Youtube daily report w Jun 30 2017

You know what I hate? I hate people that drive slowly

but today I'm that guy.

We have arrived in Barcelona!

We are driving from Barcelona to Geneva

We are also meeting a lot of interesting people

Like the actors Karim Günes

Or Louis Held

And a lot of new photographers are going to join us on the trip from the German Roamers.

We will take the Ampera up one of the most famous roads in the Alps.

And it's 21 serpentines

The problem is that we only have 308km left in the battery

Because we couldn't charge our car in Grenoble because there's no charging station

and tonight we have to go to Geneva

We are very excited because we think today might be the day

that we actually have to stop somewhere.

But, we strongly believe that the last km we need

we will win recuperating the energy.

You're allowed to drive 70km/h and

and I'm driving 70 an hour and not a single km more.

And there's a big truck behind us and the truck can overtake us.

And he probably is very pissed

This is official now, we are back to 240km in the battery

I haven't pressed the gas pedal a second when going downhill

To Geneva it's 196km meaning, we should be good.

We have finally arrived in Geneva!

Thanks a lot and GOOD VISION!

Hi everyone and welcome to this new video

Finally we get to

Start the lighting work of this carriage.

This video that you will see as a single video

In reality it will be realized in several parts

At different times

So do not be surprised if I change clothes and change the conditions around me

Now, in the first phase of the video, we mount the current wire hooks

Which will not cause any problems

With later installation

Of the real lighting

Obviously during this operation

The carriage will be dismantled

So you do not have to close it and reopen it

And then you will see it once assembled

Working together with another

Probably together with the ViTrains coach

When equipped with conductive hooks

It also has a relay for control

So that you can light up this carriage

I say that's the first time I do this job

So I will try to keep as much as possible

To this magnificent instruction booklet

So, the warnings we have already read

First of all

Remove the short eyelet hooks

Operation that should not be difficult

However it is highly recommended

Use a screwdriver

As a small push

As a helper to push out the short hook

To avoid having to pull

The hook hooks NOT and then risk breaking it

We continue with the operation on the other side

It could be a bit harder

Perfect!

Important note

That I noticed personally

Conductive hooks with respect to normal hooks

They are different, but I'll see you later

Step 2:

Pull out the bellows

EH ?!

What should I do?....

I have to extract these

But really?

maybe I understood..

too big

Oh I understand!

ok

There is a groove beside the bellows

So that you can use your nails

And remove it in total safety

Then operation 3

And the carriage is going...

Remove the superstructure

that's all?

How do you remove the superstructure?

But should I also remove the bumper?

I would say no. The question is: how do you remove the superstructure?

Help...

Help me ..

How to remove the superstructure...

Okay ..

all right...

I did it!

However...

Then..

This carriage should also be capable of taking over from the pantograph

Small problem

All that the pantograph gives us

Is a screw and small contacts here

then...

How do we connect the pantograph to the electrical conduction?

mystery...

We will see it later obviously

But tell me if it was supposed to fall

The screw that holds the pantograph is well visible

Hooked to the plastic superstructure

And the two gray metallic points near the screw

Are the points, or three that they are

Are the contact points in which we should then hook up

To activate the ability to take energy from the pantograph

I do not know if on the indoor lighting kit

You will already have a similar option

Or whether or else we will have to arrange us

But we will see it in the next part of the video

At this time we are looking at the plastic interior

I have to say, definitely done very well

And is very cured

The furnishing arrangement

In one area there are tables

In another the kitchen compartment

Less curable

Indeed, it is simply mentioned

But falls at the same time

With a hidden part of the structure

Therefore, the fact that it is not reported

It does not create any kind of problem

Now we are instructed to disassemble the contact plate

The only difference I'm noting

Is that in the instructions the contact plate has a shape

With the vertical lamina not so mentioned

While the factory plates in the wagon

This contact is so high

They are simply stuck

Removing them is not a complicated operation

The plate on the right

Is the one in the kit 72021

And I think it's the same for 72020

While the one on the left was the one already in the wagon

As you can notice is identical

So we will have this metal plate

replacement

Or to work with it

Now according to the instructions

We should go and mount

A definite thing

"Contact pad"

Nothing else is this object here

And now we see how it is mounted

The task to be done is very simple

Even though he took a moment to understand it

Our contact pad

Will be inserted in the recess

If he avoided moving too much this wagon

Once inserted, initially this will be the case

Rolling the train

We will notice that the flap

Did not enter the hooks door

So we will have to help

Somehow to get it in

Look there falling falling in alone!

Then to this point

I will not be uplifted as it was before

Will only be slightly lifted

We'll go over it

The new plate

Which is actually the same as the original but it does not matter

Once the new plate is fitted

There will be a metallic link

Between the hook and the various plates

Up to that vertical metal plate, after we check with the tester

An operation I can recommend

Is to insert these wires

Insert the wires into the contact

Before installing the interior furnishings

Because otherwise it happens in such areas

It becomes particularly difficult to engage

In fact, since they do not bother you

In fact it would be almost handy

Insert the wires before mounting the metal blade

On contact

We tested with the tester that the electrical connection was in place

The first phase, ie the mounting of the conductive hooks

"But I put it in the right hole... yes"

Has ended

In the next phase we will mount the actual internal lighting

As I said before

The two hooks

That is, the one normally present

On wagons

And the current conductor

Are different.

In addition to the metal plate for electrical contact

Which is present in the conductive hooks

Normal hooks have the upper eyelet

The moving part that you are currently looking up

this

bigger

You should notice the difference

This difference

I believe it is due to the fact

Being smaller in the current conductor hook

Guarantees greater closeness

And therefore a better contact

This difference has a disadvantage

That I noticed

If you should use the cable hooks

With the TELEX hook

Not to mention the second-generation TELEX hook

Being put to the mass

The conduit hook can not be used

And in the third generation TELEX hook

Where there is no mass connection

The conductive hook

It is still difficult to use

At least in my model

The E.412

To which a video is dedicated

That kind of hook

He can not hang

As the normal hook

Having the upper ring larger

He manages to get to the pin and hangs there

The current conductor hook

To get to the pin and lock

He needs to be closer

Pity coming closer

It starts to touch the electric plate

And then makes the hook with the TELEX hook impossible

Furthermore

Just to make sure

A proper fit passage

Current conductor hooks are also more difficult to hook

As they are also more difficult to detach

Although they are hooks for non-fixed compositions

They can only be attached or detached from a human being

So there is no loose track

Or other digital elements

During a special stop of the convoy

But from what they say

Guarantee a perfect current pass

Notwithstanding the description is indicated

That the pantograph was electrically operated

We will not actually find it

In the area under the roof

No contact area

Or wherever you can attach threads

Those 2 gray dots

They are actually the joining points of the upper structure

The only point it connects

The pantograph inside

It was the screw that kept him attached

Recycling a metal plate

I do not remember where you came from

Maybe it was a shoe, but I do not remember

This screw will pass perfectly into the metal plate

To this metal blade we will be welding a wire

To the end

We'll land a peg like these

That we will take from a bullet

Which will be used in another project where that pin will not be used

So doing we will not slip anything to the pantograph

We will not deter the inner structure of the roof

With the heat as the welding will not be carried out directly in the wagon

But directly on the metal plate

Through that dedicated plug

If the carriage is to come back later

It will be enough to remove it from the electric circuit of the lights

And doing so will solve a lot of problems

Having a great ease of use

As I said welding on the plate on the one hand

And on the plug on the other side

The thread color is actually wrong

As it would be red

Because it corresponds to the phase

The aerial line would correspond to the third central rail

But in this case the color was chosen for the thread

Because it has a larger diameter

And since it should pass a non-indifferent amount of current

If all a convoy was illuminated by a single pantograph

I preferred to abound a bit with the size

I just did the various controls with the tester

The electrical connection is excellent

And once the lights are mounted

The cable will not be visible

Now it is so visible because evidence has been made

The metal blade is just below the screw

The cable will then be placed immediately under the roof

Will be pushed there below

And so we have also activated

Which factory was indicated as expected but it was not

The possibility of using the pantograph as a power outlet

We mounted the two inner platelets

In the latest carriages

There will be better designed brackets for inserting the latest LED lighting

This was a carriage of old conception

Conceived for the 7335 kit

Where the carriage half carriers were not present

Therefore the two joined plates will not be perfectly straight

But it's okay ..

The lighting is not very intense

Will be more visible once assembled

How will the effect be

For our tests we will use the ever-famous vitrains time

Equipped with a hook

We also make a comparison of the intensity of internal illumination

This is that of vitrains

This is that of the Märklin kit (kit 73401)

You immediately notice that it is of lesser intensity

It is also said that the windows in this case are obscured

Then a whiteness attenuates the brightness

Surely with respect to the original model without lighting

This interior lighting allows us to appreciate the interior

It would be even more beautiful and if anyone wanted to

To also mount the inner figurines

To give a sense of dynamism to the wagon

So it's rather weird and sad

Mounted as you first saw the internal lights

Will illuminate the entire area of the tables

And also the kitchen

Even though the kitchen is reproduced only to a minimum

Thanks to the presence of the kitchen

And various furnishings

The wires for lighting are not visible

Except that brown thread there

Which could not be obscured as it is just above the bullet

The pantograph works optimally

So it will not create problems

I would say these last changes

Have made this car far more beautiful

And realistic

So we can say ended also the project for lighting this carriage restaurant Märklin

11 Psychological Experiments You Won't Believe ACTUALLY HAPPENED! - Duration: 12:55.

From traumatizing events to secret experiments by the U.S. government, today we look at 11

Psychological Experiments You Won't Believe Actually Happened!

Number 11.

Humanity Tests How far will you go when ordered to do something

by an authority?

That's what Stanley Milgram wanted to find out.

In 1963, Milgram tested how far people would go to hurt another human being under ordinary

circumstances when given orders to do so.

One test subject was the "teacher" and another person was the "student."

The teacher was to give the student an increasingly severe electric shock if the student made

mistakes.

The electric shock machine was clearly labeled with switches that indicated increasing voltages,

and that finally said "Danger: Severe Shock" and "XXX."

Every time the student made a mistake, the Authority — wearing a white lab coat — ordered

the teacher to continue.

The student was hidden in another room but could clearly be heard to scream in pain.

The screams were fake, no one was hurt, but the teacher didn't know this.

The authority would order the teacher to continue even if the teacher hesitated.

How far would you go?

The results are surprising, and some say reflective of human nature.

63% of the "teachers" continued to administer the shocks, despite the agonizing screams,

until the screaming and begging ended, and the "student" fell silent.

Number 10.

Night Shift Psychiatrist Charles Hofling took Stanley

Milgram's obedience research one step further when he tested nurses who didn't suspect

that they were part of a psychology experiment.

In 1966 Hofling arranged to have a fake doctor call the nurses station on night shift and

order them to administer an unapproved drug to a patient at twice the maximum dosage.

The medicine was fake, too, but the nurses didn't know that.

The questionable experiment ran 22 times, and 21 out of 22 times the nurse violated

hospital policy by taking orders over the phone and administered the "drug."

The authority invested in the doctor was so strong, all but one of the nurses obeyed.

Number 9.

The Loneliest Number Where would you prefer to be if you had a

sudden illness or a terrible fall?

On a lonely road with only scattered traffic?

Or a busy metropolitan boulevard?

The Bystander Effect — also known as Bystander Apathy — informs us that the lonely road

may be our best hope for survival.

How can that be?

In 1968, Jon Darley and Bibb Latané demonstrated this effect in the laboratory after the murder

of Kitty Genovese in 1964.

They performed a simple but profound social psychological experiment.

They staged an emergency situation and timed how long it took people to intervene if they

do so at all.

The situations were variously staged with one, few, or many bystanders.

The results show that the more people are around, the more inhibited the response to

the emergency, and by a large margin.

When a person was alone with a fallen woman, 70% of the time they would respond.

Only 40% of the time would someone respond when there were many people around.

Number 8.

Tell the Truth How sure of yourself are you?

How sure of yourself are you if you're the only one in the crowd with your viewpoint?

Imagine attending a planned psychology experiment, along with seven other people.

You are all ushered into a room and handed two cards, one with a single vertical line

printed on it, and one printed with three vertical lines of differing lengths.

You are asked by the experimenter to choose which of the three lines matches the length

of the line on the ONE-line card.

All seven of the other participants choose the "wrong" line.

You know what the answer is, it is obvious.

But you are the only one who sees it.

Everybody else disagrees.

What do you think?

What do you do?

In this case, in Solomon Asch's 1951 social psychology experiment, the other seven "participants"

were actually part of the experiment and told to pick the wrong line.

Only one person was the subject of the investigation, and the purpose was to see if social pressure

from a majority group could change behavior, forcing a person to conform.

There were 18 stagings of the test, and in 12 the participants chose the wrong line.

32% of the subjects conformed.

75% of the subjects conformed to the majority at least once.

And 25% never conformed.

Overwhelmingly, the stated reason for conforming was that the subject didn't believe the

participants were correct, but the subject went along so that they weren't perceived

as peculiar or ridiculed for their answer.

It seems that people just want to fit in.

Number 7.

Guard Your Sanity It was August 14-20, 1971, at Stanford University,

in a 35-foot walled-off section of the basement of Jordan Hall.

24 middle-class, psychologically stable, healthy, white males, specifically chosen to have clean

criminal records, were selected and agreed to participate in a psychology experiment

testing whether the inherent personality traits of guards and prisoners were the chief cause

of abusive behavior in prisons.

They would be in the experiment for 7-14 days, and each receives $15 a day.

That was how it started.

12 prisoners, 12 guards.

Psychology professor Philip Zimbardo, who ran the experiment, performed the function

of the superintendent.

Zimbardo's goal was to induce deindividualization, disorientation, and depersonalization into

the 24 men.

On the second day, the prisoners revolted.

The guards attacked the prisoners with fire extinguishers, and without staff supervision.

The guards felt they were at a disadvantage, so they began to use psychological tactics

against the prisoners, such as administering rewards and punishments.

Within 36 hours one prisoner began acting "crazy" and had to be released.

Soon the guards started using physical punishments and refusing sanitary cleanliness.

Forced nudity was initiated as a penalty.

Cruelty escalated.

Fully one-third of the guards exhibited authentic sadistic behavior.

The whole thing terminated after only six days.

More than 50 people observed the experiment.

Only one questioned its morality.

So, was it the internal characteristics of the participants, or the situation they were

in, that caused the utter breakdown?

What do you think?

Number 6.

Little Albert At nine months old, Little Albert was a normal

child.

Subject to an experiment of Watson and Rayner in 1920, at first Little Albert was given

a soft white rat to play with, a white rabbit, a monkey, and various masks and toys.

Little Albert was unafraid and played happily alone.

In subsequent sessions, while he was playing nicely, a steel bar was struck loudly with

a hammer behind his head, frightened, Little Albert would burst into tears.

Whenever the steel bar was hammered, Little Albert would become afraid.

He soon grew anxious and feared his sessions.

Two months later, he was presented with the white rat, and within a moment the steel bar

was struck.

Each weekly session for seven weeks the same thing happened until just the sight of the

white rat caused Little Albert to cry horribly, even if the steel bar had not been struck.

He would quickly move away from the rat.

In later sessions, Little Albert started shying away from anything white and furry, such as

the white rabbit, then the furry monkey.

He even developed a phobia around a Father Christmas mask with a full beard.

The story almost ends there because Little Albert was taken away from these men.

He was not deconditioned.

He was not healed.

It was thought that Little Albert was better off without those men around him.

It is now known that Little Albert was in real life Douglas Merritte, and his mother

was a wet-nurse at the campus hospital.

She was paid $1 for "Little Albert's" participation in the experiment.

Douglas Merritt died at age six of acquired hydrocephalus, and his mental state was unknown.

Number 5.

Eyes Wide Shut How good are you at observing your surroundings?

Are you like Sherlock Holmes?

Or more like Homer Simpson?

The answer may disappoint you.

In Orlando, Florida, in 2008, local news television channel 6 set up a social experiment of their

own.

They printed up a missing child poster, but the child wasn't missing.

It was the picture of 8-year-old (alleged) Britney Begonia.

Channel 6 posted the poster on the front window of a grocery store and had "Britney" sit

only a few feet from it.

Hundreds of people passed by.

They passed by the poster and looked at it.

They passed by Britney and looked at her.

They said nothing.

Only two people out of those hundreds reacted to the poster and did something about it.

When asked about it afterward, the most common reaction as to why nothing was said or done

was that they didn't want to get involved.

Oh, they noticed all right.

Sure.

But they weren't comfortable being part of the whole thing.

Sound believable?

Number 4.

Monsters In 1939, 22 orphan children were subjected

to what has become known as the Monster Study.

At the University of Iowa, in Davenport, Wendell Johnson supervised graduate student Mary Tudor

in an experiment that horrified Johnson's peers when they found out about it.

It was nicknamed the "Monster Study" presumambly because that is how his peers felt about Johnson

and his study.

Half the orphan children were stutterers and received positive speech therapy.

The other half were normal speaking children and received negative speech therapy, punishing

and shaming the children for any speech imperfection.

As a result, those that began as normal speaking children developed negative psychological

problems, sometimes severe, and some acquired speech problems that remained with them for

the rest of their lives.

The monster study has produced the largest amount of scientific data available about

stuttering and stutterers and showed the influence of a stutterer's thoughts and beliefs on

their condition.

Number 3.

Less is More Can you imagine wanting to be paid less to

work a more boring job?

That's one of the surprising psychological findings based on the concept of Cognitive

Dissonance.

Cognitive Dissonance means that we find it difficult to hold two contradictory beliefs

in our head at one time, so we unconsciously adjust one to fit the other better.

In our boring job example, a study was done using students undertaking a boring task.

They found the work more interesting if they were paid less, reasoning that if they didn't

do it for the money, it must have some inherent interest within it.

If this wasn't the case, they couldn't explain their behavior.

This kind of rationalization goes on in our heads all the time.

We don't even realize it.

Unsettling, isn't it?

Number 2.

Four Elise Albany Medical College in New York researches

what is hip with rats.

What they came up with is that mostly, rats like the sounds of silence.

And if they are just in a sober, relaxing mood, they like Beethoven.

But if they are high on cocaine, they dig Miles Davis' jazz.

The way it works is this.

They tested non-drugged rats and let them listen to Miles Davis' "Four."

The scientists measure how active the rats were.

Then half of them were drugged with meth and dosed with Davis again.

The meth-rats showed more activity than the unmedicated rats.

The next experiment gave rats a choice between Beethoven's "Für Elise" and Miles.

Mostly the rats chose neither artist and liked the quiet.

Their second place choice, when the rats weren't drugged, was Beethoven.

But after being amped-up on cocaine, the rats listened to their least favorite choice, Miles

Davis' "Four."

This is a rat's brain on drugs.

Number 1.

Mind Control The CIA would control all of our minds if

it could, we know this.

In fact, it has tried at least once, that we are aware of.

In the 1950s, and for the next twenty years, the CIA would use sleep deprivation, electric

shock, hallucinogenic drugs, and other such brutal techniques to achieve mind control

over human beings.

This top-secret program was code-named MKULTRA.

Its goal was to be able to brainwash victims at will.

More than 149 research projects were carried out by CIA scientists through MKULTRA.

The scope of some of the tests was far-reaching.

One project involved giving LSD to unwary bar patrons in New York and San Francisco

to see what happened when hallucinogens were taken in social situations.

Another project offered LSD to heroin addicts, with a reward of more heroin if they agreed

to the LSD doses.

Insurance is not a commodity.

Those people that own significant assets soon learn that there are insurance companies that

specialize and provide the coverages that you don't get with standard insurance companies.

Ken asked us thorough questions about what our needs were.

We brought in our policies and we went over what we had, and he went over what we possibly

didn't need, and where we should be adding things, and covered all of our areas of concerns.

Areas and things that we hadn't thought about.

Levitt-Fuirst really brought to light the fact that our homeowners policy only covered

the house and did not necessarily cover a lot of our valuable content, such as art and

jewelry.

There are many types of different insurance that Levitt-Fuirst provides.

One would be high value homeowners insurance, another would be collectors insurance, umbrella,

automobile, and also travel accident insurance.

What is different about the way the agency runs is we're not order takers.

We're more of risk advisors.

What does being a risk advisor mean as opposed to just selling insurance?

It means having the foresight and asking the questions to understand what the unexpected

might bring, and then coming up with the proper insurance product to protect against that

eventuality.

Jason came to my home and was able to compare that I was considering an insurance to what

other products were out there.

This really opened my eyes to the difference that personal insurance coverage can provide.

While we're one of the largest independently owned insurance brokers our clients can call

me on their cells 24/7 to deal with questions, problems, claims.

Last year over the winter we had a serious flood.

We were away when it happened, and when we found out about it I had absolutely no idea

what to do.

The first thing I did was I picked up the phone, I called Ken on his cell phone, and

said "Okay, I got this.

Don't worry about it I'm going to your house now.

I will call and have the restoration company come."

By the time we landed back in New York it was already in process of being taken care

of.

I love helping people.

I enjoy, whether I'm dealing with a business owner or a family, trying to solve their problems

and provide them an answer and a solution to their needs.

I would highly recommend Levitt-Fuirst, not only for their personal care but their expertise

in multiple facets of insurance.

What you get from Levitt-Fuirst is caring dedication to you, and they make you feel

like you're part of the family.

How to make a pond in a pot - Duration: 5:07.

Hello, my name is Katie Rushworth and today I am going to show you how to make pond in

a pot.

A pond in a pot is a concept that I came up with because water is essential in a garden,

especially if your want to attract wildlife but not everybody has the space for a huge

pond.

One can be created in this though believe it or not.

This is just a standard terracotta glazed container.

Now the first thing we need to do is deal with this hole in the bottom of the pot.

Snd to do that I am going to use just a standard pebble and some bathroom sealant.

Now I am going to be really generous with this because we want a really tight seal so

no water can escape.

It is also worth when you're buying you're container, checking that it only has one drainage

hole because if you had to fill or cover 5 or 6 drainage holes at the bottom it would

make the job a little bit trickier.

OK.

So, there is my bathroom sealant.

Now my sealant is dry I am going to add some more pebbles to the bottom and this is because

I really want to have a little ledge that if any wildlife falls into it ca still get

out of the sides because this is quite a deep pot.And then I am going to add more gravel

to the bottom and this really is for any wildlife that wants to find a home in here as well

as giving me that little bit of extra height to support the plants.

OK and now for my plants, now I have got a selection here.

This is one of my favourites, it is a little bit damaged this one but it is a marsh marigold

and in the spring it has these brilliant bright yellow flowers, they are stunning.

So I am definitely wanting to put that one in and it creates a kind of mound of plant

that will kind of tumble over the edge so we are definitely having one of those.

And then the next one is water mint and this is lovely, it gets a really lovely purple

flower on and you can't eat this version but it smells just like mint, it is lovely so

that will go in.

And the nice thing about using the plants is again, it is all about creating a habitat

that wildlife are happy to visit.

And with any pond, no matter how big or small it is really good to have at least one third

of the surface of the pond covered with foliage and that creates shade for any fish or frogs

or newts that will be in there and they will be much happier in that kind of environment.

Get a little bit of form with this grass, I might swap those two around actually to

put a bit of height at the back I think and this at the front.

Now in a normal pond you could plant these in pockets of soil but as this is only a small

container I don't want them to become too invasive and take over so they are staying

in their little containers.

Now my plants are placed I think I might leave that one out as lovely as it is I think it

will be overkill.

Now I am going to fill it up with rainwater, but you can use tap water if you like but

it will take a couple of days to settle and the wildlife certainly won't be enthusiastic

about tap water.

So I am going to use rainwater and then hopefully the wildlife will make themselves at home

an awful lot quicker.

Now these plants are all meant to be grown submerged in water like this, they are called

marginal plants.

And they will live very happily in here.

If you place this somewhere sunny it might evaporate a little and will need topping up

but apart from that it is actually no maintenance whatsoever.

I managed to squeeze that final plant in after all it was too nice to leave out.

And that is it finished and in situ.

After a couple of days it should settle and become crystal clear and I am really please

with it, , it looks great.

Revisiting the Bauer Clinic 💋 [VLOG IN SWEDISH + CC] - Duration: 12:48.

Good morning everyone!

Today I thought I'd vlog in Swedish!

Woo!

If you do not understand Swedish, I recommend that you put on the subtitles.

Otherwise you won't understand anything!

The reason I wanted to vlog in Swedish today is actually 'cause I'm going to get my lips

done and I thought it would be nice if we could speak a bit to Angelica.

Super weird for me, probably fun for you.

A lot of people ask me to "do more videos in Swedish".

So today we're doing it!

And then I have a meeting with my partner manager Amanda.

We are going to go through how things are going and then after my meeting I'm just going

to get ready, do my makeup, whatever, and then I leave home at 3.45 pm.

Haaaaa!

So there, now I'm fin... finally?

What?

Now I'm done with my meeting with Amanda.

Now I'm going to translate some articles, and then I think I'm going to start getting

ready.

Articles, then makeup.

I guess it's mainly people who know Swedish that could notice a difference, but I never

vlog in Swedish.

Obviously, since my channel is in English.

I haven't really developed my Swedish vlog side, so I'm kinda back at square one where

it used to be awkward to vlog.

And it's pretty different, in my opinion, compared to when I vlog in English.

Ta-daa!This product called Warmth, from bareMinerals is pretty much my favorite.

So there, now my makeup is done, big brows, not so much else.

I am going to do my hair, but I think I want to eat first, 'cause I'm deadly hungry.

Okay, first I have to clean up here a little 'cause it's naaasty.

A pot!

We need 4 dl milk, some salt, and of course, last but not least, semolina!

'Cause you can't make semolina porridge without semolina.

I have filled my lips twice before with juvéderm.

And I have been super happy with the result.

But it is supposed to last for AT LEAST 6 months, and for me it's completely gone after

2.

And it sucks so bad.

I am happy with the result but it doesn't last.

So I wrote Angelica and said that this is not working, there is no point in continuing

'cause I can't keep filling my lips every other month.

It's unreasonable.

I had already given up, but then she said that this had happened to two other customers

and that they have tried filling with Voluma which is another kind of filler that is a

bit thicker.

And it has worked perfectly for them, 'cause their bodies have also absorbed the juvederm

very fast.

So that is what we are going to try out today!

I'm going to try to fill my lips with another product.

This is how my master piece turned out!

Is it even possible to have this much hair?

Now I thought I would braid my hair.

So there, now the first braid is done.

It only goes to the crown of my head so to speak.

And now I have to make a braid on the other side as well.

Fuck I'm so sweaty right now!

Oh my god.

This is what it looks like anyway.

Just two Dutch braids!

Now I'm actually "done" for today.

I leave home in about three hours.

"Hello all Katrin's viewers!

What you don't know is that I speak like this when I speak Swedish!

It sounds a bit different when I speak English right?

Hehe!

Just kidding!

I actually speak like this.

Hey everyone, my name is Sonny if you haven't seen me before!

Welcome to Katrin's vlog in Swedish!

I just got back from work where I have been driving bread all day.

Have a good one!".

Woo, now I'm here.

My legs started hurting so bad when I walked.

Now I just have to ring the bell here.

I'm even making the video in Swedish today, which is not common.

This is the worst part of all.

Oh that's right you're the one that doesn't like this.

The worst is when it touches the tongue, which is always does!

Now I'm adding some numbing cream that should stay on for about 20 minutes.

Today we are going to try Volume on this lady here, to get yet some more fullness and pout.

I think it will suit you great.

It lasts for a long time too, so you will look fabulous all summer with this!

Since we are using a pretty thick filler today, we won't be working so much with contouring,

and instead focus on adding volume.

OUUUUCHHHH!!!

Are the healing processes the same with both filler kinds?

Yes they are.

This might swell up a little more though since it's a bit thicker.

Do you think this one hurts more?

Yeah actually.

A lot of people do different things during the healing, some in some videos say that

you have to massage your lips all the time otherwise there will be chaos!

What do you say to that?

No, don't.

I massage your lips now when you're here and then you don't have to massage it anymore

'Cause then you risk moving around the filler in your lips.

If you feel any small lumps or so, it might be because of a bruise of course, then you

might have to massage it a little, but not that you need to sit at home massaging it

It also depends on what product you use.

If you use restylane or if you use a harder filler, but this one is so soft.

Did you experience a lot of lumps last time?

Just maybe two larger ones, not many small.

One in the bottom lip and one in the top one.

I still think they look larger than the other times.

Do you?

Yeah 'cause now I see that they are bigger.

The other times they have more looked fuller.

But now, big!

I would definitely consider adding some more.

For me I feel like the bigger the better.

I like it, it's not like I'd be disappointed if they turned out too big.

AHHHHHH!!!

It's actually crazy how your tissue just soaks up the product.

I have never seen this before.

Now I'm done!

And like she said, a lot of Voluma in my lips!

And I'm super happy and now we are going to go home.

Hope there is a train that leaves soon!

Now it's swollen, and it has not bruised as far as I can see.

The two other times I have had at least some bruising right away that has gotten worse

with time.

So that feels good.

I think they look super pretty now.

The swelling will sadly go down a bit hehe, but we packed them full with Voluma, so I

think it'll be okay anyway.

Super niceeee!

It definitely hurt more with this.

Juvederm did not hurt as much at all, if Juvederm was a 3 out of 10 this was about a 5 out of

10.

But still not so bad and definitely worth it!

I'm so swollen in my mouth OUCH it hurts to speak.

I have a feeling already that this healing process will be more painful than the others,

and that is because the filler is a lot thicker.

So there, time to end this vlog!

I am super happy with the result, it's obviously very swollen now, which is perfectly fine

with me, I like it even when it's swollen.

What I wanted to say was that if you have thought about getting fillers done, because

you want them for yourself, not 'cause you think you HAVE TO get them or for anyone else,

then I very much recommend the Bauer Clinic.

I have been super happy with everything I've done there.

I've only done my lips, but all three times I've been super happy.

This is a collaboration, so everyone is aware of that.

It says in the description below and in the beginning of the video.

It's a collaboration with the Bauer Clinic, and I'm super duper happy, I would never ever

recommend a beauty clinic and injections if I was not completely satisfied and trusted

Angelica 100%.

So if you want to use my discount code, it's listed in the description below.

She is located in Linköping and Stockholm, where she does fillers, some microblading

and stuff like that.

More information is of course available on her homepage.

I am so hungry right now, so tired, and I think I need a popsicle to get some ice on

these lips.

I hope you have liked this video!

And I hope that you have kept up despite it being in Swedish, for all of you who don't

speak Swedish.

Until next time, have a super good one.

Bye!

Family Farm - [Tutorial] Alex's Tips for your "How to" and "Why" - Part 1 - Duration: 1:51.

Howdy Farmers!

I'm Alex

your host from the Family Farm studio.

I wanna do something special today.

We recently collected a whole lot of

frequently asked questions by our fellow farmers.

So I'm going to take some time to answer

the most common questions you asked!

Alright then, the first question is:

Why are there no more buckets on my trees?

Well that's because the Bucket won't appear

if you hid them!

Let's verify it in game!

You can see there are no buckets on the trees.

But... after I move over the Eye icon

and click on the Bucket,

ta-da… they show up!

Remember to do this first

when you can't see your buckets!

Okay and the second question is:

Why can't I collect Greenery

from the Mallard Lantern anymore?

Hmmm… I think I know the reason!

Certain rewards obtained from missions

and from our Fanpage

can only be collected for limited number of times,

and the Mallard Lantern is one of them.

Put your mouse over it

and you can check the amount of collection times left.

Next one:

I collected Swamp Ash Splints

but can't find them in Barn, please help!

Don't worry farmer,

items collected from Water Crops and Water Trees

go to your Drying House directly,

not your Barn.

Once they've been dried up,

you can find them in your Barn.

That's it for today.

I'll continue in the next video,

so stay tuned!

If you enjoyed this video

just like it!

If you have any ideas or suggestions

leave them in the comment section below.

And remember to subscribe to our

official Family Farm Channel

for more videos and tips about the game.

Enjoy farming

and see you next time!

Bye bye!

Sagging Pores? Go Anti-Aging! - Duration: 6:59.

Hi everybody! Welcome back!

I'm Roger.

I'm Wulan. It's been a while

It HAS been while, right?

We've covered the topics of clogged pores

and open pores in our previous videos.

I don't want my pores to be sagging. EVER.

That's only when you've been trying to close your pores and, you know,

you haven't had any success.

Then maybe you have sagging pores.

What?!

NOOOooo...

So usually these scary things called Sagging Pores

they are caused by skin damage that have been accumulating for years,

like damage that's caused by sun exposure or early aging.

So today, special for you!

We're going to talk about sagging pores

and how to prevent them.

But before we do that,

let's do a little reminder for our new viewers!

If you have not subscribed, do consider doing so!

We have new videos every week about Japanese beauty products and Kyoto lifestyle.

Plus, it will help the channel to grow, definitely!

First, we need to know about the scary sagging pore first.

I will keep saying "scary" or whatever

because it's really scary!

Well well, for sagging pore,

it can be caused by our own skin.

So, our skin becomes lossened as we age.

As we age.

As we age...

All of us are aging!

Don't remind us of it!

We're all aging.

Stop it!

Our pores get weighed down

because the skin's sagging,

the pores also become sagged.

So yea, people,

it's quite common to have sagging pores,

it's just because you're aging.

I won't say this is inevitable.

Really?

Well, you see, sagging pores are usually...

Well, sagging skin usually comes from decrease in proteins

and hyaluronic acid in the skin.

So when you think about it,

these proteins contains elastin and collagen.

They are what builds up the skin layer.

And hyaluronic (acid) plays an important part in retaining moisture.

You're worried, huh?

You're VERY worried, huh?

YES!

Isn't it obvious!

The lack of all these ingredients, like you said,

causes the skin to slack, it loses it shape,

and gravity takes over.

So we know now how that nightmare called sagging pores is formed.

It's because of the...

ting ting ting ting ting

... whatever Roger-san just said.

We can't just make gravity disappear or,

you know like, move to Mars or something, right?

So we need a less expensive technology that's around us,

which is an...

Is it "antai-" or "antee-"?

Whatever you call it, Anti-Aging!

Things like this!

These products usually contain moisture retaining ingredients

such as ceramide and hyaluronic acid.

So it will help the skin to retain its shape.

Sometimes they include beauty ingredients

that includes anti-oxidants such as retinol

which is important in encouraging the turnover of our skin

and revitalising the skin cells.

Vitamin C derivatives too help to repair the damaged skin cells.

It is an antioxidant that works in synergy with collagen

to recover the youthfulness and bounciness in the skin.

By the way!

Vitamin C derivatives are well known for skin whitening too.

We'd also would like to take in nutrients from food or supplements to

replenish collagen and proteins in our skin layer.

oK! So here are some essences and lotions

recommend for anyone who wants to tackle sagging pores.

And the first one we're going to talk about is Rohto Obagi.

A number of our viewers would have already heard of Obagi C before.

These beauty lotions are densely formulated with vitamin C,

and approaches sagging pores by soothing the skin, giving it a clear look.

There are three levels of vitamin C density:

the Obagi C5, C10, and C20.

We should really start from C10 for sagging pores.

Because even though Obagi C20 has exceptionally high Vitamin C content,

and will be more effective.

But because it's so strong

it might be better to start with just C10 first

to allow the skin to adjust to the change.

When we talk about stem cell cosmetics,

The LITS Shape Moist Essence is often mentioned.

The reason is because of its ability to youthanise skin on a cellular level.

The lotion uses two ingredients:

capsule collagen and passionfruit extract.

Capsule collagen stimulates the release of collagen in the dermis layer of the skin,

and passionfruit extract tightens the pores on the skin for a smoother look.

This item is good for people with sensitive skin too

because it does not consist of any paraben, alcohol,

colourant, petroleum surfactants, scents or mineral oils.

FANCL fans will already know this anti-aging gem:

the FANCL Active Conditioning.

It uses active ceramide, collagen and bioglycogen

to cultivate a young dermis layer for plump-looking, bouncy skin.

Active ceramide encourages skin cell regeneration,

and bioglycogen prevents the build up of reactive oxygens.

On top of that,

FANCL is well-known for being preservative-free.

Free from preservatives, scents, synthetic colourings,

petroleum surfactants, UV absorbents and alcohols.

Even though FUJIFILM is well-known for photo development,

its ASTALIFT products are now among the top products in cosmetics.

The series is the result of FUJIFILM's years of experience involving nanotechonology,

which is used in ASTALIFT to allow beauty ingredients to penetrate deep into the skin.

The formulated lycopene, three kinds of collagen, hyaluronic acid,

and FUJIFILM's unique ingredient astaxanthin

gives the skin moisture and springiness.

And that's the end of the video for today!

Let us know if you have used any of these products before,

and how well they have worked for you.

We'll see you next week, ciaos~

... enjoy your sagging pores!

She's just saying it to herself.

Man City boost as Bayern Munich bigwig claims Alexis Sanchez 'cannot reconstruct a team'

Bayern Munich are not looking to sign Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez this summer.

Sanchezs future in north London remains a hot topic for debate following months of speculation that he could leave. German giants Bayern have been one of the main clubs linked with the Chilean superstar along with Manchester City.

The Mirror reported today that Bayern have cooled their interest Sanchez amid concerns about Arsenals demands and the players wages.

And club president Hoeness has now confirmed that Sanchez, who will turn 29 next season, is not a player Bayern should be going after due to his age.

He said: We are all talking about a reconstruction and about planning Bayern Munichs future.

Manchester City's incredible possible starting XI with Alexis Sanchez   MANCHESTER CITY are closing in on Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez - and their team with him would be exceptional.       GK: Ederson  .

Uli Hoeness on Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez Then we do that, signing young players between 20 and 22 - and there are critics again. But you cannot reconstruct a team by signing 29 or 30-year-old players for €100m [£88m].

That is no policy. Either we go all the way with all these young lads, and then they need to have the chance to play, or we dont go it.

I fully support what has been done so far, it is highly satisfactory and makes sense.

Niklas Sule, Sebastian Rudy, Serge Gnabry and Corentin Tolisso are players with huge potential for the future. Hoeness comments about Bayern will be music to the ears of Arsenals Premier League rivals City.

Man City target Alexis Sanchez could leave Arsenal this summer. As The Mirror report, Pep Guardiolas side are red-hot favourites to lure Sanchez away from the Emirates over the coming weeks.

Guardiola is eager to bolster his ranks and would be able to offer the Gunners star his hefty contract demands. Arsenal remain reluctant to sell Sanchez, especially to a top-four rival.

But Arsene Wenger has lofty transfer ambitions this summer, eyeing moves for Kylian Mbappe, Thomas Lemar and Alexandre Lacazette, and the money from a Sanchez exit would certainly help.
