The main characteristics of communism are the absence of social classes.it is structured occurring to common ownership of the means of production.

Our government has no preference for any individual,it makes its decisions based on the needs and wants of the whole population.

It's aimed to establish a social order and a stronger and save country,based on a sense of cooperation amongst its citizens.

With a communist government everyone has equal access to health,education and food.It provides citizens with all their basic needs 

Furthermore,it makes sure to provide a job for everyone;when all members of society are able to contribute and work,

the unemployment rate falls,leading also,to decline in crime.Everyone has access to the same opportunities.

-yes? -What type of economic system does East Germany have?

After the inflation that we suffered over the year of 1942,we the communists looked for an alternative for staying up

that's why we became part of the Warsaw Pact,with this we became a advanced economy not letting our people to fall,

and creating a military armament to protect our citizens.Our economy is held just over one person,

our leader,he decides what is the better for all of us,looking for everyones needs.

With the Warsaw Pact we compromised to protect the other members of the assembly,on the society we don't want our people to be suffering, 

we count with child care,environment friendly,and food storage.

Our people are mostly happy,we are known for helping other mothers with the milk production,

we let people express themselves,nudism is okay,our female models are not anorexic,

we show average women,and most important of all we look for the good in others.

-Yes? -How does economy in communism work?

Our system has proved improvement in our country's economy,with our GDP growing at a 6.3 rate annually,

and national income growing at a 5.2 rate in between the past years of 1966 and 1970,

investment and retail trade grew as well at a 10.7 and 4.6 annual rate.Our economy also allowed for women to take on more jobs

with an increase of over 650,000 working women,the amount still growing to the point

that now about 48.3 percent of the work force employees are women,if we continue with this system these numbers will increase,

improving our country's economy.

Despite some saying that our economic system is not the correct one,we managed to overcome the economic devastation

caused by our economic dependency in west Germany in the 1930s,and we managed to form and auto-sufficient economy for our country

that still continues to improve.Although many thought that confiscating Nazi properties

wasn't the best method to improve our economy,we proved that it was the best thing we could've done since 

we managed to distribute the confiscated land among the agricultural population, encouraging the improvement in agriculture and industry.

-Hey, Mariana, why is the communism good for East Germany?

Well, communism is better because in 1949 we did so many things to improve peoples lifes.

For example we made the agrarian reform which means that the pieces of land expropiated from the nazis ownership were turned into collective people farms, 

this means that more than 30,000km were distribueted among peasants and farmers.

We also made the New Course, we made investments, the light industry, trade, and a greater availability of consumer goods

 We also made the agricultural relaxation which means that we, relaxed the pressure on the farmers and by last we made the Traband which is a car super efficient for the East Germans.

But it was so good that it was also exported to other countries. 

So, tell us Stalin, what did you do?

I was the leader and dicatator of the Soviet Union, I was the first one and I started the revolution.

-Yes? -What about you Erich?, What do you have to say?

Well, nothing much, but, What I can tell you is that I0m proud of the Berlin wall since it helps us economically and it maintains the West Germany away and we dont have to relly on it for anything anymore

-Yes? -Why are you against capitalism?

Communism is the best form of government,since it inculcates equality while,in the other hand,capitalism tends to cause inequality.

In capitalist states power and economic wealth concentrates on the hands of the minority,an example of this is the United States,where since decades ago 10%of the population holds about 60%

of the country's total wealth.Capitalism is based in self-interest,it leads to competition and yes,this helps some people grow,but throughout the history we've seen that this only leads to more inequality,

because the rich part of the population keeps getting more,and the poor just get poorer.In the other hand,communism encourages collective-interest,

since all people are equal to the eyes of the government,this means that everyone works and everyone gets what they need to live.

Some people believe that communism is very totalitarian,but it is a way the government directs the economy to ensure that people will have what they need to live properly.

We can see communism is effective,since the Soviet Union,a communist state,has been growing economically since the end of World War II.

Today I'm gonna check out Night in the Woods

A game that reminds us all that the things that truly matter in life are the small things

*childish giggle* That's what she said!

In Night in the Woods

you play as Mae Borowski

This cat girl who has dropped out of college

and has returned to stay with her family in the quiet town of Possum Springs

When you first start out, things are all nice and chill

and you hang out with friends and have a lot of fun

Eventually, things take a darker turn

*evil cackle*

... as you realise that something is up with the town

Night in the Woods is all about the small things in life

A quiet shopping trip with a friend,

hanging out in the woods with your best friend

chatting with your mum every morning

*on the phone* Hey mum, yes, yes, I changed my underwear

... stuff like that

The game's sincere and frequently poignant writing

make all of these mundane events truly memorable

The game features quite a few nice mini-games like a Guitar Hero scenario

as well as a knife-fight with your friend

that adds a lot of nice action to what is otherwise a story-driven game

However, there are quite a few moments where things become waaayyyy tooooo chilllll

(even for this game)

Overall, Night in the Woods is a nice, relaxing game

that reminds us what it truly means to be human

(even though the game is full of animals!)

While the game has *some* issues with pacing

it's still a wonderful adventure that you wouldn't want to miss

Taak, the village was named after the sanatorium I came here from Mukachevo

Because away from Mukachevo hitchhicking not very cool, but is quite not a bad place

Now i go from Mukachevo to Lutsk I go to, I think half weeks held in Belarus

Then, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and around 3 weeks in Poland Because my visa for another 30 days

Well? Let's go!

Rode in the Luck - but went to Rivne

The driver says - well, then what? Of equal too, can get to Lutsk :)

I say: "Yes, okay :)" I have never traveled However little circle made 70 km :)

I'm in Lutsk Here I was about 9 months ago

Now that I planed trip to Belarus, I realized that we should go through Lutsk, and I again this guy

#15 Do I Need A Uniform For My Cleaning Company? - Duration: 8:05.

Hi there.

I'm Angela Brown, and this is Ask a House Cleaner.

This is a show where you get ask your house cleaning questions, and I get to help you

find any answer.

I've been a professional house cleaner for 25 years.

If I don't have the answer, I probably know somebody who does.

I'm connected to the best and the brightest minds in the house cleaning industry.

These are my peers and my colleagues, and we are determined to help you find the answers

to your house cleaning questions.

So, having said that, today's question comes from a guy who wants to know "How important

it is when running a house cleaning company for him to have a uniform?"

I love this question.

Here is why I love this question.

Yes.

Yes, you do need a uniform, but I love this question because you're thinking about your brand.

Now a uniform is part of your brand.

Now for me, part of my brand is this color I wear this color in all of my videos.

I wear this color when I clean houses.

I've worn this color for many years.

So when people see me coming, "Oh yes, it's the girl in the blue."

It's part of my brand.

The logo for my business is the same color, okay?

So whatever your uniform is it's part of your brand.

Here's why it's important; if I show up to your house one day and I'm wearing sweats,

and I have my hair in a ponytail, okay that's fine.

I'm a small mom-and-pop company it's no big deal.

The next time I come, let's say that my hair is down and I have a big clip at the top of

my hair.

And I'm wearing a green shirt that has some letters or something on the front of it.

No big deal but, okay.

Whatever.

And then the next time I come, my hair is up in a bun, and I have glasses on this time,

and I might be wearing just a big oversized t-shirt and some leggings.

Okay, whatever, "if she still cleaning it has nothing to do with her job."

Okay!

That has nothing to do with the job.

But it has everything to do with perception.

Because here's what happens. When you show up looking different every single time, you

create an inconsistency that your customers then have to work through.

And they say "Wait a second, is that the same girl?

Oh yes, that's the same girl."

"Is she doing the same job?"

Okay so this is going to scare you, and this is kind of an awful story, but I've worn

my hair the same way for 25 years.

I've worn the same earrings, the same shirt, the same everything,

What I'm doing is I'm creating consistency. When I show up I look the exact same way every

single time.

What that does is send a message to you as my customer, "I'm going to get the same

consistent job every single time."

How about that?

Does your uniform have to be fancy?

No, it does not.

I recommend wearing a collared shirt.

This is a collared shirt.

Is an inexpensive collared shirt you buy these shirts for like 15 bucks.

They're not expensive.

There are stores all over the Internet that sell these kinds of shirts.

This particular one is microfiber, and it wicks away sweat.

So if you're going to have a shirt where you're going to be doing a lot of physical and manual

labor you want something that stain resistant.

You want something that is microfiber so that can breathe, and you want something that has

wick properties so that it will wick away sweat.

Because you are going to sweat during the course of the day.

You don't want to get rashes or boils or whatever from clothes that rub the wrong way they're

not soft, the material is scratchy, or whatever.

Not important, but I've made this mistake in the past.

You want to get collars that lay flat.

That way they're not all crunched and bunched, and they don't look crappy because I did that

for years.

I had crappy collars, but now they sell shirts with lay flat collars.

The collared shirt is a step above a T-shirt and the reason I recommend a collared shirt

is because it sends a message.

All of our friends in the golf community wear collared shirts.

It's part of the golfing brand.

And what you're doing is you're stepping up to that level.

You're saying "I'm a premier cleaning agency."

Maybe you're not, but you're sending that message, which means "I can charge a little

bit more."

If I show up in leggings and a t-shirt guess what that says?

"I'm rock bottom price.

Go ahead challenge me on my price; I don't care about my clothing.

Therefore, I'm going to wear the lowest common denominator of clothing available."

They're going to expect the lowest common denominator price.

So the message that you send comes from your uniform.

Here's how uniforms work.

Let's say that you injure yourself and you have to go to the hospital.

And you walk in, and you're sitting in the waiting room.

If some dude, comes skating in on a skateboard, they're

full of tats; they're wearing leggings, and maybe some sleeveless t-shirt that's too tight.

And they come in and the check in at the front counter and grab a paper what do you call it?

A clipboard. And they turn around and they're like; "Oh hey, you're next."

You're going to look at that person and go "ugh ugh, no way; you're not my doctor.

You don't look like a doctor."

Ahhh, we expect the doctor to look a certain way.

Right?

So, when the doctor opens the door any comes in, and he's wearing scrubs and lab coat,

and he has the little stethoscope around his neck, guess what?

"Oh hey, that must be our doctor!"

And we feel totally comfortable with that person because they are wearing a uniform.

The truth of the matter is that this skateboard dude and the doctor in the lab coat can be

the exact same person.

But with the scrubs and the lab coat on, we expect they now have the credibility to deliver

the job we need.

Right?

A uniform is everything.

It speaks a thousand words.

So when you show up every single time… and I know you're going to say "my customers

aren't even home.

They're not going to know what I look like."

Guess what?

Yes, they do!

Everybody now has home security cameras.

They're watching you on a camera.

And so if you look different every single time, they're going to say "Holy Cow,

is this consistent work that I'm paying for?"

Erase those questions that nobody's asking, okay?

Show up every single time looking the exact same way.

Now, do you need a logo?

Do you need something fancy printed on your shirt?

It's up to you.

It doesn't matter.

If you do, yes that's fine.

If you don't, yes that's fine too.

It doesn't, it doesn't matter.

It matters if you have multiple people on your team and you want to connect the dots.

Because you want everybody to look the same.

Okay?

So, if you have multiple people, yeah it matters.

If you're one person cleaning a house, it doesn't matter.

But your uniform sends a very specific message.

So do you need to uniform?

Absolutely.

And so, if you don't have uniform run to the nearest store, or go online, and get yourself

a uniform.

Get a uniform that speaks your clientele.

So if you are looking for a little bit more money if you are looking to partner with a

professional landscape of people who hire house cleaners, wear the collared shirt.

Pick a bright, happy color that speaks to your skin tone.

And show up looking the same every single time.

I promise you this, will save you a lot of time on your marketing later on.

The main characteristics of communism are the absence of social classes.it is structured occurring to common ownership of the means of production.

Our government has no preference for any individual,it makes its decisions based on the needs and wants of the whole population.

It's aimed to establish a social order and a stronger and save country,based on a sense of cooperation amongst its citizens.

With a communist government everyone has equal access to health,education and food.It provides citizens with all their basic needs 

Furthermore,it makes sure to provide a job for everyone;when all members of society are able to contribute and work,

the unemployment rate falls,leading also,to decline in crime.Everyone has access to the same opportunities.

-yes? -What type of economic system does East Germany have?

After the inflation that we suffered over the year of 1942,we the communists looked for an alternative for staying up

that's why we became part of the Warsaw Pact,with this we became a advanced economy not letting our people to fall,

and creating a military armament to protect our citizens.Our economy is held just over one person,

our leader,he decides what is the better for all of us,looking for everyones needs.

With the Warsaw Pact we compromised to protect the other members of the assembly,on the society we don't want our people to be suffering, 

we count with child care,environment friendly,and food storage.

Our people are mostly happy,we are known for helping other mothers with the milk production,

we let people express themselves,nudism is okay,our female models are not anorexic,

we show average women,and most important of all we look for the good in others.

-Yes? -How does economy in communism work?

Our system has proved improvement in our country's economy,with our GDP growing at a 6.3 rate annually,

and national income growing at a 5.2 rate in between the past years of 1966 and 1970,

investment and retail trade grew as well at a 10.7 and 4.6 annual rate.Our economy also allowed for women to take on more jobs

with an increase of over 650,000 working women,the amount still growing to the point

that now about 48.3 percent of the work force employees are women,if we continue with this system these numbers will increase,

improving our country's economy.

Despite some saying that our economic system is not the correct one,we managed to overcome the economic devastation

caused by our economic dependency in west Germany in the 1930s,and we managed to form and auto-sufficient economy for our country

that still continues to improve.Although many thought that confiscating Nazi properties

wasn't the best method to improve our economy,we proved that it was the best thing we could've done since 

we managed to distribute the confiscated land among the agricultural population, encouraging the improvement in agriculture and industry.

-Hey, Mariana, why is the communism good for East Germany?

Well, communism is better because in 1949 we did so many things to improve peoples lifes.

For example we made the agrarian reform which means that the pieces of land expropiated from the nazis ownership were turned into collective people farms, 

this means that more than 30,000km were distribueted among peasants and farmers.

We also made the New Course, we made investments, the light industry, trade, and a greater availability of consumer goods

 We also made the agricultural relaxation which means that we, relaxed the pressure on the farmers and by last we made the Traband which is a car super efficient for the East Germans.

But it was so good that it was also exported to other countries. 

So, tell us Stalin, what did you do?

I was the leader and dicatator of the Soviet Union, I was the first one and I started the revolution.

-Yes? -What about you Erich?, What do you have to say?

Well, nothing much, but, What I can tell you is that I0m proud of the Berlin wall since it helps us economically and it maintains the West Germany away and we dont have to relly on it for anything anymore

-Yes? -Why are you against capitalism?

Communism is the best form of government,since it inculcates equality while,in the other hand,capitalism tends to cause inequality.

In capitalist states power and economic wealth concentrates on the hands of the minority,an example of this is the United States,where since decades ago 10%of the population holds about 60%

of the country's total wealth.Capitalism is based in self-interest,it leads to competition and yes,this helps some people grow,but throughout the history we've seen that this only leads to more inequality,

because the rich part of the population keeps getting more,and the poor just get poorer.In the other hand,communism encourages collective-interest,

since all people are equal to the eyes of the government,this means that everyone works and everyone gets what they need to live.

Some people believe that communism is very totalitarian,but it is a way the government directs the economy to ensure that people will have what they need to live properly.

We can see communism is effective,since the Soviet Union,a communist state,has been growing economically since the end of World War II.
