square flying object,

while another witness in southern Ohio reported watching a low-flying square.

Is it time to check for trade-ins at the used saucer lot?

The Philadelphia witness (MUFON case # 82950) saw the square UFO on the morning of 4/3/17

and described it as a wide diamond or a square.

The black parallelogram appeared to be high in the north-northwest sky and moving slowly

but at a faster speed than a floating balloon.

In the ten minutes the UFO was in sight, the witness noticed four flashes of light and

took some pictures.

Another person also saw the UFO and said it didnt look like a helicopter.

The Ohio square sighting (MUFON case # 83058) occurred on 4/9/17 in the evening (10 pm)

over Xenia.

The witness and his son saw the square shaped ufo fly over their house in the

direction of - if you live in the area, you know already Wright Patterson Air

Force Base.

Could this have been some type of secret military plane?

It was square shaped when overhead but from a distance it was flatter from top to bottom.

It appeared to have flames coming out of the rear of it and had no wings or other visible

lights other than the flames and orange glow about it.

This square UFO was apparently flying too fast for the witness to take a picture or

get his girlfriend outside to see it.

Are square UFOs becoming a trend?

Another MUFON report (# 57373) describes a sighting over Austin, Texas, on the evening

of 6/25/16.

I observed what appeared to be a square, low-flying object approaching me from the east.

There were four unwavering lights, two red and two yellow.

There was very little space between the lights, giving the appearance of a compact square.

Strangely, it seemed that one of the sides was its leading edge, not one of the angles.

That IS strange a craft that didnt have a point out front.

This UFO disappeared and then showed up again, traveling at an estimated 25 mph in a different

direction relative to the witness.

Could a test military aircraft or a drone pull off that kind of maneuver?

For the seeing is believing crowd, another report (#76835) has three witnesses a

father and two young adult sons in Batavia, Illinois, on 6/5/16 seeing and recording a

dark square object, possibly the size of a car, with rounded corners that they estimated

to be about 300 meters from them.

Square UFO sightings are rare but more frequent that you might think.

Perhaps the ubiquitous flying saucer description gets used for other shapes.

Large rectangles are often the shapes given when a witness believes theyre seeing a

mothership. Other than internal space, why would a mothership need to be rectangular

or square instead of round?

A secret military plane seems more likely, especially when the front is a pointed angle.

That shape fits flying wings and similar crafts.

But what about the reports of square UFOs with the flat edge in front?

That doesnt seem too efficient, even for a sophisticated propulsion system.

Hats off as always to MUFON for their excellent research and database and to NUFORC for their

reports as well.

Lets hope one day well all see one of these

square UFOs close-up.

ALERT Quiet Obama Plan to Take Down Trump Begins April 24

BY KIM SMITH

As the old adage goes, all good things must come to an end.

And so it is with former President Barack Obama and his extended vacation following

President Donald Trumps inauguration.

After spending several weeks in French Polynesia, Obama has been planning a return to the public

eye, with his first public event in Chicago on Monday, according to The New York Times.

The event will be a town hall-style meeting with students at the University of Chicago.

The former president will then attend an awards ceremony in Boston, which will be followed

by a series of public speaking events and private paid speeches in the U.S. as well

as Europe.

Obama is also scheduled to make an appearance at the Brandenburg Gate in Germany with Chancellor

Angela Merkel.

The Times also reported that Obama wasnt planning on responding to President Donald

Trumps policies, adding that he would rather focus on broader themes that will hopefully

keep him above the cable-television combat and the Capitol Hill debates.

Those themes include civic engagement, the health of the planet, the need for diplomacy,

civil rights and the development of a new generation of young American leaders, according

to The Times.

Right.

Most thinking people know all of that is code for helping build an apparatus to destroy

Trumps agenda in the midterms, if not sooner.

We already know Obama has been working on building a strong machine in Washington to

work against Trump and Republicans at every level.

Obama will simply get rich(er) from all his speeches about civil rights, diplomacy and

inspiring anew generation of leaders.

Maybe he will donate some of that money to his favorite charities.

Maybe not.

OK, probably not.

Nobodys fooled by Obamas rhetoric, but right now he is the most powerful weapon the

Democrats have against Trump.

They have been chomping at the bit for him to come back into the fray, and now that he

is, he will do everything he can to undermine the president as long as it doesnt

involve a direct confrontation, because we all know Obama would never take on Trump face-to-face.

(WATCH) Crazy Liberal Just Did Something INSANE Outside Trump's Hotel Last Night…

This right here is EXACTLY what we are fighting against while we try and rebuild our country.

Last night a CRAZY liberal middle aged man walked out in front of the Trump International

Hotel in Washington DC and set Himself on FIRE!

The DC police showed up and the man put himself out and was taken to the hospital after suffering

minor injuries.

When the police asked him "Why" he did it, the man (who is from California) responded,"(I'm

protesting) the fact that we've elected somebody who is completely incapable of respecting

the constitution of the United States."

Yeah, this coming from the guy burning himself alive to overthrow an election.

Hmmmmm….

This man is not just angry, he CLEARLY suffers from some sort of mental illness that would

lead him to do such bodily harm to himself.

Luckily for him, Trump has already made it clear he intends to tackle America's failing

mental health while President.

If you think this is BEYOND unacceptable, then please voice your support for Donald

Trump in the next few months.

He may have won the election, but the "war" is only starting!

3 Deadly Diseases You've Probably Never Heard Of - Duration: 5:20.

Every year, millions of people are infected with diseases you've probably never heard

of.

There's tons of media coverage about things like malaria, Zika, and HIV — all of which

pose serious threats to public health.

But there are many more diseases out there that are just as deadly -- yet not as infamous.

They're called neglected tropical diseases, or NTDs, because historically they haven't

been paid as much attention as other diseases, and they mainly affect people in tropical

areas.

But these days, global healthcare initiatives are paying attention to them -- working to

find ways to prevent and treat these diseases.

The deadliest NTD — caused by the second-deadliest parasite in the world, after malaria's — is

schistosomiasis, also known as snail fever.

It's caused by a parasitic worm, called schistosoma, that's transmitted through

water that's been contaminated with the parasite's eggs.

The parasites use certain kinds of snails in the water as hosts, to grow and multiply.

Eventually, the parasites' larvae are released into the water, and that's when anyone who

comes in contact with the water is at risk, because the larvae can burrow through the

skin.

Infected people often don't have symptoms for the first month or two, though they can

sometimes end up with a rash or other symptoms like fever, aches, and a cough.

Symptoms are much more common later on, once the larvae have grown into adults and laid

eggs.

That's when the infection is considered chronic.

But the symptoms of chronic schistosomiasis aren't caused by the full-grown worms — the

worms can actually incorporate proteins from the host to trick the immune system into ignoring

them.

It's the eggs that cause an incredibly strong immune response, which can strike almost anywhere:

the intestines, the lungs, the bloodstream, even the brain.

So schistosomiasis can cause all kinds of symptoms, from diarrhea to wheezing to seizures.

More than 200 million people have schistosomiasis right now, and about 200,000 people die from

it every year.

The main way to treat it is to prevent it: if people are regularly given a drug called

praziquantel, even if they don't have the disease, they're less likely to develop

a severe infection later on.

But the best way to protect people in the long term is to make sure communities have

access to sanitation and safe drinking water, to stop the parasite from spreading.

Another neglected tropical disease is Chagas disease.

It's most prevalent in Central and South America, where about 8 million people have

the infection, and about 10,000 die from it every year.

Chagas is caused by a parasite called Trypanosoma cruzi, a single-celled protozoan.

The parasite spreads through the feces of infected insects, often known as kissing bugs.

Usually, the parasite enters the body through mucous membranes — like in the eyes and

mouth — or through broken skin, when someone scratches a kissing bug bite.

The best time to treat the disease is just a few days after infection, but most people

don't show any symptoms for weeks.

And even in those who do, the symptoms are pretty mild and nonspecific — like fever,

a rash, and diarrhea.

And then something frightening happens: After this initial phase, Chagas infection usually

goes dormant -- for years.

After as much as a decade or two, about 30% of infected people then develop chronic, life-threatening

symptoms — including swelling of the heart, or the intestinal tract.

So, prevention and early detection are very important here.

But as with other NTDs, it often affects people who don't have easy access to healthcare.

Fortunately, efforts are underway to help those at risk, mainly with the help of insecticides.

If you kill the bugs, they can't spread the disease.

Then there's African trypanosomiasis, otherwise known as African sleeping sickness, which

affects parts of sub-Saharan Africa.

Like Chagas, this disease is caused by parasites carried by insects — in this case, by the

bite of the tsetse fly.

In the first phase of sleeping sickness, the parasite reaches the peripheral nervous system

— the nerves that aren't part of the brain or spinal cord.

Here, symptoms include things like fever, joint pain, and itching, which can be caused

by lots of different things.

So — again like Chagas — sleeping sickness is hard to diagnose at first.

But symptoms become more severe when the parasite invades the central nervous system — the

brain and spinal cord.

Then, it can cause convulsions, confusion, and the symptom that gives the disease its

name: uncontrollable sleepiness.

If left untreated, sleeping sickness can be fatal.

But it is treatable with combined medications, even in the second stage.

And initiatives to treat sleeping sickness have become more and more successful in recent

decades.

In 1995, there were an estimated 300,000 new cases of African sleeping sickness.

But since then, health organizations have been working on testing people for the disease

and getting treatment to those who need it.

They've also been using insecticides to kill tsetse flies.

By 2014, there were fewer than 15,000 new cases of sleeping sickness.

There are lots of other NTDs out there as well.

But they aren't being neglected anymore, either, and that's making a big difference.

Thanks for watching this episode of SciShow, which was brought to you and sponsored by

Bill Gates.

world are working to fight them -- like the Uniting to Combat NTDs Coalition, which recently

set the world record for the most medication donated in 24 hours, with more than 200 million

doses donated to prevent and treat NTDs.

IT'S SOMETHING THAT GOES BACK TO HIS VERY EARLIEST PUBLIC

OF TIME TALKING TO DEMOCRATIC ACTIVISTS SINCE THE ELECTION,

JOSH. I GET THIS SENSE WHILE THEY

AGREE 100% ON WHAT HE SAID TODAY ABOUT GETTING INVOLVED, THERE'S

A SECOND PART OF THAT, WHICH IS A COMPLETE AND TOTAL

I'M NOT JUST TALKING ABOUT DONALD TRUMP.

I HEAR MORE AND MORE DEMOCRATS ECHOING THAT WASHINGTON HAS

THERE IS A SENSE THAT OUR POLITICS IS BROKEN, A LOT OF

CONGRESS STRUGGLES EVEN DOING THE MOST BASIC THINGS.

THAT WILL BE ON FULL DISPLAY LATER THIS WEEK AS REPUBLICANS

A PIECE OF LEGISLATION TO GET PASSED TO IMPROVE OUR SCHOOLS.

LET'S GET INVOLVED AND FIGURE OUT WHAT WE CAN DO TO MAKE SURE

KIDS ARE GETTING A GOOD EDUCATION.

THAT'S ULTIMATELY A GOOD THING. THE MORE PEOPLE ARE INVOLVED IN

THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT ARE GOING TO BE DISAPPOINTED THAT HE

WERE THERE, AS WELL. I THINK IT WAS THE LAST PRESS

AND HE SAID, YOU KNOW, HE'LL

SPEAK UP WHEN THINGS REALLY ARE EGREGIOUS ESSENTIALLY.

WHAT DO YOU THINK WOULD MOTIVATE HIM TO GET BACK INVOLVED IN THE

PUBLIC DEBATE IN A WAY HE'S NOT WILLING TO DO RIGHT NOW?

>> AFTER THE LAST EIGHT YEARS, THE PRESIDENT DOESN'T RELISH THE

PROSPECT OF GETTING BACK INTO THE DAY-TO-DAY FIGHTS THAT

INTEREST IN WEIGHING IN ON THE TAX REFORM PROPOSAL THAT THE

HE SPENT THE LAST EIGHT YEARS DOING IT, IT'S SOMEBODY ELSE'S

TURN. WHAT WILL REENGAGE HIM IN THE

POLITICAL DEBATE IF WE SAW THE GOVERNMENT CROSS LINES IN TERMS

THAT INFORMATION WOULD NOT BE USED FOR ENFORCEMENT PURPOSES.
