Hey guys.

I'm here to talk about the Kettle Bell Swing today.

So whenever I see clients do a Kettle Bell Swing, most of the time it makes me cringe

a little bit.

Now the Kettle Bell Swing can be a really good exercise or it can be slightly dangerous

depending on how you do it.

Most of my clients speak to me and say "I get a sore back" or "my hamstrings start tightening up"

Now today I am going to show you how we can fix that and use different techniques to bring

into your Kettle Bell Swings, so we can eliminate that back pain.

Basically first things first.

Pick up your Kettle Bell then set your feet a good hip width apart.

All I want you to do is bring your hips back into a hip hinge and create that momentum

first, keeping your arms nice and stable.

So back and straight up, back and straight up.

As we build that momentum up that's going to start swinging

Instead of using our arms and using our back

to control it, we are just using that hip hinge.

BREAKING: "Deep State" Caught Red-Handed Cover-Up Sick Hillary Crime – Trump Is Furious - Duration: 2:42.

The people at Judicial Watch have been pushing for justice in the Hillary Clinton email scandal,

but they've hit a roadblock.

Some of Hillary Clinton's 33,000 deleted emails were found on Anthony Weiner's laptop,

but the attorney working for the State Department has said their client shouldn't have to

publish the rest of the emails because there is less interest in the emails "since November,"

Judicial Watch reported.

We are just as interested in seeing Clinton's emails as we were the moment this whole mess

began, and we know other Americans feel the same.

People may talk about Clinton's emails less frequently, but they still need to get to

the bottom of her crimes, and hopefully, hold her accountable for them.

Regardless of how the public feels, the State Department has a legal obligation to produce

the documents.

Everyone involved in holding back this vital information from the public should be charged

with obstruction of justice.

It seems that the State Department's real plan is to stall the whole process until Hillary

Clinton dies of old age.

Despite being legally required to give the emails to Judicial Watch, the Department is

dragging its feet.

They have only released 17 batches of emails, at a rate of 500 pages per month.

Judicial Watch estimates that if the Department can keep stalling at this pace, they won't

have the full emails until 2020.

Let's be honest; the State Department has certainly had the time to look through every

email on that laptop.

What they've likely done is divide them up into packages, burying any potentially

incriminating ones in the very last set.

They'll keep releasing little tidbits to try to hold Judicial Watch at bay, all while

complaining that staff reductions are holding them back.

In reality, there are only 7,000 records.

A few people should have been able to knock these out in three or four months.

Transparency is not a priority to the Deep State.

They want to protect their own, and Clinton is certainly one of their own, no matter the

consequences to the American people.

Judicial Watch says they expect President Trump will be furious when he hears of their

struggle to gain the emails.

Maybe there is something our President can do to get these emails out sooner.

We hope when Clinton's full crimes are revealed, she is alive to stand trial for them.

We just have to keep pushing forward and show the State Department that we are still interested.

Dancing Book Monsters!? || BTAT #1 - Duration: 4:09.

Hey guys! It's Katie and today is day 1 of BookTube-A-Thon!

Today we were challenged by Jessethereader to create a book monster.

So, basically what that means is you have 30 seconds to look through the book you are currently reading

For words that will work as a name for your monster,

30 seconds more to look for words that will come up with the personality traits and powers of your monster,

and then you have a minute to sketch what your monster looks like.

That's definitely the part that I am most worried about,

but I think that, with any luck, it will turn out...alright!

decided to use rip, party, punishment, and death.

So, let me introduce to you: Dune the Dance Master.

Who, at parties, will rip off your shoes if

they clash with your dress or suit

and he then wears them around his neck,

as gloves, puts a heel on one foot,

and a dress shoe on the other.

And umm, if he does take your shoes because they clash..

Hey everyone, it's Jenny Jaucian here and in this video I want to talk about 5 reasons

why you might want to consider the ketogenic diet.

Now if you've been following me for a few weeks now, whether my facebook or instagram,

I had completed about 4 weeks of living a keto lifestyle.

Incase you're not familiar with what Keto is, it's basically eating a very high fat

diet with little to no carbs.

And in effort to reduce inflammation, reduce fat on your body and take control of your

eating habits by changing your macro nutrient intake, by basically eating high fat, moderate

protein and low carb.

And the reason why I did this was #1 to explore different diets out there.

It wasn't for me to go on another diet because I had a very long history of going on fat

diets and losing weight, gaining weight, losing weight, gaining weight and I was so tired

of this up and down rollercoaster.

But rather I wanted to do the keto diet because I wanted to explore what my body would do

when I took out a lot of inflammatory foods.

The reason why people might want to go on keto is because it reduces or eliminates a

lot of food that cause digestive issues or inflammation in the body.

Inflammation also meaning "weight gain".

And so I wanted to see what my body would do if I took this out and basically eat a

majority of fat and very little carbs.

And incase you're wondering, my results is amazing!

It was awesome!

I was able to eat all these healthy foods that were high in fat and I was able to reduce

a lot of my bloat, my inflammation in my stomach.

And I was able to control my eating habits and specially my appetite.

I would constantly eat every 2 to 3 hours but when I was on keto, I was able to reduce

my eating window to about 6 to 8 hours a day, and I was able to do kind of like an intermittent

fast for the rest of those hours outside of my eating window and I wasn't hungry one bit.

I was actually fully satiated, I was never like ravenous, I was never starving, I just

felt like this consistent energy throughout the whole day and it was awesome.

Now you might been hearing keto in the newsfeeds or you've read like a blog post that talks

about keto and you're just like "should I try this fat diet out there?".

Like is this another diet that I need to do and you're not really sure and so I wanna

lay out some 5 key ideas in this video on whether or not you should consider keto.

So #1 One reason you might want to consider keto is if you have trouble losing fat.

There's a lot of people who are just in a plateau or you might be in a plateau right

now and you're doing, you're trying so hard working out, you know hours at a time,

every single day.

You're eating super, super clean but the weight on the scale is not budget.

Now a lot of the times, um you might be eating foods that cause inflammation and with keto,

it takes out a lot of the things that do cause inflammation like dairy, grains, um you know

some inflammatory vegetables that might be causing inflammation.

So it allows you to reduce that inflammation and in term um instead of using glucose or

carbs as your energy, you are using your second primary source of fuel which is the fat on

your body.

So because you're not eating a lot of carbs at all, you're body can't use it's primary

fuel source which is usually the food you actually consume that day.

So instead of using that it's gonna use the second source of fuel which is the actual

fat on your body.

So you essentially become a fat burning machine when your in keto.

So if you're having trouble losing fat, maybe you might want to consider keto.

#2 If your bloated all the time or have digestive issues or you can't go to the bathroom or

um, you just constantly have this like bloat on in your stomach every time you eat and

it's just like so uncomfortable or you constantly have stomach aches after eating certain foods

and you just don't know what's causing those stomach aches.

If you have any sign of inflammation or digestive issues, you might want to consider keto because

again, it eliminates a lot of inflammatory foods that you might be eating and you have

no idea what causing that inflammation unless you take it out.

It's also known as the elimination diet.

It eliminates of the things that cause leaky gut, um thyroid issues, immunity or hormonal

issues, um and keto allows us to take those out, will still not having to starve ourselves

to do it and eat amazing foods and then when you incorporate those foods back into your

diet after keto, you're able to have a better awareness of what foods affect your body.

Okay?

So if you have digestive issues that might be a consideration.

#3 You wanna take control of your eating.

I don't know if you're like me but I am a huge minus eater, I am bored of eater, so

whenever I have nothing to do or I'm watching tv I always wanna like munch on something.

And um, I'm sure you feel the same way.

Keto, because you're eating so much high fat, you are able to satiate your body, um

with less food, with lesser volume of food.

So you're eating tons of high fats like nuts, almond, avocados, grass fed beef's,

eggs, seeds, olive, there's so many different meals that you can prepare on keto um that

will keep you super, super full.

Unlike fruit and you know protein bar, you might feel hungry in the next 2 to 3 hours.

But when you eat big keto meal, you can stay full for 5 to 6 hours . Um, when I was on

my keto journey, I was able to fast or not eat for over 20 hours.

Um there's one day, where I was just so busy and I didn't even eat and I didn't

even think about it, which is crazy to me.

So if you wanna take control of your eating habits that might be something you want to

consider.

#4 is if you have like a foggy brain and, um you just aren't clear with you're thinking,

you always feel like fuzzy, um whether it's in a morning or lunchtime or afternoon, you

just like don't feel present.

You don't have this clarity.

You might want to consider keto, ah just because um when your brain is on key tones you are

able to um, optimize your brain almost, you know I don't really know the exact signs behind

it, you can definitely google it.

Um but when i was on keto, I was able to have this like consistent mental clarity.

I didn't have any sort of crash, after let say eating a dessert, which is high in sugar.

Um, I didn't have this sort of crash near around 2 or 3 pm after a big lunch um so it

allows you to eat foods that will um help you to stay focused all day long and have

that like easy keen mental clarity all the way through the day.

And lastly #5 if you're tired of counting calories and you're just like so tired of

this diet mentality, you might want to consider keto because you don't feel like you're

on a diet.

I mean I was able to eat amazing foods like cinnamon butter cookies, and like these amazing

paleo keto burgers and this meatballs with turmeric, I mean like everything is so flavorful

because you get to season it with like unsalted grassfed butter and ghee and it's just makes

your food so delicious.

So if you're tired of counting calories and you just wanna eat freely and have that

like sense of freedom with your eating habits, then you might want to consider keto.

So I just wanted to lay those out there because I know there's a lot of articles that are

um you know promoting instant fat loss and mental clarity and sustained appetite control.

And wherever articles out there I just wanted to give you guys my personal experience since

I explored keto for 4 weeks.

And in that process I was able to discover and create keto friendly recipes that I absolutely

love to this day and I still eat those recipes because they're not only filled with healthy

fats but they are filled with nutrients, they'll keep you full for 46 hours at least and they

are super good for you.

Snopes seeks crowdfunding in ownership battle. - Duration: 2:31.

How many times have you heard some urban legend, chain letter or misleading bit of news repeated and immediately found a thorough, fact-based debunking on Snopes? Like every

damn day for the last 20 years or so, right? Snopes was there for you when you were looking up fake news and cryptids — but it's in trouble, and asking you to return the favor

The venerable fact-checking site is in the middle of an ownership dispute, and it's looking for donations to keep the lights on in the meantime. The site's blog describes the situation thus:

But wading into the lawsuit and counter-lawsuit filed earlier this year, it's clear things are far from straightforward, even if Snopes appears (warning

I am not a lawyer) to be… well, if not in the right, then perhaps less in the wrong. Here's the story, as far as I can tell.

Snopes was founded in 1995 by David Mikkelson and Barbara Mikkelson, and ownership formalized in 2003 in Bardav Inc (Get it? Barbara + David = Bardav)

Each had one share of the company. But in 2014 the two began divorce proceedings, which would of course necessitate negotiating ownership of their company and Snopes.

n August of 2015, Snopes entered a revenue-share/content and ad management agreement with a company called Proper Media, formed earlier that very year. In early

2016, Proper arranged to buy Barbara's share of Bardav, replacing her as co-owner of the company. David Mikkelson attempted to kill the contract in spring of 2017 (wouldn't you?),

but Proper resisted, saying the terms of said contract were not fulfilled. In the meantime, it is apparently holding onto the site's revenue and parts of its infrastructure.

To me this sounds like an opportunistic takeover, but in addition to not being a lawyer, I also am not a businessman, so possibly I'm just naive. At the same time, Proper alleges that Mikkelson misused company funds and inappropriately managed Bardav otherwise. The

details are being cherry-picked by both sides, as generally happens in dueling lawsuits (not to mention when a divorce is mixed in), so I don't want to give too much credit to either side here.

But the bigger picture to me is this: Snopes itself is valuable enough (in terms of utility, not cash value), and Mikkelson's leadership has been sound enough for years, that it seems worth giving him benefit of the doubt for now.

To me the important thing is that Snopes continue its work, as it has done for decades, and it's unlikely things would remain the same if it's put under the control of some shady "content" company.

The Snopes crowdfunding effort has already netted 100 grand and counting, half of which was raised while I wrote this article,

so clearly others feel the same way, even if it's not quite the "ransom" situation described. We need websites like Snopes, now more than ever. No one said it would be simple.

I spoke with Snopes's David Mikkelson about the situation. He contests just about everything alleged by Proper, including the idea that it owns half of Bardav and Snopes.

The position we were in was, we had this popular website but outdated architecture," which he hired Proper to help modernize. "It's not like we were having financial problems,

but as long as I was basically running the entire operation there was no way we were going to grow." Mid-contract, Proper made an aggressive bid for control, paying what Mikkelson said was an "exorbitant" price for the other half of the company

Organized Student Binder with Free Printables - Back-to-School - Duration: 9:05.

Hey it's Abby and today I am so excited to share my organized student binder with

you!

I used to be an English teacher and I would have students that were absolutely brilliant

but they had trouble keeping all their work and items organized.

So, a few years ago on my blog, I started offering free student binder printables so that

students like those could take them, keep themselves organized, and really set themselves

up for success throughout the year.

So today I want to show you how I set up my binder and I will also link to the printables

in the description below so you can grab those for your favorite student.

Before we jump in, be sure to subscribe to our channel so you don't miss a thing and

So let's take a peek inside the binder.

So the first thing we have is a cover page.

This is for the student to write their name right on that line.

And then right after that we have a class schedule so they can write down what class

they have, what teacher or professor, where the class is, and the period or time that

they need to be there so they can always stay nice and organized and know where they need

to be.

So to separate the sections, I like to use these tabbed dividers.

I especially like these ones.

I will link to them in the description.

They are nice and brightly colored and they have this nice pocket so students can put

their lose papers or assignments that they need to turn in right in the pocket.

The first section I have is a planning section and I have it labeled.

I used clear labeling tape with black lettering and my little label maker to make these and

I just put it right on here.

If you want it to pop a little more you could use the white tape with the black lettering.

So let's look at the planning section first.

Now I am a huge proponent of goal setting because I think it works so the very first

page I have in the planning section is a page where students can write down their goals

and also list some action steps to go along with them so they know what they have to do

next.

So next I use the smaller tabbed dividers to kind of break things up within each section.

They're just these plain white tabs so to make them a little prettier I put a piece

of Washi tape on the tab before I added my label.

It just gives it a little bit of something extra.

So I have a few different ways that students can plan and organize their time.

Now everybody's probably not going to use all of these but hopefully there are enough

options in here that you can pick and choose one that works well for you.

So, the first thing I have is a monthly calendar.

It goes from July of 2017 through December of 2018.

I also have one that's blank without a year where you can fill in the numbers yourself

so you can pick and choose.

On here, you can put in your assignments, you could put in your sports practice schedules

or your games.

You could use this so many different ways.

Not only is this great for students, it is helpful for non-students.

Anyone can use these calendar printables and they're good for organizing your time.

Along with the monthly calendar, I also have a weekly spread option so this is spread over

two pages so you have plenty of room to write in your weekly plan.

Each weekday is broken down by hour so if you want to go that detailed and plan out

your time hour by hour you can or you can just use the lines to write some notes for

each day.

It has space to plan out your goals for the week and then some notes as well.

So you can plan weekly.

If you really want to break it down even further and need more space to plan, I also have a

daily plan printable that you can use here.

Aagin, it's broken down by hour so you can plan out all the things that you need to do

that day.

You can put people that you need to contact and just any notes you need to remember.

One thing that I have found that's helpful for some students, in order to build habits

is to kind of establish daily routines.

So I have a printable for that as well.

It gives space to have a routine for the morning, the afternoon, and for the evening just to

give them something to shoot for so they're making sure they're kinda checking off all

those boxes and getting all their responsibilities completed each day.

And again, people probably won't use all of these planning printables at the same time

but you can kind of pick and choose what fits your stage of life at the moment.

So the next little tab or section in the binder is the tracking section so let's take a

look at that next.

There's a lot of things to keep track of as a student.

I remember getting the syllabus on the first day of class and just being overwhelmed at

everything I would have to do that quarter or that semester so these pages are going

to help break that down a little bit.

The first printable I have in here is an assignment schedule so you can take all those syllabi

that you get and write down which class you have assignments for, the due date, and what

the actual assignment itself is.

It can be all laid out nice and neatly so you always know what's coming up next.

In a similar vain, I have a printable that does the same thing for exams.

So it gives you a schedule that you can write everything out, you can always see when your

next exam is, and when you should start studying for it.

After that, we also have a reading log.

Did I mention that I was an English teacher?

I'm really into reading, I know it's really important so this can help your student keep

track of his or her reading time so they can see what they've read, how much time they're

spending on it, and if they need to kind of up their reading game as well.

So those are the first two sections of the binder.

The rest of the sections I have broken down by subject so English, Math, History, etc.

And there are a couple things that I have in every subject tab.

I have the same things.

So the first page in each subject tab is a grade tracker.

This way there are no surprises at the end of the quarter, at the end of the semester.

When the student gets their grade back, all they have to do is write down the date, what

assignment it was, the grade, and then they can keep a running total in the final column

so they can always see where they were, they can see what they're doing well and what

they could improve upon all on this sheet.

So after the grade tracker, we go to another one of these sub tabs.

I just have a place for notes.

A lot of people have requested a printable that's specifically for notes.

It's just really simple, it has some blank lines, it matches all the other ones so you

can take notes on there or I also have just plain loose leaf paper in my binder that you can take notes

on as well totally up to you.

Finally, my last tab in each subject section is a project planner.

Projects can get overwhelming.

They have a lot of moving parts so this printable can help the student write down everything

they need to know about their project all in one place.

They always have it for reference so it won't get confusing.

They can put the assignment details, their to-do list, their due date, materials, resources,

and notes.

One final thing I want to show that I keep in the back of the binder is this little three

hole punch.

It's a small one, it clips into the binder which is really nice.

But this is for if the teacher is passing back papers that aren't punched for you

already, you can quickly open this up, punch them really quick, and pop them into your

binder really easily without worrying about them getting lost in between the classroom

and when you get home.

So I will link that below as well.

It's really inexpensive.

I got it on Amazon and it's just a nice thing to have handy so you can keep all your

papers neatly tucked into your binder.

So I've been sharing this binder for a couple years on my blog and each year I've gotten

moms who have written in and said "I have a son, these printables would be perfect for

him but they have pink and they have cursive letters and he won't use them because they

are just not his style.

So this year, I did a second style of printables as well.

It's more masculine.

It's a blue color scheme.

Or if you have a girl that just doesn't love pink as well these could be good for

her.
